Justice League NEWS Major Superman Tease Trailer New Hope & Early JL Reports - Duration: 8:26.

this is what we know the world has grown darker and while we have reason to fear

we have the strength not to there are heroes among us today to

remind us that only from fear comes courage

from the darkness

can we truly feel the light

we're asking people we'd unknown to risk their lives no one else could do what

you do

there are heroes among us not to make us feel smaller

to remind us what makes us great

I don't believe it what are you a believer TC oh no worries good YouTube

Warstu here with a video on the Justice League so we've had our first

major tease of that we're getting Superman in the Justice League movie

well what do I mean we've got a trailer of Superman basically four months

they've been trying to make out the Superman wasn't going to be in the movie

due to the fact that Superman sacrificed himself during a Batman vs Superman dawn

of Justice when essentially he had to sacrifice himself against doomsday but

this is a major issue because if you haven't actually seen Batman vs Superman

you wouldn't know how what actually happened to Superman with inside the DC

EU so you wouldn't know why Superman hadn't been advertised and some people

are actually confused to where the Superman promotion actually is but it

makes sense if you actually follow the DC EU because up until now during the

New York comic-con trailer we've only had the Clark Kent scene

where they were on the Kent farm and that's all the promotion we've had from

mr. Superman and people like Superman's a massive part of the Justice League in

the comics but then again so is Green Lantern so there is real no argument for

that so the actor who plays Superman has been promoting the Justice League movie

in places like China Beijing and most recently in London but I personally feel

like the lack of Superman promotion will actually hurt people wanting to watch

the movie so before this amazing voice I have a clip I played a trailer that's

been dubbed as the kind of new hope never dive trailer and it goes like this

this is what we know the world has grown darker that's it

that's the kind of tease towards another Superman nightmare scene and while we

have reason to fear also another tease the same thing we have the strength not

to there are heroes among us obviously referring to one

Batman as their the only to establish heroes before coming into this movie to

remind us that only from fear comes courage that only from darkness can we

truly feel the lights now that is the massive kind of Superman's hair clip

so it's narrated the narration the narrative of this clip has been done by

Amy Adams who plays Lois Lane inside the Justice League movie I overlay two video

clips at the start list one was the animation one and one was I believe the

Spanish trailer that has been going around YouTube for the last couple let

well yesterday really so who tied for a Tennessee man there's also rumors at the

ending of the Justice League movie that Lois Lane is Superman are gonna get

married but would it be Lois Lane and kind of Clark Kent because he died

during the crossfire of doomsday but I presume they're going to bring him back

based on what the act of the play Superman said he said have you read DC

rebirth Superman so I presume they're going to interpretate some

interpretation of that of how they're gonna bring him back but I think that'd

be better safe a Man of Steel to which has been long time rumored but they've

not actually confirmed this script or even someone to direct it but also what

was interesting very during that the first clip was Henry Allen was in this

clip and Henry Allen's obviously Barry Allen's dad he's obviously in jail due

to Nora Allen being killed and everyone thinking it was him really it was

reverse flash a kitty bath thorn but remedy Henry Allen's had been cut from

the whole movie so does this mean that we are gonna be getting some flashbacks

or some scenes from the Flash's origin story because if we don't scene or Aaron

or Henry Allen there's gonna be no flash origin but this is supposed to be an

origin movie for the Justice League obviously not Batman not Superman and

not Wonder one but everyone else that hasn't had that independent solo movie

it's supposed to be in origin for all them so as we know

Justice League movie has already been aired to the press and people with

connections so there are a lot of fake rumors and reports coming out about what

actually is going to be in the Justice League movie so justly comes out next

week in most places in America I believe it's the 16th and comes out in UK 17th

so the embargo is going to drop one hour and twit oh sorry one day and 20 hours

before the movie comes out and I think this is a good move because the Superman

return house ship returns is not going to get to reveal as good as it is for

YouTube videos I don't actually want to know how Superman Returns so the embargo

will drop I believe Wednesday morning Eastern Time in

America but this is annoying a lot of people because obviously sites like

rotten tomato I'm gonna give the just stick movie very low score Ian's because

the scoring system is absolutely shocking where if you don't release the

movie like the embargo sooner for put the critics to put they're reviewing

whether scoring in and that the movie doesn't rank well obviously still

Ragnarok that kind of scores went in really early so that got a high review

and a lot of people are thinking that it's a bad thing that the embargo

doesn't drop to really close to the movie but they don't wants to ruin the

movie that don't want to ruin Darkseid he's at the end they don't want to ruin

Green Lantern yes them too are just my theories but I've I don't see Darkseid

in Green Lantern it's like well what's going on because they are teasing the

prologue Darkseid war at the firt at the start of it when they failed and gal

gadot wonder one says the a I thought the Age of Heroes will never come again

but they're trying to make out that was a Steppenwolf kind of fight but we're

not buying it anyone that actually read comics knows what is going on guys so

let me know how is Superman actually growing a turn how is he going to return

I mean it's it's kind of a trailer I'm gonna double ikat Raynor because it's a

Superman teaser trailer you know so anyway guys please like subscribe and

comment I'll be doing daily Justice League content all the way up til the

movie comes out and if I do go to the Justice League experience in London on

Friday I will be doing a special of a log style video for it where so for some

people it will be a face reveal anyway guys hit that notification button I will

be uploading my crisis on earth X T's trailer video at 8:30 GM time tonight

alongside possibly the trailer breakdown for episode 6 which is essentially when

Harry Met Harry kind of the Council of Wales kind of storyline or maybe just

drop like kind of like the flash review for this week into that not sure which

one yet guys anyway I will catch you in another video very soon catch ya later

Handlettering on felt, DIY Reversible fall christmas pillow - Duration: 4:54.

Hello friends!

Welcome to another Smiling Colors video!

I am Smitha also known as theshinynest on instagram and today's we're making a Reversible

fall christmas pillow.

I love felt pillows, they are so adorable and this reversible one turned out to be so

cute!

We have the the word thankful for November and come december we'll flip it over to

say JOY.

what you will need: Lets start with the felt sheets.

You can buy these at your craft store, or online.

I bought a whole bunch of colors on amazon and I LOVE this collection.

I chose two colors for today a soft peach and a brown.

Now I am sewing this pillow, instead I am using a fabric glue- this one is new to me

I just bought it the other day it's called E6000 fabric fuse and I have high expectations

from it.

Apply a thin line of the fabric glue around 3 sides of our pillow.

The instructions for this glue says to apply the glue to both the surfaces- so I added

a line of glue onto the peach as well.

On the fourth side I have left a big gap so that we can add stuffing into the pillow.

Press the two felt sheets together- pre cut felt sheets will match up exactly.

Press down on all sides and let this dry overnight.

The next day, when I checked on the pillow I was super happy at how the glue had dried

and the seams formed were really strong.

Now turn the pillow inside out, use something pointy to push out the corners and we are

ready to paint!

I am using a gold fabric paint, this is a dimensional paint but Ive squirted this paint

onto my palette and am going to paint with a paint brush instead because I want a nice

thick font.

I am inserting a scrap piece of cardstock into the pillow, just to prevent the paint

from seeping through.

I am using a no 2 round brush and painting in my word "JOY" you want to take account

the final seam and center your word accordingly.

I'll start painting in the center letter O first.

.

After the O, I'll then I'll go and paint the J and the Y on either sides and try to

space them out evenly. the key to painting with fabric paint is to use every little water on your paint brush.I actually don't use any water if possible

At this point I am pretty happy with how it looks, but I wanted a bit more drama, so I

added simple dots of gold all around the pillow, kinda like confetti.

None of the dots are perfect, thats the beauty of handmade.

I let it dry, and I actually went over everything and gave a second coat of paint as well and

this is how it looks.

The gold is all shimmery and those dots all around look so pretty.

You could stop at this point, but I wanted to really try and see if I could free hand

letter with this paint.

I kinda like the idea of a two for one deal- one pillow for two occasions.

So I boldly flipped the pillow over and using the nozzle tip of the dimensional paint I

loosely lettered in the word 'thankful" onto the brown felt.

Squeeze the nozzle onto a scrap piece of paper first, to remove any air and to figure out

how much pressure the bottle needs for the paint to come out easily.

Then start lettering, and as you go you can kind of estimate how much space you will need

for the remaining letters- and I am not trying to space everything evenly, I just want the

whole entire word to fit on the given space.

Now when you look closely, you can see some uneven spots.

I went over the thin lines with another coat of paint.

Make sure to wipe off your nozzle before you put it away to prevent blockages..

I then tried to smooth things with a dry paintbrush but I was too scared that I might spoil it.

so I let it be.

Then you want to let it dry for a few hours atlease, I let it dry overnight just to be

safe.

And here is how it dried, no cracks and that gold on the brown contrasts beautifully!

I am so thrilled with this!

Now to quickly finish the pillow off- add poly oil stuffing or anything else you have

to fill the pillow.

Close the final seam with the fabric glue and you will need to hold the seam together

with some binder clips or something for a while till the glue holds.

And voila! you have a cute reversible dual holiday pillow.

This was fun for me to make and I'm happy it turned out so cute!

The fabric glue was so easy to use- it flowed well and wouldn't gunk up the nozzle. if you

have bene looking for a good fabric glue- look no more.

This is it.

Stop by my blog to find details about the glue and all other supplies and also I am

part of the Handmade Holidays blog hop today and there are fun prized to be won!

me what you think of this reversible pillow idea.

Is it a nay or a yay in your opinion?

Thanks so much for hanging out with me friends.

I'm now for everybody's favorite guessing game what my live brought to

you by Remington Rand makers of the world's number-one electric shaver

the Remington now let's all play what's my line

now let's meet our award-winning what's my line panel first the popular Broadway

columnist Miss Dorothy Kilgallen

on my left gentleman who is just a little bit dizzy because he's just been

fanned by a couple of orchids Mr. Fred Allen thank you very much on my to my

left ladies and gentlemen we had that out last week John the man wrote me from

Buffalo and said at my left and this week I had a letter saying to my left

I will say only simply miss Arlene Francis

that clears up our English for tonight and to my left the publisher of Random

House author lecturer Bennet Serft and to my left the famous news analyst panel

moderator and the only man that I know of who was so far succeeded in talking

himself into a guaranteed annual wage John Charles Daly

good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to what's my line once again

tonight I think especially tonight we have very intriguing and interesting

occupations that have been brought along by some very nice people who have only

one goal same goal I have to see if we can't stick this very nice panel of

ours we'll also have a famous guest Challenger before these experts a bit

later on but I think right now is time for the experts to meet the first

challenger whose line they're going to have to spot so will you sign in please

sir

Edie Edie

Fritz right sir and where are you from mr. Fritz how long around I beg your

pardon sir Hollis Long Island Hollis Long Island

well that makes you neighbor to all these four people sitting over here in

consideration of their residence in New York so why don't you go over and be

neighborly and let them have a look at you will you all right mr. fritz will

you come over here sit down next to me you've had a chance to meet the panel

more important they've had a chance to look at you so we'll move forward now by

giving the folks who are at home and those who are in the audience here with

this chance to know what your line is and then we'll turn and see what we can

do about following the panel up on just what it's all about

you know how we spoil this operation I'm pleased sir

well good if you're all set then we'll simply announce that you're a salaried

and begin the general questioning with Dorothy Kilgallen do you work for a

profit-making organization mr. Frick no I don't that's one down and nine to go

mr. eller knew you work for some branch of the government yes I do you don't

work at Hollis though you're not stationed at Hollis no sir are you in

some branch of the military no sir that's two down and eight to go miss

Francis do you work for the federal government yes I do are you usually

stationed in Washington no I don't three down in seven to go mr. serve mr. fretts

do you have anything to do with the revenue department yes I do

oh you do what part of the department that takes money in yes anything to do

with taxes

you have a commercial in here I mean mr. fretts is concerned there might be some

confusion created if we gave you a flat no on the issue of taxes Bennett so

we're going to revise the answer and give you a yes to your last question you

may continue mr. fretts have you anything whatever to do with currency

United States currency I mean in terms of its manufacture distribution etc well

collecting money in anyway yes you do collect money but not necessarily for

taxes that right there were other things you collected well let us say that mr.

fretts comes into contact with money as do all of us and that in some degree at

least we might say that his occupation has to do with taxes and these are all

sort of generally in the area of his occupation do you give people anything

in exchange for the currency that they turn into you in the way of a license or

some sort four thousand six to go mr. Kilgallen may I assume that you are

something other than an income tax examiner yes I knew I knew all of them

do you have anything to do with stamps of any kind that would be put on

anything like liquor well I would say that mr. fritz has something to do with

stamps that might be put on something yes wouldn't you say you do you know

well are you what they refer to down south when they talk about revenuers is

he a revenuer five down five to go with drought does he have anything to do

does he function at the racetrack function of the racetrack well they have

tax people who watch you at the hundred dollar windows down the portico biz

president do you have anything to do with the Postal Service at all no I

don't there you go 73 mr. Cerf do you have anything to do mr. fretts with

duties or paying of the people coming bringing things in paying anything to do

with duties yes I do did you happen to encounter one of the

ladies on this panel probably when she came home with something did you well

they were both in Europe I'll take a guess on the one who came last was it

mrs. Kilgallon yes it was did you get away with anything

one of the formal designation we're looking for better customs inspect

customs inspector is right United States government custom and inspected Dorothy

luggage two days ago oh he was no tired in the morning but now I thought I'd

seen him somewhere in the movies or on television not only that but the nice

thing is we got away with something here tonight but we're gonna get all the way

through mr. fritz thank you for coming and being our guest and forgiving the

panelists like going over nice to have had you sir

with the second challenger when you sign in please sir Eliot with two L's and two

T's Elliott Wis prod is that right sir

and where are you from sir Alameda California Alameda California

fine that's nice country nice weather out there all the time yes like lots of

exercise takes them would you walk out in front of the back all right mr. wisp

over here now if you will and sit down next to me and we will let the folks to

at home those who are in the theater with us know what your line is before we

put the panel to work so let's take care of that and then see how well the panel

can do with challenger number two for the night

how far do you I guess I do you've got that all set would you come a bit closer

and make yourself comfortable just being even fit to the microphone sit up

straight about your muscles and you're all ready to go yes sir okay then mr.

whisper is self-employed and let's begin the general questioning with Fred Allen

now mr. whisper on he looks right like a sly gentlemen John and I think we're in

for some trouble is there a product involved in what you do mr. wish product

yes sir is there a is it is this product to use

the word loosely is it a useful product yes sir it is a useful product I know a

great many of the sports styles originated out in California and

clothing and is this something that could possibly be worn yes sir it could

be worn is it something that might be worn for special occasion would I be

right in assuming that I would have no particular need for this particular

simple question John because I'm a simple fellow and considering that you

are you know rather generally known to be conservative in tastes etc we might

say that it would be fair to assume that you wouldn't have any great interest in

it yes but John if words were automobiles your mouth ability like the

Lincoln Col me could could this product be worn by a woman yes sir

if Dorothy was wearing one of these at the moment could I tell no we got having

small countries if Dorothy had one on we would assume that you'd be aware of it I

would be aware of you I would be able to tell ya is this something that that a

girl might go around without during the summer months

I think it's possible this is something that a girl would go around without

enough John I hasten to assure you mr. Allen that I am NOT an authority on this

subject either no is broad is I think I'll pass to Arlene all right

miss Frances is it safe to assume that this is something that Dorothy would not

ordinarily wear under any circumstances yes is it something that might be worn

by something other than a human being no that's one down and nine to go mister

sir mr. Westwood would this thing be worn to correct or improve some possible

health would you be likely to be in very good health if you were wearing one of

these things well let us say that it would be fair to assume Dorothy that if

you were to wear one of these things you'd be in good health when you were

wearing it you know when you it is the kind of thing for instance you would

wear if you were ill yes would you ever wear it well would men be more inclined

to wear this than women would would this sort of thing ever appear in a motion

picture or has it ever appeared in a motion picture when the person is

wearing this is he usually attired in something other than what Fred is

wearing now when a person is wearing this we lost the last end of the

question well it is the rest of his clothing assuming that this is some

special type of thing is the rest of his on song different from what Fred is

wearing now is it different no I would say that contrarily when somebody were

wearing this we would have a right to assume that the rest of the ensemble

would be perfectly usual and normal and that'll make it three thousand seven to

go mr. Alan is this something that's worn by children by children no I don't

think so this is not for children four down and six to go miss Frances I'm

going to give you one more minute is this

does this go around the person when it is on posture yes is partially does it

have a restraining influence of any kind restraining influence is that what I

said John that's what you say believe it $5 five big organs to serve mr. wescourt

is this one in a particular part of the body yes sir would it be below the waist

isn't that just like been an elegant Emmons that's six down and four to go

and I'm going to flip the rest of us I just don't think you're getting close to

it sir mister whispered who gets the good full prize by default he makes and

tests bulletproof vests

quickly mysteries but tell me what do you do to test these things

well I swear on my own body and let them do the shootin restraining influence

John I don't you gave me an honorable and anybody wears a bulletproof vest has

a deficiency how does say John if things go wrong how does mr. Wiz brah get the

lead out thank you for being a very interested

all right we'll meet tonight's mystery guest in just a moment but first here's

dick stark for Remington Rand good evening friends

you know sooner or later as it must to all man it comes to those of us who are

fathers of sons that time when we have to tell junior the facts of shapingg now

that's a relatively simple procedure particularly when you start him right

with a Remington electric shaver and to illustrate that point I've brought with

me tonight one of my own sons this is Morgan who has come down from school

just to be with us tonight well Morgan dad it looks to me is all

the time has come for you to start shaving on a regular basis

it's okay by me I'll bet it is now as you know this is the Remington electric

shaver this is the finest shaver in the world it won't cut you it won't lick you

it'll give you a clean comfortable shave every single time and what do you say we

just try it on for size that's the way just move it up and down because you can

shave both ways with a Remington and keep a light touch make it feel like a

gentle massage which it really is

feels good don't it yeah you remember that that messy routine a granddad used

to go through what's before he changed over oh that was the old-fashioned way

so you're all through huh yep you know something you gave yourself a peach of a

shave well that's a shaving it can shave a peach Oh aren't you right that's the

shaver that takes the short clothes fuzz off a peach without ever harming its

tender skin now since you've brought it up what else does it do can shake the

rough tough bristles around brush you bet it can and those bristles are

tougher than that toughest beard my friend take my job away from me you know

we had a very special reason for bringing this up tonight we wanted to

remind you that the remington electric shaver is just as right for the young

man in the family as it is for us old codgers miss beam graduation time I'm

sure that the young man in your family would be really thrilled if your

graduation gift to him were a Remington electric shaver starting right with a

Remington oh yeah yeah I get avoiding it for a minute you bet you may just a

reminder to you mothers and kids my age Sunday June 19th is Father's Day why

don't you pick up a remington on a 14-day free trial planner it's offered

by most dealers dad's a peach of a guy yes there's a peach of a shave

you kill me boy those are the words for dad or grad it's a peach of a gift the

remington shave

now we come to the special feature of our program the appearance of our

mystery celebrity for which my friends on the panel are blindfolded the

blindfolds all in place panel yes good will you come in mystery Challenger and

sign in please

all right panelist you know we have the new rules to apply where the mystery

Challenger is concerned you will ask one question in turn moving clockwise and we

will begin the questioning with mr. Bennett sir

well they conducted burial services for the Giants at the Polo Grounds today did

you participate in any way in these solemn ceremonies that's one down and

nine to go Kilgallon did you ever posed for a picture on a grading with your

skirts blowing up no with the answer to that dude on a date to go mr. Ellen are

you a girl and sense of the word did we use it are you a performer aha have you

ever been in television ha ha do you sing uh-huh have you been in pictures

that three down and seven to go miss prentace

Fred the girl said no to you I can't understand it are you considered a

leading woman what I'm in sixth ago mister sir are you on a regular weekly

television program huh mrs. Kilgallon

I'm so new at this now are you married aha hi you Jane Froman Jane Froman did

you say that's what I said I'm not gonna blame I doubted five big old Miss

presses is singing what you are best known for rather than performing as an

actress is that yesterday yes yes mr. sir I've got that same old feeling is

there more than one of you around here

miss Kilgallon are you chiefly known for the records who made that is that is I

should say that our guest is very well known for the records but there are

other aspects of the talent which are equally well recognized mr. Allen I use

my assistant

I was hoping for a chance to get a conference with Medellin what if a

friend I wondered who was still with

getting more crowded every week and this is John Titor by the way answered

properly the question are you married and you all running no John is a

colleague of ours in the Runyon fund and so I don't want to let him go I would

like to find excuse to keep him here for I think

I'm cured Arlene you don't really want me to sing

you

lucky enough to come back from Louisville on an aeroplane with the

three McGuire sisters sitting in the three seats behind Bob Considine and

myself and they sang all the way from Louisville to Washington best airplane

ride I ever had well pedal let's see what you can do now

with a final Challenger would you sign in please sir Jack Jack Conroy is that

right there from Los Angeles California will you look at the panel panel would

you look at mr. Conroy that's fine we're saving time come along all right now

we're gonna dispense with your chance to get over there let them get a closer

look at you and we'll move right on to letting the folks to at home and the

folks who are here in the theater know exactly what your line is that taken

care of we'll see if we can't give the panel a really rough laughter all right

you know how we spoil this mr. Conroy yes I do good

I will then announce that you're self employed and let's begin the general

questioning with Miss Frances is it useful yes is it found in the home

sometimes is it used by both men and women yes it is do they enjoy using it

yes they do oh I'm glad if it's something that you can hold in your hand

no no not quite $1 9 to go mr. Sirk mr. Conroy is this

product used in motion pictures in any way sometimes everything EPIK use is it

used in the dressing room rather than on the set oh no I wouldn't think so that's

to dominate to go miss Kilgallon is this thing ever alive has it been or is it

now no three thousand seven to go mr. Allen

when this is used to should beautify the person

I would say I would say this if this was used to its full potential and the goal

thought was beautification that it's possible that some element of

improvement could be charged specifically against this product I mean

it's a juice bar is primarily for women no it is a nation poured out and fixed

ago miss Frances you can hold in your hand is bigger than that old breadbox

yes does it have any moving part yes it does do you have to connect it with

something electrically yes yes John now there's no utility hasting does it do

something like reproduce anything of any kind oh it doesn't five thousand five to

go mister sir is it used in any way in transportation no it isn't six down and

four to go mrs. Kilgallon is it fun yes I think she gives pleasure yes to

other people as well as to you yes when it's not found in the home is it found

in a place of amusement yes no no I would not say seven down and three to go

I'm gonna give you time for a couple of questions with television yeah you

should have placed like Coney Island I

would not think yours was would you no no I wouldn't think so not Coney Island

one anything that children play on like C stores or barrels of love and thank

you flip the lid Adam because actually this is mr. John Conroy who builds

swimming pool

but more than that this is mr. John Conroy who flew an f-86 Sabre jet from

Los Angeles to New York and back to Los Angeles for breakfast lunch and dinner

I'm saying if I'm a done I know that you've won great kudos for your flight

and very properly so but the significant part of it to me is that John is a

National Guard flier and by golly this shows these the kind of training and

standard of readiness the National Guard maintains he's a great credit to his

service and a great credit to the whole air thanks for being a wonderful guest a

As you can see we are already

on the road because

in the last video I just

forgot to mention

that the new place for my city

is NOT nearby but over 100 km

away from where I live now.

That's really bad, but at the moment

I can't do anything about it.

So now we are on the way

and we should be arriving very soon.

And when we are, I will show you the

new place for the city.

Finally we have arrived

and as you can see, at the moment the room

is a big mess filled with lot of stuff

that has to be moved out.

Now we are going to remove all this stuff

and when we are finished

we will start to put in the tables

and start to rebuild the layout.

The closet will stay perhabs as a place

to display some LEGO

So let's get started

So let's get started

So let's get started

So let's get started

Now everything is out of the room

and the tables are in place

and as you can see there is a

lot of space to build new stuff

The white tables and the higher level

have been the place of my old layout

and now you can see, what's been added

The width of the layout will

nearly be doubled

And the light is much brighter than in the

old room and I#m really happy with that.

an

And now I#m going to start

rebuilding and probably changing

my old layout

And I when I'm done for today

I will show you and tell you my future plans for my city.

So now a big part of my old city

has been rebuilt

Even the new train on which I just made a city update

is running

And here I'm planning an extended habour section

And here I'm planning an extended habour section

And here I'm planning an extended habour section

And here I'm planning an extended habour section

with the light house being placed

over here

Oklahoma Harvest | Full Quilt Tutorial & Arteza GIVEAWAY | Whitney Sews - Duration: 9:50.

*This video is sponsored by Arteza*

Hi everyone, I'm Whitney and every Wednesday

I post a new tutorial to help sewers of all skill levels learn new sewing projects and

techniques. Today I'll be showing how to create a quilt I designed called Oklahoma Harvest.

It is a wall hanging size made up of 4 blocks, but you can easily turn it into a baby quilt

size by making it from 12 blocks. There is a PDF you can download at WhitneySews.com

that will have all the cutting measurements and extra details in it. The direst link for

the PDF is listed in the description box below. Now onto the tutorial.

Start by using the measurements in the PDF to cut your fabrics. This project can be made

from yardage or fat quarters or a mix of the two. Here are all the pieces you will need,

now lets get to sewing! We're going to start with creating pinwheels.

Grab one square from each color and place them right sides together. Use a ruler to

mark from one corner to the opposite corner. Then add pins to hold the layers together.

You need two of these pairs to make one pinwheel. Sew ¼ inch on each side of the marked line.

I'll be honest with you. My quarter inch seam allowance is not super accurate. So theway

I get my pinwheels perfect is to start with larger squares. Then I don't have to worry

about my seam allowances as much and simply trim the squares down later using the Arteza

5 inch ruler. After you've sewn on both sides of the line

you drew cut right down the marked line. Iron each of your pieces open making sure the seam

allowance is going toward the darker fabric on each.

You should now have 4 of what are called half square triangles. Now it's time to trim down

these units so we can have perfect points in the pinwheels. Grab your Arteza 5 inch

ruler and line up the outer points and the points of the thick green line with the diagonal

seam on the fabric. I love using exact size rulers anytime I am trimming up quilt blocks

which is why I was so excited when I found this little ruler. Now you have perfect 5

inch half square triangles to create beautiful pinwheels with.

Lay the half square triangles out so they form a pinwheel. Then bring one of the top

blocks down on top of a lower one with the right sides together and sew with a quarter

inch seam allowance to attach. Repeat with the second set. Press each set open.

Place the two sets right sides together and sew to attach making sure the center seam

matches up as closely as possible to get the best points. Press it open and you have your

pinwheel. Now time to add the borders and cornerstones onto the block. Or you can choose

to look at it as piecing a 9 patch with a pinwheel center if that makes more sense to

you, but before we do I wanted to talk about the fabrics I'm using.

I chose to use a lot of different colors on this quilt that some people may not like together.

I actually designed this quilt the summer after I graduated high school, before I ever

even knew how to piece together blocks like this, and these are the exact colors I used

in that original design 12 years ago. But I have included a blank template of this quilt

in the PDF I mentioned earlier. That way you can use the template and Arteza colored pencils

to play around and see what colors you want to use for your quilt.

Time to add the two sides onto the pinwheel. Lay them both right sides together with the

pinwheel lining up the raw edges. Sew with a quarter inch seam allowance to attach each

one. Then line up your cornerstone squares with the other two side pieces. Lay them right

sides together and sew to attach. Now add them onto the pinwheel unit to finish off

your first block. Repeat to create three more identical blocks.

Square up your blocks if needed and lay the four blocks out so there are four of the same

color in the center making a square. Sew them together in pairs then sew those two sections

together to complete the quilt top. Now it's time to complete the quilt. Baste

the top to a piece of batting and backing fabric to make a quilt sandwich. Quilt however

you like either on your sewing machine or by hand. I will have a video coming soon showing

how I like to quilt my pinwheels so make sure you're subscribed so you can catch that video

when it comes out. Then trim off excess batting and backing and add your binding the same

way I showed in my binding quilting quicky. That tutorial is linked up in the information

icon. And now your quilt is complete! This is a nice wall hanging size, but like I mentioned

earlier, feel free to add 8 more blocks to make it baby quilt size.

You already saw some of the supplies I was using from Arteza, but I did want to talk

a little more about a couple of them. The first one I wanted to talk about is the 5

inch square ruler. This ruler is perfect for creating your own charm pack from your stash.

If you have a quilt you want to make that incorporates 5 inch squares, but don't want

to buy a charm pack, cut your own using this ruler. To keep the ruler from slipping around

while I'm cutting I used the Arteza non slip adhesive rings on the back. The 28 mm rotary

cutter is handy to have for cutting smaller details, especially around curves.

By the way, the lovely people at Arteza were kind enough to offer the same supplies I used

in the video – the 5 inch ruler, 28 mm rotary cutter, the non slip adhesive rings, and the

48 count of colored pencils – to one of you! To enter the usual rules apply – be

a subscriber, like and share the video, check out the Arteza website, and leave a comment

letting me know what you would use if you won these supplies. The giveaway is for U.S.

And Canada viewers only. But even if you don't win, there is a coupon code listed down below

that you can take advantage of. Christmas is coming up, so you could treat yourself

to a few new sewing supplies! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. It was so

fun to actually create a design I came up with so many years ago and now I want to go

through all my old sketches and create more of them. Over here to the side I'll have some

of my other quilt tutorials for you to watch and enjoy and if you haven't already make

sure to subscribe by clicking my picture right down there. Until next time, Happy Sewing!

THE STRANGE PHENOMENON OF THE LEANING MOTORCYLE - Duration: 7:52.

Today i'm going to explain something you probably didn't know.

When i heard it for the first time it gave me a strange feeling.

I don't know why but i started to think about it, because it's something i never thought

It is a phenomenon that most riders don't know

Moreover it's something you take advantage of when you are going really fast.

But it's really interesting to know it!

Ok, first, i see i have a video with 250K views

And 27K subscribers

This means you are probably not yet subscribed!

What are you waiting for?

Ok, here's a gift: When we hit 30K subs i will make a Q&A video

And when we hit 50K i will make a video about my story.

How i went from zero to now. Do you like it?

SUBSCRIBE THEN!

Ok. What's the phenomenon? When you lean, the RPM go up.

?? Usually, RPM go up when you accelerate...

Yes. But also when you lean

Let's say we are on a straight. We have constant throttle.

Constant speed, 100km/h, 3rd gear, 6000rpm.

Now, if while we keep these things constant, we lean, the rpm go to 7000

How is it possible that with everything constant we have different RPM?

I'll tell you why. Look at a motorcycle tyre:

Comparing to a car tyre (flat), the motorcycle tyre is oval.

It's oval in order to let the bike lean

Now, when we are straight the tyre touches the ground with the central part, which has a big circumference.

When we lean, the tyre touches the ground with the inside, which has a smaller circunference

So? Look at this simple animation i've made.

When we are straight and we are on the part of the tyre with a higher circumference

The wheel makes 3 revolution to make 4 meters.

When we lean, and we are using the other part of the tire with a smaller circumference

The same wheel to make 4 meters will make more than 3 revolutions.

Hence, the more we lean, the faster the wheel has to spin.

Therefore, the higher the wheel revolutions, the higher the engine revs.

This means, when we lean we have shorter gears

Look at this.

Misano's "curvone". A very fast 230km/h corner

600ccs do it full throttle

Here is our friend's telemetry.

While entering the curvone he is almost straight.

He is 100% throttle and 14838 rpm

As he leans, RPM go up to 15535

He gained 800rpm!

When he exits the corner he puts the bike straight and rpms go down to 14253

1300 rpm less the when he leans! It's a lot

Another example: Luca Salvadori

Onboard at Imola. When straight he is at 12K rpm

As soon as he leans he goes to 14000 rpm

That's crazy! Now i know that next time you will watch an onboard, you will listen to the engine.

Ok. So when do the riders take advantage of it?

I'll show you an example from Fabrizio Perotti

This is the track record he made at Franciacorta

Last corner to the right. Listen to the RPM

They are ok. Now he has a direction change

Now he puts the bike straight and puts the second gear.

The RPM went down a lot.

So, if he had to accelerate the bike would have died

But as soon as he leans to the left the rpm go up

to a good range for 2nd gear

So he can exit fast.

If he kept 1st gear he would have had too high rpm while cornering

and he would have had to upshift when accelerating

And that wouldn't have been great

So he anticipates the upshift to exit faster

That's a finesse. But that's how you smash records.

Another example is when you are entering a fast corner

Onboard camera at Suzuka with Niccolò Canepa

Fast corner on the left. So what does he do? He upshifts twice.

So he takes advantage of the lean to make rpms go up

Here's another situation. Imagine you are almost at the limiter. 14000rpm.

If you lean you would go to 15500rpm. But that's over the limit, so the electronic brakes you.

So Canepa anticipates to upshift to 12000rpm

because when he will lean, rpm will go up

That's it! Now i know that we you will ride again you will listen to RPM.

Former Reality TV Stars Who Now Lead Boring Lives - Duration: 5:39.

Andy Warhol once predicted that in the future, everyone would be famous for 15 minutes — and

that's about as long as fame lasted for these former reality TV stars.

Their lives went from super-famous to super-boring so fast, in fact, you may have already forgotten

about them.

Here's a quick blast from the past to remind you why they were once household names, and

how mundane their post-fame lives have become.

Evan Marriott

He became one of the first major reality television stars in 2003, when he appeared on the FOX

dating competition series Joe Millionaire.

On the show, Evan Marriott, who was really a construction worker at the time, convinced

a bunch of women he was filthy rich.

More than a decade after captivating America, Marriott's life gives new meaning to the term

"Average Joe."

He reportedly struggled to find work after his TV gig, but eventually found his footing.

He told People at the 2015 Evolution of Relationship Reality Shows panel, "I started a business

for myself, and everything is great.

I did my first job—I got it and literally almost was in tears … This is where I should

have been."

Prior to the panel, sources told People that Marriott was "adamant about living an anonymous

life" and "had no interest in revisiting" his brief stint as a TV star.

Alex Michel

After the first season of The Bachelor, star Alex Michel certainly seemed like he was ready

to make a go at Hollywood.

He became a spokesperson for Match-dot-com and Princess Cruises and even appeared in

a short film.

However, in the years that followed, Michel reportedly made deliberate steps to distance

himself from the Bachelor franchise and Hollywood altogether.

In 2016, host Chris Harrison revealed he was having trouble contacting Michel about appearing

on the 20th anniversary special, going so far as to claim that Michel was "missing."

"Where is Alex today?"

"I don't know.

I really don't."

"He's AWOL?!"

"Witness protection?

I don't know."

Even New York magazine had trouble tracking down Michel for its big story on the ABC juggernaut

in December 2015.

According to Michel's public LinkedIn page, he worked for Microsoft for almost 10 years

before becoming the CEO of a company called NewCo in Washington, D.C.

Daisy de la Hoya

As one of the biggest stars to come out of VH1's reality TV boom, Daisy de la Hoya made

a name for herself in 2008 on the second season of Bret Michaels' dating show, Rock of Love

2, before starring in her own spin-off, Daisy of Love, the following year.

In a 2016 interview with VH1, de la Hoya said she battled drug addiction following her reality

show stints, but had cleaned up and was planning to live the life of your typical American

college student.

"I've been doing a lot of traveling around the world and working on music and getting

involved in activism ... I'm actually going back to school right now.

I'm going for performing arts."

Rob and Amber Mariano

If there's one couple who made the most out of their 15 minutes of fame, it's Rob and

Amber Mariano.

The pair found love during Survivor: All-Stars in 2003 and appeared on as many as five separate

iterations of CBS' hit franchise, two of which they individually won.

"They gave me a million bucks!

Can you believe that?

My wife already won, and now I got it done."

They also appeared on not one, but two editions of the Emmy-winning juggernaut The Amazing

Race.

CBS even aired a two-hour special about their 2005 nuptials, which was seen by nearly 10

million viewers.

Despite all of their fame, popularity, and prize money, the Marianos now appear to be

living a pretty normal life Pensacola, Florida, where they're raising four daughters.

In 2013, Rob said he was busy painting toenails had no desire to return for another go at

Survivor.

"I won the show, my wife won the show, I played four times.

No disrespect to the show, I love the show with all my heart, but I've done everything

I want to do, I have nothing left to prove."

Darva Conger

She became a celebrity overnight after she won the FOX reality series Who Wants to Marry

a Multi-Millionaire? in 2000.

And after the show and her quickie marriage to Rick Rockwell ended, Darva Conger made

money by posing for Playboy and appearing on other reality shows such as Celebrity Boxing.

In 2015, she told Entertainment Tonight she had to take those gigs to pay the bills, since

she couldn't return to her old job.

"I worked in the emergency room around lots of people, so I couldn't just go back into

that.

I tried.

There was media everywhere.

There were paparazzi in emergency rooms."

Fortunately, things have gotten better in recent years: Conger returned to school to

become a nurse anesthetist, which she calls "a wonderful living."

Jon Gosselin

For several years, Jon Gosselin and his now ex-wife, Kate, dominated the reality TV scene

thanks to their hit show, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which was renamed Kate Plus 8 after the

couple split.

Kate rebounded just fine after their divorce, keeping her own show, landing other reality

shows, and taking a spin on Dancing With the Stars ... but Jon basically hit rock bottom.

In 2013, it was reported that the father of eight was waiting tables at a cafe and living

in a cabin in the woods without TV or internet access.

The following year, RadarOnline reported that Gosselin had been fired by the restaurant

for "blowing off shifts and coming in late."

In 2016, Gosselin appeared on The Steve Harvey Show, claiming he'd "lost everything" in the

divorce and saying he hadn't seen all his kids together in three years.

That appears to have at least somewhat changed as of August 2017, but that doesn't mean it's

gotten any less messy, per reports from TMZ.

Since leaving the small screen, Gosselin has worked as cook at TGI Friday's and as a DJ,

performing as "DJ J.G."

In March 2017, Gosselin convinced several media outlets he was making his debut as a

male stripper in Atlantic City.

But the truth wasn't nearly that exciting: he later admitted it was all just an April

Fool's Day joke, as well as a 40th birthday present for himself, in a confession video

that's only racked up around 100 views, as of the making of this video some six months

later ...

"Hi, I'm Jon Gosselin, and I just broke the internet.

And I messed with the media a little bit."

What a rascal!

First jet-to-jet combat victory - 11/8/1950 - Duration: 1:16.

Today in military history, 1950,

First Lieutenant Russell J. Brown

is the first pilot to score a jet to jet combat victory.

During the Korean War,

Lieutenant Brown flew the F80 Shooting Star

for the United States Air Force.

On November 8, 1950,

he was part of a mission to

attack a North Korean air field.

After completing a strafing run,

he climbed to 20,000 feet to cover his wingman

when his squadron was attacked by two MiG 15s,

a soviet made aircraft built for speed.

As his wing man, Major Evans G. Stephens

maneuvered to fire on the first MiG-15,

Lieutenant Brown engaged the second.

There's only one way to truly demonstrate

what happened next.

The bogie made a climbing turn to the left,

so Brown stayed on the inside and figured it's lead.

He fired four short bursts of the 50 caliber gun.

They missed.

The MiG-15 did a wing over and began to dive.

Brown followed at 600 miles an hour, setting his sights.

He fired a burst followed by three, short volleys

and struck the enemy fuselage.

Brown fired one last time

and watched the MiG-15 burst into flames.

Only 2,000 feet from the ground,

Brown pulled his F80 out of the dive

and into aviation history.

Visit to Trypoul Recording Studios. Boys Talking on Technique :) - Duration: 15:56.

Not long ago, we recorded a vocal production here

and the guy had found his place finally, after having tried out all spots, to find the place where his voice sounded best

And this was his spot

He sang in that direction

So he did not have reflection from behind

Exactly. And here he was singing

It is important that a musician feels comfortable, right?

Yes. Here he had enough feedback from the room. And another thing was

he had problems with singing whit headphones

so we did put a small speaker in front of him

Ok, in the room?

yes in the room!

We recorded with Neumann U47, the speaker right in the dead area

If you would open all those panels, Dirk, would that influence the room a lot?

Would that kill the reverb?

Yes, it will reduce the liveliness quite a bit

Let me open them all

One has to be creative!

You do use the different parts modular?

Yes, from time to time. When you want to have the sound high up a bit more relaxed

or the other way around

You could say, for instance, let's capture the sound really high with some mics on the balcony

yes, if you talk right now...

...well, that is a reall difference.

But this is then a kind of room...

o yes, that is a huge difference in fact!

it is a lot dryer, not?

I wouldn't have believed the difference could be so big

That's the thing, I can modify this room into whatever you would like to have

Now you have more the effect of a neutral room, right?

yes, with still a bit of live in it

It's nice to hear this

because, I like the idea better to start from a room with some live, that sounds good for me,

but with the possibility to bring the liveliness down, in stead of vice versa

vice versa might have an advantage from the technical perspective...

...well, over there, it is vice versa

yeah, such a panel makes a real difference

indeed, and if you hang the complete wall full with those panels, than the sound will be a bit harder, livelier

But than you start from this basis model (absorption)

that can be modified

You know, for the bigger sessions, producers lately position the drums here

but an option could be as well to place them at the exact opposite room

and then you'll use this area for something else

and in case a bit more live sound would be needed, those panels will provide that

Here, our Studer 820!

2 inch!

Very little hours run time. Not even a 1000. It's almost new

Do you have the dolby system for this one?

I do have the cards for dolby, yes.

So this is the heart of the studio, not?

O, we do have some more 'hearts'! The machine room, that might be the real heart.

There everything comes together, from the whole studio complex

it probably will not occur often that one need all 32 channels, right?

Well, you know, whit a big production, it still is a complex puzzle to make

Really?

Well, those Auratones of the days, they are again in production, here they are!

you hear them now

and the Yamahas (NS-10)

their sound is somewhat bigger

and then the big speakers

O yeah...now you'll hear some base...

Yes, of course, but remember, this production is still not mixed

So what you hear now is only the signal as it has been recorded, there is nothing changed yet at all

Therefore, this base, of course, if one would mix this, it should sound it bit like that on the small Yamahas as well

but than one would have to add something, or do something with this mix of course

The piano is recorded with big diaphragms?

Neumann UM57

those are the small ones?

No, those are the tube microphones

Two at the front in a V

And one, a U87 at the back

It sounds nice in the room and yet very detailed

Yes, for this kind of productions, it is ideal.

Also realizing there has been no reverb added to the piano (while in the small stone room at the back)

but relatively close to the piano?

Yes, in fact all mics were placed under the lid

Ok, I see, so you'll have the reverb of the sound board already
