Galaxy S8.

It's probably the most beautiful phone out there and with pretty much all the functions

you'll ever need.

The only catch is that it'll set you back about 750 Dollars.

But for this Black Friday, Bestbuy and Verizon will take about 350 Dollars off that price.

Get it through Bestbuy and you only have to pay 15.41 per month for 24 months.

That calculates to about 370 Dollars not factoring in any interest and etc.

If it's time for you to upgrade your phone, don't miss out on this opportunity.

deal for 2017 goes to the Playstation 4 slim 1TB version.

Normally this Playstation will set you back 300 Dollars, but Walmart is knocking off 100

Dollars for this year's Black Friday.

You might consider bundled versions that are on sale out there, for example the uncharted

4 bundle which will get you a 500 GB version at a little over 300 Dollars.

But you might not like the games they come with and considering you can just buy an Uncharted

4 title for about 20 dollars, they're not that cheap anyways.

So if you're a purist that like to get only the games you want to play, then at 199 Dollars

this is the deal for you.

Hello in the video of today we will show you how to make cement pots with personality!

No! in today's video we're going to show how to make cement pots using

bottles of softener and detergent as mold

looking as African masks

a very funny face like ours ...

We will need several bottles for the outside and smaller ones for the inner part of the vessel

and the mass of cement that we have already shown in detail

in other videos of pots you can watch by clicking the links in the description of this video

to make better use of the internal space, we put together two packages to put inside

and so the vessel wall becomes thinner and the plant has more room for the roots

and the walls and bottom need to be more or less the same thickness

from there we used a roll of toilet paper rolled up

to make the drainage holes and at the same time mark the thickness of the bottom

In the top on top did we do the same thing with the hole to hang?

the roller marks the hole space and the thickness of the cement layer

after drying the ciemnto comes the hardest part:remove the plastic molds

or ideal would be reused for other vessels

but unfortunately it was not possible

we are studying this problem soon we will come back to show a solution

What To Do After Binge Eating? Top Tips - Mind Over Munch - Duration: 4:05.

Hey, munchies!

Happy Thanksgiving!

So for many of us, the goal is to find a healthy relationship with food

where we eat mostly clean, unprocessed ingredients,

and eat the amount that our bodies need—MOST of the time.

That doesn't that mean we NEVER indulge though, and sometimes,

maybe we even take it a little bit too far.

Thanksgiving is one of those days that I tend to overdo it every time,

no matter what.

It's also one of the days that I'm OKAY with overdoing it…

buuuut, I can still end up feeling a little bit guilty.

So how do I deal?

Today I am sharing some tips for how to handle a binge.

Now, this is NOT me telling you to binge and then do these things to correct it.

This is me saying that, if you happen to have a human moment

where you eat more than you mean to and let it get a bit out of control,

it's okay—recover and move on.

And that is pretty much the first tip: Forgive yourself.

So indulging isn't a crime.

Let go of the guilt!

If this is just an over-indulgent meal, it isn't going to do much damage.

Remember, it takes our body time to adjust—it takes time to gain AND lose weight.

Hydrate!

Jump on the water-drinking train.

Water is going to help with digestion and help fight the bloat

that comes with binging.

Drink as much as you can the next few days,

and help flush out any excess salt that your body is hanging onto post-binge.

Choose foods higher in fiber, protein and/or fat.

When we over-indulge, a lot of times we end up eating a lot of carbohydrates,

which spikes our insulin, and then we end up feeling HUNGRY

even though we're actually full.

The next day, you might feel CRAVINGS for carb or sugar-laden foods,

so fill up on foods that will satiate you more,

like healthy fats, high fiber vegetables and protein!

While you're choosing those satiating foods,

try to avoid ones that are harder to digest—

gluten, dairy, sugar, acidic foods like fruit juice, pasta, fatty meats, etcetera

are all harder on our digestive system,

so try to keep your foods the next day simple and whole.

Alcohol and coffee also aren't ideal post binge since they put a damper on your digestion.

Go for water, seltzer or tea instead!

Don't starve yourself!

If you skip meals to try to make up for over-indulgence,

you may end up binging all over again.

Instead, try to choose foods our bodies appreciate,

and really listen to your appetite center and only eat when your body is hungry.

Sleep!

Studies have shown that those who get enough sleep

have more "food restraint" willpower, so it may be easier to turn down

those high carb or high sugar foods that you're craving the next day.

When we don't get enough sleep, our body actually FEELS hungrier.

Lack of sleep decreases leptin in our bodies—

a hormone that suppresses appetite and lets us know when we're full.

And it also increases ghrelin in our bodies—

a peptide in the stomach that stimulates appetite.

With less leptin and more ghrelin in our bodies,

we feel hungry even when we've eaten enough!

Exercise.

Now, don't get me wrong—exercise is NOT going to counter overeating.

It isn't going to burn off Thanksgiving dinner, BUT

it will help keep our digestive tract moving, up your energy,

and make you feel good.

Last but not least—do NOT weigh yourself.

Are you kidding me?

Obviously!

Weighing yourself the day after you've just binged is just asking to be defeated

and discouraged.

Give it a few days of eating well post-binge

before assessing and remember that you can get back on track.

Don't let this take over mentally.

It's just one meal.

Unsolved: Lead Mask Mystery - Duration: 3:32.

On August 20, 1966 a man was flying a kite on Vintem Hill in Niteroi, Brazil, when he

stumbled upon the bodies of two young men partially covered in grass and leaves.

The men were wearing formal suits, waterproof coats, and each had a pair of homemade lead

masks covering their eyes.

Police found an empty water bottle, a receipt for the bottle, two small wet towels, and

a notebook nearby the bodies.

Besides work note, the notebook mysteriously read "16:30 be at the determined place.

18:30 swallow capsules, after effect, protect metals, wait for signal" in Portuguese.

There were no signs of trauma or any evidence of a struggle.

No autopsy or toxicology report was ever performed, because the coroner's off was too busy.

Leaving the internal organs of the victims to become too decomposed for reliable testing.

The men were identified as Manoel Pereira da Cruz and Miguel Jose Viana.

They were two electronic technicians from Campos dos Goytacazes.

Friends and family told Police that the two-left town 3 days earlier on August 17 to go buy

work supplies and possibly a car.

Saying they would only be gone for that afternoon.

Instead, the men rode a bus 110 miles to Niteroi, allegedly with the money to purchase all that

they needed.

When they arrived they bought waterproof coats at a local shop, and the one bottle of water

from a local bar.

The bartender later told police, that the men were very nervous and constantly checking

their watches.

Police believe this occurred right before they left for the hillside and the men were

never seen alive again.

Over fifty years later, the mystery remains unsolved and has led to many outlandish theories

and possible explanations to what may have happened.

The men could have simply committed suicide together.

Some believe the men were misled and killed for their work supply money.

The two may have been attempting a secret deal involving radioactive material or other

illegal substances that lead to their deaths.

Others propose they may have been time travelers or abducted by aliens, because of the many

UFO reports in that area before and after their deaths.

People close to the men suggested that they were a part of a group known as scientific

spiritualists in Brazil.

Books relating to spiritualism, and material used to make the lead glasses were found in

one of their homes.

Four years prior another electronic technician had been found wearing a similar lead mask

on a hilltop nearby Vintem Hill.

Friends told police, they had built a device which exploded in their backyard two months

prior to their deaths.

It is thought that the men were attempting to use the device to contact Mars in order

to pursue their spiritual interests.

The Skeptoid podcast, theorized the men may have over-dosed on drugs while waiting to

witness an explosion that would trigger a spiritual experience based on the items police

found in their homes and the underground spiritualist movement happening at the time in Brazil.

No one knows what capsules were or the signal the men were waiting on.

However, the receipt with the water bottle suggests the men were planning to return it

and get money back.

Signifying that whatever had been planned, didn't involve them dying on the hilltop.

statistics had gone down quite a bit October I picked it back up you know

really seeing you content talking about my investments and my you know my my

stuff and continued to change and format my website to make it much more user

friendly and then November you know I've been continuing doing changes to my

website making sure everything is readable it's it's easier to read make

sense there's information on my website that

would be useful such as the resources and November you know I hit a

record-high 617 unique visitors so far in November I think that's amazing in

comparison to looking at October and anything prior you know I may have just

doubled my visitors between October and November my best over in a day is 73

visitors in the day and I must you know I'm sitting at 1100 visitors and 73 in

the day so if I get 73 day after day after day that's 10 days that's 700

views right there that's more than I've got in the month of November so

definitely going forward I'm definitely going to be trying to increase my post

on my website making sure that they are positive and that kind of relates into

my my youtube what I plan on releasing on YouTube now on Facebook wise this

talks a little bit my facebook page on my Facebook page the financial investor

of course this week alone my posts reached 2,000 161 people I had a website

stock market you're gonna earn a lot of money but you know Centrelink was one of

I always talk about going forward and there's so much stuff going on as far as

central you know I made a video on Centrelink and how my plan how they plan

on turning around and why I believe they will turn it around and become a twenty

to twenty-five dollar stock in the next six one two years so I'll be holding

onto that stock with that yield of 11.66 now the post that I reach this week is

I reach 1943 people so that's just interesting as a brand new youtuber I'm

not brand new I have other channels and but this is actually something I'm I you

know I've I've been I was a programmer you know I programmed in unity I release

applications I did website designs I do digital sales but finance and investing

this is something I've done since I was younger and it's it's so interesting to

talk to other like-minded individuals that are interested and investing their

money in the stock market and savings bonds and in dividend stocks and CDs you

know you name it I've probably done quite a bit of a Dimitra funds 401 k's

Roth IRAs Roth 401 KS so I do quite a bit of it and I'll be talking about that

going forward now as far as my youtube channel goes I'm sitting at 172

subscribers thank you guys every single one of you guys that are out there

putting a lot of fun content you know on the first of the month I plan on putting

out my stock portfolio end of the month discussion talk about my positions and

my stocks what went up what went down what may have caused it to go up or down

talk about the indexes talk about the dividend payments that I was made out

paid out that month where those dividend payments were reinvested into because

that's what I do if I'm paid $200 in dividends I will reinvest those $200 in

dividends back into the stock market and that's what I've been doing Monday's

I'll put out some sort of an educational video we the review and touch on a

subject that was left in the comments or I'll pick something interesting

financial related with investments in stock market one that's coming up I'm

gonna be talking about as my you know 401ks right now it's that benefit season

you know Mike my own my company is doing a sign up for 401k so you can sign up

for a 401 K or a Roth 401 K so I'm gonna be talking about the differences between

them and talking about how to go in there and make sure you're getting the

best bang for your buck because there's a lot of 401 k's out there that'll

charge you every single month for basically having to you know do

nothing so Wednesday I'll be released and of course I'll be sticking with my

dividend stocks with ex-dividend next week covering my five randomly selected

dividends with ex turbulence next week and kind of doing a soft screen on them

is what I call it you know it's it's my soft screen I have three to four

different methods of screening them and this is kind of like a soft screening

and kind of deciding if they're worth investing here for the ex-dividend and

if they will continue picking up in the following weeks so that's always an

interesting thing to talk about and I like to watch new dividend stocks

Saturday I'll be doing a stock market weekly recap talking about some of the

stock market related ups and downs what stocks that I was following that way up

or down quite a bit you know as a dividend the best I follow lots of

dividend stocks I have my Google my Google Finance spreadsheets tracking

stocks I have alerts on my marital educate our

tracking specific stocks if they dip and hit a specific report where their price

would be below their yield so I'm falling quite a bit of stocks and talk

about portfolio changes the index changes for the week on the 25th of the

month I'll be covering three stocks on me they're watching or three stocks I'm

looking into buying in the following month there's times when I'm not really

looking to buy in a position but I may be watching in order to maybe buy into

the position such as November AT&T had dropped a ginormous amount I would stand

in the position I don't know how much percent like eight or ten percent I

bought more AT&T in November and it's gone up you know it's up in my Roth IRA

that's that's where I met a lot of the purchases so I'll be talking about that

on the 25th of the month and then days in between I'll be

randomly really you know days in between either Monday Wednesday Saturday or the

1st or 25th of the month I'll be putting out randomly selected videos related to

finance and dicing stock market dividends and so on so if there's

something like left in the comments or I see somebody in the Facebook group chats

that I'm in I'll make a video on the specific topic release it

and try and make it you know interesting I do plan on going forward on getting

some sort of camera well I'll be displayed on the bottom that way I'm not

just a voice behind a mic but um that is what I have going forward for the you

know my my website my facebook page and my youtube channel so I'm out here

trying to make interesting investment you know trying to make investment in

financial related topics interesting and hopefully showing that you know anybody

can go into the stock market with not too much experience and do pretty well

Why Do Screws Tighten Clockwise? - Duration: 4:14.

One of the six simple machines, a screw is nothing more than an inclined plane wrapped

around a center pole.

While today screws come in standard sizes, and typically are tightened by turning clockwise

(and loosened by turning counterclockwise), this is a recent invention.

A great example of how things that seem simple can be really hard to do right, the development

of the predicable system we enjoy today took 2,000 years to invent.

Archytas of Tarentum (428 BC – 350 BC), a friend of Plato, is believed to have invented

the screw around 400 BC, while Archimedes (287 BC – 212 BC) was one of the first to

realize the screw's ability to fix things together, as well as to lift water.

The Romans developed hand-cut screws and made them with bronze and silver.

Early on, screws of all sizes were used to press olive oil, help irrigate canals and

drain bilges, and, of course, attach things together.

Nonetheless, since these early screws were made by hand, threads were rarely precise

and varied according to the preference of the craftsman.

By the mid-16th century, Jaques Besson of the French court had invented a lathe that

would cut a screw, although it took another 100 years for the process to take off.

The modern lathe was later created by the Englishman Henry Maudsley in 1797, and with

it, screw threads could be cut with great precision.

Despite this, there was no uniform system for either screw sizes or threads.

This was remedied by Maudsley's apprentice, Joseph Whitworth (1803-1887), beginning in

1841 when he presented a paper advocating for a uniform system of screw threads to the

Institute of Civil Engineers.

His two-pronged suggestion was simple: (1) the angle of threads should be standardized

at 55 degrees; and (2) the number of threads per inch should be standardized, although

they would vary depending on the diameter of the screw.

That the screw would turn to the right when being tightened was likely already a well-established

principle and is thought to be because right-handed people are stronger when they screw clockwise

(supinate), and the vast majority of people are right-handed (between 70% – 90%).

In any event, Whitworth's idea was popular, and soon after he suggested it, the British

Standard Whitworth, with its rounded roots and pyramid thread crests, was adopted throughout

England, the United States and Canada by the 1860s.

Nonetheless, it was not an easy screw to make as it required "three kinds of cutters and

two kinds of lathe."

To alleviate some of the problems with manufacturing a British Standard Whitworth, American William

Sellers in 1864 invented a thread that had flat roots and crests, a not insignificant

modification as this screw could be made with "just one cutter and lathe."

Faster, easier and cheaper, the Sellers screw thread became popular in the United States

and soon became standard among America's railroads (two of which at this time were

working on the transcontinental route).

The British stuck with Whitworth's slightly fussier screw, although the different standards

posed few problems until World War II when British, Canadian and American troops co-mingled

their equipment and repair parts.

After the war, in 1949, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom agreed to the

Unified Thread Standard, based on the inch, with a 60-degree profile.

Shortly after, the UK adopted the metric system and in 1960, its International System of Units

(SI), as well as its ISO metric screw thread, also with a 60 degree profile.

Globally, a right-turning metric screw is the standard, although in the U.S., about

60% of screw threads still follow the inch-based Unified Screw Thread System.

The Real Reason Meghan Markle Quit Suits - Duration: 4:02.

Rumor has it actress Meghan Markle is planning to leave the popular USA Network series Suits,

a show she's been featured on since its premiere in 2011.

The actress hasn't confirmed her exit, but the chatter has fueled plenty of speculation

as to why she might go.

Is she ready to play a new role with her royal boyfriend?

What's really going on?

Here are some theories.

Long distance

Markle has been in a relationship with one of the most coveted bachelors in the world,

Prince Harry of Wales, since at least November 2016.

With Suits shooting in Toronto and Harry living in England, their relationship has mostly

been long-distance — which can be stressful for any couple.

It's possible that Markle may be leaving her hit series to be closer to her beau.

"I can't say that I know."

Put a ring on it?

Rumors have been swirling that Markle and Harry are planning to walk down the aisle.

Even if an engagement isn't on the table yet, the lovers have signaled that they're ready

to take their relationship to the next level.

In September 2017, Markle spoke about her romance for the very first time in a revealing

interview with Vanity Fair, saying,

"We're in love.

I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves

and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our

time."

"But we're happy.

Personally, I love a great love story."

"Do you see my heart palpitating?"

Low profile

Dating someone as famous and tabloid-friendly as Prince Harry will inevitably lead to an

exponential increase in scrutiny from the press.

In fact, it's already happened.

In November 2016, in a rare move by the Palace, Harry was forced to confirm his relationship

with Markle due to concerns for her safety from the tabloids.

The statement reads,

"Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he

has not been able to protect her.

It is not right that a few months into a relationship with him that Ms. Markle should be subjected

to such a storm.

He knows commentators will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all

part of the game.'

He strongly disagrees.

This is not a game — it is her life and his."

With that kind of sudden intensity, one wouldn't blame Markle if she wanted to distance herself

from the spotlight.

A co-star's exit

Markle's reasons for leaving Suits may be quite practical and professional.

According to Deadline, her co-star, Patrick J. Adams, is also planning to exit the show

after Season 7, reportedly for both professional and personal reasons.

As Deadline reports, Markle's character, Rachel Zane, has been closely linked with Adams'

character Mike Ross since Day 1, so Markle's exit "would make sense."

It's a bummer for sure, but can you really imagine Rachel without Mike?

Time to go

According to IMDb, Markle has filmed more than 100 episodes of Suits since the show

premiered in 2011.

At this point, she's committed more than enough time to the series and has earned the right

to pursue other projects.

This is especially true when you consider that she's barely acted outside of Suits in

the last six years.

Her higher profile may have encouraged equally high-profile professional opportunities, prompting

her to move on from the show.

Aiming higher?

If you're looking for a life of stability and comfort — and the potential for your

series to be broadcast around the world for decades — USA Network is the place to be.

After all, shows like Royal Pains and Psych each ran for eight seasons.

However, when compared to networks such as AMC or streaming services like Netflix, USA

isn't known for winning its actors prestigious awards or paving the way to blockbuster movies.

With that in mind, if Markle is feeling an itch to try something more challenging or

rewarding, she might want to strike while the iron is very, very hot.

"C'mon.

Me."

Royally busy

Assuming Markle is about to dive deep into the Royal Family, it's hard to imagine her

even having time to act.

She'd be busy attending royal functions and supporting passion projects, like Prince Harry's

Invictus Games for wounded veterans.

Even legendary actress Grace Kelly's Hollywood career essentially ended as soon as she married

the Prince of Monaco.

Sure, life with Harry may severely hinder her chances of being known as "Academy Award-winner

Meghan Markle," yet something like Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex doesn't sound so

bad, either.

"It's true."
