I explained what was happening with it, and saying that my channel could have a HUGE Hiato because of that
and from that on i would use an old computer that i had in my house
although, the same is not capable enough for editing and gaming stuffs.

So on, i wasn't sure what to do next
the earns from youtube help me with food, avoiding death, and buying some games on steam
I started saving money like never before,
and my mother helped me to buy an GPU and PSU
cause I take a quickly conclusion: that I need keep posting videos even if they are nonsense ones and keep trying something
cause also a lot of you really wanted (couldn't stopping asking for it)
I Really did put lots effort on it.
And the Following sentence has been spread all along my channel and twitter :

It's okay, i know a lot of you didn't knew about the situation
My GTX970 were there just to help me a little with some editing that i had done in this channel
btw remember the beggining intro? I make it on that OLDER System

but this time with an Update to you guys.
I use to have an Intel Core 2 Duo Model E7500 runing at stock clock 2.9Ghz
that HAS ONLY 2 Cores and "2" Threads, which on my experience, they didn't work anymore
it was also the first time and generation that Intel's has bring to us an new architecture
so for sure would have problems and erros as long you keep using them.
Now my MB is an curious fact, it is from a Company called "Pegatron"
with an BIOS that have never been updated before this entire life
It's one of those Pre-build shitty computer from HP and they never released an BIOS Update inside the Website
who knows why.. anyway, 2007 guys. This machine was bought back in 2009
Let's continue..
I MUST update in order to make a Fóóking Brand-new hardware to be capable with that ODD MB
specially with that Dusty PCIe Slot
ALSO From First Gen...
When i finally got it to update, the Motherboard and Brand changed to a name called: PCWare
but the BIOS was still locked for Overclocking the CPU
Which could help me to avoid some bottlenecking that i was getting.
My RAM's memory has issues, it's 2x2 = 4GB DDR3 running at 1Ghz or 1066Mhz
And the issue these things has are..

hey guys today I wanted to talk about juice fast slash juice feasting there
has been a lot of people including myself who have been calling what we've
been on as a juice fast and I just wanted to make a separate video and I
don't give a lot of use to my videos so basically you know a few you guys see it
but I just want to just clear things up so that people don't think well you are
on a hundred and forty a juice fast but how don't you know that that's not a
juice fast number one the word fasting means not consuming any foods just water
what's in some cases people fast and they don't drink water which is called a
dry fast when I was on 104 days ago was juice feast it's a form of eating but
it's in a liquid form in the juice peace does help you lose extremes amount of
weight because of the simple fact that it's very few fibers in the juice the
fibers that do pass of the digestive system the colon it's not that much for
the body to have to work hard at digesting it passes through the colon
easily it's not heavy in you know it might even have to build up in your
digestive system before you even pass a bowel movement juice fasting came about
it's a gimmick the reason why I say gimmick is because they're using the
term juice fast like we're fasting and fasting is not consuming any food
we are eating and again I want to tell you we are eating in a liquid form and
we're giving proper nutrients from the foods and vegetables that we consume
every day we're just not chewing and breaking down the foods with our mouth a
juice fast is very good at weight loss also clearing up ailments one might have
for some of you that don't want to use it as a weight loss - you might have
serious ailments like tumors now I'm not a doctor I'm only going by my own
experience I've never had a tumor but I have seen other videos of people with
severe illnesses kill them and I do believe that doing the juice fast can
cure some of these ailments now this is my opinion this is not the facts
anything that I talk about on my channel is only from my own experience in my own
opinion I always suggest that people before they start any regimen or diet
they should consult with their doctors and not with the youtubers all you can
basically take away from what I'm talking about and sharing with you is my
own experience but it's always great to consult with your doctor before starting
any regimen or diet so getting that all the way out the way I just want to clear
up that I hear a lot of people talking about breaking the juice fast and yes
you do have to slowly gradually put solid foods into the system but you
cannot put it in the same category as a water fast should you break a fast
eating a pizza no I don't think you should
but your body is not going to go in my opinion and this is just my opinion
these are not the facts into a shock like it would if you perhaps did a
hundred and four day water fast I would not suggest even my enemy to do a pizza
after a hundred and fourteen water fasts but with a juice fast it's a little bit
more different it's in the league of its own it's a juice piece you're drinking
your liquids and you're still feeding the body and nourishing the body so
please keep that in mind and don't let people confuse you with a water fast and
a juice fast a juice fast means you're still eating it's gimmicky that's just
the name that they call it it's really a juice feast because you're feasting on
juices and juices with fruits and vegetables are still considered food

Peace House renovated ahead of inter-Korean summit - Duration: 2:21.
We begin with the preparations for the hotly anticipated inter-Korean event.
The venue for the talks -- the Peace House in Panmunjom has undergone a grand renovation.
One proof of the detailed makeover: even the width of the new table is a symbolic 2-thousand-18
milimeters, representing this historic year.
Cha Sang-mi starts us off.
The Peace House, in the truce village of Panmunjom, -- the venue of the inter-Korean summit -- got
a facelift ahead of the talks.
Seoul's top office says even the smallest details in the room portray the concept of
the summit's slogan, "Peace, a new start".
And the change is clear from the entrance -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in and
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un are to walk in together through a single main gate, where
there had been two different doors in the past.
The table, where the talks will take place, was designed so it appears as though the legs
will unite.
The Blue House said they wanted a friendly circular table design, rather than a square
table, and that the table will allow the two Koreas to have close talks by reducing the
psychological distance between the two sides.
The chairs produced for the two leaders are designed based on traditional Korean furniture,
with a map of the Korean Peninsula carved into the back of the chairs.
"At the entrance of the Peace House, there is a painting of Bukhan Mountain.
It invites the North Korean leader to a famous mountain in South Korea, named North Korean
mountain even though it is in the South."
And the painting in the room, artist Shin Jang-sik's depiction of Mount Geumgang in
the North Korean part of Gangwon-do Province, also has meaning.
The top office said Mount Geumgang is a place all Koreans want to visit again.
The mountain has been shut since 2008, but it represents reconciliation and cooperation
between the two Koreas.
Finally, the interior design of the room is in a traditional Korean style with a bamboo
floor.
No nails or adhesive were used and Korean traditional windows were installed to portray
a deep trust between South and North Korea.
And the blue carpet, the same color as the design on the unification flag, symbolises
what this summit is all about--- a new start for peace on the Korean Peninsula.

The Real Reason You Don't Hear About Christian Siriano Anymore - Duration: 5:07.
Christian Siriano first found fame when he won Project Runway Season 4.
And after his reality show success in 2007, Siriano went on to create his own line, dressing
A-list celebs in show-stopping looks.

But recently, media buzz has died down around the designer.
Is his career old news?
Or is he low-key concocting his next act.
Here's why you don't hear about Siriano anymore.
Getting hitched
In July 2016, Siriano married musician Brad Walsh at their vacation house in Connecticut.
As they shared with BRIDES, they chose the locale because
"It's our favorite sanctuary away from the noise of the city."
While the wedding may have taken center-stage for Siriano, that didn't mean he stopped working.
The designer put his skills to the test when it came to the bridal party, telling the mag,
"Since there was no bride, we wanted our best friends to wear white gowns, all from Christian
Siriano, of course, as they stood by our sides during the ceremony."
Real hustle
While Project Runway kick-started Siriano's career, some say it made it difficult for
the designer to win over industry titans.
While his looks appear in many stores, they are missing from some high-end retailers.
Fashion advocate Nicolette Mason told Elle,
"I think there is definitely a little bit of reality television stigma [...] People
who are given this kind of 'industry darling' label are people who have gotten the stamp
of approval from the industry from the onset."
One reason why Siriano hasn't been courting the media may be that he's keeping up the
hustle behind the scenes.
He told the Houston Chronicle,
"My biggest thing is you just have to work hard.
You have to be obsessed with it because it's a really tough business."
Letting the dresses do the talking
Siriano is known for dramatic lines, and over-the-top, jaw-dropping gowns.
But sometimes his designs are meant to let the women who are wearing them steal the show.
Leslie Jones — who claimed no one would dress her for her Ghostbusters premiere — got
a killer red carpet look from the designer.
"It takes a real designer to design for real women...that's what I always say and I will
always say that."
And Michelle Obama famously rocked a Siriano for her inspiring speech at the 2016 Democratic
National Convention.
Siriano wanted to prove he could still turn a simple design into a statement, telling
Glamour,
"[Obama] chose to be simple and a bit demure because her speech was so powerful and was
such an important moment […] Not everything has to be an embellished piece to be powerful
and beautiful."
Facing off against size zero
In an industry where "sample size" is typically a U.S. zero to four, Siriano's design for
Chrissy Metz' initial 2017 Globes look proves he's committed to designing clothes for everyone.
But taking that on, means more work, and less time in the spotlight.
Nicolette Mason told Elle,
"It actually does become a choice, after a while, for a brand to not create other samples,
because the press it's generating out of those opportunities and red carpet moments is so
worth it."
"I like to embrace all women because you know that's what I think the business is.
I'm here to sell clothes and make women feel great and beautiful and why not do that in
every size?"
Fashionista reported the designer even partnered with plus-sized retailer Lane Bryant in 2016,
proving that true Siriano style comes in the shape of you.
Putting it down on paper
Not only has Siriano been busy designing, he was also penning his second book, Dresses
to Dream About, which hit shelves in late 2017.
He told Glamour,
"I want to show that all these women can look beautiful in my clothes.
That's always been really important.
Sometimes the challenge becomes making sure that it's right for the person [...] To show
that you can still have a voice but dress all these different types of people."
Next season's style
Designers always plan months or even years ahead, so Siriano has to work hard to keep
up with the industry.
But the design inspiration for his 2018 pre-fall collection was one of a kind: His mom.
Vogue reported the designer discovered a 1970s portrait of his mother and wanted to further
explore the decade.
The new line stayed true to Siriano's ladylike aesthetic, but with crowd-pleasing options
for every size.
Barbie x Siriano
In 2017, Siriano created five different looks for the inclusive body-type Barbie line.
The designer shared in a statement,
"It's especially exciting to be designing an array of inclusive and diverse doll looks
that can allow girls to see themselves better represented when they play."
Siriano implements his passion for fashion, no matter how much hard work it takes.
He told People,
"I don't go after the young, new It Girl.
They're fabulous, but what's exciting to me is seeing someone different on the carpet
looking amazing, like Leslie Jones or Meg Ryan or Danielle Brooks, whom I love so much."
Expanding his empire
Siriano has expanded his reach beyond the runway.
He told the Houston Chronicle he's collaborating with e.l.f.
Cosmetics, and has launched something unexpected — an entire line of press-on nails — born
from a bad New York Fashion Week moment.
He told the paper,
"The models backstage had really horrible nails from other shows and things.
[...] So I worked with this company, and we were able to do it so fast.
That's why these nails are awesome.
Literally, you put them on, and then you take them off."
...Just like a dress!

Finding your power.
If everyone has the power to make reality, why do countless people live in
dissatisfaction?
Reality making should lead to a reality you actually want, not the one
you find yourself in.
But that can't happen until you find your power.
As with everything else, personal power must go through
the brain.
A powerful person is the combination of many traits, each of them trained
into the brain:
Self-confidence.
Good decision making.
Trust in gut feelings.
Optimistic outlook.
Influence over others.
High self-esteem.
Ability to turn desires into actions.
Ability to overcome obstacles.
Whenever someone feels powerless to change a situation, whatever it may be, one or
more of these elements is missing.
You may imagine that powerful people are born with
an extra dash of confidence and charisma.
But the most powerful CEOs tend to be quiet, organized people who have learned the secret
of shaping situations toward goals they want to achieve.
Each started at a point not very diferent from anybody else.
The difference has to do with feedback.
They internalized every small success, and reinforced
the next opportunity.
They trained the brain by absorbing experience and pushing the
bar higher.
People who feel powerless, on the other hand, have trained themselves by absorbing
negative experiences.
The process remains the same so far as the brain is concerned.
Neurons are neutral about messages of success or failure.
Whether you struggle due to the recession, a controlling spouse, or the
anonymity of routine work, it's crucial to find your power, all the more so when the
world's wisdom traditions keep repeating, age after age, that infnite power is hidden
inside every individual.
Before talking about personal power, let's clarify what it isn't.
It isn't force that you use like a weapon to get
your own way.
It isn't suppressing what you don't like about yourself and achieving a
perfect ideal for the world to admire.
It isn't money, status, possessions, or any other
material surrogate.
Now that we know what personal power isn't, we can list the five steps that bring
true power.
One: Stop giving away your power.
Two: Examine why it's "good" to be a victim.
Three: Develop a mature self.
Four: Align yourself with the flow of evolution, or personal growth.
Five: Trust in a higher power that transcends everyday reality.
Each of these points depends on a single thread that ties them all together: the reality
you see all around you has been constructed from invisible currents flowing in, around,
and through you.
Let's look at each step for reconnecting to the source of personal power.
One: Stop giving away your power Becoming powerless doesn't happen in a single
dramatic stroke, like the barbarian hordes breaking down your door and burning
your house.
It's a process, and for most people, the process is so gradual that they
don't notice it.
They are more than happy, in fact, to give away their power by degrees.
Why?
Because being powerless seems like an easy way to be popular, accepted, and protected.
You are giving away your power when you please others in order to fit in.
Or when you follow the opinions of the crowd.
Or when you decide that others matter more than you do.
Or when you let someone who seems to have more power take charge of you.
Or when you hold a grudge.
All of these actions occur at the psychological level, which is invisible.
If a woman gives away her power without noticing, it
then seems only right and proper for her to be modestly sitting in the background, holding
accepted opinions, living for the children, and letting a controlling spouse
run roughshod over her in order to keep the peace.
In small and large ways, such sacrifices reduce her sense of self-worth, however,
and without self-worth, she diminishes what her brain can do by giving it low
expectations.
All hidden power is self power.
If you chip away at your self-worth, what replaces it is
a series of compromises, false gestures, habits, and conditioning.
Your brain gets trained to view life as a gradual decay in exciting
challenges, and without such challenges, reality making becomes a routine affair.
Low self-esteem serves as a filter that blocks the signals being constantly sent to you for
being successful.
To stop giving away your power, resist the urge to go along.
Learn to speak up for yourself.
Stop postponing the little things you dread doing.
Give yourself a chance for a small success every day.
Notice your successes, and let them register as
moments of fulfillment.
Stop equating self-denial with virtue.
Getting less so that others get more is a rationale for lack of satisfaction.
Stop holding grudges and wasting energy on sustained anger.
The next time you feel a threat, ask how you can turn it into an
opportunity.
Two: Examine why it's "good" to be a victim.
Once you start chipping away at your self-worth, it's only a short step to victimization.
We dene being a victim as "selfless pain."
By saying that you don't really count, you can make the suffering you endure into a kind
of virtue, as all martyrs do.
It's good to be a martyr when you serve a higher spiritual
purpose,or so some religions believe, but what if there is no higher purpose?
Most victims sacrice themselves on the altar of
worthless causes.
"good" Suffering You Don't Need.
Taking the blame for someone else's mistakes.
Covering up abuse, physical or mental.
Allowing yourself to be belittled in public.
Letting your children disrespect you.
Not speaking your truth.
Denying yourself s_xual fulfillment.
Pretending to love.
Working at a job you hate.
To indulge in even one of these pointless kinds of suffering makes you far more
vulnerable to bad things in general, since victimization, once it becomes a habit in
the brain, restricts your responses.
Unconsciously, you decide in every situation that you are
chosen to take the brunt of trouble.
That's a very dangerous and powerful expectation.
Victims always find "good" reasons for their plight.
If they are forgiving an abusive spouse, forgiveness is spiritual, right?
If they are enabling an addict, tolerance and
acceptance of others is equally spiritual.
But if you stand back, victims in such situations are deliberately bringing suffering upon themselves,
and ultimately it comes down to powerlessness.
A victim is always being done to.
There are enough abusers, addicts, rage-aholics, control freaks, and petty tyrants
to drain the power from anyone who volunteers to play the role of victim.
First and most important, realize that your role is voluntary.
You are not trapped by fate, destiny, or the will of God.
The whole mindset that "good" suffering is
holy may be true for saints, but in everyday life, to remain a victim is a bad choice.
Turn your choices around.
Recognize who you have hired to be your victimizer, and take
steps to fire them.
Don't procrastinate, and don't rationalize.
If you feel abused, hurt, belittled, or done to in any way, face the
truth and get out as quickly as possible.
Three: Develop a mature self.
Human beings are the only creatures who do not mature automatically.
The world is full of people stuck in childhood and adolescence,
no matter how old they happen to be.
To mature is a choice; to reach adulthood is
an achievement.
Bombarded by mass media, it's easy to mistake youth for the prime
of life, when in fact the young are going through the most troubling, insecure, and
stressful phase of life.
No project is more decisive for personal power—and happiness—than the
project of becoming a mature adult.
The whole project takes decades, but satisfaction increases as you pass every signpost
and turning point along the way.
There is a sharp divide between seniors who have
aged to be regretful, unfulfilled, and depressed and seniors who look back with
contentment and inner satisfaction.
But the maturing process starts with a vision of the goal.
To us, the goal is embodied in the phrase core
self.
This is the part of you that shapes your reality, placing you at the center of
experiences you personally create.
How it feels to have a core self.
You know that you are real.
You don't feel controlled by others.
You don't live for approval; you aren't crushed by disapproval.
You have long-range goals to work toward.
You work through difficult situations for your own sense of dignity and self-worth.
You give respect and receive it from others.
You understand your own emotional life.
You are not swayed by other people's emotions.
You feel safe in the world and like where you belong.
Life has brought a certain wisdom.
To have a core self is to be the author of your own story; it is the exact opposite of
being a victim, who must live a life authored by others.
Because it sets goals, your core self walks ahead of you.
You cannot expect to capture it today, any more than a
kindergarten child can capture being a college freshman.
The reason we use core self instead of simply saying mature self is that
maturity has a bad name; it tends to connote someone whose life is boring and staid.
In truth, your life journey becomes far more exciting if you are following a vision that
inspires you year after year.
Visions create the opportunity for fulfillment; therefore the
core self is the source of enormous power, from
which your future grows.
Shift your allegiance away from superficial activity and toward
the deep project of becoming a completely authentic, mature person.
Sit down and write out your personal vision.
Aim for the highest goals you can imagine that would bring
fulfillment.
Seek out people who share the same vision and are achieving success.
Once you know where you are headed, the path unfolds
with its own inner guidance.
Allow this to happen; your unfolding potential needs
reinforcement day by day.
Four: Align yourself with the flow of evolution, or personal growth.
Your brain is not bound by Darwinian evolution.
Your survival isn't at stake; your fulfillment is.
Choosing to grow automatically means that you are facing into the
unknown.
Guidance on the path is wobbly at first.
Everyone contains some kind of insecurity that gradually gives way to elements
of self-possession and true knowledge.
But without evolution there would be no path, only aimless wandering.
Evolution is a cosmic force.
It's the reason that drifting clouds of stardust led to life on Earth.
It's the source of all creativity and intelligence.
