Waching daily Jun 27 2018

Now we're going to make this really fun firework-inspired centerpiece.

So, I'm going to start by taking my Mini Bowdabra and my Bowdabra Bow Wire, and I'm

just going to fold it in half.

And then I'm going to take this hex nut and just string that onto my wire.

And now that my wire's folded in half and I have the nut right here, I'm just going

to tuck everything under my Mini Bowdabra so it stays out of the way, but there's

nothing that's connecting to it, it's just right there.

Then I'm going to take my silver Scrunchie Ribbon and I'm just going to scrunch it.

And I'll take my wand and I'm just going to make sure everything's packed down in

there.

So now, I'm going to take these little chenille stems, which I've already cut.

And I have some that are a little shiny.

Take my Bowdabra wand, scrunch everything down.

Now I'm going to take my Bowdabra Bow Wire and I'm just going to pull these through

my slipknot.

And I'm going to take the nut here and just hold it as I hold my bow down, and I'm going

to pull it tight so my hex nut will be right in the middle of my bow.

So, now what I'm going to do though, just because I really want it to be down and flat,

I just pull my Bowdabra Bow Wire through and now I bring everything to the back, straighten

that out there, and just tie a knot.

I'm going to fluff my bow.

And I'm just going to put this aside.

So, this time, I'm going to take my gold.

Again, I'm going to take my wire and I'm going to put it through my hex nut, fold my

wire in half, and just put it underneath the Bowdabra.

And take my Bowdabra scrunchie ribbon.

And I'm just going to scrunch that down there, pull this back through my wire and

do the same thing I did last time.

I'm just going to pull it all through so that nut ends up right close to the bow.

And then I'm going to take my wire and just put it through the hex nut, bring it back

around, put it through one more time so it stays flat on the front of my bow.

Then I'm going to just bring it around to the back, tie a knot, fluff out my bow.

And I'm going to put this aside as well.

Then I have this really pretty fabric.

So, what I'm going to do is take this water bottle, let's make sure I line this up right,

and I've just got these little glue strips that I put on here.

Align the bottle there.

And I'm going to take another glue strip and just put that here and put another one

here.

And then I'm just going to roll this up here.

Then I'm going to go to the top and I'm just going to take a glue dot this time.

I'm just going to kind of fold this in and put a glue dot here and then put another one

here.

Just put that aside.

Then I'm going to come back and cut the ends off of my wire.

Or actually, I have a better idea.

I think I'm just going to tie this around my bottle to give it a little extra.

And I'm just going to kind of clip this to give it a little bit of the firecracker

kind of look.

And then I'm going to do the same thing to this one.

And I'm going to just put the bottle aside.

And I'm going to take a piece of my gold Bowdabra Bow Wire.

And I have these really cute little stars that I actually cut off of a patriotic garland.

So, I'm going to just stick a glue dot right here and put them together.

And then just glue dot the back here, put it onto my Bowdabra Bow Wire, take this back

over here.

And I'm just going to pull this down here through my Bowdabra Bow Wire.

And now you have this really cute firecracker centerpiece.

on Facebook.

GAËL FAYE - PARIS MÉTÈQUE - Duration: 3:42.

Paris I landed here in this city from a world that only dreams of it

I fled dangers and deserts which kill you

Paris my "Venus de Milo" embraced me the city shone too much for me ... I saw only your halo

It's as if my whole being is a museum like the Louvre

I live far from the posh centre and the soft lights

in small cruel streets and roads full of cops

in the permanent sounds of deafening silences

Paris my beauty so numerous are your admirers

they crowd around in the thick polluted mist

To be worthy of you I will write poems to you

which at night I will sing standing on the Seine

Paris awakes under a vast sky

One hears the Parisian accent mixed with Asian American and African

I am as a delicate flower in the pavement cracks

trying to make two cents, sleeping under the bridges

Bohemian Paris mixed -race Paris. Paris of writers and exiles

"Je Piaf l'amour" a chinese in Belleville thinks to herself

Leonardo da Vinci is breaking his back on a building site

I see "La Vie en Rose "in his Pakistani worker's arms

The beacon shines as a little Carousel horse under the monuments

and chases after those who shrink the eiffel tower

From a squat from Slummy shacks from a maids room or from a shelter

I write poems to you with words in which I could drown myself

A city truly free for all men

Refugees belongings, Jews on the move and Roms

with memories of pogroms and unfinished books

From the roads of Erevan to the pathways of Crimea

lines of stateless people and ships full of boat people

On the facades of Paris all come and contemplate the universe

But often I don't like you because you are haughty and disdainful

Capital of the world which parades its wealth and style

Let us highlight the true reality of night that you are unaware of

Stop shining your brilliant lights of adornment

Paris, my beauty, my jewel, I love you when your light goes out

You dont need to write a poem for a city that IS one

Paris, my beauty, my jewel, I love you when your light goes out

The Whereabouts of Noh Sook-ja | 노숙자씨의 행방 [2012 Drama Special / ENG / 2012.06.17] - Duration: 1:05:54.

One of you is the killer!

Sukja, why carry something like that around?

Crime doesn't give notice.

I'm always ready.

Well...

I'll identify the suspect.

The suspect came through the window.

So, the suspect is...

Holmes, it's you!

Me? Why am I the suspect?

The house was painted this morning.

Your pants have paint on them.

No, I was painting...

I knew you would say that.

For more decisive evidence.

This is a lie detector.

You get electrocuted when you lie.

Do it.

I knew you were the suspect.

How can you rely on a toy?

Right,

you can't persist like that without evidence.

We all did some painting,

and I got paint on me, too.

- Yes, right here. / - Me too.

I didn't want to do this.

Holmes, look at this.

You killed him, right?

You killed him. You killed him, right?

Oh my God. So you want to catch

the suspect with this awkward thing?

It's not interesting?

I've thought about it for a month.

Hey, this has no twist, let alone

the basics of a mystery novel.

You should've staged with

a secret room murder, without a trace.

A murder in a secret room?

Why not just bring along a hidden camera?

I have it here.

Are you kidding?

Just because you have one,

should the main character, too?

It's immature.

Well, I think Ms. Noh Sukja is...

She doesn't suit a mystery novel.

Sherlock, pay back the $30 you owe me,

and $20 for Holmes.

- I love your tie. / - It's really nice, too.

Why didn't you invite me to the last meeting?

I paid the highest fee.

Let's stop and move on to the next topic.

Let's move on.

I'll start.

The book is about a woman who had

a 100-day out-of-body experience.

The whereabouts of Noh Sukja

Why is he smiling?

He was homeless,

but had been working here for 2 months.

A homeless guy...

I saw him leaving, but in the morning...

It seems he fell from the 10th floor.

We have to look into why he fell.

- Let's wrap it up and eat. / - Okay.

Who killed 3000 women of the court?

I killed them.

The important thing is that

3,000 people have been killed.

With insurance for 3,000, we will go bankrupt.

Take care of this.

Insured less than 2 years, but the insurant

fell out of an apartment construction site.

It's considered as a suicide,

so look into it thoroughly.

Isn't there a better case?

Like this one or that one.

Put them down.

You're the reason

why our team has the least success.

Don't stand there. Get out!

Detective Park Budong.

Detective Park.

Lee Sucheol Death Report

Lee Sucheol Death Report

Who are you?

Noh Sukja is investigating the homeless case.

You didn't have to.

Are you sure it's an accident?

There's nothing to be certain

about this kind of case.

There's no witness, no CCTV.

It's all circumstantial.

So, it's circumstantial suicide?

Well, there's no suicide note.

Homeless dying isn't always a suicide.

Well, he didn't have insurance for a long time.

We don't pay insurance money to suicide

with less than 2 years' coverage.

It's over $200,000.

Gosh.

Lee Sucheol got lucky.

There's no evidence that it's an accident.

Evidence?

You provide people with

no questions asked for admission,

but now you investigate before paying them?

Look closely, young lady.

This is the 10th floor handrail.

See that broken stepping stone?

Lee Sucheol was drunk, and tripped and fell.

- Next. / - Hey, let me...

Have you ever had shoes this worn?

Walking around in these,

you'd trip 100% of the time.

You get it now? My God.

I have other cases piled up.

I'm so exhausted.

So why did he go up to the 10th floor drunk?

Why make all the fuss?

Why don't you investigate it yourself then?

Can I look at the case record at least?

- Detective Kim. / - Yes.

Give the insurance lady the report.

I'm too young to be called lady.

It doesn't break.

Hey, it's dangerous!

Get out of there right now!

What are you doing?

You'll need a hammer to break this.

Don't bother us and just go!

Why do you stick your neck out?

They all say "I don't know".

The construction will be suspended

if the case spreads out.

So it's not possible that it was a suicide?

It's not a suicide.

He sent every penny he earned home,

and bragged about getting a room.

A room?

Why live alone when he has a home?

They're not homeless

because they don't have a house.

It's all because of the debt collectors.

Anyways, I'm sure he didn't kill himself.

Why did he go up to the 10th floor

late at night?

He can see his house from there.

He went there every time he had a chance.

I'm sure he could only

get a glimpse from there.

But there is something strange.

Something strange?

People that look like mobsters

took him every day after work.

To where? Who are they?

I heard him mention about a "bar".

He was very exhausted the next day,

and I felt bad.

He probably went there that day, too.

A bar?

By the way, where did you buy the mask?

Smile Bar

I heard him mention about a "bar".

Smile Bar

Anyone here?

Anyone here?

What is this place?

Who are you?

Nanum Fire Insurance

I'm here to eat.

Open at 5:00 p.m. Am I right?

Homi, don't these chicken feet

make you think of the old times?

You mean the woman's toes?

Of course, I remember.

We found only nine of them,

so we had to replace the 10th

with another one.

We had a hard time when they got mixed up.

Excuse me.

Where are the chopsticks?

I need chopsticks to eat.

Excuse me.

Can I see the cook?

Mr. Ax.

Ax

It's so delicious.

See yourself out if you're done.

About Mr. Lee Sucheol...

Do you know Lee Sucheol?

You know Lee Sucheol

who fell from the construction site?

We don't know anything,

and we can live without the law,

so get out.

But why was Mr. Lee here on the day he died?

Customers don't have name tags here.

How would we know?

She's leaving.

- It's $10. / - Okay.

No credit cards.

Oh, it looks cool.

It's nice. One, two, three!

The picture looks great.

It's really delicious. What do you think?

Are you crazy? There's Rose here.

Rose?

There's something strange.

There's something strange.

The Rose of Betrayal Characters: Ax, Sashimi, Homi and Rose...

Betrayer.

Betrayer.

Betrayer.

I'm not a betrayer.

I'm just homeless.

Only death to a betrayer

Only death to a betrayer.

It's a misunderstanding.

Please... don't kill me.

Don't kill me...

Whom did he betray?

He's actually not homeless,

but a special agent.

He's undercover to sweep up the mobsters.

And the police are wrapping this up

to hide the operation.

Wow, where did you get the idea?

Oh, from my investigation.

That's why the characters are so vivid.

So operation was failed as the agent died.

No, the whole unit would be on the move.

I like that.

$10 fee for today's meeting.

Don't bother.

You guys don't have any money.

I'm paying yours, too.

And the $30 I owe so far.

Forget it. I was just kidding.

- Here. / - Thanks.

$10, $20.

Why do you think Mr. Lee died?

Could he have killed himself

for the insurance money?

Why did he become homeless,

leaving his wife and daughter?

Because he was on the run.

Talk looking here. I can't hear you.

Smile Bar.

Lee Sucheol used a private loan

for business money.

He was threatened,

but had no way to pay them back.

So he jumped on his own.

A typical suicide aiming for insurance money.

Did you see him jumping off?

Did you? Did you see him fall?

Lady, accident and suicide are heads-or-tails.

Death from a fall is difficult to distinguish.

I guess you're trying hard

not to give away the insurance money,

but that's only circumstantial.

Let's say it's not suicide.

Then, why insist on an accident?

You're a cop.

Why not consider a homicide?

Oh my God!

At least wipe that off!

Mobsters and homicide?

Are you writing fiction?

The detective seems strange,

and there's more to this case.

You didn't meet Mr. Lee's family, did you?

No, she'll still be mourning,

and to go there too soon seems wrong.

Mourning? The wife filed for

insurance money as soon as he died.

Go see her before you start mourning!

Don't you dare come back!

Oh my God!

Mommy.

Daddy bear is chubby

Mommy bear is slim

Baby bear is so cute

Wow, you're doing great!

Seul, you want me to come again?

- Really? / - Sure.

I'm not scared with you around.

Really? Then, let's come here together again.

- Okay. / - Good.

Seul?

What's going on?

You had company?

A friend was here.

Oh, a friend.

You and your husband seem happy.

I heard that your husband

slept on streets for some time,

and started working on a construction site.

You must have suffered.

Well...

When did you last hear from your husband?

Why do you ask?

Was there anything strange about him?

No, and he would have never killed himself.

I don't actually mean that.

When do I get the insurance money?

The investigation is going on,

so you'll have a wait.

But him falling...

Seul, wait in your room.

I don't have to take my pills?

It's time for your medicine.

Excuse me.

You're Seul. You're pretty.

Who are you, lady?

I'm not that old.

Do you want a present?

Where's the teddy bear?

Seul, it's just a toy.

Don't cry. It's okay.

Seul, what's the matter?

Are you okay?

It's a prosthetic hand.

I'll try to give you the money

as soon as possible.

Why are we here?

The deduction is based on a secret room.

A secret room.

So you mean,

the wife and the detective are involved.

Not that they're having an affair.

What if they are really in love?

Whatever it is, it's not an affair

because her husband died.

She is too good for a loser like you.

I'll take care of her and Seul from now on.

Goodbye, Lee Sucheol.

There were no bullet marks.

Come on, think.

Cop's first bullet is a blank shot.

Mr. Lee fell because of it.

I see, a blank shot.

But did the detective have to go that far?

Why did he come here?

What was that?

Employment Agency

Excuse me.

The man earlier, what did he say?

I don't quite remember.

But I do sense a dollar or two.

Here you go.

Hey, hey!

Lady!

Ask me.

Come on.

Do you know what he talked about?

Oh, that?

Give me a dollar for a drink.

Well, he asked me if I wanted to work.

Work?

What kind of work?

Don't know. He's crazy.

I wouldn't be homeless if I worked.

Homeless never works.

Work?

Where did all the homeless go?

Is there a back door?

There was a room in the basement.

A secret room?

- Job placement agency. / - The hospital.

The disappeared homeless.

He's healthy, so send him by boat,

and the weak one goes on the surgery table.

Hurry up, and keep the organs fresh.

You're great.

So a conspiracy between

a detective and a mobster?

The main character found out,

and the cop got rid of him.

What about the wife and the detective?

It's a mixed crime of passion and corruption.

Or they got close to intercept

the insurance money.

- Awesome! / - Great!

I think you may have your debut.

Hey, the book's not the issue here.

We have to call the police.

I'm calling for a tip.

It's about Detective Park Budong

at Yeongdeungpo station.

What? What do you mean?

Did you say corruption?

Presidential citation

Lieutenant Park Budong of

Yeongdeungpo Police Department

Has been awarded a national medal

for his commitment to his civic duties

and his contributions to society

A standard police commendation?

He's more cunning than we thought.

- What now? / - What else is there?

We have to get conclusive evidence.

Gee, why isn't it working?

There're still batteries.

I told you that we don't know anything.

Liar! I saw everything.

Detective Park handing over the homeless

and getting paid.

What did you do to the homeless?

What did you do with Lee Sucheol?

Fine.

We know who he is.

But his death was really an accident.

We had nothing to do with that.

It was an accident.

So don't do anything stupid,

and get your nose out of this.

If I see you one more time,

I'll handle it my way.

Your way?

Nanum Fire Insurance

Is that true?

Why go around doing things on your own?

What if you get hurt?

So do I have to turn this over

to the special judgment team?

No, not the special judgment team.

It's a police matter.

You know people in the police station.

You said you know Detectives Choi and Oh.

If it's a homicide,

we have to give out the money.

Insurance money isn't the problem here!

Mr. Ax's real name is Jeong Dosik,

He has 4 previous convictions,

and was the Ax gang boss 4 years ago.

Sashimi and Homi were his operatives.

And they were involved with

Detective Park since then.

Be careful and don't do anything stupid.

Where are the homeless people

you brought here earlier?

What are you talking about?

Hey, lady!

Hey, lady!

I told you not to come into the kitchen.

I'm not interested in the kitchen.

I'm interested in...

The secret room.

I know you killed Lee Sucheol.

You're a cop. Can a cop do this?

How could you do this

to a man trying to live a life?

There's a misunderstanding.

Let's talk outside.

Don't come near me.

Why not go down and look for yourself?

Don't come near me.

Police! Don't move.

Stay still.

Why are you so late?

What are you doing?

Detective Park, we have to check

what's going on in there.

What's this?

Do I have to cut more?

It seems they're really learning to cook.

We're so sorry, sir.

This can't be.

Oh, right. What about the envelope?

What envelope?

You mean this?

Resume

That's mine.

I was asked to bring it for a job.

You won't get away with this.

Just be aware.

Let's go.

Yes, sir.

Don't touch it.

Don't touch it!

Wait. Stop.

Let go of me! Don't do that!

Um... Mister.

Look up.

I told you not to film me!

You should be honored.

You're my first movie star.

Do it well

so others can watch and learn.

- Really? / - Try harder.

You're good.

Why don't we have a competition?

What?

Well, if the boss wants it.

Look at him.

You want a battle?

Okay, if you win,

the knife's yours.

Get ready and start!

Sucheol, try this on.

What's the jacket?

It was on sale, so I got one for you, too.

Isn't this a little big?

It's the style these days.

You didn't get one for me?

Buy one with your own money.

Looks good.

For your chef's license.

Cheers!

Hey, what about me?

Yes, Rose,

good luck on filming the documentary,

and be a great director.

Sucheol, say something.

Say something.

No, no.

Come on, say something.

- Hurry up. / - Come on.

Well, I'd like to say...

I don't know.

Cheers!

What are you doing there?

What have you got there? Hey...

Hey...

Daddy?

It's me, Seul. Daddy!

- Goodbye, sir. / - See you.

Why didn't you tell me?

Didn't you ask?

"Why a man would leave a family

and become homeless?"

They hate their situation becoming known,

and can't do anything

even if they want to do something.

They can't even die.

This is where those people start out.

But where would they go

if this place was known?

Then, what happened to Lee Sucheol?

Did you know his daughter has leukemia?

Mr. Ax helped, so she got the surgery.

But neither I nor Sucheol knew she was sick.

But that night.

Who are you?

Hey, come here.

What are you doing?

Sucheol!

S-Sucheol.

It's late, so lock the door.

Good work today, Sucheol.

Okay, I'll get going now.

I'm leaving, too.

That night, he found out

that his daughter was sick,

and lost his mind.

I'd have done the same, too.

Probably there was not much in the safe.

Things would've been better

if he just asked for the money.

Ax

- Sucheol! / - Hey, Sucheol...

- Sucheol! / - Sucheol!

So, he jumped on his own?

We don't know.

But I didn't want his family

to think like that.

Hey, stop!

Move. Get off me!

Listen to me. None of you were here today.

You weren't here today.

Hey...

I'm stronger than you.

I don't believe

he'd leave Seul and kill himself.

He worked harder than anybody.

He's neither a cowardly father

nor an irresponsible husband.

How could I have made him a suicidal father?

What if his family has to live believing that?

It's too harsh for Sucheol, don't you think?

I didn't know he had insurance.

How could I imagine when he earned

just enough money for himself?

I found out when I went over to tell

his wife that his husband had died.

Do you know how I felt then?

I thought this was wrong.

But I was also a bit relieved.

That's not just insurance money.

It has his hard work in it.

I don't care if you turn me in or not.

Do as you want.

Detective Park.

Let me tell you.

You only looked at the report,

and not the person.

You shouldn't think of

others' lives that easy.

You shouldn't think of

others' lives that easy.

It's too small.

I want to go home...

He said he could see his house from there.

I doubt it.

This part is different from the others.

I replaced it. It was torn.

Torn?

When was it torn?

On the day of the accident.

What was he thinking at that point?

The Smile Bar people, his family,

or the insurance money?

I'm sure I couldn't have smiled.

But wouldn't a father smile for his daughter?

Death Benefits Adjustment Filings

Now you say "accident"?

Look, he fell trying to grab this.

Did you see that?

He held the safety bar.

Would you have grabbed the safety net

if you killed yourself?

More conclusive evidence would be

his fingerprints found on the safety bar.

So he held it this way, not this way.

You're an insurance investigator, not a cop.

I forgot to tell you the story

was confirmed by the police.

Any other case, a real case?

Seul.

Lady, hi.

- I told you I'm not that old. / - Okay.

Are you sick?

Not anymore, I had surgery.

The detective said

my father arranged the surgery.

Oh, it's supposed to be a secret.

I won't tell anyone.

I just have to take the pills.

Then, I can meet my father.

Seul.

Mommy.

Seul, let's go.

Bowers & Wilkins - PX: In-Depth Review & Buying Guide - Duration: 3:50.

Hi Guys! This is Raghav here from

Headphone Zone

Today we thought we'd do a video

about the Bowers & Wilkins PX.

The Bowers & Wilkins brand is really famous

around the world, and they are known for making

some of the best speakers of all time.

The P series of headphones is

Bowers & Wilkins attempt to apply that

speaker technology to a really nice

series of headphones,

and has been critically acclaimed

and popular over the years

and though they are a little late in the game,

the PX is really a flagship headphone

from the entire lineup

and is worthy of that title.

We thought we'd do a video

talking to you a little bit about

what makes the PX unique and different from

all the other headphones which

are in this crowded segment.

I wanna first talk about the design of the

Bowers & Wilkins PX

they come in two color variations

a soft gold and navy blue,

as well as space grey, and they both look fabulous

and luxurious.

I would say they've used some super premium material

while designing these headphones

and there's a soft leather that they've used for the earpads

and they've used a very natural aluminium frame

which bends into an enclosure that's made

entirely out of ballistic nylon, its super fancy to look at

They've also made the earpads elliptical in shape,

so it adds to the ergonomics of wearing these headphones

for a long period of time

The headphones also fold flat entirely,

so it becomes very convenient to carry these headphones

around if you want to put it inside your bag

The Bowers & Wilkins PX is first and foremost

a wireless headphone, it connects with all your personal

audio devices over Bluetooth, allowing you to

stream music on the go.

I would say with 22 hours of battery life

Its amongst the longest you'll find from any headphone in this category

In the aircraft, the focus is on eliminating

the sound of the aircraft engine, while you're roaming

around in the city, the traffic is what needs to be eliminated.

The accompanying app of the headphone allows

you to control that.

One of the coolest features is if you take the

Bowers & Wilkins PX off your ears, it automatically

pauses the music that you're listening to

and putting them back on resumes the music

from where it left off, I think that's really cool.

The Bowers & Wilkins PX is certainly a very

musical headphone.

What that means is they're not the most

accurate or the most transparent of headphones

but they've got a lot of added warmth and bass

so you'll find that these headphones are

fun to listen to

most audiophiles may frown upon them

but that's not who they are trying to impress.

If you're gonna wear these headphones

while you're on the move,

in the outdoors

then I think that extra kick that they've added

into the bass is really the highlight of the headphone.

I think what Bowers & Wilkins has gone for

is to give you an immersive sound,

and they've done this by angling the drivers a little bit.

By angling the speakers, the sound doesn't enter

your ear directly,

but instead gives you the perception that the sound

is coming from an arm's length distance

Now when you use aptX HD, and you use it with

a nice High-Resolution audio file playing from a good player

you'll find that the musical experience is unparalleled

and that probably makes the Bowers & Wilkins PX in my opinion

the best sounding Noise Cancellation headphone in this category.

I don't really think of the Bowers & Wilkins PX

as a smart headphone, it doesn't really come with a

long list of features

but that's not what the PX is about

I think its really about a timeless design

and a fantastic sounding headphone

which is a real testament to the legacy

that Bowers & Wilkins has built for itself

over the years.

I hope that this video has been helpful

and if you have any more questions about the

Bowers & Wilkins PX, you should feel free

to write them in the comment section below

and we'll be sure to get back to you.

Thank you so much

This is Raghav signing off.
