Today we'll make a snack recipe i.e Fried Masala Idli which we can even make with leftover Idlis
Its very easy and tasty too.
So let's make Fried Masala Idli
To make Fried Masala Idli we've taken 10 Idli
1 tsp MTR Sambar Powder
1 tsp MTR Idli Dosa/Chilly Chutney Powder also known as Malhapudi
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Coriander for garnishing, 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies. Salt as per taste
Dry Mango Powder & Cooking Oil
Let's make Fried Masala Idli
To make Fried Masala Idli firstly we'll cut these idlis
We'll cut them into the shape of wedges
If you want you can cut their small pieces as well
Here we've cut all the Idlis, now we'll add the tempering
Turn on the flame and adding 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
Oil is heat up adding Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
Green Chillies
Curry leaves
Adding slices Idli pieces
Colour of the Idli is changed
Now we'll add all the other spices
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilly Powder
Dry Mango Powder
Sambar Powder
Idli Dosa Chilly Chutney Powder
Salt
Mix it well
Masala Idli is ready to serve into the plate
Here we've Fried Masala Idli ready and we've garnished it with Coriander leaves
