Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over 7 interesting facts you might not know about Count Dooku.

Number 1: He was part of the Lost 20

The Lost Twenty referred to the group of Jedi Masters, numbering twenty in total, who had

abandoned the Jedi Order throughout its history.

"He was one of the most brilliant Jedi I've had the privilege of knowing."

"I never understood why he quit."

"Well, one might say, he was always a bit out of step with decisions of the council."

These were Jedi Master's who left the order over ideological differences, believing that

the Jedi were wrong.

Count Dooku was the last of these members, leaving the Jedi Order after the death of

his former apprentice Qui-Gon Jinn.

Number 2: His lightsaber emphasized his fighting style

Count Dooku was known for being a very dangerous fighter and extremely talented duelist.

He was a Master of form 2, Makashi, which was known for its elegance and was designed

specifically for lightsaber to lightsaber battle.

This form was all about technique.

Dooku actually designed his lightsaber with a curved hilt, allowing him to perform perfect

lunges, parries and slashes, techniques that were emphasized by Makashi.

Number 3: He really disliked Mace Windu "Master Windu, how pleasant of you to join

us."

To Count Dooku, Mace Windu was the embodiment of everything he did not like about the Jedi

Order.

Windu held great authority and power on the council, and Dooku blamed him for a series

of political and moral mishaps.

One example of Windu's pride was when he refused to believe that Darth Maul was a Sith

Lord, because Windu believed that if this were true, the Jedi would have sensed him.

"I do not believe the Sith could have returned without us knowing."

Number 4: He had at least 5 apprentices (Canon)

Now this number is canon, but in legends it is thought that he had upwards of 7.

Before he turned to the Darkside, Count Dooku had Qui-Gon Jinn as his apprentice.

After turning, he trained General Grievous in the Jedi arts.

"You fool, I've been trained in your Jedi arts by Count Dooku."

He then trained Asajj Ventress during the Clone Wars.

"Your assassin has become very powerful."

After her, it was Darth Maul's brother, Savage Oppress who would receive training

from Dooku.

Finally, there was former Jedi Quinlan Vos.

Number 5: He once kidnapped Jabba's son

As part of an overall goal of gathering as many systems to the side of the Confederacy,

one particular plot was kidnapping Jabba's son Rotta, to gain the allegiance of the Hutts,

a very powerful family who were central to the galactic crime rings.

Dooku enlisted the help of Rotta's uncle Ziro to kidnap the infant Hutt and blame the

entire incident of the Jedi, thus putting the Hutts in debt to the Sith.

Unfortunately for Dooku, the plot was eventually foiled by Anakin and Ahsoka.

Number 6: He chose Jango Fett to be the clone template

"I was recruited by a man called Tyranus on one of the moon's of Bogden."

"Curious."

In Canon, the story is pretty boring, Dooku went up to Jango one day and asked him, and

Jango agreed.

In Legends however, Dooku recruited him through a contest to capture or kill Dark Jedi Komari

Vosa, Dooku's former apprentice in Legends.

The winner would granted 5 million credits in exchange for becoming the template for

the Clone Troopers.

Jango Fett won the contest so Dooku decided to use him.

Number 7: He had two masters

When Dooku was a youngling, he stood out amongst his peers, especially in his abilities with

the Force.

He was then recruited to be an apprentice by Master Yoda.

He would eventually go on to become a Jedi Knight and then Jedi Master.

All of his great abilities and his ambition led him to being recruited by Emperor Palpatine

to lead the separatists against the republic.

It was not until the very end that he realized he was being used as a placeholder apprentice

by Palpatine.

"Dew it!"

And there you have it!

Don't PANIC?! - Article 11 & 13 Will Not End The Internet!? - Duration: 7:33.

Article 11 and 13 of that thing, you know what I'm talking about, that thing, good or bad?

Here's what I'm thinking, let me know down in the comments what you're thinking.

Hey everyone, Dana here.

Ah, the EU Copyright Directive.

Over the past bunch of months I have read lots of different articles and watched lots

of different videos on this topic that caused me to feel lots of different feelings from

disbelief and panic to annoyance and anger and disappointment.

And did I mention panic? Panic. Oh, oh yeah, and also panic.

Now I want to start by saying that I am in general a fan of copyright.

Copyright and copyright laws are very, very important.

I am not against copyright laws in general. Copyright good.

Article 11 and Article 13 of the proposed EU Directives on Copyright however...

I'm thinking maybe not so good.

Let's start with Article 11, simply because the number 11 comes before the number 13.

The way Article 11 is worded seems to me to be just so broad.

I've heard so many different interpretations of Article 11, and when I read it I too can

interpret it in different ways because of how just kind of openly and broadly it seems

to be written.

For example, the way that it's been described in some of the articles that I've read,

makes it seem to me like Article 11 could be interpreted that people wouldn't even be

allowed to write out the whole title of an article when linking to it without paying

for a license. Like the title.

When talking about an article and linking to an article I just don't understand how

in the world mentioning the full title of the article could in any way possibly be considered

something that you would have to pay for or ask permission to list.

But yeah, from how it's worded it seems to me like that could be a possible interpretation

of Article 11.

Hey, Stefan here.

On the other hand, what could be seen as a rather positive interpretation of Article 11:

news aggregators that show the whole article, so not just a little preview, but rather show

you the whole article without directing you to the original source and therefore basically

raking in all the ad clicks without paying the original publisher would no longer be allowed.

I guess. At least that's one possible interpretation.

But as Dana said, the wording is so broad it could be interpreted many ways.

So yeah, these are just two of the many possible ways that Article 11 seems like it could be interpreted,

what is your interpretation or interpretations of Article 11?

As far as Article 13 goes, again lots of emotions.

As far as I understand it, what Article 13 could mean is that internet sites like Youtube

or Facebook would have to 100% guarantee that nothing on their site is infringing on anyone's

copyright, which at a very quick first glance sounds pretty great and makes sense.

But I find that as soon as you really try to pick that idea up and really hold it in

your hands and examine it, it starts to slip through your fingers like loose sand.

Not only would it be very expensive to set up the kind of filter necessary to check every

single post and every single upload before it posts or uploads, but I can only imagine

that doing that would return a lot, a lot of false positives.

And it's not really hard to assume that companies would probably go the better-safe-than-sorry

route and censor more than necessary.

I mean, we saw this whole over doing it thing happen with Adpocalypse on YouTube last year.

You know, they cracked down on videos and then completely harmless videos also ended

up being demonetized in the process.

Plus, sometimes, or quite often even, people are allowed to use copyrighted material.

How would it be verified if that was the case or not?

And how would it be verified quickly?

If, for example, I write Trixi from Don't Trust The Rabbit and I ask her if I can use

a part of her video in my video and she says yes and sends it to me, how would I prove

to YouTube that I am allowed to use her content?

How long would I have to wait for them to verify that that is the case?

I can only imagine that some kind of posting bottleneck would occur.

And I mean, what a different internet it would be if you had to upload videos, pictures,

posts I don't know 7 to 10 days before posting them to check for copyright infringement.

There goes breaking news.

But I really hope that it wouldn't end the internet as we know it today.

Just take a look at the top five hashtags that brands are using the most.

Though fashion comes out on top, the competition is fierce.

brands only represent a tiny percentage.

While the largest brands on Instagram

are using this hashtag the most

not one brand surfaces to the top when searching for #fashion.

Coincidence? I think not.

Tell me how this is fashion.

If you're wanting to be found by your audiences,

the key here is really to use niche hashtags as opposed to generic ones.

Instagram allows you to use up to thirty hashtags at one time.

Don't be afraid to spice it up and use a variety of different hashtags.

We can't ignore that more and more hashtags are being used as a search tool

so users can find relevant content.

With that being said, you really need to up your social media game

by thinking of hashtags the same way you do SEO.

Do your research and find out what type of hashtags influencers are using.

Find out what hashtags are trending in your industry.

If there's a trending hashtag that's not relevant to your industry,

see if there's a way you can naturally use that hashtag

so you can create content that's relevant and in the moment.

Also, as a bonus tip, don't forget about checking in.

It's not only about hashtags,

it's also about location.

-How does one decide

whether one should or should not have premarital sex

and does it prepare us for a better marital life?

Sadhguru: See, different people are made differently.

This happened.

There was a little turtle, baby turtle.

With great difficulty,

it climbed up a tree,

went and sat on the edge of a branch and jumped.

Fell flat on the ground.

Again it took another twenty-four hours

for it to slowly climb,

get to that branch, again

jump, again fell flat.

Like this, it… day after day, it was doing.

Then there were two birds in the opposite tree.

They were sitting there,

and among themselves they shook their head and said,

"I think it's time we tell him he's adopted"

(Laughter).

For everybody, we are trying to draw the same prescription.

This's not going to work.

Because I've seen… you know, everyday I'm meeting thousands of people,

they are… pour their problems on me, all kinds of stuff.

What I see is, all these people

who talked about great amount of freedom,

when it comes to their personal lives,

after thirty-forty years of marriage

– not two, three years,

after thirty years of marriage

– still what the wife did, or the husband did

thirty-five years ago, still point of conflict (Laughs).

Have you seen or no?

Participants: Yes.

Sadhguru: You have also seen?

So when you know this is the state of human mind,

you must know what to do and what not to do (Laughs).

It is not…

It is not a question of morality.

It's a question of what kind of life do you want to craft for yourself.

It's about that.

Is it a morality?

Is it that nobody should get into anything,

or everybody should get into something –

there's no such thing.

What kind of life are you wanting to craft for yourself?

A kind of life

where your relationships mean really binding yourself

in such a way that

truly you can depend on yourself,

or it's like visiting restaurants every day

you want to taste something new and see.

But you could get very unhealthy with that.

There are some people who stick to their home food,

though it tastes about the same every day.

But those people are generally healthy, isn't it?

(Laughs)?

This is not…

I am not trying to teach you a moral class,

I am not a moral class person,

but these kind of things are happening in the society

– people are trying to draw prescriptions,

"Everybody must do this, otherwise you are no good!"

Or, "Everybody should not do it

otherwise you are no good!"

No, that's not the way.

There was a time,

in this culture and in every culture,

by the time a girl is fifteen or sixteen, she was married.

By the time a boy is seventeen or eighteen,

he was married.

Now, because of our education systems

and professional requirements,

and society has changed,

everything has changed,

because of that,

average marriage age for girls is around

twenty-four in this country, right now.

And for boys, it's crossing twenty-eight, thirty.

The peak of hormonal impact on human life is somewhere between fifteen to thirty.

After that it's not the same thing.

So, this is at least something we must debate,

but we should not be hasty to draw a conclusion,

"This is the way, that is the way."

We must give enough awareness to people

that they don't get into something compulsively,

which they regret later.

If consciously, if people see that

"This is the way I want to craft my life,"

that's up to the individual,

but there is no common prescription.

There should never be a common prescription.

Because individual requirements are very different.

Moderator: Sadhguru, my next question for you is,

why can't one husband be with multiple women,

and one woman or a wife can be with multiple husband

in today's society among consenting adults?

And what impact do these people have

when they involve in such relationships?

Sadhguru: Well, there are many aspects…

Historically you know there has been a Draupadi

who had five husbands, all right?

There is…

This has been a matriarchal society

where in many parts of the country

- even today in some parts of the country,

it's still practiced that

five brothers are married to one woman.

These things were done at a certain time

when the social situations were such,

or men were married to many more…

I mean more than one woman,

this was mainly because

men died more often than women.

Today both men and women are outside,

both may get killed,

that's different but at that time,

largely woman stayed home

because she was continuously pregnant.

From the age of fourteen to forty-five, fifty

she's almost all the time

either she's pregnant or she has a young child.

This is how life used to be.

So because of that, she stayed home and

she took care of the property and the agriculture and stuff.

Man went out to do business,

or for war, or for something else he went out.

So men always died more often.

So generally in most societies in the past,

the number of men was much less than

the number of women – always.

This has been the state all across the world.

So, naturally when so many women were there,

they needed care and they needed support in the society,

and those days a woman could not exist by herself

unless she's protected by a male partner,

it would be very difficult for her to exist by herself

because she would be exploited in so many different ways.

So, always they attached themselves,

so naturally a man ended up having two, three women

because the population ratio was like that.

But now largely it's leveled out.

If some individual does it, it's not a issue.

But if that becomes a social norm,

then how do you decide

somebody has whatever, multiple wives,

and how do you decide somebody has no wife?

This will become a social,

you know, collision, it will become.

It'll become lot of problems in the society,

because we may act civilized

- I'm…

I'm very particular,

I'm very clear about saying "we act civilized,"

but when we are denied basic things that we need,

all our civilization evaporates and

we will behave… behave like animals.

Yes or no?

Participants: Yes!

Sadhguru: So, when fundamentals are denied

people will go clashing,

so that's not going to work in today's world.

And above all,

the woman's condition will become very bad.

Those days there was no dearth,

if you had land it was okay,

you had five wives it doesn't matter,

you had twenty-five acres it was good enough,

everybody ate well and that's about it.

But today our requirements are not just about eating,

it's about many things.

So that kind of thing will lead to

lot of complicated situations in the society.

It's better to stick one on one,

and

anyway forever people have been doing their own things

beyond the legal relationships,

things have been happening in the societies.

That involves a certain risk,

somebody who is willing to take that risk,

that's for them,

but others will live within the legal format,

it's a balanced society.

If you are asking this question in a more existential way

– well… see,

this (Referring to oneself)...

this is a certain framework

of… not just of bone, and muscle, and flesh,

there is a certain energy framework,

only because of that, it takes in a certain form.

See, if you eat mangoes every day

and let's say a cow eats mangoes every day,

at some point will you or the cow get confused

whether you're a cow or a human being?

Or will the cow get confused?

Such a thing never happens

because there is a clear cut inner framework

to which flesh and blood is added,

but there is a framework,

an evolutionary memory framework is there,

it never gets broken, isn't it?

So, in this framework…

how strong you keep this framework,

how much integrity is there to this energy framework

will determine many things about your life,

many aspects of your life.

Especially if you want to

raise this life to another level of function,

it's very important you maintain this integrity.

This is why irrespective of which religion, which spiritual process,

if people want to raise themselves to a certain point,

first thing they will talk about is becoming monks

or bramacharis or sanyasis,

because the idea is to create such a level of integrity that

this is a whole life by itself

that it doesn't lean on anything else for support.

Either for physical well-being,

or emotional well-being,

or psychological companionship,

it doesn't lean on anything,

it stands by itself

because you want to take it somewhere else.

If you want normal function,

these things are not necessary.

Now, you want to become a rocket,

which breaks through a certain dimension of space,

now you need to be in a different level of force and integrity,

otherwise it will crack up.

So, you don't want to open your body to anything,

and especially opening to multiple partners has its own negativity in that context.

How much pain and.. you look at Draupadi's life,

how much volatility, how much pain,

how much suffering

she went through in her life, and

how much pain and suffering she caused

because of her anger, and jealousy, and whatever else.

So, these things happen for a variety of reasons,

you can't blame everything on that one aspect,

but that aspect also has a… a say in these aspects

because you are opening up your memory body,

your energy… energetic body

which is essentially ruled by memory to variety of memories

– this will cause a whole lot of turmoil within the system

which could affect

that life and many other lives.

So, Draupadi's life is in a way a sample for that.

It's not an absolute... this is not an absolute,

but this has an influence.

Hey everyone!

Today's episode is bittersweet,

because I'm closing one

chapter and opening another...

Role the intro... and I'm gonna tell you all about it

Sorry there's no tip today because

this is actually my last episode of the show!

Don't worry... I'm not going away and

have something new and exciting coming

up, but before I get into that I've done

a 152 Two Minute Tips

over the last three years.

I've tried to have fun with this show, and don't take

myself too seriously.

You've seen me do some silly things like

taping hand warmers to my ears.

Running in slow motion carrying a ladder,

and wearing yellow pajamas into a bar, but

to keep this going for so long, there are a lot

of people who helped make it possible.

The entire team at Adorama who trusted

me with their baby!

The staff at Adorama rentals who

provided so much of our gear,

and all the other hosts of Adorama TV

who I consider to be my friends.

I thank you all.

Of course then there's my

co-producer David Geffen.

He's the guy behind the camera, who also

does all the video editing.

I don't know how he's been

able to look at my mug on screen for so

many hours..

Do not pull open the jump ring.

This weakens and distorts the metal by creating an unappealing ring shape.

Use a twisting motion only to open the jump ring.

How to attach a lobster clasp.

Open the jump ring.

Slide a lobster clasp onto your jump ring.

Close the jump ring.

How to use a crimp bead.

Slide a crimp bead and a closed jump ring onto stringing wire.

Fold the wire end over the jump ring and thread it back through the crimp bead. Pull it tight against the jump ring.

Flatten the crimp bead.

String beads onto the wire.

Slide another crimp bead and the jump ring with a lobster clasp attached onto the wire.

Form a loop and thread the wire back through the crimp bead.

How to wire wrap.

Grasp the wire about 1/4 inch above the bead and bend it at a 90 degree angle over the top of your round nose plier.

Wrap the horizontal wire around the vertical part of the wire a few times, until you get to the top of your bead.

Trim the wire and smooth the end against the vertical wire.

Realm Racers ... are you crazy for know what's happening with the project

A week after our first Livestream, in we decided to change the engine of the game to the

Unreal Engine 4.

We did it because it was not possible meet the needs of the game at Unity.

For those who do not know, Unreal Engine is 4 is the graphics engine used in games, Fortnite,

PUBG, Deep Rock Galactic, Dead by daylight, Days Gone ...

AT LAST Many excellent games were made in this graphic engine.

Unity recently opted to disable the Multiplayer temporarily, which scared us

and due to failed attempts to make a multiplayer with Quality at Unity, we decided to take the

project for Unreal.

Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament (A Knight to Remember) Buena Park Castle - Duration: 4:33.

Hello Bloggineers. This is season seven of Look Who's Traveling.

And today we will be going to Medieval Times.

This attraction features dinner and tournament inside a castle.

The last time I was here, I was five years old.

And I don't remember anything.

Tonight, I am here with my brother and cousin.

We're being sorted into the Black and White house.

We're entering the Hall of Arms, which features elaborate medieval decor.

[Trumpet]

The man is giving us instructions.

We'll be cheering for the Black and White Knight.

[Man] These in Black and White crowns enter through the door on the right under the red shield.

We're stepping in the Grand Ceremonial Arena where serfs and wenches will be serving us a four course dinner.

The show is about to start.

The crowd is going wild.

Medieval Times is based upon authentic Medieval history and is the true story of a noble family with

documentation dating back to the 11th Century.

The opening ceremony begins as the Queen enters the arena.

[Announcer] My lords and my ladies, raise a cheer for your Knights of the Realm!

Here comes our appetizer.

We're going to start with some dragon soup and garlic bread.

There's no utensils here so you'll have to eat with your hands.

There were no utensils back in Medieval times, but there was Pepsi?

[Wench] Dude, I have a lot of tables.

First we're watching the spectacular display of equestrian skills and Medieval pageantry.

Next the Queen signaled for more food to be brought out.

We're having roasted chicken for our main course.

And here comes the potato and corn.

Brother gives this meal his signature thumbs up.

Now it's time for the Tournament of Games.

The valiant knights on horseback face their competition in games of skill, such as the ring pierce and javelin throw.

And the winners receive flowers from the Queen.

Our knight is tossing the flowers into the stand, and Cousin caught one.

[Brother] I'm enjoying the show.

The knight are going to take a break while we finish up dinner.

[Trumpets]

Soon after, the trumpeters summoned the Knights of the Realm for the Tournament Royal.

The wench is bringing out some cake.

Now it's time for dessert.

Next we're watching some authentic jousting matches.

Followed by dangerous sword fights.

The Black and White Knight defeated his opponent.

Our knight won another match.

Then the Red and Yellow Knight turned evil and slapped the Black and White Knight.

Now it's a duel to the death.

Oh no! Our knight got stabbed!

[Cousin] NOOOO!!!!

But then he got up and is charging the Red and Yellow Knight.

Victory belongs to us!

Lastly, we're getting knighted.

We had so much fun here.
