hi I am a Maurice Kok author of the book the journey of an ascended master and in
this video I'm going to share with you how to overcome performance anxiety
so stay tuned performance anxiety is really about putting the sky too high
for yourself that's what I believe the moment we really set the limits so high
that we have to perform for something and we really have to show them outside
yourself to really do a good job I really believe all this anxiety about
performance or just normal anxiety is really about outside yourself what I
believe is you can overcome this is to really be okay but whatever outcome you
were going to deliver for yourself that will be okay so the moment you are going
to preform you're going upstate for example or shooting a video or whatever
performance you have to do whenever you go out there and you can be totally
okay with yourself that whatever is going on and whatever you're going to do
even when you mess it up totally you screw it up like 100% it is okay for
yourself what someone else thinks about you you don't care the moment you can
get into the state by really being okay with it yourself
you can overcome whatever anxiety you have because anxiety really is about
wanting to have the sky high limit what you put for yourself and for most of all
you want to show yourself to others that your can do this that you can perform
and that you really can do the job what you're up to that you can get up stage
there and that you can show them how good you are but that all doesn't matter
because your world is inside you so the moment you can be okay with
whatever the outcome is the anxiety will flow away this is my answer and this is
what I believe and really it is totally okay for yourself just to be yourself no
matter what you do on stage or on camera or whatever you have to do or want to do

but will not give up "even one inch" of territory,... apparently referring to China's military buildup
on manmade islands in the South China Sea.
Chinese state media report that's what President Xi told U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis
on Wednesday.
The U.S. has held naval exercises in the area amid tensions over the installation of airstrips,
ports, and long-range missiles on the islands.
The talks also reportedly covered the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, a goal both sides
said they share.
