Waching daily May 23 2017

whatever people do they all he has to

always have a reason they may not be

aware of the reason consciously but

there's always a reason if someone tries

to commit suicide there's a reason if

someone tries to hurt someone else

there's a reason if someone is willing

to work 18-hour days there's a reason if

someone doesn't want to work there's a

reason here's the good news

having dealt with literally tens of

millions of people from hundreds of

countries or more than a hundred

countries to be accurate

I could be an idiot this point I have to

see there are patterns there are

patterns that will make you angry and

patterns it'll make you sad there

patterns will excite you that patterns

will make you grateful the patterns will

make you completely worried all the time

they're padding's that will make you

feel so absolutely certain you can run

through an effing wall once you know

what the patterns are you can get rid of

the ones that don't work and adopt some

ones that do more often and that's good

part of what we're gonna do the next few

day is to give you perspective but the

most important I don't understand is why

people do what they do so as I told you

I've had a unique gift I've had the

chance to travel the world at this stage

of life where literally the world is

available all of us in a few hours but

what I want you understand is everybody

has a reason for what they do but the

good news is there's only six reasons

there are lots of different stories but

I can tell you by experiencing around

the world there's only six reasons and

those six reasons are called the six

human needs and I'm going to walk you

through these and I need you to manage

your state for the next few minutes

because we're going to go a little

deeper on content but we're going to do

it only so in the future for the next

three days and somebody stands up you're

going to look at them you're going to go

what's driving them and I'm going to ask

you which of these needs are driving

them because once you know what drives

somebody you know how to meet their

needs or you can predict their behavior

and see whether or not they're the right

corporate match personal match intimate

match because you have to understand so

what are these six needs they are not

goals they are not desires if you travel

with me around the world you'll see

every culture of different goals

everybody has different desires but we

all the same needs

what are they number one is the need for

certainty certainty now what the hell is

certainty certainty is a survival need

we all need to feel certain that we can

avoid paying and that ideally we can

have some comfort

why because continuous pain would mean

continuous damage continuous damage

eventually means death so the need for

certainty is built into every human

being and I'm going to show you now in

the next few minutes if you stay with me

and I really need to do so make sure you

stay sit up in your chair and focus on

this area because after this we're going

to kick in gear again but right now

you've got to take this in it'll be so

valuable not just for this weekend

before your life all human beings have

the same six needs so why do we behave

differently because the only thing

different in people is two things we all

have the same six needs but we don't

value them equally

some people certainty is the number one

thing they value if they're certainly

driven and you try to change anything

they freak out they get fearful or they

can angry or they get pissed off because

what matters most of them is keeping

things the same way where they feel like

they're in control

raise your hand if you fall that's an

example some people they value love much

more than certainty some people value

certainty more than love so even though

they love you if they don't feel certain

they won't open completely just as one

example so the difference in people

we'll all the same six needs the

difference is which of the top two you

value most out of these six because

these top two determine your direction

in life and direction and you keep

moving in direction it leads you to an

ultimate destination or destiny so we

want to understand what your top two

needs are and same thing with other

people this weekend when somebody stands

up often I'll say what's driving in

right now and I want you to see within a

very short time eight thousand people

from 44 countries will all be saying the

same thing it'll be that obvious to you

you'll be a practical psychologist that

time we're done here so now if we know

what these needs are and person values

and differently we also have to find out

two people could have the same need but

they have a different belief about what

it takes to be loved or a different need

about what it takes to be certain some

people to assert need $10,000,000,000

something there's a certain just need to

pray to God somebody a certain need to

feel

like f3c the perfect children and

they're there every day some people that

feel certain feel certain because I've

always figured it out I don't know

what's going to happen but I know I'll

figure it out because I always have you

can get certainly from your past you get

certainty from God you get certainty by

working out intensely you get certainty

by eating food too much food especially

will put comfort in your body if you

overeat all the blood goes in your

stomach you start breathing again so we

all need certainty the only question is

it number one two three four or five or

six on your list and the second question

is what does your brain say has to

happen to be certain

some people have certainly it's

impossible to meet the young lady over

here who was sitting in the chair before

we intervened how to blueprint that's

never going to be met

it's literally would make her unhappy

regularly so we got to know what needs

you're after and what's your blueprint

how many got a ceiling at least when I'm

explaining you right now it make some

sense to you say I can awesome

so the first need is certainty how can

we meet our need for certainty we can do

it ways there positive neutral or

negative I can get certainty in a

heartbeat if all I want to do is get

really pissed off and freaked out about

something when you get angry do you get

certain yes or no you better believe it

so some people get angry all the time

because it's their way to get certainty

in a life that's uncertain it is all

kinds of negative side effects but it

works in the moment so listen to me now

most people meet their needs in a way

that works in the moment but not

long-term so they feel good for a short

time like a sugar high and then they

drop emotional and they got to do it

again whether its food or smoking or

drinking or whatever it is so you can

meet your needs in positive ways

neutralize your negative ways so if I

came along here and I said which

enhancer case case I want to make a deal

with you how much do you weigh 246 we're

going to weigh you in five minutes

he says he weighs 246 if you're within

that range I'm fine here's my deal I

will give you I'm going to put 50

million dollars u.s. cash tonight into

an escrow account for you they're going

to weigh you if you lose 50 pounds

tomorrow morning by 8:30

M you will receive that 50 million

otherwise they get it back can you do it

yes or no no sure you can take off a leg

take it on we can get you out there

there's no question chase is the goal

obtainable yes or no is it achievable is

it attainable yes or no but it's not

sustainable and that's how most people

meet their needs they use a drug or

alcohol or food or cigarettes or

something to get comfortable to get

certainty back but the problem is that

side effects long-term works in the

short-term doesn't go long-term you know

if you follow say I so you could get

certainty by overeating or smoking or

drinking what happens you smoke a

cigarette take a deep breath in you blow

it out nice and long and slow full

exhale when most of you are stressed how

many of noticed that you either stop

breathing or you breathe really shallow

how many of noticed this in the past so

you smoke a cigarette and the moment it

meets your need for comfort and

certainties killing you but it works

short-term that's how most people live

their life you can get certainty by

working out if you go on a run really

intensely or you go lift weights and you

push yourself and all that blood starts

pulsing through you do you feel certain

yes or no and what's the downside zero

so there are ways to meet your needs

that are empowering neutral or

disempowering the parts of our life we

don't like our problems why would we

keep a problem we're all capable of

solving it why would we keep a problem

the only reason you have a problem

that's stuck around is because it meets

some of your needs not all of them or

you would want to get rid of it but

enough of them that makes it hard to

give up it's kind of like who's ever

been in a relationship way too long let

me see your hats and how many knew what

was wrong while you were there let me

see your hands

so why the F did you stay there because

of the uncertainty because well you know

I you know I'm not thoroughly happy I'm

kind of unhappy but I might be worse if

I was totally alone what if this is the

best one I'm ever going to get and I

screwed it up but what happened was most

of you have that feeling talk to

yourself back down into the relationship

multiple times until one

dare you in a threshold we are brain

when it was painful in the past and

people in the profit give me people to

pitch right out of here who's done this

before say I so there is a threshold

that we can find and if we find that

threshold we can break through it pretty

damn easily we can shift we can get to

where we really want to go so what I

want you to get is of these six needs we

all find a way to meet them

the only difference again is which are

your top two out of the six and I've

told you certainty so far and what are

your beliefs or rules or what's your

blueprint on how to get that her

blueprint was make please everybody

which is impossible so won't work rate

you have to follow okay so let's take a

look what's the second unit well first

of all you can get certainly in so many

ways

you get certainty by praying to God you

can get certainty by doing a ritual the

same way every time you can get

certainty by lowering your expectations

saying nothing ever works nothing ever

will everybody screws things up you'll

lose your dream but you'll gain your

need

by the way jot this down people will

give up their goals and dreams to meet

their needs people will give up their

goals and dreams they'll even give up

their own values to meet their needs

I'll give you an example how many of you

in this room can see yourself to be an

honest person very honest person raise

your hand if you consider yourself to be

very honest raise your hand nice and

high

okay drop your hand raise your hand if

you lie I'm just your chance if you'll I

can explain it to me later here's how it

works see in your mind you know who you

are

why would someone lie who values honesty

no one told you to be honest you want to

be honest because if you think being

honest is going to cost you one of your

needs like love or certainty you lie you

call it a white lie which a lot you know

is going to talk about now there's some

people that never lie because they value

certainty of always telling the truth so

much I have to do with their rules of

their belief structures this make sense

so tell me something you can meet the

need for certainty so many ways right so

here's the question you can go ahead

here's the question what if you were

certain every moment of your life what

was going to happen before it happened

what if you knew what people are going

to say before they're going to say what

if you could feel what they're going to

feel what if you could what if you knew

every moment before it happened what

people are going to say and do in the

beginning that would feel really

exciting but after a while if you know

what's going to happen when it's gonna

happen how it's going to happen tell me

what you're going to feel after a while

what do you start to be able to tell me

what bored out of your mind that's why

God in her infinite wisdom gave us a

second human need and that second human

need is uncertainty we have a need for

uncertainty we have a need for surprise

we have a need for variety in fact

what's the phrase variety is the word of

life spice of life now how many of you

in this room raise your hand how many of

you in this room love surprises ratio if

you love them say I both you love the

surprises you want the surprises you

don't want you don't want you call them

problems don't you so don't tell me you

like surprise if you like the surprise

as you want here's my point

can you meet more than one need with the

same action or emotion or belief system

yes or no write this down any time any

time your mind any time your mind

perceives that doing something anytime

your mind perceives that doing something

believing something or feeling something

meets at least three of your needs so

any time your mind perceives that doing

something feeling something or believing

something needs at least three of your

needs then you'll become addicted to

that thought that feeling that emotion

or that action you can be positively

addicted or negatively addicted but

you're going to be addicted any time

your brain perceives that something you

believe do or feel meets three of your

needs you'll get addicted to it now I'm

going to show you why this is important

let's look at two needs for a second is

it possible to meet your need for

certainty and uncertainty simultaneously

even though they're opposite needs yes

or no I give an example who here has

ever rented a movie that you've already

seen let me see your hands get a life

now I've done it - why would read a

movie we've already seen we ran it why

because we've seen it before so we're

certain it's good and we're hoping it's

been so long we forgot enough it'll be

variety we watch it again who knows what

I'm talking about here say I so you can

meet both me but if you meet three needs

you'll become addicted to that behavior

whether it's a good behavior a bad

behavior doesn't matter it'll be a

positive Internet addiction but you'll

be addicted so let me give you how do

you get variety you get variety in

positive ways negative waves your

neutral ways you get variety by learning

growing taking on a new goal a new

challenge you give riding through a

conversation with a friend

you get variety by praying to God

there's so many ways to get variety

aren't there but you can also get

variety and negative ways you can smoke

a joint and maybe that's not a negative

way but it sure will change your state

but inside effects right during that

time you're not going to function maybe

at the same peak or understanding or

some people use other things cigarettes

alcohol anything there's so many ways to

get variety the question is are your

ways positive neutral negative or

empowering how many follow because we

all have ways of getting that variety

that uncertainty so here's what I want

to do

third human need is significance the

need to feel unique the need to feel

special yes I hope that picture makes

you feel special okay you need to feel

unique special important who has the

need to be needed to feel special unique

important who do you think has that need

who has it tell me you what about people

say I don't want to be special do they

still want to be special yes or no you

bet your ass they do house protest too

much now they don't want to be so

special that you attack them they might

want to stay undercover so to speak but

they still want to feel special they

want to feel unique they want to feel

needed they want to feel important so

there are lots of ways to feel special

you can do it by working your ass off

taking huge risks and achieving

something to feel special or you can

tear down everybody else that's trying

to build something because there's two

ways to have the tallest building in

town one is work your ass off take risks

build the tallest building the other one

is blow up everybody else's building and

by the way which one's faster which

one's easier which takes less

intelligence and less money tearing shit

down happens faster so that's why we've

always had violence and we always will

unless there's a consciousness change if

I live in a tough part of the community

I'm in the hood and you can walk through

my community and you don't notice me and

I feel insignificant I might take things

into my own hands to feel significant if

all of a sudden I put a gun to your head

tell me on a 0 to 10 scale how certain

am i you're going to respond to me now

when I put that gun to your head 0 to 10

10 is absolute zero is not at all where

would you put it quick you know a

hundred it's a true but also when I put

my gun to your head how significant am I

to you in your life even if you didn't

know me a minute ago if I got a gun in

your head how significant on my zero to

ten hundred I'm the most significant

thing in your life in a moment ago you

didn't know existed and I don't need any

intelligence on any background the

education all I needs a gun and the will

to do it oh by the way just in case

there's not enough there to be an

addiction when I put that gun to your

head every time that happens it's going

to be a different game I know you're

going to respond to me I know I'm

significant but what you're going to say

and do is different so I get variety so

you made three needs but violence

doesn't end then because the force you

need is connection and love and most

people are too afraid to love because

they've loved and been disappointed or

they've loved and then lost the love it

was so painful that now they settle for

the crumbs of connection because that's

safer so it's a form of the need but a

low level to me but it's still part of

the need we got a meeting so if you're

going for connection and love if I cup

my gun to his head on a zero to ten I'm

a ten of certainty

I'm a 10 of significant to him I'm gonna

have a ton of variety but are we also

connected in a sick way but deeply

connected in this moment yes enough

on a zero to 10 how much connection is

there between our lives at this moment

with the gun there 100 how many

followers say I so violence meets for

the human needs and that's why we've

always had it that's why Isis exists

that's why people do the stupid things

they do as they do it to try to meet

their needs the biggest cause of

violence so if you'll notice is 95% of

time when it's a terrorist it's a male

why is that because in the human nervous

system if you're masculine testosterone

is probably large in you with your man

or woman if you're more masculine you

got a lot of testosterone testosterone

is about dominance it's about

significance it's about domination and

the higher that is the more they want if

they look at their life and they're not

dominating and they get really

frustrated they'll do a final act men

will die for significance women will die

for love now some men will die for love

too so you know but biochemically a

female is wired to be able to nurture

and to support human beings we wouldn't

exist if it wasn't for everyone in this

room because we all came through one and

we wouldn't exist there's no man that

can make this happen but the women have

and the reason is because they have that

connecting power as their strength now

can any man become more love driven yes

can any woman be more significant driven

yes but our biochemistry leads us that

way which is why a terrorist will come

up and do what they're doing and kill

someone because all they get it about is

domination is that I'm significant and

they want certainty in a world where

they feel uncertain and they want

variety in life that is incredibly

boring in the middle of a desert where

there's nothing and no one's working

where you got 30 percent of population

unemployed what I'm going to do work at

McDonald's or go kill people kill people

feels more exciting right now how many

follow what I'm talking about here say I

now can you get significance in positive

ways of course you can be significantly

more generous than anyone else and that

generosity gives you a sense of

significance because you know you're

really a giver you're not trading you're

not exchanging you really are giving and

it makes you feel full it makes you feel

significant as you know the truth no

matter what you tell people verbally you

no it's your inside and no one can mess

with that you can get significance by

the way you dress you can have

significance by having more tattoos and

earrings and more locations than any of

us want to know but the bottom line is

there's a mint you can know more about

box scores and sports to be significant

everyone finds a way to be significant

most people find a way to be significant

by having a significant problem why

because if I'm really successful you

might like me for a while but after a

while most people get annoyed with

someone who's always happy and

successful easy for you who knows what

I'm talking about here is your head

right but if you got big-ass problems

who's going to be upset with you you're

not competing with them so if you'd

probably go I understand but if you're

doing really well it's like easy for you

so most of us unconsciously learn to

create big problems as a way to connect

because it's the safest way to connect

and not be rejected some of you do it

like she does by trying to please

everybody all the time

thinking if I pleased you enough then

you'll come to me you'll give me what

I'm really wanting to which is what she

wants but it doesn't work that way it

works sometimes but not all the time and

not even the majority of the time tell

me follow your say I so we have what

needs so far number one is nice and loud

number one is certainty certainly you

can be comfortable you can avoid pain

you can survive you can be comfortable

second you may use the need for

uncertainty also need for variety or

surprise what's the third human need the

need for to feel unique to feel special

to feel important who has that need who

has that need everyone and the fourth

need is need for connection and most

people settle for connection because

love is too scary because they love it

was so wonderful and it went away and

they don't want that pain anymore so

they want love but they settle for

connection so if you can't get love or

connection anywhere else buy a dog don't

get a cat there and dependent get a dog

is it true

you could be the dumbass owner you

cannot even feed them you can leave for

five hours usually for five minutes and

it's like you've been gone for six

months

so excited right so anyone can feel

connection in love you can do with your

prayers you can do it too good gifts you

can do it by dressing special you can do

it by having big problems the only

question in life is not whether you're

going to meet your needs the only

question is how and is it attainable or

sustainable is it empowering neutral or

negative and if you want to change your

life will power never laughs but when

something needs more of your needs it's

effortless if you want to know what the

biggest addiction is in our culture it's

not alcohol it's not some prescription

drug it's not an illicit drug it's

problems because problems allow us to

try to deal with our deepest fear that

we're not enough and we won't be loved

by saying it's not me it's this problem

it's just I have ADHD it's just that

I've been through this it's just so most

people meet their needs through problems

unfortunately they don't meet their

deepest needs because up until now we

describe the first four needs which are

the basic needs of your personality but

what both of everyone by the way finds a

way to meet these first four needs even

if to lie to yourself if you got to work

20 hour days you will find a way to meet

your need for certainty uncertainty

significance even assists you have birth

problems anybody else connection to

yourself you will find a way

but the final two needs are the needs

that create fulfilment and they are the

spiritual needs not religious but

spiritual the fifth human need is growth

you've already said it we grow all we

want there is no way around it if your

business isn't growing it's dying if

your relationship isn't growing it's

dying there are no plateaus in this life

whose whipping your say I so growth is

life and if you want a one-word key to

happiness I'll give it to you right now

because it's real obvious having worked

with millions of evil progress equals

happiness if you're not even where you

want to be you're still overweight

you're still financially struggling

you're still not where you want to be in

your career but you start working out

you mean wants the weight yet but you

start feeling better you start making

progress or

you start to change that business still

not there yet but you're making progress

or change that relationship or change

your body or change your health anytime

you start making progress your happiness

will go through the roof anytime you

achieve things and you don't set up

something new to go for quickly you'll

lose momentum and in a short time you

won't be so happy because the loss

familiarity will come in and this thing

that once with this big dream will now

just be something that you're used to so

the purpose of a goal is not to get the

goal the purpose of a goal is who we

become to achieve it what you get will

never make you happy who you become will

make you very happy or very sad to think

upon how you approach it and what you do

with your life so our approach here is

we want to grow and then the six human

need is the need for contribution the

need to step out of ourselves see how

many of you in this room when something

great happens how many of you can help

yourself you immediately want to share

that with somebody you love how many

immediately that's your first thought

say aye why because you can only feel so

much yourself I don't care if it's sex

drugs rock and roll whatever it is

there's only so much pleasure you can

encourage that concert with someone you

want to share that experience with

someone because by sharing it becomes

more it's more than just you growth and

contribution our fifth and six needs

they are spiritual needs they are the

needs to fulfill us everybody finds a

way to feel somewhat certain some

variety some significance you have to go

tear people down some connection but

very few people grow continuously and

contribute continuously which is where

all the joy is how many follow here say

I so we're going to make a couple

distinctions but first of all can you

meet somebody in a few minutes start to

pick up which needs might be driving the

most yes or no yes or no of course you

can

in fact I'll give an example I was

flying I don't notice five six seven

years ago I was flying the small plane

across the country and I was being the

pilot and I landed it in Kansas City and

I landed Ken's excuse me I'm in Kansas

and I'm in this little Airport in Kansas

and I get out of the plane and this

young man comes running out and he's

like sewn through

meowstic and so just such a sweet good

soul you know you just meet guy great

hit off this kid and he says what can I

do for you I told him I'm just flying

through it's need to refuel because how

much do you need I said just fill her up

because no problem I leave as I leave

him come around the plane to walk up the

steps to go into the FBO the fix base

operation where I'm stopping for the

moment I'm gonna go up using the

facilities and there's a young girl

sitting on the stairs here and she looks

really intense

she's gothic you know that goth makeup

she's got I don't know the exact number

but like 15 earrings on one here one

through the nose really intense looking

little character so I noticed her on the

way in and as I walk up the steps I walk

but you know by her go inside and when I

came back out the steps are really wide

so I sat on the step just beside her

she's like one person away and she looks

at me goes what do you want I said were

you on she's nothing I said nothing and

we just sat there she's like you know in

her space

and I said actually there is something

I'd like to know I said you don't have

to tell me but I'm gonna leave here in a

few minutes you're never gonna meet me

again sent your boyfriend out there she

goes Wolfe sorta like she wants him to

be right it's not nice I said he seems

like a really really nice kid he's not

nice he's strong she tells me I see okay

well I think he's strong in nice yeah

well maybe he is I said you know I'm

gonna leave in a couple minutes but I'm

just curious I said how old are you

she goes what does it matter I said it

doesn't I'm about to leave so want to

tell me she said I'm 13 and I about fell

over I'm in this girl

I mean 17 be the youngest I put her

totally made me a makeup made up in

every detail right so I'm like wow she

goes are you surprised and said yeah I'm

really surprised she goes did you think

I was older I said yeah I said and that

kind of saddened me a little bit to you

she said what I don't know I said I'm

curious I'm gonna leave here a few

minutes because you're curious about a

lot of things so I am I said how come

and I'm making up the number of made in

13 but it was more than twelve how many

outcomes 13 or 15 earrings and she says

to me because everybody else has 5 now

if I don't tell you anything else about

this young lady what would you say is

the number-one need to striving her at

this stage of her life right now nice

and loud go

which one nice allowed how many said

significance raise your hand absolutely

right you can see it easily but people

are driven by more than one thing and as

I'm watching her in this really tough

house approach and thinking about how

she's adapted to be unique insignificant

I looked down and I see she has a

keychain and it's a teacher keychain you

know Tigger the Disney character we need

You're blocking the TV! Move!

Who's gonna vacuum the floor then? You?

How can I watch TV with your ass in the way?

Let me finish this first!

Stupid cow! I'm missing my show!

Go fix the light!

You can stick your lights up your ass!

Vera, where's the money?

What money?

- You know what money. - I haven't got any.

I spent the last of it on bread yesterday.

Nothing left till payday.

I hid some under the shelf in the cupboard.

Oh, yes?

There's no food at home, and you have a stash?

Where's the money? Can't you see I'm shaking?

Kolya, I didn't take it.

I'm gonna beat your face in.

I swear I didn't take it. Please don't hit me.

How on earth did I end up with a lazy parasite like you?

Laying on the couch all day like a log!

I can't take it anymore!

Where's the money?

- You took it. - I didn't. Go away.

- Get away from me, you freak! - Where's my money?

- Don't touch her! - Bitch!

ARTYOM BYSTROV

in a film by YURI BYKOV

THE FOOL

...He's come back drunk.

<i>Dilapidated walls, collapsed ceilings, and pervasive mould:</i>

<i>all realities of life for residents living</i>

<i>right opposite the local government building</i>

<i>but it seems that the window in the governor's office faces the other way.</i>

<i>These wooden shacks were built back in 1950 as temporary dwellings</i>

<i>and have not been repaired since.</i>

<i>Meanwhile, across the road, a construction project is well under way</i>

<i>not for a residential building, but a two-story parking lot</i>

<i>for local government officials...</i>

Do you really think you'll pass?

What do you think?

Everyone says you've got to bribe someone.

So don't listen.

You're not a kid, Dima.

It's worth a try at least.

Or should I drop everything and go borrow some money?

Why do you need this anyway?

Well, I could take over Fedotov's position.

You'd need to be buddies with everyone,

and to them you're just some student.

They'll say you're trying to be smart.

They certainly will. Definitely.

Masha, go set the table.

One moment...

Dima, watch Anton please.

Dad, they're breaking the bench again!

- Where are you going? - Mom...

- They'll rip your heads off! - Stop it already.

Get out of the way!

Dima, enough chasing after them. What's the point?

I'm tired of repairing that bench.

We'll catch them this time for sure.

Come on, let's go.

Scram!

What the hell are you doing,

- you bastards? - Suck it!

These punks need to get their legs ripped off.

You didn't catch them?

I'll find out who hangs out around here

and go talk to their parents.

What's the point? They'll just tell you to go to hell.

Let's go eat. I'll fix it later.

Not too fatty? Have some bread with it.

You'll get heartburn otherwise.

- Want some more? - Let me finish what I have first.

Is it cold?

It's fine, relax.

Come on, sweetheart, yum-yum. You like yum-yum?

"Yum-yum"... You give him candy, then expect him to eat real food?

Please don't start. Come on, yum-yum.

When he gets hungry at night, you'll be the one heating things up.

Come on, eat some.

Well, did you catch them?

Who can keep up with them? They're like galloping horses.

Give up on that bench already. You've repaired it a hundred times.

- The neighbors are laughing at you. - Instead of repairing it themselves.

Freezing their asses sitting on the cold ground isn't funny.

Those gorillas will realize their strength any day now

and next time, they'll bash your heads in.

- We'll call the cops then. - You think the cops care?

They didn't even do anything to stop the fight.

Dima...

You know what I was thinking?

Ivlev is selling his garage, his cottage

and his car for next to nothing.

He's a useless drunk nowadays.

You should take out a loan.

My driver's license might come in handy.

Mom, I told you I need to pay for the semester.

You tell him.

What am I supposed to tell him? He's his own master.

Two dupes in a pod, I swear.

You will never get anywhere in life like that. Never.

This one has spent his entire life

righteously thumping his chest.

And now my son plans on doing the same thing.

Mom, I only have 2 years left. Then we'll buy the garage.

You all can live as you like.

- What's wrong? - Nothing!

Other people have everything,

I'm ashamed to look them in the face.

Even our health is poor.

Dad has a bad back and high blood pressure.

And my legs can barely get me to the kitchen.

Ivan, did we really think that fortune would smile on us?

I spent twenty years slaving away as a doctor in the hospital.

And now I'm mopping floors in my old office.

But I have no choice.

Try living on a pension!

And your dad has one foot in the grave.

He's been breathing in ashes on that crane for almost 30 years.

His lungs are clogged, he's coughing.

We'll see what will come first - disability, or...

I'll take you both to get treatment.

What do I want with your treatments?

Did we get all these ailments for nothing?

We did it so that you could become a man

and live life as it should be lived.

And for Anton.

- And I'm not a man? - You're a fool!

Leave them alone already. He's sitting here, studying.

What do you want from them?

I'm his mother.

You're the one who never needs anything.

The apple didn't fall far from the tree.

- Here we go. - Am I wrong?

You just say, "We don't need what doesn't belong to us".

And nothing ever belongs to us!

So here you are, all righteous, but living in dirt your whole life.

Enough already. I've had it with you.

Look at you sitting here gathering dust.

Everyone here is sick and tired of you.

That's right! You especially!

People stealing left and right, but not me!

Exactly! You never brought anything home!

The pipes are leaking, and you don't give a shit.

Even the Karasevs replaced theirs!

He stole them from the warehouse!

So drown here with your righteousness!

People take things for themselves! Why don't you?

So that no one can point their finger at you?

In the end, everyone does!

They avoid you like a leper!

Nobody wants anything to do with you.

- You old fool. - Find a young one.

- Thank you. - You're welcome.

- Dad... - Let him go!

- What's gotten into you? - Oh, so I'm the one to blame?

- First you raise them, and then... - I've had it with you.

What's wrong with kids nowadays?

Don't listen to her, Dad.

I came to work once and saw a bunch of guys acting shifty.

"Come over here. " I said, "What for?"

"We need to steal some pipes from the warehouse".

So I said, "They don't belong to us".

And now they avoid me like the plague.

Don't even say hello anymore.

Your mother is right.

I've lived sixty years and have neither friends, nor enemies.

Everyone considers me a fool.

At work, it's because I work and don't steal.

Here it's because I replace stolen light bulbs.

And because I repair the bench every evening.

I am a fool.

You're not a fool.

Oh, come on...

Dima! Somebody from dispatch called for you.

Mom, tell them I'm off duty today.

They say it's urgent. Filimonov went on a bender.

- I should go. - Sure.

<i>Tell us what happened.</i>

<i>What's there to tell? The pipes are 20 years old.</i>

<i>Good thing I wasn't taking a shower,</i>

<i>or I would've been boiled alive.</i>

<i>I don't care about the pipes.</i>

<i>Why the hell did you beat your family?...</i>

Andrey, did you shut it off downstairs?

What, and leave the whole building without water?

I'm just worried... Look at how it burst.

<i>...Come on, chief, it's family matters.</i>

<i>We'll sort it out ourselves.</i>

<i>Yeah right, and next time we'll come here</i>

<i>to collect dead bodies?</i>

Let's just wait for the chief to get here,

and let him decide.

- You drank yourself to insanity. - Aha, right.

Don't talk back.

<i>Everything's fine, it's family matters.</i>

- When did you drink last? - Why?

- Because the shot won't work. - I hope it won't.

Let the bastard suffer.

- Our daughter's covered in blood. - Shut up, bitch.

Quiet, you.

I haven't touched the stuff in three days.

The hangover wasn't easing up. I went for my stash - it was gone.

Almost had a heart attack. Put yourself in my shoes.

My liver's not big enough to fill your shoes.

Well, the burn isn't serious. It's just a scald.

I'll give you some ointment, put it on at night.

But if you drink, the shot won't work.

Just so you know.

Do you want us to take him in?

He has to be at work tomorrow. Or he won't get his bonus again.

Sign the waiver then.

<i>Do we really need all this hassle?</i>

<i>Why should we be dealing with this?</i>

What, you can't handle a burst pipe?

Should we turn the water off in the basement?

- What the hell for? - Take a look yourself.

What, you felt sorry for me?

I felt sorry for our girl.

Her boots are falling apart. She needs new ones.

Her feet are always wet and cold, she'll get sick.

Well, are you gonna fix it or not?

Shut up, or you're gonna fix it yourself.

- Is this a bearing wall? - You should know better.

Fuck!

What's with him?

Let's go.

<i>Get ready for bed.</i>

<i>Mom, let's stay over at Lena's place. I'm scared of him.</i>

<i>Do what you're told.</i>

<i>There are too many people in their room as it is.</i>

<i>Go to bed, it's 10 pm already.</i>

<i>Well, are we gonna sleep or not?</i>

<i>I'm not going to bed with you. Go sleep on the sofa.</i>

<i>- Oh come on. - Hands off me.</i>

Come here.

What happened?

Have there been any other complaints from the tenants?

Not today, but this place is a pain in the ass.

It's an old building. Been standing for 40 years.

- Why are you so agitated? - Shit... This isn't my district.

Has there been a thorough overhaul of this building?

What overhaul? Like you don't know Fedotov.

They painted the walls, and he pocketed the rest.

What about inspections? Was everything in order?

Are you joking?

The inspectors were given cash to shut up - problem solved.

Time's up for this building.

We're tired of always having to come out here.

The roof leaks, the pipes are rusty.

We patch a hole, and six new ones appear the next day.

What about Filimonov?

Has he talked to Fedotov about this?

Why would he care?

His wife left him, so he's been drunk

for 3 days straight.

You'll probably be transferred to our crew.

The most problematic neighborhood.

What's wrong, anyway?

Hell knows.

I think the foundation is shifting.

Are you serious?

There's a crack on the outside from the first to the ninth floor.

I looked around, it's a through-wall crack.

And the entire building's tilting.

Fucking hell...

- What do we do now? - Quiet, calm down.

Just shut off the water for now and go home.

I'll go talk to Fedotov tomorrow. That's all. Bye

Dima, what are you doing?

- Go to sleep. - I need to check something.

You and your damn school. You've got exams tomorrow?

Close your eyes, Anton.

Dima, are you nuts? What are you doing?

- Where are you going? - I don't know why he got up.

I'm going to the 32nd dormitory.

- Where I was today. Got it? - No. What are you talking about?

- The dormitory, remember? - I guess. So what?

Things are pretty bad there. The building's barely standing.

There's a crack, the building's tilting. It's going to collapse.

- Are you joking? - I'm serious.

I just looked at the stability calculations

for a 9-story panel building.

- It's won't stand another 24 hours. - Bite your tongue.

So, go see Fedotov tomorrow.

The foundation is crumbling. We need to evacuate people now!

And who's going to let you do that without an inspection, you lunatic?

Some people have been there for 30 years.

You want them out in the middle of the night?

It has to be done right now!

But how? Do you have Fedotov's number? Call him.

He won't do anything. He pocketed the overhaul money.

Do you know anyone from the administration?

- Your mother does. - Whom?

Razumikhina, the chief accountant at the mayor's office,

is your friend, right?

We haven't seen each other in ages.

I'm not going to bother her at this hour with this nonsense.

It's not nonsense, Mom! People can die at any minute! Call her!

- Don't yell - I said, call her!

Here's her number, call her yourself, you raving lunatic!

- Is it that serious? - It's very serious.

Don't you know that you won't get anywhere?

If they didn't care about that building for 30 years,

why would they start now?

- Yes, I know everything. - You will raise a panic, and then what?

People will have to be put up somewhere for the night.

They can't be on the street

with their children and suitcases in the cold.

They will have to be resettled,

and you know what our town hall's like.

A bunch of thieving rats.

Complaints will come in,

people will be fired and courts will get involved.

Stay out of it.

- What are they going to do, kill me? - Idiot.

Calm down. Go put Anton to bed.

Hello, Galya? It's Dmitry Nikitin. I apologize for calling so late.

Galya, I really need your help to contact someone.

The mayor.

Yes, with Galaganova.

No, no, not during office hours, no...

Yes, it's urgent, and no, I'm not joking.

Really?

Where?

Got it.

I'll be right there. Yes.

What did she say?

The entire administration is celebrating

Galaganova's birthday in a restaurant.

There's my meeting - couldn't be better.

- They're all drunk right now... - Maybe they're better drunk.

They'll be more kind.

We'll see.

Are you sure?

Wait for me.

Oh good Lord, what a mess...

Oh God...

- Go put the kettle on. - Oh God... Alright.

- Hey, careful, bro. - You could step aside.

- I could do anything. - I'm happy for you.

- Hey, let's get introduced. - Later.

Easy... Is it that bad?

- The vodka's bad. - Get some food in your stomach.

Excuse me, where can I find Nina Galaganova?

She's in the dining hall.

- Thank you. - Only she's married

- Good to know. - But I'm not.

- Where are you going? - Where I need to go

- To see her again? - Go drink some more.

I'll divorce you, you bastard!

It's about time. Been waiting for 3 years.

Let's dance!

Come on, girls!

Dear friends! May I have your attention please?

I think we shouldn't just raise our glasses

to the health of our dear Nina

but also say the most important things about her!

We've all wished her good health, a long life,

happy friends and family.

But most importantly,

we all owe her a debt of gratitude for our thriving town

that grows and gets more beautiful every year.

The life that every resident enjoys is entirely thanks to her.

I ask the people closest to Nina to say a few words

of gratitude on this fine evening.

I came here about 20 years ago.

I had to get the zoning documents for the factory.

So I walk into the records office and see.

A skinny girl,

in a dress that blends into the filing cabinets.

I ask her to bring me this, give me that,

but she acts like she doesn't see me.

I bark out an order - and she tells me to go to hell.

So then I look at her and say:

"You're going to be a big boss one day".

That girl's name was Nina.

Nina was from a small village.

Her mother had six children,

a cow and her husband's grave in the backyard.

This place was a real pigsty twenty years ago.

Unless you held your nose and closed your eyes

walking down the street, you'd be driven to drink.

This was one big shithole.

But now, twenty years have passed.

I'm thinking of buying a house somewhere on the outskirts.

And moving there with my family when I get old.

And all thanks to you, Nina. You're the boss.

And others even call you by a different name.

Don't be shy, come on, all together now!

Mama! Mama!

Nina, this is Dmitry Nikitin, a repair crew chief

for the public utility works.

- Hello. - Hello.

I'm here on a work-related issue.

Now? I'm celebrating. Have a drink.

Really, I can't. It's an urgent matter.

Have a drink, busy man.

Do you know each other?

No. He doesn't like to do introductions.

I'm Dmitry Nikitin.

- Nina, an incident has occurred. - What incident?

An emergency situation at one of the "A" district dormitories.

Can't Fedotov or his assistants handle this?

I'm afraid he won't care, because he never has before.

This case could end with many deaths

in the next few hours.

Please get all the department heads together,

firemen, police, ambulances.

We need a plan of action.

I will give a detailed account of the situation.

Mrs. Galaganova, I understand that

this is a party and all.

But something terrible is about to happen.

I'm not joking.

Emelyanov!

Get all the chiefs together in the other hall.

Who exactly do you need, Nina?

They're all wasted. Sayapin left already, blind drunk.

And Tulsky's wife took him home...

Call them and tell them to come back.

I don't care if they puke or take pills;

they have to be here.

Watch out, Dmitry Nikitin, repair crew chief.

Thanks.

What are you stirring shit up for?

Sit down, Fedor.

Well, go ahead and inform us.

A crew was called to the 32nd dormitory in district A,

to repair a burst hot-water pipe.

They saw that things were bad and called me.

Why not Filimonov? He's the chief engineer.

He went on a bender, Fedor. It's been three days.

The pipes burst due to the displacement of bearing walls.

The dormitory was built

even before the town was founded.

- So that was about 40 years ago... - 38.

Whatever.

A major overhaul was never done...

What do you mean?

There was one in 1984, and another three years ago.

I'm not prepared to argue about the quality

of these repairs right now.

The concern here is that the building

could collapse at any minute.

Who gave you this idea? Like this very minute?

Yes. Practically as we speak.

There are two huge cracks on the bearing walls,

from the first to the ninth floor.

And the entire building's tilting.

The foundation is crumbling and shifting.

The vibrations of the units are visible to the naked eye.

- How many people live there? - Who are you listening to, Tolya?

This requires a regional inspection, about 10 specialists.

There are many aspects.

He just probably fucking some girl

in that dorm and promised her a new apartment.

- It's 2 am, Fedor... - Shut up!

That sounds about right. Balls rolled up - now pay up.

Go and look for yourselves. Even a child can see...

Maybe a child can, but it's not clear to us.

- Are you the chief housing engineer? - No.

- Exactly. - Neither are you!

Foundation, tilt -

do you know much about that?

Yes, I'm studying construction, second year.

Need the diploma to get promoted, right?

I told you to be quiet!

You can really see everything with the naked eye.

The stability factor of a nine-story panel building

doesn't allow for a tilt of even 5 degrees.

And that building is leaning by around 10 degrees.

The tilt is beyond the point of maximum deviation

from the gravity-bearing perpendicular.

This means that the building is falling,

and it will fall no matter what.

Taking into account the angle of deviation,

the building won't stand more than a day.

Do you realize that in that case

we need to declare an emergency

and evacuate the people immediately?

Yes.

How many are in there? A thousand?

There are 820 people.

820 people.

They will need to be resettled.

And the town has a housing shortage as it is.

Go ahead, call a regional inspection,

let them check everything and make a decision.

Because I'm not taking on these costs.

You want to end up in jail then?

Sayapin can take care of that as our friend.

800 people.

What if they all get buried under there?

You pocketed the money for repairs,

I never checked. We're both going down.

- I pocketed the money? - You did!

Oh come on, Fedor!

Did your daughter's house build itself?

Or did you help her with your salary?

Look who's talking!

What about your house? Or his house?

Why don't we tell this kid here who pocketed what.

Or how we survive around here, washing each other's hands.

What hands? Watch what you say!

- I've got my own patch. - What patch?

The whole town together with its 30,000 residents is the patch.

One of us gets caught,

he'll take everyone down with him.

Journalists will come, and up in smoke we go.

I'm all clean. I've had inspections already.

Crime detection rate was within norm.

No drug addicts, no prostitutes at all.

But you and Matyugin will be going up

in smoke in his fire truck.

Any more threats?

What did you do with the prostitutes?

Are they at your harem?

Quiet, all of you!

A fish rots from the head down.

If I'm tainted, then so are all of you.

They'll go through everything with a fine-tooth comb.

And for 800 people,

they'll find shit even in your "patch".

What, do you have the cleanest department?

Right, go to the place with him.

- I'm... - Have a look once you're there.

If everything is as he says,

then we'll think about what to do.

Let's go, shit-stirrer.

Dima, stay for a moment.

If he tries to threaten you, don't listen.

He's cunning and sly.

If not him, then we'll have to deal with it.

Not to mention those poor people.

I'll go too. Fedotov's angry right now,

and the kid's naive.

OK, good luck.

- Show us what you've got. - It's this way.

- Here it is. - What is it?

The crack goes through the whole building.

So what? I saw this crack two years ago.

Fine.

Look here.

The wall is crumbling, the foundation is shifting.

Shifting where?

In fall the soil gives a little from the rain.

Don't get smart, builder.

OK, come with me.

Come on, let's go.

Man, it stinks in here.

Fix the sewage pipes, then it won't stink.

You scum! Stop torturing us!

Your child is scared of you! I'll call the cops.

Go ahead, you piece of shit! You think they'll show up?

- I'll cut you up, you bitch! - Calm down, man.

What did you say?

Nothing, but you're asking for a kicking.

All right guys, no offence.

My daughter steals money from me,

I need it for my treatment.

The bitch buys smack with it.

I'll go have a smoke.

These people need their brains repaired, not the pipes.

That's why it stinks here.

Different people live here.

Go away.

We're from the housing department. I've got the chiefs here with me.

Hello, Fedor.

Can we take a look at your bathroom?

Sure, sure, go ahead.

It's one thing after another.

Pipes burst, and then this son of a bitch goes crazy.

That scum beats his own daughter, can you imagine?

He needs to be taken away, but the pigs,

sorry, police, never do.

Although, I let them go myself.

Help us.

With what?

Sure, we'll deal with it.

Will they fix the pipes soon?

They shut the water off and we can't wash or cook anything.

Soon, soon.

- Go home. - Yes sir!

- What did you say? - Don't get involved.

They're all punks.

Look, the old bat is going to crawl out.

We're from the housing department. May we come in?

Get out of there, you punks!

Chill out, granny. Come over here, we'll get you stoned.

They're all yours.

I'm off for a piss.

Oh, hi guys. What are you doing here?

We're from the housing department. Checking the pipes.

I don't give a fuck about the pipes. I only shower once a week.

There's plenty of water right now.

I bring in snow from outside, and problem solved.

And if the building collapses, I don't give a fuck as well.

This is no life anyway, is it?

Hey guys, how about a shot or two, huh?

Well? Come on! Let's have some.

Right...

Let's get going.

One more game?

- What did they want? - Fuck knows...

Hey...

What are the chiefs doing here? Something serious?

- We don't know yet. - Listen...

Trouble sleeping?

- What? - It's late.

Why do you even care about us lowlives?

- Compassionate, are you? - I am what I am.

- What were you doing there? - Fuck off.

- That's some building... - No kidding.

- Well? - This way.

- What's the bottle for? - Look.

Come here.

Look down. Just be careful.

- Far from the wall? - About three meters.

- Did you give everyone their tasks? - Yes.

Nina, what should I do about the guests?

Entertain them.

Turn up the music.

Tell the kitchen to hurry up with the main course.

Many are getting ready to leave.

Vostrikov is upset that you're not there.

Well, make sure that he isn't upset.

I can't be there. I've got other things on my mind.

- Maybe we should let them go home? - Yeah right!

So they'd know we have a mess on our hands?

Give them enough booze to put them to sleep.

Tell them I had to leave, but will be back shortly.

Got it.

The rumors will spread.

The neighbors won't keep quiet. They'll get more from the budget.

The most important thing is that the building does not collapse.

Then there'll be facts, not rumors.

Well?

Speak!

It's not good.

It will probably collapse.

Really?

Don't know. Looks like Nikitin was right.

We need to get the people out of there.

I told you we needed to be careful...

with district A.

It was built in a rush, on unstable soil.

We should've resettled everyone and demolished the building ages ago.

Resettle them where, smart guy?

Give me two buildings with a hundred units each.

We should have built them when we had the money.

But you were too greedy!

Get out! Get out!

Half the budget goes up to grease the palms

at the regional office!

Everyone there practically lives at resorts!

They all have cars, houses, wives all decked in gold.

And if I refuse - they won't give us a penny.

How much money did we get this year?

Just enough to tar a few roofs and replace a few main pipes.

Pensioners are going hungry, three suicides a year.

The disabled are waiting to get treated by the state.

What about orphanages, and large family allowances?

I built a new maternity hospital!

Do you think I'm made of money?

And how am I supposed to survive and raise my children?

I'm constantly under stress.

I lived in fear for my life through the '90s.

I'm responsible for everything:

for taxes, for military enlistment, for elections.

They'll either send me to prison, or pat me on the head.

I want to live like a normal person!

I have 3 scars on my head,

hypertension, ulcers and two divorces!

I'm a woman, mother and wife - I want to live like a normal person!

And so do you.

That's why you grab a piece for yourself

without a thought for others.

You don't give a fuck whose walls are crumbling

or whose roof is leaking.

Because you have to finish laying down your own roof.

Your house isn't much smaller than mine, four stories tall.

Your son, a spoiled brat, rapist and drug addict

with 6 arrests and 2 court cases.

Has an apartment in Moscow and goes to a private school.

This one will soon have people dying from simple infections,

while he steals all the supplies, down to the antiseptics.

I bought new equipment for the hospital,

he sold half of it.

If I wasn't helping,

you'd be treating people with roadside herbs.

And this one has turned the police department into a racket.

I looked the other way, "Go ahead, Sergey.

"Make some money".

I don't even know what you do.

Sit on your ass all day, signing papers.

There hasn't been a fire in the town for ten years.

But we still allocate funds to get hoses,

equipment, who knows what else!

Yeah, I make something out of every deal.

But whose hands are clean here?

Perhaps one of you would like to take my place? Be my guest!

Only you oafs won't be able to hack it.

Sucking that teat dry,

but when something happens - blame "mama".

And you call yourselves men? Pussies.

Enough, Nina!

We all know that. We weren't born yesterday.

I've always lived well, never had to beg,

and don't plan on starting.

And I don't give a shit what people think of me.

If you can't take what you need, you'll live like a worm in shit.

This never-ending talk about "corruption" -

the whole country lives on bribes!

Even in the Soviet days, when my mother was dying of cancer

we had to grease some palms to get her medication.

And now, you can't do anything without money!

I hate to interrupt such nice bureaucratic confessions,

but what are we going to do now? Time's ticking.

What are we going to do?

Evacuate the people.

- Is this official? - Of course.

I'll call the regional office and let them know.

Why?

Regulations.

Let's not raise a stink right now.

Get the people out, and tomorrow we'll bring in

the experts and equipment.

Maybe it can still be repaired.

And who will be responsible for the fuckups? Me or him?

And what should we tell the tenants? They're not a flock of sheep.

If they realize that the building is failing,

they won't go back.

Well, then stage a fire, or any emergency situation.

Anything. We need to keep them all out overnight.

And in the morning, the experts will come.

If there are really no other options...

We'll have to resettle everyone.

I'll fall at Safronov's feet. He's building an entire block.

Come on, go already! Do something!

We found all the documents. They're in the car.

- If we need to, we can lose them. - And what do you have?

Things are in pretty bad shape.

The deficit in the repairs budget is 120 million.

Oh God...

We certainly could have spent it...

but what do we have to show for it? That's a lot of money.

A new construction site could justify it,

but Safronov's investors won't cooperate.

How much would it cost to resettle the dormitory?

There are 820 residents.

An emergency means resettling all of them, and fast.

At least 600 in the first two months. That's about 200 families.

83 of those are multi-child families,

there are 27 disabled, and 10 veterans.

So we'll need about 60 two-room apartments,

and the rest are one-room.

I think that amounts to approximately...

...260 million.

God damn it...

Oh God...

I'm such an idiot...

Right...

- Tanya, bring Safronov. Is he here? - He left about two hours ago.

- Then I need to go find him - Wait, Nina.

There's no time.

If you have something to say, come with me.

Go and get another unit there!

So wake them up! The gas workers too.

That dormitory uses gas.

Although I'm not sure. Find out.

Get the guys ready. Two trucks at least

Check the fire hoses and the equipment,

it's been ages since we used it.

Set up a blockade around the perimeter. How long?

How long is the perimeter?

We'll talk about overtime later.

Hey, watch your mouth, or I'll get you fired.

Get me three ambulances, each with a doctor and two paramedics.

You guys ready? Let's go.

Wait!

- What happened? - Stand down for now.

- Why? - We have to wait.

- For whom? - I don't know. Nina said, wait.

Right... Let's go have a drink, guys.

Hey shit-stirrer, what are you standing there for? Let's go!

You've got ulcers or what?

Let's talk here. My relatives are visiting,

I don't want them to know anything.

I urgently need to resettle 600 people.

I need 200 apartments, 2 buildings. Please help.

Are you insane? How can I get you two buildings?

The nine-story buildings you built are still vacant, aren't they?

Those apartments were sold even before we broke ground.

Only for a couple of months. I really need this, help me out.

My budget will be approved soon, I'll buy them.

What? I could be locked up for something like that.

For a month at least, and then I'll think of something.

Then I'll resettle them somewhere else.

I have inspections and showings every week.

There can't be anyone there.

What are you doing, you bastard?

I sold you that land for next to nothing.

Don't you have a conscience?

I have 800 people living in a dangerous building.

I can't get them evacuated without having a place to resettle them.

The housing budget will come under scrutiny.

They will put me away for 15 years, like they did with Sorokin.

No one will touch you.

You pay a kickback to the governor,

giving him some votes. There you go.

If he starts to pressure you, threaten to give him up.

- He'll get you off the hook. - Right, or kill me.

I could be killed too.

Nina, I'm sorry, I can't.

My investors used to tear people to shreds back in the 1990s.

Sorry, I can't.

Nina, you have no choice.

What do you mean?

You can't evacuate anyone from that building.

So what should I do? Bury them all in the rubble?

Who said the building will collapse for sure?

- Nikitin. - That punk?

He just wants to sabotage Fedotov and take his job.

And don't listen to that idiot waste-of-space Matyugin.

What about the risk?

The risk... There's always a risk.

Are you one of Safronov's investors?

Nina, stop it.

Are you?

I saw how he looked at you. Well?

I am.

And what about the people?

Living, breathing people, you scumbag.

Shut your mouth, you bitch.

When did you start worrying about the people?

Only when 800 of them might perish at once?

Were you worried about them when they were dying one by one?

When you took a piece for yourself out of every line in the budget.

The roads are shit, one pot-hole

on top of another, accidents every day.

The people are drinking themselves to death,

killing each other.

Because there are no decent jobs here, and the wages wouldn't suit a beggar.

Kids are wasting their lives and shooting up in basements.

The schools are a mess; teachers and doctors can't afford to buy food.

Old people and the disabled are better off dying.

You and I have been through this.

How much have I done for you?

You've been feeding off me your entire life.

If it wasn't for me, you'd still be a secretary.

Because you're a nobody, and I'm a somebody.

And the higher-ups know that.

Well?

What's the matter with you? Get yourself together.

Here, you either live like a human being, or like cattle.

There's not enough of the good life to go around.

Divide it evenly, and nobody will get anything.

Everyone will be equally poor.

Come on...

Would that be better? No.

I helped you become somebody,

and you're biting the hand that holds you.

Think about it long and hard - are you with them or with us?

So what do we do now?

We'll think of something. Get in the car.

Look at them, all shitfaced, and not giving a damn.

What do they care?

They'll have different bosses, but they will still have their jobs.

Stop whining, nothing's happened yet.

Sometimes I think, why the hell did I have to become the chief?

I could've continued working as a surgeon;

cut this, stitch that.

God forbid I'm ever on your operating table.

You will take out a kidney and sell it.

And you're an unselfish soul, I suppose?

Catch a lot of crooks?

You're not so easy to catch.

I try to put you away, but you bribe me.

And I'm Russian, can't help but take it.

- Fedor, come dance with us... - Get lost.

Are you from another planet or something?

Anyone else would've taken one look

and gone back home to bed.

Why do you care?

- There are human beings in there. - What human beings?

Trash...

and rejects.

- Maybe they should just die. - Children too?

The ones smoking junk and fucking in the attic?

What will they grow up to be? You tell me!

You shouldn't be grinding that axe here, kid.

We're old and seasoned.

We have seen a lot in this life. Especially me.

Every other person in that dormitory either

has an arrest or a conviction to their name.

If there were fewer of those buildings,

the world would be a better place.

And life would be easier for normal people like us.

Yes?

I'll be right back.

Yes...

One more round before we leave.

So, looks like everything's back on.

We're evacuating the tenants, and waiting for inspectors.

Nina wants...

to discuss something with the three of you. On the spot.

- My boys will drive you there. - We'll drive ourselves.

What, drunk?

I forbid it as the chief of police.

...That's two more years of work. I'm so sick of it.

- Hey... - Go home.

- Look, our very own bodyguards. - Very funny. Get in.

Well, are you happy now?

Why is there so few of you guys?

More are on their way.

Where are we going? The 32nd is the other way.

Don't listen, drive where you were told.

Why? He's driving in the wrong direction.

He's driving where we need to go.

Hey, if you don't know the way, let me drive.

Shut up already!

Watch who you're talking to.

Galaganova... That ruthless bitch...

What's the matter with you?

Tolya, that building will collapse.

And we "ran away".

What was it you said?

I "pocketed the money, kicked some back to you",

and you "never bothered to check"?

They will blame everything on the two of us.

Sayapin is a bitch too.

We're done for, Tolya.

What are you, nuts? There are 800 people there.

She'll get them out, and blame us for the building.

Hey guys, are you going to kill us?

Well? Answer me!

Shut your mouth and sit still.

Stop here.

Get back here.

Let the kid go.

He's just a plumber.

He won't say anything.

Are you fucking crazy?

What the fuck is all this?

- Shut up! - What?

Go.

Take your family and leave town tonight.

If you give us away, we'll find you and kill you.

What are you waiting for?

You really are a fucking fool.

Get lost! Now!

- Take him to his bed. - Leave it.

Where is he?

- At work, that's where. - What's this work at 3am?

It is what it is.

Get packing. Mom, help her.

- Her things, Anton's and mine - What happened?

There's no time! Get ready!

Oh dear Lord...

- What happened? - Don't ask.

I barely made it out alive.

We need to leave, for a long time. Otherwise...

- Oh God! Holy Mother... - Shut it and do as you are told!

- Let's get you a taxi. - Too risky. We'll catch a ride.

- I'll go ask the neighbor for his car. - I won't be able to return it!

We won't get any poorer. Go pack. I'll pull up to the entrance.

Thanks.

Should I take the summer clothes?

Take everything. And all money we have.

- How long will you be gone? - Forever, Mom.

- Masha! - Easy, easy. Sit down!

My baby, oh dear God...

My son...

- Oh dear God! - Quit it, you'll wake everyone up.

Oh Masha...

- Where are you headed? - I'll think about it on the way.

We must get out of town. I'll call you when we get there.

Mom.

- I knew you'd get yourself in trouble! - Enough already, stop it.

Off you go. She'll keep wailing until you leave,

and wake everyone up. Go!

- Oh God... - Calm down, calm down.

Dima! Son! My son...

- My son... - Easy, easy, calm down.

Dima...

Good thing we got everyone drunk.

And found all the documents.

In the morning, nobody will remember a thing.

Yes?

It's done?

All clean?

Good. Go home now.

Get rid of the guns.

I know they are government-issue, but we'll write them off.

God forbid they find the bodies and we get caught over something stupid.

Bye.

It's done.

God forgive us.

God created this life and made us live it.

All the documents are here.

Do it.

My husband is with Polosuhina right now. Bastard.

Quit sobbing.

We'll send her away. Let her shake her ass somewhere else.

And send your husband in to see me.

I'll explain to him how a man ought to treat his wife.

Has he calmed down?

He's asleep.

What happened?

Everything's rotten there, Masha.

Where?

The administrative board.

It's a snake pit.

A bunch of crooks.

Ready to eat each other alive. Vampires.

When they realized that they fucked up,

they decided to frame their own.

They put me, Fedotov and the fire chief into a police car.

And drove us to a quiet place.

Fedotov turned out to be a decent person

I didn't expect that.

He stood up for me

and they let me go.

So where are we going now?

We need to get out of town.

We'll spend the night in a hotel

and think of something in the morning.

I promise.

Well, thank you very much.

We had a normal life.

What were you thinking?

I was thinking about the people, dear.

And Anton and I are not people?

There are 800 people there.

Are all of them your wives and children?

- Masha, don't. - Don't what?

I didn't know it would end this badly.

How else could it have ended?

They've been stealing for years. They sucked the town dry.

Did you go there to preach and open their eyes?

Did you expect them to start righting their wrongs?

Saving people?

- For them other people do not exist! - For me they do!

And I had to try.

I will not be responsible for the deaths

of 800 people, got it?

I get it.

I get everything now.

- I get to suffer because I live with you. - So don't!

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

But I proved to them that the building will collapse.

At least they're getting the people out of there right now.

Out of where? There's your dormitory over there.

No one's around - everyone's asleep!

What the fuck are you standing here for? Let's go!

No one is there. No firemen, no cops.

Say that louder - maybe they'll appear.

They were supposed to be here.

And supposed to do what?

You sound like a kid. What world do you live in?

You were almost killed! Snap out of it and let's go!

What's the matter with you?

Take Anton and go.

You mean without you?

Yes, I'm staying.

Are you leaving us behind?

Masha, I'm not leaving anyone behind.

Can't you see? They're not getting the people out.

- They decided to just leave them there. - So what?

Don't make me angry.

Get in the car and go - you have a license.

- What are you doing, you freak? - Listen to yourself, you idiot.

There are hundreds of people in there.

Have you no heart?

Dima...

they're nobodies to us.

Shut your mouth.

Masha, dear, get in the car and leave.

Don't you see that I hate you right now?

Don't you understand?

We live like animals and die like animals

because we are nobodies to each other.

Tonya...

Have a drink. You'll feel better.

- Why are you here? - I had to come back.

Bastard! Are you out of your mind?

Leave, you hear me? They'll catch you, you fool!

- Leave! - Calm down.

- Why didn't you leave? - I just couldn't.

People will die.

We drove past the dormitory - nothing is happening.

They are not evacuating.

Because it's just your stupid idea, you fool!

The administration knows better. It's not going to collapse!

Who would want to be responsible

for so many deaths? Fedotov?

They killed Fedotov!

Is Galaganova covering her tracks?

So what are you going to do?

If anyone spots me, they'll kill me.

Do the people in the dormitory know

that the building's unstable?

No.

So what are you waiting for? Go tell them.

Who's gonna listen to me?

Who wants to be left out on the street?

I need an official order.

The information has to come from the top.

Who am I? I'm just a plumber.

Are you sure that it will collapse?

I'm sure.

Forgive your mother and me, son.

What for, Dad?

What did we ever give you?

Life.

And what are you supposed to do with this life?

Look at your mom and I - we argue every day.

There's no love or joy left between us.

And we never taught you how to live.

We are to blame for everything that's happened to you.

Stop it, Dad.

People are stealing by the truckload.

By the millions.

They step over each other and don't think twice.

And you repair shitty pipes for a living.

You wanted to help, to save people's lives -

and they almost killed you.

Leave, son.

Things will never change around here.

Never.

The building is collapsing! Get outside! Quickly!

Get outside, hurry!

Get out of the building.

- What happened? - The building is collapsing!

Quickly! Get out!

Olya, get dressed. I said, get dressed! Move it!

Get up! Run, outside! The building is collapsing!

Go outside!

The building is falling, you hear me?

The building is falling.

Oh yeah? Really?

Even I don't drink that much!

The building is falling.

Let's go.

Anyone here?

What's all this about? Is this a set-up?

Why are you standing here? Move away!

The building is collapsing! Do you understand?

Listen to me! If you don't believe me...

Quiet, everyone! Calm down!

Here's our hero!

He's the man!

- Don't... - Everything's fine.

He is so brave! Look how many people he saved!

- Stop it... - Quiet!

There are decent people left in this world!

You're fired!

He's been sneaking around here.

Since yesterday, stirring shit up! Get him!

Go home, everyone! Everything's fine.

Don't touch me, you scum!

After Sweden Drops Charges, What's Next For Julian Assange - politics - Duration: 4:25.

After Sweden Drops Charges, Whats Next For Julian Assange?

WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, will not quit releasing pertinent information, even

after Sweden announced its dropping the rape allegations against him.

Assange, the biggest enemy of the state, issued a defiant statement after Sweden dropped the

charges.

He wont be kowtowing to the political elites, though; in fact, just the opposite.

Julian Assange had previously expressed concern that he could end up being extradited and

face the death penalty in the United States because he continues to reveal government

secrets through his website, WikiLeaks.

On Friday afternoon, Assange appeared on a balcony at the Ecuadorian embassy and described

the dropped charges as an important victory. But hes not going to stop releasing the

information about the governments wrongdoings, and that has become a thorn in the side of

the political elites.

Today is an important victory for me and the UN human rights system, but by no means

erases seven years of detention without chargewhile my children grew up.

That is not something I can forgive or forget, Assange told journalists from a balcony at

the Ecuadorian embassy where he has lived for the last five years.

Marianne Ny, Swedens director of public prosecutions, earlier said the investigation

was dropped because Sweden had exhausted the possibilities for investigating the

allegations against Assange.

Newsweek

It is also becoming more clear as to why the Trump administration now loathes Assange as

much as the political left does.

No one, Assange included, is supposed to release information showing that the government is

not the benevolent magical unicorn partisan politics pretends that it is.

Adding fuel to the fire of truth in his statement Friday, Assange said he would continue to

release even more of US governments classified information, regardless of the reports last

month that said U.S. officials were preparing charges for Assanges arrest.

The UK has said it will arrest me regardless.

Now the U.S. CIA director [Mike] Pompeo and the U.S. attorney general [Jeff Sessions]

have said that I and other WikiLeaks staff have no rights and that my arrest and the

arrest of other staff is a priority.

That is not acceptable Our publications are proceeding at speed and that speed in

relation to [recent high-profile leaks about the CIA] is accelerating.

Basically, Assange is saying that he has no intentions of stopping the flow of information

to his website.

Instead, hes going to speed up the rate he releases the damaging information because

of governments insistence on continuing to threaten him for the crime of publishing

their hard-to-swallow truths.

In the meantime, Ecuador is offering Assange asylum.

Guillaume Long, Ecuadors foreign minister, pledged to help Assange Friday.

Given that the European arrest warrant no longer holds, Ecuador will now be intensifying

its diplomatic efforts with the UK so Julian Assange gains safe passage [to] Ecuador,

said Long.

Julian Assange, and other whistleblowers, such as Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden,

are the only chance we have at regaining a little bit of the truth the governments of

the world insist on hiding from us.

Some of the information is hard to hear, but wouldnt you rather know the truth about

the government, or do you prefer to be coddled with the lies the political elite think youre

too stupid to understand?

The insistence that Assange is bad and Manning is a traitor resonate only in the minds of

those so entrenched in their worship of the government that there is nothing the ruling

elites could do to them to warrant a change of heart.

The fact remains, that Assange is releasing relevant information proving that the government

is the largest corporate gang of criminal masterminds on Earth.

And, unfortunately, that truth is just too hard to hear

for most voters.

around me and the money then the wealth

then where to live also and topic you

want to pick

and how can this help you to

simplify your life so you made an overview

for all the things that you want

to have your life and you probably will

have a big part of it about what you

don't want to have in your life and you

don't can use anymore in your life so

you're going to look at the things that

you love in your life

you want in your life and you're going

to put them all in one new piece of

paper an overview to see where you were

are going to then you pick another

piece of paper and you're going to you write

all the things down that you still do

and you don't like anyone you are also

going through your some tips before you

can put this list together you go into

your banking go to your banking why do

you spend money or waste money what you

don't want anymore and you don't need

actually you're going through your house

clean up your house throw everything

away you don't want or give it away even

better or sell it if you want it has

value to you as well you would sell it

when you did this you will also find

things that you are still doing so you

made a list maybe 10 20 40 I don't I

don't know for me it was a lot and then

you are going to step by step and then

eliminate one of the things you are if

you don't want to be in your job anymore

put it is a thing and next step with

your job or find something else and then

quit your job and every step you make

you are going to look at the piece of

paper you made of how you want to be

your life and how simply you want to

have it and every choice you make you

look at your piece of paper and you are

going to feel into it look at it or use

your brain for I felt into it this is in

line with what I want what how my life

is supposed to be and

this is yes you do it is - no you don't

do it and so you can cut off all the

loose ends of what you don't like

anymore in your life and you can live

the life you want and make it as simple

as you want the other thing that I use

to get my life simple is travelling when

you are on the road and you only have a

suitcase with you you will find out

what's really important to have with you

and you will start living on the day if

you can live in a now moment you don't

have to do groceries for a week you

don't have to build a house or buy

a car or maybe you don't need all the

things or you don't want to have all the

things so make sure that every decision

you make is on the list

feels good or is in the direction that

you love your life have to be and make

sure that on the list of all the things

they are still doing you quit and one

for one step by the time and I am

singing quit and one step at a time

because it's really big shift to live in

an life which is fully complicated or to

live in a life which is really simple

you have you have to take small steps

into it that's that's my tip because

otherwise I think if I jumped into this

from 1 to 10 I think I went crazy

because you have to get used to it this

is another way of thinking it's all the

way of living and it's all a way of

being so I will put all these things

together in a PDF so you can use it

if you are going to make your plan or

make your life simpler and I will

give it for free and to show up

somewhere here with the download link to

get your free PDF so I hope you liked

my video and share in the comments below

how you make your life simpler or if the

tips I'm giving to you how I'm really

curious about that so if you liked it

all subscribe to my youtube channel like

the video and

you will see me next time

4 Recent Conspiracy Theories that Turned Out True - Duration: 17:05.

4 Recent Conspiracy Theories that Turned Out True

While the Internet may appear to be a democratized, unfiltered path toward facts and truth, it

is easily manipulated.

Powerful corporations pay a lot of money to have their dirty laundry buried in the search

results underneath contrived puff pieces.

With nearly the entire mainstream media apparatus at their disposal, the government is a maestro

at this practice.

As we learned from so-called Operation Mockingbird a conspiracy theory fact discussed in

my first post on the subject, Conspiracy Theories That Turned Out to Be True, hundreds,

if not thousands of news organizations have been conscripted into working with the CIA

to support pro-government narratives.

That was in the 1960s.

One can only imagine how vast the network is now.

Not to mention the fact that a single proprietary algorithm owned by Google dictates the vast

majority of the populations exposure to a subject.

With groups like Wikileaks and Anonymous out there, the last decade has witnessed a dam

burst of new data and documents.

Thanks to intrepid journalists, whistleblowers, hacktivists, and leakers, the human race continues

to tear down the wall of lies erected by the corporatocracy.

Without further ado, lets get to it: here are four recent conspiracy theories we can

start calling conspiracy facts.

1.

Government uses insect and rodent drones to spy

Its somewhat of a cliche to jokingly refer to a surrounding insect or bird as a clandestine

spy deployed by the government to watch you.

While we lack certain specifics on the ubiquity of the technology, we know definitively that

the government has the technology to surveil citizens using insects and other small animals,

and they use this technology in military applications.

There is some evidence to suggest that insect drones are used domestically to spy on citizens.

In 2007, this theory conspiracy theory took shape when anti-war protesters reported strange

buzzing insects.

Written off as tin foil material, officials dismissed the suggestion that the government

used insect drones to spy.

Multiple witnesses reported erratic dragonfly-type objects hovering in the sky.

The very next year, the U.S. Air Force announced their intended use of insect-sized spies as

tiny as bumblebees to infiltrate buildings in order to photograph, record, and even

attack insurgents and terrorists.

The government has come clean about its use of drones to spy on American citizens, so

its difficult to believe they wouldnt have at least tried insect drones.

While we cant say with 100% certainty that there are insect drones spying on American

citizens, though its exceedingly likely, what is irrefutable is the use of micro air

vehicles (MAVs) and spy animals as war-time tools.

DARPA launched its Stealthy Insect Sensor Project in 1999 as an effort to deputize bees

as bomb locators in war zones.

This was just the first phase in an ongoing project.

In her book The Pentagons Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, Americas Top Secret Military

Research Agency, journalist Annie Jacobsen revealed that the agencys near-future trajectory

is to introduce biohybrids part animal, part machine cyborgs into the

United States military arsenal.

In an interview with Coast to Coast AM, Jacobsen said:

DARPA has already succeeded in creating a rat that will be steered by remote control

by implanting an electrode in its brain.

And its done the same thing with a moth which is really remarkable because the scientists

implanted the electrodes in the pupa stage of the moth when it was still a worm!

And then it transformed into having wings, and those tiny little micro-sensors transformed

with the moth and the DARPA scientists were able to steer that moth.

2.

Mainstream media is the propaganda branch of the State Department

People have long accused the media of being a proxy branch of the State Department, a

highly sophisticated and well-produced form of manufactured consensus and controlled opposition

all rolled into one.

In ostensibly democratic nations, a free and independent press is of paramount importance.

But in the U.S., we find a cohesion of the state and corporate news networks that do

not constitute state-run media in the traditional sense but its close.

Our first solid documentation that the media is an echo chamber for the government came

with the disclosure of what has come to be called Operation Mockingbird.

This nefarious and far-reaching conspiracy was documented in Part 1 and involved the

CIA essentially conscripting journalists, American news agencies, and major broadcasters

to become domestic propagandists and spies.

Eventually, this CIA/media symbiosis included journalists from all the top news organizations.

Literally, thousands of people were involved.

This infiltration of the American media and press took place during the 1950s, at the

start of the Cold War, and was carried out under the auspices of fighting communism.

The CIA began to restrict its use of journalists in the Operation Mockingbird program in 1976,

but many people believe it has since transmogrified into something far more powerful, nefarious,

and ubiquitous today.

Were still in the early stages of proving to the masses that mainstream media is little

more than a mouthpiece and propaganda machine for the government and its various agencies,

but the evidence is accumulating.

During the 2016 presidential election, Wikileaks exposed a number of disturbing revelations

showing collusion between the media and political operatives.

This included collusion between the media, the Democratic National Committee, and the

Hillary Clinton campaign.

But it wasnt just about swaying the election.

New revelations showed that the government actively infiltrates powerful media corporations

in order to shape their content and narratives.

One of the best examples of this was the State Departments role in affecting a CBS 60

Minutes interview with Julian Assange.

A more comprehensive list of examples of the Orwellian symbiotic relationship between the

press and the government can be found here.

Perhaps the most disturbing recent addition to this chapter was the Countering Disinformation

Act that President Obama slipped into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

on Christmas Eve of last year.

In the context of the still-festering narrative of foreign interference in the 2016 presidential

election, the acts putative goal was to fight fake news, which many believe

is actually a campaign to silence and dismantle alternative media on the Internet.

In order to accomplish this, the government is establishing a Global Engagement Center

for managing disinformation and propaganda.

Since we already know our government routinely performs psychological operations (psyops,

or as theyve been recently rebranded, Military Information Support Operations [MISO]), it

should come as no surprise that manipulating the civilian population is a permanent goal.

In fact, in the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, the government formally legalized the

use of psyops on U.S. citizens.

So how does this Global Engagement Center factor in?

The new law states:

The Center is authorized to provide grants or contracts of financial support to civil

society groups, media content providers, nongovernmental organizations, federally funded research and

development centers, private companies, or academic institutions for the following purposes:

To support local independent media who are best placed to refute foreign disinformation

and manipulation in their own communities.

To collect and store examples in print, online, and social media, disinformation, misinformation,

and propaganda directed at the United States and its allies and partners.

To analyze and report on tactics, techniques, and procedures of foreign information warfare

with respect to disinformation, misinformation, and propaganda.

To support efforts by the Center to counter efforts by foreign entities to use disinformation,

misinformation, and propaganda to influence the policies and social and political stability

of the United States and United States allies and partner nations.

While it may not immediately strike one as sinister, this codification of repressing

journalists and voices the government deems to be disinformation while creating an even

more centralized infrastructure to control fact-based narratives in the media should

be highly alarming to anyone who cares about a free press.

It would seem that while the State already has a steel grip on corporate news networks,

they are struggling to control the influence of online independent media.

This new law may be the start of this centurys Operation Mockingbird a new full-scale

infiltration of the local news and a war against anti-establishment narratives on the Internet.

This is already taking the form of algorithmic censorship through Facebook and Google, as

well as a weaponization of the fake news narrative.

3.

The Deep State (or the conspiracy theory formerly known as The New World Order)

I describe the Deep State in depth in an article entitled Behind the New World Order: The

Dark World of the Deep State.

In it I wrote:

For decades, extreme ideologies on both the left and the right have clashed over the

conspiratorial concept of a shadowy secret government often called the New World Order

pulling the strings on the worlds heads of state and captains of industry.

The phrase New World Order is largely derided as a sophomoric conspiracy theory entertained

by minds that lack the sophistication necessary to understand the nuances of geopolitics.

But it turns out the core idea one of deep and overarching collusion between

Wall Street and government with a globalist agenda is operational in what a number

of insiders call the Deep State.

In the wake of the 2016 election, the concept of the Deep State has grown into somewhat

of a common phrase in the lexicon of alternative media theorists, crossing political boundaries

and resonating across the ideological spectrum.

Everyone from alt-left socialists to alt-righters now agrees there is an unelected cabal of

elite neo-conservative corporatists and crony lawmakers running the geopolitical show.

Because its such a complex subject and permeates so many different academic, economic,

and state apparatuses, its virtually impossible to issue a single, simple definition of the

Deep State.

If I were to hazard one, I would call it the nexus of Wall Street and the national security

state a relationship where elected and unelected figures join forces to consolidate

power and serve vested interests.

But even that is vague.

We could also call it the failure of our visible constitutional government and the

cross-fertilization of corporatism with the globalist war on terror.

Former Republican congressional aide Mike Lofgren gets more specific with who is involved:

It is a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies: the Department of

Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence

Agency and the Justice Department.

I also include the Department of the Treasury because of its jurisdiction over financial

flows, its enforcement of international sanctions and its organic symbiosis with Wall Street.

In his writing, Lofgren emphasized the role of FISA international surveillance courts.

This was confirmed in a very interesting way when President Donald Trump accused former

President Obama of tapping his phones, a charge Obama aides deflected by saying that if such

a warrant had been issued, it would have been done through a FISA court.

This shows how presidents are able to skirt the constitution by outsourcing surveillance

requests.

It also shows the interconnectedness of these agencies.

However you want to describe it, its the natural conclusion of Operation Mockingbird

and most certainly a reality that the elites would have rather kept under the radar.

Fortunately for the people of the Earth, revelations from Wikileaks and other whistleblowers have,

over the last couple decades, made it abundantly clear that the Deep State (the New World Order)

not only exists, but also that its far more sinister and powerful than early conspiracy

theorists could have ever imagined.

4.

CIA monitors U.S. citizens via their smart devices

Early in 2017, the organization Wikileaks began releasing their first post-2016 election

cables with a series of explosive data dumps regarding the CIAs cyber hacking abilities

and exploits.

It is called Vault 7.

Updated serially in Year Zero, Dark Matter, Marble, Grasshopper,

HIVE, Weeping Angel, and Scribbles, the documents show the unprecedented collection

of cyber vulnerabilities, exploits, and hacking abilities consolidated within the agency that

many believe constitute wide-ranging breaches of civil liberties.

Chief among these breaches is domestic surveillance and extrajudicial cyberhacking, which the

Wikileaks documents confirm are taking place in an abundance of forms.

The Vault 7 documents confirm that:

The CIA can break into Android and iPhone handsets and all kinds of computers;

the agency has the ability to hack into Apple iPhones and Android smartphones and actually

assume full remote control of the device;

the CIA can access consumer smart TVs to listen in on surrounding conversations;

the agency looked into ways to hack into cars and crash them, allowing nearly undetectable

assassinations (an assertion relevant to the Michael Hastings case);

the CIA concealed vulnerabilities that could be exploited by hackers from other countries

or governments.

This is just the beginning.

Early in the release, Julian Assange said the documents released represented only a

tiny fraction of the total data that was forthcoming.

Wikileaks episodic data dumps on the CIAs cyber hacking programs are nothing less than

stunning.

The establishments reaction to the ongoing releases verifies how big of a deal they are.

One congressman went so far as to refer to Julian Assange and his whistleblowing outfit

as a foreign terrorist organization.

This isnt new or unexpected, as the groups slow but inexorable drips of revelations about

government malfeasance continue to confound and disturb private citizens, consumer rights

activists, tech companies, and international leaders alike.

The Georgia Guide Stones, The Cabal's Mission Statement, Hidden In Plain Sight - Duration: 9:35.

The Georgia Guide Stones, The Cabals Mission Statement, Hidden In Plain Sight

by Morag,

The matrix is the reality, the constructed holographic or low frequency world we have

existed in for many years.

We know how it wants us to behave.

We are to obey, conform and compete.

We are to continue to fall for the old, tired war strategy of divide and conquer.

Continue to see each other as the enemy, whilst the cabal sit in their gilded castles cackling

like bad Bond villains.

But what is the end goal?

What do the cabal, the architects of the matrix, want?

Everything hidden in plain sight is one of the cabals truths.

We find the answer to our question on the Georgia Guide Stones in Georgia, US.

Erected in 1980 under suitably mysterious circumstances, the Georgia Stones set out

the cabals mission statement for humanity.

They do want a peaceful, equally distributed economy, with a healthy balance between art,

production, nature and health.

They speak of enlightenment, of spiritual awakening and liberation.

They set out a plan for abundance and love.

Well, that all sounds fine, really, until we read on to see how they intend to achieve

this.

Written in plain sight, on stone, they intend to achieve this modern utopia by limiting

the planets population to 500,000,000.

Oh and genetically modifying the humans still permitted to exist on planet earth.

Yep, they actually say it.

This explains all the bad-for-people stuff they come up with in their dark little gold

tinted caves of depravity, greed and sacrifice (hauling my love vibration back up as I write

this, its good to know the truth, but not dwell on it).

How do they limit the population?

War, poverty, disease and some more war, might do it.

Throw in some patriarchal hatred, misogyny, fascism, racism and homophobia into the cauldron.

Sprinkle some food weaponry, chemical and synthetic pharmaceuticals, polluted air and

water, and mind control programming and youve got yourself a poisonous brew to dose society

with.

How do you administer the magick potion?

Through food, air, pharmaceuticals, media, advertising, religion and a brutal economic

class warfare system.

Train the people to police themselves, create a panopticon reality, where perceived threat

is as good as actual threat for controlling the population.

Planetary warfare.

Make sure a fairly substantial number are too poor to do more than survive.

Make others climb their little hamster wheels all their lives, cogs in the machine, bricks

in the wall.

Censor, manipulate and bully behind the veil of benevolence, philanthropy, denial and ruthless

reprisal.

As all the great science fiction writers have always known, the factor the cabal did not

take into account (the baddies never do) is.dramatic drum rollhuman spirit.

That thing that makes us real, authentic, beautiful, vulnerable, powerful, empathic

and everything in between our humanity.

Despite intensive post World War 2 fourth Reich programming, polarization, persistent

warfare and poverty the human spirit is still fighting.

The human spirit is still connected, compassionate and loving.

These attributes also mean we are easily hurt, easily manipulated and easily fooled because

we are quite trusting.

There is spiritual humility and grace at the heart of humanity, which cuts through dark

energy like a Jedi Knights light saber.

The expression of this spiritual fire, this purity of soul, can be seen in the art and

beauty humanity creates.

Kindness always wins through.

Solidarity and humor.

Laughter cuts across all programmed barriers.

Love destroys the illusion of fear and hate they know this.

Hence the genetically modified bit.

Our society has become obsessed with the outer packaging, the human suit.

We see a generation of beautiful young people pumping themselves with substances to emanate

plastic people representing a plastic world.

We can no longer rely on our eyesight to identify a true human from a clone, AI, robot or hologram

(check out Japans Gemini robots or Kanyes Famous video!).

The faces we see projected onto our brains everyday are that of people who have changed

their appearance, smoothing emotion, snipping soul and cutting wisdom out their faces.

We have become used to this.

Genetic modification could pass us by unnoticed, we cant discern fake from real anymore

in the matrix.

If we engage our mind body soul system, we read energy fields, we feel the spirit of

the person, our third eye can tell who is human and who is not, we just have to wake

up our third eye!

The Georgia Stones map us out, we are to exist, those of us permitted to survive, in a sanitized

world.

A world where we will be labelled, assigned, identified and squeezed into little boxes

of drone decorum, the Stepford wives utopia of the elites perfect world.

There to shine the boots of the exalted 1% in their ivory castles.

The planet with all her gems of beauty and brilliance will be theirs to own, to indulge

their senses in all earths pleasures.

The cabal have used dark magic, dense frequencies to maneuver towards their goal.

They have known for a long time what the Age of Aquarius means for them.

Their hold on the planet and her people is lessening every day as the veils lift, the

vibrations lighten and the energies shift.

The global karmic purge of hatred, fear, greed and control is well underway, as we see in

the accelerated awakening of people across the world to stand up against the cabal, the

elite, the war lords, bankers, kings and queens of greed and power.

This plan of theirs, this planetary ownership mission set out on the Georgia Stones, has

no chance whatsoever against the might of Gaia herself, her awakened and waking passengers.

Cosmic, intergalactic interventions occur to galvanize this wave of organic transition

and transcendence.

The ancient battle between good and evil, light and darkness is being played out in

our own little corner of the multi verse.

The stakes are high, the repercussions potentially widespread and devastating.

Humanity must step up, save ourselves and our planet.

Take back what is ours, unplug and lighten the energetic load as the cosmic shifts in

consciousness propel us to higher dimensions.

This planet can easily care for the 7 billion humans on it, there is plenty for everyone.

Fair exchange.

Fair distribution.

Fair living.

It can be done.

It is greed that drives the cabal.

Greed for power, to own all the pleasures this world has to offer.

There is no room for this base dense frequency on the new earth.

Whether we separate physically, metaphorically, dimensionally the old earth is going, on her

way out, exit stage left.

How we form the new earth is down to us.

The waves of energetic change are happening, its what we do that will determine where

these waves take us.

We can all be Neo.

We can all stop bullets, bend time and space, own the matrix.

Keep our frequencies high and the ripples will filter out, lighting up Gaias grid

like fairy lights round the planet.

Sit in the park under a tree, meditate love, peace and abundance beautiful people, see

you on the light grid _/\_ raising the frequencies to freedom and love.
