GYNECOLOGIST GIVES 10 REASONS WOMEN SHOULD QUIT TAKING BIRTH CONTROL PILLS

BY Christina Sarich

Millions of women are prescribed birth control pills every day to prevent pregnancy or to

control a hormonal imbalance, but Dr. Sara Gottfried, a practicing gynecologist, is convinced

women have been sold a pack of lies when it comes to these top-selling pharmaceutical

drugs.

Heres why.

First, you should know that this article is about supporting women completely in having

full choice of when to conceive or not to conceive.

However, it is also about informing them (and the men who love them) what happens to their

bodies and minds when they take birth control pills year after year.

As Elizabeth Siegel, another medical expert reveals in her study, marketing decisions

rather than scientific innovations, have guided the development and positioning of contraceptive

products in recent years.

Whats even more disturbing is that though there are hundreds of birth control brand

names to choose from, there are only a handful of actual formulations, all based on science

that is more than 50 years old (and dare I say, based on the tired, patriarchal notion

of female sexuality).

Considering that there are forces which would like to sterilize the entire population, this

topic deserves a little extra inspection.

Compulsory sterilization is no joke.

Its been happening for several decades now.

The recent realization of Kenyan doctors that a UN tetanus vaccine was a mass sterilization

exercise, and other telling attempts reiterate this truth.

Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh once said, If I were reincarnated, I would wish to

be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.

Paul Ehrlich, a former science adviser to president George W. Bush and the author of

The Population Bomb has stated:

To our minds, the fundamental cure, reducing the scale of the human enterprise (including

the size of the population) to keep its aggregate consumption within the carrying capacity of

the Earth is obvious but much neglected or denied.

If they cant lower our numbers with chemtrails, forced vaccinations, GMO food, carcinogens

in our air, water, and soil, endocrine disrupting pesticides, nuclear weapons, endless wars,

manufactured AIDS and other viruses, etc., then the New World Order attempts to just

sterilize us like cattle.

HBO host, Bill Maher has stated, Im pro-choice, Im for assisted suicide, Im

for regular suicide, Im for whatever gets the freeway moving thats what Im

for.

Its too crowded, the planet is too crowded and we need to promote death.

Moreover, more than 3 million unwanted pregnancies happen every year, just in the U.S. even with

contraceptive use so once we throw in the health harming hazards that go with these

drugs, it seems it is time that women had a 360-degree view of their birth control choices,

before plowing ahead.

So, as offered by a practicing gynecologist who sees hundreds of women every year, here

are some reasons why you (or your wife or girlfriend) may want to stop taking the Pill

(Birth Control Pills BCPs).

The Pill dramatically increase a womans testosterone levels which can cause a low

sex drive, vaginal dryness, and painful intercourse.

Up to 40% of women may be experiencing this problem but not talking about it.

The reason the Pill is famous for helping to clear up acne is that it overwhelms natural

estrogen with testosterone.

While this may be a temporary benefit to taking the Pill, long-term, your natural female

hormones dont return to normal.

This means your hormones stay whacked for decades.

Dr. Kelly Brogan tells the same tale of disturbed hormonal balance in women who have been taking

the pill, with no clear sign of the body returning to normal hormone levels.

The gut is negatively affected by BCPs.

Another thing that gets whacked when you take the pill is your gut health.

Ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease (both linked to chronic gut inflammation) is more

common among women who use oral contraceptives.

The Pill decreases the bio-availability of key vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Doctors still dont know how, but BCPs lower the bodys absorption of vitamins B1, B2,

B5, B6, B9 (folate), B12, vitamins C and E, copper, magnesium, selenium, and zinc.

The Pill causes blood clots.

If certain types of oral birth control are used, the tendency to develop deep vein thrombosis

and pulmonary embolus increases three-fold.

The Pill makes PMS worse.

Those containing drosperinone, a synthetic version of progestin, are the worst.

The Pill lowers your thyroid hormones.

Hashimotos disease isnt just from Fukushima radiation.

The Pill can make you gain weight, retain fluid, and feel bloated.

The mainstream will tell you that the Pill isnt the reason for your eight gain, but

just in case you think it is, dont worry it will go away in a month or two.

The Pill increases the risk of breast cancer and cervical cancers.

No brainer there.

The Pill, as opposed to other contraceptive methods can cause permanent delayed conception.

Maybe you dont want kids now, but what about the future?

Fertility is a very personal choice, but women and men alike should at least be aware of

what chemical birth control pills do to the body and possible reasons why they are so

heavily prescribed.

Dr. Gottfried advises,

For some women, the BCP is the easiest or most convenient choice, and above all else,

I support a womans right to choose.

I prefer non-hormonal forms of contraception like the copper intrauterine device (IUD),

cervical caps, diaphragms, and condoms, but I understand they are not always possible,

affordable, or appropriately effective.

If you choose to stay on the Pill despite my precautions, take note

of any symptoms of hormone imbalance.

I BEEN ASKED | English Black Friday - ATIVE A LEGENDA - Duration: 3:11.

Hey, what's up, guys? How you doing? So

today we're going to have a free talk.

it's going to be a free conversation and

I decided myself to shoot this video in

English - 100% - just because I've received

a couple comments on my Facebook page

English Black Friday and also on my

YouTube Channel also English Black

Friday asking me if I really spoke

English and, that was, that was kind of

cool actually because you know most of

the times I have videos 100% in

Portuguese or sometimes I have half and

half you know 50/50. I do 50% Portuguese

50% English and this time I decided to

do that 100% in English and a couple of

questions I received one of the

questions here was when did I start

studying English? Well, I started back in

2003, so, that means it's been 14 years

now and I've always loved it. I started

studying here in a school in Belo

Horizonte, Brazil and then in 2007, four years after that,

I had an opportunity to go to

the United States so then I went to

Houston, TX and... which goes to the

second question which is: why did you

decide to study Black English? Well, it's

because in 2007, when I had this

opportunity to go to Texas, I stayed in

the community called Alief so and I

worked for Alief Family YMCA and this

is a predominantly black neighborhood or

district or area and so I had contact

with a lot of black people

and I used to love their culture back

then and before that. So, that's when I

decided to really get to know more about

them, more about their music, about their

history, about the way they talked, so

yeah. that was pretty much it!

And a third question I received is: why

did I start English Black Friday? Okay, I

started English Black Friday because I

wanted to spread the word about the

black culture, you know? I mean, I've never

seen black teachers out there talking

about black culture and all that. So I

decided to make that myself, you know

what I'm saying? So it's just like, well I know

that... but the same way that I love black

culture black American culture, there

might be a lot of people out there that

like black culture too. So, why not spread

the word? why not show them that we have

a, you know, a beautiful culture,

a beautiful history and beautiful music

and language, ya know what I'm saying?

So that's when I decided to create English

Black Friday. So, this is a little bit

about myself! If you guys got any

questions, just ask the questions.

Hopefully, I'll have the answers and

I talk to you guys later

English Black Friday coming up with mo'

videos fo' you. This yo' boy, Dawg. Holla!

1.69 As Fast As Possible ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) | War Thunder - Duration: 13:58.

Patch 1.69 is just around the corner and it's going to be one of the biggest content updates

in war thunder as of yet, again! Damn it Gaijin, it's really getting hard to keep up with

all of this stuff.

Since I barely had any time to record footage and I barely have any time to record this

video either, here's the quickest patch overview you've ever seen in five, four,

three,

Starting off with the main theme of the entire patch is the release of the Italian air tech

tree. 35 vehicles were included in the dev server, of which the main theme seems to be

aircraft similar to the germans, in many cases even sharing engines and cannons. Here are

a couple vehicles that stood out to me: As a fan of the MC 202 in the german tech

tree I immediately grabbed the MC 202 EC, which switches the rifle calliber pasta mgs

with not one, but two MG 151 cannons with a total of 500 rounds. This thing seems to

be quite fun now that it can actually kill stuff you shoot at.

Next I had a look at the P.108A. This four engine aircraft carries a 102mm cannon. Yes,

I mean cannon, not howitzer and yes, that is the biggest cannon mounted on an aircraft

in War Thunder. The Cannon can fire either HE for dealing

with open top and soft targets or enemy bombers if you wish to do so or an AP shell with 140mm

of penetration which should be quite devastating against tanks.

I took a quick look at the G.56 which has german markins and reminds me a bit of the

He-100, except it carries 3 MG 151s and should absolutely wreck anything it shoots at.

Then I got to the jets, and boy oh boy do the Italians have two interesting ones.

First is an American jet, the F-84G. Now the American F-84 isn't a bad jet but it isn't

anything too special either, the Italian version is quite different however. First of all it

loses the wingtip fuel tanks and suffers some other changes, which make it faster. It can

also carry an insane amount of ordnance, with up to 32 HVAR rockets, amongst other options.

that's 16 launches in RB, which can net you 16 kills. You could quite literally kill

the entire enemy team without ever rearming if this thing was available in ground forces.

It just looks menacing carrying all those rockets too.

Then we have two variants of the G.91, with the only major difference I could spot being

the later one being a bit faster.

Now the G.91 isn't really a fighter per say, at least in my opinion. Whilst the thing

is quite fast, small and nimble, which can make for interesting combat if you know how

to evade, you only get 4 .50 cal M3 machine guns and no cannons, which is less than ideal

armament for jet combat, even with the recent MG buff. That being said, this aircraft also

truly shines in the ground attack role instead. You thought 32 rockets was a lot? The G.91

can carry 38 FFAR rockets mounted in pods. And these things are insanely effective two,

netting me double kills against AI tanks even when the rocket impacted a couple meters away.

I don't know if they're going to retain the same power once they go live, but holy

crap this thing will be a ground attack monster if they do.

Next we have some very interesting tanks Starting off with the Russians, they're

getting the Object 268. In what looks like the Russian answer to the Jagdtiger, this

is a heavily armoured Tank destroyer with a big 152mm cannon. You have a choice between

a HE shell with 54mm pen and an APHE shell with 232mm pen from the start, with the option

to unlock a HEAT shell with 250mm of penetration. It sits at battle rating 7.7, which means

it won't be all that effective in it's own BR due to the prevalence of HEATFS. But

in a downtier against 7.7s, this thing will feast on the tears of King Tiger drivers even

more so than the IS-6 already does. Next we have the T-55A, an evolution of the

T-54 and likely to be Russias most competitive top tier tank. It's faster, it has a better

turret rotation speed and it has a better gun with better ammo choices and an 11.2 second

base reload The stock APDS shell has 300mm of penetration.

From there you can get an APHE shell with 240mm of penetration, an upgraded APDSFS shell

with 335mm of penetration, or a heatfs shell with 390mm of penetration. Leopard drivers

beware, this thing will be a challenge. But the Russians aren't the only ones getting

love, the US also get two very interesting top tier tanks.

The M60A2 takes the M60s Hull and the M551 Sheridan's gun and fuses them together in

a menacing looking turret. You'll also be glad to hear that this turret doesn't have

the massive 127mm weakspot of the regular M60s, instead having a smaller flat gun breech

area with 220mm of armour. It still has a massive tumor of an MG turret

on the top, so watch out for APHE shells. Next we have the T95E1. No, this is not related

to the T95 Doom Turtle, this is a medium tank with a 90mm gun.

You only get one main shell type with this thing, a 300mm APFSDS shell. No heat, no APHE,

which might make things difficult against tougher enemies. What you do get is the ability

to launch smoke shells from your main cannon, which makes this an excellent support tank.

Yes, you heard smoke shells, we'll get to that in a bit.

What sets this tank apart is the armour. For a medium tank, It's pretty decent. The upper

frontal plate is only 95mm thick, but has an extreme angle which elevates the effective

thickness to about 200mm. And whilst that still wont stop HESH, HEATFS or APDS shells

for the most part, it'll stop any kind of solid AP, APCR or APHE shells, and might bounce

a lot of other shell types as well. The turret is also very strong, with the gun

mantlet being impenetrable even by HEATFS and the rest being very rounded and sloped.

The enemy either has to aim for very small flat parts, the cancer MG turret on top or

the turret ring in order to reliably penetrate this turret.

Next is Britain with, yet again, two new top tier tanks

The Chieftain Mk.5 is pretty much just another Chieftain Mk.3 but with a better engine, resulting

in better mobility. It's a neat little upgrade over the Chieftain we already have, but nothing

too special except for acting as a free respawn. The Vickers Mk.1 however is a bit of a weird

one. A medium tank at battle rating 7.0, this thing features the same L7A1 cannon as is

found on numerous other mbts. The difference in this one is the even faster fire rate,

with a base reload of 6.5 seconds and a top reload of 5s. This thing can spam out those

shells very very quickly, and might be a direct counter to the IS-6

It pays for that cannon with shoddy armour however. At 60-80mm the hull won't really

stop anything, and the turret front is only 80mm thick with an additional 80mm flat plate

in front of the gun mantlet. The side armour is only 30mm too, so don't expect to block

any shots in this thing, this is a rapid fire glass cannon without the mobility of a Leopard.

Finally the Germans get a long awaited vehicle, the Puma.

This is an armoured car, meaning it only has wheels. It is armed with a 50mm cannon at

battle rating 2.7 and has very good ammo choices for its battle rating, ranging from a 97mm

pen APHE shell to a 150mm pen APCR shell. This cannon is the same as the Panzer II H's,

but the Puma is even faster The advertised top speed of 90Km/h isn't

really achievable I'm afraid, even on flat paved terrain the maximum I ever got to was

62. But, the Puma can do the same speed backwards as it can do forwards, making it extremely

mobile. Even on rough terrain you can do 40km/h, which allows you to flank around or cap zones

easily. Be warned however, with how wheeled vehicles are handled in War Thunder, it is

extremely hard to keep this thing in a straight line at speed.

The Puma has just about enough amour to stop MG fire but not much else. What you can do

is use this thing like a tank destroyer and drive it backwards, using the engine as cover

for your crew. This allows you to survive the first shot and destroy them with your

very good cannon.

And that is far from all, there are a lot of new vehicles that I didn't have time

to cover, so you'll just have to explore.

Finally we see a massive gameplay change with the introduction of smoke for tanks. The ability

to launch smoke comes in three flavours: Grenade launched, big barrels simply dropped from

the tank or dedicated tank shells.

This is a long awaited update that will completely change the game META. Now you'll be able

to cross a field in visual cover to advance to an objective, you can mark a target area

with a smoke shell to let your friendlies know where to bomb, you can launch a smoke

shell into the enemy's face to blind him and flank around, and so much more. I'll

be testing this system extensively and making a guide on it Soon™

I did say I was going to make a quick overview, but this script is already 1700 words long,

so lets cut it here. My name has been MikeGoesBoom, and I'll see you in patch 1.69!

Aster Wrist Wraps - Duration: 2:18.

Hey guys, Zac here with asterathletic.

Today we're going to talk about these,

the Aster Wrist Wraps.

We've significantly improved on the

traditional wrist wraps and today i'm

going to show you all the cool new features.

First off we've used an industrial

grade material to make sure the wrist wrap is very

very stiff and provides a lot of wrist

support. But you still get that nice stretch so

you can get a really tight, comfortable fit.

We also used a really thick velcro in the

Aster Wrist Wraps.

Our customers number 1 complaint about their current wrist wraps

was that the velcro wore out

too early and they have to go and buy

another pair.

In the Aster Wrist Wraps

we've got a really high quality velcro

to make sure that won't happen.

something we're really proud with the Aster Wrist Wraps is this elastic loop you see here.

This isn't like our traditional thumb

loops that we've seen before.

The elastic loop is attached to the whole wrap so it again it will last a lot longer.

It also means there's a lot of functions

you can get from the Wrist Wraps and a

lot of fits you can get.

The first one is of course your traditional thumb loop.

If this what you've used for years

you can continue to use this, of

course this works great.

Probably our customers favorite is the

fit where you have it across your palm

so you have the wrist wrap across

your palm like this you wrap it across

and then you can take the loop out if that's what you want

My personal favorite is what I'm calling the knuckle fit.

So where the loop is across your

knuckles like this.

Then you wrap it

around and once the wraps fitted you see

it doesn't interfere with your bench

press so your overhead press grip.

Then finally because the loop is so big

you can actually use it in a variety of

different ways, on a variety of

different body parts. So you can actually

stick it on your elbow and use the Aster

Wrist Wraps as elbow wraps. That works

really nicely I often do this

So they're really multifunctional.

So that's the Aster Wrist Wraps. They're really

designed for those heavy heavy movements

heavy bench presses, the

overhead presses, the heavy squats . Things like that.

Full Body Stretch for Sore Muscles - Tight Butt & Flat Abs Program - Day 11 - Duration: 12:11.

(soft relaxing music)

- Hi, my

name is MacKenzie and I am debuting for GymRa.

Today, we're going to be going through a full body stretch.

This is really important before and after workouts,

because you can stretch out those sore muscles

and you want to resist getting sore as much as possible

before your workout.

And this will help a lot with that.

So, I'm gonna start by stretching my neck.

And, you can even pull down.

Going to the right and then going back to the left.

Going forward.

And back.

And, around in circles.

The other way.

I'm gonna reach up and over.

You should be feeling this stretch in your legs

and on your sides.

And lean forward,

you can really feel that stretch right here.

Hold on to your leg and bend that back leg

as much as you can.

Make sure you're breathing.

In and out slowly.

Lean back.

Feel that stretch in your back.

I'm gonna do the other side, up and over.

Again, feeling that stretch right in here.

Keeping your leg straight.

Hugging onto that leg again.

And, bend that back leg.

I'm gonna go to the center

and you can grab onto your legs right here

and pull through.

You can feel this stretch through your calves

and up to your thighs.

All through the backs of your legs.

I'm gonna rotate my hips to the left,

you can feel that stretch right in here.

Going back and forth.

I'm gonna return to this position.

And, tuck this back leg

behind me and sit.

Then you're gonna cross your left arm

over your left leg and turn.

Try to crack your back.

And, the other way.

Then, I'm gonna sit in this position

with my left leg over my right

and reach up and over.

This is a good stretch for your glutes.

And, your hamstrings.

Okay.

And switch legs.

Up and over.

Try to push your chest to your legs

as much as possible.

I'm gonna tuck my legs underneath me.

I kind of have my legs slightly spread apart for stability.

And, I'm gonna reach, again, up and over.

I'm gonna

go back to stretching my legs.

Again, up and over.

And, reach for your toes if you can.

If not, just reach as far as you absolutely can

and try to straighten out your back.

You can feel the stretch all throughout your legs.

And pull.

I'm gonna set in this butterfly position

with good posture.

I'm using my back hand for stability

to hold myself up straight,

and I'm gonna take my other hand here

and push my knee down to the ground.

This is a good stretch for your hips.

The other way.

If this is difficult to you,

another good way to do this kind of same stretch

is to lay on your stomach

and go back in that butterfly position.

Try to have your feet and your knees touching the ground.

Then, you can push up from this position

and stretch out your back and look up to the sky.

Keep breathing in

and exhale.

Now, I'm gonna roll over on my back.

And, turn my hand over like this

and you're gonna try to push up.

And, walk your hands to your feet as much as you can.

This is really good for stretching out your back.

Make sure you're still breathing.

I'm gonna go up on my toes

further to stretch a little bit more.

Back down.

Up.

And, back down.

Then, you can walk back out

and lie on your back once again.

To stretch out your arms,

bring your arm over and cross in front of you.

Really pull back.

And, then you're gonna reach up,

pull your elbow down

and really feel that stretch right in here.

Then, the other side.

Up,

over.

Then, cross behind your head, once again.

All right, that sums up this full body stretch

for today, thanks for watching.
