Well ... In general, my business is going great.

Everything is really good. I learned a lot and I try very hard.

I now have a less active "floor life". (In russian words "sex" and "floor" sound the same way)

I mean, I'm less lying on the floor. Now I am more often upright.

Now I feel comfortable in the armor. Almost like a second skin.

Last month I always train in armor. I almost never take off my helmet.

It's damn hard. But I learned how to get pleasure from it.

I want more! When everyone is tired and lying on the floor, I stand and want to train more. But the next training is only tomorrow.

Why?

Soon my first tournament. I'm damn worried!

Where are the likes? Where is the repost? Where are you guys? What the hell?

No matter. Soon the Dynamo Cup. This is my first tournament.

This is my debut.

And I am very worried.

I do not know how to explain it.

But actually, I want to endure this test.

I do not know how everything will happen.

I do not know what awaits me. And I'm worried. I was not so worried before the final exams.

How much did I train? 8 months? I do not remember.

I left powerlifting. It is difficult for me to practice two sports and I made a choice.

I wonder the most what I have achieved.

Dynamo Cup is a big and serious tournament.

Luffy VS Kaido - One Piece Chapter 923 Review - Duration: 5:29.

This chapter was entertaining as hell.

This is how things should be, seeing stuff from the main storyline, and seeing the main

characters do crazy epic stuff.

This is the One Piece I know and that I am proud of.

And not all that cake stuff in the previous arc.

Anyway, in this chapter, we see the aftermath of that punch from Luffy.

Kaido did hit the ground but it is not that the punch did hurt him, which was expected

since we are talking about a Yonko here.

And then Luffy starts to run towards his friends to see what did happen to them, and this was

good to see.

That Luffy is using his brain and he is not always the fool that does not understand anything.

It was the right decision to go and search for his friends.

Shutenmaru sees what is going on and says to his men:" you guys head back to the mountain

first.

I have got a bad feeling about this!"

Well, he should have a bad feeling because it seems that he did not learn the lesson

from Kaido, he is drinking and driving just like Kaido.

And we saw how that did turn out.

While running Luffy sees Speed on the ground and he did ask her what did happen?

She said that they were attacked by Kaido and it seems that Otama did get injured.

But she is not dead, Oda did show us only her arm but this was done just to make the

next scenes more intense and emotional.

If she was dead then her devil fruit power on Speed would wear off, and Speed would not

call her master.

After hearing this Luffy becomes angry and he feels in a way responsible since he did

go with her.

And because of that Luffy wants to go after Kaido right here and right now.

And he has a point, he said to Law:" If I beat him up now the plan will be finished".

This could be the best opportunity that Luffy will have to fight Kaido one on one while

being fresh and not injured or tired.

Now whether he could win or not that's a different topic but what I like here is Luffy

being logical, and I really like it.

Because I am getting tired of Luffy always saying dumb things, even after 900 chapters,

he did act a lot of the time like this is his first day in the pirate world.

And he has no clue how things work in the real world.

At the end of the Dressrosa arc when Luffy was going to the ship to leave Dressrosa and

Fujitora was blocking his path.

Everyone said to him just try to bypass him, don't engage because he is an admiral.

And Luffy said I tired of running away anymore, I cannot become the Pirate King if I keep

running away.

And now we are seeing those words in practice, which is great.

The only way for Luffy to become strong is for him to challenge people stronger than

him and to lose to them, just because he lost today does not mean the end.

But it means that he has to become stronger, now he has a benchmark that he needs to surpass,

and this is the way how he will become the pirate king.

By the way, it was very funny when Law said to Luffy:" We are getting out of here.

With that huge body, he probably has not figured out what did happen yet".

This is funny because it is true.

Since that punch did not hurt him.

And then Luffy goes in front of Kaido and he does introduce himself.

This was a big surprise, Luffy went from being a clueless kid that does not understand anything,

to a guy with great manners.

He is showing respect even to the enemy that he wants to pummel.

Great job Luffy, you are finally acting the part.

But unfortunately, Kaido does not return the courtesy, he throws up on everyone there.

Well, that's what happens when you drink too much.

I know that this looks more like that attack that did hit the Straw Hats in the previous

chapter but I think this time was just Kaido not being able to hold down his liquor.

Just because he is a monster we should not judge and say that he has no manners.

I'm just kidding.

And then the fight starts, this was a great fight, Luffy did what he knows best, Kaido

did what he knows best.

Yes, Luffy lost but this was expected since Kaido is a Yonko and also we are only at the

beginning of the arc.

But still the way this fight did play out I really like it.

It was a fair fight, both of them were able to demonstrate their abilities, without any

interruption or because they were handicapped in any way.

Oh, by the way, another point got confirmed in this chapter from that video that I made

about Kaido.

I said that he will not fight strong people in his dragon form and in this chapter we

saw him revert to his human form to attack Luffy.

Anyway, when Luffy was about to punch Kaido, in the next panel you only see Kaido's eye.

And based on his expression it seems like Kaido was paying attention to Luffy to see

how strong he is.

And that's why I think Kaido let Luffy hit him because when Luffy was attacking Kaido

was not defending himself, he was just standing there and taking the punches.

But I don't think this was the only reason, the other reason I think is that Kaido is

crazy and this is how he does warm up for a fight.

And when Luffy went into gear 4 mode and the punches were stronger than before, that's

when I think Kaido did decide to show Luffy respect.

And he did revert to his human form and did attack Luffy with a powerful attack.

Powerful enough to end this fight.

Who knows how long it has been since someone did challenge Kaido to a fight.

So, maybe Kaido thought, hey this guy is my kind of crazy.

This chapter was great, I don't think in the next chapter we will see Kaido, probably

Law will take Luffy and run away.

UBS Bank Hit With $19 Million Verdict In Puerto Rico Fraud Lawsuit - Duration: 6:40.

Big banks have been praying on Puerto Ricans for years, selling them junk bonds and other

toxic investments that the banks knew, absolutely knew would fail.

Bankers pocketed billions of dollars and the victims lost everything.

But now the tables are turning and more and more legal victories are being won against

swindle investors.

And I'm joined now by Attorney Peter Mougey, one of the people who secured a lot of those

verdicts.

As a matter of fact he just came back with a verdict for $19 million for this kind of

scam that's going down in Puerto Rico.

Peter, I followed your career a long time and I know you've handled some of the biggest

cases in the country.

You have in the last year really been focused, last two years, really been focused on Puerto

Rico.

And the reason is, is the people have been treated so poorly down there.

I mean, tell us a little bit about what was done to make this scam unfold and how many

people affected by it?

It was a business model that the banks, investment banks, like UBS, Santander, Oriental.

But in this case UBS used to capitalize on underwriting investments that they knew were

problematic.

And they took those investments and stuffed them inside of funds and then sold them to

their own clients, knowing the entire time it was a house of cards.

And they got out of it before it collapsed, protected their own interests, and passed

on all the rest to their clients.

It's the same story, different day.

Okay, now this case, $19 million is the biggest verdict that's been-

In Puerto Rico to date.

In Puerto Rico.

This is 2014 since this last collapse over the last four or five years, this is the biggest

verdict to date.

Okay, let me add to that, the people who review this are arbitrators, they're not even jurors.

They're people that for the most part work for the industry.

Explain how that works.

You present you to arbitrators.

Who are they?

They must have been really upset to give you this kind of money.

There were three arbitrators, two of them were lawyers and the third one was not, owned

her own business.

But the two lawyers had done everything from commercial work to labor, they had big diversified

careers.

And they took in all the evidence, they heard three weeks of testimony, over 300 or 400

exhibits.

And you're right.

They heard the testimony, at the end of the verdict, and the were pissed.

They were upset.

They had to be.

I mean it was 100% of the lawsuits, attorney's fees, costs, and post judgment interests,

almost $20 million.

Okay, talk about UBS.

Farron Cousins who does this show we me, we talk about UBS all the time.

We talk about the fines they've ... Year after year I don't think there's a bank, banking

organization that gets fined as much as UBS, besides Goldman Sachs and some of the other-

All of them have a long list.

Yeah, but UBS, long history of doing this kind of thing.

Now you caught them in Puerto Rico.

Tell us a little bit about UBS and their past history.

You can come up with one example, whether it's tax evasion, whether it's conflicts of

interest, but in this case what they did is they went to bond issuers on the island knowing

they were in trouble.

And they convinced them to issue more debt to get out of their financial problems.

So they issued more debt, on top of more debt, on top of more debt which created this death

spiral.

$72 billion worth of debt.

By 2013 the commonwealth couldn't pay even the interest payments and you started to see,

just this implosion.

And what really was disgusting about the conduct is the series of conflicts of interest.

So they acted as an issuer, then they took the bonds into their proprietary accounts.

And so they didn't have to hold the risk.

They shoved them to their own clients into funds.

And then they sold those funds to their own clients.

And all the while they reduced their exposure, UBS did.

They shrunk their UBS exposure through leverage, through their proprietary accounts, and passed

all of this risk onto their own clients.

Never telling them that were significant problems.

And actually to the reverse, they told them everything was okay, they told them they were

collateralized.

They actually had a label of capital preservation in safe, telling everyone everything's okay.

Everything's good, don't worry about it, your money's safe.

Now we talk about these big numbers.

They scammed the island for billions of dollars, okay?

But the people that got hit are mom and pop investors.

We're not talking about banks stealing from banks.

We're talking about banks stealing from mom and pop investors.

You're totally right.

And that's what ... It really shakes you up.

What are some of the stories?

The stories are everything from taxi cab drivers that have been saving 50 bucks a week their

whole life to fishermen.

This one gentleman that we represented, the story it makes your heart, I mean it just

... The guy left Puerto Rico as a young man, six years old, and was moved to New York.

Couldn't speak the language.

And literally took himself from couldn't speak the language in New York at six or seven years

old, spent 10 years in college paying his way through.

And then came back to Puerto Rico and got involved with McDonald's.

And over decades saved a really good bit of money, and then took that money and gave it

to UBS and said, "This is my retirement."

Here's a guy now in his mid 70s, about at retirement.

And can you imagine, you see 70% of your net worth imploding after you were told it was

safe.

Yeah, but this happened to mom and pop, folks.

The ugly thing about it is we hear again and again, nobody has gone to prison.

Nobody's gone to prison, the DOJ has done no investigation, criminal investigation.

These guys have stolen billions of dollars from mom and pop investors.

It was very clear, they basically admit ... If you take a look-

We've been through 15 million pages of documents, we have, our firm has.

15 million pages, and have pieced together the story that we can tell in an arbitration,

that the arbitrators are willing to give a $20 million ... Not one phone call from a

regulator or any law enforcement asking us what have you fond in that 15 million pages?

Stay at it, keep sending the material, force them to do something.

Peter Mougey, stay at this case.

This is deplorable.

Today I'm going to talk about UPC codes and ISRC Codes.

What is this alphabet soup, you may wonder.

Well, there are two kinds of codes that help retailers identify your music when it's sold,

downloaded, or streamed.

Let's talk about UPC codes.

It's the old fashioned bar code.

It's a 12 digit code that gets printed on the back of your CD; and every release, whether

it's physical or digital, needs a UPC code.

An album needs a UPC code and a digital single also needs a UPC code.

You can buy a UPC code through the Uniform Code Council directly, or to make it easy

you can get one through Disc Makers and we will resell you a unique UPC code for your

release.

An ISRC code is actually a digital code that gets embedded with every song on your disc

and with every song that you release and distribute digitally to a download and streaming sites.

So that helps track the individual usage, the plays, the streams from every individual

song.

So between the UPC code and the ISRC code, those are used by retailers in their accounting

system to know who to pay royalties to and who to pay for sales of your product.

You can get both of these codes through Disc Makers; you just have to ask for them.

Angry Dorago - Why Is Everyone A Dutch Angel Dragon? - Duration: 2:44.

So I get this a lot, "you are not supposed to have a muzzle ring, only Telephone can have that"

Hey, I'm Dorago, and today we are going to talk about... Yeah..

Not saying that; just because a character has a muzzle ring

It's not equals (=) that's it's a dutch angel dragon

Do you you only look at this?

That's what I'm thinking sometimes; you only look at this

So as soon as they don't have a mammal nose and just a reptile shaped fursuit nose

then they say that it's a dutch angel dragon. And yes also because of the ears

And that's what I get a lot, because yes, Dorago here, he has a muzzle ring,

And when they see a character that is not a mammal and has a muzzle ring

They say: "you can not have that design, only telephone can have that"

Calm down! Just because you see a character with a muzzle ring doesn't mean it's a dutch angel dragon.

There are other species than dutch angel dragons

Regular dragons, normal angel dragons, wickerbeasts, hybrids

Yes, there are other species, and not just dutch angel dragons. Sorry to break your world

And if you do see a character with that

Ask nicely what species that it is instead of attacking them

please, ask before saying; "You can not do that"

So yeah, again, so many species that are not a mammal, can have a muzzle ring, and not be a dutchie

Every single one of them is allowed to have a muzzle ring, as long as they are not a dutchie

Please don't attack them

So there you have it. Think twice before claiming that a character can't have a muzzle ring.

Not everyone is a dutch angel dragon dragon.

So please ask nicely

it's I'm doing okay with this two-week interval thing and I just really

away. um so anyway I don't have much time today so I'm gonna try to make this as

fast as I can. um first order of business is Angela

never got back to me about the giveaway the birthday giveaway so I drew a new

giveaways I amazingly won a giveaway

recently Kaitlyn at Big Apple stitches hey Kaitlyn. She was doing a giveaway for it

was like a subscriber giveaway and she decided to she decided to just shop for

somebody whoever the lucky winner was she just asked for you know some

interests or a wish list if you had one and so she just did some shopping for me

and that was so much fun I mean I honestly I think I'll probably do a

giveaway like that at some point just because to be the recipient of such a

customized gift it's just really fun. so um I thought I'd show you what she sent

along um postcard purple floss from colour and cotton this is peacock this is

a color peacock from unicorn tail it's a six ply cotton I've never used this

before this brand I've never used this brand before so I'm pretty excited to

try something new actually I I'm also really excited about the colour and cotton

I've been considering getting some of this and so yeah I'm really really

looking forward to having that new floss a cute little small called

the potting shed by little leaf designs and um down here it says that they're

out of New York which is where she's from so I'm pretty excited to have

something where she is

let's see this is a twenty eight count jazz cachel linen by picture this Plus

which is my favorite Dyer and of course I love this and she sent me two charts

right on the money octopuses are my favorite so I'm super

stoked to have this design and bees are another favorite of mine and she also

sent the floss required for this pattern. this pattern only requires three

different colors so that's pretty cool um this one I'm I'm sure will be started

sometime for July in Christmas sorry I was blanking there for second so July

in Christmas I'll probably start that one and I'm not sure when I'm gonna

start this one but I might sort of play with the colors a little bit um yeah I

have I have lots of ideas going on up in here

but you can't really hear I'm starting to realize that people can't hear the

thoughts that are in my head my husband tells me all the time you know you'd

think I would remember. but anyway Thank You Kaitlyn so much I thought that was

just so fun it really made my day to receive that and can't wait to get

stitching on that. um okay sorry just trying to organize myself so as far as

my own stitching goes I haven't had much sorry for all the cranking but I've been

working on jumpin Jack Frost by tempting tangles changing up the fabric and some

of the floss actually is not not all of the fauces I don't think I showed this

last video so this is worried I'm I finished all the words

I actually forgot to put the period at the end so that's kind of a bummer I'm

gonna have to go back and do that at some point but I'm really liking the

fabric sorry the way the fabric you know you know what I'm trying to say this

fabric is twenty eight count Jobelyn the color time by which alt and it's so

soft oh it's like just so soft I could curl

up in a blanket of this fabric um the next thing I'm have been working on is a

gift for my daycare provider one of my daycare providers this is kids with

Wagon chart by Artecy. on the bottom I'm going to put children are a great

way to start people um so she recently discovered me on Instagram so I decided

to not update my progress on this just in case she sees it I mean if she finds

her way to these videos then surprise you're getting something from me soon uh

but anyway I decided to go with primary colors on this so this is just gonna be

blue and then the words are gonna be blue red and yellow this is just an easy

stitch I I'm doing it on an 18 count it's a kind of uh it's a larger pattern

it's 150 by 117 so medium sized but it's just bigger than bigger than the

ballerina did for the other daycare provider and so I went with a smaller

count just to make it a little bit smaller and yeah I don't know it's it's

coming along it's a little bit boring to stitch just because it's one color and

yeah and then the last thing that I can show

you that I've been stitching on is a new start I did for Halloween this is

skeleton crew by the cricket cricket collection I

bought all the called for DMC but I'm not sure yet if I'm gonna use exactly

those I think I'll probably change the purples I don't really like this shade

of purple as much as some other shades but um I did not get very far

there you go I just started in the middle I didn't

start in the middle of the fabric because the fabric is longer than I need

and I want to keep I just want to keep a little bit of that extra you know I

might be able to use it for a small or something you know so anyway um this is

that um it's a few strands of the white sail in the middle and honestly this

probably will not come out again until next Halloween I'm not not a big

Halloween stitcher I've mentioned before but I I'm glad to have found a chart

that I like so that I can participate with everyone else's Halloween stitching

cuz it's it's more fun just knowing that you're in the spirit of the holiday and

yeah and then the last thing I've been stitching on is my friends mystery

stitch which I post updates from time to time on Instagram on that she knows that

I'm stitching it for her but she doesn't know what the design is that's why I'm

calling it a mystery stitch and yeah I didn't I didn't quite finish enough to

share a post on Instagram this time so that's all I've been up to as far as

stitching goes November is here already how did that happen

yeah hope everyone enjoyed their Halloween

if you're into that kind of thing I'm not into it but my husband is it's his

favorite holiday he says and he was gone for Halloween this year and he told me

that he would be very disappointed if I just sat in my house with our son with

all the lights off on Halloween so I did the right thing and I took my son out

for Halloween trick-or-treating and he had a great time

so that was fun just to take my son out and just watch him go to door to door

you know from door to door and yeah all right I'm gonna show you just a little

bit of haul. so I finally got the remaining parts from my order from

stitching bits and bobs it actually was not everything that I had ordered but I

at this point just decided to cancel some items because I've had an open

order with them since July and I know that's kind of common with them lately

I've heard but I I really wanted to hang on to this last order because they were

the only shop that I knew of that I could get this pattern this is called

white cat by la-D-da there you go I just love this pattern so much so cute

white cat downside to this pattern that I I didn't know so on the bottom you can

see there's the designers initials and the year that she completed it and she

doesn't provide a

and alphabet with numbers - to customize your own so I'm just gonna have to wing

it I did look on the lodged a website and she does actually offer some free

alphabets she offers a few free charts that are pretty cute so if you're

interested in free charge school go to her website and and check those out but

um I just don't think that they're going to work exactly right for this pattern

so I'm just gonna have to wing it but I think it should be okay pretty minor so

I'm excited to have that and then I also got this chart now this is my first time

getting a heart in hand design it's called be kind I like that message and I

like this pattern too um surprisingly for this small of a pattern

it's got like it's got like 20 colors about maybe not 20 but a lot I'm not

gonna count them out there's a lot of colors in here so I'm not sure and there

she does or they do have their it started four weeks dye works but there's

also a conversion for anchor and DMC for this one it started four weeks dye works

and she also has a conversion for DMC I like to know that kind of thing before I

order the charts and then I got my second copy of B my love so if you

watched my last video you know that this is now a surplus of this pattern it's

probably going to become a giveaway at some point so make sure to subscribe so

you know if you like this one you might get a chance to have this sent to you

someday and then the last thing the last thing I got for myself

is some fabric from misty at luminous fiber arts this is called midnight and

this is the 36 count linen I love Misty's color choices for all of

her projects and I knew like well she had she had shown some of her fabrics

actually all of her fabrics on her channel on her video before she listed

it on eBay so not eBay. on Etsy sorry I'm so scattered today scatterbrained uh

so um I kind of held off for a little bit on on getting some just because

trying really hard to be good and not make any purchases but um I sort of I

have regular sites that I haunt on a daily basis and so I just kept like I

don't know if I was looking at it daily I actually wasn't looking at it daily

but I just kept kind of you know clicking in from time to time and it

this was my favorite color that she was offering and she still had some in linen

and it's a 36 count which isn't my go to I usually go to 32 or 28

but 36 count is okay and and I already have something sort of in mind for this

color that's the other thing about buying fabric I I tend to like having

the pattern picked out first just because it's easier like well it's just

a lot easier but in this case I don't exactly have a plan I just really like

this color um and I think it's gonna be really nice for some kind of night scene

or I don't know but it just it's really nice so love that and she um so misty

just added some Christmas colors to her shot

I am going to link her shot below in case you're interested interested in

that she's just like I said she has great a great just natural talent for

color palettes I think I mean they they just correspond really well with my own

personal piece so oh and she also released a really cute new Christmas

design so um yeah check out misty and I think that is everything that I have for

today so I'm gonna cut it off here because I have some errands to run today

still and my stomach is growing and I think I need more caffeine and that's it

and I work in pharmaceuticals.

Okay, I have a 13-year old son,

he's in the eighth grade, and I've been crushing

on his teacher now for like two years, hard.

(laughter)

Yes.

Okay, but I think that he may like me as well,

but I'm not sure, so my question to you is:

should I make the first move and ask him out,

or should I wait for my son to graduate

and then ask him out in the summer?

(laughter)

So he was his teacher in seventh grade?

Yes.

They didn't change classes or anything

in seventh grade, in teachers and stuff?

They did.

Okay.

Mm-hmm.

And he's a teacher of your son's in eighth grade,

or just a teacher at the school?

He's a teacher at the school,

but he actually takes my son to the movies as well.

(gasping)

Okay so, I go to college, and I have two roommates.

My brother just graduated, and he comes over, we go out,

we party, we drink a little bit, and my roommates

always tell me how hot he is, and it's kinda creepy.

And, I swear, they always tell me that nothing's going on.

But I just get this feeling that something's happening.

He sleeps in the living room, I sleep in my room.

Sometimes I go to bed, they're still up talking,

who knows what's happening, you know?

And, one night, I think I had a little bit too many,

and I'm walking across, I swear Wendy,

I thought I saw someone on the couch with him.

You did.

Right?

Yeah.

So what's your problem, why are you blocking your brother?

Well, I just want them to tell me.

I don't know, I wanna catch them in the act, or I wanna.

I wanna know what's going on.

You know what, because they're treating him as a hookup,

as opposed to a boyfriend, which should probably

make you feel better, so it's not awkward

when they come over for Thanksgiving,

and this is my girlfriend, you know,

It's almost better that they just

hit the skins and scram, you know?
