Waching daily Jun 28 2018

Hei alle sammen! Welcome to Tons of Rock!

Well I'm here for one more edition of Tons of Rock, I really liked

last year's edition so I came back and even better, as press!

I start this video saying thank you

for watching the videos

liking it, sharing it, because this is thanks to you!

Today is Wednesday, June 20th

I'm alone for now

because Thomas and my friends are parking the car

so I came here very quick to do my accreditation

because it would take longer time.

The festival is happening from Wednesday to Friday

it changed a little because of Ozzy Osbourne's agenda

that's tonight's headliner. We arrived a little late

because Thomas had to work, a friend of mine had to work

so that was the way, it's around 6pm

we are getting in and the first band we are watching

is Gaahls Wyrd.

Well now we're doing the Cashless.

I've just done for me and Thomas, let me show you

it's raining a lot, but it's a card

just like last year, you can fill it up with how much you want

then you can buy beer, food, merch, everything, with this card.

It's the day after but yesterday I couldn't do

the final scene leaving the fest

and reviewing how was the day because yesterday

there was around 10.000 people watching Ozzy

and we stayed till the end and you can imagine 10.000 people

leaving by the same door

leaving either to the camping or to the parking lot

and as a plus it's raining a lot when we left

so I decided to talk to you guys today.

Yesterday we watched basically only 3 concerts, that was Gaahls Wyrd

and for the ones that likes everything that Gaahls does it's nice

he plays songs from God Seed

Gorgoroth and of another project he has that won't remember the name now

sorry, I like when he plays old Gorgoroth, but

it's a cool concert, I thought this one was even better than

I saw at Midgardsblot last year, I liked this one more.

It was also good because I saw it from the first row

I'm trying to reach the first row to show you guys

at least at the tent stage. What did I see after that?

Ah, I saw Wardruna, which was amazing!

It was one of the best concerts

from yesterday, even though I saw only 3, it was amazing.

Wardruna always surprises with the amazing quality

of sound, images, lights

it was amazing, I loved it.

And after that was Ozzy Osbourne, that was super good as well.

It's not a band I usually listen at home

but it was his last tour and I was a little emotional

because it's been exactly 10 years since I saw him for the first time in Sao Paulo

in 2008, and it was like a closure in a cycle

between him and me, my relation with Ozzy

started very early because my dad loves him

so he was always present in my life

since I was a kid. It was super cool

because he only played hits, the stage was also amazing

Zakk Wylde was also amazing.

That's it. That was yesterday but I am

leaving to my second fest day and we talk when I get there.

Just got here for the second day. It's raining

as you can see but seems like it will stop during the night.

Now we have about 10 minutes...

So, we are running in because At the Gates

starts in 10 minutes and we talk again later!

Well I just got myself some food and there is a lot of options

even vegan and vegetarian

So I got a plate with ribs, chicken, sausage and

chips because it's the only gluten free option I could find.

It cost NOK 140.

Thomas got two slices of pizza and each of them cost NOK 40.

Second day is over

actually W.A.S.P. is still playing but

I don't like it.

Me and Pati are going to the car

while the guys finish watching the concert because it's super cold.

Well, today I saw At the Gates

it was raining a lot but it was good, I love At the Gates

It was amazing.

After that I saw Ragnarok that was also good

the sound in the tent stage is better today so it was very nice

After that I recorded a little from Abbath

because to be really honest since that happened at Inferno

if you have no idea what I am talking about click here and watch the video

but I lost the interest in him

so I didn't watch it but I recorded a little because I know you guys like him.

After that was Alice in Chains, an amazing concert

that I waiting so many years to watch it

and finally I made it and I got super happy to listen

my two favorite songs, Nutshell and Would?

I'm super happy, it was fantastic!

After that I saw Marduk that was an amazing concert

it was brutal!

And now headliner is W.A.S.P.

that I'm not a fan but the concert is very beautiful.

So that's it, I'm going home and we talk more tomorrow.

Just arrived to the third and last day

It's friday and we arrived a little bit earlier

It's almost 5pm and the first band

we are seeing is Soulfy. It's not raining today

Well. It's the day after, it's Saturday

but yesterday i arrived very late home

almost 4am, so I had no time

to finish the video for you guys that's why I am sitting here now

to talk about yesterday and also give you my final review.

To start, the concerts I saw yesterday, wasn't that much but

there wasn't that many bands I wanted to see.

The day started with Soulfy, I had zero expectations but the concert was super amazing

It was so good, the sound was perfect

Max had an amazing stage presence

He brought a "berimbau" to the stage

he talked about Brazil many times so I felt proud

I will never forget where I came from, how I got here

and seeing a brazilian on a stage from a big festival

here in Norway, just makes me proud about it.

So I really loved it. After that I saw Opeth

that's one of the bands of my life

I really love them but even though the set list

is full of new songs

from this new phase

I still enjoyed it a lot, I will always love

seeing Opeth live, it was a very good concert.

After that was Helloween, wich you might know I'm not a fan

in fact I don't like the band

but I was together with some friends that wanted to see it and it was ok

this show is part of that tour

everyone from the band's history plays together

so there is like 7 people on the stage.

And the headliner was Kvelertak, if you don't know them

you MUST!

It's a band from Norway

that has also fantastics concerts

It wasn't my first time seeing them and seeing them

in a big festival, like Tons of Rock, was amazing.

The sound was perfect.

A lot of cool effects on the stage, lights

I can only give compliments to this Tons of Rock's edition

because all of the concerts were super good.

I was even talking to my friends and thinking

what was the best concert, or the bests concerts

aside from Alice in Chains that's the band I wanted to see the most

because I waited a lot of years to see them for the first time

and the concert itself was incredible

all the others were also very good

even bands I'm not really into,

bands I didn't know before, or bands

I saw again, all were good

sound was very good, organisers, everything

so I'd like to say congratulations to Tons of Rock

because this edition was amazing, I liked it

even more than last year. Now talking about prices

because I think I haven't talked about it during the fest

so I made notes of some prices

talking about merch, I only bought

one t-shirt, that was this one from Alice in Chains

a blue t-shirt!

I think this was very beautiful and all the shirts

cost around NOK 300.

There wasn't that many options from the bands I like

so I bought only this one because I really loved it.

Price of food was around

NOK 150 each option

there was also snacks

like pizza slices that was around NOK 40 and NOK 50

just so you guys can know if you are planning to come to Tons of Rock.

Beer cost NOK 89

Soda NOK 49

Still talking about prices I told you guys we did the Cashless

that was the payment system of this year

you just fill up this card with the money you intend to spend

and the news for this years, which I think it was amazing, because

there wasn't possible to do the refund of the money

and this year it was so

we filled it up with some money and before coming home it was just

insert the card in the machine and take the money back

this was super nice!

I'd like to say thank you to Tons of Rock that gave me the opportunity to come as press

this year, I really loved it and here is my

badge, with my name and Hey Norway's name

I felt so happy, this is an amazing achievement

as you know I was already super happy to go to Inferno as press

and now going to Tons of Rock was incredible.

I need to say again that the organisers

for press at the fest was amazing, there was

a resting room with computer

chairs, tables, toilets, soda

water, coffee, snacks, chocolate, all there to be eaten

for the people from the press

I wasn't expecting that at all

Talking about infrastructure, organisation

everything was 100%, once again I want to

say that the toilets were very clean

It rained a lot so the floor

was dirt because everyone had mud on their shoes

But in general, toilet, sink,

there was even mirrors in the toilets cabins

were very clean. I think only one thing

I have to say as a negative thing about this edition

The festival started on Wednesday

so it was from Wednesday to Friday

and those are not good days specially for the ones who works

And I really wanted to see a band that played at 3pm

on Wednesday and this was impracticable for me

because Thomas works, a friend of mine as well

so we could only leave a little bit later to get there

and unfortunately I couldn't see it

I really think next year it could be from Thursday to Saturday again

But this only happened because of Ozzy Osbourne

they had to adjust the festival dates

to have Ozzy on the lineup and it was cool

because Ozzy's concert had more than 10.000 people

so that was my only complain about the fest.

This was an amazing edition, for sure the best concert

was Alice in Chains because I was looking forward to it

and it met all of my expectations

and all the other concerts that were also amazing I hope you liked

to follow a little of this year's edition with me

Thanks to you because it was because of you that I got a press pass

covering 100% of the festival giving my best

So like this video, share it and keep on sharing it

so I can go back to the festivals and record more

and share my experience with you

That's it, we see again in the next video. Ha det bra!

Humming (Sound) - Duration: 3:35.

Hi, it's Elissa Weinzimmer, founder of Voice Body Connection, and it is time for

another How To Warm Up video. how to warm up In today's How To Warm Up video we

are going to do something very complex and exciting we are going to hum I'm

joking it's actually really simple and it's really valuable for your voice

here's why when you hum up and down in pitch what you're actually doing is

stretching and releasing your vocal cords when you go higher in pitch your

vocal cords are stretching longer and when you go lower in pitch they are

releasing back to their resting position so when you hum gently up and down in

pitch you're actually doing a gentle equivalent of a hamstring stretch but

for your voice now the other reason humming is so valuable is because your

lips are closed when you're making an EM sound when your lips are closed and you

are sending air flow through the entire tube that is your voice if you will

you'll find that you have a little bit of a gentle buzz on your lips however if

you squeeze anywhere along the tube with excess effort that buzz will go away so

let's just start gently by humming like we're agreeing with something so mmm-hmm

can you feel as you do that that you've got a little bit of buzzy-ness in your

lips now tighten your throat and hum again and see what happens hmmm when you

tighten your throat and you have a different type of tighter sound you

don't feel that buzz on your lips so when your lips are gentle free and

you're using your breath support you can watch the breath support video in this

series using your breath support all the way through the tube that is your voice

then you'll feel that buzz on your lips it's a diagnostic that you are indeed

letting things flow through your voice freely and easily so to do this exercise

I want you to imagine that you're on a roller coaster okay so you can even use

your hand as you do this as your hand goes up you go up as it goes down you go

down you can go really high you can go really low you can whiz around in the middle

you can go upside-down whatever you like but have your hand and your voice follow

each other here we go mmmm hmmmm etc. now as you do that exercise what you'll be doing is

actually stretching and releasing your vocal cords as we said but there's

actually another really nice benefit which is that if there's any mucus

sitting on top of your vocal cords that you're wanting to sort of clear out this

is a nice way to do it so instead of clearing your throat really abruptly you

can actually do a gentle to try to get the stuff off okay this is a fabulous

exercise to do if you've been vocally fatigued recently if you lost your voice

and you're trying to do a very gentle warm-up so it might be something that

you want to practice if you ever feel like your voice is going away getting

tired or just coming back of course if you'd like you can also do this humming

exercise with a melody or a song that you've been practicing so enjoy it

practice it's really simple really gentle and very valuable I will see you

in a future how to warm up video how to warm up

[ FR/ ENG ] AAC T10 ACTION ARMY / AIRSOFTZONE.COM # AIRSOFT REVIEW - Duration: 23:56.

English subtitles available

Welcome to AIRSOFT REVIEW to discover this first episode specific to a brand new replica. We meet again to discover a new product transmitted by our partner AIRSOFTZONE.COM

It's the AAC T10 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle brand ACTION ARMY which is one of the most appreciated brands of players for their high quality upgrade parts either for AEG or SNIPE and which hits hard by putting on the market this replica with the well-defined character

The recent craze for sniping fans gives these replicas a fate all traced and with the possibilities of upgrade and reliability very quickly with the VSR10 type parts also offered by ACTION ARMY

The replica is delivered in its cardboard reinforced by its polystyrene housing protecting very well the replica, one also finds a very detailed manual of use but no translation in French, a mag 50 bbs translucide and a dummy MAG

We will not find a BBLOADER, or a cleaning rod or extra picatinny rails in this package

We can immediately realize the unusual aspect of this replica by its design very worked and cut to get this aggressive look but keeping a very nice ergonomics.

The majority of elements are matte colors increasing its discretion during your games

Action Army has to accentuate its tactical side by adding these slots for picatinny rails but unfortunately as an option

Its look is really nice and really out of the ordinary which is already a big plus for this replica

The outer barrel is metal and receives a thread allowing to install a silent adapter

The receiver is made from a single-piece injected alloy that receives a 135 mm top rail to mount your precision scope

The bolt handle is alloy and big enough for a good grip during reloading and its safety identical to the VSR10

The body is in very good quality nylon fiber showing from rough surface location but also from 3 zones to accessorize your replica with threaded slots for picatinny rails but only those optional available at ACTION ARMY as the slots have a specific shape to the brand

the body extends to the location for the MAG 50 BBS VSR10 compatible but also to the dummy MAG which will allow him to store a MAG inside

in its continuity the body reveals its ergonomic handle very pleasant grip receiving ACTION marking ARMY

and to finish on a butt with an adjustable cheek rest with its height adjustment knob and lockable by its lower screw

the buttstock is finalized by a BUTT PLATE rubber adjustable thanks to these wedges in options

The replica also offers 6 QD slot to install your strap

As a whole the replica is well balanced and its ergonomics are pleasant

The replica measures 107 cm for a weight of 2.9 Kg not equipped which is similar to other replicas of the same type

this replica is available in DARK EARTH and BLACK color

Let's go to the test chrony balls 0.20 Gr, the replica is given to 0.72 joules with this weight

We go to a test at 40 meters in BBS 0.20 GR on target to know the precision and range of this replica, the first tests at 45 meters allowed to hit the target but at the bottom and not on the upper body

we will test the accuracy targeting the head of the target at 0.20 GR which may be complicated given the low basis weight and the lack of stability of the BBS, we will then test in BBS 0.25 GR.

the BBS pass to the left and right of the target's head, the grammage does not allow a good stability

BBS 0.20 Gr do not allow effective precision

on the bust of the target the accuracy is correct but not on the head

for shots on the bust of the target this is perfect

by contrast the precision shots on the target's head are inconclusive

we will try one last time a shot on the head of the target

the shots to the head go to a few centimeters but I'm not precise enough in BBS 0.20 GR to 40 meters, so we will go to BBS 0.25 GR while knowing that there is a risk of losing distance with this basis weight

we go to tests on target in BBS 0.25 GR to 40 meters, we risk a loss of distance given its power of 295 FPS.

During our tests before filming that we meet very easily jams at the setting HOPUP, pay attention to the quality of these BBS (BBS classic army used during our tests) the innerl barrel is in 6.03 with the seal AAC original.

the BBS goes up a lot to come down quickly on the target, I'll add a notch on the hopup setting. The setting is quite hard but can not be changed during the game

I add another step to the setting to get to the stuffing point.

We are on the verge of blocking BBS in the hopup

We will soon have a blocking of BBS because the BBS have a strange trajectory and a very small distance, I add another step to the HOPUP

we reached the BBS blocking threshold in the hopup, the BBS went straight to the ground 2 meters from the firing zone

I will remove a notch at setting

With one less notch on the setting, the BBS retouches the target but down

the shot is passed between the legs of the target and I remove 2 notches at the setting

I hit the bottom of the target

As soon as I increase the setting of the hop up, we quickly come to a blocking of the BBS in the HOPUP

the trajectory of the BBS is straight, the HOPUP effect is correct, no effect of SIDE SPIN either on the right or left which is very positive.

I will try to aim between the head and the bust of the target

I hit the target at the bust

the trajectory is straight, the inner barrel does its job very well, it will have to go through an upgrade to have higher performance and pass over the 295 FPS which can be low for players playing 450 FPS usually, cons it will be usable in CQB without any worries

let's move on to the positive and negative points : Positive: a replica with an irresistible and ergonomic look. A high quality exterior finish and solid materials. Pleasant performance considering the low power of origin

A possibility of upgrading with full compatibility of the VSR10 part including that proposed by ACTION ARMY. A very good replica base snipe for players wishing to discover this practice and can increase their performance easily

In negative: A replica whose power is too weak for the majority of players generally playing at 450 FPS. A passage through an upgrade to get more enjoyable performance in terms of scope. The lack of accessories like picantinny rails in the package

Here is the first review of the AAC T10 Bolt Sniper Action Rifle and transmitted by our partner AIRSOFTZONE completed

Thanks to Soline and her team for allowing us to present this product

See you soon for the second episode of this replica, because yes we will offer you the upgrade with ACTION ARMY parts to have an even more efficient replica

Physical Therapy for Knee Pain Relief - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 8:05.

hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some physical

therapy stretches for knee pain. so let's get started.

so for knee pain, a lot of times the muscles

that cross the knee joint are the ones that are causing the pain. so your calf

muscles, your quad muscles, your IT band, your hamstrings, and then even your hip

flexors even though it doesn't cross the joint, tend to cause a lot of problems. so

we're gonna stretch all of those out. we're gonna start with the calf. the calf

is a pretty easy one to stretch. you can do it in a whole bunch of different ways.

I'm just gonna show you when you're sitting down. I like to put a little roll

or roll up a towel and put it just underneath the leg so your so your heel

can move because you can do it flat on the ground, but you're gonna get a little

bit better stretch if that heel's not touching because then it gets a little

bit more movement in the ankle. then you're just gonna take a strap or if you

don't have a stretch strap you can use a dog leash. you can use a belt, but you

want it to be something firm. so not the resistive band. something that's not

really gonna give. I like these just because they have the loops in them. so

what you're gonna do is just put it about at the ball of your foot. you don't

want it too low because you're not gonna get a good stretch, and you don't want it

high up on your toes because it might slip off and hit you. so just relax your

leg .you're gonna let the strap do all the work and then you're just gonna pull

your foot towards you this way. and you should feel that stretch in your calf

muscle right in there. and sometimes people feel it right underneath their

knee and that's because those calf muscles, those tendons, cross at that knee

joist. so that's why it's so important to stretch and that's why sometimes people

feel it under their knee versus in here. so with the stretch you want to hold it

for about 30 seconds, and you want it to be slightly uncomfortable but not

painful. you know stretching shouldn't hurt, but it shouldn't really feel good

either, so it's that kind of combination of hurt so good kind of feeling. so then

take a little break and then you're gonna do that a total of three times. so

30 seconds holding that 3 times. but it's really that foot is relaxed. you're not

actively pulling it towards you you're pulling it towards you with the strap. so

then we're gonna go in to a hamstring stretch. and again there's

a whole bunch of ways to stretch the hamstrings, I got a couple other videos

that show different ways to do it, but I like the one lying down because then

your back is supported and you don't have to worry about keeping your back

straight. so what I'm gonna do is just kind of lie down, and I'm gonna take the

strap now and just again put it at my foot, but it doesn't have to be at the

ball of the foot this time. I like to kind of prop up the other side just

because that takes pressure off your back, and then you're just gonna again

relax that leg. the strap is gonna do all the work, and you're just gonna pull your

leg up. try and keep your knee as straight as you can. if you're starting

to do this, then that hamstring is really really tight, then bring it back

down and try and straighten out the knee. you want to keep that knee as straight

as you can, and then just come up as far as you can. if you're having knee pain,

you're probably not going to be able to come up as far as I am, so even if you're

right here that's fine. but again try and hold that stretch for about thirty

seconds. if you want to activate the calf as well, you can pull your toes towards

you, but if you really just want to focus on those hamstrings, just kind of let

that foot relax and use that strap to pull it up. and this time you should kind

of feel that stretch here. again sometimes people feel it in the back of

the knee because those hamstrings cross the knee joint the other way, and the

hamstrings come all the way up and attach up here, so you might feel it here.

you might feel it here, and you might feel it there. so again holding it for 30

seconds, doing it three times. and you can do this a couple of times a day. so then

we're going to do the IT band. so the IT band is the same concept where it comes

all the way up and attaches at the hip up here, and then crosses that knee joint.

so if it's tight, it's putting pressure on that knee joint causing knee pain. so

it's very similar to the hamstring stretch except this time when you come

up, you're keeping that leg straight. now you're just going to go till you feel a

little bit of tension and then you're going to cross it across your body. so

sometimes people like to put the other leg straight out so the knee doesn't get

in the way, and that's okay as long as it's not hurting your back. but again you

want to keep that leg as straight as you can. you don't want that knee to be bend

because then you're not stretching that IT band

anymore. so keeping it straight, and then just drop it across your body until you

feel a stretch through here. sometimes people kind of feel it in the bottom

area there. sometimes people feel it on the outside of the knee, sometimes people

feel it in the middle, so just depending on where your tightness is, that's where

you're going to feel it. and again if this one isn't the best for you I have a

video just for a whole bunch of different IT band stretches, and you can

just find the one that's best for you. you don't have to do a particular you

know one just because I'm doing it, you do the one that feels like you're

getting the best stretch for that. so again 30 seconds three times for that. so

now we're going to go into a quad stretch. I'm going to switch legs because

you're gonna roll over onto your stomach and I just want you to be able to see

what I'm doing here. so this time the strap is going to go

all the way up around the ankle. so you're going to kind of put it here and

and having something that's a little bit longer works best because you want to

kind of wrap it around your shoulder and the reason for that is because you want

the upper part of your body to be pretty relaxed. so you can prop up like this, or

you can lie all the way down because you don't want to end up hurting something

else by doing the stretch. so just take the strap kind of around your shoulder

and start pulling and try and bring your heel towards your bottom as much as you

can. so again if your knee is really hurting you might only be able to get to

here, and that's okay. you don't have to get that heel all the way towards your

bottom, but you want to go as far as you comfortably can until you can tolerate

it, again the stretching should be slightly uncomfortable, but it shouldn't

be so painful that you can't hold it for 30 seconds. so again holding that 30

seconds doing that three times. this time you should feel that stretch in the

front of your leg and again sometimes people feel it at the knee. sometimes people

feel it in the knee joint itself, if you have some tightness in that joint versus

in the muscles, but this is a great stretch for that as well. and then the

last one is going to be for your hip flexors. now the hip flexors don't cross

the knee joint, but a lot of times if they're tight,

you're kind of leaning forward and then you have to kind of bend your knees to

kind of even yourself out, so if they're tight they can cause pain

all the way down the chain. so I think they're really important to stretch out

as well. so again there's a couple ways you can stretch it out. one of my

favorites is kind of getting into a lunge position. make sure that you're

protecting your knee because if you're in the lunge position your knees gonna

be on the floor. so when you come up into the lunge position. make sure to put that

pillow underneath the knee that you're going to be leaning on. so the knee

that's going to be down is going to be the side that you're stretching. then

you're just going to kind of come up into a lunge position. and what you want

to do is keep your upper body upright, so a lot of times people kind of try and

stretch like this, but I'm still not stretching my hip flexor if I'm leaning

forward. so keep your upper body upright and then push your hips forward, and you

should feel a stretch right through there. and that's in that hip flexor

area. so again this stretch is just a 30-second stretch, doing that three times.

so once you get all of those stretched out your knee should feel a little more

loosened up and then some of that pain should get out of there. so those were

your physical therapy stretches for knee pain. I want to give a quick shout out to

my wall of thanks. so I want to thank Jazz C., Andy R., Mark, and Will R. if

you're interested in being on the wall of thanks, make sure you check

you feel better soon.

Before money was born in the form. We know today fiat money. The markets used so-called hard money

It is a kind of money that was based on material goods most often some precious metal

It cannot be forged fake and therefore there was no person or institution

That people had to trust or whether it was not issuing money for its private purposes

the beginning of the financial

Institutions were deposit banks the bankers who worked there had little in common with today's bankers profession in those days

They were the owners of banks where gold or other or could be deposited for the goods brought the banker issued a banknote

Hence, the later word of the banknote

it was a

Depositing a certain amount of gold in order not to withdraw the metal from the bank at each payment

The fee was paid by a banknote with an appropriate denomination

There were many banks and each of them could print their own banknotes

But only banks with good repute were the most respected their banknotes were widely used by the market

Everything worked very well

howeverFuturenet, FutureAdpro,FuturoNetwork,FutureNet Presentation,FutureNet webinar,futurenet 2018,fto price,what is futurenet, Futurenet explained,Futuro mining,bitcoin mining,crypto mining,passive income,earn online,earn bitcoin,make money,alan Kavanagh,

Cunning bankers also appeared they came up with the idea of issuing more banknotes than there is gold in their vaults

After some time people realized that there are much more banknotes than precious metal this resulted in a so called bank run

Everyone wanted to exchange all their banknotes for gold

It was not possible banks that produced notes without coverage closed and declared

Bankruptcy, of course false bankers were punished not only by bankruptcy, but also by state fines

That's why it didn't make sense for anyone to make false banknotes the markets worked

Well until the states allowed the production of more banknotes than bullion and they themselves

Took over the monopoly in money

production the described idea in which every institution and bank can issue its currency is called free banking and was in force in the

18th and 19th centuries in over 60 countries

However, when countries realized how lucrative business it might be to have a monopoly money creation

They forbade free banking the currently valid system central banking was established

So-called fiat money was created

It is a denial of everything that existed in hard money until the mid 20th century

All episodes with private money were replaced by money issued by the monopolist

this money is not covered in any goods or metal and is based only on trust in the monopoly which

Guarantees that it conducts its monetary policy

well

The world was again interested in private money with the creation of the economic book the day nationalization of money by the Nobel prize-winner

Friedrich Hayek, he has again started a discussion about the superiority of private money over the state

however

no government

Wanted to take up this topic it lasted until the nineties when a group of cypherpunks appeared

In the next episode how crypto currencies were created

You think you're small

You think you're weak

But you don't know what's in between

You think you hurt, but you don't know

What we're really fighting for

'Cause we are we are we are tonight

You think you're fighting but you are in between

We are we are we are tonight

We are the warriors

We are the fighters

We are the future

Of the new regime

We are the warriors

Newborn survivors

Now lifted higher

Above our enemies

You're taken by

What you believe

Holding on but so naive

It's not the end

So listen close

Understand what we're fighting for

'Cause we are we are we are tonight

You think you're fighting but you are in between

We are we are we are tonight

We are the warriors

We are the fighters

We are the future

Of the new regime

We are the warriors

Newborn survivors

Now lifted higher

Above our enemies

Don't give up, hold your ground

There's no need to worry now

It's a fight 'til we die

But He is always on our side

We will stand through the fight

Conquer what was left behind

Through the dawn comes the light

'Til we reach the other side

Pressing on, through the night

Don't give up, forget the lies

It's our time to arrive

Victory is yours tonight

Raise the flag, lift it high

Now we sing our battle cry

Here we are, now we know

All we really need is hope

We are the warriors

We are the fighters

Pyrénées E04 "Rencontres" - Duration: 10:15.

I found you my boy

you won't escape anymore

I need you for sleeping !

remove a bit of ground

now that I removed the concrete, I need to scratch between rocks remove a bit of ground

remove a bit of ground

it's just long

then I wet the wall so the mortar can stick

I'm a geologist

and I see on this old plateau

aged more than 10 Ma old

that there is some gneiss

which is eroded by time passing

we roughly say it is rotten

the result is this

some sand plus clay

it is called an alterite

and i use this

to repair walls

once the ground sieved

I add 1/3 of lime

and I mix with some water from the stream

hey my friends, I enter in the competition now

natural fibers reenforce the mortar

like reinforced concrete, but more natural

personally I love the finition

it's warmer and more pleasant than before

working alone doesn't bother me

but honestly it's not very easy

as the path was not snowy anymore

I got some motorised help from the village

spring was extremely wet

with foggy days

it made me remember my home, Brittany

oh, and this is wood stove !

in consequence I took the opportunity

because fixing a metallic door by hand, it's long !

fun fact,

we couldn't weld the hinge in altitude

we had to take the door down to the village to weld

I finally had the opportunity to place the door

in the wall we had broken

I will certainly not be a mason

but I make out

slowly but surely

I introduce you Black Beard and Fred Titi

Black Beard was the first one to practice Bushcraft in France

I was following his channel, before I start

so take a look at his channel

and Fred doesn't have a lot of videos yet, but it'll come soon

oh yeah, I promise !

today I did a hike near Andorra`

it was wonderful

but I still have 900 m to climb to arrive at the cabin

solar shower, pôpôpô !

it gonna be so good, it's been 1 month !

because the sun didn't appear since

it'll be a real pleasure

after the CNRS meeting

some geologists come on the plateau

I got missions of observations

and report some data for the next months

I met many animals as well

as the European Pine Marten

or other bigger and noisier animals

I am shepherd on the plateau since 1983

it's a real passion

I'll do it as long as I can

meetings and all it is fun but sometimes it's negatif

I noticed someone robbed me a walking stick which was outside

it's not a big deal, I didn't use it a lot, but it's not nice

parallelly the work in the cabin continues

I thought about flat rocks for the floor

but the mayor preferred a concrete slab

as every cabins around

after digging 20 cm in the ground and rocks

the communal employee helped me with more modern tools

it has been fast, simple, efficient

I kept a hole to make a fridge, quite big

spread with lime to let it breathe

it'll keep my food fresh

it's the music feast, Saint Jean's fire and I got 24 yo

but I don't really like birthdays

i prefer spending an evening with some friends outside

and taking the advantage of being outside

liquorice !

Hi, I'm Constance, a friend from Jacob liquorice !

Hi, I'm Constance, a friend from Jacob

I just finnished my literature prep school

it was a nice week, really

there also is disadvantages

I'm not a nature girl, more an urbanite

when you're afraid of insects, it's not so easy

it's a new kind of life, you need to readapt

you're not in your comfort, but if I came i knew i wouldn't have it

and it's right we're quite isolated here

there is no a lot of human activities, and it's a disadvantage for me

but next to big advantages like

the landscape

the calm, resting

seeing wild horses, that you can't see in your daily life

all of it are bigger than little disadvantages

it's something you have to live, and I don't regret at all

if the forest and the mountain fit in your heart, it must be huge

thank you all for your support, i really appreciate

I do everything alone, filming, editing, color grading

every music you hear, I compose all of them

share the episodes if you want to continue encouraging me

thanks again and see you soon, bye !

Opel Corsa (2006-2015) aankoopadvies - Duration: 9:32.

This size car is important for the European car manufacturers.

Many of these cars are being sold.

This is the B segment. I always have trouble deciding what segment car I'm dealing with.

You don't have to think about that. Of course there is a lot of competition.

This is an important car for Opel.

This fourth generation Opel Corsa was introduced in 2006.

This was in the period that Opel / General Motors partially owned Fiat.

The Opel Corsa shares a base plate with the Fiat Punto and Alfa Romeo MiTo.

There are more cars that share technical components.

GM sold Fiat and Opel to Peugeot-Citroën.

The next Corsa generation will share more with Peugeots and Citroëns.

The engines. We have a favorite: the Corsa OPC.

There has been a Nürburgring edition; a nice car.

The car has 189 hp, the Nürburgring edition has even more.

There was an Opel Corsa GSI, the base model sporty version with 148 hp.

The engines are nice. Of course, not many have been sold in the Netherlands or elsewhere.

There's a wide variety in engines, including diesel engines that have been road tax exempt for a while.

Those were more popular and can be found for sale.

ENGINES gasoline, diesel

Almost 1,000 cars of this generation Opel Corsa are for sale on AutoTrack.

There's plenty of choice, but cars with certain criteria may not be so easy to find.

There are plenty of diesel engines available for such a small car; 15 percent.

Automatic transmissions are rarer. Only 8 percent of the cars has one.

That's only a hand-full.

The prices. This car is affordable for everyone.

It starts at 4,000 euros. The really expensive cars are very young or a Corsa OPC.

These are 15,000 euros tops.

PRICES minimum, maximum

There are many rivals. Polo, a MiTo has only three doors...

A Corsa with three doors looks more sporty.

Punto, Clio, C3, 208, Koreans, Japanese;

there's a lot of choice in this segment.

There are things to watch out for that require some research when you found a car.

Of course, the diesel engines have the EGR valve and particulate filter.

This goes for every diesel engine, unless it's a very old one.

The gasoline engines have a number of things to watch out for.

The Corsa was available with a 1-liter engine.

That is not a sporty car.

This doesn't have to be a problem, but the 1.2 and 1.4 are much nicer cars.

A serious technical thing to watch out for with the gasoline engines:

if you hear a metal rattle, as if something's come loose, and the engine runs on two or three cylinders,

this can be a serious problem. The bolts of the camshaft covers.

It's very technical, but those can get loose and cause serious damage, including a broken camshaft.

Those need to be tightened. It's not a common issue, but it can happen.

It has major consequences if you don't take action.

Make sure to fix it or have it fixed when you think something's wrong.

The suspension is subject to taste.

The steering is light and dead.

Of course, this depends on the version. This car has it too.

It feels artificial. Let's call it that.

You like it or you don't. Some people think it's horrible, but it suits the car.

That's why it's important to go on a test drive.

If you don't like it, you may be better off with a different car.

There are a number of body things to pay attention to.

Mainly the water drains and rust at the front side.

That's strange with modern cars. You see it sometimes.

The hood. Early cars have no holes in the front, causing moist to accumulate.

This starts to rust.

Pop the hood and check the edge above you for strange things.

There has been a recall for this.

The Opel dealer drilled some holes to fix the problem.

This is something to pay attention to. The water drains.

Many people, including myself, forget this.

Clean the hood's water and air ducts regularly.

Remove old leaves.

We're driving in the forest. Leaves can get in when the car is parked.

This can cause a leak.

A problem with leaks is water in unwelcome places. The engine management computer, for example.

That one's very expensive to replace if it drowned.

Leaks can also damage the windshield wiper modules, et cetera.

Strange things happen or it stops working.

Or sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Check if everything is dry and clean.

The interior. The glove box lid isn't very sturdy.

It breaks or gets loose sometimes.

I think you're just being clumsy, then.

It's something to check.

If you come home in your new Corsa and open the glove box, you don't want to find out it's loose.

There's one strange problem. The foam in the seats can crumble.

You'll find it under the seats over here.

If this continues, you'll be less comfortable.

This is something to check.

A Corsa can have problems with the electronics.

This is usually caused by bad grounding.

The problem is finding out where this happens, what plug isn't okay.

Some things don't work right.

This is something to pay attention to. Check if everything works.

Pay special attention to the central locking.

It doesn't feel like it sometimes.

Check if the locks on both sides work with the key and remote control.

There's one more electronic issue, one that's difficult to check.

A number of wires of the rear defroster can stop working.

This is easiest to check when there's ice or condensation on the widow.

You don't need a defroster in sunny weather.

You can try breathing on it like this, or feel if it gets warm.

I don't know how well you'll feel this in warm weather, but it's something to pay attention to.

This Opel Corsa has heated seats and a heated steering wheel.

Trust me, that's nice. I've had cars that had this.

I don't have it anymore, but I do miss it sometimes.

We found this car at Fred Janssen in Huizen.

Antenna Fire with 1,000 Watts FT8 at Ham Radio Station - Duration: 10:10.

he put a thousand watts of ft8

so I'll get an email on Saturday night

which worried me to be honest hello Callum I'm not gonna read it out

he's called James but he don't need to know be surname or anything and by the

way the rules of this video let's not poke at him or anything because I don't

think he's done anything wrong okay but it's a lesson in here for all of us and

I need to pull your brains and like so if you know anything about this please

check that and I would like you to comment on the channel rather than

emailing me about this if you can so I get an email from this J's fella he says

um he's built a DA's commander which is a bunch of quarter waves in a nest like

a fan dipole but vertical right it could have been any vertical by the way I just

had to have my name on it but that's beside the point

he's used a wire that I don't know anything about there we aren't I've got

the wire here I'll go through these pictures of him in it there's nothing to

identify him in these pictures by the way you know he doesn't want to be

identified and frankly neither do i the starways he put a thousand Watts there

abouts could have been a bit more I think his amplifier is capable of a bit

more of ft8 on 20 meters now before you start

shouting what's he doing that for he's doing that for because he's got a

license up to 1500 watts okay now just because it might be due

rigor as the French would say to you know do ten watts

whatever seize day one he's done a test he wants to know if it will hold it up

presses the button and does because he's 15 seconds a shot isn't it ft8

and I'll see you about this today because for these fool duty cycle modes

and there's only two I can think of one is our tty but there again at full power

I don't know if you would have a 15 second over it becomes you know five six

seven seconds FG 8 is extra really strenuous on your equipment by

the way because it's full duty for 15 seconds the whole time so SSB is a lot

even though the peaks might be at 1500 this average powers quite low down isn't

it so let's just think about a vertical a minute the bottom the base are

vertical now you can't touch this lucky can a battery with your tongue okay so

you just got to go by the physicists the base of the Ariel has high current and

the tip of the Ariel has high voltage okay it caught fire right on the end so

the insulation we reckon must have caught fire first the the heats from

that started to melt the plate where everything connects to which is made of

a substance called pe4 it's like a nylon 6 if you're a mass it material science

that scientist out there you might know the difference and it's called pe4 it's

black and once that go ago it all started dribbling down they noticed WR

Steiger eyes went outside little bloody things on Phi Z so always I have

recounted this to well three of my scientist friends and and without

replicating the experiment we don't know because ignoring the fact it's a dear

it's commander let's just take a tree if you like hang up a four point nine meter

long 17 feet or sámi vertical put 25 17 feet radials cuz that's what he did

stick off key down the kilowatt into it what would happen now I don't know

we got a blowtorch on some d-10 and we only got it to keep keep the fire going

if that if we started a fire so the flames were going upwards but it knit to

kick that off we actually needed a blowtorch and

if he's watching it well it must have been seven or eight seconds be to get

that sort of level of heat into p2 into d-10 now I don't know this is his let's

go through these pictures so that's his that's the spec of the wire okay I don't

know I've got some pictures of the wire so he's got I mean it looks like this

looks fine copper wire I don't know anything about the installation so I

can't really comment about it I mean it's the insulation clearly caught fire

and he said he did a little loop like this okay um there's nothing in that

picture to identify lime is there no so he did a loop like this and he thought

oh something to do with the loop now I don't think it is I don't think it is

I'm working on so he's built these ground radials really ignore the fact

over here as looks like a bit of burning that'll be when he made it okay so

that's fine I love the way he's done these I mean the whole installation

looks tremendous actually and had it not cooked I'm sure he would have been great

really good um you can see where the PE force has fallen down the pole here look

at melted I mean I'm gonna send him another one I don't care whose fault it

is I'll send up some new bits so obviously

on the left-hand side of the picture we're at the top of the 20 meter element

the insulation call because I'd start with I thought oh shit the PE 4 has

absorbed RF had gone up but it sure be it was the 20 meter element so it's the

20 meter element which is over here on the left-hand side of the screen which

caught fire and there's enough of that fire to come all the way out and melt

the PE for a plate I keep trying to adjust you they're not quite sure we

should be I don't know III I don't know what this is and at the very very top of

the screen I'm we think that's the 30 meter element that went through the

plate okay because if you remembered nest of of the elements that go through

the drilled holes it in the plate so I guess once once for know is anything in

here no he said so it's probably something I did he says porch up I don't

he's done anything wrong at all the fire looks like the 20 meter wire and it he

says for 30 meters wires not cool what caused it but he wasn't transmitting on

30 okay oh I did not do a test on 30 meters the 40 meter wire looked fine I

like the idea of parts getting back to me so there we are so and that's so the

and that's his radial field you know he's got the space I mean now this was

gonna be and still is I hope I need to find what wire we use for very high Judy

cycles thousand watts ideally might have to be bare copper okay I mean I I don't

know with an insulator between the bare

copper and the paracord if you know what I mean a full on you know insulator this

perhaps this copper has to be you know a situation at all with a little bend over

and I've been interesting now I'm applying for something called a research

permit in the UK because I need to replicate these dangerous experiments

really and I can't do that 400 watts which is my current license but DX come

on are limited well under my callsign I need to write to Ofcom and all the

people that needs B because I don't particularly want lots of power but I do

need to be able to test things out like this to replicate these experiments and

to find out what would happen for instance if we used bare copper I don't

know I've only burned through two wires in my

life one was a ground radio an elevated radio system that was connected directly

from the insulation to a metal stake that flashed through at our four

kilowatt and I had a bit of d-10 going past at the high current point another

piece of metal and it flashed through there

when the thing is with d-10 once it goes it's gone yeah it breaks snaps gone

whoosh where this was strong enough to keep going keep accepting the power keep

heating up the insulation and off it when what is your experience and how can

we advise this chap other than turn the power down how to stay safe

is it the wire I don't know I am I know I lost right I know I know I know I know

I know and lots that sounds like a that sounds like a song I know I know a lot

but I don't know the answer here all right so someone about to come in

the door and oh no they're not so there we are

good good good story yes but hopefully read the comments below and come up with

your own suggestions please and let's have a debate on the topic ok so I

managed Callum from DX Commander the guy who's responsible for all this in

the first place See you next time

hmmm...
