yeah definitely we're currently going to be in a studio studios in London and
we're just trying to finish it up didn't have any time off touring your asses off
you know we we we work on the road also you know we bring our our portable Pro
Tools and stuff like that and China just right and you know keep it
fresh what's it gonna be like it's a new album by the Black Eyed Peas is always
good news what's it gonna be like it's gonna be a lot of monkey business you
know it's gonna be monkey business really what's it gonna sound like I mean
of course result in telephone but I mean different sounds new perspectives you
know we were always influenced by a lot of music and you know that we have a lot
of different genres in there you know just just just of the blackout piece
where you never know where it's gonna go you know
so we're wondering you could you elaborate a little more could you lift
the curtain a little for us but really really excited about this it's really
and uh you know under the coat right now you know yeah you know we just we just
um you we just wrote choruses and just kind of like you know we're gonna get in
the studio and start writing finish you think gonna be around November there's
another big issue I mean you guys always we always try to encourage people into
like what we believe in and one of it when one of them is voting and try to
get a better president you know and that's probably gonna be in there in
that type of topic you know last almost really political as well right of the
state I mean yeah we always try to make a conscious effort in in to like to have
substance and the content to the music you know hey what do you think situation
right now will the president be reelected or not just like I said you
know we we trying to get the people to vote for a better president better Bush
better president I and your own song in the last album you've got your own song
and new album as well yeah we actually just came from the Philippines right now
yeah and it was the one of the biggest show we ever done I mean why the
Philippines cuz I'm Filipino and and I never knew
that there was such a big following over there you know and there was it was it
was big it was it was but I couldn't believe it
first time off they're performing yeah but I was born over there
grew up here grew up got up adopted went to America maybe there's some way to
come home then man I mean with the band million selling album behind you oh yeah
we actually wear platinum over there you know to be there playing with your band
man I mean just like you know just all the Filipinos they were they were kind
of proud before me they would just be a Filipino and representing Filipinos you
know and it was it was special because I got to show my friends where I came from
you know growing up growing up in the Philippines and they had a great time
and they dad they said they told me that they have a different outlook in life
now you know
what's going to happen in the context coming numbers are going to do tomorrow
no touring not tomorrow we're gonna be in the studio yeah working on monkey
business where's that studio in London yeah what's coming up next in the coming
weeks the next date for the for the festivals you guys are probably one of
the only bands around still probably do it the hardest working band in show
business right now touring recording doing press all the time you guys are
working your asses off right yeah definitely you know this year has been
like that so we we've gotten to the to the rhythm
of things you know so it's like hey this is what we what we want what we wanted
you know and it works both in hand hand in hand press music you want it to be
out there just what you gotta do what about the new moves you're gonna do on
stage and you put into practice for that also yeah you know we try to move all
the furnitures at the hotel you know get our smoke on and practice about black
apiece you guys came from the underground right and you guys blew up
massively but still you're true to your roots yeah definitely you know you can't
forget where you came from and you know that's what what we enjoyed so we're
gonna keep on doing what we enjoy and you know sure you get the crowd involved
you to do us a favor and pick three songs any songs not necessarily your own
songs that we can play in radio your favorites I like I like maroon 5 right
now is so big whether they're the thing
right now right I like that song that song is good it's you know it's got a
good beat to it I like I like get get retarded by the Black Eyed Peas
that's the new single we gotta have a video for it and and I think that's so
