Q&A: answering some questions. - Duration: 17:36.
Hello everyone! Welcome to my reaction channel! My name is Pilar.
And today I'm going to be answering some questions you left on my Q&A announcement video of last week.
So yup. I'm going to be answering between 20 and 30
Depending on how much time it takes me, cause my friends are picking me up soon to got out.
That's why I have make up on, usually I don't get this prepared for my videos lol
Let's start.
Q: What's your name? A: My name is Pilar
Q: how old are you? A: I'm 23
Q: Did you like Money Heist? And could you watch Flash and Elite?
A: I really liked Money Heist as you could see in my reactions.
And Elite I can't react to it cause I already know how it ends... It's a very short show and I already know what happens...
And Flash... I never heard of it so I will have to see the trailer and see if I get into it.
Q: Who are your 3 most loved characters in Game of Thrones?
Such a hard question... cause, characters in this show give me so many mixed feelings.
Sometimes I hate them, sometimes I love them.
Lets see...
My favorite characters, I mean, the ones I enjoy watching on screen the most are...
Cersei.
Jamie.
andddd...
And I really like Lord Varys.
I find him very interesting.
I think those 3 are the ones find more...
But the thing is that I also love Tyrion and Daenerys is SO AMAZING.
But yeah, I think the 3 more complex and the ones I enjoy watching the most are Jamie, Cersei and Lord Varys.
Q: Who do you think poisoned Joffrey?
A: Lady Olenna
Lady Olenna.
No doubts.
Q: What are you studying?
A: I'm studying Journalisim and Communication.
Q: Hello, This is not a question, but could you please react to Breaking Bad or Vikings?
Wait that is a question...
A: Breaking Bad, I already watch it.
I LOVED it.
And Vikings I saw a few episodes but didn't really LOVE it so I stop watching it.
Ok, spanish again.
Q: Favorite series of all time? You can only pick one.
A: Breaking Bad.
Tho I'm REALLY liking Game of Thrones.
It's very close. But I can say BB cause I watched all of it and I LOVE it.
But I don't descart GoT, it's very close.
But I'm going to say Breaking Bad cause I already finished watching it.
Q: Do you have a boyfriend? And what are your three favorite movies so I can watch them?
A: No I don't have a boyfriend.
And my three favorite movies are:
1: Good Will Hunting. With Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and Robin Williams.
2: I really like the Illusionist.
And of course, Titanic. lol
So cliche I now. But I really love that movie. I could watch it 1000 times.
What do you think is going to happen to Tyrion?
Honestly I don't think he is going to get killed.
Maybe he...
escapes?
I don't think they will kill Tyrion.
He is to important. Wait, forget it.
This show clearly doesn' thave any problem with killing important characters...
So I don't want to say anthing... Tho I dont think he is going to die soon.
I think he will try to run away from Kingslanding. I don't know how tho.
Maybe someone helps him... maybe Bronn... or Jamie.
Q: Favorite actor/actress?
Tobias Menzies.
From Outlander, and he also plays Cat's brother in GoT.
He is...
...so amazing. I love him. I'm in love with him.
He is one of the best actors I've seen.
Q: Hi Pilar! What fictional character do you have the biggest crush on? Greetings and keep up your reactions, we really enjoy them!
A: Thank you so much! Big kiss to you!
My biggest fictional crushes are...
Zuko. Firelord Zuko from Avatar.
And Cedric. Cedric Diggory. The one from the book.
The one in the movie is played by Robbert Patison, he is really hot but yeah.. Those two.
Q: Which series would you like to watch in the future? And which football team do you root for in Argentina?
The truth is I don't follow football that much
But I root for River.
And Atletico de Tucuman.
And I really like Real Madrid, but that's from Europe.
And which series I would like to see next?
I don't know.
So many.
All of them!
So many!
I don't know yet. I should set up a vote of the ones I would like to see and let you guys vote and decide,
decide which one would you like me to watch and react to.
Q: Hi Pilar! Which one where your favorite GoT scenes from seaosn 1 ,2 and 3. And who do you think should sit on the Iron Throne and why.
A: Hi Mariela! You always leave comments on my GoT videos! And I really enjoy reading them so...
Big kiss to you!
The first question I cannot answer cause I would like to watch those seasons again to refresh my memory and give you a full and complete answer.
But the ones I remember I really enjoy where when Joffrey got slapped or something like that. lol
Those may be my favorites lol.
I would like to re watch the first three seasons.
No, but the scenes I really liked were all those Daenerys episode's finales she had.
Season three finale was SO amazing, probably my favorite episode so far.
Oh and who do I think should sit on the Iron Throne?
I would say: Daenerys.
Cause she is fair, she has dignity, she is noble, she is an honest person...
And I think she is going to be an amazing queen. So I would say her or maybe... Tyrion
Because he is so smart, and witty.
Tho he likes drinking too much. And sometimes he is too fun.
Yeah, I would say Daenerys.
I would also like to see each kingdom rule itself. Democracy you know? Each kingdom with his own king.
Not just ONE ruling all 7 of them.
Q: Do you use other social networks?
A: I do! You can find me on Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr.
Just in case you would like to follow.
Q: Hi Pilar! How are you? How's school going? Would you like to continue posting content on Youtube? Greetings from Tucuman!
Big kiss to you John HeadBuster! I'm also from Tucuman!
So greetings to you!
And I'm doing fine! Thanks! Trying to study and pass all my exams this year.
And I do want to keep creating and posting content in youtube! I love it here!
I love using this plataform to communicate, and social networks...
I really enjoy it so yes :)
Q: Are you going to react live to season 8 of GoT?
A: Yes yes yes!
I want to hurry up and finish these next seasons before season 8 premiere.
Q: What did you enjoy the most of your Eurotrip?
A: That's a great question it has to do with GoT.
The thing I loved the most in my trip in Europe was Croatia!
In some cities in this country, they filmed a lot of game of thrones scenes.
For example Dubrovnik, which is Kingslanding.
That's my favorite place I know in the world. I loved it. I had so much fun.
in a cage, lol
Q: Hello Pilar! What are you studying in university and what do you want to do once you graduate?
A: What do I want to do once I graduate? I HAVE NO IDEA. lol
I would like to keep doing this and take it to the next level and try to work on this.
But as soon as I get my degree I would love to take a few months cause I really love to travel.
I would like to that before like setle down and work you know...
And I love what you say that your Postgrado teacher is from Argentina, say hi to him from me lol! And good luck on your studies!
Ok that the questions I chose to answer for todays video!
I will make another Q&A video if you would like that!
So if you have any more questions leave them on the comment section below!
That's all for today. I hope you enjoyed this video.
I will see you tomorrow for 4x4 of Game of Thrones!
Big kiss to you all!

Why Does Sugar Make My Teeth Hurt? - Duration: 2:59.
♩
Sugar is supposed to be one of the best things in life.
But you might have bitten into something really sweet only to have it betray you.
Instead of sugary deliciousness, you got immediate, sharp, eye-watering pain.
Sure, eating lots of sugary food can cause cavities that don't feel great, but that wasn't some sort of insta-cavity.
What you experienced was a consequence of dentin hypersensitivity —
or having sensitive teeth as it's known in the toothpaste aisle.
Pain due to this condition is more commonly caused by consuming hot or cold things,
but it can also be caused by eating really sweet stuff.
But what makes sugar so special?
To understand this, it helps to know a little about tooth anatomy in general.
Your teeth have three main layers.
There's an outer layer of hard enamel, an inner layer of pulp,
which contains blood vessels and nerves, and a layer of dentinin between.
Dentin is pretty hard, but unlike enamel, it's porous.
It contains microscopic, fluid-filled tubules that run from the pulp to the underside of the enamel.
Even though tooth enamel is the hardest substance in your body,
it can still be damaged, like if you grind your teeth, have cavities, or drink lots of acidic sodas.
If your enamel is worn away, your dentin and its tubules can be exposed.
And sometimes, the combination of sweet stuff and exposed dentin equals pain.
It's because of your old friend from science class: osmosis.
Osmosis is the movement of something like water across a selectively permeable barrier.
It goes from the side where there's less stuff dissolved to the side with more stuff.
Or, in official terms, from the side with a lower concentration of solutes to one with a higher concentration.
Osmosis likes things to be equal.
Now, say you bite into something very sweet, like a piece of leftover candy corn.
That snack touching the outside of your exposed dentin has highly concentrated solutes in the form of sugar molecules.
And the dentin acts as the selectively permeable barrier.
The fluid in your dentin's microtubules rushes out of your tooth towards the sugar.
And that flow stimulates the nerves in the pulp of your tooth, causing shooting pain.
Other solutes, like salts or even sugar substitutes, are often better dissolved than sugar,
and are in lower concentrations in food and drink, so they don't cause as much fluid to rush through the dentin.
That means they cause less nerve stimulation and less pain.
Really, though, you're much more likely to experience pain in response to cold or hot things
which contract or expand the fluid in those tubules
than you are in response to sugar.
When we talked to Dr. Kenneth Markowitz of the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine,
he said sweet foods are actually a relatively weak stimulus for tooth pain.
Usually, they only trigger pain when the tooth's inner pulp and its nerves are already inflamed.
That means your tooth was in trouble before you bit into that candy corn —
maybe because of a cavity or defective filling.
So if your sweet tooth is causing you agony, you should probably go see a dentist.
And then, you can get back to eating all that candy tear-free.
Thanks for asking, and special thanks to Kenneth Markowitz for his insight into all of this.

OVERWATCH TRAILER | The Last Bastion Reaction - Duration: 14:48.
Hello everybody, my name is Katja and Gazza welcome back to miss Ghetts quad the geeky and let's play talk show
That's all about you guys. Guessed it geeky goodness and video games and guys. Welcome to the squad reax room
We are
Continuing our reactions to the overwatch series and you can expect a ton of overwatch
Support on Miss Kat squad because we love the serie so far
I for one have been crying my abs that eyes out for mostly all of them because it's just so
Beautiful. I think the thing is the reason why I love this series is because again,
it focuses on family it focuses on heart and it focuses and it shows us that like you got to do some hard work and
Dedication to be a hero, but also that heroes can exist anywhere out there
I mean the thing is it's like they were kind of
disbanded and
I feel like they all kind of go rogue now because you know what the overwatch is like against the law right now
Which is really interesting to me
but I for one the reason I really love this is because there is
That heavy heart to it the humbleness and heart that I always talk about here on Miss Kat squad because a lot of games
Especially video games they need to start focusing more on humbleness and heart and this is more than just a game guys
This is more than just animations
these characters are our children as I have begun to adopt mainly all of the ones that I have already seen I
Got to get some overwatch merch on this channel
So you could expect that probably soon because I'm already heavy deep into this series
And I can't wait to see what happens next, but I'm loving it so much
Tell me what you guys love about it. Who is your favorite character?
And what's next so you're having well
you know joining me in the reactor and what snacks are you guys heaven as we chillax and watch and sit back and watch an
Overwatch goodness. So let's get started is reacting to the last bastion. I think that's how you say that word Bastion
There's a bashed bashed eat fast y'all
It sounds like French to me. But um
Yeah, I maybe that's a character's name
Or maybe that's just what they're saying cuz I think that word I'm thinking don't think I'm stupid doesn't mean fortress
That's what I'm thinking
It does mean
But let me know how to pronounce it correctly if there is any other words to say and how because Kat can't pronounce things for
the did I just say say how oh my god see
Can't pronounce anything and here here. I am aspiring voice actors can't can't you do some simple
Pronunciations, let's review guys. Let's reviews, but you know what?
let's get reacting cuz I can't wait to see this new baby who this new character is and I can't wait to meet him or
Her whoever it is. I'm gonna love them. Let's get started
Go Blizzard Entertainment
Beautiful this lighting they got to make a movie they need to
This is little like a movie stop
Is 3d like in theaters
No birdie look at the little or at the green around its rims of its eyes, I want it
Look how cute I want him. I hit a bird once I had four Birds I
Take boom boom we gonna wake up. Oh
You saved someone bird the birds the true hero
Oh hello, was he sleeping for?
Your time Mike was it complete with me
Do you have a target we've programmed to do certain things
Or is it just plain with the bird either one, it's fine. I'll birthday my friend I
Think he's programmed to go to a certain section. That's what I guess say. That's what this one guessing
Beautiful though, it's those flowers beautiful
Oh
0mr do dude. Actually there's a girl dear. I don't
This so peaceful, you know, let's put me a nice little peace black
Another friend or is it the same one?
No, it's gonna get to me why why is it when it's up were drinking out of his hand gets me
Like he's discovering light for the first time this is like Oh,
They're helping each other
It's a woodpecker don't worry, I got a few up my house
Spark some kind of memory
So here the former PTSD, oh my god
So he literally had a form of PTSD but something triggered him and then he
Simple noise can do that that can trigger something in somebody and oh
Mr. Destination
Oh
That is beautiful that shot right there that is so beautiful
His friend
Oh my god, ah, are they all dead
Oh, okay
No
No, no
It's okay, it's been probably thousands of years
Whoa, he's friend. Let's come back. It's
Gonna bring him back to reality. It's gonna bring it back to reality. It's gonna bring it back to reality
Seriously Oh
a
Memory of someone oh my god
Okay review time. Oh, oh
If you're new you're probably like what the heck is over this girl, why is she crying
Okay, so that's seen when the bird
Actually the stir from the beginning
So look
Like he was actually woken up from a thousand years ago whenever how long ago cuz I mean he was kind of rusted and everything
And moss and everything roll over him
It looked like he was probably one of like one of those like battle bots or whatever and he was probably in that war
But then get separated or was just you know
His mind was gone and he shut down and then years later the bird comes and wakes him back up. So
First he said whoa. What is this Who am I what's going on? His memories were gone
They were washed away
And then when he was able to when he heard the noise like the board pecking then with the woodpecker
He had like a form of PTSD which basically it triggered him which does happen in real life to humans
he had that form of PTSD where he heard that noise and it brought him back to that time of war and
That kind of was extremely emotional right there
And that's a heavy topic to talk about because despite that he's being he's a robot. He's like a warship
He's like a battle battle drone or whatever
it's very powerful to have that representation that Blizzard just
Added to the overwatch series because it's showing us that humans do go through this
this is a very human type of series which I'm realizing throughout each and every single one of the shorts because there's a lot of
representation for many many different types of people out there
But this was very powerful with the scene with the woodpecker because the woodpecker basically was like kind of representing war
you know the war sounds of like guns shooting and it triggered him which is why he like attacked did everything and then it got
Very dark and with in cinematography because I'm a huge cinematography nerd because I'm not hugely with videography and everything
That direction was on point. Why because it kind of showed us that it was so cute and adorable
It was so chill and relaxed
you saw the great amazing types of like the scenery and how
colorful, everything was but then that that moment with the woodpecker everything got dark and
From there that kind of represented his dark past and what he used to represent which was war
So that mean he got out. He was all upset you saw like he was showing remorse and why did I do that?
What happened? He doesn't know what's going on. He's a brand new body
He's like was his memory was washed and then he sees the dead ones and then that was cool how he put like his finger
There and he was able to get the memories it showed us that it went back in time
To whatever how many years ago where there was a hundred years ago thousands of years ago
when that battle was occurring and
It had to be a long time ago cuz he had that Moss all over him which basically means that
like you're sitting there for a while you're rusting that's got to be over like hundreds of years a few years or even thousands because
The moss kind of gave it away
So he saw they saw that you know
and that was his dark past that he went through and he
Saw that fortress that was there and he was gonna go there he was going to destroy it
But what got to me and why I started crying in the part with the when the bird came and put the little stick there
because I was innocence never ever sudden is since they are that represent that represent redemption in a way that that kind of represented how
He was going to change his life. He was going to be somebody else and
why that got to me so easily was because
It shows us that even if you go through a dark past you can have that sort of Redemption
You can become a totally different person and the bird won't come up. It's like in life
We always have those little reminders and how simple was that stick that the bird pretend like, come on go play with me
Come on, help me with my nest
It was kind of like not even that like a nest think about what I would nest represents that represents
New life because the bird wants to have babies, you know that represents new life
So he was going to not only create a new layer for the bird
But he was creating a new life for himself. And that was very powerful right there
that is why I started crying because the
representation there the symbolism that this series does serve for us is so
Powerful, and I would love to know like that's my opinion on this
I would love to know your opinion what you thought overall what this whole short did represent but see there's
Also represents this there doesn't have to be any type of talking or or anything. It could just be a simple
non talking chill moment with lots of darkness to it added to a simple short and
Then what do we get we get this fine amazing series, which is overwatch
Like there doesn't have to be talking in all of them and this just proved to us that you can cry and get emotional over
certain things like this because it's human and reminds us that we are all human and
We can have that type of innocence within our lives and it's it's very very powerful
But every guys I would love to know your thoughts on this
Don't forget to subscribe if you want more overwatch content on Miss Kent squad
Be sure to give this a thumbs up and also hit the bell
Notification down below because of you don't you will miss some overwatch content on this cut slug
But anyway guys, I hope you have an amazing day. You stay safe out there
And as always these cuts until next video brace your fangirl and your my fan boy every single day

Really Weird Rules The Royals Have About Food - Duration: 5:14.
It seems like being royalty would be the easiest job ever.
Sure, you get to travel the world, never have any financial worries, and eat all kinds of
amazing food… but there's a catch.
It turns out, mealtimes are so complicated it's enough to make anyone grateful they're
not a royal.
Even if you know your salad fork from your main course fork, you're only a fraction of
the way through royal utensil etiquette.
Royals aren't even allowed to use forks like most of us do.
Diners hold forks in their left hand, knives in their right, push food onto the back of
the fork and eat from there.
And it's the way the rest of the British population prefer to eat, as well.
That's not all.
If a royal needs to excuse themselves, they're expected to cross their utensils to signal
they'll be back, and they expect their plate to still be there.
When they're done, utensils are placed with the handles at the bottom right side of the
plate, at an angle.
Technically, this is the proper way for everyone to leave their utensils, but it's definitely
expected at royal functions.
According to Darren McGrady, who was Queen Elizabeth's personal chef for 11 years, it
doesn't matter how fast or slow anyone else eats.
The only thing that matters is when the Queen is done.
He told The Huffington Post,
"As soon as she put down her knife and fork from the first course... the footmen come
in.
The course was over and they'd start clearing, even if you hadn't finished, they'd be clearing
the table."
So, when you're dining with the queen at a formal banquet, eat quickly.
How do you know when a Queen is actually done delicately chowing down?
Just look to her purse.
When it comes to mealtimes, it's often hung from the underside of the table on a convenient
hook she carries just for that purpose.
When she places her purse on the table, that's a sign she wants the entire meal to come to
an end within the next five minutes, and what the Queen wants, the Queen gets.
But it turns out that diners aren't the only ones who have to follow the queen's whims,
because when the Queen sets foot in the kitchen to see what's going on, all meal preparation
stops.
McGrady said that it didn't matter what sort of dish you were working on when the Queen
stopped by.
All pans are moved off the stove, the chefs take three steps back and bow to the monarch,
answering any questions she might have.
Something's burning in the oven?
It doesn't matter.
It's only after she leaves that cooking can resume.
There's a way to make Royal tea, and it's very specific.
The tea goes into the cup first, then the milk is added.
When you're stirring, in can only with a back-and-forth motion while never touching the sides.
There are rules that need to be followed when you're drinking that tea, too.
Royals have to hold the cup a specific way, and contrary to popular belief, the pinkie
should never, ever be held out.
And if you slurp, or make any sound when putting the cup in its saucer?
Sorry, you're unworthy of sipping with the Royals.
There are a ton of old traditions beyond tea ceremonies that are still followed in the
Royal Family, and one of those is giving Christmas gifts to staff.
George V was reportedly the one who first gave royal staffers a Christmas pudding for
the holidays, and it's a gift-giving tradition that continues.
The royals give out about 1,500 puddings every December to their entire palace staff.
For a long time, the puddings were sourced from Fortnum & Mason, the royal grocer, but
recently, the royals have started shopping at Tesco.
That's sort of like giving everyone a fruitcake you bought at Walmart.
"Fruitcake?"
"Mm-hm."
Like long-time employees and some staffers stationed at Buckingham Palace and Windsor
Castle get something a little extra, but Christmas puddings?
It might not sound like much, but they're actually pretty delicious.
A world without garlic and onions is a world most people wouldn't want to live in, but
that's exactly the kind of situation the royals find themselves in.
Camilla Parker-Bowles explained on an episode of MasterChef Australia that the reasoning
is partly about hygiene and politeness: garlic-breath doesn't make the best impression.
It's said that the Queen's personal dislike of garlic has something to do with the ban
as well, but there's a bit of good news.
The Daily Express says this rule only applies to ultra-formal settings like state banquets.
Still, if you're dining with the Queen even casually, it's probably still off-limits.
It's no secret: the royals like their eggs.
"I can eat 50 eggs."
"Nobody can eat 50 eggs."
According to Prince Charles's former chef, there was one unbreakable rule for preparing
his eggs: they needed to be boiled for exactly four minutes.
Eggs are served with every royal breakfast and for tea, but it's usually brown eggs for
the Queen.
She says they simply taste better.
The royal obsession with eggs goes back at least to Queen Victoria, who used to eat her
boiled egg from a gold cup with a gold spoon, which is possibly the fanciest way to eat
such a normal food.
"Eggs are easy as 1-2-3.
Eggs!
In the middle of the day, anytime, anywhere, any way!
Eggs are great!"
If you expect royal dinners to be all caviar and steaks, you might be surprised to find
that's not always the case.
Former chef Carolyn Robb revealed just what got served up to royals when it was time for
just small, private meals, saying that they preferred game they killed themselves in hunts,
vegetables from their gardens, and wild mushrooms gathered from the property.
When it came to what they actually wanted to eat, it was small portions of hearty meals,
and best of all?
There were no fancy dinner settings.
Meals also included roast chicken and fish fingers for the boys, who sometimes pushed
their way into the kitchen themselves to whip up some spaghetti.
And when it was just the family, meals were often on trays in front of the fire, with
presumably no rules about which forks were off-limits.

Stars Who Need To Realize They Aren't Famous Anymore - Duration: 5:06.
These stars are always hanging around, but never actually accomplishing anything memorable.
Maybe their careers will turn around eventually, but for now, someone needs to tell them they
aren't famous anymore.
One person who should be more famous than she is infamous is Stacey Dash.
She's jaw-droppingly gorgeous, was great as Dionne in the 1995 classic Clueless, and she
hasn't aged at all since then.
Unfortunately, her recent resumé is peppered mainly with occasional bit parts on TV and
direct-to-video films.
She became a conservative commentator, but she even lost that gig.
In January 2017, Fox News announced that her three-year stint on the network had concluded
following controversial comments about race.
Dash launched a short-lived bid for a California congressional seat in 2018, but she waved
the white flag after just one month.
Her latest career efforts seem to blend her past and present.
Of the four film projects she has in the works, two deal directly with conservative issues,
including the controversial anti-abortion flick Roe v. Wade.
Besides the Transformers and Fast and the Furious franchises, Tyrese Gibson doesn't
have much going on in terms of acting.
He took that frustration out on his Fast co-star Dwayne Johnson via a series of social media
rants in 2017 in which he begged Johnson to return his calls and berated him for having
the audacity to make a Fast and Furious spinoff.
Gibson has also had troubles outside of his film career.
Throughout 2017, he and his ex-wife engaged in a contentious child custody dispute.
And in 2018, American Express had allegedly sued him for an outstanding balance of more
than $60,000.
When your headlines are more about your unpaid bills than your big-time paydays, that's the
wrong kind of fame.
He was a superstar when he was Lil' Bow Wow, but now that he's not so lil', Bow Wow has
made some big public gaffes.
There was the time he tweeted then deleted an edited photo of the original Death Row
Records lineup with his childhood face squeezed in between Tupac and Suge Knight.
And then there was the photo he tweeted of a supposed private jet he was boarding that
was actually a promotional photo from a Ft.
Lauderdale airport.
Bow Wow's also been experiencing a career lull in both the recording studio and on screen.
His last notable gig was a two-year stint on BET's 106 & Park before the series was
cancelled.
He released a track list in 2018 for an upcoming album that consisted of disturbing insults
apparently aimed at ex-girlfriends.
That's not exactly the headspace you need to be in if you still want to be famous.
It seems like Frankie Grande keeps trying to piggyback off his sister Ariana's fame.
The problem is, where Ariana is a talented vocalist, seasoned Broadway performer, and
former Nickelodeon star, Frankie doesn't seem to do much.
Sure, he's super into makeup, glitter, and fashion, but so are toddlers who wander into
their mothers' bathrooms.
But that hasn't stopped Frankie from showing up at awards shows, making appearances on
every possible TV show that will book him, and becoming one of the most reviled cast
members on Big Brother.
However, none of that has generated enough juice for him to make headlines on his own.
In fact, nearly every tabloid story he's mentioned in is directly related to his megastar sister.
It's about time he accepted that she got all the star power in their gene pool.
"Dip It Low" was a big hit for Christina Milian back in 2004.
Since then, she's appeared as a correspondent on The Voice, and she had a reality show called
Christina Milian: Turned Up that was canceled in 2016 after two seasons.
But she hasn't had a hit song of her own in ages, despite being talented and stunningly
beautiful.
Perhaps the most alarming sign for her career is that she's set to star in a Hallmark Christmas
movie.
When OK!
Magazine caught up with Milian in May 2018, they asked if she planned to reboot her music
career, and her answer was interesting, to say the least.
"So I've currently got some music that's already recorded it's just in the process of the paperwork
that has to be done to release it"
That vagueness isn't exactly inspiring when it comes to future career prospects.
By appearing on countless episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and other reality
shows, Jonathan Cheban has been riding the Kardashian wave ever since it started.
He tried to parlay that fame into his own series, The Spin Crowd, but that was cancelled
after one season.
After that, he attempted to climb one of the lowest rungs of the reality TV ladder by appearing
on Celebrity Big Brother, but he was eventually axed from the show due to his outlandish demands.
Cheban has since become something of a glorified food blogger.
He even declared in November 2017 that he was legally changing his name to "foodgod,"
which is the Instagram handle he uses to share his culinary adventures.
His greatest gastronomic achievement, as far as we can tell, was introducing the world
to Gold Chicken Wings, which are chicken wings actually dipped in real 24K gold dust.
But chowing down on appetizers that cost a month's rent probably isn't the best way to
endear yourself to a fan base.

Gifts & community - an interview with Patti Scott & Dave Hasbury Part 1 - Duration: 12:28.
Hi, welcome to my channel. I'm here with two very special guests today, Patty
Scott and Dave Hasbury who are here visiting from America. Patty and Dave are
a husband-and-wife team with a combined experience of over 60 years of working
with disabled people and working together with communities. Dave works
alongside Patty who is the CEO of Neighbours Inc and Neighbours
International. Neighbours International and Neighbours Inc support disabled
people to create a good life for themselves and to engage with their
communities around them. Patti and Dave have also written books have made films all
aimed at inspiring and educating everyone. I'm gonna be chatting to Patti
and Dave about how we as parents and carers of people who have the most
profound and complex disabilities; how we can support them to engage with the world around them,
find a place in the world, identify their gifts, and find a place in their local community
So stay tuned and we'll hear what Patti and Dave have got to say
So thank you so much Patti and Dave, for fitting me into your busy schedule while
you're here in Scotland. I really wanted to speak to you both because I
know you have such a vast amount of experience in this area of really
finding wonderful places for people that you work with in the world and the
communities and engage in them with the people around them. And that's something
that it's very personal to me too. And on a great day I can envisage a
wonderful life for my son where he'll have some kind of work, he'll have a
purpose when he wakes up in the morning. And then on not such good days I find
that a bit more challenging, and so I'm actually hoping for me personally this
is going to be a really exciting conversation. I wanted to start off
actually with a quote which I believe comes from your website which is that
"healthy communities make room for the full participation and contributions
from all of its members". Why do you think it's important for both the community
and the individual that we have that kind of relationship? Well I mean if we
think historically, that's how we survived. Everybody had to find a way to
contribute to the whole, and you know in times when we didn't have all the stuff
that makes it easy for life to go on we really got by, by making sure that we
took care of each other because I was our only survival mechanism. So I think
it's built into who we are as people that we need to have that kind of
contribution. And it just seems silly actually to design things in ways where
contribution is left out. So the idea that a healthy community is one that
actually brings all of what's possible together; I think that's what health is.
Health is kind of everything working together and taking care of the
parts that don't work as well so that they can add what they have to offer.
And there's so many of us who have hidden gifts or things that aren't
easily evident and if we don't find those and find what people actually have
to offer and to share, we don't have as much available and possible in
our communities. So often there's things in people that other people don't
see, but once they see them, once we create a space where all of that can be
seen and appreciated and identified as a gift that it is, we have more to offer
each other in the communities in which we live. And community I think is a,
I want to come on to defining gifts in a minute, but community as well which is a
word that we're using a lot here, what does community mean to you, does it mean
a small thing, a big thing? What is community? Well to me a big part of it is
the sense of the people in the space that you're in, so it could be big or
small. It could be your neighbourhood, it could be your block, it could be you know
just the the people in the the general area of where you are, or it could be
larger, it could be you know a larger area and more people engaged. But to me
it's people who come together who share some common interests who care about the
space where they're at, who care about the people who live there who want a
good life for for everyone, and who support each other to achieve that. So to
me that feeling of community, it's almost like that
the idea of the Beloved Community, that you know came out of that kind
of thinking about a community that's for for all, and supports all. So that
makes me think as well, one could describe a community as a special
community, where we have just lots of disabled people all living together who
are sharing a space, but that's not where we want to go know is it? No, and I guess that's
not what I'm thinking of. I'm thinking of a place where there's diversity of
cultures and economic status and religions and
backgrounds and age and gifts and you know people kind of coming together
where everybody who's there can share. But no, and you know the
disability communities that you're describing, they're typically developed
by a system, a social service system or some kind of system of that kind. They're
not organically grown communities of people coming together because that's
where they choose to live or that's where they were born into, so so to me
that's a different kind of thing is as well. They are oftentimes places created
to segregate people. And sometimes places created for the very best of reasons
that still wind up segregating people, and that's not, that's not in the
spirit of how I feel community. We're also talking about gifts, and I wonder
whether gifts needs rebranding or redefining because to a lot of people a
gift would be that you're a great violin player or you're academically gifted, but
we need to think about this in a broader sense don't we to try and encapsulate
some of the people that we're trying to support. How can we define gifts in a
better way? I think gifts have something to do with
who we are. And obviously we grow and develop so that grows and develops as
well, but it's, and it's something that is exchanged in contribution to someone
else. Someone else receives something. I mean if you think about gift it is a
it's an exchange kind of thing. Often I think that it's not a gift until it is
exchanged, so because then it's something it's something of value that sits off by
itself. But it's this this notion that there's something that is valuable in
itself and that others experience that value. That others have a sense of what
that experience is and it's actually difficult to speak of in abstract terms,
it actually makes more sense when you actually see it, and you can tell.
And almost every parent knows the gift of a child because and all of those
children are different, if you have more than one child you know this is the gift
that this child brings, and this is the gift that this child brings, and this is
the gift. And I think it's in the experience and the stories. And I'll just
tell you a brief story. A young boy named John David, was of the age of a child
in grade 8, and he had some pretty significant cerebral palsy and so much
so that he would fall a lot when he was walking and so you would have to wear
helmet. And he'd never been to school before in the mainstream system of
education. And the school was starting to welcome him into the school and it was a
new experience. And he just had this incredible smile and this incredible
presence like you could feel John David's spirit in the way he spent his
days. There was yet another young boy named Michael who lived, who was in the
class. And Michael had difficulty with his family, so his family, his parents
were divorced and every time he went away on a weekend with one of his
parents he would return in just an awful space. He was really upset and you could
tell. And after John David was in the class for a while what the teacher
started to notice was Michael starting to navigate towards spending time with
John David on Mondays. And the kind of shift that was happening from the
experience that they had together and he kind of picked up on John David's spirit
and it actually grounded him. It was like clearly there was something about John
David that actually gave something to Michael, and Michael then was able to
find himself and that thing. Does that make sense? Yeah it does absolutely and
that's, and it's great to have tangible examples like that. Because as a
parent, you're absolutely right you get a sense of what your individual
children bring to the party but because we have this notion of
of that a gift has to be something more cerebral, something more you know
tangible, which actually maybe we should really be calling them skills, it can be
difficult to see those gifts and imagine how they could be a purpose to somebody
else. So that is a great example of how just the most simple thing of joy. And it wasn't
just a gift to Michael it was actually a gift to the classroom, because Michael
would have been disturbing what was going on for the whole, because he was
upset. The other thing that we've noticed is that it
often depends where the gift is shared. Because if you share a gift in the right
place it can be a wonderful thing. And if you're in the wrong place it doesn't
mean it's not still a wonderful gift it just means you're not in the right
place. So there's someone that I used to know, when we worked for her for
quite a while, her name is Joy. And Joy, she had tremendous energy; she didn't use
a lot of words ,but every time she saw you she would give you a big hug, she'd
remember your name, and she'd say hello I've missed you. And we were trying,
when Joy moved out of the institution, we were trying to find the right place for her
to share that, cause it made us feel good every time we saw her. And the first
place we tried was a hospital where she pushed the book cart around and brought
it to patients, and she'd go in and she'd remember their names, and she'd give them
a hug and she'd be happy to see them. And we thought she was cheering people
up and it turned out she was tiring people out, because these are people who
just had surgery. But we tried the gift in several other places as well and
eventually she wound up volunteering at a soup kitchen. And people would come
through the door, people who are down on their luck living on the streets, living
in the shelter, separated from their family. She knew everybody's name, she put
down her spoon where she was dishing up the soup and run over to the, or the food
whatever they had that day, and run over to the door and throw her arms around
them and say, Joe I missed you, how are you, I'm happy
to see you and it would make people's day. And you know she volunteered there
for all of her life. She was a volunteer of the year, and she made a real
difference. But it's because that was the place for her to share that gift. So a
part of it is figuring out, in the hospital that's disruptive, in the soup
kitchen that's a tremendous gift to people. So
part of it is identifying things that are potentially gifts that you might not
see as gifts in a different setting, and then part of it is finding the right
place where people can express that gift and where it's needed and wanted and
where it makes a difference.
