Waching daily Oct 18 2018

Lunch break is over

we're off again

not the best thing to do after eating

I can't feel

my arms anymore

crazy

it's better to move the bushes aside

the bushes

this is medium difficulty, but there's a nice obstacle

oh god

here's there an abandoned 500

it rolled down.. we have to jump over it?

we pass over it. Really?

Once we passed over the roof, now I don't know if it slipped down

look how narrow it is here

so narrow

the gopro doesn't show it well, but there'a a nice pit and right after there's a steep climb

better from outside

just go straight

you reach the embankment then go into the pit

follow me

first real test passed

the 500 was here!

we used to ride over the roof. it was like a bridge

the front sank there

the start of the climb was tricky

because the front tire slipped

on the edge, I basically fell standing still

now we're gonna do the "arm breaking". Oh god

he's taking me to a climb called the "arm breaking"

because it breaks your arms since it's very long

and full of rocks

so you jump a lot

since I'm not much trained, I've trained just the last few weeks

and since it's my first time doing Enduro

I think it will be hard

to get to the top

but I won't give up

we're here at the "arm breaking"

breathe, 'cause it gonna get harder now

ok

the hard part is now

and I was already dead!

Need help? No

I jumped on the rocks and I turned too much

plus with the pit... (I couldn't reach)

it's too high here, to start again

I just need to get over there

I jumped and then I slowed down too much

because I turned

then he it did like this... bye!

if you're tall you could maybe do it

from how much the tire is sliding you can understand how steep it was. And this was an easy spot

I get it why it's called "arm breaking"

it's over right?

I had to remove the mask

because I was sweating so much I couldn't see

I still have to comfortable with the flow to do a wheelie

the flight of steps

it's worse?

Not at all. You go hard and you get to the top for sure

it's pretty steep. Go, go

crooked, but I managed to get here

I don't know if you can see it from the gopro

but it's pretty high

beautiful. Every time I come here I'm at peace

nice

it's so nice here!

I'm very satisfied with this enduro

I loved it

it's the first time I try it.. wow, I'm really

satisfied

I think it's one of the best things I've ever done onboard a bike

and also one of the least --

I mean you can get hurt

but you're not amongst the road traffic

because when you're on the street even with the 690

I have fun with it

and the times I've had most fun is the other time during summer vacation

where I scraped my knee continuously

but just the slightest mistake

could really hurt you

while here

it's tiring, fun, you vent out

it's great.

After this enduro I'm even more convinced about my choice

guys

everything I'm wearing today, from the boots

to the gloves, to the bib,

and everything, has been provided by 24mx

you'll find the link in the description,

and honestly I feel good, nothing hurt

the boots fit perfectly

I'm not an Enduro expert but

if there had been something off

or that hurt

I would have noticed, because I've been wearing them for a few hours now

but I'm very comfortable. So you can find all the links in the description

if you're interested, the prices are great

the boots, for example, are on sale at €99

a series of curves

follow him on instagram

Giulio aka LaFuria

there's a reason if he's called "lafuria" (thefury)

since I can breathe a bit better now, I'd like to thank

Ferrando Motor, the official KTM dealership

for Lucca and Livorno

for having supported me in this great experience

shit the gear didn't work

I didn't see the cops at the end of the street

the cops

You still wanna keep riding bikes, yes? You're right.

You're right. Yes.

crazy

crazy

Guys I hope you liked this video

for me it's been a great experience. I'm really satisfied

about this choice

I hope it's the same for you. See ya

Build YOUR Confidence & Conquer Self-Doubt Forever (10 Tips For Introverts) - Duration: 8:09.

How To Conquer Self-Doubt [0:00:00]

Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we might oft win, by fearing to attempt.

Guys, Shakespeare was talking about self-doubt over four hundred years ago.

It's not anything new.

And, thankfully, there are proven methods out there that you can use to power through

to eliminate self-doubt forever.

How to do this?

Guys, that's the subject of today's video.

[Music] The first thing that you need to know about

self-doubt is you are not alone.

I deal with self-doubt.

Every successful person I have ever met, any person I met, when you talk to them and you

get to know them, they deal with self-doubt.

Me, I view myself as this kid that grew up in a trailer park was known as boney Tony,

was horrible with girls.

I could never talk to girls.

I never let anyone know how I felt about them because I just wouldn't go after things.

Now, things have changed, I'm much more going to go after what I want.

I have achieved many great things that I'm very proud of, but I still look at myself

in the mirror some days, many days actually and like who is this guy?

And, here is the deal, if you feed self-doubt, it's going to get stronger, but if you starve

self-doubt it's going to get weaker.

And I can start to build up an ability to [0:01:09 inaudible] keep that self-doubt at

bay.

Next tip, gentlemen, get outside, exercise, go for a walk, you don't need to over complicate

this.

In fact, study show when you're just out walking in nature, that is best.

Now, it is nice if you're in a city, you can go walking around not going to have the

same effect according to the studies.

But for me, going to the gym first thing in the morning that right there sets the tone

for the entire day.

The next tip to eliminate self-doubt, build up your confidence by becoming an expert.

And, yes, you can – anyone can become an expert.

When I was in fourth grade, I was an expert in World War II.

I started just diving into all these World War II books.

When it came to something I knew I had confidence and I could stand up and talk about this and

my teachers were just amazed that I could give this history lesson and go into more

detail than the books.

You can do this with anything, you just got to find what you're passionate about.

To this day, I still go in 1776, I'm listening to this on Audible, the paid sponsor of today's

video.

And, you guys know I love Audible even before they were sponsoring me, I was buying tons

of their books.

I've got over five hundred books on my phone here.

Another history book I'm absolutely loving, A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill

Bryson.

And what I really like is he brings a lot of history.

I've been listening to this with my kids in the car.

We absolutely love and my kids are learning stuff and it's just a great read.

Guys, this is how it works.

Every month, Audible members get one credit good for any audiobook they choose, plus two

Audible originals from a changing selection they can't get anywhere else.

They also get access to audio fitness and health workouts created exclusively for Audibles.

And one of my favorite features, if you don't like the audiobook, you can exchange it no

questions asked.

And, don't forget, gentlemen, using that link in the description you can get a free

audiobook from Audible whenever you sign up for their subscription service by going to

Audible.com/RMRS or text RMRS to 500-500.

Again, that's Audible.com/RMRS or text RMRS to 500-500.

Don't compare yourself.

If you compare yourself to other people, you are in for a world of hurt.

In fact, there's a 2014 University of Toledo study that talks about people that spend a

lot of time on social media, what they find is that these people their self-confidence

their thoughts of themselves they go down because they see all these guys out there

that are incredibly rich before the age of 25, they've got six pack abs and they're

60 years old.

But, that is not average and when you think that, okay, because that person is really

good at those particular things, I am somehow a failure.

Guys, that is not a true comparison.

You know your heartaches, you know your pains, you know the suffering, you know all the work

everything that's nasty and dirty behind the scenes, but what you don't see is that

that person has the same issues.

So, don't compare yourself.

No one is perfect, just strive to be the best that you can be.

So, Col. Sanders was 74 whenever he finally sold Kentucky Fried Chicken was able to take

money off the table.

He was 62 before Kentucky Fried Chicken really started to gain ground and he started it in

his early 40's.

So, what could we learn here?

Guys, it is never too late.

If you're 40, if you're 50, if you're 60, if you're 25, look at how much time

you have.

You have got twenty, thirty, fifty years especially if you take care of yourself and you have

got tons of time, more time than what you think.

Gentlemen, it's never too late, you always have the power to change.

So, let's talk about failure and self-doubt, they go together.

So many men are afraid to actually take a chance to do something because they're going

to fail.

Here's the truth, you are going to fail no matter what and life is full of failures

and falling down.

Don't look at failures though, they're not permanent.

You simply pick yourself back up and keep going.

It's like with a kid, when you learn to ride a bike, you fall down.

It's the only way to learn to ride a bike is you actually got to ride the bike.

You cannot read about riding a bike.

So, when you do that, you learn things that you can only learn to experience.

View this as an experiment and keep trying, trying again.

[0:05:02] I know for me, if I'm hitting three out

of ten, two out of ten, I am happy.

But, fail fast, move forward, guys, pick yourself up, but don't be afraid of failure.

Next up, surround yourself with cheerleaders.

And, no, I'm not talking about those type of cheerleaders.

What I'm talking about are people that have your back, people that are going to stand

by you, people that make you feel better about yourself.

So, if I go in I'm just looking at my history here on the phone, I talk to my wife quite

a bit.

I talk to Aaron Marino, Ryan Masters, my friend, Tom Webster.

All of these people when I talk to them, they make me feel better.

They always have something positive to say or when they're going to give me a little

bit of criticism, they do pretty good job of like, okay, I respect their opinion, but

I talk to people, I surround myself with people that are positive.

And, you want to avoid people that are toxic.

You know who they are.

And it's very painful when their family, when there are people that just you got to

limit you got to create barriers.

I'm not saying to cut them off completely, but you've got to surround yourself with

people that are going to help to lift you up because otherwise they're going to feed

into the self-doubt and that's going to bring you down.

Stop being so negative.

So, are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Let me ask you a question.

When you look in your backyard and a tree branch falls down, what's your reaction?

Now, that tree may fall down, you may say, oh, I don't – I got to do a lot of work

now, I got to cut that thing up, or you may say that's great, I needed some more firewood.

I got something to do, I'm going to go out there and get some exercise.

One thing happened, but my reaction to it says everything about me.

And if you find that you are a pessimist, you are a negative person and believe me,

this can happen to us overtime, work to actually change that.

You can have a jar that simply about things that you've accomplished and by simply,

again, being grateful, you can become a much more positive person.

So, the next mistake that leads to self-doubt is not taking action.

Five, four, three, two, one, do it.

Stop thinking.

When you over think things, you fall into analysis paralysis.

I was thinking, okay, should I break up the video, actually maybe film in a different

location, but I'm like the lighting is not off them like, hey, Antonio, just grab a camera

and people are going to see your dirty office, it doesn't matter, you guys are going to

get some great information.

I didn't over think it, so stop thinking, take action.

All right.

So, at this point you're like, great information, Antonio, but how am I going to find time to

actually implement this?

Guys, go check out this video right here, How to Wake Up at 5:00 AM.

You wake up at 5:00 AM, you've got time for yourself to be able to focus in on improving

yourself, on reading, on actually going to the gym, on going for those walks.

I talk about a number of the books that I love here on the Audible app which is a great

app by the way, but you want more.

You want more books you're like I'm not a history buff.

Okay.

Check out these books right here, I'm going to link to this video down in the description,

you will find my list of uncommon books every successful man needs to read.

[Bleeping sound] I got to get out of here.

My son is playing football and I'm excited to go watch his game.

And, on the way to the football game, I'm going to be listening to Audible.

Oh, yeah.

Such a great sponsor, I love it when I can bring you guys to company that I've been

using for over a decade.

I'll link to it down in the description.

That's it.

Take care.

And, I'm out of here to go watch my son play football.

Bye. [0:08:08] End of Audio

Cảnh sát ngầm của Trung Quốc theo dõi như thế nào | Trung Quốc Không Kiểm Duyệt - Duration: 18:24.

On this episode of China Uncensored:

A 14-old-girl was monitored by Chinese police 24/7—

at home, at school, even in the shower.

Her crime?

You'll find out when we talk to her.

Hi, welcome back to China Uncensored.

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Chinese rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng was once

celebrated in China for fighting against injustice.

In fact, he was named one of the top ten lawyers in China

by the Chinese government.

But they suddenly changed their minds after Gao

started going after the biggest source of injustice in China:

the Chinese government.

Or more accurately,

the Chinese Communist Party.

Authorities shut down Gao's law firm,

suspended his license,

and spent the next few years imprisoning and torturing Gao

and putting his family under house arrest.

Yes, China is a country with rule of law.

Also, war is peace.

Earlier this week, the China Uncensored team

was at the Oslo Freedom Forum in New York,

a gathering of activists around the world

who are standing up to authoritarian regimes,

like the Chinese Communist Party.

One of those activists was Gao Zhisheng's daughter, Grace Gao.

She sat down with Shelley to discuss her father's work

and her own experiences under house arrest in China.

Thank you so much for being here, Grace.

We really appreciate it.

Thank you for having me.

Can you just tell us a little bit about

what you remember about your father?

He's a very loving person,

and he has a lots of love towards other people,

and he always want to share his love.

He always wanted to help.

And that's how I remember him.

He was, you know, considered one of the best,

10 best lawyers in China.

Why did he care so much about his work?

I think the main reason is he was born in poverty,

and he was raised in poverty,

and he knows how difficult for poor people that were like,

you know, those poor people to live,

to make a living in China,

and he always wanted to help those people out.

And he says the main problem is the government.

It's the system.

So I think that's what he devoted to do.

That's what he wanted to do.

In the beginning, he was helping a lot of these like vulnerable people,

and it seemed like he was being celebrated for it,

but then suddenly it seemed like the government was targeting him.

Do you know why that happened?

I think he reached to the core.

He was writing open letters to the government,

and he was taking sensitive cases,

political sensitive cases in China.

Like persecutions of Falun Gong practitioners.

The persecutions of Christians.

I think he touched some topics that the government

will never allow anybody to touch it.

But he dared to do it anyway?

Yeah.

You were quite young when this was happening.

Do you remember any of this?

I was 14.

Everything started when I was 13, 14.

It was a chaos.

There were, when they kidnapped my father,

he was almost never in the picture.

So it was eight secret agent lived in our apartment.

They take shifts, three times...eight hours shift.

And then there were 20, 30, 40 more secret agents

outside of that apartment,in the community.

They were just constantly observing me, my brother, and my mom.

They were writing down everything, every activities that we did.

So at the time, your dad, they had already taken your dad away?

Yes.

Why were they in your house?

They never gave us a reason, even though we kept asking them,

but I guess they ... I'm guessing they don't want me or my mom

reaching out to medias, telling the world what's happening.

I guess that's a reason.

Or maybe they're just scared.

Were they watching you 24/7?

Yes.

They were watching us 24/7.

They had a notebook.

They were writing down everything that we did, like,

"Grace woke up at 7:00 a.m. and she took a shower,"

those kinds of things.

They were watching everything, even the bathroom.

Do you think they were trying to scare you?

Yes, I do.

What about when you went to school?

They wouldn't let me go to school for a long period of time,

until they finally released my father.

My father fought for my rights to go to school,

and then they were like, "Yes, we can let you go to school,

but there's one condition."

The eight secret agents are following me at all times.

They were sitting outside of the classroom,

and they're tearing down the doors of the bathroom,

and they had to watch everything that I did.

It was really uncomfortable.

It sounds really traumatic, actually.

Very traumatic.

They banned all the students at my school,

they cannot bring a cell phone to school.

Just think about it.

They're all teenagers.

They're all having their relationships with their lovers or whatever,

and they can't bring a cell phone.

The principal and the teachers are announcing this

publicly in my school that nobody can talk to me,

otherwise their parents will be jailed like my father.

It sounds like you had a terrible time at school.

Very terrible.

Did the teachers also not talk to you?

Well, she did.

She did in a bad way,

so that everybody else would hate me.

Why did you have to be hated?

Because I think that's their goal,

to make me a bad person, to make me a target

so that everybody would hate on me,

so that I would feel even more terrible.

How did you get through that?

I just kept telling myself that,

"I'm undergoing all of this because of my father,

but I know my father, deep in my heart, he is a good man.

I don't know the reason why they took him,

but I do know he's a good man."

I just kept telling myself,

"I need to survive.

I need to be with my family.

I need to be there for them,"

because at the time, my mom, she's not eating at all.

She's really angry, and she keeps asking them,

"Why are you doing this to our family?"

They denied to give her any reasons,

so she is super upset.

She refused to eat for a long period of time.

My brother was a baby at the time, two years old, three years old.

I think I had to be the rock of my family.

That's a lot of pressure for a 14-year-old.

Yeah.

When your dad was back,

were the secret agents still watching your family?

Yes, but not in the apartment, but still.

It was more people, outside of the apartment.

Did you ever talk to your father about what was happening?

I didn't.

I didn't want him to worry,

because I can see all the scars on his back.

I didn't want him to worry,

so I didn't tell him what was really going on.

I suppose he suffered more.

When did your mom decide to take you out of China?

To be honest, I didn't know when she had the idea,

but it was 2009, January, the 9th of January.

That morning, she took us to flee from China.

How old were you?

I was 16.

Two years of your family being under constant surveillance.

How did you feel about leaving?

Sad, because that morning, everything was normal.

Somehow, my dad wants to hug us.

My dad hugged my brother really tight

and then hugged my mom really tight.

He gave me a really, really tight hug,

and then he kisses me on the forehead.

I knew something was wrong, but in my family,

we don't talk freely.

We never know there are cameras or anything in the rooms,

so we don't talk freely.

I can tell there is something wrong,

and then my mom just took us away.

Did you know where you were going?

No.

You eventually made it to America.

Yeah.

Can you tell us a little bit about

how you got to America from China?

Not really.

I can't give out much details,

because there are still people using the same method

and the same people we used to flee from China.

I think it's much better that I don't say anything.

Essentially, people helped you,

helped smuggle you out of the country.

Yes.

What was it like to come to America?

It was a lot of adjustments.

It was very difficult.

We had to make a living, and we had to keep on living.

At the same time, we had to do a lot of work for my father.

We're aware there's an attentions on his case.

It's been tough.

It's been tough, and it's been good.

How is your life in America now?

Pretty good.

Just graduated,

and I went to travel for a couple months by myself.

I learned how to dive.

I even go on meditation underwater,

so it's pretty good.

It's pretty peaceful.

That's quite different, hm?

Yeah.

Do you feel like Americans understand

what's happening in China right now?

Not really.

I mean, yes and no.

Of course, America understands how worsened the situation is,

the human rights situation is in China, but they can't do anything.

They can't do too much about it,

because of the economic factors and the other factors.

So yes and no.

After your mom brought you guys to America,

did you lose contact with your father?

Yeah, right away.

Almost right away.

I forgot how long was that, but two years after,

we remained in contact for, I don't know, a couple weeks.

Then he was off, and then he somehow appeared,

and then he was off.

It's just like this, on and off, on and off.

We're kind of used to this.

When is the last time you talked to your father?

Did you talk on the phone?

Yes.

Usually, we call.

My father is located in a small village where he was born.

It's in Shaanxi province.

He is under house arrest.

Usually, we call his big brother.

If he's around, the big brother will call him to talk to us.

If he's not, then it's bad luck.

We can't talk to him that day.

Sometimes, my father will carry the cell phone

and climb up to the mountains to get a better signal to talk to us,

but it's kind of useless, because everything we talk about, they...

The Chinese government sees this as politically sensitive,

so they usually just cut it off.

They can actually cut off your-

Pretty often, actually.

They cut off the phone pretty often, so that we know,

"Oh, we reached into some sensitive topics."

Sensitive topics like, "How are you doing, dad?"

Yes, that's the main question.

Every time when I ask him,

"How are you?

Is your health okay?

Are you feeling good?"

they cut off the line.

Those kinds of questions, my father cannot answer.

That sounds incredible.

Yeah.

You haven't even been able to do this for a year, right?

Mm-hmm.

Do you know where your father is now?

No.

It's been a year.

We don't know where he is.

Does that mean he is probably in a prison somewhere?

I think he must be under house arrest or something,

but we don't know the location.

The Chinese government, they denied that they have him,

but it's almost a sure answer that they have him, so yeah.

Have you ever thought about what it would be like

to go back to China?

Actually, I tried.

I tried a couple times,

but I was denied to get my visa.

I had my internship in January in Hong Kong this year.

I also tried to get my visa from Hong Kong,

and I was denied, too.

Do you feel, then, safe in the U.S.?

Do you feel like they know who you are,

the Chinese government?

Are they still interested in you,

since they denied you your visa to go back?

Yeah.

That's why I was telling you that

I don't like to have topics about China.

I don't talk about it.

It makes me feel safer.

It makes me feel like I am not exposed, myself, too much.

Because in my father's book, Stand Up China 2017,

he said the secret agents are telling him that they have

people around us in America to watch our lives,

so they can give my father some information to update.

"We want you to surrender, because your family in America,

they are doing really poorly," this kind of thing.

We tend to not expose ourselves too much

because we don't feel that safe.

Have you actually had problems directly?

Not really, but it's just we're very alert.

It's pretty tragic that even thousands of miles away,

the Chinese government can still make you feel unsafe

and make your father feel threatened.

Have you thought about what you will say to your dad

the next time you see him?

No.

No.

I almost never thought about this question,

because he is very stubborn, in a way.

He refused to come to America.

He thinks China is his battleground.

He has to stay there.

He has to stay there for people to know

that there are somebody fighting for human rights and justice.

There are people fighting for them in the dark.

I don't know when I will be able to see him,

so this question is ...

I almost never thought about it.

Is there anything that people can do

outside China to help your dad?

I think if you pray, please pray for him.

I think it's important for people who are outside of China

to know that not just my father,

not just the individual case,

but there are a bigger problem behind it.

It's the system.

It's the Communists.

It's the system.

In a thousand ways, it's still wrong.

Thank you so much for talking to us today, Grace.

Thank you.

I want to give a special thanks

to the staff at the Oslo Freedom Forum

who put us in touch with Grace Gao,

and helped us set up this interview.

Oh, and thanks to Shelley for actually doing this interview

and to Grace for being willing to talk with us.

Over the next couple of weeks,

we'll have even more interviews we shot at the Oslo Freedom Forum.

Essence Of Murli 19-10-18 - Duration: 7:04.

Om Shanti !

Today's Murli Date Is 19th October 2018

( We know our Baba is bodiless. So are we souls. We arrived in this world being bodiless but once here we related with bodily beings )

( we started thinking of bodily beings more and more and thus we find it difficult to remember bodiless father )

( Since we are not able to be bodiless and remember Baba. He taught us Raj yoga. To teach us remember One Baba alone, forgetting every thing else )

Essence: Sweet children, have all relationships with the Father and your bondages will end.

Maya ties you in bondage whereas the Father liberates you from bondage.

Question: Who is said to be free from bondage? What is the way to become free from bondage?

Answer: "Free from bondage" means bodiless.

Bodies or bodily relationships should not pull your intellects to them.

There is bondage in body consciousness. Become soul conscious and all bondages will end.

To die alive is to become free from bondage.

It should remain in your intellects that it is now the final period and that the play is about to end.

We are going to our Father's home and so we will become free from bondage.

Song: Storms and hurricanes can do nothing to those whose Companion is God.

Essence for dharna: 1. Remove your attachment from everything including your body and make full effort to become bodiless.

Observe as a detached observer the part of every actor. Become free from bondage.

2. Go beyond this old world.

Talk to yourself: I now have to return home. It is now the end of the old world. My part has now come to an end.

Blessing: May you become free from all bondages and experience the flying stage with the awareness of being double light.

While walking and moving around have the awareness: I am an angel stable in the double-light stage.

An angel means one who flies. Something that is light remains constantly up above; it doesn't come down.

For half the cycle, you have stayed down and now it is time to fly and so, check: Do I have any burdens or bondages?

If a bondage or burden of your weak sanskars, waste thoughts and body consciousness continues for a long time,

it will bring you down at the end. Therefore, become free from bondage and practise staying in the double-light stage.

Slogan: Only those who have accumulated the power of pure thoughts can serve through their minds.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada

The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Om Shanti !

ANOTHER THEFT! || NOT MY ART! - Duration: 5:07.

Before I start this video, I have a very interesting update

Filmora have a new meme maker

and yeah, this time I pronounced it right, because every time I say "meh-meh maker"

and everyone is laughing at me... MEME maker!

So, you can use this meme maker to make your own

memes easily, quickly, and for free

Even more interesting is that anyone using it

may win the new iPhone Xs

you can enter multiple times until November 20

and of course this means the more you participate,

the better chances you have of winning

You can find detailed instructions at the link down here in the description

Also, with this app we can make part 2 of

the "Reacting to your memes" video

As I said, all the links are down below, try it,

it's interesting, send me any memes you made of me

and you can win a phone, who knows! Intro!

Hello guys

I am Mirela and today I want to talk about something very interesting I found

There is also a moral to this story, stay till the end!

It's about an art exhibition

that is very non-standard. It is called "Not My Art"

It was organized by Alexander Stanishev

I looked at some of his works on his website, he is very good

he is mainly a videographer, he does not call himself a photographer

but despite that he shot a photo

that literally went viral. Here is the original photo.

Nothing special so far, but here's the interesting part

Some painter decided to steal this photo

and without giving any credit

he decided to paint a copy and sell it

for 2,000 Euro without ever mentioning

who took the original photo

After the photographer, Alexander, found out what happened

he created a website called "Not my art"

I will put a link down in the description if you want to see it

on this website he showed the original photo and told everyone

to "steal" his picture and to modify it in any way they want

do anything with it

just do something creative with it. And then he organized this exhibition

displaying all the things people did with his photo

I don't remember how I learned about this story,

but it was extremely interesting to me so I decided to visit that exhibition

if I'm not wrong, it lasted for a whole week

at "167 Place" in Sofia,

and it was very cool, with illustrations everywhere

similar photos

it was awesome, right when entering the place

you see illustrations hung all over the walls

we went upstairs and it was crazy

similar works were everywhere

and the most interesting thing was, as you see

the people on the photo, sitting on the bench, they are three people

and there were three empty chairs

which is, you know, related to the photo

it was very well thought out. I also bought this card

I am not sure who made this, but it is very good! [IVAYLO VELIKOV]

So the reason I decided to tell you

this story is to pep you up a bit,

even if some insolent people may treat you badly

the way they treated him in this case

because nobody would be happy if someone stole things they made

and yes, there are bad people

who wouldn't think twice before doing this

but I looked at this from a very different angle

and I had never thought about it this way until now:

that even things like that can be turned

in your favor, like he did with this exhibition

if nothing else, at least this is very good publicity

so yes, this was very inspiring for me

and very interesting. Look at the other side of things

and make things good for yourself even though

someone is trying to do something bad at your expense.

This motivated me, it inspired me, and I decided to share it with you

and I can even give you a personal example, the song with "Suzanita"

my channel went very popular at that time

even though someone tried to do something bad to me

and I felt very bad and this hurt me a lot

and it was very unpleasant, but on the other hand

I got on media, I told the story

my channel blew up, I had an amazing number of views

so even bad things at some point may turn out

to be OK for you. Keep going! That was it from me for today.

Bye!

CHANNEL PRESENTATION - BUUU63 - Duration: 7:53.

Honey, what are you doing?

I'm watching a motorbike video

Akways motorbike! You looks like the black cat

that fix the red pointer light

Why don't you create your own videos?

Well, you are right, I do it!

Help *ironic*

Ok I'm ready! So I go out to register my video! See you later!

Wait! Wait!

Where are you f***ng going? It's night!

Ah! Well, you are right...

Hello everybody and welcome into the presentation video of my channel

I'm Valerio Buuu63

Finally after months full of difficult

I had some issues with my cam

I bought an Icontechs 4K, and now I'm recording with it

Maybe I will talk in another video about the problems

that I had with this cam

I'm from Nettuno, province of Rome

Now, I'm bringing you with me

Well we are going

to the destination of another video

and meanwhile, I record again the presentation video

Maybe someone has already seen my bike in a video

of the Youtuber Dippi 220, Andrea that is a dear freidn of mine in real life

He recorded a video about my bike, in which he mistreated and raped it, poor bike!

If someone didn't eatch the video, i linked it in the description

If someone don't know which motorbike is this, it's a Yamaha FZS 600 my 2000

The 30th of August my byke turned 18yo, now it's adult

I chose this bike, because I use it everyday

so I wanted a bike for all the situation

using it for a tour with friends, in trac.. well I'd like to go on tracks, but it's not the appropriate moorbike

But I use it on the street with friends

for daily tour with my girlfriend

some moto travel

As you see, we are going into the mountains, but I will not say

what we are going to do here

Because you will discover it in another video

I wanna record three kind of vlogs

The first are the most sport ones

With my friends, often with the leather suit

Because, I had a pit bike 160cc

I usually went on tracks, I had a lot of issues with the bike, I sold all

and I bought this, my Fazer. So

sometimes we dust off the archives the leather suit

Trying to enjoy the mountain passes with my Fazer

Enjoying the way, avoiding to injury myself

The second type of vlog that I wanna record, is a format

that I'm pretty sure I will title it VLOGTOUR

Even if I don't choose another title after the record

In this format I make you discover

Medieval cities, places, monuments

bringing there on motorcycle wirth me

The last type of vlog

includes different videos

test ride, reviews

go kart and pit bike rent on tracks

and something like that.

Well guys,

I reached my destination

Ah! I forgot a very important thing to say

In all the presentation video that I recorded until now

all with a very low audio quality

I saved a clip

In which I'm going to Andrea, Dippi220.

I'm in his presentation video also, I link the video in the description but I was in a horrible condition

So I went to annoying him while he was training,

he is an amateur motocross rider

he was in his leather suit, dirty and sweaty under the August sun

The clip is funny so

I let you watch it

These are the planes, so I have to enter here

Ok Andrea is not here

Andrea:"Ehy" Valerio:"Hey, you stood me up"

Andrea:"No, I'm here!" Valerio:"Where? I entered but I didn't see you"

Andrea:"Where are you now?" Valerio:"I'm outside the gate, now I enter again"

Andrea:"come here again, when you are close to the track, wait me there" Valerio:"Ok"

Andrea:"I'm arriving there" Valerio:"Ok"

It looked like that he stood me up

instead he is really here, so let's enter again

He is really arriving...*Sarcasm*

Ok let's adventure on this sandy roads perfect for my Fazer

OMG Andrea, I hate you

Guys the smell of two stroke oil is amazing

I love it

I have seen him!

Finally we found him

He is getting in the track

Andrea:"Neither a full lap!" Valerio:"You already stop, shame!

Valerio:"With my Fazer I could complete more laps than you!"

Valerio:"So you are slower than 7yo kids" Andrea:"Yes, they are faster tha me" *sarcasm*

Valerio:"There are some kids realy fast!"

Andrea:"When will we record a video here?"

Valerio:"Ehm, when I'll have the desire to break a femur, we will record here" Andrea:"Come on let's record a video!"

Andrea:"I give you one of my bike" Valerio:"I can do it with my Fazer"

Andrea:"I promise to all my fans

Not to yours, but to mine, I bring him on this trackand we record a video together"

Valerio:"Ok, and the video after that, will be at the hospital for orthopedic rehabilitation"

*both laughing*

Ok Andrea, I have to go! See you soon!

Well, I think that I said you all

Thank you for watching this video

That it's just introductory, just to explain to you now I wanna manage my channel

If you liked the video, please leave a like

Share it, please SUBSCRIBE, I think I will prepare a video once a week

more or less, maybe twice a week if it's possible

So... see you in the next video! Thank you everybody! Byyyye!

Can You Lose Fat And Gain Muscle At The Same Time (The Truth) - Duration: 8:07.

hey guys so in today's video I want to break down a really popular question and

that is is it possible to build muscle and lose fat at the same time and if it

is how can you do that so the first question I want to answer is that can

you build muscle and lose fat simultaneously no not at the exact same

moment right that two independent processes you're building a muscle and

you're burning off fat so building muscle and losing fat independent

processes so they can't actually happen simultaneously but you can lose fat and

build muscle at the same time if we're talking about the results that you see

in your body over a period of four eight weeks for example meaning you stay at 70

kgs over eight weeks of being in a calorie deficit because you've gained

muscle and compensated for that loss of weight from the fat so there are many

people that will say that to build muscle you need to be in a calorie

surplus meaning you're consuming more calories than you need and to be burning

fat you need to be in a calorie deficit which means that you're burning less

calories and you require so with this logic people say that you must be in a

calorie surplus in order to build muscle now you do need to be in a calorie

deficit to lose fat but you don't necessarily need to be in a calorie

surplus in order to build muscle you can decrease your body fat percentage

without being in a calorie deficit but that's because you're building muscle

and therefore decreasing the proportion of body fat to muscle mass and your body

so many people will say it's impossible to build muscle and lose fat at the same

time because you have to be in a surplus to build muscle and you have to be in a

deficit to lose fat so therefore it's it's impossible right but it's not as

simple as this and you can look into the real world to see examples of this

happening I mean take the thousands of obese and very overweight people that

have lost a lot of fat and if strength strained at the same time at the end of

all of that fat loss and not consistently losing fat over 20 weeks

they reveal a ripped and lean and hard body then have that to begin with right

they probably had a pretty skinny frame with not much muscle under that fat but

because of the resistance training they gained muscle now why does this

occur well when you are new to weightlifting right you have those new

beginnings and that's very real as a beginner you gain much more muscle much

more rapidly you don't really need a proper diet program or a training

program as a beginner as long as you lift some heavy weight your muscles are

so sensitive to that new stimulus of training that your muscles will just

grow rapidly easily so this is why you can lose fat you can be in a calorie

deficit and you can build muscle at the same time so how when why does this

exactly happen if the logic is that you need to be in a surplus in order to

build muscle well let's take a look at what exactly the body requires in order

to build muscle so any protein protein is important to recover from your

workouts for protein synthesis your body needs it to build muscle and it isn't

easy to get enough on a cut right just because you're 500 calories under your

deficit doesn't mean you can't eat enough protein it's extremely easy to

eat one gram per pound of body weight of protein and research has shown that all

you really need in order to maximize protein synthesis when you're bulking up

is 0.7 grams per pound of body weight you also need water which you can drink

you also need energy right which comes from glycogen from carbs that you eat

and triglycerides fat so it's important to remember that when your body doesn't

have enough food coming in it can get energy from itself for example if you go

to the gym and your body needs more glucose but you haven't eaten carbs

before your workout your body can dig into its own protein into its own muscle

and turn a protein and the glucose through a process called gluconeogenesis

so your body can get energy from itself where needed when it doesn't have enough

coming from from food so you can see that because you're getting enough

protein because you have basically an unlimited supply of energy you have the

fuel and the building blocks required in order to build muscle so it simply comes

down to how sensitive you are to the stimulus of training if you're very new

to it it's gonna happen rapidly without much effort and if you're only in a 500

calorie deficit it's extremely possible to build muscle and lose fat at the same

time and we actually have many studies showing this happening not only for

beginners but actually for trained athletes there's one study where they

looked at resistance train males who could bench 4 plates

four or five which is 180 kilograms which is extremely advanced

that's an elite level of strength so I've been training for years and they

did show that they were actually able to build some muscle while losing fat so

this impossible thing to do is and even just exclusive to the beginners but it's

actually very possible to do when you're more advanced however it's going to be

more difficult to do you probably can't get away with a huge calorie deficit and

do both simultaneously like a beginner a beginner can probably go in a thousand

calorie deficit and build some muscle if they're extremely new but someone who's

more advanced may have to go into a 100 200 300 very slight calorie deficit in

order to maybe build a little muscle as an advanced love that what you're trying

to do when you're losing fat is basically retain as much muscle as

possible because if you're more advanced and you die for a very long period of

time chances are that you're going to lose some muscle but as a beginner you

can probably keep building some form quite a significant period of time how

much is gonna depend on many different factors such as your calorie deficit

your genetics the amount of protein you consume the type of training you're

doing so many factors but it definitely is possible so one study looked at

police officers losing fat over 12 weeks and what they found is that the police

officers lost 9.3 pounds of fat and they gained 8.8 pounds of lean body mass lean

body mass isn't necessarily dry muscle tissue but there's definitely some

muscle there many studies have looked at body recomposition and athletes and

footballers and rugby players and the research is pretty clear that you can do

body composition you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time even if

you're an advanced let athlete and have training experience on your belt so if

you're trying to build muscle and lose fat at the same time how do you maximize

your chances of doing that number one be a complete beginner number two if you're

not a complete beginner train properly because maybe you're gonna get the

benefits of a beginner if you've just been half passing it at the gym if

you've been doing isolation movements for two years and you think you're

trained and then you start doing heavy compound lifts you're gonna see a lot of

progress so so if you're a beginner and make the most of it because you know

progressively as the years past it's just gonna be more difficult and more

difficult to gain muscle in general especially if you're trying to lose fat

at the same time next if you're more or if you're just trying to maximize the

amount of muscle you can build away you lose fat then don't be in a very very

big calorie deficit otherwise you're putting your body in a stressful

position right you want to be in a moderate calorie deficit 300 500

calories under your maintenance isn't too much and your body still is going to

have enough energy to be able to build muscle however I recommend just choosing

one goal and sticking with it you know make your one goal that you're aiming

for fat loss right and with that fat loss you may build some muscle but don't

start obsessing over losing fat and building muscle at the same time keep it

really simple decide what you should really be focusing on and then aim for

that goal you have to remember that your body has tens and tens and tens of

thousands of calories of fat depending on how big you are so your body

definitely has the building blocks available to build muscle you know and

we're not even taking into account the food that you're putting into your body

that energy - so as long as you have an proper stimulus at the gym you're

breaking down your muscle tissue and you're consuming enough protein then

it's definitely not gonna be a problem to do so alright guys that's it for the

video comments down below leave them now let me know we think about the video and

what you want to see next week alright guys catch you next time
