The whole idea of

preserving our atmosphere,

less emission,

moving towards saving the environment,

moving towards all-electric cars –

it's going to be,

to me, it's going to be a phenomenal shift.

As a millennial...

very keen on the shared mobility side of things.

I think for me

– just going from a car that runs on fossil fuels

to electric cars and moving everyone towards that –

that is very important.

And to me, I thought it was going to be a daunting task,

because so much of the economy is invested in

all the components and different things

that go into a traditional car.

And then you take a lot of that away,

you take the majority of that away

by just having electric cars.

It is something you have an emotional reaction to.

I remember the first few times I started seeing charging points

and being like, "That's a charging point!"

It's exciting, it feels exciting,

it feels like we're building something together.

Right.

Because it's going to change the economy

and you know when you impact the dollars of

of any country

and it makes a huge difference.

I mean, you've made a big change

when you change the way that money is made.

When designing any solution

– mobility or otherwise –

we have to think

about most of the planet,

because I think it's so easy for us to get caught up in

thinking about solutions that work for a really small percentage

of the world.

I definitely agree with that.

One of the things I love

that some of the people that I work with say

is that when you look at the earth

from the space station

you don't see borders and you don't see different people,

you see one planet and you see one people.

You know, our life here in Berlin or in Texas

or whereever is very comfortable.

But what about our brothers and sisters

in other countries where it's not so comfortable?

It was very interesting to me

how you developed a technology

to make it easier to find people

in communities where there's no address.

One of the things that you mentioned

that I thought was so

beautiful

was how this helped

rescue people in Mexico,

and how people in Mongolia who have no address

living out on the Gobi Desert

they now have an address.

And you can find them easily through this app.

We just sat and we had this dinner –

local food -- vegetarian, which I love –

prepared in this kind of warm, intimate

just this beautiful vibe.

I love the idea of mobility of the future

and the brands that are bringing us new cars

chiming with my values.

These are brands where I can go:

"I can come with you on this journey."

This journey of sustainability;

this journey of a car being a beautiful thing to be in

and a beautiful thing to experience,

but without causing loads of damage outside of it.

See, that's the exciting part:

seeing the younger generation embrace a product that

kind of vibes with their mentality and mindset

and their lifestyle

is kind of pushing that forward.

It's going to be exciting to see what happens in the future.
