Waching daily May 24 2017

hey trippsters okay JP thank you for

pointing this out to me.

JP pointed out to me the fact that when

I did my inside studio G video I left

something out that Garth did announce that

he would be on the Don Williams tribute

album and yes he is and I have looked it

up to see which song it is .it's the last

track on the album and it is called good

ol boys like me. now if you are

interested in getting the CD because

Garth is on it, if you go to my website

links in the description, I have posted

links to the CD and the mp3 versions of

the album. it's right there on the front

page of my website ,however if you want

to get it just for the one Garth song

there's a really good chance that you

already have this Garth song okay. the

song good ole boys like me, was actually in

his blame it all on my roots box set it

was on the country classic CD it was the

8th cut on the country classic CD so if

done Williams fan then yeh, the links are

Berenice and Irene: Ep. 03 | Catfishing - Duration: 2:10.

[Chill Jazz]

Irene, darling, where are we?

Well, you know that the Frankenstein Monster didn't work out.

Sarah Karloff was not happy with me.

Of Course.

But!

We are waiting for my future husband.

They call him the Creature, but his real name is Ricou.

At least that's what his profile said.

Those gills!

Irene, darling, we talked about the catfishing.

You know I prefer haddock, but I'm sure it's him.

I mean, it's not going to be another Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde -- or, Mr. Fried situation.

Again.

Well, speaking of fried, I hear that the director and cinematographer of Attack on Titan -- the

live action one -- will be at the Famous Monsters Convention!

Perfect for Mother's day.

[pompous laughter]

There he is!

Oh, good catch!

Reel him in! Reel him in!

Oh, dead body!

Oh, there goes another former husband... or future husband... possible... [sobs pompously]

It's alright, darling.

Let's get you a lemon drop.

I'll try a Power Ranger, then.

This is the kids' lunch room where we eat every day.

I thank 4Life® for my son's nutrition.

Before, we had to wake up early, around two or three in the morning

to go to the water wells

to get water to cook and drink.

The water we collected wasn't healthy.

Thanks to 4Life, we now have purified water

and we can come get it anytime we need!

Thanks to our garden, we can now eat fresh vegetables.

We are proud of the Recycling Project,

because it helps us keep our community clean.

We love to recycle!

It's nice to have bathrooms with clean water.

Thanks 4Life for the new classrooms and fans.

What do you need to fish for Barbel - O que precisas para pescar Barbos - Duration: 15:37.

Just look at this table full of funny things

No, it's not a giveaway, this is mine, just mine and I do not split with no one

This video will be to show what I use for fishing to Barbel

The material, the lures, all you need to start

Last year and in the previous years I had fished with Black Savage Rod 5-20g

The rod allowed me to work the Barbel well, to use even small lures

Just did not use the lrf rod that allows me to use lures even smaller because it was very long

The LRF rod is a rod to be used in sea or in river where we have more space to cast

Or I was kayaking and needed a smaller rod or I was in small creeks

A smaller rod allows us to reach places where we do not arrive in any other way

Because it does not hit the trees for example

Most of the time I fished with Savage Gear Nails, Nails came back again

After a year of absence, last year there was no Nails for no one

They even left the collection and at the request of many fishermen they returned

And returned in kit

I'll show you later

For now let's focus on the rods, Black Savage 5-20 never let me down

Is a very versatile rod that allows me to fish for Bass, Zander (Walleye) ou Barbel

Is a polyvalent rod, this year I decided to start using more specific rods

I have this one I take in my fishing

But the one I'm using in Barbels and you will see me using in the next videos is this

The Savage Gear UL 0-7 grams

This allows me to use very small lures including the Mayfly that arrived this year

In packs of 8, now the mayfly come like this

Without weight, there are missing here 3

The Barbel already took them ... but at least I got them

Well, some of them...

But the package in this way is much more economical

And you can also use the weight you want

Instead of the package you were used to seeing

It was this package that came with just a mayfly

But it became more expensive, it was better because the weight was inside the lure

And then it was 100% real but I assure you that with this will have the same results

I had no problem catching fish with this

And comes out much cheaper and saves us money

As I was saying UL 0-7 rod was my bet for this year

what reels I used last year?

Okuma RTX 25 was my reel of choice

Was okuma's second best

Left the collection and this year so you should no longer be able to find it, only in some stores that still have it

But it is a very versatile, very powerful and spectacular drag reel

And still the Okuma Inspira, this reel is in the market

Is an excellent reel for both LRF and for more finesse fishing

This reel has always been known to be reliable and durable

is a very good reel

And recently, more specifically last week came the new Helios

This is the new Helios SX

And is a bomb, is the top from Okuma

Is a reel I recommend now, after having tried it and used it with large fish

With fish very fighters,I will not speack without ever having experienced

I will not talk about I read in catalogs without ever having caught a fish with it

Now after trying it and after catching fish I can recommend

And I can guarantee that it is very good, the drag is brutal

Not only in the sound, the sound is beautiful but in the ability to fight with a fish

The drag is soft and a soft drag allows us to catch the fish better

If the drag jumps the fish will break the line

You do not have the slightest chance

Helios SX if you have money this is the right choice

If you want a cheaper thing you have the Inspira

Continues to be very good , everyone knows what is best for you and your wallet

And it's not because you use Okuma Inspira that you're going to catch less fish

The Helios is just a softer

At this moment we have talked about the rods and the reels

I will now speak of something else essential,

When we are sight fishing is obligatory and I repeat is obligatory use of polarized glasses

Polarized glasses are not sunglasses

For example mine have this so they do not get lost if they fall to the water and a box not to scratch

why they are required?

Because we are sight fishing and the barbel has a much better vision than us.

If you see a Barbel the most certain is that he has already seen you before

And you only have chance if you fish with polarized glasses

You have to see the fish in a big distance because if you approach the shore and I will explain this in a future video the fish will escape

So if you fish near the shore and the fish is 10 Cm from you he will run away

What do you think will happen to fish that are 10Cm away from you?

is game over

You have to wear glasses and see at least 15 to 20 meters ahead of you

In order to see the dark back of a Barbel and then launch there, you can not stand beside a fish

You can not catch a Barbel near you, there is no way, I don´t know anyone who can

Another very important thing is the net

I use a telescopic net that allows me to extend up to 3 meters

This is very important because Barbel is a very fighter fish

This shrinks and we can walk with this in the back

And if you do not carry a net, it is more certain that you lose the fish at your feet and that is frustrating

very important, the net

A hat, this is normal, we will walk a lot of time in the sun

It's not good to get some sun on your head or the ideas come out strange...

This is to disinfect the fish's mouth

so he do not gain infections

A pair of scissors to make our knots

A scale, in this case has scale and tape measure

To record our catches before releasing them, it is very important to release

Nobody is starving to the point of needing to eat a Barbel

A bag to store all our material

This one goes to the waist

No need to be loaded of tackle

and now the lures, the lures I use are

Savage Gear Mayfly

Savage Gear Nails, this is the new kit

You can already buy in stores, it is available

Which lures will we use the most?

SG Mayfly

in this kit

Savage Gear Shrimp

The shrimp is no longer available but you can use the Mayfly

Savage Gear Ragworm

The Ragworm are obligatory, there is no Barbel that does not eat earthworms

Another lure that has already give to me some Barbels

Are the little Fry

Small fish imitations, is not the most common lure for Barbel

It should not be your first choice but sometimes surprises happen.

As you have seen in the Trout fishing video

That's all I use and it fits inside this bag

You do not need to walk loaded on Barbel fishing

You have seen all kinds of material you will need

I use multi 0.12 with 0.20 flurocarbon

so you can use a 0.12 multi but is better to use 0.25 flurocarbon

because Barbel fight very hard

And it is possible that you lose the fish if you have slim lines

I use this box where I store the jigheads

I use from 0.5grams to 1.5grams, don´t use more than that or will not work

So that is the need for a rod like this that allows us to throw weight so light

I hope you enjoyed this video and I'll leave the footage of a good Barbel

With a Mayfly, is one of the 3 missing in this box

was destroyed in the fight

A 7-minute fight that gave me a brutal enjoyment

cya

damn

enough

let me...

... catch you

what a fight

easy

today?

today?

I'm fishing with line and jighead very thin

So I have to be calm

I don´t know if it is a Barbel because

The Barbel has a great start but then surrenders

unless...

is a Barbel

he is bigger

he is kicking me

Should I close the drag more?

Can the line handle it?

This is the real rod test

what a Barbel

he don´t like me

like I said...

Been so close

so close to the photo.

come here

ultra light

I am happy

Let's go there and there's a fisherman and take a picture

What Was You Doing at 15 Years Old? Meet Ali -- TTG019 - Duration: 4:34.

(intro music)

(intro music)

- Hello, and welcome to today's edition

of The Transition Guy,

where I have a very special guest with me today,

and her name is Ali.

Now, we are here on Necker Island,

and there's about 34 entrepreneurs,

and when I first heard that there's a 15-year old,

you can imagine my face.

I was like, "What?

"A 15-year old with us?"

I mean half of us are over the age of 40,

yet we got 15-year old here,

and I was kind of really curious.

And, actually, when listening to Ali's story,

it kind of puts to shame quite a number of people out there-

- No.

- that absolutely...

No, what I mean by that is if you have true focus

and true determination, it's amazing what you can achieve

in a relatively short period of time.

And we all know what it's like to be 15,

if we can remember that far back.

And at 15, what do most people want to do?

They want to go out partying,

hanging out with friends, etc.

Well, at the age of 15...

And I'm not going to tell you Ali's story.

She's going to tell you herself.

She's not been doing any of that stuff.

She's actually been doing other stuff.

She's like a 30-year old trapped in a 15-year old body.

Over to you, Ali.

- Hi, I am Ali.

I'm 15, and I'm a teen social entrepreneur,

so I founded my first business at the age of 11,

and now I'm the founder and CEO of two businesses,

launching a third one when I get back to Sydney.

The main one is a social enterprise

called The Freedom Scrub.

We have partnered with two incredible,

international charities,

and we make ethical body scrubs

that are full-purpose and have a slavery-free supply chain,

and then for every scrub that we sell,

we help to provide healthcare to five people

living in poverty in India per year.

We help to provide rehabilitation to rescued child soldiers

and women that are rescued

from human trafficking in Australia.

It's something that I'm really passionate about,

getting to use business to change lives

and to improve the lives of people is really amazing.

You know it's really incredible to be here

with such amazing people and be using it as a platform

to help see some more global change.

- Can you believe that?

That is a 15-year old speaking.

And a lot of people say,

when we're so looking at employees of tomorrow,

too often do I here this:

"Well, the kids of today are not like what they used to be.

"Ah, we just can't get the people."

Well, you actually be wrong.

You can totally get the people.

The biggest challenge we have today

is that the majority of people out there in business

cannot engage- - Yes.

- With the younger people. - For sure, for sure.

- And, really, my challenge to you all is

there are great people out there.

It's not so much that they need to change.

My challenge is what do you need to change about yourself

so that you can get these bright people into your business

and actually get them doing the work

that they so desperately can do brilliantly.

- Yeah, yeah, there's a lot of passion and drive

in the young people of today,

and through one way or another,

because it's not traditional...

It's very outside the square,

people don't expect it from them,

but if you can find a way to communicate effectively

with young people, with teenagers and millennials,

it's a really great asset to your business

because they provide a whole new outlook,

and they're the adults of tomorrow,

so they have a really interesting insight

into how they see the world and what they think

the world's gonna be like in a few years.

And that can be really important sometimes.

- Yeah, you know what's really interesting is actually,

in us older business owners out there,

we're not gonna want to hear this,

but the reality is there's more younger people out there

then there are older people.

- Totally.

- So, we can't expect the younger people to bend to us.

We're gonna have to do some of the change.

It's been an absolute pleasure having you.

- Thank you.

- Thank you for coming on.

- Thanks guys for having me.

- So that's it from today's edition of The Transition Guy.

If you can relate to a lot of the stuff we've covered,

some of the stuff that Ali's covered tody,

head over to www.Boolkah.com and get in contact,

and remember, failing to learn is learning to fail.

Why Tullk From Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 Looks So Familiar - Duration: 6:09.

Though he may not be at his most recognizable in his role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.

2, the actor who plays Tullk in the Marvel sequel is bound to look familiar to any avid

moviegoer.

His name is Tommy Flanagan, an actor with a mile-long resume and a pair of distinctive

scars.

He's one of those actors whose name you can't quite remember, but whose face you know by

heart.

Here are a few flicks you might have seen him in.

Braveheart

Flanagan is an extraordinarily Scottish man, so it should come as no surprise that his

first big break was in 1995's Braveheart, the epic historical drama directed by and

starring Mel Gibson.

Flanagan played a villager named Morrison whose wedding is interrupted by the repulsive

Lord Bottoms, who steals Morrison's bride for the night.

Happily, Morrison gets his revenge when he joins WIlliam Wallace's army...

"It was my right!"

"Your right?

Well I'm here to claim the right of a husband!"

The Saint

This 1997 thriller cashed in on the then-solid superstar status of Val Kilmer, who was coming

off his one-movie stint as Batman and still sporting an action-hero's physique, perfect

for his role in The Saint.

Kilmer plays the lead role, a smarmy thief-for-hire with the world's most ridiculous collection

of disguises ...

"It's so early.

You guys want to get some coffee or something?"

Of course, the billionaire Russian oligarch who enlists the Saint also needs a couple

of loyal henchmen to help with his schemes — enter Flanagan, who joined the cast as

a thug known as Scarface.

For the most part, his role consists of hovering nearby and looking intimidating.

Flanagan was apparently not a fan of the movie's leading man.

In 2004, he "slowly and precisely" said this into one journalist's tape recorder: "Val

Kilmer's a prick."

Face/Off

Not content to play just one role per year as the right-hand man to a movie villain,

in 1997 Flanagan also showed up in John Woo's brilliant — and brilliantly absurd — Face/Off,

a film that was a giant hit at the box office, despite its repulsive and ridiculous premise.

Flanagan plays a Leo, a henchman to the evil Castor Troy, a role played by both Nicolas

Cage and John Travolta...you know, because of the face-swapping thing.

"I'd like to take his… his face… off."

Flanagan turns up in multiple scenes as a strong, silent member of the villain's support

staff, where he's easily identifiable as a Bad Guy thanks to his stylishly sleazy turtleneck-and-blazer

combo.

The Game

1997 was a big year for Flanagan.

After playing a couple of toughs in The Saint and Face/Off, he also had a memorable turn

as a crazy cabbie in The Game.

A twisted David Fincher thriller, Michael Douglas starred as a cold-hearted businessman

who ends up fighting for his life on his forty-eighth birthday in an elaborate role-playing game...gone

mad!

Flanagan is on camera in this for only about fifteen seconds, and has zero lines, but his

performance makes a big impression.

Gladiator

With one historical epic already under his belt, Flanagan scored an even bigger part

in his next one in 2000: Ridley Scott's Gladiator, where he played Maximus' loyal servant Cicero.

It was one of the actor's most significant cinematic roles yet, and really showed off

his range.

Not only did Flanagan demonstrate that he makes a totally convincing good guy, complete

with a noble and dramatic on screen death ...

"I'm sorry."

… but he also toned down his thick accent considerably ...

"I do what I have to."

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle

Hollywood's always in need of a few good bad guys.

And by 2003, Flanagan was high on the list of the industry's most eligible henchmen.

"Lights!

Somebody got the lights!"

His nameless roughhouser in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, credited only as "Irish Henchman,"

was part of the squad assembled by the evil Irishmen Seamus O'Grady.

Flanagan took plenty of licks from the ladies, but says Lucy Lui was the hardest-hitting

Angel in the trio.

Sin City

Flanagan next turned up in Robert Rodriguez's gruesome 2005 film Sin City.

There, he played a mercenary named Brian in a vignette titled "The Big Fat Kill," where

he memorably chucks a grenade at a mute assassin ...

"Suck on this, you stupid slag!"

… and then makes an elegant escape down a manhole with Benicio del Toro's severed

head — surely a career highlight.

When a Stranger Calls

This 2006 remake of the classic horror film features Flanagan as the namesake stranger,

who terrorizes a hapless babysitter with a series of threatening phone calls.

Although Flanagan doesn't actually speak in When a Stranger Calls — the creepy voice

on the line belongs to actor Lance Henriksen from the Alien series — the image of him

in the back of a police car in the film's final moments make it clear why he was a perfect

casting choice.

Sons of Anarchy

Flanagan's is best-known role is also the one he played the longest, as fan favorite

"Chibs" Telford on the FX series Sons of Anarchy.

"Jackie boy, this place is fantastic!"

"I'm so excited."

The show tells the story of a gun-running motorcycle gang that may or may not be loosely

based on the famous Hell's Angels.

Flanagan played Telford for all seven seasons, as he rose in the ranks to become Sergeant-at-Arms,

Vice President, and finally President Motorcycle Guy.

Nice guys don't always finish last!

There's more ...

Still don't know where you've seen Flanagan?

Over the years, you may have spotted him on one of several high-profile prime time properties,

including Revenge, Gotham, and a memorable turn as a loan shark on Law & Order: SVU,

in which he actually has the gall to threaten Ice-T ....

"Tell your girlfriend she's gonna be sorry."

"Threatening a detective, huh?

Why don't we add that to the rest of your charges?"

Going toe to toe with Ice T?

That's pretty...cool.

What is Audio Description? - Duration: 1:13.

LILY BOND: What is audio description?

Audio description is an audio track

that narrates the relevant visual information contained

in your video, and it's an accommodation for blind and low

vision viewers.

It's usually represented by an AD icon,

just like you would see a CC icon for captioning.

And you can see here that audio description

is very similar to captions, which

people are more familiar with.

Captions transcribe the relevant auditory information

and assume that the viewer can't hear.

Audio description assumes the viewer

can't see and translates the relevant visual information

into speech.

So the image here shows a man, and the audio description

would speak, "He shakes the computer," whereas the caption

would transcribe the audio, which

says, "sobbing mathematically."

And for those who have never heard a description before,

it's often described as similar to the sports

announcer in a baseball game narrating

the plays over the radio.
