Behind the New World Order The Dark World of the Deep State

The New World Order should more accurately be called the Deep State.

For decades, extreme ideologies on both the left and the right have clashed over the conspiratorial

concept of a shadowy secret government often called the New World Order pulling the strings

on the worlds heads of state and captains of industry.

The phrase New World Order is largely derided as a sophomoric conspiracy theory entertained

by minds that lack the sophistication necessary to understand the nuances of geopolitics.

But it turns out the core idea one of deep and overarching collusion between Wall

Street and government with a globalist agenda is operational in what a number of insiders

call the Deep State.

In the past couple of years, the term has gained traction across a wide swath of ideologies.

Former Republican congressional aide Mike Lofgren says it is the nexus of Wall Street

and the national security state a relationship where elected and unelected figures join forces

to consolidate power and serve vested interests.

Calling it the big story of our time, Lofgren says the deep state represents the

failure of our visible constitutional government and the cross-fertilization of corporatism

with the globalist war on terror.

It is a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies: the Department of

Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence

Agency and the Justice Department.

I also include the Department of the Treasury because of its jurisdiction over financial

flows, its enforcement of international sanctions and its organic symbiosis with Wall Street,

he explained.

Even parts of the judiciary, namely the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, belong to

the deep state.

How does the Deep State operate?

A complex web of revolving doors between the military-industrial-complex, Wall Street,

and Silicon Valley consolidates the interests of defense contractors, banksters, military

campaigns, and both foreign and domestic surveillance intelligence.

According to Mike Lofgren and many other insiders, this is not a conspiracy theory.

The deep state hides in plain sight and goes far beyond the military-industrial complex

President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about in his farewell speech over fifty years ago.

While most citizens are at least passively aware of the surveillance state and collusion

between the government and the corporate heads of Wall Street, few people are aware of how

much the intelligence functions of the government have been outsourced to privatized groups

that are not subject to oversight or accountability.

According to Lofgren, 70% of our intelligence budget goes to contractors.

Moreover, while Wall Street and the federal government suck money out of the economy,

relegating tens of millions of people to food stamps and incarcerating more people than

China a totalitarian state with four times more people than us the deep state has,

since 9/11, built the equivalent of three Pentagons, a bloated state apparatus that

keeps defense contractors, intelligence contractors, and privatized non-accountable citizens marching

in stride.

After years of serving in Congress, Lofgrens moment of truth regarding this matter came

in 2001.

He observed the government appropriating an enormous amount of money that was ostensibly

meant to go to Afghanistan but instead went to the Persian Gulf region.

This, he says, disenchanted him from the groupthink, which he says keeps all of

Washingtons minions in lockstep.

Groupthink an unconscious assimilation of the views of your superiors and peers also

works to keep Silicon Valley funneling technology and information into the federal surveillance

state.

Lofgren believes the NSA and CIA could not do what they do without Silicon Valley.

It has developed a de facto partnership with NSA surveillance activities, as facilitated

by a FISA court order.

Now, Lofgren notes, these CEOs want to complain about foreign market share and the damage

this collusion has wrought on both the domestic and international reputation of their brands.

Under the pretense of pseudo-libertarianism, they helmed a commercial tech sector that

is every bit as intrusive as the .

Meanwhile, rigging of the DMCA intellectual property laws so that the government can

imprison and fine citizens who jailbreak devices behooves Wall Street.

Its no surprise that the government has upheld the draconian legislation for 15 years.

It is also unsurprising that the growth of the corporatocracy aids the deep state.

The revolving door between government and Wall Street money allows top firms to offer

premium jobs to senior government officials and military yes-men.

This, says Philip Giraldi, a former counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer

for the CIA, explains how the Clintons left the White House nearly broke but soon amassed

$100 million.

It also explains how former general and CIA Director David Petraeus, who has no experience

in finance, became a partner at the KKR private equity firm, and how former Acting CIA Director

Michael Morell became Senior Counselor at Beacon Global Strategies.

Wall Street is the ultimate foundation for the deep state because the incredible amount

of money it generates can provide these cushy jobs to those in the government after they

retire.

Nepotism reigns supreme as the revolving door between Wall Street and government facilitates

a great deal of our domestic strife:

Bank bailouts, tax breaks, and resistance to legislation that would regulate Wall Street,

political donors, and lobbyists.

The senior government officials, ex-generals, and high level intelligence operatives who

participate find themselves with multi-million dollar homes in which to spend their retirement

years, cushioned by a tidy pile of investments, said Giraldi.

How did the Deep State come to be?

Some say it is the evolutionary hybrid offspring of the military-industrial complex while others

say it came into being with the Federal Reserve Act, even before the First World War.

At this time, Woodrow Wilson remarked,

We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and

dominated governments in the civilized world, no longer a government by conviction and the

vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of

dominant men.

This quasi-secret cabal pulling the strings in Washington and much of Americas foreign

policy is maintained by a corporatist ideology that thrives on deregulation, outsourcing,

deindustrialization, and financialization.

American exceptionalism, or the great Washington Consensus, yields perpetual war and economic

imperialism abroad while consolidating the interests of the oligarchy here at home.

Mike Lofgren says this government within a government operates off tax dollars but is

not constrained by the constitution, nor are its machinations derailed by political shifts

in the White House.

In this world where the deep state functions with impunity it doesnt matter who

is president so long as he or she perpetuates the war on terror, which serves this interconnected

web of corporate special interests and disingenuous geopolitical objectives.

As long as appropriations bills get passed on time, promotion lists get confirmed, black

(i.e., secret) budgets get rubber stamped, special tax subsidies for certain corporations

are approved without controversy, as long as too many awkward questions are not asked,

the gears of the hybrid state will mesh noiselessly, according to Mike Lofgren in an interview

with Bill Moyers.

Interestingly, according to Philip Giraldi, the ever-militaristic Turkey has its own deep

state, which uses overt criminality to keep the money flowing.

By comparison, the U.S. deep state relies on a symbiotic relationship between banksters,

lobbyists, and defense contractors, a mutant hybrid that also owns the Fourth Estate and

Washington think tanks.

Is there hope for the future?

Perhaps.

At present, discord and unrest continues to build.

Various groups, establishments, organizations, and portions of the populace from all corners

of the political spectrum, including Silicon Valley, Occupy, the Tea Party, Anonymous,

WikiLeaks, anarchists and libertarians from both the left and right, the Electronic Frontier

Foundation, and whistleblowers like Edward Snowden and others are beginning to vigorously

question and reject the labyrinth of power wielded by the deep state.

Can these groups can we, the people overcome the divide and conquer tactics used to quell

dissent?

The future of freedom may depend on it.

Five things to watch for in the Trump budget - Duration: 6:55.

Five things to watch for in the Trump budget

BY NIV ELIS

All eyes will be on President Trumps budget proposal on Tuesday when it is set for release.

Trump already made waves with the release of his budget outline in March, which called

for massive cuts in discretionary spending in favor of defense.

The full budget is in many ways a political document, and Congress may do away with much

of it as it works to fund the government.

Yet the document also lays out Trumps agenda at a time when he is facing myriad controversies.

Here are five things to watch for.

How deep are the cuts and do they touch entitlements?

The March outline laid out $54 billion in cuts from nondefense discretionary spending,

slashing huge amounts from the State Department and EPA and eliminating funding for the National

Endowment for the Arts and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

The full budget will provide more of the specifics of these cuts and lay out Trumps plans

for increasing spending on defense. It will also show whether Trump is sticking to his

plan or backtracking after criticism.

Nondefense discretionary spending only accounts for about 16 percent of the budget, while

cuts to Social Security and Medicare are much more effective ways to reduce deficits.

Trump promised during the campaign, however, that he would not touch those programs.

How will Trump pay for his tax cuts?

Trump is proposing tax reform that would slash corporate tax rates and business taxes.

The idea is to jump-start the economy, but the cuts will be projected to grow the deficit.

A big question, as a result, is how Trump will propose to pay for the cuts.

Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney has hinted that the budget will rely

on assumptions of healthy economic growth rates, which the administration thinks it

can achieve through tax cuts and deregulation.

More economic growth means more revenues and fewer expenditures on programs such as unemployment.

But economists are wary of a budget written with rose-colored glasses.

Clearly, the economic projections are important, because they will be tempted to do a rosy

forecast, said Alice Rivlin, an OMB director under former President Bill Clinton and a

scholar at the Brookings Institution. Administrations [forecasts] always are, but this one has said

that theyre very growth-oriented and assuming higher growth levels.

Trump vowed the nation would achieve 4 percent growth in his presidency, but over the last

seven years the economy has only grown between 1.5 percent and 2.5 percent.

Even 3 percent annual growth could be a challenge with an aging population, and some economists

say growth of 1.5 percent to 2 percent is the new normal given todays low unemployment

rate.

To grow the economy by 3% annually, productivity growth, capital growth and prime-age labor

force participation would all need to return to the levels of the booming 1990san unlikely

scenario given recent trends, the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB) said

in a recent paper.

Will there be tax reform details?

Trumps proposed tax overhaul was big on promises but light on details.

The administration hasnt said how much it thinks its tax cut plan would cost, though

the CRFB estimated the cost at $5.5 trillion over a decade.

Its possible Trump will punt on some of the tough questions.

Theres nothing that requires them to put a detailed tax reform proposal in,

said Rivlin. They may do the tax and spending side together, or they could just do the spending

side of the budget and do a global revenue estimate for the revenues.

Still, even a simple placeholder indicating how much overall revenue the administration

expects to take in will offer some indication of the scope of its tax plans and lay out

a revenue goal for the first time.

How much does Trump want for the wall?

Democrats won a victory over Trump when they kept money for his wall along the Mexican

border out of a short-term funding bill in early May.

They argue the wall is a waste of money and that there are better, cheaper ways of securing

the border using technology.

It is estimated a wall along the border could cost between $21.6 billion and $70 billion,

a price that Republicans would have difficulty swallowing. Trump has put the cost at between

$4 billion and $10 billion.

Does it try to crash ObamaCare ?

There are two big healthcare questions that could be answered in the budget.

The first: What does the administration expect will happen with the American Health Care

Act, the House legislation to repeal and replace ObamaCare?

The House bill was estimated to cut $150 billion in spending, which Republicans hope to use

to offset the cost of tax reform.

But amendments added to the bill in the House are expected to make it more expensive, and

more changes are coming in the Senate. The Congressional Budget Office has yet to score

the House bill.

The budget will have to lay out some assumptions about the House bills cost. Will it assume

the House bill is passed as is in the Senate, something no one thinks will happen? Will

it assume some sort of compromise? Will its numbers differ from those of the Congressional

Budget Office?

Democrats will be watching to see if the budget includes funding for cost-sharing reductions,

a type of subsidy in ObamaCare that helps low-income people. Republicans have used the

subsidies as a leverage point against Democrats and promised to keep them as part of the 2017

spending package approved earlier in the month.

At a minimum the presidents budget reflects administration policy at this point, so a

budget that shows spending on CSR payments continuing for the rest of fiscal year 2017

through fiscal years 2018 and 2019 would indicate that the administrations policy is that

it will continue making payments, said Edward Lorenzen, a health expert at the CRFB.

But even that isnt a guarantee, he added.

There is nothing to prohibit [the Department of Health and Human Services] from deciding

to stop payments in the future even if the budget assumes spending will continue,

he said.

English Does Not Equal ASL - Duration: 3:44.

Hi guys, Laura here. Now last week I did a

video on how you can't learn ASL from me.

Because ASL is different from English

and the reason why I put "ASL" in my

titles is because I want to

differentiate the signs that I'm

teaching you which are signs from the

ASL language from say BSL which is like

British sign language. So I know that a

lot of people come to my channel from

the UK and they they're confused because

they've learned it one way and then they

see it done on my channel a different

way so I do want to clarify that that's

why I put ASL in my titles. And I also

talked about how you need to learn ASL

from a Deaf person because who better to

learn ASL from?! And the other reason is

because it is a very complex language

that is not as simple as just learning

signs on your hands. You have to have

body gestures and sign positioning and

facial expressions and it's very very

involved it's not as simple as just

putting signs together. Now some of you

probably know this but some of you may not

ASL does not equal English so what I

mean by that is you cannot take ASL

signs and put them into an English

sentence because that would be "Signed

Exact English", which is not ASL. ASL is a

language on its own it has its own

grammar and syntax and sentence

structure I find a lot of the sentence

structure is similar to French language

and way way back in the day that's sort

of where ASL had its roots. So, please

don't assume that when you're learning

different signs from me that you can put

those signs into an English sentence and

be signing ASL. But I also think that

it's great that you're learning signs

and if you come across a Deaf person and

you sign those signs in an English

sentence format I'm

sure that they will be happy to help you

and appreciate that you're trying to

even converse with them

and I found nothing but really lovely

lovely people when I was learning how to

sign I signed ASL in English

sentence structure which is hard to

switch your brain and a lot of my Deaf

teachers and instructors and friends

helped me sort of switch that way of

thinking. So I just want you to

understand that when you come here you

can learn specific signs so if you're

confused about something or you want to

learn what the sign is for something

fantastic! But if you want to learn how

to use that sign in an ASL sentence then

you can visit some of the channels that

I recommended last week in the video

I'll put the same links in this

description as well. And if anybody else

has put other resources and other Deaf

channels that they'd like to watch I

will also include those in in the

description. So I just want to be clear

that I didn't want you guys to think

that you could learn specific individual

signs and put them into an English

sentence structure and think that it's ASL

As always guys please feel free to

ask me whatever questions you have I'm

happy to answer them. And be sure to

subscribe to my channel to be notified

when I post new videos. Thanks guys, and

have a great day, bye for now!

Princess Diana Finally Gets Queen Elizabeth's Respect? - Duration: 3:36.

In a new bombshell report, Princess Diana has finally earned Queen Elizabeth's respect.

She thanks the princess for the contribution she's made to the British Royal Family.

Friends, courtiers past and present, and others part of the queen's inner circle are

revealing the change of heart that the queen has regarding Diana.

Daily Mail spoke with one particular friend of the queen's that reveals she has a newfound

appreciation for Princess Diana.

Her shift is distinctly different than the position she held for decades viewing Diana

as a misfit who was quite mad. Perhaps, after all, we have rather a lot

to thank Diana for, a friend recalls Queen Elizabeth telling her over a cup of tea at

Windsor Castle during their discussion about Prince William and Prince Harry.

This profound reflection comes years after Diana died.

Her sons are immensely popular with the entire world and carry on their mother's core values

of relating to everyday people.

They demonstrate sincere compassion and aren't afraid to be a free spirit themselves

as members of the Royal Family.

She would never say now that Diana hasnt contributed to the family, says the queen's

friend.

She sees how much Diana radiates out of William and Harry and the effect they have

on ordinary people.

It is Diana that they see.

That sense of fun, that easy way with people. Princess Diana pushed back at Queen Elizabeth's

stance on several occasions.

Diana was known for her charitable work with Aids and when she first approached her mother

in law about bringing awareness to it, she wasn't fully on board.

Cant you do something nice? the queen purportedly responded.

Dianas former police bodyguard, Inspector Ken Wharfe, recalls: The Princess wasnt

put off by the Queens reaction.

She told me shed told Her Majesty that it was 'important work.'

Wharfe went on to say that Diana was smarter than people gave her credit for and knew

what she was talking about when it came to Aids. The queen's inner circle says

that she has privately conceded that Diana was right and that the huge strides in Aids

research, which have led to drugs that enable its victims to live relatively normal lives,

owe much to the Princess drawing attention to the syndrome and breaking down prejudices.

Diana was open about the troubled marriage she had with Prince Charles and called out

the affair he was having with Camilla Parker Bowles.

Everything the queen wanted to keep under wraps was disclosed to the public by Diana.

The public loved her all the more for it.

The queen realizes now that no matter what differences she and Diana had, the princess

had a galvanizing effect on the British Royal Family.

The institution is in the state it is thanks to the contribution she made that is a continuing

legacy with her sons.

In other news, Britain's Express reports that Princess Diana was the most iconic woman of

all time.

She beat other contenders, such as Madonna and Britain's first prime minister, Margaret

Thatcher.

Winning the Lottery - Duration: 2:45.

Why do you keep looking at me like that?

Do you need a hug?

Somebody needed a hug before we start.

Yeah.

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and I do not play the lottery at all cause I kinda feel

like it's just throwing away your money since no one ever wins but people do win.

And I bought one ticket once and won nothing.

But I have come up with a plan for what to do with the money if I won the lottery.

I realize this is never going to actually happen, but we're gonna put that aside for

a minute, and here's what I would do if I won the lottery.

(dialup noises) I would go into work and very politely give them my two weeks notice and

train th- my replacement.

I quit!

I quit!

Fuck this shit I'm out!

See ya bitches!

I would make some minor improvements to my house.

Yes, I would like to add several stories onto my house and have one of them look exactly

like Narnia and then have a hobbit hole put in in my back yard.

Cost isn't important.

I would pay off all four, yes four, of my student loan companies.

Dear soul sucking bloodthirsty asshats, you and your damn student loan company can go

fuck off.

I won the lottery.

And you bastards can start trying to suck blood from another stone.

Leave me alone now.

I'm done with you.

Goodbye.

(pen click) I would pay down my house but not completely pay it off because it looks

good on your credit score if you have a little bit that you're paying monthly.

Please find enclosed the entirety of the balance left on my house.

I owe nobody.

Have a good day.

And then I would very conservatively invest the rest of the money and use that to live

off of.

Yes, Jimmy Choo's?

I would like to order one pair of each of your shoes in a size 8.

And then, of course, beyond those things, the standard donate a bunch of money, deal

with any issues that come up, that type of thing.

But don't worry, I would still make videos cause I kinda love doing it.

So that's it for this video.

Let me know in the comments down below what you would do if you won the lottery.

And if you liked this video, click the like button and subscribe to my channel, I make

a new video every Tuesday.

Thank you guys so much for watching.

MWAH! (cough) (laughing) I f- I forgot to say hi and then I coughed.

today we're going to talk about sound and sound only

as I told you guys in my

previous episode sound is one of the

most important things when it comes to

production quality so today's products

will be from a company called Rode this

is not a paid endorsement or anything

all the products you see in my video I

paid for myself after my first mic I

really was happy with the production

quality I got out of the mic so I went

with the other product from Rode I also

post links down below so you can check

their products out for yourself

today we're going to compare two

different kind of mics and I'm also

going to show you how to minimize wind

noise when you are outside

*Wind noise*

as you've seen recording outside can be sometimes

really hard so with this little trick

you'll be able to achieve an even better

production quality so let's start with

the mic I carry around with me the most

this is the rode videomic pro rycote the

easy thing about this one is you just

pop it on top of your DSLR turn it on

plug it in and you're already good to go

you don't need any extra equipment and

you don't have to worry about wires or

something and the great thing about this

one is it picks up most of the sound

that comes from this side of the mic and

everything that comes around there won't

be picked up too much so basically if

you talk into the camera you pick up

most of your speech what about if you

want to record something you're standing

behind the camera and you're out of the

reach of the shotgun mic and you still

want to record what you're saying but

you don't want to voice over it one

possible choice would be lavalier

microphone now I'm going to show you the

smartlav+ mic from Rode this mic is

basically designed for smartphones so if

you're outside and you want to record

anyways and you don't have your point

and shoot with you or your DSLR you

could go with your smartphone you just

plug in the lavalier microphone

and you're good to go

sweet little satchel let's see

this is the whole Mic the cord is a little bit longer than a meter so

should be long enough for most of the

things I'm doing this version of the

Mic is usable with the cellphone and if

I wanted to use it on my DSLR I need an

adapter for it I already got that one so

let's get back to it later and we also

have little clip you can put it on or

clothes or stuff like that but what if

you're outside and you have your big

DSLR with you and you want to record

with your shotgun mic but it's when you

outside the result is this you take a

Deadcat it sounds stupid but actually

this is the name of this accessory so

let me show you how to apply the skin

because this can be tricky if you don't

know how to apply it

you take your standard-issue Rode

Deadcat for the video mic Pro here on the

bottom you have a flexible material so

you basically just take your mic grab it

like this and you pull the sleeve on to

the mic

and here's the tricky part down here

there is a gap between the mic and the

housing and this is the part where you

need to pull the flexible material in

at first I had to figure out how to put

it on myself and then when you're all

done you close it up from behind and

here you go you have your deadcat

applied onto your video mic Pro to show

you how to deadcat is affecting the

video mic Pro I'm going to take my mic

to a piece of wood so it doesn't fly

away and I take my compressor and I

shoot at it about 40 centimeters away

from the same position so with this

setup the results should be more

comparable see how the sound behaves

when the wind hits the mic

now let's apply the same test environment with the

dead cat put on

now I'm showing you why

you should consider buying an external

microphone so I'm going to switch from

the internal mic from the 5d Mark 4

which is a basically a brand new camera

so the my quality is better than on most

cameras then I'm going to switch to the

shotgun mic and after that I'm going to

show you how the lavalier microphone

is performing so this is the stock sound

from the body of the 5d Mark 4 sound

test 1 2 3

this is the sound of the video mic Pro

test sound 1 2 3

and last but not least this is the sound of this

little fella

it's the rode smartlav+ and this is the

sound test 1 2 3 alright guys what do

you think which of those mics could

improve your production quality tell me

in the comments below and which sound

did you like the best which one should I

use in my next episode

Queen Elizabeth Is A 'Fantastic' Dancer And Has 'Great Rhythm,' Cousin Reveals - Duration: 2:42.

Queen Elizabeth is a "fantastic" dancer and has "great rhythm," her cousin reveals.

An inside look at the queen of England and her husband, Prince Phillip, is released by

royal biographer, Gyles Brandreth.

People reports that he was given "privileged access" to the queen and the Duke of Edinburgh

for his 2004, Portrait of a Marriage.

It's also learned in the article that Queen Elizabeth's cousin, Lady Elizabeth Anson,

said in a BBC Radio interview, "Two's Our Queen: 90 Musical Years," that Her Royal Highness

can really cut a rug.

"We did a lot of singing at Kensington Palace.

Nobody thought it was odd after dinner if we put on a record and all sang 'Doing the

Lambeth Walk,' so music has always been part of her life.

The Queen is a fantastic dancer.

She's got great rhythm," Anson said.

"Her parents loved singing and passed it on," she added.

"The Duke of Edinburgh and the rest of the family join in."

Prince Philip turns 95 this week and biographer, Gyles Brandreth, says the secret to his happy

marriage with the queen is making her laugh.

The pair have been married for 68 years.

Brandreth shared with the Radio Times that the prince is the "power behind the throne."

"If we regard the Queen's record breaking reign as a success and I think most of us

do.

Prince Philip is the co author of that success," Brandreth said.

"The Queen wears the crown, but her husband wears the trousers.

He is the power behind the throne shrewd, steadfast, neverfailingly supportive."

The acclaimed author went on to say that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip will never be

seen holding hands in public by virtue of the "stoic values" of their generation.

Brandreth describes Philip as a "pragmatist" while his son, Prince Charles, leans more

towards a "romantic."

"I once asked Prince Philip about the reported differences between him and his eldest son,

Prince Charles," Brandreth wrote.

"He acknowledged 'one great difference' between them.

'He's a romantic,' he said, 'and I'm a pragmatist that means we do see things differently.

And because I don't see things as a romantic would, I'm unfeeling.'"
