I Think the biggest problem with the so-called leaders of the day is we are
not really producing leaders we're just producing managers and supervisors they
come out as leaders and they suffer every moment of their life this is what
I'm saying because leadership doesn't come because of your ambition leadership
happens see let's understand this ambition means you're tweaking up your
desire which is waste of time because your desires are based on what's
happening around you or what has happened till now an exaggerated version
of what's around you is your desire you can't desire something that you're not
seen you only desire something that you have seen mildly exaggerated or overly
exaggerated it depends who you are but leadership is about being able to take a
group of people or a nation or the entire world in a direction and to a
destination that they have not imagined possible if it's something that they
could imagine they don't need you they need a leader because he should be
capable of taking them to a place where they themselves cannot imagine possible
for this a leader needs a profound sense of insight when I say insight that
you're able to see something that other people cannot see people are interested
in doing things but they're not interested in working upon themselves if
you believe that what you're doing is important the most important thing in
your life is to work upon yourself to enhance your perception skills to be
able to see what others cannot see you have an insight into what you wish to do
it is not even a question of what do I wish to do it is a question of what
is most needed right now because if you do what's needed only then its
leadership if I do something that's fanciful to me then there will be nobody
behind because this is all about me so the young leaders the most important
thing is that you don't tweak your desire in the name of ambition you tweak
your competence if you keep on tweaking your camp competence depending upon the
times in which we live opportunities that come up in front of us naturally
you will fall into the rhythm of what is there if you have an enormous competence
then I don't think the world can put you down

Is a Chappelle's Show Reboot Happening? - Duration: 6:42.
There are few shows throughout the history of television that were as laugh-out-loud
hilarious as The Chappelle Show.
For those of us who grew up on Dave Chappelle's comedy still quote the show to this day.
And it ended well over a decade ago.
Responsible for some of the most memorable sketches in the history of comedy including
Clayton Bigsby: The Black White Supremacist, Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories and
The Playa Hater's Ball, many would argue that no other show deserves a reboot more than
The Chappelle Show.

And today we're here to talk about why The Chappelle Show needs a reboot.

The Best Sketch Comedy Ever?
There have been plenty of brilliant sketch comedy shows over the years.
Key and Peele, for instance, helped fill the void that was left after The Chappelle Show
went off the air.
For a while anyway.
But as great as it was, it didn't quite fill the shoes that Dave Chappelle left behind
at Comedy Central.
Many consider The Chappelle Show to be the funniest sketch comedy series of all time.
Sure, there are other shows that have stood the test of time, such as SNL.
But arguably no other sketch comedy show was as consistently hilarious and brilliant as
The Chappelle Show.
Even if it only ran for a few seasons.
With people still to this day quoting Rick James, Clayton Bigsby, Tyrone Biggums and
Prince, the show has passed the test of time like no other.
And it's because the comedy was always pretty much flawless.
Bringing The Country Together Again As we mentioned in our King of the Hill reboot
video, the country and the world as a whole has become more polarized than ever.
And like King of the Hill, The Chappelle Show always did an amazing job of taking on cultural
issues in a way that was hilarious, but also brought people together.
And that's because comedy is something everyone can get behind.
Or at least, unfortunately, that's how it used to be.
The Chappelle Show took jabs at everyone regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation
and a million other things.
And seemingly, by some form of comedic magic, everyone enjoyed it.
Everyone stopped taking things so seriously long enough to come together and laugh.
Its not too late, America.
We can go back.
People Need To Lighten Up For those of you too young to remember, long
ago in the year of our Lord 2004, legend has it that people actually had something called
a sense of humor.
It was a time in which people would make provocative jokes and others would laugh and move on with
their day.
There were no outrage mobs on the internet desperate to signal their virtue whenever
a comedian made an edgy joke.
There were no hit pieces from low-quality outrage manufacturing media companies run
by people with useless degrees who hate their fathers.
Legend has it that those who chose to cross lines and take risks with their art were actually
rewarded as opposed to vilified and punished.
Some might say that we're too far gone.
But optimists would say all we need is a spark.
I say, that spark could be The Chappelle Show.
We need Dave to come back to his rightful place as king of television sketch comedy.
Because there�s plenty that needs to be ridiculed.
On all sides of the political spectrum.
The Current Culture Has So Much to Make Fun Of
One of the great things about Dave Chappelle as a comedian is that he's not afraid to ruffle
people's feathers.
When asked about it on Inside the Actor's Studio, he said 'What is life if nobody's
crossing the line?
You just want to try to be on the right side of history the truth is permanent.
Everything else will fall by the wayside.
And there are plenty of lines to cross today.
But the truth is, Dave has been criticized by both sides.
Even in his recent Netflix specials, some conservatives wrote about disagreeing with
certain politics, while Progressives led campaigns against him for some of his more insensitive
jokes.
But that didn�t stop everyone else watching from laughing their asses off.
And this is an echo of The Chappelle Show itself, where shots were taken at everyone.
Whether it was a funny little skit about whether white people can dance or a more profound
one that tares apart racism in a ridiculous and hilarious way.
Left or right, it doesn't matter what side of the culture war you're on, or even if you've
picked a side.
Funny is funny.
As vicious as politics has gotten, we need a bit of levity in this day and age that only
The Chappelle Show could bring.
Bring Back the Classics When Dave guest hosted SNL last year, he brought
several of his characters back during their Walking Dead parody and it was glorious.
There are so many characters from The Chappelle Show that we would love to see resurrected
in the current year.
For that matter, bring back some of the old skits.
Let's get another Wayne Brady episode.
Or Ashley Larry.
Or a new Racial Draft.
Which classic sketches and characters from the Chappelle Show would you like to see revived?
Dave Still Has It Assuming showrunners were able to free up
time in their schedules to return, they�d still have to bring back the cast.
Since Mike Judge voiced Hank and boomhaur, they would be covered.
Pamela Adlon voiced Bobby.
Since now she's the star and showrunner of HBO's Better Things, hopefully she's be on
board to come back.
Kathy Najimy voiced Peggy and Johnny Hardwick voiced Dale.
Stephen Root voiced Bill Dauterive.
Although he has 243 acting credits, he'd probably be on board for a revival given his track
record working with Mike Judge.
Obviously, there are dozens of other memorable characters, but we imagine most of their actors
and actresses would love the show to be revived as much as we would.
Will It Ever Happen?
Unfortunately, despite how much wed all love a new season on The Chappelle Show, it looks
like we're all going to have to accept the grim reality, that it's not going to happen.
Around the time of the release of his Netflix specials, Dave made it a point to say that
he's not going back.
But I suppose never say never.
We do live in crazy times.
And perhaps something will sway his decision.
With today feeling like a weird comedic dark age where everyone is afraid to make jokes
and cross lines, I guess all we can do is hope that he changes his mind.
Because at this point, The Chappelle Show may be our only hope.

Damnoen Saudak is the most popular floating market in Thailand.
Great for photo opportunities and food.
You can walk into the market
or use a long tail boat to discover it.
After entering the market you will find yourself among the busy stores
selling similar products to those you can find in Chatuchak weekend market.
If you haven`t been to Chatuchak Market, you can find a video link in description.
It can feel a little commercialized but if you walk further
you will find a food sellers who not only look more photogenic
but also have far more testier goods.
20 minutes away from the floating market
you can find Wat Bang Kung.
This temple is surrounded by trees
giving the illusion that it is built in a tree.
Temple dates back to Ayutthaya period.
And a side from a golden Buddha it houses,
it is quit simple in design.
Right across a tree temple you can find a small zoo.
It was free entrance.
And there were few honesty tables
where you can pick up the grass with a small donation to feed the animals.
This was our favorite time.
Reaching this area from Bangkok is fairly easy.
I shared with you the cheap way to visit this area
and the famous train market in the previous video.
