hey guys today is day two of my juice fast I have my scarf on my head it's

kind of early in the morning I just want to make an update video on how

everything's going not gonna make this video too long because I have to go into

town to take care of some business and I'm always messing with my lighting and

I just want to let you know how day 2 was going for me and it's going

excellent very proud of myself the first couple of days of my juice cleanse I

like the way it started because on Thursday I had to do a couple of things

around the house to get myself ready for Friday morning except I have to leave

today at 6:00 in the morning so I had to be up early like I am right now get

myself ready but I needed to do some prep things like my juices and all that

so I won't have to worry about that come Friday so I won't be drinking any juices

until I get back from my business trip that I need to take to take care of some

things and that'll be around maybe 12 noon one o'clock and then I'll have a

juice or two and then Saturday morning which will be the thirteenth I'll be

doing my big vegetable vegetable juice haul I'll probably do a video maybe

maybe not this is something that I'm trying to embrace this time which is

this 30-day juice cleanse I want to really be able to feel the good in the

bad emotions and also I want to be able to see clearly all the positive effects

that juicing is going to do in the next 30 days of this transformation and it's

gonna bring me in a better light come Phase two because I'm gonna be nicely

cleansed out my sleeping is gonna be better my anxiety is going to be better

in the muscle spasms and stuff like that that I'm having

I'm going to be better as well so I'm looking forward to this

you know 30-day process I'm on day two that means I got 28 more days ago just

want to check in with you guys to let you know I'm still on the juice wagon

and I don't think that I'm gonna be stopping anytime soon until I get to the

31st day because as we know the 31st day will make it a complete 30 days

I'm feeling really eager and determined this time to get the job done the last

juice cleanse slash juice fast that I did a few weeks ago I went nine days and

then I I did a refeed then I went another five or six days and I just been

it's been downhill since so I need to redeem myself and do this 30 days and go

on to phase two which is maintenance and continue for the rest of my life with

the handling and detoxification product my life because that's not going to ever

stop the healing in the detoxification because our bodies through the air

things we eat things we put on our spot body like lotion perfumes shampoos chap

sticks that we put on our lips lip balms we're gonna always have some type of

toxins that are going to continuously build up so we have to stay ahead of the

game with detox and in making sure that the body is healed so with all that

How Close Are We to Talking With Animals? - Duration: 8:16.

You may not want to admit it, but at one time in your life, you've talked to an animal.

Maybe it was letting a dog know it was a good dog or asking a cat where it's been.

Maybe you gave words of encouragement to an elephant or scolded a sheep.

Whichever animal it was you talked to, one thing is for sure; it probably didn't talk

back.

But what if it could?

Scientists are working on ways to not only understand what animals are saying, but to

one day talk back, forever changing the way we think about them.

So, how close are we to talking with animals?

Okay, I know what you're all saying, animals do "talk", just not with words.

They make noises, they have facial expressions and body language.

But, this isn't exactly what we're talking about.

I think it's important to distinguish between what we call communication and language.

Communication is the more general term and it really refers to this exchanging of signals,

sharing and exchanging messages or signals in a meaningful way.

Language is a word that is fraught with interpretations and involved in many debates, whether other

animals have language or they're communicating.

Well the truth is that we suppose that animals have language, but in a lot of cases, we have

to actually prove this experimentally.

But a lot of people are enchanted with the idea of animals having language.

No one has yet proven that an animal or a species has language, partly because the idea

of what constitutes a language hasn't really been established.

But in the broad sense, language should be a distinct and organized pattern of communication,

with a near infinite number of combinations, that has been learned and used voluntarily,

not in a reactionary or instinctual manner.

When your dog barks when a squirrel runs past, this is a predictable and instinctual response,

so we don't consider it language.

But there have been studies that have shown some do communicate in a very complex manner

that show traits of language.

Now we just have to figure out how to decipher what they're saying.

I think the possibility of us having a Rosetta Stone with an animal is very real.

What we have to do is we have to do the experiments to determine the context in which animal signals

are given.

That context is going to give us the Rosetta Stone.

And that's exactly what's happening.

Dr Con Slobodchikoff has been studying prairie dog calls because within those high-pitched

chirps, they actually are saying a lot.

They are able to tell each other what the species of predator is, and the alarm calls

are given in response to a predator.

The prairie dogs tell each other whether the predator is a red-tailed hawk, is a coyote,

is a domestic dog, or is a human.

They can describe the physical features of the predator.

With humans, they can tell each other about the color of clothes that the person is wearing,

about the general size and shape of the person, something about the speed of travel of the

person.

Combining years of recorded prairie dog alarms with AI technology, he may one day be able

to create a prairie dog to English translator.

Unfortunately, determining that animals have language is a difficult process.

It's not an easy one.

It takes a lot of effort and time, and it takes a certain amount of money.

One of the main obstacles that slows us down from communicating with other species is that

we don't have a shared code.

While Dr Slobodchikoff is trying to use prairie dog language as the shared code, others are

looking to create a new code, one that can hopefully bridge the gap between humans and

animals.

We've now created a four by eight foot touchscreen, an interactive underwater touchscreen for

dolphins that will allow them again choice and control and it will allow us to try to

understand what the kinds of signals they're using and their own interests, more about

their cognitive abilities.

Dr. Reiss and her team will observe the dolphin's choices and compare that to their vocalizations

and mannerisms with the hope of decoding some parts of the dolphin's speech.

Again, to create a Rosetta Stone to help translate and hopefully one day talk to dolphins using

their language.

In our lab, we try to give the dolphins a means of communication using a keyboard so

that they could request and identify different objects and that's what we're working on now

so that they can produce a code themselves.

Again, it's such a challenge though to come up with a shared language.

Well, if it's so hard to learn their language, can't we just teach them ours?

Isn't that an easier way to have an interspecies conversation?

Well, maybe.

 For decades scientists have been working with apes to teach them American Sign Language

in order to learn more about both the species and the origin of human language.

8:00 - "So the first Chimp was Washoe, she was wild caught by the Air Force.

They were collecting chimps for the space program...instead of going into space she

joined this sign language project.

She was raised like a human child...all over her caregivers used American sign language…"

Washoe was able to learn over 200 signs, talk to scientists and even taught another chimp

how to sign.

More studies popped up, most famously with Koko the Gorilla, and for a moment the lines

between human and animals blurred ever so slightly.

Some were still skeptical, arguing that these apes were just mimicking signs for a reward

instead of voluntarily conversing.

But other studies were done that showed apes talking amongst themselves with signs and

having private conversations with each other.

They seemed to be using language voluntarily.

Now, even though great progress has been made, some in this field feel uncomfortable with

the idea of bringing in new apes, or any animal, into captivity.

As someone that's been doing this for a long time, I feel that this research should

never be repeated...but the chimps that do have sign language, i feel it's important

for us to continue to document it, study it…i feel that it's important work because it helps

us understand more about chimps and see the continuity between our species and other species

on the planet and i feel that if we understand them better we're more likely to treat them,

and the rest of other beings on the planet in a better way.

And that is what may be at stake here.

That's why scientists are interested in studying interspecies communication and closing

that gap between us and them.

I think if we could talk to animals, it would really change our relationship with them because

people would realize that they are much more like us in many respects.

They have emotions.

They have thoughts...It becomes much more difficult than to treat these animals as property,

as disposable creatures…

people see the chimps signing, it's like the chimps are reaching across that imaginary

boundary that our culture has put up...for a lot of people that helps them widen their

circle of compassion…

.it's going to really perhaps end what Loren Eiseley has called The Long Loneliness of

us being the only species that can communicate with each other.

That would be very exciting to be able to communicate with other species on this planet.

If we were ever able to have a conversation with an animal, we first need to decode every

sound and movement they make when communicating.

This would be our Rosetta Stone, the groundwork for being able to talk back, a scenario that

might change how we think, govern, work, innovate and of course, eat.

So, how close are we to talking to animals?

We really have to abandon our arrogance, and it's our arrogance that keeps us from communicating

with other humans in other cultures...and it's our arrogance that has probably slowed

our progress in understanding what non-humans are talking about.

We're already communicating with animals in simple ways.

If we then ask the question how close are we to having a more sophisticated dialogue

or exchange with other animals using a shared set of symbols in sophisticated ways, I would

say, we still have a long way to go and we're just in the infancy of understanding how to

do it.

I think it really requires decoding more of what they're doing in their own natural systems

and finding ways of incorporating that into what we want to create as a shared code.

It's complicated but it's intriguing.

HOW DO YOU BREAK A FAST WITHOUT SWELLING UP - Duration: 4:39.

hey guys I had someone ask me how do I break my fast when I am fasting say a

dry fast because I don't do what a fast because I feel as though what a fast

makes me hungry and the reason I think they make me hungry is because water

flushes out all the natural nutrients and minerals that the body holds to make

us feel balanced and stop us from feeling weak have headaches and all kind

of different symptoms that can stop us from being productive in the day but if

I'm doing a drive fast for an example there's different ways that you can

break your fast but I also seen on Instagram a couple those two guys they

were doing a 20 day water fast and then after the water fast people were

wondering why were they breaking their water fast with a juice fast now some

people break their fast differently some people break their fast with solid foods

I personally don't do that that's not the first thing I do want to break a

fast some people break it with the baking soda in lemon juice and sometimes

cranberry juice concoction or just the lemon in the baking soda concoction and

they drink on it slowly and then they incorporate water now for number one for

me in my experience and I'm quite sure for a lot of people if you're doing the

dry fast I can't really speak for people who do water fast cuz I'm not into them

first and foremost if you break your fast with water

you've what your body's going to retain as and hold on to that water and you're

really not still fully hydrating the body properly I think that the best way

to break a fast is hydrating it with raw fruits and vegetables in a juice form

not a smoothie but a juice where you're removing the fiber from the juice that

is the best Alette

you're a drink and it's raw that you could give the body you're given the

body the nutrients and the minerals and the vitamins that have been stripped

from your body from your fast and I think in my opinion it hydrates you more

quicker you start to urinate and flush out what the body has been recycling

while you're on the fast that it was not able to get rid of in a timely fashion

and you start to hydrate the body quicker with raw fruits and vegetable

juices that you juice maybe the night before or that day and you hydrate and

you start to feel yourself instantly and this is why I break my fast with juices

now some people's stomachs can't stomach fruit juices and vegetables

miggie gassy they just might get sick you know it's not a one size fit all you

do what works for you if you need to break your fast with baking soda and

lemon juice and sometimes adding the cranberry juice do so but speaking for

myself and a lot of others do it the same way as me I like to break my fast

with a raw juice and I prefer not to do my savory juice with the people and salt

because you don't want the juice that you are taking in to also absorb like

water will do because the sodium is in it so I like to do a sweet juice rather

than savory juice to hydrate the body and then when I feel like I'm ready to

have like a salad or maybe some scrambled eggs some type of a low light

protein it's not going to you know bother the stomach and digest you know

easy not make us sick then that's what I'll do next but before anything first I

do a juice and it's a sweet juice so I don't want to make this video too long

Honestly the touch gets really natural.Really soft.

It became very soft. But I can't show you because it may look too lascivious.

Frankly speaking, I emptied my mind because I saw news often that the water drop shaped prosthesis looks good, but the touch shouldn't be expected.

But it gets very softer than I thought!

So I felt so good!

And the scar looks a bit red, and it still doesn't disappear.

However, it is under-breast curve incision, so scar wouldn't look.

And as size gets larger, the part gets covered. So I don't care that much.

But those who want to have secret to future spouse should incise armpit.

Q4. Is it shaking and aching or feel heavy when running or walking?

Not at all.

It feels nothing when running and walking. It is same as usual.Lol

It doesn't feel heavy or irritating because I put something.

And there was a question that exercise is available.

It says that light exercise like yoga or Pilates is possible after 3 months.

And after 6 months, more violent exercise is possible. (Health trainers do this a lot!)

Q5. Caution after surgery?

First, you shouldn't sleep on your stomach until full recovery.

So I slept sit, until first month.

Because I worried shape might get weird as breast was pressed down if I unconsciously sleep on my stomach or side.

In fact, you don't have to do that much, and just sleep on your back.

And be careful with carrying heavy things with your arm as your arm and breast muscle is connected.

I've been to Europe right after one month.

Everything was okay except carrying heavy things.

So you should consider that.

Q6. Is it spread naturally when you lie?

Prosthesis has two kinds, which are round, and water drop shape.

And the round shape is more natural when lain.

Water drop shape is actually quite fixed, so it wouldn't spread as ordinary breast when lain.

In fact, I have never seen person who has same size with me lied in nude.

So I couldn't say exactly that it's similar or not.Lol

Just think that it doesn't look perfectly natural.

Q7. People's view around you after the video?

Actually my acquaintances don't mind that much. lol

Special reactions were that,

At first, there are people who contacted me that they had a surgery in the hospital I had before. (As seen in 1st vid, it's I-well plastic surgery.)

Second was that those who asked that if it is painful,

And third was that those who told me that my confidence is wonderful.

Now I come to think of it, I had no negative view.

Maybe there are some people who think it in their mind, but no one expressed it!

Q8. How painful is it?

Actually it aches from the surgery day to 7th day.

But after that, it is aching that much.

So you can refer my first review, and you need to know that I had difficulty with exercising with my arms.
