Waching daily Jul 21 2018

Arriving in second position.

All right, top speed, Ant-thony. Let's go!

Proceeding to command position.

I'll be right back, Ant-thony.

All right, guys. I'm in position.

I'm gonna signal the ants.

PAXTON: No, no, no, no, no!

(GRUNTS)

DAVE: Did you see that?

(LAUGHING)

(MUSICAL CAR HORN HONKING)

Assume formation.

All right, you cute little crazies,

let's fry these servers!

(POWERING DOWN)

(GRUNTS)

Let's go get 'em, buddy!

(WHOOPING)

KURT: Servers are fried.

Data backup completely erased.

SCOTT: Heading to the particle chamber.

Hello, Dr. Cross.

My associates have agreed to your terms.

Wonderful.

Mr. Carson introduced me to these fine gentlemen here.

They're representatives of Hydra.

They're not what they were.

They're doing some interesting work.

(CHUCKLING) And I'm enjoying myself.

You tried to hide your technology from me.

And now it's gonna blow up in your face.

(GRUNTS)

Wow.

Wow! I mean, I saw that punch coming a mile away,

but I just figured it'd be all pathetic and weak.

Well, you figured wrong.

PAXTON: I know this van.

Anybody home?

(BOTH SHUSHING)

All right, guys. I'm here.

I'm setting the charges.

Great job, guys. I'll take it from here.

Good boy, Ant-thony.

Final position.

Guys, how we looking on that laser grid?

- KURT: Almost. - DAVE: No, you're not.

- I'm getting close! - No, you're not.

- (BANGING ON DOOR) - PAXTON: San Francisco P.D.!

Out of the van!

I know you're in there!

- Make it go faster. - Dude, seriously.

(BANGING CONTINUES)

Ready to jump. Do you read, Kurt?

So close.

- Okay, hold up! Wait a minute! - Freeze!

There was a black guy that looked exactly like me

who attacked us and put us in the back of this disgusting van.

- Get out of the van! - DAVE: Okay, I'm coming.

Take it easy!

KURT: No, I will not move! Go now!

- Wait! - What? What do you mean, "Wait"?

Phew!

What? What?

DARREN: Hey, little guy.

(LAUGHING)

(GROANS)

What I Got For My 19th Birthday | Jazzy - Duration: 12:39.

I feel like I have lots of pink presents this year...

as usual.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel.

It's been forever since I last filmed a video...

it has been a long time

because I've been mad busy this month

June-July, so busy.

I had lots of things to do, full up with plans

so I had no time to film a video.

Things have settled a bit now, because my holiday is coming up soon

which means I'm going to finish work soon.

Exciting!

I'm going to Greece soon, which is so exciting.

I know it's really late to film this video,

because my birthday is over already.

My birthday was on the 2nd of July, which was over 2 weeks ago

so it's now over.

But... still, I don't want to miss out of filming this video.

I feel like I have to film this video,

I can't just leave it out.

Before I start with this video,

I want to say to everyone that I've

achieved 5,000 subscribers!

which is really good.

I'm so happy that I've achieved 5,000 subscribers,

we're only half away until 10K subscribers

like really?!

I'm really happy and excited about achieving 5,000 subscribers

so, I want to say thank you SO much to everyone

who has supporting me during my YouTube journey

and subscribing to me.

Thank you so much, it means a lot to me.

Thank you, thank you!

I'm so happy.

Today I'm going to film...

What I Got For My 19th Birthday.

I want to thank people who have wished me Happy Birthday

and giving me my presents.

It means a lot to me.

I had such a brilliant 19th birthday,

I know it's only 19, but it has been brilliant.

I have lots of cute presents this year from my family and my friends.

I want to show you all my presents.

Before this video starts, please can you give this video a massive thumb ups

if you like one of my presents.

Don't forget to hit the subscribe button!

I hope you enjoy seeing what I got for my 19th birthday.

Let's get on with the video, woo!

I've been really excited to show you all these presents

because it's like a big present to me.

What's that?

I've finally got business cards for my YouTube...

for people who ask me what is my job, I tell them rest of my jobs,

until I say YouTube, some of the people do not know what a YouTube job is

so I thought it would be for the best to give them my business card

with my YouTube name on it, and my Instagram, Twitter (my social media).

So people can type them up and see my social media.

So... I've finally got business cards after wanting them for a year.

They're expensive to buy,

I got them for my birthday present from my mum, thank you mum!

A boy that I've known for a long time,

he does graphic design so he made a logo for my business card

it took quite a long time because we needed to change the look of it, until I'm happy with it

so we finally confirmed the logo,

and then we got them printed off, I would say like...

968?! I don't know if it's just a number for something else.

But I've got lots of them

so I can give them out to people.

I love the look of it and... they're so pretty.

In the middle, it says my name 'Jazzy Whipps'

which is my YouTube Channel name.

And... with the pink splash because I like pink and the details.

And... there is a kite-shaped round it.

It also says Deaf YouTuber which is cool, something different!

It also has my social media's name - @jazzywhipps.

I will bring them everywhere in my purse

so when I bump into someone, I can give them the card.

I really love this present, one of my favourite presents.

The next present that I got for my 19th is...

the really cute pink shorts with diamonds on them

which I absolutely love.

When I saw those shorts at the shop, I had my eye on them

I thought it's a must to get them

and then my dad asked what I wanted for my birthday

and I thought of those shorts, I've sent him a photo and he went and bought them.

Woo!

So, I can wear them for my holiday

and... because it's been hot in England a lot recently

I feel like England is becoming a hot country

what is happening?!

It's been hot lots recently so I can wear them all the time,

not exactly every day but... most of the time

because they're so pretty.

I'm so happy that I got them, I feel like a little girl again!

The other presents that my best friend bought for me...

two Mac lipsticks

This is what I'm wearing right now.

I love pink lipstick too.

I've got one a little bit dark pink, because I've always have the bright ones.

When I saw this lipgloss, I was like I have to get this.

It's a very bright pink to give my lips a nice look, bold and bigger too.

It reminds me of sweet cake sprinkles.

I absolutely love them.

I love Mac lipsticks, but not the makeup,

I don't know why.

Next up... I have this really pretty and cute Ted Baker purse.

It's not like a normal purse where it has a zip all around

it's like a hold purse.

I love that!

I love the look of it as it's really pretty.

There are my business cards in...

so I can give them out to people

which is easy life.

There is a zip... to put the money in.

And then, all my bank cards etc are in

it's easy to take them out, rather than zipping around.

Finally, all my boring things are in like train tickets etc.

So, I really love this purse, thank you my auntie!

Finally, I've always been wanting a new purse as my purse is ugly, old and wrecked.

So I needed a new one and I finally got one!

I also have these cute makeup things

with my name 'Jazzy' on them.

It says, "Oh well, hello gorgeous! Jazzy".

I love this

because some of you know how much I love looking in the mirror,

so this is perfect for me, it also has the blusher which is extra perfect!

I bring it everywhere with me, thank you mum!

She also got me this lipstick...

with my name on it too.

I love this colour, it's like rose pink but a bit dark.

I wore it on my birthday which makes me look much older!

On my birthday which was on Monday,

my worst day of the week ever.

I went up to London to a place, the circle thing, what is it called?

I forgot what it is called.

I went there for lunch, I'll show you my clip.

It was really pretty there,

and then we were walking around in London to get more drinks and eat my cake.

I had such a good birthday.

The other thing I got is...

A lovely bag!

Again pink, you won't be surprised.

This is such a pretty bag, what is it called, the front bag?

I call it front bag

because it goes on the front like that.

I've become obsessed with a front bag,

rather than holding my bag on the arm or shoulder.

And, also when I get drunk, I lose things easily

I sometimes throw my bag out when I drink,

no, nah, it's not a good idea to bring my bag with me when I drink.

So, this is perfect as it stays on my tummy.

My things have always been safe since I have this bag.

Thank you my grandparents.

I also have a new foundation, it's called Charlotte Tilbury

which is my favourite foundation.

I had the same one but in a darker shade,

but this one is in the lighter shade

it's shade 3, fair pale

rather than having shade 1

because I'm going on holiday so I will get tanned.

That's why I chose the shade a bit darker.

Thank you dad for buying this foundation.

I love this foundation because it covers my spots well,

and I love the look of it on my face, it also doesn't feel heavy or very light.

I just love it.

My best friend Jemma has bought me a voucher for shopping centre

I went shopping with Jemma, I've been looking around and I saw this

bikini which I absolutely love.

The colour is orange/peach, I was like I have to get this bikini.

I love them.

I love the look of these...

such a nice colour, it also has gold cross

I just love them.

Something different.

I bought them with my voucher,

thank you Jemma!

I have a few things left to show you.

I've been obsessed with wearing these shoes

from day one when I got them for my birthday.

I wear them like literally at all times.

I love them.

They're super cute.

A pair of grey sandals, with a cute pom pom on them

which reminds me of a rabbit tail which is super cute.

I love them.

I've been wearing them like everyday

you probably see those shoes on my Instagram.

My favourite shoes.

Thank you mum.

My stepsister Lily has bought me this...

a little cute elephant necklace.

I love wearing it, it's really cute.

Thank you Lily.

My sister has been given me money for my birthday because she doesn't know what to get me

but she also has bought me a cute present

It says pretty little things

so I can put like my earrings or my jewellery in

it looks cute and nice for my bedroom.

Thank you, my sister, Holly.

The last thing I got for my 19th birthday is...

I got new pyjamas but in a full set,

it's for Autumn/Winter

I love the look of them, they're so pretty.

I love the feel of them, silky.

There are pink striped, the light and dark ones.

I really love them, but I won't wear them now because it's too hot.

It has been hot lots recently,

but I will definitely wear them when the weather gets colder.

they look very cosy.

And, also these pjs reminds me of Victoria's Secret

but they're not from there.

It looks like they're from there,

I love Victoria's Secret styles.

Thank you mum, you know me too well.

I have lots of pink things this year definitely... oh well.

I think I have more few cute things, but I don't know where they are.

And, mostly I have money from my family this year,

because they don't know what to get me

and I need more money to save up too.

So, yeah, that's all that I got for my 19th birthday

I hope you enjoyed seeing what I got for my birthday,

if you enjoy it, give this video a massive thumb ups

or like my presents.

Thank you for watching, byeee!

Love you.

How to Think in English and Respond Quickly & Automatically without Translating - Duration: 6:16.

Hi there, Vladimir here with another video about how to think in English

One of the most common questions people ask is

How to think in English

How to respond in English quickly and automatically?

How to respond in English without translating in my head?

And here is the answer

Asking How to think in English, is basically asking

How to learn English?

If you reach a point where you are able to think in English

it means

you've learned the bloody language.

This is it

If you respond in English quickly and automatically

it means

you've mastered the bloody language

If you stop translating in your head

it means

you've mastered English

How to think in English and respond quickly and automatically

is a ridiculous question

It is like asking:

How to respond quickly and automatically

about Quantum physics?

You know

I wanna be able to discuss quantum physics quickly, without much thinking,

What should I do?

I always get stuck when other people talk to me about quantum mechanics

Help me, what should I do?

Ridiculous right?

To have a serious discussion on quantum physics

you need to know quantum physics

I am learning to play chess

I wanna be able to move the pieces faster, without much thinking,

I want my moves to be strong,

fast and strong,

I want to know what my next best move is

Help me?

If you know your next best move

it means

you know chess

How to think in English?

How to stop translating in my head?

how to respond in English quickly, effortlessly, spontaneously, & automatically?

Learn the bloody language, that's how

Every language consists of 4 skills:

reading, listening, writing and speaking

You need to practice all 4

However,

The big question is: which skill is the most efficient

gives you the most bang for your buck

Most teachers say: Speaking

go and talk to people, learn by speaking

It is like saying,

learn quantum physics by giving presentations at international conferences on quantum physics

Learn to play chess by going to chess tournaments,

by playing against chess grandmasters like Anand and Carlsen

It is input before output

Meaningful input, before output

You need to read a boatload of books

before you set foot at an academic conference

You need a lot of input before you go out and talk to people

To think in English and talk to people about quantum physics

you need to read a lot about quantum physics in English

read in English

To think and respond in English quickly and effortlessly about cryptocurrency

you need to read a lot about cryptocurrency In English

Read and of course listen to podcasts or YouTube videos on crypto

not about learning English

not videos about how to think in English

but videos about cryptocurrency

You need to have learned the information in English

in order to think and respond quickly in English

You can't be reading and listening about crypto in your native language

Then learn a few words in English

and expect to think and respond quickly and automatically in English

No, it doesn't work that way

here is your answer to

How to think in English and respond quickly and automatically without translating

You should spend the vast majority of your time reading and listening to English content

books and audio on topics of your choosing,

and spend much less time reading and listening in your native language

which also includes using

monolingual learners dictionaries.

the only way to avoid mental translation is to use monolingual learner's dictionaries

here is your answer once again

The short answer

Read and listen daily to useful and interesting content in English

and use monolingual English learner's dictionaries

That's the short answer

The 200-page answer is in my book Virtually Native

where I explain how to read,

how to practice your listening,

how to use monolingual dictionaries

My book is available on Amazon and virtuallynative.com

She's Toxic | Deadly Women: Quick Hits - Duration: 7:53.

I think it started to drive her crazy there was another woman in Joe's life

love is a game for two when three try to play someone will get hurt an obsessive

white fixates on vengeance and I'll bet she loved every minute

nestled in the foothills of the Rockies helena is Montana's idyllic state

capital the perfect place to escape city life something Michelle gable is

desperate to do in 2008 she suffered from like an environmental disease if

you will and made her very sensitive to any type of chemical smell chemical odor

modern living makes Michelle sick she and husband Joe hoped the mountain air

can improve things some people do have sensitivity to chemicals but in

Michelle's case I think it was quite overblown Michelle used her illness

sensitivity to the environment as a manipulative tool to get what she wants

husband Joe has tried everything but Michele is never happy Michele's

problems seemed to be expanding Jose at a loss what is he gonna do it seems

she's sensitive to not only chemicals but everything

she stayed there for a full year get me ask Joe to come along she just seemed to

be kind of hiding in a house back there and Joe's back home wondering what the

hell's going on but he decides you know what she's been acting a little nutty

anyway so why don't we just leave it be the separation stretches from one year

into two Joe finds a new partner 50 year old Sundy Bennett Sundy was described as

a fun-loving person everybody around her rollin liked her she had a certain

sparkle about her and she is everything that Michelle wasn't

Joe's having the time of his life him in Sunday match made in heaven

Joe thinks his wife has moved on to not so in September 2011 Michele pays a

surprise visit

and she walks right into her old house and Sunday's on the floor sleeping on an

air mattress and Joe's in another room Joe

who's that woman jo spins a story she's just a friend okay

Michelle's unconvinced she's still a little bit disturbed by this

relationship but they're not sleeping together I think it started to drive her

crazy there was another woman in Joe's life

I'm your wife Michelle you don't live here anymore

after two years apart Michelle gable tries to patch things up with husband

Joe

now Michelle's consumed with Joe and she's consumed with Sunday and she's

consumed with the idea that they're together Michelle starts stalking the

couple there's more than love and statement Joe is her only source of

income hi Joe this is Michelle this is the third time that I've called you will

you please call me you sure you told her it's over I keep telling her this that's

the tipping point that pushes Michelle over the edge I'm

Nellie free let's hope so on October 12 2011 Joe and

Sunday settle in for the night but they're not alone at 6 a.m.

Joe awakes to his worst nightmare why is she wandering through the house with two

annuals this woman is prepared to do damage

this woman is prepared to go to war Joe takes two bullets then Michelle goes

after Sunday who tries to escape to the basement

Sunday runs away from her attacker Michelle Sunday at this point has to be

pleading for her life please don't kill me please

but Michelle does what

she unloads another half a dozen rounds Michels claim was self-defense that

she'd shot Joe when he came running at her and the same thing for Sunday Bennet

the only thing really weak about Michelle was her excuse that she did it

in self-defense that is laughable no one buys her story

in January 2013 Michelle gable is found guilty on two counts of first degree

murder

she is in a place where she absolutely belongs Michelle gable always believed

her biggest threat was modern chemicals it turned out to be something far more

old-fashioned jealousy if Michelle gable had put the energy into improving

herself that she put into killing her husband and his girlfriend she could

have really made something out of her life

IMPROVISATION! Disussions et bilan semaine 1/5. Chicago Intensive summer class [English subbed] - Duration: 7:32.

Hello everybody, finally in Chiacgo for this first video

today I have with me the great Damian Veiga. Damian : "Hello Romain"

Thanks for inviting me

so this is a video about what we saw and did in this first week

I propose we sart right away with how the iO theater works

do you want to tell us a bit about it ?

ok, we have classes from monday to thrusday

we have five hours of class everyday, from 11am to 5pm (with one hour break)

it's impressive to see how big improv is here, we're doing kind of a summer camp for improv

there is maybe 90 persons doing it

there is seven classes with 14 people in each of them. Yes I think there is more than a 100 people

we are surrounded by improv everywhere, from the moment we wake up until the night

because after the classes we also have free shows we can go see

and there so much shows every night

like twelve shows each night

we can 2-3 shows in the same night

without even paying for it because it's included with the package

I am just gonna add that we pay 1200 dollars for the five weeks

of this intensive improv class

but with the amount of shows we see freely (because we're student) we economise something like 300 dollars

on the tickets

yes but it's a bit tricky because the thater are not the same as the ones we're used to, we can eat and drink during the shows

and for the really good shows

we still have to pay in advance to be sure to be able to enter the theater

which we didn't have to do yet, we only saw free shows

there are three slots during the week end and two during the week

and in those slots you have fours shows at the same time, for exemple : four shows at 8pm then fours shows at 10pm and during the week end two shows at midnight

it's just completly crazy. Damian : " and that's only in on theater

that is the heart of improv for sure but there are others aswell

like second city, which is like a big improv mall

and there aswell there are a lot of shows at the same time, we're very close to it, we're very lucky

it's completly crazy the importance of improv in Chicago

it's enourmous, there are plenty of theaters, I think 300

the exact number will appear on Damian's face

and a lot of them are professionals

like iO, second city and many others. There is improv every night

there is an app on the appstore where you can see al the shows that will occur everyday

yeah, and to speak a bit about the style of improvisation, from what we've seen so far

it's not exhaustif at all, we're conscient we've only been here for a week and that we only saw 10 shows maybe

and mainly at the iO theater, so we're gonna talk about the shows we saw in iO

so the first thing is the public is very enthousiastic

they have the best in the world, if we comparw with geneva, there are laughters at every joke, even if it's not that good

ther will still be people laughing

so that's a very good point and to talk about the way they do improv, it's less visual than what we do

they talk a lot, it's very dynamic all the time, every 3 seconds you have a punchline and laughters

it's very hard to follow sometimes when we're not used to it

you have punchlines coming to your face every 10 seconds

you still haven't figured out the last and there is a new punchline

they don't play with silences a lot

apart from one of the show we saw which is called "trios", witch a lot of variety and music

we saw a lot forms typical from iO and chicago, like the armando diaz

and

the Harold

of course, which was born in iO. It makes me think that I am preparing a video about the harold

wich will be very detailed. The harold here is not the idea we have of it in Europe

it's something a bit spiritual. But we keep this for later for your video about it

Subscribe ;)

I don't think there is something else to say about the style of improv

I think we'll talk more about it at the end of the five weeks

when we will have seen more improv, for now we've only one week

so let's change subject, we can talk a bit about the city, I said before that there is a lot of improv here

there are a lot of theaters with a lot of different shows

in some of the theaters you only have improv

and it's the same for the standup

the comedy is very well developped here, it's like a central point.

some people also told us about others cities

New York of course, is also very famous for this, but a lot of people who are now famous there started in Chicago

and San Francisco... well all the big cities

Chicago is third biggest city in the USA, so it's normal to have that much comedy here

maybe we can talk about the city a little bit

I find it quite nice, this first experience in the united states is going well

people are very open minded, it's a bit different from Europe

Yeah, I agree

Just to say the next videos in chicago will be more prepared and structured

oh and I just thought about something with iO

each week we have a new teacher, which is nice, and also the intensive is made so that

the people who have never done improv before can do it aswell

it might be a bit fast for them but I think it's doable

It's a good point

for those of you who want to it, you don't need to have ever done improv before, all the classes are mixed with a lot of different levels

the first week we saw all the basics again, yes anding, accept ,etc

which is good for the beginners but sometimes a bit frustrating for us

we would like to play a bit more sometimes

but I'm quite sure the next weeks we will have a lot more time to play and things are gonna accelerate

I agree, and it's nice to have a new teacher every week, with different methods of teaching

it's also very multiculturals, there are people from Poland, from the states

from Canada, Australia, New zealand, and us, the three little swiss

I just had a question for you, what's your experience with playing in english ?

very hard, but it makes us try new things

sometimes we talk too much when we are in Europe, so here we're trying to be more concise

more visual aswell, which is nice. and you?

not a lot to add, I agree, we haven't had any shows yet

but next week it will happen, that's also something very good with the school, you have a lot of opportunities to play in jams or shows

so that's a very good thing

but we will talk about it more in the next videos aswell

it's very impressive, in the jams you have 40 students in the public and all of them want to go on stage

we are surrounded by improv

from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep

I think we will end the video here so that we still have a lot to talk about in the next episodes

thanks for inviting me.

It was a pleasure

rende-vous next week, thanks for watching

subscribe, like and if you have any questions you can post a comment

we will answer to everything

see you soon

Amazon Sponsored Product Tutorial 3: How To Structure for Big Profits - Duration: 11:36.

(upbeat music)

- Hi there.

I'm Jason Katzenback.

- And I'm Cherie Yvette.

Welcome back to the third video in our free training series

teaching you how to gain mastery

over Amazon's sponsored ads.

- If you've not already watched the first two videos

in this series please stop this video

and click the link above to watch those first.

If you have already watched both video one and two,

then please keep watching.

- So far in this series we talked

about the increasing competition on Amazon

and how that affects ad costs,

and how to rank your ad at the top.

- We also talked about how to stay ahead

of the constant algorithm changes

and how to structure your campaign for easier management.

- In today's video, I'm gonna talk about

how to manage your advertising cost

to dominate your category so that no one will want

to compete with your brand.

I'm also gonna teach you how

to quickly optimize your campaigns

based on a metric that I find to be

the key metric to increasing profitability.

- You're gonna wanna pay close attention

and take notes as most people are doing this correctly

and this could very well be the strategy

that you've been looking for to scale to the next level.

(upbeat music)

- [Cherie] This is a map of tombstone in 1881

where the legendary O.K. Corral showdown took place

between Wyatt Earp and the cowboys.

There's two ways to win a showdown on Amazon.

The first is to be the most feared man in town

and when you establish your reputation,

bad men avoid a confrontation with you in the first place.

The second is to be deadly enough

that when you do engage in conflict,

you're the last one standing when the smoke clears.

When it comes to wining the showdown on Amazon

against your fiercest competitors,

you wanna take the long view,

leveraging paid ads to lead the market.

In today's video, I'm gonna show you how

to gain a competitive advantage

by lowering your advertising cost

and increasing your profitability.

This is a screenshot from one of my client accounts

in May of this year.

Now this client had several products

that we've been scaling successfully with advertising,

and we went for about 450K to 850K total sales

in a six month period but in April and May,

our profits started to decline.

Now these are the same numbers in June

and the same exact campaign stats.

I was able to reduce my ad spend by 42,000 a month

and lower our average CPC by a dollar

and hit my target ACOS goals.

The big win that I was able to do

was maintain sales velocity and keep the best seller badge,

lowering our advertising cost.

We sold a little over 800K in the last 30 days.

In the showdown we wanna be aggressive

and capture market share but we're also gonna be strategic.

We aren't gonna invest in keywords

that aren't profitable for our business

regardless of what our competition is doing.

Wyatt Earp was without question

the baddest man on the frontier.

He was known among fellow lawman as a man

that had no quit in him.

He was absolutely fearless.

When you got in a confrontation with Wyatt Earp,

you knew he was gonna finish it.

We're gonna take the same approach

with our bidding strategy.

We're gonna start with the end in mind.

Okay so, you wanna force your competition

to differentiate against your product

rather than compete with you head on.

When you visibly raise the barrier

to entry in your market with aggressive advertising,

your product and category look less interesting

to an inspiring entrepreneur.

When someone is doing product research on Amazon

and looking for an opportunity,

your market dominance will intimidate them,

forcing them differentiate their product

to avoid competing with you directly.

When you establish leadership

in your category through advertising,

you'll drive significant growth in your business.

You'll be consuming market share and sales

at a much faster pace than your closet competitors.

This will in effect make you a category killer.

There's only three numbers that you need to optimize

in your Amazon advertising campaigns for profitability.

You need to understand what your break even CPA is,

your click to sale ratio, and more importantly,

we wanna understand what your Max CPC is.

Okay so here's the first number that you're gonna tackle.

Let's start with our break even CPA.

The break even CPA is the price of your product on Amazon

minus your cost of goods sold.

What's leftover is gonna be the amount

that you can pay to acquire a new customer.

So, this is gonna be the money that you can invest

in advertising to power your business growth.

So for an example, if your Amazon sale price was $24.99

and your cost of goods sold was $12.99,

your Max CPA would be $12.

Okay so now the second thing we're gonna tackle

is our click to sale ratio.

This is a number of clicks that it takes you

with paid advertising to convert a sale.

It's a basic formula.

We're gonna divide our advertising clicks

by our advertising orders and then you're gonna know

what that number is.

So, in the example if you paid for 120 clicks

and you converted 20 to orders,

your click to sale ratio would be six.

In effect it takes you six clicks

on that keyword to convert a sale.

Okay third number is our Max CPC.

This is the golden metric.

This is the metric that slays ACOS

and reduces it rapidly and makes all the numbers

in your campaigns balance out.

You need to calculate the Maximum

that you can pay per click.

Now this is done by dividing our Max CPA

by your click to sale ratio.

So as long as you never let your click price

exceed your Max CPC you're always

gonna break even on your advertising.

So for example, with $12 Max CPA in the previous slide

and a click to sale ratio of six.

Your Max CPC with be $2.

So, the way you wanna leverage this formula

is you wanna cap your bids to lower your ACOS

and reduce your wasted ad spend.

The key to make that happen is when you see a keyword

costing more than your target ACOS

and your campaign performance reports,

simply lower the bid on that keyword and cap it.

The result of this when you manage to your Max CPC

what's gonna happen over time is your campaigns,

your ACOS is gonna go down.

So the one thing to keep in mind is

while Max CPC is fantastic for reducing spend

on keywords that aren't profitable,

we don't wanna set up a Max CPC

on every keyword in our campaign.

We only wanna use it as lever to lower ACOS

on the keywords that are causing us trouble.

So I use a tiered bidding strategy in my campaigns.

So I start my first keywords are what we have reviewed here

in video one and two right.

I bid for rank.

So my first bidding tier is a bid for rank strategy.

I set my bids high and I let my CPC come out, right.

So I put small bets on the keywords

that I think are gonna perform for me based on data

and then I go ahead and uncap those bids,

fight for rank, win market share,

and then I let those bids stay completely uncapped, right.

I'm not putting anything on the keyword.

I'm not trimming it down in any way.

So my uncapped bids drive velocity

and drive sales on my most important keywords

and all of the keywords that drive scale

in my advertising campaigns.

And in my second bidding tier is a break even,

which I just reviewed with you.

At this point, if I have a keyword that's bleeding ACOS

or I have a keyword that doesn't look good in the reports,

I go ahead and cap that bid to my Max CPC

to ensure that it doesn't waste

any of my advertising dollars, and then the third tier,

which is so important in your bidding strategy is just

to pause your keywords.

When you have keywords coming through

that aren't converting to sales,

I usually give a keyword about 10 clicks.

10 clicks to convert to a sale in my average account

and I may push it to 15 if I need to,

but most of the time I can see at 10 clicks

if that keyword is gonna work

in my campaigns to produce velocity.

So, keywords that don't convert to sales, I absolutely pause

and I usually do that a couple times a week.

Just kind of go through my campaigns

and prune out the keywords that are driving up click prices

but not converting to any sales.

So, the key with lowering your cost is

that it's a huge competitive advantage in your business.

By focusing your budget on the keywords

that drive sales and profits with a bid for rank strategy

and then capping your keywords that are not profitable,

your advertising investment will deliver

sustainable business growth.

Okay so this is our final video

in this three part series on sponsored products.

I've enjoyed sharing my strategies on ad rank

and campaign structure and CPC bidding with you,

and the good news is that Amazon advertising is still

in its early years and most sellers are not

leveraging the platform to its full potential.

I've partnered with amazing.com

to teach 12 week live sponsored products boot camp,

so look for emails from Jason this coming week

to learn more about it.

So my final takeaway.

Since you probably know about sponsored product ads

and if you've stayed 'til the end of this series,

it's most likely there's a good chance

that you already active advertising campaigns.

So if you've already invested money in advertising,

you're gonna see the biggest performance improvements

if you do the steps in this video series in reverse.

Three, two, one.

So start out by lowering your bids

on keywords that aren't profitable,

and pause all the keywords in your campaigns

that haven't converted to sales

that have 10 or more clicks.

Next, segment your best performing keywords

from your search term report into single keyword ad groups

set to broaden phrase match.

Then bid for rank on those ad groups,

shooting for the number one position in desktop and mobile.

- Wow Cherie.

That was awesome.

I'm sure that you've made a lot

of gurus very angry with this.

- Thanks, Jason.

I have no doubt that they'll only be mad

until they try it for themselves and see the results.

This information is absolutely incredible,

which is why I want to remind everyone

to make sure you download the training guide

included under the video that outlines exactly

how to determine your Max CPC at the keyword level.

- We have covered a lot in this training series,

but there's a lot more you need to know

in order to run successful and most importantly

profitable Amazon advertising campaigns for your business,

and as you've had the chance to see,

Cherie is the person to learn from.

- In a few days, we'll be releasing video four

and in this special video, we'll tell you more

about the brand new, amazing showdown.

We'll have the opportunity to learn directly from me

how to gain complete mastery over Amazon sponsored products.

You'll get an insider's view on the exact same strategies

I used to achieve 3X business growth for my clients.

- Make sure to download your guide

and remember to keep an eye out

for an important email about the next video.

Have a great day and we'll talk to you soon.

Networking Tutorial #2 - Services - Duration: 9:15.

Hey guys and welcome back to our series about networking

Today will be talking about services

Services are an abstract idea about what is happening on the inside

So in reality, you have a lot of services running at the same time and the service itself is more like a topic of all that stuff there is

So what we see here is a sender, trying to give data to the recipient (Empfänger).

We already know that. That's pretty common. I want to send data to Youtube, so I upload this video. No problem at all

But what happens now isn't like giving Youtube the packages over a certain way directly

But rather I access the services. We will talk about, what services exactly are.

Today I only talk about the abstract form

The service itself is this arrow right here, which...I will just shove it a little bit downwards...normally goes from here to there

So what happens here is, that I am sending data to Youtube, when I am uploading a video

But I don't directly access this channel, but rather, if this channel is a fiber optic cable for example, which I am connected to, I tell a service to broadcast data from one point to an other

And this "from one point to an other" is the so called Access Point. Here in green and here also in green. Sadly not the same size but okay...

And an example for such an Access Point would be the IP. In other words, I tell the Service Access Point "Hey, I want to broadcast data to Youtube"

And youtube.com will be resolved to an IP Address, which will be used to determine where the data's destination physically is

In other word, here is declared, that the next Youtube Server is located in Buxtehude or something like that

And everything is getting broadcasted to there and I don't have to do anymore

I only say where I want the data to be and what the data should be

But I don't have to say what way to go and what to do all the time

All of this is the task of the service and the service is that thing right here

More specifically the orange thing and than that again and so on

There are multiple layers of services, which we will take a closer look at later, no worries

This Service Access Points are always, what will be used to access it, which then provides a certain interface, which we can use to communicate

There are multiple, so called service primitives

We are the service user, the sender and the recipient is also a service user, because he has to say "Hey I broadcasted everything correctly"

Which means he sometimes also is the service user

So this roles always exchange a little bit

What we can do now, is to say, that we have 4 primitives, which would be the request, the indication, the response and the confirmation

So basically it's these 4 things

The request, which could come from the sender for example can assign somebody, for example a service provider to do something

When the service provider will send something back to me, it's called the indication

When I will answer to this again, it's a response

So when the service user responds to the service provider

And a confirmation is when everything is completed

Okay...This is pretty rough. You don't have to remember about all these things. I just thought it wouldn't be to bad if I mention them

We will take a closer look in quite a time and will hear about these 4 things again and get to know about their exact task

Now you can judge such a service how this really works.

We have some criteria. On the one hand the security. But what is the most important thing is the reliability

We will learn about reliable and less reliable services

They don't really have an assessment. So less reliable doesn't have to mean bad, but rather you want a less reliable service sometimes

We will also see, when that's the case

Reliable means, we know that every package will reach the recipient

It could take some time for the package to reach its destination sometimes

For streaming or things like this, it would be pretty annoying if the stream pauses all the time, when a package gets lost

Although you could just skip a frame and be still there normally

If this doesn't happen too often, the viewers wouldn't even recognize the missing frame

So in that case, you more likely want a less reliable service

But in the most cases you want a reliable service, so you can know that the image you loaded on a site really arrived and didn't just partly came through for example

This would be pretty messed up

So...What can happen if it's about reliability?

Reliable means, that we could offset a loss. So if the data couldn't reach it's destination. So this is just ending right here and just goes elsewhere

We don't want that

We can handle with that if instead of one data unit two data units would arrive. So something like that

The same data unit arrives to times, which could happen

We can also handle with two data units, that are intercharged if we just put them in the right order again

We can handle that situation

And when there is something wrong with the bits. Meaning, that if we have transmitted 001. We obviously only transmit bits.

And 101 arrived. Than we would have a wrong bit in the first bit, which means a green pixel couldn't appear as green as used to or something like that

This can be fixed by stating different methods, which we will get to know. No worries

But just to let you know, what really is necessary for a successful reliable service

Meaning, there are a few things we have to watch out for

As I said, the 4 things I told you about. That something gets lost, that two data units arrive, that the order is interchanged or single bit mistakes

Okay, now something about security

I deal with security a lot lately, as I stated a few times

That's why you find things like cryptography here, which you can watch of course. I recommend that a lot

However, what has to be separated passively and actively, so what has to be done regarding the security is the following

When someone is catching up, which could be an Eve for example. He could listen to the channel

You can use encryption against this, which means, everything transmitted here will be encrypted

So Eve can't to something against that

This would be the first part

The second part would be, that this connection is getting interrupted completely by our attacker Eave

So not an Eavesdropper anymore, but a real attacker

And I would like the arrow to go right there... However

Okay... and then, there is an other data stream coming out of here again

Meaning, that Eve is catching up again and says "Hey, transmit 1000€ to me instead of your friend Karl"

And suddenly we have a huge problem, because we donated the money to the wrong guy

Which we don't get back anymore. So Karl would be pretty upset, because we still owe him the money

The next thing is, that Eave could produce some packages, that don't really exist

So Eve is creating some packages and says, that their source is the sender, even they don't really come from the sender

This would be the case if somebody tries to upload some youtube videos, which belong to you and acts like you uploaded them

Wouldn't be to good, but definitely can happen

And the next and last thing would be the oder variety. The sender is sending something and Eave says "I don't want that", so it isn't being uploaded

You need to do something against these 4 kinds of attacks and we will deal with them. Even though I don't know if I will do that in this playlist or in a separate playlist. Just for you to know the attacks.

Okay... I think that's it for this episode. The next time will be about a layer model, which is used nearly everywhere.

So... That's it from my site. Don't forget to like the video, subscribe to the channel and sharing it. Bye

Phoebe Buffay, the Mystery Ingredient of Friends - Duration: 14:45.

"I wish I could, but I don't want to."

Sometimes Phoebe Buffay can feel a little superfluous on Friends,

sort of like the odd friend out.

"I've always felt kind of like an outsider.

You know, the rest of you have these connections that go way back."

Major storylines don't usually revolve around her,

because she never dates anyone in the group

and we only see her live with other friends briefly.

So on one level, it's easy to see Rachel's point

that if anyone were to be phased out of the group,

it would be Phoebe.

"You live far away, you're not related.

You lift right out."

But if you were to take Phoebe out of the show,

the mix just wouldn't work.

Because she's the mystery ingredient that spices things up,

"I am pretty cool."

the salt, if you will.

Phoebe's edgy, layered personality adds complexity to a series that,

in her absence, might border on bland.

"We have it all.

We have crushed, cubed,

and dry -- watch -- ah."

So what is it about Phoebe that ties the whole group together

and adds that extra special magic?

"P as in Phoebe, H as in hoebe,

O as in oebe, E as in ebe,

B as in beebee, and E as in...

'ello there, mate!"

Before we go on, we want to talk a little bit

about this video's sponsor -- Skillshare.

Skillshare is a superb online learning community

with thousands of classes about everything.

Writing, blogging, fashion.

Click the link in the description below

to get 2 months access to all classes for free.

"Smelly cat, smelly cat, what are they feeding you?

Everybody!"

Phoebe is the secret mastermind of the group --

she uses her insights about other characters to pull invisible strings.

"I like to think of myself as the puppet master of the group."

Phoebe the puppet master can be a bit of a troublemaker.

"Tell him who you originally wanted to hook up with that night."

She has a habit of being loose-lipped

"Oh my God!

Monica, he's the stripper from your bachelorette party!"

and even straight up meddling in her friends' personal lives.

"We could set Ross and Rachel up on horrible dates

so they'll realize how good they are together."

Phoebe's interference can have a good or bad immediate effect.

"Oh, no."

Yet Phoebe's friends need her straight-talking and boldness

because she pushes them to confront their true feelings about things.

"It's-it's not negative, it's positive."

"Are you sure?"

"Well, yeah, I lied before.

Now you know how you really feel about it."

She helps Rachel see that she's still in love with Ross,

"If someone I was still in love with was getting married--"

"Still in love with?"

and at another point, she confronts Ross

about his love for Rachel

"Now he's using this three divorces reason because he wants to stay married to her

because he loves her."

She pretends to seduce Chandler to get him to openly admit he's dating Monica.

"I can't have sex with you."

"And why not?"

"Because I'm in love with Monica!"

And in the series finale, her phone call to Rachel --

"Something is wrong with the left phalange."

creates a frenzy on the plane and delays Rachel's flight,

which gives Ross the opportunity to confess his love just in time.

Phoebe seems to take some pleasure in stirring up drama

and then sitting back and watching it play out.

"I don't want to miss the fight."

Like when she uses her friends' lives as material for her book.

"Monic...Marsha and Chester are planning on

seeing a movie Sunday night.

Marsha thinks they're supposed to meet at 6.

Chester thinks it's at 7."

"So you knew we were gonna miss the movie?"

"That's right."

We get the sense that Phoebe is studying these people

and manipulating them far more than we realize.

"You know what the best part of it is?

I get to do my plan laugh."

[LAUGHS]

But even if she creates surface trouble,

in the long run she's helping her friends move closer toward what they truly want.

We can understand Phoebe's role in the friend group

by looking at the triple goddess archetype.

The idea is that there are three female figures --

the maiden, the mother, and the crone.

So on Friends, Rachel would be the naive and beautiful maiden of the group.

Monica is the practical, mature mother figure.

And Phoebe is the wise crone.

"Yeah, I'm very wise, I know."

That's not to say that Phoebe's an old woman,

but that she has world experience, perspective

and insight beyond her years.

"There are children coming into the world in this very building,

and your negative fighting noises are not the first thing they should be hearing."

She sees the big picture more clearly than her friends do.

"You love her, you always have, you have a child together.

There's no right answer."

And for the audience,

Phoebe serves the function of commenting on the other characters.

she points out what's going on with them

even when they can't see it themselves.

"You ate meat!"

"You had sex!"

It's clear that she's always a whole lot of steps ahead of everyone else.

"Rachel's pregnant."

"Oh my God I can't believe it!"

"Holy mother of God!"

"With my child."

"That is brand new information!"

Phoebe's world-wisdom and savvy come from the extreme trauma and tragedy

she experienced in her past.

"My mom had killed herself and my dad had run off.

And I was living in a gremlin with a guy named Cindy

who talked to his hand."

The show makes a joke of how terrible Phoebe's childhood was.

"I lost my mom to suicide."

"Okay, no way, you cannot use that

to get the cute guy and the last blueberry muffin."

"Did I use that already today?

I'm sorry."

But ultimately her edge adds a little more substance to Friends --

she makes this more than just a show about sheltered people

without any exposure to harsh reality.

"I wasn't rich like you guys, okay?

I didn't eat gold and have a flying pony."

How Phoebe has responded to her past is also really important.

Chandler, the other friend with a painful childhood experience,

is still completely emotionally scarred by his parents' divorce.

"When my parents got divorced,

I started using humor as a defense mechanism."

So it's amazing that even though Phoebe's been through much, much worse,

she's made a conscious choice to be open and kind and optimistic.

She still has some hardness to her.

"Someday I'll tell you about the time I stabbed a cop."

"Phoebe!"

"HE STABBED ME FIRST!"

And she's clear about her boundaries.

"If you touch my guitar again,

I'm gonna have to pound on you a little bit."

But she keeps these parts of herself in check.

In the alternate reality episode,

Phoebe's a Wall Street workaholic driven by anger.

"No, no.

I said sell when it hits fifty.

Five-O.

It's a number that comes after four-nine."

So the symbolism is that the Phoebe we know is

defined by her choice not to harden herself by giving in to bitterness,

which would have been very easy given all that she's been through.

"You see that was an actual problem.

And yours is just like, you know, a bunch of, you know, high-school crap

that nobody really gives..."

Phoebe knows what it's like to lose people,

so she really understands the value of relationships.

"My friends are the most important thing in my life."

And while the six friends are all good to each other,

Phoebe also helps people outside of their circle.

"These jerks might not care about you, but the universe does."

Maybe it's because she grew up far less privileged than her friends

that she's a generous do-gooder in the world at large.

"I mean last year I spread a little joy, but not really enough.

So this year I'm gonna do the whole city."

The other five friends are private citizens,

but Phoebe's a world citizen who's driven by her social conscience

and desire to be a good humanitarian.

"Okay, let's start with the free massages at the U.N."

"Oh, it's my new thing.

I figure, 'Bodies at peace make peace.'"

A lot of her storylines are about her determination to make the world better.

"I'm gonna find a selfless good deed.

I'm gonna beat you, you evil genius."

And Phoebe does really hard selfless things,

like being the surrogate for her half brother's babies.

"I know it's gonna be like a million times harder to give up a baby,

but oh my God, it's gonna feel a million times better, right?"

When she can't bring herself to keep the money

that shows up in her bank account accidentally,

what she says tells us a lot about her value system.

"I'd never be able to enjoy it.

It'd be this giant karmic debt."

For Phoebe, good karma and what she puts out into the universe

is far more important than the earthly money or success she receives.

Phoebe is the exception to the rule of upper-middle class ascension

that we see in Friends.

She doesn't really have much career ambition --

she floats between different jobs, and doesn't have that drive

to be the head of her team, the star in a big TV show,

or the well-paid executive.

So she's a refreshing alternative to the assumption

that you need a prestigious, high-powered career

in order to see your life as successful.

"To years of hard work finally paying off."

"And to knowing that your career doesn't mean everything."

The fact that the more mainstream five friends like Phoebe so much

proves that they're more complex and interesting than they might first appear.

And Phoebe leads her more sheltered friends by example.

She helps them be more empathetic, open-minded people.

"I believe this is my mother.

Even if I'm wrong, who cares?

Just be a friend, okay?

Be supportive."

She shows them the power of having strong values

"Honey, you have principles, and I so admire that."

and not caring what anyone thinks of you.

"People were looking at us like we were crazy."

"Why do you care?"

"Because they're people!"

"People that you don't know and will never see again."

She teaches her friends to be more stable and emotionally mature

in the face of personal challenges.

"Alright, you don't have to love each other, okay?

You don't even have to like each other much right now.

But please, you have to figure out a way to be around each other."

It can be easy to underestimate Phoebe because she comes across as an oddball

"No, no.

Stop cleansing my aura."

and a true innocent with her head in the clouds.

"When you said 'the deal with Santa Claus,' you meant?"

"That he doesn't exist."

"Right."

But it's a mistake to confuse her kookiness for a lack of depth.

She's a layered, nuanced person full of contradictions --

she's tough yet flaky,

"That's true, I am flaky."

weird yet wholesome, free-spirited yet firm.

Phoebe's a kind of wildcard.

On the moment-to-moment level,

you never know what exactly is going to come out of her mouth --

"Oh, wait, my grandmother's dead."

and on the deeper level, too, she's ever surprising both others and herself.

"Yeah, I'm a big surprise."

Due to Phoebe's complexity and surface weirdness,

her friends and maybe viewers sometimes miss the fact

that she has normal human needs.

"All I wanted to do was... have dinner with my friends on my birthday."

Phoebe may take pride in being different --

but she comes to see that in many ways she's also the same as everyone else,

and she has to assert that to get her needs taken seriously.

"When we make plans, I expect you to show up.

Okay?

I can't just be a way to kill time till you meet someone better."

When she gets into her first long-term relationship with Mike,

she's surprised to realize that she's really drawn to

traditional family life.

"I had no idea you were so conventional."

"I know.

I guess I am.

Oh my God, load up the Volvo, I want to be a soccer mom."

So when Mike rules out the possibility of marriage,

she has to speak up and explain why this is a deal-breaker for her.

"I haven't exactly had a normal life.

And I never really felt like I was missing out on anything.

But it feels like now it's my turn to have some of the regular stuff."

This is a key moment for Phoebe -- she's coming to terms with the fact

that she wants conventional things, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Earlier in the show, it might seem mysterious

why Phoebe spends all of her time with such mainstream people.

"You're, you know, so...vanilla."

But she values their stability and normalcy,

especially because those things have been missing in most of her life.

What's funny is that for her character, doing the traditional thing

actually is the unexpected choice that pushes her out of her comfort zone.

Despite her flower child persona, the Phoebe we first meet

can be rigid and stuck in her ways.

And while Phoebe's staunchness is often a great thing,

at times it leads her to be too harsh with people

or insist on making a statement when it's not strictly necessary.

"I am mad at you, I know that much."

So Phoebe finally grows

when she learns to be less dogmatic about her moral ideas

and become more flexible.

"And now, you know what,

just because potentially the love of my life

comes back from Russia just for one night

I-I should change my beliefs?

I should change my beliefs!"

So as the essential mystery ingredient of Friends,

Phoebe is the behind-the-scenes mastermind who adds depth to the show,

and helps her friends be better people.

Every time we watch, there's always a new layer to discover

within that one-of-a-kind enigma who is Phoebe Buffay.

"I may play the fool at times but I'm more than a pretty blonde girl

with an ass that won't quit."
