welcome to healing house . Please subscribe and watch this video until the end to know

the complete information.

Everyone knows how important sleep is for keeping in good physical and mental health.

However, how long you sleep is just as important as the way you sleep.

The position you sleep in can affect your health, help keep your skin looking young,

and boost your digestive health.

Here are six ways sleeping on your left side is good for your health.

1.

It Bolsters the Lymphatic System

Ayurvedic medicine says that sleeping on your left side lets your body better filter lymph

fluid and waste through the lymph nodes.

This is because the left side of our body is the stronger lymphatic side.

Western studies also found that sleeping on the left side can help the body break down

waste materials from the brain.

However, sleeping on the right side can lower the lymphatic system's power.

2.

It May Improve Digestion

When it comes to digestion, sleeping on the left side may be better than the right, because

of gravity.

Lying on the left side lets food waste easily move from the large intestine into the lower

colon, meaning you're more likely to have a bowel movement when you wake up.

Sleeping on the left side lets the stomach and pancreas hang naturally because our stomach

lies on the left side of the body.

This can make sure the body keeps creating pancreatic enzymes and will help other digestive

processes.

3.

It's Good for Your Heart

Doctors advise that pregnant women sleep on their left side to boost circulation to the

heart.

Even if you're not pregnant, or a woman, sleeping on the left side may help take some

weight off the heart.

Gravity can help lymph drainage toward the heart, and aortic circulation away from the

heart.

4.

It's Ideal for Pregnant Women

Sleeping on the left side doesn't only boost pregnant women's circulation.

It can also help ease weight on the back, keep the uterus from squeezing the liver,

and raise blood flow to the uterus, kidneys, and fetus.

For this reason, doctors tell pregnant women to spend as much of their sleep time as possible

on their left sides.

5.

It May Reduce Heartburn

A study written in The Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology found that lying on the left

side can help lower acid reflux signs.

This is because our stomach lies on the left side.

Lying on the right side may worsen these signs.

The help comes very fast; if you're feeling heartburn after a meal, try lying down on

your left side for ten minutes.

6.

It May Relieve Back Pain

People with chronic back pain may feel a little better if they switch to sleeping on their

left side.

That's because sleeping on your side can ease weight on the spine.

Feeling more comfortable will raise your chances of getting a good night's sleep.

If you usually sleep on your back, your front, or your right side, you may wonder how to

break that habit and start sleeping on your left side.

It will take some time and practice, but you will be able to quickly train your body to

sleep in this position.

The Hanger Project | Black Friday Sale - Duration: 8:01.

Hi I'm Kirby Allison founder of The Hanger

Project here at the Hanger Project.

We love helping the well-dressed take

care of their wardrobes.

First off.

Happy Thanksgiving from everyone here

at the Hanger Project.

We hope you're enjoying this time

with family friends

and great food.

Now this marks the launch of our annual

Black Friday SALE where

we offer absolutely incredible,

rare discounts on some of the items

from our catalog.

And this year is the best selection

ever. So this year we're offering discounts

up to 70 percent off.

And so I'm just going to review

with you quickly. Everything that we're offering

on our Black Friday sale of course

visit HangerProject.com

to view our full assortment of products that we

have listed at these Black Friday

discounts.

First at 70 percent off we have

a set of six of our Hanger Project

luxury garment boxes.

This is our first generation box.

So it's not the current box that we have on the

website.

We found a whole bunch of these hidden

in a far corner of our warehouse

and so we're offering a set of

six of these, which is essentially a full master

carton, at 70 percent off.

And normally there are forty five dollars

each for $315.

But at 70 percent off you're going to get

them for less than 95 bucks.

These are an absolutely great item

to have in your closet.

They are rigid.

They have a file card holder on the front.

And I use our sweater box

to store all of my sweaters

during the off season

and I really appreciate these because I can

stack them up real neatly in a corner

of my closet.

I can label them on the front

and they do an absolutely fantastic job

protecting your sweaters you know while

you're setting them aside

and they're easy to access.

So for Black Friday only,

we're offering a set of six of these,

at 70 percent off.

We also are offering 70 percent off

select knitwear.

We've got some absolutely incredible things

that are still lingering in our warehouse.

These are certainly kind of odds

and ends. But take a look.

You can filter this category by size

to see if anything is available in your size.

And if you can find something there

are some absolutely incredible deals.

Second we have 50 percent off

what could be probably the best gift

of this year and that is our thousand

dollar shave society shaving

says. The cedes stag

antler shaving said is outfitted

with two different razors.

We have the Gillette Fusion

and then we also have the safety razor

which is my personal favorite

and we're including two sets

of the Astra blades.

So you're going to have everything you need to get started

with wet shaving in this box.

We have a full assortment of Castle

Forbes shaving accessories

the pre-shave,

the Shave Cream

and the aftershave.

We have a Bloc Hylin.

This is an alum bloc that you would use

for irritation in any

type of nicks and scratches.

We have this sourced from France.

And then we have also

an extra kind of shaving soap.

So every single one of these kids is going to be a little

bit different just kind of depending on what we have in

the warehouse.

But every single one of them will include the

stag antler shaved set

and then that complete set of Castle

Forbes shaving products.

Also, at 50 percent off,

we have the 2015

permanent style annual.

So this was the first print publication

that Simon Crompton came out with.

That is a selection of the various archives

from his blog Permanent Style.

And so if you're a fan of Permanent Style

or if you're someone that just enjoys

kind of quality menswear this

book basically brings that web content

to print.

It has a great feel to it.

It's fun to kind of flip through

and read

and so it's a great gift for anyone that just loves

quality that's into fine things.

Perfect as a stocking stuffer

or as an addition to your personal library.

And that 50 percent off this is a fantastic

deal. Next,

at 30 percent off,

we're offering select books

from our library here at the Hanger Project.

We've got several of Allen Flusser's

volumes. We've got Bruce Boyer's

true style.

We've got the 2017

style guide from permanent style

and then we also have Hugo Jacomet's

the Parisian Gentleman.

You know 30 percent off,

if you're someone that enjoys

books these are absolutely

great selections for your library.

We also are offering a selection

of our Albert Thurston braces at 30

percent.

And then all of our sovereign grade shoelaces

during Black Friday were offering you for

30 percent off so it's a great opportunity

to either stock up on shoelaces

or just replacement laces for your

dress shoes

but also take a look at our colored laces.

Those make great gifts

and it's an easy way to just kind of change

the character on the look of

an otherwise just kind of casual

dress shoe.

So by changing the laces on a black

Oxford to say red

all of a sudden it becomes more whimsical

and fun.

So if you're someone that enjoys kind of playing around

like that

or if you know someone that might

this is a great opportunity to stock up on

shoelaces.

And finally at 20 percent off we're

offering a selection of our

Cedes Milano items.

Now, if you're not familiar

with Cedes Milano,

they are basically the

kind of the child

or the evolution

of G. Lorenzi which was an absolutely

iconic Milanese

store offering the finest

kind of home goods you know crafted

from natural materials.

We have an incredible assortment

very broad assortment of seeds Milano

items.

I've got a few selections here.

This is a Makassar Ebony pincushion.

So if you have a good tailor

that you want to send a nice Christmas gift

to

or even at home.

This is an absolutely beautiful

beautiful item for someone that is

putting things up in a second.

We have our zebu cigar

desk s.

So this has a cutter

box opener

and then a slot for matches for you

to light with.

And so for those of you that watch our videos

you know that I have one of these on top of my

humidor

and it's just a nice kind of accessory to have

or anyone that smoking cigars.

And then another personal favorite of mine

is our lambskin

shoe travel bag.

Now this is something that we had see as Moulana

designed just for us.

And basically it is a partitioned

travel bag for you

to put your shoes into

and travel with.

It's basically the best shoe bag you could ever

have for your shoes.

Well maybe next to the one that's windy

and lammed shearling.

This one isn't lined

and limb sharing which makes it slightly less

expensive

but we have this middle partition.

So again you're protecting your shoes

you don't have to worry about anything scuffing them

has a really convenient zip.

And a handle.

So you can just kind of throw this into your luggage

and not worry about your shoes.

Now these are just three of what

is a very broad assortment of seat M.A.

items. Make sure you check out Henare project

dot com to view the full assortment

at 20 percent off.

These are items that very rarely ever go

on sale just because they are so high end

and so well-made.

But for this Black Friday we're

offering them to you at 20 percent off.

So the other thing we have on sale here at the hangar

project are silk knots.

Now these are basically just silk

cufflinks.

It's not real silk.

It's just what they're called they're actually nylon.

But regardless they're available

on a bunch of different colors

and it's just a nice way to

you know to accessorize your

French Cup shirts without having an expensive

pair of cufflinks

or jewelry.

They're certainly more casual

and available in a bunch of colors.

So check those out.

Those are available 20 percent.

Kirby Allison founder of the hangar project.

Hope you enjoyed this Black Friday launch

video.

When To Roll Your Eyes At A Washington Deadline | Ron's Office Hours | NPR - Duration: 2:59.

Urgency creates decision-making.

You know Washington, if the deadline is midnight, they'll start working on it at about 11:30.

That was Kevin Brady, Republican member from Texas and chairman of the tax writing committee

in the House of Representatives, talking at a Politico event about the kind o

artificial deadlines that Congress frequently sets for themselves in order to get something done.

So today, I'm going to give you a deadline.

By the end of these office hours I want you to be able to tell when it's a serious Washington

deadline and when it's the kind where you roll your eyes.

So let's go through a few.

First up, sunset provisions.

These are laws that have a specific time frame after which they expire.

Take for example the assault weapons ban passed in 1994 with a 10-year time frame.

After that decade had passed, control of Congress had passed from the Democrats to the Republicans,

they did not want the ban, they let it expire, they did not act to renew it.

Therefore, all the weapons that were once restricted under that particular law have

been legal since 2004.

Next up - the committees in Congress that pass authorizing bills.

They all have end dates so that Congress will periodically reconsider and

re-examine the programs in question.

That's everything from the park service to the IRS to air traffic control.

A lot of these deadlines we hear about also have to do with money.

You have to give the government agencies authority;

you have to give them money to carry out that authority.

The federal budget year ends every year on Sept. 30 and if we haven't gotten all the

funding bills passed, which often happens, then we get what's called a continuing resolution

to get us past that Sept. 30 deadline and set a new deadline

sometime later into the winter.

Finally, the artificial deadline.

This sort of deadline really boils down to leadership saying

"no more TV until your homework is done."

Now Sen. Harry Reid, when he was the Senate majority leader,

was a master of this kind of bluff.

He was constantly saying "we're going to work into the weekend" for this or for that.

Rarely, rarely did they ever work into the weekend.

The only real deadline for any piece of legislation is the end of a particular Congress, and this

Congress does not end until the first week of January, 2019.

[phone rings]

Just one second - Hi hon!

No, oh yeah.

I'll be there, OK?

OK.

Thanks.

Bye.

Now that's what I call a deadline.

I'm Ron Elving at NPR.

Thanks for coming to my office hours.

Top 10 INSANE Hostage Escape Stories - Duration: 8:53.

Top 10 Hostages Escape Stories

Welcome back guys, I hope youre well, I hope youre safe and I hope you are free to do what

you want today.

Many people out there are not.

They are being held hostage for financial, political or moral reasons against their will.

Sometimes though, these people refuse to just roll over and be a prisoner - they fight back

in some of the most incredible ways imaginable.

My name is Danny Burke and this is the top 10 hostage escape stories.

Starting off at number 10 we have Kosuke Tsuneoka.

In 2010, this Japanese journalist was captured by an insurgent group in Afghanistan.

They treated him well but refused to let him go.

After 5 months, one of his captors approached him with their new phone and asked Kosuke

to help set it up.

He did just that and went even by further by showing them them the internet including

Twitter.

However, instead of setting them up with accounts, he logged into his own twitter and sent out

some desperate tweets.

The first told everyone he was alive, the second gave the name of his captor and his

location.

He was free to leave the VERY NEXT DAY.

Thats the power of twitter.

Next up at number 9 we have The Tea.

In 2016, a story emerged of a 12 year old girl and her 17 year old aunt who had managed

to escape from ISIS - and it involved a cup of tea.

The Yazdi woman and girl had been held by the terrorists in Iraq for months with no

hope of escape.

Despite this, the terrorists would give them some basic amenities.

One day, the girl asked for some pills to help them sleep.

They got them - but didnt take any for themself.

They waited and then slipped the pills into the tea that their captors were drinking.

They passed out into a deep sleep and the girls managed to escape back to their families

http://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/12-year-old-ISIS-hostage-escaped-captors-by-slipping-sleeping-pills-in-their-tea-452098

At number 8 now we have Rambo.

In 2009, a french security agent called Marc Aubriere was captured in Somalia by insurgents.

They announced that Marc and another agent were to be tried under Islamic Law for -spying

and entering Somalia illegally to assist an enemy of Allah- … the French government

was worried, 6 weeks passed and it didnt seem like they would be able to get him back - others

hostages had been killed by the group before.

And then one day, Marc walked up to a group of peacekeepers at the presidents palace,

identified himself and demanded to be given a safe haven.

It turns out he had killed 3 of his guards and escaped in the middle of the night.

He said he was in a good mood shortly before his flight home to France.

The French Foreign Ministry declined to give any more details leading many to picture Marc

as some sort of Rambo type figure who turned the tables on those that were about to kill

him ...

At the number 7 spot now We have the flight.

In 2007, a flight to the Canary Islands was hijacked by a man who was trying to seek political

asylum in France.

He held the pilot at gunpoint and told him to head to France.

The 71 passengers on board were terrified but little did they know - their pilot was

a genius.

He realised that the hijacker didnt speak a language that the rest of them all did - French.

So, as they were coming in to land, the pilot told the passengers in French that he was

going to make it a bumpy landing so that the the hijacker would be knocked off balance.

Sure enough, the bump sent the hijacker tumbling to the floor - at that point the crew and

passengers threw boiling water over him and beat him into submission.

This is why you should all listen in French class …

http://www.chron.com/news/nation-world/article/Armed-with-French-quick-thinking-pilot-thwarts-1839353.php

Coming in at number 6 We have Tarzan.

In 1958, a group of American golfers were ambushed in Cuba by soldiers of the revolution

there.

They didnt like the look of these rich, capitalist, American golfers and held them at gunpoint

to interrogate them.

They eventually got to 54 year old actor Johnny Weissmuller - you guys might not know him

but back then - he was famous for being Tarzan.

Like - THE Tarzan in all the movies.

He got passed the language barrier by telling the rebels -Me Tarzan!- … they didnt understand

and so he stood up, beat his chest and let out the famous Tarzan yell - just like this

- .. amazingly, it worked - they recognized him and the group was free to go.

I guess Ill have to start doing a top 10 list if I ever get captured by rebels, I doubt

they watch this though ...

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/thedailymirror/2008/11/november-18-195.html

At number 5 now We have The Bed.

This is the incredible story of Mohammed Sadiq al Tajir.

He was the brother of a billionaire Arab ambassador in London.

He was walking home in London in 1986 when he was kidnapped by 4 men who were asking

for over 70 million dollars from his family for his return.

After 10 days of being chained to a bed, they told him that he would be released the next

day.

He didnt believe this and when they werent around, he got up and dragged the whole bed

out of the room, down the stairs and into the street.

He knocked on the door of a woman who was very shocked to see a man handcuffed to a

bed asking for help.

It turns out that he really was going to be released the next day but it still makes a

good story ...

http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/1986-01-18/news/8601040658_1_kidnappers-scotland-yard-arab

Moving on to number 4 We have Parcheesi.

In 2008, American journalist David Rohde was captured by the Taliban.

They held him for 7 months while making crazy demands such as the release of all Taliban

prisoners.

David and his fellow prisoner knew their only way to get past the guards was for them to

actually lower their guard.

So, they decided to make them sleepy by playing Parcheesi with them - a classic board game

that requires some real concentration.

After hours of this mental exercise, the guards eventually got tired and fell asleep.

The two hostages then used a rope to climb over a wall and escape the compound.

I think those guards wont be playing any board games with their hostages any time soon - or

if they do it should be monopoly, thats a pretty intense game, youre not gonna fall

asleep during Monopoly …

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/22/world/asia/22hostage.html?_r=2&pagewanted=2

Next up at number 3 have Diana Ross.

Diana Ross is one of the most famous Mowtown artists of all time.

In 1969, while still part of the Supremes, she opened the door of her apartment to a

man with a butchers knife.

He put her in the back of his car and started to drive.

After half an hour, she made a grab for his knife but only managed to cut her hand.

Ross knew she was running out of options fast and so she decided to jump out of the car.

Thats right.

She jumped out in the fast lane, rolled along and managed to not get hit by any cars before

landing in a ditch.

She ran along the road trying to flag cars down but nobody stopped, presumably nobody

also recognised it was THE Diana Ross either.

Eventually, she was spotted by two highway patrolmen who helped her.

So, she can sing out of her mind and shes a total badass.

Good for you Diana.

https://books.google.com/books?id=_jcDAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA55&dq=cindy+birdsong+kidnapping&hl=en&sa=X&ei=RNTLT5rZLYqq2gX0nsTaCw&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=cindy%20birdsong%20kidnapping&f=false

Next up at number 2 we have Erica Pratt.

On July 22nd 2002, 7 year old Erica Pratt was snatched off a Phildelphia street by 2

men and bundled into a car.

She was taken to an abandoned house, blindfolded, bound and left alone in the basement.

Then, the kidnappers called her family demanding $150,000 which they believed the famly had

receved from a life insurance policy.

While the phone negotiations went on upstairs - Erica started to chew through the tape around

her hands.

After hours, she finally broke through the tape.

She fumbled around in the dark until she found the stairs.

The door was locked so she kicked out one of the panels to squeeze herself through.

THEN, she smashed through a window and started calling for help, two boys heard her and within

hours she was rescued.

This was all done by a 7 year old.

I don't know what I was doing at age 7 - I could barely tie my own shoe laces nevermind

escape a deadly hostage situation.

Brave girl Erica.

And finally at number 1 we have Frank Edward Ray.

In 1976, Ray was a bus driver whos bus was hijacked with 26 children on board.

The kidnappers drove around for a while before taking them to a quarry and blocking off their

escape.

They were there for 11 hours while the kidnappers demanded 5 million from the families of the

kids.

During this time, Ray managed to push the roof of the bus open which the men had weighed

down with two 100 pound batteries.

They used a pile of stacked mattresses to escape out of the hole.

Ray made sure every last kid was safe before leaving the scene himself.

The kidnappers fled when they realised what had happened but Ray had memorised their number

plate with led to their arrest.

What an incredible guy.

HELP SAVE THE THANKSGIVING TURKEYS 🦃 From Evil Villain Chef | Paw Patrol Cartoon | Ellie Sparkles - Duration: 12:22.

Hi everyone, this is Ellie Sparkles.

It's Thanksgiving and it looks like someone is going to make us Thanksgiving dinner?

Hmmm I wonder whose kitchen this is with all this yummy food?

Wait I hear someone coming, I can't wait to see who it is!

It's Chef!

Happy Thanksgiving Chef!

What is that?

It's Trolls-giving!

Hehehe.

I already made my Poppy Pie and Branch Burgers but I'm missing something else for my special

bergen dinner.

Give me a thumbs up if you know what the most important Trollsgiving ingredient is.

That's right, the turkey!

I bet you thought I was going to say Trolls!

But I can't have Trollsgiving without a turkey!

Where are you turkey?

Gobble Gobble I'm coming to find you!

Awesome, Skye and Rubble are here!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Skye, Rubble and the Paw Patrol pups always have dinner together on Thanksgiving.

Hey wait...did you hear that?

Is that…. a turkey?

Yes!

It's Skye's pet turkey!

Skye's pet turkey is named Gobble.

Gobble is a happy turkey that loves to play games.

Look at his pretty feathers!

But hey I hear that sound again!

There's another turkey?

This one must be Rubble's pet turkey.

His name is Cluck.

Cluck really likes to fly, and he's the smartest turkey that I know.

Cluck and Gobble are best friends just like Skye and Rubble!

Look at these turkeys!

They are just so cute!

And colorful.

I see Red and White and Yellow and Brown!

Wow, thats a lot of colors.

I've never seen so many colors on a turkey before.

Wait a second...what happened to Gobble?

Where did he go?

He just….disappeared!

Oh no!

And now Cluck is gone too!

Our new turkey friends are gone and now Skye and Rubble are going to have a sad thanksgiving!

It's a good thing Skye and Rubble are superheroes.

You guys go get the rest of the Paw Patrol and we'll all go find your turkeys together.

This pup's gotta fly!

Rubble on the Double!

We found the turkeys!

Here Gobble, Here Cluck!

Oh no!

Someone locked them up!

The turkeys are captured!

And now there's locks on the doors too!

Oh no, this is going to be hard.

Can you help me save the Paw Patrol Turkeys?

But who could have done such a naughty thing to these poor turkeys?

Ha!

It was me!

This was easier than I thought.

I found not just one, but two turkeys for my Thanksgiving...I mean Trollsgiving dinner.

All I had to do is steal them from a couple of pesky pups.

But that Ellie Sparkles is really good at finding keys, so I need to make sure I hide

them somewhere good.

And I have the best hiding spot in all of Bergenville.

Come with me and I'll show you where.

But shhhh you can't tell Ellie Sparkles!!!

This is a Thanksgiving hiding spot that no one will expect!

Hahaha…

I'm going to make a yummy Thanksgiving fruit smoothie!

But this smoothie is very special.

Just you watch.

The first thing that goes in a smoothie is a bright red strawberry.

This strawberry is the same color as Marshall!

In you go!

This really does look tasty!

This next fruit is yellow.

Can anyone tell me who the yellow paw patrol pup is?

It's a banana.

Yum.

Bananas are very healthy!

Now the next fruit is one of my favorites.

It's a juicy orange.

Oranges are orange just like Zuma the water pup.

There.

I think that's enough fruit for now.

And now for the special ingredient.

The keys!

Hahahaha!

Wait until you see what happens now!

MMM...look at that pink slime smoothie.

It's perfect...for hiding keys in!

Hmmmm now I'm starving.

I'm gonna go find some trolls to eat.

Quick!

While Chef is gone, we have to save the turkeys.

Don't worry, Gobble...Cluck...we'll save you soon!

But how?

Oh, I know!

We have to go find that smoothie that Chef made.

That's where she put the keys!

Here it is.

I know she put the keys in here somewhere and there's only one way to find them.

Gross!

Chef always makes the ickiest food.

This smoothie is just so slimey.

But that's okay, because we aren't going to eat it, we are going to find keys!

Just like this one I found right here!

It has to open one of the locks!

Time to save a turkey!

Will this one save Cluck or Gobble?

Let's try Cluck's cage first.

It's not working, but I hope it will work in Gobble's cage!

Skye will be so happy if we saved her turkey.

It worked!

We opened Gobble's lock and saved her.

Hi, Gobble, you silly goose...I mean, turkey.

Hehe...I'm so happy we got you out.

How are you feeling?

Your feathers are still nice and bright!

You look great!

Whew!

That was a close call.

I guess that means you're ready to go home to Skye.

There's Skye now.

Hi Skye, you go play with your turkey and tell Rubble that I'll sace cluck next.

Happy Thanksgiving Skye!

See you for dinner!

But hey, it looks like Gobble left us a surprise toy!

A Shopkins Squish Dee-lish toy!

These make me hungry...just in time for Thanksgiving dinner.

Let's take a look at what yummy toy we got.

We got Soft Serve.

Soft Serve is a vanilla ice cream Squish Dee-lish.

She loves to wink and hang out in the freezer with all the other ice cream!

Do you like Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream better?

Let me know in the comments.

Squish Dee-lishes are the best!

They can squish down and slowly pop back up.

It's so amazing to watch.

So cool!

Okay, now we have to go save Cluck for real!

Chef could be back any minute now.

I think the next key is way under the slime.

We better dump it out to get a better look.

Watch out everyone, things are about to get messy!

Its so icky and sticky! knew it would be easier to find the key this way!

It's already here!

I hope this is the one that works for Cluck's cage.

The key is perfect.

Come on out, Cluck!

But Watch out!

Don't step on that pink slime smoothie, Cluck!

That was a close one!

Good thing you can fly.

Cluck is so good at flying.

That's how you know it's him and not Gobble.

I bet you miss Rubble, Cluck.

That's why I have a surprise for you!

Rubble is here to pick you up!

Now the two of you can go home and celebrate Thanksgiving with Skye and Gobble and the

rest of the Paw Patrol Pups.

But first, I have one more surprise toy to open.

A Disney Tsum Tsum mystery pack.

There could be so many different characters in here.

I love Tsum Tsums.

And we got a special green character from Inside Out Oh I know...this is Disgust.

Disgust thinks everything is disgusting.

She's not happy all the time like Joy.

But she is always looking out for Riley.

She makes sure she doesn't eat anything that will hurt her and loves to keep her safe.

Disgust comes with lots of accessories like this stand with pretty green trees.

And these are the memory balls from the Inside Out movie.

Awesome!

There we go!

Now she can sit here and keep all of the memories safe for Riley.

She's looks awesome.

This could be my favorite Tsum Tsum ever!

I'm baack.

And now it's time to cook my…..

Wait a second...where are my turkeys?

I was going to use them for dinner!

Argh!

Ellie Sparkles did this, I know it.

I thought my slime smoothie would be enough but I guess I was wrong.

This isn't fair.

The good guys always win!

When is it going to be my turn?

Next timemy plan will be so good and evil that no one can stop me!

Good luck with that Chef, but good guys are supposed to win!

LEGO Ninjago 2018 sets - Worst Ninjago wave? - Duration: 1:01.

How do we go from this.... to this?

The new LEGO Ninjago 2018 sets

have been revealed by swiss retailer World of Games,

for the Sons of Garmadon season.

And, in my opinion,

this could be the worst LEGO Ninjago wave yet.

I need to see which is worst -

the first wave of 2012 or this.

There's only one set I want - the Temple of Resurrection.

And even that, I think,

is inferior to something like the Lighthouse Seige -

and it will probably be around the same price.

I just don't get how we had these INCREDIBLE sets with the LEGO Ninjago Movie,

and then we get these sets

that look like shallow retreads of previous mediocre Ninjago sets from before.

I mean, look at my comparisons I made.

None of these are up to snuff with other 2018 assortments.

I think the regular Ninjago sets peaked around 2016,

and it's just been downhill from there.

There's also some Spinning sets that will be coming,

but they're really nothing of interest.

I dunno guys, I'm really let down by this wave.

What do you think?

Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

I'll see you guys later.

Peace out.

Bye.

What The Drawer Under The Oven Is Really Used For - Duration: 2:02.

What do you keep in the drawer under your oven?

Baking sheets?

Pots and pans?

Clunky lids?

That out-of-the-way space might seem like a good place to store your larger kitchen

items, but there's a good chance you're missing out on its actual purpose by using it for

simple storage.

"We will put the voodoo in the stew, I'm telling you!"

Believe it or not, that drawer may actually be a warming drawer, used for keeping food,

well, warm when it's done cooking, but when it's not quite time for serving.

That sounds like a tool that can come in handy in every kitchen — especially during the

holidays and other special occasions, when you just can't fit everything you need to

cook into your oven all at once.

So how can you tell if you have one of these magical drawers?

The easiest way is to check the owner's manual for your oven.

But be warned — if you do have a warming drawer under your oven, it comes with a few

important rules.

"I feel as if I've never done this before in my life."

Keep in mind that it's not for cooking — it's only designed to keep hot foods hot, so you

should never use it to heat cold or uncooked food.

Discovering that your trusty oven is equipped with a warming drawer also means that you've

lost some of your precious kitchen storage — you should never store items in a warming

drawer, as it could lead to an accidental fire.

If you have a gas stove instead of electric, that bottom drawer may be even more useful:

there's a good chance it's a broiling drawer.

This one might be a little more obvious, since there's often an exposed heating element.

But since it's so low to the ground, it's still easy to miss.

If you find one of those you've hit the jackpot — broilers are essential for browning dishes,

melting cheesy toppings, and getting the perfect crisp to your roasted veggies.

"Oh my God!

This is absolutely amazing!"

Broiling drawers don't have windows like in-oven broilers though, so you'll need to check it

frequently, as broilers can burn your food very quickly.

Finally, try not to be too bummed out if it turns out your oven drawer was only meant

to store things after all.

Not all ovens actually feature warming drawers — and if yours doesn't, that just means

you've been using it the right way all along.

Sistema Cheve 2017 expedition (with subtitles) - Duration: 10:38.

And, how are the first impressions?

...It's awesome here!

Beautiful.

Perfect meadow

Waterfall.... i did already check the waterfall

For more than 30 years, cavers are exploring caves

in the Sierra Juarez mountains

Hydrogically proven connection between Cueva Cheve

and Cueva de la Mano, would create

the deepest cave in the world

with denivelation more than 2600m and

entrances distant by more than 30km in straight line

Many very experianced speleologists

claim that it is not possible

That's why we need a team, which don't know about this

...how nice.... to sway among the waves.....

....it hums, hums....

Rigging of the cave, and estabilishing first 3 camps

took roughly one month of time

Simultanously we transported diving gear for 4 divers

to estabilish camp 4, after sump 1 in the cave

Sump 2 is finishing with huge breakdown

During two actions we managed to rig

and transport through that sump necessary equipment

drilling machine, equipment for digging

to look for the onward way

and after multi-hour works, more than 16h push action

we surveyed more less 300m of.... new breakdown

continiously in tight area, under huge boulders

so unfortunatelly this way

Cheve was not possible to continue

Found by the way side inlet to Sump 2

happened to be 4m deeper than

deepest point in this sump

what, deepens the cave to -1488m

موقف أمانة واحد ...غير حياته للزواج والغنى honesty made poor man a millionaire - Duration: 3:25.

a young poor man

used to

sell

fabrics (Very cheap clothes)

on the sidewalk of Souq Al-Hamidiyah (Al-Hamidiyah is popular market in Syria)

Man has 20 - 30 pieces

He was selling each piece for one dollar (this prices equals fifty syrian liras.)

One day....

a woman bought one piece which she liked a lot and paid him

He took the money and put it in his pocket.

One minute later.............

checked the money he had to find one hundred dollars bill

Then he realized that the woman gave it to him by mistake

Immediately, he asked his neighbor

to look after his fabrics

ran after the woman who was two hundred meters away,

and gave her the one hundred dollars bill and took one dollar.

She thanked him heartedly.

A neighbor amazed by his honesty

A neighbor happened to be money changer

so

the money changer (neighbor ) offered him to be his partner and the young man agreed.

Then

That young poor man became a successful businessman

Now He has a huge capital, is married,

lives in a very luxurious house and owns a car. He lives in prosperity,

because he ran after that woman and proved his honesty to his neighbor (his partner later on.)

The same thing happened to another poor young man but his reaction was exactly the opposite

The young poor man used to sell fabrics on the sidewalk in a place called "Sayidah Ruqayah."

One day a woman bought a piece of fabric and gave him by mistake on

hundred dollars bill instead of one dollar,

but this young man did not tell her about that because he wanted to keep the money for himself.

Consequently, the woman filed a complaint to the police and took them to that young man

so they arrested him.

By Allah,

it is the same story,

but the first one was exalted and honored by Allah because of his honesty, and he became rich,

whereas the other one who thought that what he did was an act of cleverness was disgraced.

(( And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and made to enter Paradise).)) [Al-Ahzab, 71

So Dear brothers,

nine-tenths of the sins committed have to do with ill-gotten earning and illicit affairs. Also nine-tenths of Fiqhi rulings are on earning money and spending it, and on the permissible relationship between men and women. to see full article ..visit http://www.nabulsi.com/en/art.php?art=11953
