Pulp Fiction. Black comedy of 1994 directed by Quentin Tarantino. The winner of the Oscar for Best Screenplay, The Golden Palm Branch of the Cannes Film Festival and more than forty cinematographic awards. Forrest Gump. The tragicomedy of 1994 directed by Robert Zemeckis, is based on the novel of the same name by Winston Grum. The film won first place in fees in 1994 and received 38 awards worldwide, including 6 Oscars. In 2011 it is included in the National Film Registry of America.
The film has an incredible number of references to a variety of historical events and is very closely intertwined with them, and some phrases from the film for example Run, Forrest, run! became winged. The plot of the film will tell the story on behalf of the main character Forrest Gump, a witless innocent man with a noble and open heart, about his extraordinary life.
Fantastically, he turns into a famous football player, a war hero, a successful businessman. He becomes a billionaire, but remains as simple-minded, naive and kind. Forrest expects constant success in everything, and he loves the girl with whom he was friends in childhood, but reciprocity comes too late.
The Godfather 2. Criminal drama of 1974 directed by Francis Coppola on the novel of the same name by Mario Puzo. The film received numerous awards in particular eleven nominations for "Oscar", of which he won six, becoming the first sequel to receive the award for the best film.
In 1993 he was included in the National Film Registry of America. Talented direction Coppola allowed him to create a masterpiece, in no way inferior, and even superior, according to many critics, the first part of the trilogy. The Dark Knight. The superhero action movie of 2008 directed by Christopher Nolan. In addition to numerous awards and nominations, the film also had a huge box office success, having collected at the box office just over $ 1 billion and received rave reviews from both critics and ordinary viewers, and to this day confidently occupying some of the first positions on the lists of the best films of all time.
This is the second part of the new trilogy about Batman, in which he raises the stakes in the war against crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and Prosecutor Harvey Dent, he intends to clean the streets of the crime that is poisoning the city. Cooperation is effective, but they soon find themselves in the midst of the chaos unleashed by the rising criminal genius known to the frightened townspeople under the name Joker.
Schindler's list. The historical drama of the director Steven Spielberg in 1993, based on the novel by Thomas Kenilli "The Ark of Schindler."
