How to Drive Without a License and Stop Cops from Harassing You

How to drive without a license is an aspect of sovereignty that many people want to learn.

Can you legally drive without a license?

What is the difference between driving and traveling?

Is driving a right or a privilege?

What do you say to the policeman if you are stopped?

How can you best handle unconstitutional checkpoints?

These are all important questions which we will explore here; if you want to know how

to drive without a license, youll need to thoroughly master the concepts behind them.

Can you Legally Drive Without a License?

In short, yes but technically you are traveling not driving (see below).

However, just because you have a right to do something (in this case the right to travel),

it does not mean youll never be hassled, intimidated, charged or even temporarily thrown

in prison.

Rights must be constantly asserted and defended, especially in the face of a growing police

state such as the one in which we are now living.

That means you need to be prepared to defend yourself.

Its not for everyone, but such is price paid by those who defend liberty and know

how to drive without a license successfully.

What is the Difference between Driving and Traveling?

This might appear to be semantics or splitting hairs, but its not.

The whole issue of how to drive without a license boils down to this.

In everyday common English, to travel by means of a car, and to drive, are identical.

However, one of the biggest cons of the Law Society is the fact that they have their own

language (legalese) which appears to be English but which has different definitions for some

key terms.

In this case, as defined by legalese, to drive is to go on the roads by a motorized

conveyance doing business or being engaged in commerce, and it is a privilege.

To travel, on the other hand, is a right, and no legislation can be passed to strip

you of your fundamental, inherent rights.

To state you are driving is to unwittingly place yourself in admiralty or commercial

jurisdiction.

As a sovereign being, you never need surrender your rights and exchange them for privileges.

This is the way societies descend into tyranny.

To exchange a right for a privilege is to ask permission for something (in the form

of a governmental permit or license) that you are free to do anyway.

Is Driving a Right or a Privilege?

Driving is a privilege; traveling is a right.

A privilege is granted by some authority, and equally it can be taken away by some authority.

A right can never be abrogated.

Our right to travel can never be stripped from us; it is as fundamental to our existence

as our right to breathe.

What is the Case Law Supporting the Right to Travel?

Judges have been ruling on this case for literally over 100 years in various levels of Courts.

Retired policeman Jack McLamb wrote a great article citing some of the case law:

CASE #1: The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is not

a mere privilege, but a common fundamental right of which the public and individuals

cannot rightfully be deprived. Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 NE 221.

CASE #2: The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport

his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which

a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the

right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.

CASE #3: The right to travel is a part of the liberty of which the citizen cannot

be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment. Kent v. Dulles, 357

US 116, 125.

CASE #4: The right to travel is a well-established common right that does not owe its existence

to the federal government.

It is recognized by the courts as a natural right. Schactman v. Dulles 96 App DC 287,

225 F2d 938, at 941.

For further information including case law on how to drive without a license, I suggest

reading the magnificent sovereignty guide by Johnny Liberty The Global Sovereigns

Handbook and watching this in-depth InfoWars video.

The DVD I Dont Drive, I Travel is also very useful, inspiring and features people

who know from firsthand experience about how to drive without a license successfully.

What Do You Say to the Policeman if You are Stopped?

The best way to handle peace officers, law enforcements officers or policemen is as sovereign,

freeman-on-the-land Dean Clifford does in the video above.

Politely and courteously state your rights; know the law and quote cases if need be; display

the confidence that you know how to drive without a license, and that it is perfectly

lawful; refuse to be intimidated; and most of all, be prepared to have a long conversation

with the initial persons superiors.

Most cops are completely unaware that they are enforcing commercial statutes in admiralty

jurisdiction, and that you can exercise your right to remain in common law jurisdiction.

If you are traveling privately and not engaged in business on the roads, you do not need

a license.

How Can I Best Handle Unconstitutional Checkpoints?

This compilation How to Refuse Unconstitutional Checkpoints features some great firsthand

examples.

Ask the law enforcement officer if they are detaining you (Are you detaining me or

am I free to go?); if they say they are detaining you, state that they only have 2

legal reasons for doing so: your consent or reasonable suspicion based on probable cause.

State that they do not have your consent, so therefore they must produce probable cause,

else they are illegally detaining you.

Ask them for evidence of probable cause; if they have none, ask them again, politely but

repeatedly, if you are free to go.

If you have more questions about how to drive without a license, and others matters relating

to freedom, you can call Tools For Freedom at 800-770-8802 x1, leave your name and number,

and well be happy to send you out a free print catalog full of freedom and sovereignty

resources.

Addition

Attached are new genuine CA Exempt license plates.

Issued on 5-15-2013 from the California Costa Mesa DMV.

Total cost $0, expires December 2099.

This man went in complaining that he keeps getting harassed as he is a not for hire,

not a US citizen, as he traveled as a right.

Possibly this is an exemption only from registration, true independence from the Department

of Motor Vehicles would be a complete not included.

Exemption means that they chose to not include you, actually when if not for hire then

you are independent by right, not by privilege.

Native Mobile Development: Is It Going To Die? - Duration: 7:45.

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

Hey, I just want to give a quick thanks to one of our sponsors at Simple Programmer which

is DevMountain Bootcamp.

You should go check them out.

The link is in the description.

They are a coding bootcamp and they can teach you web development, iOS development, UX design,

a lot of good stuff.

I get a lot of feedback from a lot of you out there that email me have told me about

DevMountain, so I decided to check them out myself.

I like what I found.

I like their programs.

They offer some 12-week intensive programs.

They also offer some after-hours programs which I know that some of you will like.

Go check them out.

You can see the link in the description below, DevMountain Bootcamp.

A big thank you to them for sponsoring Simple Programmer.

So, I've got a question about mobile development.

I've definitely done quite a few videos on mobile development.

You can check out the playlist on mobile development stuff here if that's what you're interested

in, in Android and iOS.

I've done a lot of mobile development in my career, in my former life as a coding developer

instead of a YouTuber, but I always get these questions about native mobile development.

This one is about whether or not native mobile development is going to die.

This question is from GS.

GS, "I have been doing Android development for over a year now.

There are other popular hybrid frameworks like React Native, Xamarin etc. for developing

both Android and iOS.

I have been reading a lot about hybrid development taking over.

I know technology doesn't vanish away all at once, but the extreme growth of JS has

made me worried.

What do you think, is JS and Python going to take over?

Should I stop doing native development and start learning these hybrid technologies?"

This is a good one.

This is a really good question because you know what, when mobile—when iOS and Android

first came out everyone was predicting that—what was it, like, app—I can't even remember

the names of the frameworks.

Anyway, there has always been hybrid frameworks that have come out and everyone was predicting

that native development was not the way to go and native development was not going to

be the future and that it was all going to be developed in the browser.

In fact, Firefox OS, look how popular that sucker is, do you have phone Firefox OS?

Have you ever seen a phone with Firefox OS?

It's based on the concept of having it all be web based.

This is great.

It makes sense to me to use hybrid development, but we haven't seen it happen yet.

The fact is that the phones still are not powerful enough that the hybrid, the pure

hybrid experience is good enough that everyone has abandoned native apps and gone to that.

Now, there are a couple of distinctions I'd like to make here.

One of them is that, you know, Xamarin and hybrid is not quite the same thing.

I'm a big fan of Xamarin, full disclosure, I'm a Xamarin MVP and I've worked with those

guys.

I spoke at Evolve.

You can check out my talk where I spoke at Evolve here.

I thought it was a good talk.

I liked it.

But the thing is like that's different.

The Xamarin stuff is technically native.

It's cross platform but it is not hybrid.

It is not in a web browser.

It actually compiles down to native code and you get native binaries that get installed

on the devices.

I want to make that distinction clear because you've got to really take that into account

when you talk about the hybrid versus native.

I believe that Xamarin, I think I did a video on this.

You can check out the video I did about Xamarin or the future of Xamarin.

I'm all in on that idea, because I think that developing on iOS and Android and it was Windows

phone but not anymore, but there will be a new Windows thing, there will be.

Developing on all those platforms natively, in the native language is difficult and I

know it because I did it.

I wrote iOS applications and Android applications natively.

I taught courses on them.

I'm intimately familiar with doing native development with porting and supporting the

different platforms and it's a pain in the ass.

I started developing my own framework and then Xamarin forms came out and they basically

did what I was doing.

I do think that if you're just going to be just a purely native Android or OS developer

that that's probably not the best choice.

Now, with that said, even with my own personal biases, I think if you're an Android developer

you've still got at least 5 years of doing native Android development, maybe 10 years.

I mean, hell, there are still COBOL developers that are working on mainframe systems.

So there's going to be Android applications, there's going to be Legacy Android applications

even if everyone goes to hybrid or cross-platform development tools, there are still going to

be the stuff to support.

There are still going to be people that are going to use it just like COBOL so I wouldn't

worry there.

IF you want to go where you're going to be most useful and where the most money is going

to be, I would look at some kind of cross-platform.

I wouldn't worry about—don't try and win this battle between hybrid and native.

Instead, look at cross-platform, because cross-platform is where it's at.

The hybrid native thing, I don't know how long this battle is going to go on.

I don't know if ultimately hybrid is going to win.

What I can tell you is that technology, as far as thick client thin client, which is

what we're talking about here is like a pendulum and it swings back and forth on the web and

it swings back and forth on the desktop.

You have periods of time where—we had a period of time where, remember, everyone was

going to Flash and everyone was basically creating these thick client applications inside

of the web browser.

We're kind of there now.

We have single page applications and all this stuff, and React and so we're able to build

essentially thick clients inside there and then we went to where we had it super light

with Web 2.0 or that came first, but we go back and forth.

I wouldn't worry necessarily about that.

If you want to get into web development, yeah, learn JavaScript and Python.

If you want to stay on mobile development then figure out what is the best technology

for mobile development.

Maybe that's going to be a cross-platform hybrid technology or framework.

If that's the case, then yeah, maybe you're going to have to learn some JavaScript and

Python if you want to do that, but that might not be the case.

Your focus needs not be on figuring out whether or not hybrid or native is going to win.

It needs to be on what is the best cross-platform tools that are winning and pick one of those,

pick a winner there.

Like I said, I think Xamarin is the choice that I'd pick.

I happen to like C# and I feel like with Microsoft backing Xamarin, owning Xamarin essentially

now that there's—that's a pretty good bet.

I'd place my bet on Microsoft backing a technology because they're going to be a lot of support.

There's probably going to be a lot of use for that.

But like I said, if you're an Android or iOS developer you're going to have a job for 5,

10 years.

It's not going to be a problem.

The COBOL developers are still around.

If I were you, I would look at cross-platform.

All right, I hope that answers your question.

If you have a question for me-me.

There are Eritreans everywhere

In Canada, the States

Europe, Afrika and Australia

You name it. They are everywhere.

But there is something within Eritreans

that somehow you are pulled to stick together.

no matter where you are

My name is Andit Okbay

I am an Eritrean musician.

who is living in London.

Until know I'm working in the Eritrean Tigrinya music.

The reason why we

as Eritrean musicians are working together is,

that we have to help out each other.

Normally you know the musicians you are working with

from Eritrea.

You normally know them personally

and have played with them.

Because of this, it is easy to find a contact.

You know each other well.

In Europe it is hard to meet your friends in person.

You hardly see them.

Because of this we are using social media.

You know in which country the other musicians live.

As soon as you know in which country you play,

you contact the mates you know from back home.

You play with them.

Being away from home helps me a lot with writing.

If I want to write about desires

and know the pain of desires

it is easy for me

to write it down as a song.

I am going through this at the moment.

You don't know the difficulties of life

and struggles a person incurs

to survive before you here.

If you want to sing about live.

You can do it.

Because here you are living the live.

Hey everybody my name is Luwam

Also known as hade1hade.

Thx so much for clicking on this video

Let's get to the cheese

I'm starting a project called the

Eritrean mass online music collaboration project

It sounds crazy but its going to be epic

I'm telling you.

I do music as a hobby

Mostly Eritrean music.

I've done a couple of projects.

And I have a Youtube channel called hade1hade.

I think it is really important to connect with your roots.

Connect with your home…

And the only way to do this…

I mean if you not living back home..

if you living in the diaspora.

The best way to get as close as back home

is to connect with your community members.

Your brothers and sisters.

Whether it is locally or around the world.

The EMOCMP

Eritrean mass online music collaboration project

was done in August 2013.

The goal was basically to unite the Eritrean youth

Regardless of where they're living, their religion

or the political views or anything like that.

Just for the love of art and music,

And the love of their country.

Just to get them togehter.

The other goal was to get the Eritrean youth

into Eritrean their culture and history,

heritage and music.

My name is Alexander Dawit

i'm born in Eritrea

but raised in Addis Abeba

Now I'm living in Geneva.

I'm working as a graphic designer, Dj and Promoter.

I am designing for the whole world.

For Switzerland, whole Europe

the States

and Afrika as well.

If you do this job,

your passion needs to come from your heart.

You can't just think about the money.

The first thing in the designing process is to make sure,

that you recognise the singer.

On the top you should write the promoters name,.

After this you need to say where it is.

In this example in Basel Switzerland

On this picture he shows, that he is felling great.

I'm ready and you?

Let's celebrate! This is the message

The party is a place where you have many discussions.

and it is the place where you see happiness everybody's face.

Everything is changing over time.

This means, discos and parties you have today,

won't be the like the next ones.

Everything will change

I see a lot of really really talented artists,

musicians, singers and performers as well.

And I feel like there is so much potential.

In modernising and changing Eritrean music.

This is where I want to get into it.

True Or False w/ Dave Cad - Duration: 6:00.

Hello! Today I have Dave here with me in a Swedish video!

What?!

I'm kidding...

This will be a bit of a 'Swenglish' video today but we are going to try to play "Sant eller Falskt"

As it's called in Swedish. Truth or d... No, I almost said truth or dare!

What is it called in English now then?

True or false. That's it.

This week it's actually three weeks since we met for the first time

so that's why I thought it would be fun to play a little true or false to see how well we actually know each other.

Scary...

How this is going to work is that we each have three statements

about ourselves and the other person has to guess whether the statement is true or false.

False.

False.

And I've said to Dave that if he needs to he can also speak English.

Because I'm shit at Swedish

You're not shit at Swedish. He's much better than he even knows.

So okay, let's get started. Dave, you can start because you're my guest.

I have to read as well because I'm shit at Swedish...

Okay, first of all... When I was 10 years old...

...I was hit ...

by thunder.

Was it correct? You said it correctly, I don't know if it's true though

Okay so it feels like this is something that should have come up during a three year relationship

but...? But... Oh, but...

No, sorry. I'm gonna say that's false.

It is false. But it would explain a lot probably

That would have explained a lot.

I have something... in my eye.

Oh no, you do! An eyelash! (*DRAAMAA*) Help!

Okay, are you ready? Yeah

I have once seen Victoria Beckham at Selfridge's.

False.

That was quite quick

Okay, fine... A point to you.

Your turn.

I have never had a cigarette.

That's too easy! I know it's true.

You little goody two shoe! I'm a little angel

"Du har aldrig rökt" you can say (in Swedish)

I've never smoked.

I've never smoked.

My turn.

I have been in a car accident.

Car- what?

Car accident.

What is "olycka"? (swedish)

"Accident"

It has to be true because you're a bit clumsy...

I didn't drive!

Maybe I should have specified that I was very young. Yes, it's true.

she said begrudgingly.

Oh should I tell you what happened?

I was maybe nine or ten years old, I was with mom and dad in the car and the road was really icy

There was ice, so it was slippery... One car wasn't able to break so the next car couldn't break

and so we could't break and my dad had to go onto the other side and then a car hit us.

Oh no...

I know

*Dave trying to ask if I was hurt in Swedish*

No, I wasn't "onted" (hurt)

Nobody got "ont."

No hurt! Nobody was hurt so we were lucky.

Okay, my turn!

This might be Swenglish...

Okay, go ahead.

When I was little...

Was that not...? Yeah, that's fine.

When I was little I had an imaginary friend.

Aah, an invisible friend. "Osynlig", it means you can't see them. I think that's what we usually say.

But you understand... "imaginär"... "imaginär"..."imaginär"...

Is that a Swedish word? Does Google Translate say that

"imaginär"

Nobody knows...

Did you have an imaginary friend? I don't know...

Or do I know?

What? What?

Did you reveal yourself just then?

Uh huh... I'm gonna say...

Yes, you did. It's true.

He-hey, it's true, what was it called?

Oh my God... He, he was a he. It was a he, okay.

You don't remember what his name was. Well he must have been very special to you

But he was an alien and the only way I could talk to him was going in to the cupboard under the stairs

And he lived on a planet called "Dijon".

Oh sure, the planet "Dijon" you remember but you can't remember your friend's name.

Okay, it'll come to you...

My last one, I can't even remember what I was gonna say... Oh yeah!

When I was little my mom lost me in the grocery store.

That's true.

That would explain a lot. It's NOT true!

Sucker!

Your mom would never do that. That's true.

I think she's lost my sister once, but then again, you know...

Sorry, I got a bit too excited about...

But does this mean that I won? Because you guessed wrong.

But we had almost all of them right. So I guess that we can conclude...

We can... What language am I speaking now?? I was doing so well...

I guess that one can assume that we know each other quite well since we know all these things

... about each other. That's true.

Okay, do you want to say anything else? No thank you.

All right so that was all for this video. A big thank you to Dave for subjecting himself to this Swedish video

I think he did a great job. Thank you.

I hope you guys do to. Feel free to leave a comment and tell us what you thought of Dave's Swenglish.

But you have to be nice.

Yeah, you have to be nice.

God you can just get away with anything with those puppy eyes! God damn it.

Thank you so much for watching this video, I hope you enjoyed it! Please do give it a thumbs up

if you fancy. And thank you to Dave once again for joining me today and...

I'll see you again soon!

Bye!

14E - Capacity Controlled Fare (Early Bird Discount) - Duration: 8:54.

In this video, I'll talk about an application of the newsvendor inventory model in the capacity-controlled

fare for revenue management.

We introduced the newsvendor inventory model in a previous video.

The problem can be described like this.

A newspaper vendor must decide how many copies of the day's newspaper to stock in the morning.

The demand is uncertain.

Unsold copies (due to overstocking) will have little value at the end of the day.

Unmet demand (due to understocking) will result in lost sales.

What is the best quantity of newspapers that will minimize the expected total cost?

The key characteristic of this type of problems is that they involve a penalty or cost for

both overstocking and understocking because the demand is uncertain.

We found out that the optimal quantity x* is determined so that the overstocking probability,

or the probability of the demand Y being less than or equal to the order quantity x*, is

equal to this ratio, the unit understocking cost over the sum of the unit overstocking

cost and the unit understocking cost.

Also, the understocking probability, or the probability of the demand Y being greater

than or equal to the order quantity x*, is equal to this ratio, the unit overstocking

cost over the sum of the unit overstocking cost and the unit understocking cost.

The newsvendor model can be useful in many other applications that have nothing to do

with newspapers at all.

For example, it can be used to model and solve revenue management problems.

Revenue Management is used to analyze consumer behavior and adjust product availability and

price to maximize revenue.

The goal of Revenue Management is to sell the right product to the right people at the

right time for the right price.

Revenue Management originated in the airline industry and soon spread to other industries.

Nowadays, almost all major airlines, hotel firms, cruise lines, rental car firms, sports

events, live shows, and movie theaters have implemented Revenue Management Systems to

predict customer demand and optimize available price.

RM is also growing in the retail industries that involve perishable products like groceries,

seasonal products like clothes, and products that quickly become obsolete like high-tech

devices.

A typical revenue management problem is called the capacity-controlled fare or the early

bird discount.

Let's use an example to illustrate the problem and the model.

A hotel in NYC has an inventory of I=100 rooms.

The hotel offers two fares to the customers.

If a customer books early, he or she can enjoy the discounted fare pD at $180 per room.

After a certain number of rooms have been booked at the discounted fare, the hotel will

start to take the reservations for all the remaining rooms at the full fare pF, which

is $250 per room.

We assume the demand for discounted-fare rooms is abundant.

The demand Y for full-fare rooms is uncertain but it follows a normal distribution with

mean 80 and standard deviation 20.

If the hotel sell all the rooms at the discounted fare, it may lose revenue because some rooms

could have been sold at the full fare.

The hotel needs to decide how many rooms must be protected and only sold at the full fare

so that the expected total revenue is maximized or the expected total cost is minimized.

Let x be the protection level (the number of full-fare rooms).

So, 100 – x is the booking limit on the discounted-fare rooms.

That means, after 100-x rooms have been booked at the discounted fare, the hotel should start

to take reservations at the full fare.

We know the demand follows a normal distribution.

Let f(y) be the probability density function.

Capital F(y) be the cumulative distribution function for the demand Y.

We can convert this problem to a newsvendor problem because it involves the overstocking

cost and the understocking cost.

The unit overstocking cost co is equal to pD.

If the demand Y is less than x then the hotel protected too many full-fare rooms.

x – Y rooms will be empty and they could have been sold at a discounted fare pD.

The unit understocking cost cu is equal to pF – pD.

If the demand Y is greater than x then the hotel protected too few full-fare rooms.

Y – x rooms could have been sold at the full fare pF instead of the discounted fare

pD.

The goal of this problem is to find the optimal stock level x* that minimizes the expected

total overstocking and understocking costs.

The discounted fare is $180 per room, and the full fare is $250 per room.

The unit overstocking cost co is equal to the discounted fare, $180 per room.

The unit understocking cost cu is equal to the full fare minus the discounted fare, $250

minus $180.

It is equal to $70.

We can see that the overstocking penalty is greater than the understocking penalty.

Let's use this formula to calculate the overstocking probability.

It is equal to 28%.

We use this formula to calculate the understocking probability.

It is equal to 72%.

The probability of overstocking is less than the probability of understocking.

The reasoning behind this is that, because the overstocking cost or penalty is greater

than the understocking cost or penalty, we need to determine the quantity x* so that

the vendor will have a lower probability of overstocking than understocking.

Now, the demand Y follows the normal distribution.

This figure shows the probability density function of a general normal distribution

with mean μ and standard deviation σ.

The overstocking probability is equal to the area represented by the shaded area.

We can convert it to a standard normal cumulative distribution and it is equal to phi x*-μ

over σ.

Here is the cumulative distribution function.

We also know that the overstocking probability is equal to 28%.

So we have this equation.

Let's use the inverse standard normal cumulative distribution calculator to find the value

of this item.

The link to this online calculator is given below this video.

In this box, type the probability value, 0.28.

It shows the inverse is equal to -0.583.

Finally, the optimal quantity x* is equal to 68.3 rooms.

That means, 68 full-fare rooms should be protected.

This implies that the total inventory I minus x* is the maximum number of reservations that

should be sold at the discount fare.

This number is 32.

Okay, that is the application of the newsvendor inventory model in the capacity-controlled

fare for revenue management.
