I just opened this box from "Origin."

There was a flashlight, and a very powerful flashlight, at that point.

I got a bag of dirt.

And I got this nasty ball of ooze

which is now covered in paper.

We're gonna make sure we start with the letter this time.

The second letter, actually. What is it doing?

The last item in the box is...

( suspenseful music )

- Boom! A button. - ( explosion )

It is a golden button.

In front of us, we have a button.

This was the last piece of the box.

It is a random golden button,

and a letter, titled "The Button."

It says, "The Button." ( chuckle )

"Please watch USB file two." Where is that USB at?

I'm gonna watch that before we continue.

whatever I'm seeing right now.

you have no idea what to do or where to go,

but there's a button. I'm gonna be honest with you.

First, what's gonna happen when I push this button?

Is it actually gonna open up a door somewhere?

Would I push a button if I was in that situation?

If there was a window of some kind,

I would try to look through just to see what's

on the other side of the door, obviously.

I think everybody would try that.

If there's no window,

I'm gonna go ahead and say,

yes, I would hit the button.

( alarms blaring )

You're stuck on a ship, there's nobody around,

you have nothing to lose at this point.

You're floating in deep space. What else do you have to lose?

You need to get off the ship, you need to progress somehow,

so if there's a button, you don't know what it does,

I would push it as well.

INTERMITTENT FASTING PART 2, HOW TO BEGIN, AVOID ERRORS - Duration: 7:43.

Hello friends how are you Welcome to my channel Ana CONTIGO

Today I bring you Part 2 of Intermittent Fasting where we are going to complement the information

from our previous video with some recommendations which is worth mentioning to avoid some

of the most common mistakes that are made when you want to start with this protocol

of food. If you have not seen Part 1 you can do it by touching

the link that I leave here below in the description and at the end of this video.

In that first video you will find the information what is fasting, what are its benefits

and its contraindications so to introduce this second part we will remember that the

fasting is not a diet but a protocol food that can be practiced only

since he has only proven to have important health benefits but that also

can be associated with some diet to lower of weight, to lower inflammation or simply

to eat more healthily as is the case of the "Low Carbohydrate Diet"

most important recommendations to start and carry this protocol successfully ":

1. Never go to extremes, if you have never done fasting you can not start all at once

breakfast or dinner but keep in mind that It is important that you assure yourself in those meals

to get all the calories and nutrients what do you need according to your conditions

, at your activity level, that is, you can not assume that because you are going to be under this protocol

you can eat whatever you want without control, you can binge you is to say you must be

sensible at the time of eating. Many people lose weight with this system

because they are not able to ingest in these meals all the calories that were

3. The body can endure several days without eat but not without hydrating so there's
