Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: 3 Things you need to know before butt augmentation.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Welcome back!

When considering a butt augmentation procedure, there are a few things you should know,

even before meeting with the plastic surgeon for the first time:

1. There are two types of buttock augmentation procedures, namely Brazilian butt lift and

butt implant surgery.

During the consultation session, the plastic surgeon will examine your body, ask you about your aesthetic goals,

evaluate your health, and then tell you which butt augmentation procedure is right for you.

The Brazilian butt lift uses your own body fat to enhance your backside,

which means you need to have excess fat in your body.

The fat is removed from fat donor sites like the abdomen, sides, and flanks, and then processed

and grafted into your buttocks with special needles.

On the other hand, butt implant surgery involves the use of foreign objects called gluteal implants

to add projection to your buttocks.

The implants, which are made of semi-solid silicone material,

are placed inside the buttocks through incisions.

The size of the implant and the surgeon's skills would help shape the final results.

2. The results of the surgery depend to a greater extent on the type of the surgery.

The results of the Brazilian butt lift are more natural, and the procedure is relatively safer

because it uses your own body fat to deliver you the desired results.

The donor fat behaves just like other tissues in your body.

The results of butt implants are also effective; however, the buttocks will not appear as natural

as with the Brazilian butt lift.

Your surgeon can use his sense of aesthetics and artistry to make your buttocks

more voluptuous and attractive.

The results of butt implants are permanent as long as complications like an infection of the implants,

capsular contracture, or implant displacement don't occur.

3. Like all other operations, buttock augmentation involves risks.

The risks associated with the buttock augmentation include excessive bleeding, blood clotting,

seroma, hematoma, poor wound healing, anesthesia reaction, nerve damage, infection,

and unsightly scarring.

Typically, the Brazilian butt lift is less risky than butt implant surgery.

The risks also differ by the type of procedure.

For example, there is a risk of internal organ damage in the Brazilian butt lift.

As for butt implants, the unique but rare risks include capsular contracture, implant migration,

and infection of the implants.

You can reduce the risks associated with buttock augmentation by selecting your surgeon carefully,

sharing your complete health and medication history with the surgeon, and following the instructions

of your plastic surgeon.

ADD YOUR SONGS INTO A DS GAME! - Duration: 23:56.

Good day to everyone!

Today we are gonna learn the task of making

custom music tracks for the Nintendo DS.

Please note, that we are not modifying

the instruments of a music track as well,

since that would take more time

and although it would make a song

fully customizable, it's harder to do so.

As such, we will be talking about SSEQ formats.

Very common in DS games,

this format makes use of the instruments

(that are in SWAR format)

to play a multitrack song.

They are pretty easy to extract thanks to

technology nowadays,so....

Before we begin, the toolset we will use

for this process are:

VGMTrans, for the extraction

of the .sseq file of your choice

FL Studio, Trial or Pro.

I recommend the Pro to simplify the tutorial,

but, what you'll want is what you'll get.

For track modifications, Anvil Studios is the

way for make the track sync and loop properly

in game.

Mid2SSEQ for reconversion to the original format,

Tiinke for inserting the song back into its place,

And an emulator, or what I personally prefer,

a flashcard of choice in order to test the results.

Mixracft 7 can also be used instead of FL Studio.

Details will be described later.

After all of them will be installed,

We will begin the first step.

Now, fire up VGMTrans

Now, search for your DS game,

and put it on VGMTrans.

If it uses SSEQ, the song will appear on the software.

If you see the song you need (for example...)

(personally, I'll pick this one)

Make sure you play it first to get an idea

of how it will sound.

Then, right-click, and select

¨Save as MIDI and DLS¨

Then, save to the folder that you want to...and click ¨Okay¨

Then, search for the extracted files,

as we will move on to the next step.

By now you're (probably) wondering:

¨Why did I extracted those 2 items?¨

(You can skip this to 4:04) For the beginners, here's why:

A MIDI file is a set of sequenced sounds that can be played as a song.

A DLS file contains .wav (or other) samples that are used in conjunction

with MIDI files to play the songs with instruments that MIDI with an accuracy

that MIDIs by themselves cannot generate.

Now, back to the tutorial.

Open FL Studio

For the start, there are 2 important things to acknowledge.

In the Trial version, the song cannot be saved

However, you can still save it as a MIDI,

so nothing will be wasted.

Click on File>Open

And search for the MIDI file.

Once you've done that, press Accept

Now, search for this screen in particular: Fruity LSD.

And click on the folder icon.

Now, search for the DLS file.

And ta-dah!

Now, all the instruments have been arranged properly, and the song will sound just like in-game.

Now, you can edit the song to your heart's content: the Piano Roll, the sliders, etc...

Now, once all has been said and done, and you're happy with your choices,

click File>Export>MIDI File,

and save where you want

"Bar Design Ideas - How To Design Commercial Bars for ADA". Coming up!

How are commercial bar is designed for ADA compliance? Today there is no more

grandfathering - everyone must adhere to the ADA standards for accessible design. Stay tuned!

For those who are unaware, the Americans with Disabilities Act, simply referred to as "ADA,"

is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based

on disability and was passed in 1990. In fact, all of our

bar remodeling clients are encouraged to comply with the most current, strictest

ADA design specifications. With all the information on the internet, it's still

challenging for most people to understand the current and seemingly

endless design guidelines set-up for the bar nightclub industry. The general

dimensional criteria we use when designing ADA-complaint design for

seating at commercial bars is as follows 60" of width, not greater than 34" in height

and at least 19" of leg clearance. I can best illustrate

these ADA dimensional clearances by showing you the following example, which

can be downloaded below. Here you'll notice that we provide one ADA space,

which we refer to as a "station," the same as every bar design. The space shown on

this plan is 60" wide and if we look at the details of this in elevation and section views,

you'll notice that the height of the ADA countertop

is set at 34" and that the outside edge of the ADA bar top is

cantilevered 19" from the closest finish on the bar face. What I just

described is the "easy" part of the design! The hard part is adapting standard bar

equipment to function within this height constraint. In commercial bar design we

utilize every square inch of space, so we must develop a solution for modifying

the equipment. In most instances, we specify a 3 cm-thick countertop

and 3/4"of plywood underlayment, which leaves us

with slightly greater than 32" of vertical space for the respective

underbar equipment, but these are metal fabrications that can normally be

modified. No doubt, the cost will increase for one or two pieces, but making

efficient use of the entire under bar space justifies this cost.

Most commercial bar sinks, drain boards and ice bins can easily be modified.

We normally specify that the legs and backsplash to be reduced by 3" each,

so as to minimize back strain for the bartenders. In order to trim and

beautify the ADA station, we'll normally specify tall side panels from the same

material we're specifying for the bar (top), to create a totally customized appearance,

we specify that the end panels be 4" taller than the adjacent bar tops,

which creates a way of trimming the upper bar while also creating a

backsplash. When you're remodeling your bar or embarking on a new construction

project, you need to strongly consider adhering to the current ADA standards. It will be

well worth your effort to meet the most restrictive design standards for ADA bar design.

Obama Suffers Total Meltdown Over What Veterans Gave Trump On Live TV.

For the past 8 years, Obama made it no secret how much he hated our military.

He hollowed out our military capabilities to pre-world war II capabilities, while making

it virtually impossible for our soldiers to protect themselves on the battlefield with

the outrageous changes he made to our military's Rules of Engagement (ROE), resulting in the

deaths of dozens of our warriors.

To add insult to injury, Obama constantly treated our service members like crap, refusing

to do simple things like return salutes to Marines assigned to his detail, where he reduced

our Marines to his personal umbrella-holding servant boys.

Obama also would go back on his campaign promise to "fix the VA," where hundreds of our

veterans would go on to die waiting for medical treatment from their war injuries.

With Trump in office, things have taken a drastic and wonderful turn for the better.

President Trump's love and appreciation for our military is constantly on full display

with the genuinely nice way he treats any service member he comes into contact with.

Whether it's chasing down a Marine's hat that's blown off, taking time from his busy

schedule to visit our wounded warriors, going to a fallen soldier's funeral, or firing

800 corrupt VA officials who worked during the Obama Administration, Trump's sincere

care and compassion for Americans truly knows no bounds.

So not surprisingly, when President Trump had the opportunity to honor our veterans

over Veteran's Day, despite his busy 11-day Asia tour, he would drop everything to honor

our Vietnam veterans with an incredible ceremony and a heartfelt speech.

Trump took the stage to honor all of America's veterans, where he was flanked by 7 elderly

Vietnam Veterans.

But one of the veterans did something completely unexpected after Trump's remarks, that will

probably have Hussein Obama completely furious.

Standing with Vietnam veterans behind him, Trump said:

"Our veterans are a national treasure, and I thank them all for their service, sacrifice,

and patriotism."

"To each of you with me today, you are the heroes who fulfill your duty to our nation.

And each of you, under the most difficult conditions, did what you had to do, and you

did it well."

Unlike Obama who made every event on planet earth about him, President Trump then turned

the microphone over to the seven Vietnam heroes behind them, giving them the opportunity to

say whatever was on their minds.

The third veteran to speak, who was wearing a Navy SEAL veteran hat, could only get a

few words out before choking up and turning to Trump saying:

"Mr. President, from my heart, thank you for your support of the military, and it's

an honor to be here as one of seven Vietnam veterans representing the 58,000 heroes that

never made it home.

Thank you so much," the veteran said.

Immediately overcome with his appreciation and emotion for a Commander-in-Chief who genuinely

cares, unlike our previous president, the veteran then hugged Trump and began weeping.

The touching moment begins around 3:55:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen any World War II or Vietnam Veteran ever

hug Obama for anything he did for them.

Obama had no issue stabbing our elderly veterans in the back, as we all remember the heartbreaking

images of wheelchair-bound elderly veterans being turned away from visiting their World

War II memorial after Obama decided to shut it down back in 2013 as part of his political

ploy to make Republicans pay.

Even the Park Police thought it was incredibly horrible what Obama did, and refused to follow

Obama's orders and not let the veterans into the memorial.

Here's a recap of the disgusting way Obama treated our WWII veterans, via Stars and Stripes:

Wheelchair-bound elderly veterans pushed aside barricades to tour the World War II Memorial

Tuesday morning, in defiance of the government shutdown which closed all of the memorials

in the nation's capital.

The four bus loads of veterans — visiting from Mississippi as part of a once-in-a-lifetime

Honor Flight tour — ignored National Park Police instructions not to enter the site

as lawmakers and tourists cheered them on.

"We didn't come this far not to get in," one veteran proclaimed.

The scene was both emotional and comical at once.

After it was clear they had lost control of the situation, Park Police officials stood

aside, telling press that they had "asked for guidance on how to respond" to the breach

of security.

As 80-something veterans slowly walked around the massive war memorial, Park Police stood

quietly to the side, advising other tourists that the site was technically still closed.

But they made no moves to stop the wishes of the war heroes.

The memorial was closed because of the government shutdown that started 11 hours earlier, after

lawmakers failed to pass a temporary budget plan to keep nonessential federal programs

operating.

Republicans and Democrats have been stalled in budget fight for weeks, mostly over legislative

add-ons dealing with the new healthcare law.

It's wonderful to see our veterans finally being treated well by a Commander-in-Chief

who doesn't exist for the sake of furthering the Islamic agenda.

You know Obama's got to be pretty mad right now after seeing how much our veterans LOVE

President Trump!

Energetic Mastery Over Ascension Symptoms

I�ve written a previous article for In5D a few months ago titled �Eating Like A Baby

To Integrate The Light Body With Ease� in regards to what to eat in order to assist

your ascension development of Crystalline/Plasma light into your physical body. I�d like

to continue on this same line, but about energetic mastery with our ascension �symptoms�.

For these are not actual �symptoms�, they are shifts in vibration bringing us back to

our original Source and body of light as a literal, physical experience in real time.

These shifts in vibration are nothing new, yet so many of us seem to �feel the effects�

the same way we would experience an illness or disease.

There�s a completely different side and experience to this if we allow ourselves to

tune into it. This could be the next major shift collectively (in the awakening community)

of releasing �victim consciousness�. Because to think and experience �symptoms� as

if they are something painful, negative, un-welcome or undesired makes us, in a way, believe that

we are �victims� or powerless to the ascension energies and process. This is completely UNTRUE,

as we all know, however uniting our foundation in how we experience it all is key in grounding

in these actual energies now and in the future.

I�m certainly not saying I haven�t had my fair share of ascension �symptoms�,

believe me, I have. But it is through use of light code technology that I personally

help myself make this shift in consciousness when this is happening. Sure, understanding

the �why� behind certain symptoms is a major part, but viewing them from a higher

conscious state is also necessary to gain grounding and empowerment with the energies

we are presented with to experience.

The definition of symptom is: a physical or mental feature that is regarded as indicating

a condition of disease, particularly such a feature that is apparent to the patient;

a sign of the existence of something, especially of an undesirable situation. So, it�s not

necessarily a negative connotation, however I feel many of us take it that way because

it disrupts our typical way of being. Whether it�s a disruption in sleeping patterns,

bloating, random aches and pains, headaches, nausea, weird phases with our eating, lethargy,

skin itching, heart palpitations, sore throats or dizziness, there tends to be at least somewhat

of an annoyance or �why is this happening� energy to it.

I got to the point in my ascension where I was �tired� of feeling constantly �at

the effects of� these energies. Sure, there are some people who just tune it out as much

as possible, but that�s not a part of my process. What I did want to discover was how

I could release myself from feeling some sort of invariable �pain� or �displeasure�

with all this as well as regain my power of choice. Yes, it is my choice to even be consciously

ascending in the first place, and I will continue to honor that choice. However, it is also

my choice, and many of us are not realizing this, in HOW I experience that process.

What I�m really speaking to is staying attuned to an underlying, energetic connection to

JOY throughout whatever process or physical experience we are going through. What I�m

really speaking to is tuning into (viscerally) the LIGHT of each energetic process flowing

through your body. Yes, headaches can feel LIGHT. Yes, lethargy can feel LIGHT. Yes,

you can shift out of any of these �feelings� of �symptoms� at ANY TIME and still be

receiving the effects of them to benefit your body�s uplifting and expansion. The experience

of a symptom that causes pain, annoyance, frustration, maybe even anger, surrender (that

feels like you have no other choice) is to not fully experience the shift the symptom

is bringing forward for you in the first place.

With this is also a call to FLOW and live from a present state of fluidity as much as

possible. This means letting go of ALL expectations of how your body should feel or operate. When

we release the judgment and the attachment to what the feeling MEANS, we release the

�need� to experience pain in the first place. I have shifted many of these �symptoms�

quite quickly in the way that I viscerally am experiencing them.

You have the conscious power and choice to receive, feel, and BE whatever you CHOOSE

� so why continue to feel �heaviness� as a part of your ascension process?

definitely be this sander I like to make my own DIY shelves and to put projects

around the house and it's fun I love beach volleyball I grew up by the beach

so I love to go out in the sand and play I'm terrible at it but it's a lot of fun

I've tried doing snowboarding and I'm not very good at it other sports I'm not

fantastic at but I love horses and I was like writing I also grew up doing cheer

and dance so those are also big crushes away

a lot of things so she's a great amazing resource. She has over two hundred

thousand subscribers and she just reviewed a crochet hair that as soon as

she reviewed it. I said I need to have it in my life. I know I said I was gonna not

do Freetress for awhile but I was like I I need the hair. It's already in the mail

right now I ordered it it's it's gonna be hopefully this and another hair I'll

let you guys choose it's gonna be my crochet hair for my birthday that's

upcoming. You guys know let me know which one is your favorite from the hairs that

you crochet hair. She is how I know about nighttime routine. She is my go-to source

for everything and that's why I think she's amazing and also I have to mention

she shouted me out on Instagram. She followed me back and I was like me are

you sure you meant to press that on me. She mentioned my where's the support video

on her instant story and I was like she's seen a video of mine. Like are you

serious. So yes Taste Pink is amazing out there.

But my favorite small youtuber is that also an influencer she influenced me to

buy something her name is Michelle Leona. I'll insert her video above which

influenced me to buy the hair that she has on and she's reviewing in that video.

She has less than 200 subscribers. So Taste Pink has 200,000 subscribers and

she influenced me to buy a hair and Michelle has less than 200 subscribers

and she influenced me to buy a hair. So that shows no matter what size you are

as an influencer and as a youtuber out there if you speak well enough on a

product and you really speak passionately about it and from your

heart and you give accurate true information you can influence anybody. So

she reviewed a hair I think was the Mane Concept beach curl. I just had taken

out you know not too long ago I uploaded my video on the Freetress Beach Curl

but the Mane Concept Beach Curl was looking everything so I went online and

I ordered that hair too. I was like I'm I'm ordering both of that hair. I wanted

the Mane Concept hair to be my homecoming hair but my homecoming is

next week and the hair's not here on time. So we'll get into that in another

video but both of them made me click a button and buy some hair. So those two

are my youtubers of the month. Now for favorite show it's the walking dead I am

a big Walking Dead fan. The show is probably gory and ehh to a lot of people

put some people they actually enjoy it and I'm one of those people who actually

really enjoy that show. It's a very fun and interesting show. So if you like that

show please let me know down below you're also a Walking Dead fan. Now let's

go into my beauty favorites of the month and my first Beauty fave is the Morphe

35O palette. Now this is the palette I used on my eyes solely today

I never typically use this palette by itself but I don't know why because it

has so many colors that could be companion colors on each other you guys

see I dig into this I bought this actually last year it's the

quintessential fall palette this is fall in a pallet now what I will

say is I won't be buying the 3 502 pallet I will not you will not see me

spit my point on that pallet because it's to me like morphe sold the 3 500

pallet and it the sales everybody has it so the sales weren't

doing that well so they were like ok let's do it to palette let's do it too

so people will be raved and energized about that palette but you guys aren't

fooling me I have this palette I'm good with this palette I love this palette

for a fall it speaks to me in fall and I think it needs to be a part of some of

you guys this collection out there if you guys are into warm kind of fall

tones out there this is a great palette now my favorite lips I have on one of

these colors right now but I talked about teeny tiny being my good fall lip

in my last video but I said color pops has other fall lips that I also love as

well and these are part of that family now I have tansy on my lip right now and

this is tansy but I also loved limbo actually I have two of limbo I don't

know why last year I said I used to buy up limbo it might go out of stock I love

limbo and I really have picked up limbo this fall but I need you this says

October doesn't this color scream to you like fall like pumpkin spice lattes I

hate pumpkin spice anything but isn't a scream to you like a fall autumn kind of

lip type of a thing I love these two Limbo's a little bit darker as you can

see then tansy so I think it's a lot more richer as a tone I love both so

much they are so quintessential fall now you guys know when I'm filming I

typically always had the same lashes on you guys know I love the kiss beyond

natural lashes but when I'm traveling somewhere like in real life everyday

outside of filming the lashes that I love love-love-love are the Ardell

accent 3:18 and blacks now these are half lashes as you guys can see I chose

half lashes because this is how I learned the lashes like if you're

somebody who's trying to learning it used to lashes go with accents please

believe me they helped so much I was bad at actions before I had a YouTube

channel horrible but I did have these Ardell 3/18 and I would say okay if I'm

we're lashes I'm gonna do the 3:18 and get used to kind of doing a half lash

before I go for the whole eye and this is what they look like if you can see

they look very much so they're not dramatic at all they're very much so

natural and of course you're gonna have to put mascara on the front part of your

lashes just to kind of make them blend and kind of go all in one but our Adele

3:18 lasses I get I got these from my beauty supply store and they are like

$2.99 at my beauty supply store they are also good travel lashes for me because

when I'm traveling I don't like to do a full band of lashes I always bring the

Ardell 3 18s with me because I don't I'm in a situation where I'm using a

bathroom mirror I can't get the lash to go as precisely as I want them to but

with this one I can now the next Beauty favorite of mine is the Carli bybel

palette you guys so many times actually when I'm filming what highlight I have

on and I know what highlight i have on today it is the Carli bybel highlights

now the eyeshadows are trash they are trash I hate the eyeshadows in this

palette I bought it for the eyeshadows because I thought oh they're gonna be so

cute but the highlights are where they are at my money is on these like this

are my favorite like do you not see how incredible this looks that's all I have

on in terms of highlight today the Carli bybel palette I think they still have

this one I know she has another one that updated version this one I think is

14.99 I ordered mine on BH Cosmetics but I think they also have matte all Tinnell

which is amazing I had this for like a year now and I love these highlights

like I can't say enough good things about highlight so you guys know I'm a

highlight junkie I'm a highlight freak and I love this highlight so my next

favorite doesn't fall into the Beauty category particularly but I love it

anyway so it's been my fall favorite forever and it's this candle leaves by

Bath & Body Works it was my favorite last year and it is one of my favorites

again like this it's fall and a candle if you're looking for quintessential

fall like you walk into a room and you're like who has arrived fall is in

the room I smelled the fall coming through this is the candle now it tells

you at the bottom what the sense that you're smelling are because I can't

smell this and say I can't describe to you what fall is I can't be like smells

like fall but in here is golden nectar red apple and

spicy berry since so if all that sounds like fall to you wrapped into one get

leaves but when you go to bath and Bodyworks this is my budget Easter tip

you guys know I will not let you spend full price the candles I think run for

$22 never buy a candle from Bath and Body Works plus $20 never never they

always have $8 scales they always do catch you an $8 candle sell and you buy

you about three or four candles if you buy a candle from Bath & Body Works for

$20 you didn't do your sales right you didn't use a coupon right you didn't do

it right you can get these candles for so much cheaper so much cheaper but love

leave so yes those aren't my favorites let me know down below what you guys
