Então, o que eu digo para as pessoas é que
você não pode provar uma negação. Você não pode dizer:
"Não existem civilizações lá fora
que são menos iluminados do que os humanos",
embora seja, odeio dizer isso, difícil de imaginar.
Mas se existem, então o que você vai
fazer a respeito? Tudo bem, então, vamos
dar mais um passo. - Certo. Digamos
que existem algumas civilizações lá
fora que são, nós consideraríamos, em
nosso universo de dualidade, o qual eu
penso ser falso, malévolas. E
você vai fazer o quê? Ir lá fora
com armas nucleares e explodi-las,
quando elas têm tecnologias um milhão
de anos mais avançadas do que isso? A única
resposta para esse dilema é fazer
exatamente o que nós estamos fazendo desde 1990,
quando eu fundei a iniciativa dos Encontros Imediatos
de Quinto Grau, que é uma proximidade
diplomática iniciada por humanos para essas
civilizações. E é fazer isso
dentro do universo ético do contato
pacífico e paz universal e diálogo.
Agora, há pessoas que querem que
você tenha medo e querem que você gaste
algumas dezenas de trilhões de dólares em armas
no espaço. E, se alguma coisa disso funcionasse...
é como as armas nucleares
com a destruição mútua assegurada,
onde a União Soviética e os EUA poderiam,
de alguma forma, ter uma guerra nuclear e nós
sobreviveríamos, quando foi bem provado
que ninguém na Terra sobreviveria a milhares
de bombas de hidrogênio que são muitas vezes
mais poderosas do que as que foram
lançadas sobre Hiroshima. Então, agora vamos para
algo que é algumas centenas de milhares para
alguns milhões de anos mais avançado
tecnologicamente. E você transforma esses em
sistemas de armas. Você acha que vai
haver mais do que alguns segundos
de sobrevivência? Não.
Então, todo esse questionamento, com
toda a histeria que atende a essa questão, eu
acho que foi fabricado. E eu acho que
há uma razão. As mesmas pessoas que
exploraram o 11 de setembro para invadir o Iraque. -Certo. Agora
nós temos o ISIS. Porque isso beneficiou os
belicistas e os especuladores da guerra na
ordem de trilhões de dólares.
Assim, se você puder também... o aumento no
preço do petróleo que ocorreu no mesmo
período, de 30 dólares por barril até
150 em um dado momento. Então, eu acho que as pessoas
têm que acordar para como é fácil
manipular as pessoas através do medo. Agora,
isso não quer dizer que eu possa provar que
não existem civilizações lá fora
que não estão satisfeitas conosco. Mas vamos
dar mais um passo. E isso
é algo que eu acho que é, eu sei que nós estamos
vivendo um momento supremamente narcisista,
mas, se todos estiverem ouvindo e apenas
visualizem. Você é de outro sistema
estelar. Você pode ou não ter estado
ciente da Terra, mas, de repente, em 1945,
existem essas armas nucleares que
explodem que são fabricadas pelo homem e você detecta a
civilização capaz de destruir
a si própria, mas também começa a entrar no espaço,
nos anos 50 e 60; poderia
destruir outros mundos. Assim, talvez algumas
dessas civilizações disseram: "Ei,
controle da missão, nós temos um problema. E
é chamado seres humanos, que têm
tecnologias que estão muito além dos canhões
e mosquetes e têm a capacidade de
destruir toda a sua biosfera e toda a
vida na Terra, mas também poderia ser uma ameaça
para outros planetas". E eles começam a vir
aqui. Agora, você verá nesse filme, um
