Tony Robbins: This Technique Can Change Your Life! (powerful motivational video) - Duration: 15:18.
change a question change your life when
it comes to planning your life I want to
get to learn to ask three questions now
and the first one is not what am I gonna
do and how many understand why now say I
the question one ask yourself is what do
I want
what's my outcome what's my result the
word are p.m. the first one is to get
you focused on the target the target is
not the activity the activity can change
its what the what's the result I'm after
if you know exactly what it is you
really want what you desire what you're
really after clarity is power the more
clear you aren't specifically what you
want the faster your brain can get you
there but if you're generally saying
things like what I want well you know I
want more money fine here's a dollar get
out of here did you achieve the outcome
yeah when you're that general you maybe
you think you're not getting your goal
you are the way you language your golden
way you think about it you receiving it
you know you know I you know I want to
feel a bit better I want to lose some
weight
fine you lost the pound you're done
because your brains like a
servomechanism and a bomb and a missile
the old days you shoot a missile and the
target was going and if you missed the
trajectory you missed it today what
happens when the missiles not on course
what happens it locks on the heat
signature will have to do it moves and
follows it that's the way your brain is
if it knows the outcome if it knows the
result so rpm starts with I gotta know
the result this is a results planning
system the rapid planning method but you
can think it was a results planning
system I need to know the result and
after before I ever ask myself what to
do that takes more time but it's worth
it now for times sake I'm not gonna do
this with you right now but I'll tell
you what I do when I've taught this to
people and I got full weekend to do this
in just give you a picture if I asked
you right now to write out your name
your full name now some of you
abbreviate your signature but write out
your full name and cursive go and do
that one time right at your full name
and cursive I can't even use the word
cursive is that really the word people
still use means in handwriting I guess
but in cursive just write it out full
name you can do this later on full name
if you normally abbreviate don't do the
up to read full name now if I had you
get with a partner and you can try this
later if you want I'm just gonna tell
you because I don't
take the time is it such a limited time
today and I have your partner say to you
with a stopwatch here okay ready and I
go go and you write it out you tell me
when you're done it'll stop all right
that how long that was so let's say you
run out your signature and it took five
seconds and then say ready
write it out ready go you tell me we're
done stop and I write down five seconds
I have to do that ten times you'll find
in the beginning you'll be let's say six
seconds I'm making it up every signature
is different and you probably might get
down to as little as five seconds if you
have like an iPhone you can do it as a
digital stopwatch you could see if the
middle seconds then I say to you I want
you guys to write every other letter in
cursive nobody write half as many
letters how long do you think it would
take to do it half as much time most of
you will take twice as much time in the
beginning and then eventually what's
interesting is if I do it ten times then
the last two or three and this makes no
logical sense and again I don't wanna
take the time to have all of you do this
10 times 10 times 10 times but you go do
it on your own I'll just tell you the
result in most cases even though you're
doing half as many letters you cut it by
2/3 the time there's something happens
when you break an all pattern and you do
it fresh your brain over the years has
learned ways to move more rapidly since
when you did your regional signature and
you'll do it a third the amount of time
it'll take twice as much at first and
then she'll cost your third amount of
time now let me tell you why I'm telling
you this the system I'm calling your
rapid planning up it by time I show it
to you you're gonna go this takes more
time than just make it my to-do list
when when will it take more time win
initially but once you get it in your
nervous system it'll take you less time
because your brain will be thinking in
outcomes and not activities and when you
think in terms of outcomes and not
activities
pretty soon some of the activities you
don't even need to do to get the outcome
you find a better way to get the outcome
quicker now how do you do that yes three
questions question one what is my result
was my outcome what is that I really
truly want from this if you're going
back next week he said this next week
the most important one how comes for me
to get this week in my business he is
right those outcomes out not your action
items the outcomes you if you do that
and nothing else you'll be out of the
game if you just keep looking those
outcomes every day how am i doing on
that outcome your brain will come up
with ways to get to that outcome I
promise you focus on the outcomes not on
activities action for most people
activities most people may mistake
movement for achievement they mistake
action items and to dues for achievement
we're after the achievement are you with
me on this yes or no it's a different
way of thinking and I think all of you
inherently have it but if you make this
ritualized just like the things you've
learned this week they're all great but
if you don't systematize them they'll
work when you do them but if you
systematize them right and you see like
mr. Holloman here where he goes in and
just does it and does it make sure it's
being done again or what you've seen
chat do or what I do you just do it over
and over again you don't miss it now the
results are geometric so I'm gonna get
you systematize the thinking whether you
do it visually the way I'm gonna show
you or not so first question what's the
result of NAFTA what's the ultimate
result what I want out of this week out
of this thing out of my business out of
my life out for my body and you want to
be as what as possible when you describe
that outcome that result is what as
clear and specific as possible
generalities will confuse you so it
might take you longer than just writing
down call so-and-so to think if I'm
calling my my son
I'm gonna call Jarek or I'm gonna call
my brother this is what goes to my head
before I call it always what's my
outcome cuz I don't want to just call
him I want jerk to feel loved by his dad
or I'm thinking about what welcome I've
gotta talk to him about this thing
that's out there I got to make sure I
get through them on this because I want
to guide him and move it in this
direction that's what I want to be as
his father I want to I want to just
chitchat I can do that too if you think
before every phone call before every
time you're planning your day and you
think before you can have any meeting
what do you think the first thing I ask
of anyone when we sit down in a meeting
is okay what are you are
whether your outcomes whether y'all
comes to this meeting
first thing I wanna know because I know
the outcomes guess what a lot of Me's
they're done pretty quick cuz I know the
outcome you don't have to go through all
the activities to sell me on it just
that's your outcome how do you want to
do it sounds good to me
rock that's how you make a meaning
productive I know a meetings for
knocking up at the hours are time
sometimes it takes longer to the outcome
than you want but I'm gonna get the
outcome that's by the way what you see
with me on stage that's a long time Zeri
it's based on an outcome I'm gonna get
that outcome I don't give a damn whether
it's the right time or not I want to do
at that time
but I must deliver the outcome I'm gonna
get back and by the way how many like to
have your company focused on outcomes
results and not activity say I people
say all the time well did you get that
done well you want to left them an email
I I left him a voicemail
I sent him three emails how much times
you heard that when that happens with me
oh my god you know but I don't show it I
just like really wow that's fascinating
I'll explain our about our culture it's
about getting the result so I can help
you if you can't figure another way to
do it but there may be 12 other things
we might want to do maybe they don't
have the answer maybe somebody else can
give us the answer the outcome was to
get this information not to leave an
email or 12 or three voicemails that
will not do any of us any good how many
follow now whether you get the outcome
or not whether you get that result will
be based firstly of clarity the second
thing is whether you got enough
emotional juice to keep going after it
when things don't work out so the second
part of our p.m. is the purpose rpm by
the way how many notes what it means
when you increase the RPMs in a car
anybody here what does that do it builds
up what power speed higher rpm you can
explode through something right you can
make something happen so think of this
metaphorically also this rapid planning
method this result planning method so
it's rapid planning it's a result
planning you want a results focused
purpose driven massive action culture
that's what rpm stands for it's how you
build a power and you break through but
whether or not you get that result will
be are you clear and specific but also
do
enough juice when it doesn't work out
how many of you were going after an
outcome in your day and your week and
for whatever reason you're not able to
get it the person doesn't respond
they're not there the things might there
something interferes somebody interrupts
you who's had their plans interrupts you
raise your hand say I so what do you
keep doing it or knowledge do you have
enough emotional juice see guys you all
know out of this week you got more than
enough to take your business to all
another level
you got more ways you can be go home
alone with the artists now and some of
you know and by so fast but many of you
know the program you'll watch it enough
times you'll be there something invite
us in we're gonna be there make sure you
do it so it's gonna happen but the art
of it being Falls do or not is gonna
come to you have the emotion to follow
through and that needs to be a part of
your thinking also so the next question
I've always asked besides the outcome is
why why is more important than how why
are we doing this what's the purpose
purpose is more powerful than object
purpose is more powerful than object you
say I want a million dollars that's a
great objective
I want a billion dollars great objective
I want to feed 3,000 children in my
community that's a beautiful objectives
even more specific but even that
objective you might get excited about so
he runs what it takes to feed three
thousand kids right and the politics
involved and all the people that don't
follow through and then you have this
good intention and somebody's else's
test off because one of the kids didn't
get fed right and you didn't you know
how to do what's gonna make you keep
going purpose why do you want to feed
those 3,000 kids why do you want to make
that million dollars that billion
dollars why are you gonna take your
business the next level why is the most
important thing to know cuz that's where
all the emotional juice and fuel is to
actually get you to go through and the
challenges show up every person you see
who's on fire and successful knows the
wine you know the problem is you might
know the wine in the beginning you read
a mission statement stuff like that you
don't know why you're doing this right
now this right now
that's what's gonna engage you and
activate the why you might ever why
that's not active how many follow the
difference when I'm talking about
hearsay I otherwise that little law
familiarity shows up you know we're
doing those cars
you repeat the why but has no emotion
behind it see if I take a stick pin you
know I don't see anything like that but
you know you know what a woman has a
blouse there's like whole stick in it
let's think that stick tin is a word but
I take that stick pin and I throw it at
you are you gonna feel it barely but if
I take that little stick pin called a
word and I wire to the back of a giant
iron bar called emotion now I can take
that stick pin it and put that thing
right through your heart that's the
power of why our p.m. are as the result
the outcome what you're after P is the
purpose it's the Y 80% of success is y
20% is how get a big enough y people
figure out how to do it I'm gonna agree
with me on this ai so you better know
your Y so talking to president tell me
something what's your outcome stand then
why and then wants to know the wall
height we know what you're after and why
then the question is how do we do it we
know what we're after why how do we do
it but where are there lots of house to
get to an outcome yes or no
are there many paths to get a result yes
or no some are more efficient than
others and you're not gonna know so you
know you brainstorm about all the house
you can think of all the things you
could possibly need to do to get that
result I mean you narrow down to the 20%
that makes 80% of the difference and
you'll find out you don't have to do
that whole to-do list fact wouldn't be
nice to write you're all to do this and
not do it and still get the outcome how
many prefer that say I
that's rpm I love it when I don't do my
to Do's and I got the outcome that's the
coolest thing in the world you might
done one or two of them but it's been
learning selectively which ones are
gonna create it but the only we knew
that is to brainstorm out the end that
the massive action plan if I know the
result I'm after I know what does I want
what's the outcome what's the result
what do I want
specifically clearly and I know the Y
and the Y's got to move who who's the
why off the mat or - well if you said
why you're trying to get everybody to
deal with they got em a Y involved in it
but people do things for different
reasons
people donate money for different
reasons some of you donated money the
other day here because you removed by
the experience some of you did it for
connection some of you did it contribute
some of you felt guilty if you didn't do
it somebody else did beside you or you
have a lot of money and you feel guilty
about it cuz you didn't earn it I'm not
saying it in this room but that's how
some people are they inherited it so
they feel guilty
some people do things to get their name
up on the wall some people today do it
anonymously and then tell everyone isn't
it true yeah just confidentially that
was me and everybody tells that tells
everybody that it's anonymous they're
doing it for significance some do it for
connections some do it for contribution
I don't care what person does it but we
do it but if you're gonna work with the
group people you better make sure the
white s on all their needs does that
make sense when is you lose why does it
after date who's white is that the touch
whose purposes have to be your own for
you to be moved so if you know the
result in your the purpose now you need
the M which is the massive action plan
we also call the massive action plan on
the map your massive action plan your
map I gonna get there what are you gonna
do by the way when you're crystal clear
what you want and you know why you want
it you can make a big map you can bring
some a million ways to do it not all
your house are gonna work that's why you
make a whole map and then go back and
gradually asterisk the ones that are the
most important go hit those you might
get the whole outcome in the first two
action items and get rid of your whole
rest your list this is our p.m. this is
how I operate now if you never did this
on paper you just did this thinking
process in your head you'll get
invaluable resources if you learn to put
this on paper and be more powerful
because then your brain isn't racing and
you can see it if you make into a system
that you personally use your
productivity will explode if you teach
your whole company do this your company
will go to levels you can't even imagine
cuz everyone will maximize their
productivity

Ubiquitous Computing (The Future of Computing) - Duration: 6:29.
Hi, thanks for tuning into Singularity
Prosperity. This video is the twelfth and
final in a multi-part series discussing
computing. In this video, we'll be
discussing the future of computing, more
specifically - the evolution of the field
of computing and extrapolating forward
based on topics we discussed so far in
this series!
[Music]
[Music]
There have been three primary eras in
the evolution of the field of computing
since its inception. From as early as
3000BC extending to the 1940s is the
tabulating era. This era of computing was
focused on simple calculations and data
collection, encompassing many
technologies, to list a few: the abacus,
the Pascaline mechanical calculator, the
difference engine and the census
tabulator. From the premise of storing
and manipulating data came about the
second era of computing, the programming
era, beginning in the 1950s. From the
inventions and theories of many great
minds, this era allowed for complex
instructions to be carried out by
computers by creating a language for
them that could be represented with
physical hardware, machine language, in
other words, binary. As time progressed
and as is the case now, layers of
abstraction allow programming in
higher-level more human-friendly
languages, which are then compiled down
to machine language. We are still very
much in this era of computing,
however, since 2010 the field of
computing has been going through an
other disruptive period, a transition to
the third era of computing, the cognitive
era - allowing machines to execute based
on learning from large amounts of data
instead of executing pre-programmed
instructions. As the field of computing
has been evolving towards the cognitive
era, another paradigm shift in computing
is accelerating the transition, infinite
computing. Before continuing, infinite
computing encompasses many of the topics
we discussed in previous videos in this
series, be sure to check them out if you
want more detailed information on
certain topics. Back on topic, infinite
computing refers to the use of cloud
computing, computing as a utility, powered
by the principles of heterogeneous
architecture. The cloud is currently
powered through a combination of CPUs,
GPUs, FPGAs, ASICs and memory devices - each
of which play a pivotal role. These
devices have been and will continually
increase in performance and efficiency
due to: shrinking transistors, new
materials, 3D-integrated circuits, new
memory devices and standards as well as
other optimizations in software that are
made to be tightly coupled with hardware.
Beyond these classical compute
technologies, new fields of computing
able to truly operate in parallel will
also be utilized and are slowly starting
to be used in the cloud as well: 1)
Optical computing, which will provide
significant speed ups in data transfer
as well as compute devices.
2) Quantum computing, which will be able
to solve new types of problems and
reduce the probability space in
optimization problems. 3) Clockless-
parallel neuromorphic architectures,
which are based on the human brain and
will provide significant performance and
efficiency gains in artificial
intelligence applications. Under
heterogeneous architecture, all these
devices, architectures and paradigms will
work together in the cloud based on the
needs of the end-user to provide maximum
performance and efficiency for a desired
task -
hence the given name of this paradigm,
infinite computing. Infinite computing
will be an additional tool for computer
enthusiasts, scientists, etc and an
alternative computing method for the
majority of the world's population. For
some examples, let's look at some
resources that may be allocated to
certain types of individuals or groups,
ranging from light usage to a business
or startup. As you can see, the future of
computing will be truly personal and
optimized for your specific needs. It is
worth mentioning that this paradigm of
computing is centralized and trades off
accessibility for potential privacy and
security concerns. A decentralized cloud
based on blockchain principles could
change this, however this is a topic for
a future video! Beyond the impact to
groups or individual users, the principle
of infinite computing also applies to
our devices, called edge devices. For
example, referring back to the last era
of computing, cognitive computing, this
means pairing AI ASICs in devices with the
cloud. How I personally envision this
occurring is, implementing quantum
computing practices to reduce the
probability space of the numerous
potential machine learning models a
problem may require, and then
neuromorphic architectures paired with
classical Von Neumann architectures will
train and infer based of the highest
probability match and return the model
to our devices. There is also a positive
feedback loop which will affect the
entire field of computing, where
increased computing leads to better AI,
leading to increased computing due to
new architectures, paradigms, devices, etc -
produced via the machine learning models
and the loop goes on and on. It is
important to note, that there are
countless directions the industry can
end up taking and the views stated here
are my extrapolation based on the
information we currently have, to add to
this, there are some forms of computing
we have yet to even discuss, such as
spintronics and bio or DNA computing, a
topic best left for this channels future
biotechs series. One thing is for certain
however, in the coming years and decades,
computing will truly encompass
everything, this is referred to as
ubiquitous computing. Ubiquitous
computing is a concept of computing
fueled by the rise of abundant,
affordable and smart computing devices,
where computing is done using any device,
in any location and in any format. This can
range from devices such as a laptop,
desktop and mobile phones to
smartwatches, refrigerators, glasses,
warehouse automation - the list is truly
endless!
Along with global connectivity and big
data, ubiquitous computing is the next
pillar of the technological revolution
that is currently occurring and will be
covered much more in-depth in this
channels video on ambient intelligence!
Moving forward, in the next set of
videos on this channel, we'll cover the
final pillar of the, Fourth Industrial
Revolution, artificial intelligence, and
then afterwards, how these pillars
working in conjunction will impact and
shape the future! At this point the video
has come to conclusion, I'd like to thank

Me: The others still haven't arrived? NR: Not yet.
Let's wait for them.
At least, we're finally two.
I've been waiting for a while.
Mark told me that he's coming but I still the one who came first (chuckles).
OMG
Wow. Their gears though.
They have some sort of gorillapads. I only have iPad.
NR: What a big difference to our designs (t-shirt)
Mine was "Plaridel Press" (Proud Plaridel Press Here ^^)
Is that MickTheStick?
They just bought this at Lazada. Wow. How much?
A bit cheap :)
MBV: Yea. But in exchange of quality.
Sad but true.
Actually I have a phone but the camera quality isn't good enough for vlogging.
So, I had to vlog through this iPad Mini.
The camera's damn great though.
Wow. He just act like nothing happened (not even vlogging ^^)
That Super Mario T-shirt gained some attention.
That merch really gained some attention.
He's not bringing his cam.
Ahh. Yea, its at his bag.
He's so simple walking :)
NC: Super Miko, A Red Mario Hat + Mustache, then you'll like Super Mario (laughing)
Then make it as your Profile Picture.
Then, it will be your face at the merch, not Super Mario anymore.
Actually, we're going to have a Photoshoot.
Only 5 of us for this meetup?
Okay. Its Super Miko's Turn to take some pictures. One-by-one.
By the way Super Miko, where's your elder sister?
SM: My sister? Um, she's at ...
SM: I don't know where she is.
SM: At Cebu.
Not kinda good. (late response)
MBV: Mickie, where's your phone? Start vloggin'
Go vlog Mickzz
MBV: Fun fact to this guy, actually he doesn't vlog much but one time he uploads unexpectedly (chuckles)
(Mark intimidating Mick)
MBV: Who's the eldest here?
It's me. I'm at Grade 12. Then he (Miko) Grade 11, Mark Grade 10, NR Grade 9
Me: You? Mick: Grade 11
Yea. I'm really the eldest. I'll gonna be your elder brother (chuckles)
SM: I'll be interviewing you.
SM: What can you say about Golden State Warriors sweeping Cleveland Cavaliers?
NR: I don't know. I didn't even watch a single game of the finals.
SM: Let's try this guy. What can you say that the Cavaliers has been swept by Warriors?
MBV: I don't know either. We're just the same (as NRs)
SM: Okay. How about you?
SM: Give him the Mic. (chuckles)
SM: Nothing? Lemme answer that question.
Mick: What can you say about the Cavaliers has been swept by the Warriors?
SM: Cleveland-Warriors. Ummm ...
SM: Cleveland-Warriors ... umm ........
SM: The Warriors against Cavaliers .. ummm
SM: This is the story ...
SM: My thoughts are that I feel bad to the coach of Cleveland because I know that he is ..
(sorry folks. not for the vlog .. :P )
Where is it? Ah over there...
I think his vlogs are still coming soon. Haven't you vlogged before?
JR: Actually I did, but deleted all.
Owww. What a loss...
I remember Mairuzu back then
she actually restarted her channel (7-8 months ago)
SM: And then?
Actually, it took her some time to get through 200 subscribers (she even had a hard time reaching 100)
When she reached 100 subscribers earlier this month, things boosted. She just reached 200 (within a week) pretty fast (She actually now has 300+ a day before this release)
Congratulations Mairuzu for achieving that milestone -Super Miko
Congratulations. Like wow. That was pretty fast. It took her how many days to get her 200 since she got 100?
4-5 days? Wowww.....
Wasn't it fast?
Then it took me 10 months to climb up to 100.
It's okay. You can start over.
JR: gtg
SM: Our regards to your friends JR. Promote us as well ^^ (chuckles)
Me: Yea. Then imma promote ya as well (charott)
JR: I already did. cyboryan.
MBV: Oh, he knows you.
Me: Good Good Good. Thank you!
He knows me already. I though he didn't.
Comment below what would be our challenge in the next vlog? :)

Essence Of Murli 29-06-2018 - Duration: 7:30.
Om Shanti !
Today's Murli Date Is 29th June 2018
( It is Supreme Father Supreme Soul alone who is Supremely Sweet and makes we children Sweet... )
( Sweet Sweet Shiv Baba makes our habits and sanskars sweet. So why would anyone not like us ? )
Essence: Sweet children, the sweetest Father has come to make you sweet.
You have to become as sweet as the deities and make others sweet.
Question: Which children receive the blessing of remaining constantly happy?
Answer: Those who value the jewels of knowledge.
Each jewel is one that makes you a multimillionaire.
You children have to imbibe these jewels and become rup and basant.

(Episode 33)
Is there a guy you like?
Why?
Did you know your love will come true if you wear
a bracelet made with his initials on it?
Does it really come true?
If you wear it for 100 days without snapping it.
That's ridiculous.
Don't fall for it.
Hi.
It's true.
You can see for yourself.
If your love doesn't come true in 100 days,
I can give you a refund.
You don't have a crush?
No.
I do.
I should get one.
You believe this?
Who knows? It might really come true.
You do have a crush, don't you?
No.
I don't.
Just try it and get a refund
if it doesn't work.
Get one.
He'll catch on though if I use his initials.
Do given name first and then the family name.
Wow.
Then I'll go with this.
You're not getting one?
Get one.
Hwang Ji-eun, I'll pray for your love to come true.
I hope yours comes true too.
How much for two?
No. I suggested getting them, so I'll buy.
No. It's a gift.
You must like him a lot.
Yes. Since I was in high school.
This is a secret, but he's my first love.
I saw you get in Hangyeol's car two nights ago.
Where did you go?
Mr. Lee didn't say anything.
He was very angry.
Why?
I got a call that my mom was badly hurt,
so he gave me a lift.
Was she gravely hurt?
No.
It was my birthday that day,
so my little sister lied
to get me to come home early.
This feels like a birthday gift. Thanks.
Happy belated birthday.
Two days ago...
Oh. What would you like for dinner?
My treat.
I'm sorry, but let's do dinner some other time.
Yes?
It's me.
Hi. Welcome.
What brings you here?
To see your mom?
To see you.
Me?
It was Sujeong's birthday two days ago.
I'm sorry I forgot.
You remembered?
You drank that night.
I found it odd as you rarely ever drink.
I was worried something was wrong.
I forgot and so did the rest of the family.
It must've been very upsetting.
I wasn't upset.
I'm fine.
Is that why you came?
If Sujeong were here with you,
what would you most like to do?
I want to be here for you in Sujeong's place.
You are so considerate.
Thank you, Ji-eun.
Is Manager Yun at the store?
She's out regarding the charity show collaboration.
Oh. I'm clocking out now.
Okay. Have a good evening.
Let's go, Ji-eun.
Should I get ready to clock out too?
Oh?
President Yun just left with your daughter.
You didn't see them?
My daughter?
Yes.
She must be close to President Yun.
They walked out arm in arm.
Oh... They did.
Which network does your daughter work at?
I didn't tell you? K1 Home Shopping.
Really?
My little brother works at K1 too.
He does?
Mom.
Hi. Why are you here?
I came to help you.
Geez. You should've gone home to rest.
I'm all done.
Already?
The side dishes sold like hotcakes today.
Now that it's gotten so hot,
people must not want to cook at home.
You were looking for me.
Oh, you're here.
Hanui, this is my hometown friend.
Oh. How do you do?
How do you do?
- Your eldest? / - Yes.
Your mom told me.
I'm sorry.
- Pardon? / - My goodness.
Why are you apologizing out of the blue?
Did I say I was sorry?
I misspoke. I meant to say "nice to meet you."
Good grief.
Dongseok, here.
They're discounted leftovers.
They're for you.
No, it's okay.
Just take it.
People who live alone cook even less
as they get lazy.
All you have to do is eat well
to stay healthy in the summer.
Here.
Okay. Thanks.
Don't you think he looks very slimy?
No. He has a pleasant face.
I don't think so.
People say you go bald if you like freebies,
but that's a lie.
That guy loves freebies, but he has
a full head of hair.
What's wrong with you?
You're being hateful for no reason.
That's not nice.
But Mom, does he live alone?
Doesn't he have family?
It doesn't seem like he does
although I didn't pry.
It's not easy for a man his age to be alone.
I feel sorry for him.
Mr. Park's alone too, but he's doing just fine.
You can't compare Dongseok to him.
One's a security guard, the other owns a workshop.
Mr. Park has money, a house,
and a smart son.
He's got no worries.
You're being weird, Mom.
Why do you keep defending your friend?
I'm not defending him.
It's out of pity. I feel sorry for him.
Wait. Should I ask someone to set him up?
What about you?
You're not interested?
I thought he was nice.
Oh, my. What a thing to say.
He and I are basically family.
Family can't be set up.
So he's like family.
Should I call him 'uncle' then?
Uncle?
Sure. Call him whatever you want to.
He'd like it if you called him 'uncle.'
Mother, I'm home.
Geez!
Why are you sitting there in the dark?
What is it now?
Did you have a row with Mother?
What is it this time?
Come sit down.
What are you doing?
Are you checking to see if I'm cheating on you?
What do you do at your job?
I told you it's clerical.
Your department must have a name.
Huh?
Department of Management.
Department of Management?
What do you manage?
Well...
It's HR management, so I manage people.
Yes. You were doing a fine job managing.
You make it sound like you saw me.
"Mister, you can't toss cigarette butts here."
Actually, just this afternoon...
Y-y-you saw?
Clerical?
Since when was security guard a clerical job?
It must have been fun deceiving me.
It wasn't like that.
I didn't want to upset you.
I'm not just upset.
I'm mortified that someone we know might see you.
All you got was a measly security guard job,
yet you talked big like you got some big shot job.
What a thing to do.
I had no idea
and put you on a pedestal.
I'm sorry.
Sorry doesn't cut it.
You shouldn't have done it if you're sorry.
Quit at once.
I make money,
so stay put at home
instead of shaming our family.
Why are you quiet?
I told you to quit.
No.
No?
It's just a security guard job.
Yet no?
It's not because I'm a security guard.
It's fun and rewarding to work after so long.
It's 100 times better than staying at home.
No. It's 10,000 times better.
I don't believe this.
What's the use in getting enjoyment
out of job like that?
What if Mom finds out?
She'll think even less of us.
Hurry up and quit before Mom finds out.
Got it?
I'll be careful so she doesn't find out.
I don't like it!
Keep it down. Mother will hear.
Why are you being stubborn if you're scared? Why?
I told you.
I want to be a good father.
Even if it's just $100 or $1,000,
I want to make my own money to show our kids.
You're that short of things that'll make them proud?
Do you think Jihu and Ji-eun
will clap for you for being a security guard?
They'll see that I'm trying.
You're stubborn as a mule.
Darn it.
We're home, Mom.
You two must have gone out again.
Lucky you, Jinhui.
Mom, you can go out with me.
When did you come down?
I told you to study.
Get back upstairs!
Seonhui, you see...
I don't want to hear it.
I don't know what's wrong with everyone.
You dismiss me and do whatever you want
and then make excuses when you're caught.
Mom, please stop. Let's talk.
Let go. What are you doing?
Let go of me.
What are you doing?
What's with her now?
She must be upset Ji-eun and I had dinner.
You know what she's like. You should've invited her.
Yes. I should have been more thoughtful.
I forgot it was Sujeong's birthday.
Why didn't you say so?
I rushed over as soon as I remembered,
but you weren't at the store.
Aunt Jinhui was there, so I couldn't call you.
Ow, my head. Ow, my head.
Apologize to Aunt Jinhui.
I will.
More importantly, your dad's driving me mad.
Why? Is he quitting his job?
I really truly wish he would quit.
You tell him to quit. Please.
Why?
Do you know what your dad does for work?
He's a security guard.
He does menial work at a shopping center.
You said he had a desk job.
That's what I thought too.
He leaves home in a suit.
He has his pride,
so he couldn't tell the family
and was working as a security guard.
I'm worried someone might see him.
What if our neighbors find out?
He's not committing a crime.
We have a reputation to uphold.
The entire neighborhood knows who we are.
He's being stubborn and refusing to quit.
You try talking to him.
He'll listen to you. Please.
Okay.
Her pouting lasts a long time.
Remember last time?
She caused a huge scene before letting it go.
How many days will it last this time?
I'll talk to her tomorrow.
Jinhui.
Get out.
What will you say this time to upset her?
Don't point fingers if you don't know anything.
You only pretend to care about Jinhui with words.
Shame on you.
What?
Jinhui.
I'm sorry.
Ji-eun told me.
It was Sujeong's birthday.
Oh, my. Oh, my. I'm such a scatterbrain.
I remembered it even up until last week.
Why didn't you say
instead of suffering it alone?
What difference does it make to tell anyone?
Sujeong's not here anyway.
That's not the point.
It was still Sujeong's birthday.
We would've made her seaweed soup and rice at least.
I wonder if she knows it was her birthday.
I hope she had warm rice if nothing else.
Jinhui, you were too hard on us.
You almost made us all into heartless people.
If Ji-eun didn't remember, we wouldn't have known.
That didn't occur to me.
Mom, I'm sorry.
Don't do this again.
I've gotten very forgetful.
Don't make me into an unfeeling grandma.
I won't.
Dad, don't come out.
Go finish your breakfast.
I'll see you off first.
Wait, Hanui. Hey.
You left this.
Oh, right. I'm a scatterbrain.
Thanks, Mom.
Mind the cars.
Don't be a scatterbrain.
I won't. I'm off.
Have a good day, Mr. Park.
You too.
Hey, you mind the cars too.
I will. Have a good day.
You too.
- Hanui, let's go. / - Let's go.
Bye.
Those rascals.
My goodness.
You're going straight to the office, right?
Yes. I have a meeting with President Kim.
How's your work going?
I'm frazzled as I have to do everything alone.
I have to look into the cover art,
find an illustrator,
and check the proofs.
Do you get what I'm saying.
More or less.
It's the process by which a book is made.
Wow.
Oh. Cockroach...
Where? Where, where, where?
No, not that cockroach.
The home shopping cockroach yesterday.
Oh...
He seemed snappy.
Isn't it tough working with him?
Of course it is.
And he's narcissistic and vain.
He's a piece of work.
He think he's really hot.
But now that I'm used to him, he's bearable.
And he's not as bad as I thought.
No?
When I thought Mom hurt sick on my birthday,
Mr. Lee gave me a ride.
I didn't ask him,
but he volunteered and even waited
in case Mom needed a ride.
So that's why you bolted out on your birthday.
Yes.
You're wearing a bracelet.
This?
It's a wish bracelet.
A wish bracelet?
What's that?
My love is supposed to come true
if I wear this for 100 days.
Isn't it amusing?
Yes, it is.
Wait. So you have feelings for someone?
Wow. You were swamped yet you fell for a guy?
Wonder who it is.
It's a secret.
I received the edited version.
You noted the revisions
and additions in separate memos.
I have a question about one of them.
Yes.
Loungewear?
Yes. It's this year's big trend.
It's been a steady seller through last winter
and this spring and summer.
Do you think it'll work?
We have to see what Mr. Lee has to say.
Oh. How's the designer search?
I'm still looking.
It's not easy as we're a new company.
I see.
Our proposal must make the cut
before we can find fabrics
and secure a factory.
I'll do all that,
so hurry up and get the proposal approved.
I'll try.
The time slot for the tops is scheduled.
We have enough for each size, right?
I told President Choi, so we'll be fine.
Turn on the TV.
We need to monitor what others are selling.
Shall we then?
Reading is the key to self-directed learning.
To improve children's reading skills, we have...
Dogyeong, they sell books on home shopping too.
I think I saw a collected works being sold.
Oh. Some singer was doing a pre-sale of her album.
Should I look into it?
I'm going to K1 today.
Could you do that?
I'd be grateful if you would.
A pre-sale of a book?
Is it a famous author?
Probably not.
Then it won't be easy.
All I know is this guy only publishes great books.
He worked at a hotshot firm but resigned
and started a publishing company
because he loves books so much.
I can introduce him to someone,
but that's it.
He's on his own thereafter.
Yes, of course.
Could you make the introductions?
I'd appreciate it.
I'll ask.
Let's start our meeting.
Okay.
See you later.
It's no good.
The product's been around since last season,
so a latecomer has no competitive edge.
I'll give you two days for a new proposal.
Okay.
Could you give me three days instead of two?
I would rather have a whole week though.
Two days.
Quit now if you can't do it.
No, no. I'll do it.
I swear I'll do it.
He refused? Why?
He didn't even explain why.
I told him it was a good opportunity,
but he said he just wasn't interested
and would rather someone else do it.
Did you explain what this fashion show is for?
I didn't even get a chance to explain.
He refused as soon as he heard 'Sujeong Boutique,'
so what more could I say?
I think that woman said something to him.
The side dish store woman. I'm sure of it.
Otherwise, why would he flatly refuse?
He's pissing on his own luck.
But it doesn't have to be that leather workshop.
Why don't we look for a different company?
I'll think about it.
Get back to work.
Yes, okay.
You've reached Patina.
Yes, this is.
Who's calling?
I was wondering how you were.
How do you feel?
I'm much better thanks to you. I'm doing well.
Very good.
Can you be out and about at this time of the day?
Did you get fired?
No.
I asked to see you about a business matter.
Oh... That thing with Sujeong Boutique?
Collaboration or whatever?
Yes.
No, I'm all set.
I have no desire to work with them.
May I ask you what the reason is?
There are many reasons.
First off, the female CEO there
is no good.
All she cares about is money
and she has a nasty temper.
She seems to be just like Cruella de Vil.
Working with someone like her
won't lead to any good.
It's better not to get involved.
It could be a misunderstanding.
You've never met her.
Why would I bother?
I don't need to meet her to know.
I didn't say anything as she's your boss,
but that CEO is very vile.
I have a very dear neighbor,
and her daughter suffered terribly.
She was accused of selling stolen clothes.
Do you know about that?
Yes, I do.
A sales clerk at the store did the stealing.
She was the main offender.
Hanui had no idea and sold what she was told to.
Hanui's mother went to apologize to the CEO
and returned home a wreck.
Hanui was found innocent,
so her mother never should've gone.
You have it all wrong.
She wasn't innocent.
She was in cahoots with the store clerk.
Who told you that?
Your CEO?
The police said...
I heard with my own ears at the police station
that she was being released as she was innocent.
I wonder what she looks like.
What does your CEO look like?
Like Cruella de Vil?
Are you going to the store?
Yes.
Please reconsider the collaboration offer.
How many times must I refuse?
I don't want to do it.
Okay, then.
I'm off.
Wait.
I have something to ask you.
What are you doing Monday night?
Monday night?
My son gave me two concert tickets.
Come with me if you're free.
I bet you haven't really enjoyed yourself much.
It will cheer you up. Let's go.
I'll think about it.
Give me your number.
I need to know one way or another.
I'm off.
Okay. Bye.
Enjoy the shoes.
I'm clocking out now. I'll stop by on the way.
I said I got it.
Bye.
Is something wrong at home?
No.
I'm clocking out.
Hangyeol, I'm leaving.
Okay.
Is the project with Hanui Apparel going well?
It's in the works.
Working hard, Mr. Hwang.
- You must have gone out. / - Yes.
Dad.
How did you know?
Your mom must have told you.
Yes.
Is it because of me?
I blamed you for idling about
while Mom was working hard.
That was ages ago.
It's not that.
I'm doing this because I really like the work.
Your mom might look down on it,
but I like it.
It's not stressful, I'm working,
and I can hold my head up high
in front of you and Jihu.
Isn't it taxing?
Not at all.
This is a piece of cake.
If I went back to lecturing at a cram school,
I would have to relearn everything.
Just thinking about it gives me a headache.
Are you ashamed that I'm a security guard?
Honestly, I don't now.
Half and half.
When I first came, I was going to
ask you to quit like Mom asked.
Quit?
Mr. Drink Fairy.
Ms. Silver Purse.
What a surprise
to run into you there.
I never even imagined.
Me neither.
Why were you at that shopping center?
I was just dropping in on my way home.
Is your house nearby?
Quite close.
And yours?
Do I tell you even though it's personal?
No. Don't.
Ask me if you want to.
I'm more than willing to answer.
It's a wish bracelet.
You know about these?
Are you interested in someone?
I'm not telling you.
We laid down rules when we became drink buddies.
Remember?
Aren't we drink buddies as we only meet to drink?
Fine. Let's be drink buddies.
But no personal questions.
For instance?
Name, job, age, and so on and so forth.
I like that.
Let's do that, drink buddy.
It feels we've gotten very close.
Rules are rules.
Shoudn't this not be allowed?
You don't like that we've gotten close?
I like it.
How about a drink, drink buddy?
I'm sorry. I have to get home early today.
Oh, okay, then.
The weather's very nice.
Did you see your dad?
Yes.
What did he say? Will he quit?
I couldn't ask him to.
Why not?
When Dad ran away from home,
I said some things to him.
What did you say?
That he could find a job if he
lowered his standards and swallowed his pride.
I was hard on him, saying he's done nothing
while you've tiptoed around
Grandma and Aunt Jinhui to raise us.
Dad denied it,
but I think he got that job because of me.
Then all the more reason for you to make him quit.
He says he enjoys the work.
That's ridiculous. How can he enjoy it?
Nevertheless, not a security guard.
We will lose face.
Mom.
This isn't our house. It's Aunt Jinhui's.
We're freeloaders here.
The loss of face you mention
only applies to someone of Aunt Jinhui's caliber.
What's wrong with our caliber?
We're high up enough to lose face.
I'd like you to let Dad keep his job.
He doesn't work in this neighborhood.
Our neighbors wouldn't go to that shopping center.
No one will recognize him.
Isn't it tough interviewing for jobs?
It's not tough. It's boring.
What? Boring?
He says they all ask the same questions.
They look at his portfolio and ask him about
his work experience, favorite designer and brand,
and whether he speaks Korean.
I have to keep repeating myself.
It's boring.
So why did you have to leave a perfectly good job
and suffer this all the way in Korea?
Do you still not know why, Mom?
Because he loves me.
Power of love.
That's what love does.
Hanna, I love you.
I love you too.
Hey, hey, hey.
We're in the middle of dinner.
Focus on the side dishes when you eat.
Why focus on the side dishes? Geez.
Dogyeong, are you free tomorrow afternoon?
I have nothing planned. Why?
I set up a meeting with a merchandising director.
I'll introduce her to you.
I'm not ready yet.
Just make her acquaintance first
and talk a little.
Leave tomorrow afternoon open.
Okay.
Hey, Hanui, I'm here.
Okay. I'll wait.
Why is she here...
Ms. Silver Purse.
Ms. Silver...
Ms. Hwang Ji-eun.
Dogyeong!
Do you speak Korean?
I'd like to ask you some questions first.
Check 'yes' or 'no'?
Wait. Why does it feel like I was interviewed?
You have the concert tonight.
Who are you going with?
A friend.
I'm going with a friend.
What? Are you two dating?
We got them for fun.
Ji-eun has a crush too...
Hanui, let's eat instead of talking about that.

Rina's cooking show Bento - Duration: 15:28.
Hello, I'm Rinaberry!
Today, because Matthew always asks me
''How do you make Onigiri (Rice ball)?''
''How do you make Octopus sausage?''
I will make Bento (Lunch box),
and want to show you how to do it.
I'm not good at cooking.
So I'm not sure I can make the rolled omelette well.
I'll do my best.
By the way, this apron!
When I was homestaying in America,
I made this with hostmama.
My favourite.
Let's start!
Now, I want to make onigiri in two different ways.
One is using hands,
One is a secret way (`・ω・´)!
After making onigiri,
rolled omelette and octopus sausage.
Then, put them into this bento box!
Now, I'll make onigiri.
First, this rice.
This isn't all polished rice, but brown rice is mixed.
Rice!
Healthy right?
I learned how to make onigiri from my grandma.
In my grandma's way,
In this bowl, little salt.
Pour them.
In this bowl, water. Just normal water.
This water for the rice won't stuck on your hands when you make onigiri.
Are your hands clean?
FIrst, on your hands,
put water.
Spread on your hands.
Then put salt on your hands like this.
Spread salt on your hands.....
I'm making salt onigiri now.
And then,
This much?
When you shape rice, try not to crush rice.
Softly make it.
Yeah, like this.
Here.
Roll them.
Roll the onigiri~.
Like this?
Look! DU DU
DU DU!
My grandpa was a sushi chef.
So my DNA is good at shaping rice!!
Funny!
Like this.
Look! I made onigiri.
Oh, is it too small?
Not good?
Add a little more.
Salt also.
Then....
People don't want to use hands,
wrap the rice first, and shape them.
Is it really okay?
I think it is all right.....
Ok done? It became triangle...?
I will put this here a little.
The next is the secret way!!
When I was in elementary school, I was serving lunch,
rice left over so much.
With the rice, so many friends put the bowl together and
shake them to make rice balls!
It is the way easy and not make mess on your hands!
I want to show you.
Wet the bowl with water.
That make the rice won't stuck on the bowl.
I want to make it Noritama(Seawead and egg) flavor.
Use Shamoji(spoon for rice).
Put the rice in the bowl.
Noritama!
This is yummy.
Seawead and egg is mixed rice seasoning.
Pour them.
Like this.
Here.
And then
Mix Mix...
I got so surprised when Matthew asked me how to make onigiri.
Because onigiri...
You can just shape rice and done!
I haven't expected being asked how to make it.
This bowl and bowl.
Oh nooo! Water!!
I was stupid.
Need to clean up.
Ok now, put them together,
LIke this?
Please put the top and bottom well.
Shake it!!
Can I make it?
I remember people made rounded ones.
It doesn't shape at all...
It doesn't shape at all!
My friends made by this way!
I'm sure I can do this.
Like this bartender!!
Oh no! What do I do! I couldn't!!!
I did it just for mixing !?!?
I thought I could make onigiri!!
Matthew sorry. I couldn't.
Seriously?
What's wrong with this???
But but... everyone made onigiri.....
Maybe because....
The rice is too soft?
It isn't shaped at all.
Sorry...
I couldn't make onigiri.
It is....ok...yeah..ok...
I'm failed.. but..
I made one onigiri, right?
This one...right?
Oh yeah! Let's put nori (Seawead)!
Ok! I wil put nori around it.
This is called onigiri nori.
Nori get soggy so fast. So don't forget to seal it.
Nori.
Nori (ΦωΦ)
I still can't believe I couldn't make onigiri.
Let's make wrapped onigiri by that too.
Make it cute with this wrap!
I don't want to make mess on my hands anymore.
Put the failed onigiri on this wrap!
Like this.
Then make shape.
Roll it like before.
When it's shaped,
With nori,
wrap it.
The wrap make it beautiful?
Just like this.
Tada~.
When I make it, it become small.
It isn't triangle well, but okay!
It looks like rounded ball too.
Tada~ I made onigiri!
Matthew this is how to make onigiri!
Sorry for being not good at it.
Ok, next is,
Next is
I will make octopus sausage and rolled omelette.
Prepare sausage.
Then cut them with scissors.
Cut the bottom of it.
Like this??
Do it for everything.
Fire! Just fry them!
Soon the Mr.octopus's legs will open.
These long chopstick are called Saibashi.
We use them for cooking.
Saibashi.
Look look! Started to open!
Can you see this legs? Here.
More and more opened!!
They become octopus in just 2 to 3 minutes.
Here!
I think the legs will be curled more.
I think it is enough!
Do you want to do more?
Tada~!
It's done (*´▽`*)
Let's put these in the bento box!
This bento box has 2 stories, so I often put rice in here.
Today we have the onigiri, I just use this for side dish.
Octopus.....
Put the octopus sausages in here.
Here is two raw eggs.
Please mix the eggs well.
Can you see?
This is seawead tsuyu.
Dashi soup.
Pour it into the mixed eggs.
Suitable amount.
All right. Let's go!
The first one.
Mix a little bit.
Roll it!
When I visited Australia to stay Matthew's house,
Matthew's family said this is yummy.
I'm happy.
I couldn't cook at all, but
I practiced before visiting.
Oh noooo!! IT IS BURNT!!
It's burnt...
Ok, stop the fire.
No. Nooooo.
It is burnt...
Ahhhh, Matthew...
Now,
I will eat the bento I made.
Look at this.
If you put foods when it's still warm, vacterias grow.
So please put the lid when it's cooled down.
Open it.
Tada~!
I made this!
I failed so much.
This is burnt a little bid.
I think it is okay. These are colourful.
There are 3 small onigiris.
Salt nori onigiri,
Noritama nori onigiri,
Just notitama onigiri.
There are 3 kinds.
I wanted to show you this.
This is curry.
This is good with bento because it goes well even with the cold rice.
So the 1 story filled with rice,
I carry this, and open it when I eat,
Pour the curry on the rice.
Looks yummy~!
Ok, let's eat!
Itadakimasu.
broccoli is ok.
Omelette.
Is the omelette ok?
Yummy!!
Yummy!!
I don't care about the burnt part!
This is yummy.
Yummy. Pleasant!!
The seawead..
The seawead tsuyu (the dashi soup) helping so much.
Octopus sausage.
I want Matthew to come back soon. Then
I will...try my best to make lunch.
Now,
We are living in Tokyo and Australia.
We eat different meals.
Onigiri~
I want this one.
My grandma taught me how to mke onigiri!
Yummy!
This hand maded onigiri,
We wrap with wrap after putting nori.
So the nori sucks the moisture from the rice, then becomes soggy.
This is yummy though.
But conbini's onigiri,
The rice and nori is separated.
When you open it, you can tell there are two plastic covers.
So you have to take the nori out, right?
That is why the conbini's nori is so crispy.
When you bite it it sounds like ''pari pari''!!
Today, I made onigiri by myself and thought about it.
That was yummy. Thank you so much for watching!
I had so many problems, but everyone, please do well!!
Byebye! Thank you!
