because it's really hard and it's like on its a chunky in there
whose of those four blew my detector lie Oh what is that
woo-loo-loo
that is so cool look how the glitter on it looks like
water so that means a good start
okay it's not lotion kind of it washes pink but it's a good read it's so pretty
it looks really nice laughs Wow I really like how these two colors may cling
together I like this picking y'all got those so book together
I really like those colors together and this is like a dark kind of pink it's
kind of like a little red and pink I really like this so I want a great start
okay I want to pick this one it seems a little heavy so I wonder what it is it
matches with my fishbowl beads wow this is so pretty
whoa I'm so happy for my slide guide this is starting off like a blue beam I
got blue blue glitter with all this full beads and blue blue this kind of reminds
me of the ocean because like the blue ocean
oh yeah and we're really off to a good start so I hope I get something that
will go well if we both have beads and glue I'm gonna choose this one Oh lotion
nose ah this is my destruction that's not washing okay it's not it'll
help arm maybe have to me more dipping up the the lotion and we saw those pink
this is looks this is a nice color I do like this now I wonder what the cause
we're gonna be with redness orange but I really like this Orange then thank you
so good like literally I just wanna just makes myself so I'm gonna stop
I did not like pom-poms Maddie you have a good match the blue looks good to me

lotion in their slides make you like more socks and stuff more stretchy and

【Vlog】NoYoC - In-door shooting range in my home - Duration: 3:21.Hi everyone, I am NoYoC
I'm recording a video
To show you my in-door shooting range
It's not a big area
But it's enough for in-door shooting
Let's go ahead
The shooting range is on the 3rd floor of my home
It's a small space, which length is 8.8 meters
Width is 2 meters
The video will not be so stable
because I don't have a gimbal
Sorry for the inconvenience
The position that you see is my shooting area
The cardboard on the floor means it's 8 meters between the target and the cardboard
Let's see our target
It's just a simple rectangle
The ceiling is T-Bar
It seems the height is low but it's fine if you are standing over here
Let's check our target
Those papers on the floor are the calendar paper
My target is made by the calendar paper
The size of the circles around 1 and 3~4 cm
They are handmade without the tools so the size is not fixed
The target carton was made temporarily, so the appearance is simple
The height was also stacked up by few cartons
The height is about 160 cm
The depth of the target carton is about 40 cm
In order to make this space like an indivisual space
I've used some cloths to split the area
It's just simple to split the area
Just hammer a nail on this side and the other side
Then hang on a line of the iron wire
So the cloth can be supported by the iron wire
However, the cloths will be too heavy if we use it too much
So the middle of the iron wire is hanged on the center of the space
The wall of cloth would not droop like the moon
That would be bad if it happens
And the nails may be dropped due to the weight
The order of the cloths has a bit secret
The cloth can also block the BBs, so it would not spread to anywhere except the space
The wall of cloth is built up by many of the cloths
It must be smooth and the cloth which close to the target must cover on the far one
So the BBs will not go into the cloths easily
Or the gap between the cloths
The focus on the camera has a bit problem but the video should be seen clearly
The cloths which close to the shooting area is fine
Someone may noticed there are 2 weird doors
One of the doors has been removed due to the design
I would try to find a way to make it better look
But it doesn't affect to the shooting range
We can do it later
Let's check the shooting area
I set a cardboard on the shooting area
To mark the range is 8 meters here
The length of the cardboard is 35 cm
The width is 24.5 cm
The range between the front side of the cardboard and the wall of the target carton is 8 meters
It seems the space is good enough because I can still move my body or swing my arms
The target looks like this in 8 meters
It's small
But I feel it's much bigger than the video while standing over here
The space in 8 meters looks good enough
As I mentioned earlier, the depth of the target carton is 40 cm
So I have change the position over here
The range will be 8 meters between me and the target now
Let's check the space again
The space is not enough right now
It may be good for the handgun
If I use the rifle
Especially attached the suppressor
Have to take care of the weapon because the barrel may kiss the wall easily
Okay, this is my in-door shooting range
Actually most of the it were made by my parents
Appreciate their help
So love you~
Hope I can see you in the next video

【 放鬆音樂】2小时钢琴抒情 ,2 Hours Relaxing Piano Music, Instrumental Music - Duration: 2:03:01.The Power of Music To Reduce Stress
The soothing power of music is well-established
It has a unique link to our emotions
so can be an extremely effective stress management tool.
Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect
on our minds and bodies
especially slow, quiet classical music.
This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions
slowing the pulse and heart rate
lowering blood pressure,
and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.
As music can absorb our attention
it acts as a distraction at the same time
it helps to explore emotions
This means it can be a great aid to meditation
helping to prevent the mind wandering.
Musical preference varies widely between individuals
so only you can decide what you like and what is suitable for each mood.
But even if you don't usually listen to classical music
it may be worth giving it a try
when selecting the most calming music.
When people are very stressed
there is a tendency to avoid actively listening to music
Perhaps it feels like a waste of time
not helping to achieve anything.
But as we know,
productivity increases when stress is reduced,
so this is another area where you can gain vast rewards
It just takes a small effort to begin with
To incorporate music into a busy life,
try playing CDs in the car,
or put the radio on when in the bath or shower.
Take portable music with you when walking the dog
or put the stereo on instead of the TV.
Singing (or shouting) along
can also be a great release of tension
and karaoke is very enjoyable
for some extroverts!
Calming music before bedtime
promotes peace and relaxation and helps to induce sleep.

and all of a sudden there was my picture on his van.
Honestly I have to say my first thought was that --
that's a really good picture.

I mean, he could have used a much worse picture.
And the other -- my second thought was the bull's-eye,
the target he put on me wasn't over my face.
It was just down here, like, on my neck and shoulder.
So, you know, I gave him a little bit of credit not really.
-Oh, I gotcha. -Yeah.
But, no, it's -- I mean, look.
This is a very serious time.

Well, the FBI knocked on my door.
-Wow, they really -- They physically knocked on your door.

And frankly we're kind of surprised.
We don't -- We assume that one of the bombs was coming to you

And we can't seem to find it."
And then -- And then the other FBI guy

It was like, "Never miss a chance to burn the post office."

What was your interaction with the pope like?
-I went to the weekly audience,
and then he asked to speak to me privately.
It was an amazing moment,
and I asked him if I could ask him a question.
And he said, "Yes."
And I said, "Do you believe that an economic system
that benefits the few, the wealthy,
at the expense of the many is a sin?"
And he said to me, "Si" in Italian.
And I said, "So you believe capitalism, the kind of --
the capitalism we have now is a sin?"
He goes, "Yes, it is."
He said, "The poor must always come first."
And then he grabbed my hand and he said, "Please, pray for me."
And I said, "I will, and please pray for me."
And he said, "No, you have to make more movies."

-Yeah, do you want to vote right now?
You want to show people how easy it is to vote?
[ Cheers and applause ]
-This is the actual --
the actual ballot for the state of Michigan.
Thank you very much.
-And have you done -- You've done all your research?
-Yeah. Oh, yeah. -Okay.
-And I -- I know everybody on this ballot.
-You know everybody, yes.
-So, uh, I'm gonna vote for Gretchen there for governor.
-Uh-huh. -And, you know,
there are so many women on the ballot.
You'll notice this when you go to vote next week.
Just teachers alone, there are 550 teachers
across the country
that are running for state house or state rep.
-That's really exciting. [ Cheers and applause ]
-It'S an amazing --
While you're voting, I want to say that you --
One of the things you talk about in the film
is how the biggest block of voters are those who don't vote.
More people didn't vote
than voted for either of the candidates.
-It's our largest political party, the non-voters.
Sad -- Sad to say.
-So how do you encourage those?
What is the message you give to the non-voters
to get them out the door this coming Tuesday?
-The thing I -- The thing I say to non-voters is,
actually, I don't think it works to, like, shame them
or wag your finger at them.
I think you should listen to them
and find out why they're not voting.
I'm guessing most people that don't vote, that stay home,
do it because they're just -- they've given up,
the system has failed them.
They don't see any difference between the candidates.
It's the same old hacks running.
And so, they stay home.
But I'm gonna guess that the majority of non-voters
deeply love their country and are deeply patriotic.
And it's got to be very hard for them, Seth,
to stay home and not participate.
And I think they'd love to participate.
And so what I say to them this year is,
there are so many people on the ballot this time
that are not the party hacks.
I mean, there's a -- There's a woman running
for Congress in West Virginia, who she's a chicken farmer.
There's a bus driver, I think it's in Kentucky,
that's running.
There's a librarian where I live that's running.
I mean, these are, like --
You know, there's a lunch lady
that's running somewhere out in the Northwest,
that's running for office.
I mean, like, normal people are running this time.
A lot of them are women.
A lot of them are young people.
And I think my -- if any non-voter is watching this,
I'd say give it a shot just this one time.
Show up just this one time.
I think you'll be surprised by who's on the ballot.
And we can throw all the bastards out.
-There you go. -That's why --
[ Cheers and applause ]
-Now --
-Oh. Prop 1 in Michigan.
-Yeah. -Legalizing marijuana.
-Oh, are you on the fence on this one?
-No, do you want to help me fill this one in?
-It looks like it came filled in.
-[ Laughing ] Yeah! -Yeah.
[ Laughter ]
-The band wanted to vote on this.
[ Laughter ]
No, no. This is all my voting.
Only I have touched this ballot. -All right, good.
-'Cause they're watching in Michigan, and they'll --
-Yeah. -There we go.
Thank you for letting me vote. -So I want to ask about this.
You were here right before the 2016 election.
And you --
Because, again, there's this predicted blue wave.
You were very cautious going into the election.
You actually believed that Donald Trump was gonna win.
You called it -- You called it state by state.
So now I'm give you another chance --
how do you feel about Tuesday?
-Well, I'm not gonna make the mistake that someone else made
on a late-night show a couple nights ago.
-Okay.
-A Democrat. -Yes.
-Who just automatically announced, "We're gonna win."
-Uh-huh. -And it's like,
"My God, that's what happened in 2016."
Everybody was throwing the party for Hillary before the election.
And I think some people stayed home.
I think some people didn't think it was --
Like, everybody said --
Even "The New York Times" on election day in 2016
in that box where they predict...
-Yeah. -...said that there was only
a "15% chance today" of Trump winning the presidency.
-Right. -Okay.
So you got to throw all that out.
You got to quit this kind of predicting nonsense,
and you just got to do your job as a citizen.
Everybody's got to get off the bench this time.
We may not get another time.
He's actually talked about, you know,
"Well, you know, maybe we'll have to postpone an election
because there's these --"
I can't do the voice that you do.
-No, you're doing great. [ Laughter ]
-Okay. This is -- This --
[ Laughter ]
-By the way, you're like the only person who can't do Trump.
-Right? This is you with a cold.
-Okay, yeah. [ Both laugh ]
-But it's -- it's -- People have to --
look, I think, obviously, one of two things can happen.
And I heard Steve Bannon lay out his blueprint
of how they think they're going to win on Tuesday.
And they think they're gonna keep the House by one seat.
And anybody who doesn't trust that,
please remember that Donald Trump outsmarted us.
He outsmarted us in 2016
and won the White House by losing the election.
That takes a certain kind of evil genius to figure that out.
So don't think for a second that, come Tuesday,
they don't have every intention
of holding on to the House and the Senate.
And they are good at what they do.
And you should respect the fact
that they are able to get away with this.
They got away with it with Gore when he won.
We didn't do anything about it.
They got away with it when Hillary won.
We don't do anything about it.
They know us. -Yeah.
-They know we're busy, and we got other things to do.
-[ Laughs ]
-But they are fanatical about this
because they know their time is up.
And sort of the -- the "angry white guy,"
which, actually, I'm really Trump's demographic.
-Yeah. You're a Michigan angry white guy.
-I'm an angry white guy over 50 with a high school education.
[ Laughter ] So that's me.
-Yeah. -So if I could just speak
to my fellow angry white American guys
who are semi-uneducated like me...
[ Laughter ]
Dudes, give it up! [ Laughter ]
We've been running the show for 10,000 years.
[ Cheers and applause ]
It's like -- It's like, we've had a long run
as men running everything.
And, you know, the Yankees could never win as many pennants
as we've won in these 10,000 years as men.
-Right.
-So why don't we just take a break?
Let the majority gender run the show.
-Just for -- yeah. Just to see how it would go.
-What are you scared of?
Women actually like us.
[ Laughter ]
Most of us.
You know? So -- So I just think
there's just this --
Trump is in there trying to whip up,
as you were showing earlier, that all that fear
and all that "Here come the hordes,"
and doing this and that...
It's like, you know, people --
Hopefully, people have not fallen for it, not the majority.
The majority are with us.
The majority believe in the liberal agenda.
Every poll shows this, Seth.
Whether it's climate change, equal pay for women,
raising the minimum wage, the majority of Americans
agree with all those things should happen,
and we've got to trust that and start to feel that
we have the power, but we have to exercise it on Tuesday.
And you got to get five people --
Everyone in here knows five people that doesn't vote.
And we've got to get --
bring five people to the polls with you.
Have a party afterwards. Bring beer.
Do whatever you've got to do,
but let's pack those polling places on Tuesday.
