Waching daily May 23 2017

Just drop me off here.

No, let's walk to your place. It's getting late.

Not that late. It's okay. I can find my way back.

You have practice tomorrow, right?

Yes.

Apo, I'll make you some noodles again next time.

Two eggs. You like eggs, don't you?

I'm taking off. Bye.

Go home safely.

Call me.

Why are you looking at my girlfriend?

I'll stop then.

You'd better.

Where are you going?

The dorm is this way

I don't want to go back yet

I'm taking a walk.

I see. I'm going back then.

Hey, wait.

I told you I need to keep you in sight at all times.

I thought you're taking a walk

Too lazy

I'd rather sit still.

You want to swim, don't you?

How about being honest with yourself?

You act like you hate swimming.

You don't understand.

What?

I don't hate swimming.

I just don't want to enter competitions

You're afraid of losing?

No.

Can I have my moment of silence without your annoying questions?

Why did you ask me to come with?

Huh?

What?

Okay. I'll stop talking.

Are you happy?

No.

Now?

Now?

No.

Now?

You like to swim very much, right?

Go swim then.

No! Waii! I'm sorry.

Mai.

Hello, Mai?

You're not eating. Are you full?

Excuse me.

Do you know where the toilets are?

Bell?

Wan?

What are you doing here?

I'm waiting for my girlfriend.

She lives around here.

When I saw you earlier, I thought you've changed so much.

Seeing you now makes me realize you're still the same girl.

Why? How have I changed?

You are much more beautiful.

You wore these thick glasses when we're in junior high.

You came to school without any makeup on.

Well, a person should improve over time.

I'm glad to see you cuter and stronger.

It's been a long time.

Where are you going?

Hi, kitty.

Isn't she cute?

Hold this for me?

I'm tired.

Turn around.

Why?

Turn around.

Why?

If not, I'll tell Waii.

You're heavy.

Keep going.

A servant does not talk much.

What are you doing?

The swimmers aren't nice.

You don't like them?

No. They like to bully the weaker ones

Why don't you stop them?

Why would I do that?

It's better to take pictures as evidence and get them later.

What you've done…

is it for the greater good or for your personal satisfaction?

Even if I explained to you, you wouldn't understand.

The toilets are over there.

I forgot!

I'm going. Bye.

Waii, instead of coming here, why don't you call a doctor?

He's my brother. I need to see him.

Who is he with?

I don't care. Stop asking

Something may seem impossible until you start taking action.

What are you doing?

I'm not here to help you.

I just want to talk to you.

Kan!

Waii!

Can you act like a father for once?

You don't know what love is.

(Episode 118)

What's with your stuck-up attitude?

You're bossing me around

because you're my older sister now?

That's rather offensive.

I never did such a thing.

And I don't want a younger sister like you, either.

Excuse me?

Say that again.

Bitna.

You crossed the line with Eunsu.

Apologize to her right now.

Dad.

Why are you butting in when you know nothing?

I pointed out her mistake as her boss.

I heard the gist of it.

You can't get into emotional conflicts at work.

This isn't like you, Bitna.

Whose side are you on right now?

I'm your daughter.

I'm sorry, but I'll get going.

Bitna.

I'm not taking anyone's side right now.

I'm pointing out your mistake as your dad.

You don't know how I feel.

No. You'll never know how I feel.

- Does it feel good? / - Yes, it does.

Oh, come on.

Stop crying.

Your tears won't change your mom's mind.

I know, because 30 years ago,

I went through what you're going through now.

I suffered a lot, as they disapproved of my fiance.

You shouldn't be lying here crying.

It's time for a powerful measure.

Tell them you're pregnant.

What can you do? That's the only way.

Be smart about this.

Recipient unavailable.

How odd.

She hasn't answered the phone all day.

Why are you on your phone all day

instead of working?

It's so weird. She's not answering.

Rice Cake must've finally come to her senses.

It looks like she's smart enough to take the hint.

What are you talking about?

Is that a rhetorical question?

Rice Cake has decided to split up with you.

Did you go see Sumin?

Yes.

Hyemi!

The kids are sleeping.

What did you say to her?

Why did you lie?

About what?

You said her parents gave you VIP treatment.

Good grief.

It turns out they're adamantly opposed, too.

They?

What? You met Sumin's parents?

Her mom came to the clinic, too, and was

foaming at the mouth about her disapproval.

As if. What's wrong with my brother, anyway?

Let's be reasonable here.

Would Sumin's parents want her

marrying a guy with 2 kids?

Aren't you embarrassed by what

Rice Cake does for a living?

Although mom and dad passed away,

our family has an illustrious history.

If they were alive,

you couldn't even have thought of marrying her.

Anyway, hurry up and get over her, too.

One thing I like about her is that she's not clingy.

Bitna.

I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings.

But I certainly don't hate you.

I'd like you to know that.

Yes, grandma.

Why haven't you called?

Sorry. I was frazzled with this and that.

I hurt myself yesterday, but you didn't call.

I'm upset.

Yesterday?

Where? Where did you get hurt?

I threw out my back slightly.

Your dad rushed over in the middle of dinner,

but you didn't hear?

I'm back.

Oh, hi.

Is she sleeping?

Yes, I think so.

Your wife isn't back yet.

I see.

You should go to bed, too.

Okay.

Did something happen with Bitna?

Did you talk to her?

She's having trouble coping with my remarriage.

Of course.

Bitna is very sensitive.

She seemed upset that you left

in the middle of dinner yesterday.

I'm sorry.

I should've given Bitna a better explanation.

I won't forgive you

if you hurt Bitna

to find your own happiness.

Got it?

Yes. Good night.

Oh? You're home.

- You're just getting in? / - Yes.

Let's go in.

Isn't the food too bland these days?

Is it?

I haven't tasted it yet.

Yes. This is way too bland.

I'll bring you salt.

Anyone else?

Oh, I'm fine.

Salt is bad for your health.

Hey, Eunsu,

are you making the food blander on purpose?

Um... Yes.

I figured salt wouldn't be good for Bitna.

Thank you, Eunsu.

Very well then.

We should be accommodating,

since this is for Bitna's sake.

Um...

I have something to tell you.

Oh, geez. I feel sick.

I'm full. I should stop eating.

Aunt Sunjeong, please sit down.

What is it?

Right. So you changed your mind, right?

You won't marry him, right?

I'm pregnant.

I'm having twins.

What? What did you say?

Say that again.

I'm pregnant.

I'm carrying Hyeongsik's babies.

- Mom, mom. / - Mother, mother.

Is she okay?

Are you okay?

Is it true about Sumin?

I was really shocked at first.

I didn't know that smart cookie would do this.

So you knew?

Yes.

Then you must've known, too.

Yes.

You wouldn't have changed the food just for me.

Bitna, this isn't the time for this.

She was helping both of you...

Enough. Be quiet.

Mom's okay.

I'm sorry, dad.

Yoon Sumin,

is what you said all true?

Yes.

I'm 7 weeks along.

I'm having twins.

Oh. So that's why you've been eating so much.

You don't have morning sickness?

No, I don't.

Dad, Hyeongsik and I are in this together now.

I'm very, very sorry,

but please give us your blessing.

We'll do our best and live well.

Please have faith in me for once.

It's late.

Everyone, get to work.

How can you do this?

Asking for our blessing after getting knocked up?

Is this how you really are?

Suhyeon,

have you ever taken an interest in my life?

But now you want to play big brother?

Even during Bitna's fiasco,

I stayed neutral.

So don't say a thing, and just stay quiet.

Hey, Yoon Sumin.

Why haven't you two done anything?

Didn't you know this would happen?

Do you think this was easy on us?

We threatened, coaxed, and so on.

You know nothing, so stop blaming us.

Hey, Yoon Suho!

Please calm down, everyone.

Shouldn't we all get ready for work?

Yelling at each other here won't help.

Get to work.

You're up?

Where's Sumin?

She went to work.

What?

How could you let her go?

She's over 30. Do we lock her up?

And work is work.

She runs amok

because you're like this.

I should go right now and...

Stay here.

Where will you go looking like that?

Then what I will I do?

Oh, my. Oh, my. What a mess.

How can Sumin do this to me?

Because you always put our sons first,

I went out of my way for Sumin,

thinking at least I should look out for her.

So she can't do this to me.

Pregnant?

How can that smart cookie be pregnant?

So that baby dream I had was about her babies...

Goodness me. What's wrong with me?

What's wrong with me?

I think I've been wrong.

This isn't the time to point fingers.

We must make her change her mind.

She has twins.

What can we do, now that she's pregnant?

Those twins aren't my grandchildren.

Then what will we do?

We must stop her!

We must stop her, no matter what!

Hello? Sumin.

I'm sorry. You were worried, right?

Of course I was.

What happened?

My mom confiscated my phone

and even grounded me.

So what happened?

Aunt Sunjeong got my phone back for me,

and I'm at work now.

So are things okay?

No.

I told my family I was pregnant with twins.

But...

Don't cry.

I'm so upset that

our twins aren't being welcomed

and are treated like a problem.

It's so very upsetting.

I'm sorry, Sumin.

I'll head over right now.

No, no.

Tomorrow is your deadline.

And I have to see my patients.

I also have a surgery today.

I'm sorry. I'm sorry about everything.

No. I'm sorrier.

Dr. Yoon,

you have a patient.

Okay.

Hyeongsik, I have a patient.

Hang in there.

Are you going somewhere?

Why sit around and do nothing?

I'm going to the chili pepper field.

There's no field in the middle of Seoul.

There's a communal vegetable patch

in front of the welfare center.

I'm off to set up poles before the soil hardens.

You can just buy chili peppers.

Why go to all that trouble?

Store-bought ones are doused in pesticides.

Do you know how tough chili pepper farming is?

Then just buy the organic variety.

I'm off.

Whatever. Always making more work for yourself.

Good grief.

I'll just watch TV.

Okay. The poles for the chili peppers are all set.

Now let's plant the lettuce

and do some serious weeding.

- Okay. / - Let's do this.

There's a lot of weeding to do.

Why are you here?

I came out for a walk.

Enjoy your walk then.

Is it doable?

It's better than lazing around at home.

Get out of the way.

If you're out for a walk,

why are you bothering me while I work?

Shall I give it a go, too?

Really?

But that outfit won't do.

Have you farmed before?

I've never gotten a speck of dirt under my nails.

Then why are you so good?

You have a green thumb.

I choose not to do it,

but if I would set my mind to it,

I could take care of this whole patch.

We have ourselves a natural-born farmer.

Yes?

Dr. Kim, you have a visitor.

Hello.

Eunho.

I hope it's not a bad time.

No. Come sit down.

Thank you.

No one is here, since it's lunchtime.

Have you eaten?

No.

Then shall we go out for lunch?

What do you like?

Suho.

Suhyeon.

Where's dad?

He didn't come in today.

He must still be in shock.

What a headache.

Have you eaten? Want stew?

No. I ate a little something.

I have something to run by you.

Okay. Sit down.

What is it?

I did a lot of thinking after seeing

how you've been working hard here,

developing new dishes

and launching new products.

I had only thought of you as our family's baby.

I'd like to put you in charge of the premium line.

Really?

Yes.

Wow. What's gotten into you?

It's your fault, too, that I saw you

as just the baby of the family.

You only grew up after meeting Eunsu.

I admit that.

Any good ideas for the premium line?

Well...

I thought of something while I was studying.

I don't know what you'll think,

but I do have one idea.

What is it?

Aging doenjang like whiskey.

2- to 3-year-old doenjang tastes the best,

but we'll sell 2-year-old, 5-year-old,

and 10-year-old doenjang.

5- and 10-year-old doenjang is dark

and doesn't tastes as good,

but it has enhanced medicinal properties.

Really?

Yes.

Doenjang can be used to flavor food,

but it can be also used as medicine.

I'm thinking that would be a way

to differentiate the premium and commercial lines.

Dad.

Sit down.

What brings you here?

You said you never wanted to come here.

Sumin.

I'm sorry.

Pardon?

I did a lot of thinking

about what you said.

I favored Suhyeon and Suho over you.

I also didn't have faith in you

when you opened this urology clinic.

I'm sorry about all that.

Dad.

But it's not because I didn't love you.

I love and cared about you so much

that I couldn't even trust you.

I'm sorry, too.

No, I'm sorry.

However...

Sumin,

I can't support you on this.

Dad.

No matter how I look at it,

it's too big a burden for you to take on.

Do you think you can be a good mother to them?

I can do it.

I'm determined to do well.

No.

It's not as easy as you think.

Look at me. It's difficult

to understand our own kids,

so it's harder than you think

to understand and care for someone else's kids.

I know that.

But despite that,

I've decided to do it.

If I hadn't chosen this,

I wouldn't have told you and mom.

Sumin,

please back down just this once.

No, I can't do that.

Okay. You take care, too.

Yes. Have a good one.

Bye.

- Hyemi. / - Yes?

You did have a fight.

Your husband wants you

to stop being angry and come home.

How can I go home right now?

It looks like Sumin's family treats you terribly.

That's not true.

Mom and dad would weep in their graves

if they saw what you were being subjected to.

I'm resolute when I have to be.

Stop lying.

You were never stubborn, even when you were little.

So I always cleaned up your messes,

because you let people walk all over you.

No one is walking all over me.

Leave this to me.

I'll take care of everything.

Geez. Enough already.

Excuse me?

I'm sorry.

Anyway, stop taking out your anger

toward your husband on me.

What?

I'm not a child anymore.

Anyway, your husband is worried,

so go home.

What in the world?

Good grief.

- Enjoy. / - Thank you.

Oh, my.

Oh?

We must've communicated telepathically.

We must have.

I was somehow drawn to this shirt.

Me, too.

Let's go on our date now.

Just a moment.

I'm waiting for a friend who'll tend the cafe.

We'll wait then.

What are we doing today, anyway?

I haven't gone on a date in a long time,

so I thought about it a lot,

but since it's nice out,

maybe we could take a walk in the park.

I enjoy walking a lot.

You do?

Oh, no.

I wore stilettos to make

my legs look nice.

I'm late, right?

I was with a client.

- Hello. / - Oh, hello.

It's okay.

You can close at 6:00.

Okay.

Enjoy your date.

Okay. Shall we?

Let's go.

Thank you.

My goodness. Everyone's found a mate.

Thank you.

What's gotten into you,

making coffee for all of us?

Lose the prejudice that male bosses

make female staffers get them coffee.

Men can make good coffee, too.

So many baristas are men.

I think it tastes better because you made it.

Really?

Oh, hi, Yerin.

A blind date?

What's he like?

Hey, that won't do.

Isn't he sort of a dud?

He falls way short of the men I've dated.

I'd like a Hanguk University graduate

who makes $80,000 a year

and drives an imported car.

My ex?

He was a Hanguk University graduate

studying for the civil service exam.

And he was handsome.

Forget about it.

I'd rather get back together with my ex.

Okay.

Your ex went to Hanguk University?

Yes.

And studied for the civil service exam?

Yes.

He was very similar to my Eunho,

including the good looks.

But will you really get back together with him?

Yes. I plan to do that.

Better the devil you know, right?

It could be better than dating

someone new who's not all that.

Hurry up. Don't nurse your coffees.

Ah, it's hot. It's hot.

Darn it.

Eunsu,

would you stop by the clinic later?

Yes?

- Hello. / - Hi, Eunsu.

I'm sorry I asked you to come all this way.

Don't be sorry. It's on my way home.

What is this regarding?

Oh. Here.

These are vitamins for Suhyeon and Suho,

and bracelets for you and Bitna.

I don't know if you'll like them.

You shouldn't have.

May I take a look?

Of course.

I left the receipt in there, so exchange it

if you don't like it.

Wow. It's so pretty.

I love it.

Thank you.

And I'll give the men their vitamins.

Okay.

I'd like to give the bracelet to Bitna in person,

but I'll ask that you explain to her.

Okay. I'll get it to Bitna.

Mom is doing well, right?

Of course.

Visit us more often.

I will.

Thank you.

Bitna.

Here.

What is it?

I just stopped by the clinic.

These are from your father.

Bracelets for us and vitamins for our husbands.

Bracelets for us?

They're identical.

Oh... Yes.

He must have gotten them together.

Why did he call you?

Don't you suppose

it's because of what happened?

You two are still...

Isn't that why he shouldn't have you bring this?

I don't know what your father's thinking, either.

Just call him to thank him for the gift.

So you must be happy.

Pardon?

You must be happy to get the same gift

as me, his real daughter.

I'm thankful for the gift.

Don't delude yourself that you're my dad's daughter.

My dad is just nice to everyone.

How dare you come home?

Get out! Get out!

Mom!

Mom?

Do you even consider me your mom?

If you had an iota of respect for me as your mom,

you wouldn't have done this.

I didn't do this to cause you grief.

Please don't be like this.

Don't think for a moment I'll permit your marriage

because you're pregnant.

I never used our babies to get your permission.

I only came clean about my situation.

Our babies?

Yes. Our babies.

Hyeongsik's and my babies.

Ow...

Mother. Mother.

I don't want our babies being treated

like a burden, like some awful calamity

for a moment longer.

Fine.

Then get out of this house. Get out!

Mother.

Get out of this house.

Mother, you'll collapse at this rate!

- Mother. / - Let go!

If you support her,

I'll kick you out of the house, too!

Leave that alone!

It's through between you and me.

I won't ever see you again.

Fine.

I didn't know you were like this.

I won't see you again, either!

Hey!

A CASTLE IN MEXICO?! | Eileen Aldis - Duration: 3:20.

Hi guys!

This video is about something I was not expecting to find in Mexico City…

a castle!

Chapultepec Castle or Castillo de Chapultepec

and the funny thing is I'd actually seen this castle before

without realizing it and you may have too.

It was used as a set in Baz Luhrmann's 1996 movie Romeo & Juliet

starring Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCaprio and if you watch the movie

you'll see it's used as the Capulet mansion.

The location of the castle has been a site of special significance for a very long time.

It was a sacred place for the Aztecs and its name Chapultepec actually comes from the Aztec language

and it means 'grasshopper hill'.

So because of that you'll see a lot of images of grasshoppers represented throughout the site.

The site has been home to different buildings with different purposes throughout its long history.

It's been a military academy, presidential home, of course a royal residence as well as an observatory

and now it's the National Museum of History.

It's the only castle in North America ever actually used as a royal home.

It was the residence of Habsburg Emperor Maximilian I and his wife Empress Carlota

and at that time it was located on the outskirts of Mexico City.

And so Maximilian ordered a large European-style boulevard that would connect his home,

Chapultepec Castle with the center of Mexico City.

That is now known as Paseo de la Reforma.

It's beautiful and you can get a great view of it from the castle.

Construction of the castle began in 1775

and in 1806 it was purchased by Mexico City's municipal government

It was mostly abandoned during the Mexican War of Independence but then rose to prominence again

with the story that is now probably the most famous event to have taken place there.

The Niños Héroes or Hero Children.

This was a small group of boys who are said to have defended the castle against the United States

during the Battle of Chapultepec on September 13, 1847 during the Mexican-American War.

The Hero Children are now honoured throughout the grounds of the castle with sculptures

and a commemorative mural.

Besides the beauty of the castle itself, there are lovely gardens and grounds.

You get fantastic views of the city and park surrounding.

And of course because the National Museum of History is there,

there are also historical artifacts and furnishings that I really enjoyed seeing.

Chapultepec Castle took me by complete surprise

and it's now one of the top things I would recommend seeing in Mexico City.

And where it's located, Chapultepec Park, was also a real favourite of mine.

I recommend going on a weekend if you can, especially on a Sunday.

That is when the park truly comes to life with people out enjoying boat rides,

food vendors, just out in the sunshine enjoying the green space.

I hope that you enjoyed learning more about Castillo de Chapultepec.

North America's only ever official royal residence

and if you haven't already please subscribe to my channel for more travel videos

and I'll see you in my next one.

Sit properly.

How? Like this?

No! Sit straight.

I'd like to watch…

Watch what?

Here we are.

Can I borrow your bike?

Again? You borrow it every day.

So we can go home together.

It's so hot today I could melt.

Fine.

I'll return the bike this evening and you can give me a ride home.

Okay.

Strip him.

Sure.

Be still. Don't you dare.

Take off his pants.

Throw him into the pool.

Go!

Come here.

Pan.

You are flashing us

I'm sorry.

Now tell me who that girl is.

Who are you talking about?

What do you want?

That cute girl who rode your bike.

You were spying on me?

Is she your girlfriend?

No.

But you give me a ride every day.

If not a girlfriend, then who?

Why do I have to tell you?

You want to know why, huh?

You wouldn't want anyone to find out

what you stole from Coach Tee's folder, would you?

What did you steal?

Spill it.

Now will you answer me?

Her name is Namkhaeng.

We live close to each other.

Our schools are close to each other.

That's it. There's nothing to it

You don't like her?

Why do you want to know about her?

Put and I are not interested but Pan is.

You must help me.

Tell me what you need.

I'm so cold and I want to get out.

Good boy. That's it.

You're free to leave.

I don't know how to swim.

We've been walking for so long.

Take a rest. Come here.

Fine.

Don't you think we've visited the running club too often lately?

Or do you come to see…?

See what?

I'm here for work.

Last time the guy got hurt.

If he hadn't, we wouldn't have come.

You're here to see Min.

I'm here for work.

Sure.

Please sit next to each other.

You're here because you miss me?

Yes, I miss you.

Wan also misses the club president.

You're here to see the club president?

Yes. I want to talk about the club.

So, how is he?

He's fine.

But the accident that day…

It just so happens that I am the club president.

Really? So cool.

What about Min?

He quit the club to recuperate.

His injury is that bad?

He cannot run for a while

Where are you going?

I'm going to buy more snacks.

You can have this one.

You're not so tough like the other day, Tootsie.

I am not.

I'm sure I see you in drag.

Leave me alone, will you?

How can I?

You did a number on me.

What are you talking about?

I saw some snacks on Waii's locker

and shampoo spilled in front of mine.

What do you have to say for yourself?

I'm sorry.

Say it to Waii.

Please don't tell P'Waii, I'm begging you.

I'll do anything.

Anything?

Anything that I am capable of.

Don't worry.

You are capable of this one.

The sun is so bright.

My skin will be dark.

But it may not be as dark as someone's heart.

She must have eaten mud.

Mud can't even compare.

I don't get those who are gunning for others.

If I were one of those, I wouldn't dare show my face anywhere.

I'd be so embarrassed.

You're right.

Do I owe you an apology?

I don't think so.

People here are out to get me anyway.

Take 'serves you right' instead.

It hurts badly.

It was satisfying, though

Come down.

Hey!

What is your responsibility and have you finished?

Not yet. I'm sorry.

What are you doing?

It's my business anyway.

This is the swimming club.

Non-members are not allowed.

Haven't you seen the announcement?

Maybe you haven't seen the announcement

Going forward, the student body allows other clubs to use the pool.

Effective today. Take a look.

If you need some time to try to understand it

you can keep it. Take as long as you need.

I have many copies. This one is yours.

Get out.

Get the hell out.

I don't need to. I am authorized to be here.

I don't care

If there's a problem, get the Rector here.

You have a problem, not me.

President of the swimming club hasn't won any medals for a year.

Why do you need the pool then? To practice your pose late at night?

Don't talk about things you don't know.

Then, say it.

Waii!

You will start using the pool today?

Can I ask you to finish within half an hour?

We have to practice.

You got it, Coach.

But on the event day, we will need to use the pool for a full day.

That's too much!

Just a couple of months.

Within the next month, the uni will see the team captain perform.

The team captain has a duty to protect the club.

Thank you.

What are you doing?

If you want a photo, just ask. Don't act like a creep.

You're done creating a mess?

Take it all you want.

Smile.

I'm not here because of the head of the swimming team.

Are you here to see me?

Do you know that I'm with the swimming team now?

You?

Don't act so innocent.

If you don't want to be known as a girl who pesters, stop following me.

Who?

You!

I'm not pestering. I'm working.

Pestering someone is not cool.

Can't you hear me? I'm working.

Work?

When a girl is not willing to have her photos taken, but you do it anyway,

it's not okay, you know?

You totally underestimate my skills.

Look! How's that?

This one could make you a net idol.

So cute.

I would totally want you as my girlfriend.

This is not funny.

I'm leaving

Stop coming to the pool.

I'm here for work. Haven't you listened?

Coach told me to stay at the dorm in case we have early practice.

Fay, why didn't you tell me you'd come?

I'm here to see Apo, not you.

How To Make Pierogi [Kult America] - Duration: 6:45.

Pierogi are synonymous with Polish culture.

So on today's episode of Kult America we are with Polish Your Cooking

to learn how to cook pierogi, including my favorite - pierogi kresowe.

Today I went to a really really cool cooking school called Polish Your Cooking.

Hello, my name's Michał Piosik and I'm the head chef of Polish Your Cooking.

We're a cooking school, where we teach foreigners polish cuisine,

and Poles international cuisines.

I've been cooking since I was a little kid with my mom

and then I went along the beaten path of corporate world.

I got sick of it and I started my own cooking school.

Today with Ryan we made the kresowe pieorgi, which have buckwheat,

cheese and a few spices, such as salt, pepper and mint.

I've always really liked pieorgi, but over a year ago

I discovered pieorgi kresowe in my favorite restaurant in the world Cuda Wianki.

Two plates of pierogi kresowe, please.

It became kind of an obsession of mine, so I really wanted to actually see

what goes inside of these pierogi, how it's made.

Today I had the added benefit of learning about other pierogi,

but my heart goes to the pierogi kresowe.

I didn't expect it to be any fun, because for me cooking is not very fun, I prefer eating.

Well done!

Success!

But I won't lie, the chef was brilliant, he was charismatic, he was kind, he was charming.

Welcome!

So this is your kitchen?

It is, we're gonna cook today, but before we do

there's something for you.

Attire!

So the concept of pierogi comes from China.

Allegedly, Marco Polo brought them to Europe.

To Poland they came from Rus' Kijowska, which is today's land of Ukraine.

And that's why we call our pierogi ruskie.

So we started with the dough, you heat up the water, you put some butter in it and salt,

you mix it with flour and set it aside for a couple of minutes.

Then you have the time to prepare the stuffings.

We cut some onion, we fried onion with garlic,

and yeah, we spiced up the stuffings with salt, pepper, herbal pepper and mint, and paprika.

And as if Michał's cooking skills weren't enough,

he also had all these little life hacks that a bum like me would not realize.

So you can see the cutting boards usually have the handle

and we can put all the onion through the handle,

so it doesn't spread out

through the entire kitchen.

Another kitchen hack - once this part is dirty,

and we don't want to clean it, we just flip over.

Ta-da!

The key hack with the garlic, we just gonna crack the garlic with a knife

and then it's very easy to peel it.

Oh cool!

And then he showed off a little bit, actually, I'm not going to lie, you know,

he let me kind of do my thing and "yeah Ryan, you did a good job!

Good effort!"

But then he took of the knife and he was like

*fast knife sounds",

chopping up this onion.

He was frying the lard and the bacon, and the onions, you know, like from a movie.

That's how I felt when I was watching.

I was like 'Holly shit, this is like from one of those cooking shows right now".

And then once the stuffing were ready we basically formed the pierogi.

So first you have to knead the dough, then you have to spread the dough

until it's really-really thin, curve out some circles,

and then form the pierogi, and of corse decorate them.

So the quickest thing to knead the dough would be to fold it and squeeze it like this.

So squeeze it, fold it, fold it again, and squeeze it.

We started with the dough, not a great complex thing, so he managed,

but then, when it came to folding we had some trouble.

Fold it over, squish it, yeah, like that?

Actually you were more squishing it on the table.

Doing good, doing good.

You press the glass against the table.

Okay, so we're gonna start with your favorite ones - the kresowe.

You grab it like a taco, like this,

then you put your finger on top like that,

and then start pinching together these edges

really strong so they stick together.

Looks pretty good, actually.

I think my absolute favorite part of the coking process for pierogi

was when Michał was showing me the decorations.

For example my mom, she would do it like this.

Put two fingers under the edge and with the top finger make like a v-shape,

and then press it together.

It was actually kind of absurd to me that a person could put that much work

into making a dumpling and then take the extra time to meticulously decorate it.

That says a lot about the compassion of a polish person who's cooking.

If you love your family a little bit less you use the "lazy dad" technique or..

You just take a fork and just pinch it all the way around with the fork.

We made four types, we've got the fruit ones, the kresowe ones, the meat ones, and the ruskie ones.

So we are getting closer to eating these pierogi.

Yes, we are.

What we gonna do is we gonna line the pierogi up on our spatulas like this

and then we gonna slowly slide them down in boiling water.

And then finally the best part happened.

We all ate pierogi together.

Alright, these pieorgi are seriously, seriously good.

If you want to teach your friends how to make pierogi, please share this with them,

subscribe to Kult America, and if you're coming to Warsaw,

let us know, we'll hook you up with Michał and his service Polish Your Cooking

and you can come here and learn

how to be an absolute boss of polish cooking.

Not only pierogi, but all the polish food.

So thank you Michał!

Thank you!

See you again sometimes.

Mayan Calendar Prophecy May 2017 Enlightened Unity Consciousness - Duration: 5:14.

Mayan Calendar Prophecy - May 2017 - Enlightened Unity Consciousness

by Morag,

The Age of Aquarius, of Awakening, the Return of the Divine Feminine, the apocalypse, all

have been predicted on planet earth for many eons.

That time is now.

Planet earth circa 2017 is transitioning, it is experiencing all of the above.

Ancient wisdom, teachings of Da Vinci, Einstein and Tesla (among others) and modern technology

should have prepared us for the quantum spiritual evolution of humanity and Gaia.

Liberation, awakening, enlightenment has been suppressed by the elite.

As a global population we are largely ignorant of the process we are all embedded in.

Ancient cultures like the Mayans link our past with our future.

Celestial knowledge equipped them with the tools for dowsing Gaias future.

Whilst 12.21.12 was the big date MSM pounced on to try and own, subvert and control.

The date itself is largely meaningless in the Mayan calendar.

The Mayans believed 2011/12 were the trigger years, the kickstart of global waking up,

activated by cosmic waves of higher frequencies.

May 2017 plays an important role in Mayan predictions concerning the Ninth Wave.

A new Day begins within the Ninth Wave triggering Enlightened Unity Consciousness.

It seems we are reaching a huge timeline shift, a cosmic crossroads of consciousness.

To manifest a better world we dim the red alert lights of the matrix and turn up the

emerald green lights of heart led Gaia healing.

We are being asked to return the heart to Gaia, to heed our grandmothers tales, the

ancient ripples of truth, of enlightenment.

To disengage from the darkness of the third dimension.

Battle lines drawn.

Service to self or service to others, our core truth, determine the frequencies our

cellular system vibrates at.

The point of critical mass is being reached.

We can all feel the density of the energy.

The conflict, the chaos and the control of the elite is creating a build up of tension,

of energetic weight to be released.

We know the barbarism going on.

We can see, smell and revel in the beauty of nature, the wonder of soul tribe nourishment

and the magic in mindful existence to counteract this pull, this separation of dimensional

existence.

These next few weeks and months our challenge is to integrate, attune our mind body soul

system to higher frequencies on Gaia.

To prioritize self care.

To manage stress.

To simplify our lives.

To seek stillness and calm within.

To believe and vote for a better future, a future where people take care of each other.

This is our mission as lightworkers, earth warriors, teachers and healers.

To raise the vibrations.

To be heart led.

To send ripples of emerald heart energy out into the world.

May 24 may or may not be the catalyst, but it certainly confirms a feeling many of us

have shared these last few weeks, the time is now.

There will be fluctuations, blocks and flow for many years.

This is not instant, this is not a one day ascension drama.

This is ongoing, riding the waves aligned and balanced.

Connected and part of everything.

Committed to change.

To improvement.

To creating a better world.

What The Saudi Trump Show Hid From Us | Everybody's Lying About Islam 11 - Duration: 8:25.

Arrrgh!

So, Donald Trump went to Saudi Arabia this week.

It's tremendously frustrating for me to watch this.

I've spent the past month and a half producing videos, and the past two years researching

the topic of the US-Saudi relationship.

I've concluded that it's a terrible thing, and that it has so many negative effects,

from terrorism in multiple countries, to instability in the Middle East, to Islamophobia in the

United States.

The US-Saudi relationship makes me very, very angry, and seeing Donald Trump, a guy I don't

like very much, in Saudi Arabia, sort of trying to bring this relationship to a new level

is just endlessly frustrating.

There's a lot to be annoyed at about Trump's weekend in Saudi Arabia.

There's the 110 Billion dollar arms deal.

There's a new center to combat radicalization in Saudi Arabia, which is pretty much the

definition of getting the fox to guard the hen house.

Sigh.

There was the much publicized Trump speech on Islam which was seriously under-whelming,

but I guess that's a good thing.

There was also the fact that the US and Saudi Arabia pulled together an incredible list

of Muslim countries in Saudi Arabia.

It's a...

It's an endorsement by the United States of Saudi leadership of the Muslim world which

is deeply, deeply troubling.

Now this is not going to be a video about Donald Trump, because as annoying as all the

things that he did in Saudi Arabia were, and they were annoying and ridiculous, they weren't

really all that uncharacteristic.

Sure there were particular infelicities and mistakes that could only have been made by

Donald Trump and the Trump administration.

If you want to look at some of those in detail, I direct you to my twitter feed @robbolaw

where I sort of live-tweet his speech and high-light some of the many mistakes and blunders

that were committed by Trump and his administration.

But, those are all details.

When it comes to the broad strokes, there's nothing here that Trump did, that Bush or

Obama wouldn't have done.

Sure, things are on kind of a bigger scale.

They not done as subtly or as intelligently as those president's would have executed them,

but it's the same thing.

The only slight variation in Trump's approach here is the great honor of making Saudi Arabia

his first foreign visit.

And also putting together this summit thing, it was very flattering to the Saudi Arabians.

As I said, Trump isn't very subtle, or very smart, but I think this actually makes a kind

of sense in the context of US presidents approach to Saudi Arabia.

Trump had a lot to make up for, he had some apologies to make.

He actually said stuff about Saudi Arabia in the campaign, which I loved, and he certainly

talked about Muslims a lot.

So this bit here if sort of his massive, massive, massive, brown-nosing of the Saudi Arabians

to make up for all that stuff, and forget all the nasty stuff that he said.

It's back to business as usual.

As I've said before, I think we're arriving at a moment where Donald Trump is just executing

the same foreign policy that Hillary Clinton would have... but dumber.

The most frustrating thing about Trump's weekend in Saudi Arabia, and this oxygen stealing

summit of Muslim leaders is the timing.

I don't know if it was intentional, but it very effectively kept us from paying attention

to something else that happened in the middle east that I believe is much, much more important.

This weekend the results of Iran's presidential elections were announced.

For months now the US government and its allies in the US media have been gleefully telling

us that the moderate president, Hassan Rouhani was going to lose.

Rouhani is the guy that worked with Obama to put together the nuclear deal.

He's no Mandela or anything, but in the context of Iran he's a tremendously positive figure

to have there.

He's a moderate, he wants openness, he wants more peace and engagement with the United

States and the broader world.

This terrifies a lot of people in Washington, DC.

They don't want this to happen.

So we've been hearing, at great length, about the hard-line resurgence in Iran.

We've heard about how the Supreme leader was making it impossible for Rouhani to win.

Well.

What happened?

This weekend the results were announced, and Rouhani won in a landslide.

He got 57% of the popular vote and his closest competitor, the conservative, only got 37%.

Iran is ready to engage.

Yes, there are hard-line elements in the government.

Yes, there is a supreme leader that definitely has instincts and approaches that are problematic

and dangerous.

But Iran is also changing, and changing for the better.

And they are doing it in the context of one of the closest things to democracy that you

can find in the Muslim Middle East.

This is amazing news!

I'd argue that it's even bigger news than the victory of Macron.

Did I say that right?

Whatever, the victory of the guy in France who managed to beat the French Trump.

This is fantastic.

But nobody spent any time paying attention to this this weekend or this week.

Instead we're watching Trump fumble around with glowing orbs and making Lord of the Rings

photoshop commentary on it.

This is a real problem, because Iran is reaching out.

Trump, in service to the Washington, DC establishment, is doing everything possible to ignore that

hand and slap it away.

That's what we should have been paying attention to this weekend, and that's what I'd urge

you to pay attention to now.

We should not be paying attention to the Trump clown show in Saudi Arabia.

We should be paying attention to the incredible changes that are happening in Iran right now,

and the potential for peace in the region that they bring.

Thanks.

Two really cool things that I want to mention right now.

Some fans of the channel, I think they are in the UK, set up a Reddit for this channel.

It's a Mo Freedom Foundation Reddit.

I'd suggest you check it out.

It's sort of a forum discussion for the channel.

I'm tremendously pleased and honored that some folks chose to put this together.

I don't run the Reddit, but I'm certainly going to contribute.

I've got an ask me anything set up there if you have any questions.

If the Reddit gets active I'll definitely incorporate elements of it in this channel,

that's very cool...

And the coolest thing.

Maybe the coolest thing that has ever happened to this channel.

On Thursday, May 25th, I will be interviewing Christopher Davidson, the Author of Shadow

Wars.

I was working on this broader, everybody's lying about Islam project for years... trying

to really sort it all out in my head, figure out how I wanted to put it out there, how

I wanted to discuss things, and Christopher Davidson's book, Shadow Wars, was tremendously

useful.

I found it about six months ago, read it.

It's a run-down of what has happened to the Middle East over the past 50 years, and it

is tremendously useful, rigorously backed up and was a big part of this whole series.

So I tweeted him, just sort of randomly, last week, and he agreed to be interviewed on this

channel.

I am really pleased.

It's going to be a YouTube Live chat, I did one of these last week.

You'll be able to chime in with questions as we go.

it would be awesome if you guys would show up and participate.

Thank you so much, thanks for watching, please subscribe, and I've got a fund-raising thing

going on on my Patreon account right now, I'd also be very grateful if you'd consider

taking a look at that.

Thank you!

Do My Own Gardening - Raised Garden Bed Soil Mix - Ep2 - Duration: 7:22.

Much needed!

Now there is no mistaking who this box belongs to!

Now that the garden bed is built, let's get some soil down.

But before we do that let's go over some other things you should consider before putting

down your soil.

If you built your raised garden bed and you're going to be putting it in a grassy area, put

the garden bed down where you're thinking of placing it, and dig out all of the grass.

You want to make sure to get all the way down to the dirt level to get all that grass up

and out of the place that you're going to be putting the bed.

Because our bed where the picnic table use to be and there's already pine straw, there's

not a whole lot of weeds or grass that we have to contend with.

So let's go ahead and take a look at our bed and see what we're dealing with.

So there's not a whole lot of weeds that we have to deal with, we've got a little bit

here and some back there but it's mainly all pine straw.

So there's not grass or weeds that we have to go in and pull out which is a good thing.

But again if you do have any grass or weeds, make sure to go in, dig it all out, clear

out the area as much as possible, and then we'll move on to the next step.

Now that we know the area is cleared out, what we're going to do next is put down a

weed barrier, which is a mesh type of material that prevents weeds from growing into the

bed, or at least helps prevent them.

In our case, what we're going to do, is we're going to take our bed, flip it over, roll

out our mesh, and staple it to the bottom of it, and then flip the bed back over.

On to step number two!

Now that we've got that stapled to the bottom, you call in one of your co-workers to help

you flip it back over!

Now let's talk about our soil!

There's tons of options when it comes to selecting a soil to put inside of a raised garden bed

like this.

There are different reciepes out there that you look up and mix up your own type of soil.

That will depend on the type of region and the climate that you live in, which recipe

you go with.

But there's also pre made garden mixs that you can buy and simply dump into a bed.

We're going to go with an organic pre made gardening mix.

I'll leave a link the description box below so that you can click over to our website

and read more, but basically it's a organic mix of earthworm castings, perlite, peat moss,

and mycorrhizal fungi.

TO figure out how many bags we're going to need, we need to first figure out how much

cubic feet that we're dealing with inside of a four by eight box.

To do that, we'll measure in inches, we'll measure the lenght, then will multiply that

by the width, and then will multiply that by the height.

We'll take whatever that number is, and then divide that by seventeen twenty eight.

One thousand seven hundred and twenty eight.

And that will convert it over into cubic feet for us.

After doing the math, we've got about twenty seven cubic feet that we're going to be dealing

with.

So, we've figured out we need about seven to eight bags of pre mixed gardening mix to

put inside of our raised bed.

Now don't worry if the soil doesn't come all the way up to the top of your raised bed.

Meaning it doesn't come level with the sides.

You want to leave about an inch or two to put a top layer of mulch.

And we'll talk about that in a second.

But for now, let's go ahead and get the soil inside of this bed.

It's the next morning after putting in all of that soil.

It took a lot more out of me than I expected yesterday afternoon.

So I took a break and decided to finish up this morning.

The thing about the soil that we used is it comes compressed in these bags.

Once you open them up, they kind of uncompressed and they fill up a lot more space than you

would think.

Having said that, we want to water it down so that all can settle and compact in there

a little bit more to see if we need to add more soil, so we're going to do that now!

After soaking the soil down, we've got about three inches between the top of the soil and

the top of the bed, so I think we can afford to put one additional bag of soil on top of

what we already have.

So that's what we'll do now.

That's not even one full additional bag.

It's about half.

We're going to go ahead and soak that down and let it settle and see if we can add the

rest in.

So this is the second soaking.

I did all the soil yesterday, soaked that down, put a layer on top of that, soaked it

down, and this is what we've got.

We've got about an inch and a half, almost two inches, between the top of the soil and

the top of the bed, so I'm going to call this good.

I'm not going to put anymore.

We've got probably about a half a bag left in the wheel barrell.

So this is good!

We're going to leave it right here.

There we go!

We've got our weed barrier down, we've got all of our soil in there, it's nice and settled,

we're ready to start planting.

And that's what the next video is going to bed.

We're going to talk about the plants we've chosen to put in this garden bed, why we choose

those.

We're going to talk about how we're going to arrange the garden bed.

All of that good stuff is coming in the next video.

Hope that was helpful!
