This is the "Tako-Oroshi" Instead of octopus, they put some lotus root in for us.
So this is basically lotus root dumpling with radish on top.

What's up guys welcome back to my channel
It is the end of July and that means it's time for the August plan with my video
And as we go through July
I made some changes like I covered my notebook and I also made some bookmarks to of them and I love the way they look
July was all about sunflowers and I enjoyed
drawing all those petals. That is my monthly
It was pretty packed and I am... I tried as much as I can to do a lot as much as I could.
My tracker was also fairly filled and I
enjoyed even trying to instill some habits into my routine. It was the first time I tried the mood tracker.
It was interesting to see how my mood sway. If you follow me at all
you know, my meal plan is a must and my gratitude log and finally my brain dump,
those are like my favorites. That's my first week of July
The only problem is that I did not like that it went... I used three pages.
That is a quote that I found on Pinterest and I thought it was cute.
Foe the second week I decided to change the layout and that's how it looked the third week as well. I couldn't
stick to one so that's the beauty of bullet journaling. You try whatever
makes you feel happy and this is my favorite of all of them and
finally my fifth week since we are not yet there I thought that I would just lay it out and have it ready.
Now this page, I think I'm going to use it for reflection since it's... August is my birthday month
so I'll reflect on my past years. So let's jump into August
I am pretty excited about turning 30 and I am thinking it's the time that I can reflect
behind and also have a lot to look forward to and I'm thinking that I should be able to
make some changes where I think I need to and as well redirect my, my energies some places
and also work on my relationships and all that.
I'm thinking all that good stuff.

compass thing from Pinterest but I could not draw it as exactly so I just made up my own
flowers and tried to make it work and I think it

Now for my monthly I always have a mini calendar at the top and as well a place for my events and appointments.
Those are very important to me. I love the grid system. It works best for me. I have not tried others a lot.
So I should think about changing it up. But for now this is what I love
I also changed having boxes that have nothing inside them. So I
enjoyed having
that space where I can doodle faith.
I suspect this is going to be one of my favorite spreads from this month's Journal. I am a Leo
and so I wanted to have the zodiac sign of the Leo in my journal I found inspiration for doing this
from Instagram a lady called Hailey . I'll link her details down below so that if you want you can check her art out.
She's pretty awesome and very
creative.
It took a lot of time to actually do this and I actually missed a spot, which I fixed later and
I think it looked super awesome to see the lion come alive.
I know I'm a bit extra this month. But hey, it's my birthday month and I can't keep calm at all
I found this
sticker-quote thing in Pin... On Pinterest and I thought I had to also incorporate it in my journal
so just because it's fun and it's
fresh and it's something that would make me happy when I looked at it. It just says
When you're 30, you are old enough to look backwards, but also young enough to look forward. I think that's awesome.
A habit tracker is also a must-have in my journal and the only difference is that I
clustered some of the habits together and I'm thinking that this month I will not go extra with all the colors
but use just one basic color to track my social in my and
my other habits. Now since I clustered I
decided I needed some self-love where I'm going to have or create a routine for my morning evening all the way to my night time
My mood tracker is also a favorite from my last
time. I'm sorry I went off camera, but I fixed that up. All I had is some
31 arrows
pointing outwards and I actually made a mistake and put 30, but once I realized that I
squeezed in one arrow to make my 31st day. Then of course some color key for my moods
I placed my gratitude log
deliberately next to my mood tracker so that I can always be grateful no matter what. My brain dump is
also
a must have in my journal. A meal plan is also there and it's just a way to keep you
organized such that you're not using or
overspending or
not having enough groceries for yourself and your family. It just gives you a rough idea
you may not follow it completely, but it is nice that
you are able to have an overview of what you spend and how much you need without any wastage.
I'm gonna spend my 30th year exploring my curiosities and also have a vivid vision where I'm going to lean in 3 years and
check and write what I would want my life to look like in 3 years and it will be fun to see how
that one turns up. Then I added current me versus future me where I'm going to draw myself now and my future
ideal self and it will be fun to see how that goes.
My final spread is going to be week 1 but instead of writing all my days down this time round
I'm just going to be writing in a day at a time. So that's how the spread looks
