Hi everyone. This is your Tampa Bay Realtor Lance Mohr . In this video I'm
going to go over 10 lies Realtors tell home sellers. So I wanted to do this
video because I was reading an article last week by Kyle Hiscock and it was pretty
interesting. It was about lies real estate agents tell home sellers and I want to go over
some of these lies a lot of them are pretty popular I believe there's around
ten of them so let's take a look at these I'm going to go through them
pretty quick but some of them you'll probably recognize certainly if you've
ever sold a home whether would the real estate agent or if you've sold a home on
your own so let's start off and we'll talk about the what he calls the lies
about so the lies about price some real estate agents will tell a seller their
home is worth more than it really is yes that is a hundred percent true it's
known in our industry it's called buying the listing it happens all the time
especially in a market like we have right now that's a seller's market
there's a low inventory these agents a lot of them are struggling to get
business and they go in and they just tell the seller that their home is worth
whatever the seller wants to hear or maybe even more than they want to hear
to secure the listing so be careful and I always tell everybody you're the
homeowner you're the decision-maker you're the one that's going to determine
the price not the real estate agent you're hiring the agent based off of
their marketing and their negotiation skills
don't pick a real estate agent based off a price if you do you're gonna probably
be unhappy and it might not really have anybody to blame but yourself so be
careful that one okay I had to give you a little hard to love there so second
wise about brokerage fees yeah there's some real estate agents that tell
sellers commissions are fixed they're not fixed in two-story that that is what
it is lies about their production some agents don't have a ton of sales and
they believe it's a good idea to lie about their sales this probably happens
I think it probably does out there I don't really understand
when I was brand new in real estate I told the seller straight up I said look
I have no business I'm pretty much new I've only been in the business a couple
weeks or a couple months but I have nothing to do but work on your home and
get it sold that's all I have to do I work 60 hours a week and I will work
like a dog to get your home sold but I know some agents just think it's easier
to go out lie there's a lot of sellers that are really into the production
thing that agents have and you have to be careful because one thing is you
definitely want I think an agent that is experienced again they have to do
marketing but there's there's the example agents out there that will do
maybe five million dollars a month in production and you may think that's
pretty good until you hear they have 50 or 60 people
on their team it isn't too good because no one's really doing much of anything
but it sounds good so be careful in that the next one is lies about their
experience you know and you know again a lot like a lot like the last slide about
their production maybe they are a newer agent and they're not that experienced
this is a pretty ridiculous one because all you need to do is go to the state's
website you can look up and see how long in the real winners have their license
so that's that that's easy right there I don't get it
lies about their specialties yes this happens quite often about the specialty
so you have people out there on both sides with buyers and sellers they'll
say with buyers I'm a first-time homebuyer specialist or they'll say with
sellers I'm a waterfront specialist or I'm a luxury home specialist or whatever
people want to work with specialist first off if you're gonna call yourself
an expert you're gonna call yourself a specialist you really should have 10,000
hours under your belt before you start using and throwing those terms out so be
careful of the real estate agent tried to get more specific with them if that
is what you're looking for again you want someone who does marketing they get
specialized in anything but if they don't know how to market it doesn't
matter lies about their use of the Internet some agents tell people that
they're the only one using the internet to sell their listing
alright I don't get that I'm in Tampa I don't think that would ever happen here
especially in a bigger city everybody has the Internet
you know every single real estate out there is probably go is going on
realtor.com Zillow Trulia etc so I don't get that one whatsoever why is about use
of social media I mean I I don't know I guess this is out there I gotta tell you
I just find very very very few people knowing anything about social media and
when I say social media I'm talking Facebook I'm talking YouTube I'm talking
to LinkedIn Tumblr Google+ Twitter so a lot of these I just don't find very many
agents knowing that I guess some agents will lie about that and if someone tries
to use that as a separator why you should use them over another agent just
call them on the carpet now I do use that one because I know a lot about a
social marketing I mean you're look at me looking at me on a social marketing
site so I would love it if a seller actually asked me a question like this
but I don't really find a lot of people do know much about them and you know if
they do good you want someone who understands social media matter of fact
they should understand social media and I'll even go one step on top of that the
agent you hire should have a darn good understanding of social media because
that is an incredible way that is the now in the future to get home sold so
wise about their website some agents find it a good idea to sell prospective
home sellers that they're the only agent in town with the website everybody
pretty much has a website you know if you're with Coldwell Banker now maybe
you don't have your own which is a little odd in this day and age it's like
a business card of a real estate agent but if you're with no Coldwell or Keller
Williams or whatever they give all the agents their own website if you don't
have your own website it I personally think it says a little bit about the
agent not really understand standing technology and marketing I personally
want hire an agent and have their own website but that's just me
why is about open houses this one's actually quite funny real estate agents
lie to the seller and tell them the primary purpose of an open house is to
sell the home boy that ought to get at least five Pinocchio's that is one of
the biggest lies statistically it's about one-half of one percent the only
reasons agents do an open house I should say 95% of the agents do open houses to
get a buyer so they could go sell the buyer you do get about five percent of
the agent that will agents that will might do an open house because maybe
they want to get buyers into the home to get feedback and that's really not a bad
idea but if an agent has that in their marketing plan to even do open houses in
this day and age they don't have any marketing plan at all certainly not an
effective one lies about how many potential buyers this is this is
probably one of the top wise if you've ever been for doing a for sale by owner
or you had one of your home's a listing that you have been an agent took and
then your home expired you're gonna get this all the time it
stopped by pretty much you know I personally think probably every company
every trainer every book every coach just call up and say hey you have a
prospective buyer you want to look at the home don't believe that you know
every blue moon that may be the case I think in less than 1% everybody's doing
it then you say oh we'll just bring your buyer over with you then they're saying
no no I want to come look at the home it's don't believe that so anyhow those
are the 10 why's that Realtors tell so you make up your own mind if there lies
or not but keep your eyes open for them if you have any questions don't hesitate

Kathleen Kennedy Will Continue To Lead LucasFilm - Duration: 12:04.
what's up everybody today I'm here to talk about Kathleen Kennedy and Star
Wars if you are a big Star Wars fans like myself you probably have heard the
news that Kathleen Kennedy is going nowhere she's actually stay her contract
is being extended for another three years at least that's what the Hollywood
Reporter is saying I'm sorry I have a little bit of a code so I'm very low
energy this news actually happened yesterday but I couldn't bring myself to
record but here I am I'm still 50% but you know I we gotta talk about this so I
know that a lot of people must be really upset with these news because after the
direction that she started taking the new movies all the fans were very upset
you know we all know that the fans there's a huge division a lot of people
are very mad at the movie and because of that people wanted to cut link him to
step down not only there was not only a huge backlash after the last Jedi but
also the box-office following solo was very low actually is the first time a
Star Wars film ever flop not long ago that was a interview with Bob Iger where
he does say that Star Wars might have been too many movies you know I didn't
address that on the video so people don't really know how studio works but
obviously you have a bunch of executive people with this massive IP that is
basically a money machine right so they don't care about character they don't
care about you being a fan they don't care about any of that but they care is
money and making films would make money but are they don't understand that the
Star Wars fans are not just gonna take whatever they actually need to sit down
and plan and give give people great films it's not only putting movies out
there because people want quality films now my problem is that they might not
even I don't think they even got that idea yet because Bob Iger talks about
fatigue so he says that okay we might have pushed
and make too many movies but that argument does not make sense because
Marvel which is also on their Disney puts a lot of movies and there's no such
thing as fatigue so why is that happening just with star wars and also
there's a lot of talk that Catalan Kenny was in a delicate position
after the failure of solo there's a lot of rumors going around and but again all
we have to do is just wait because the truth always pops up you know if she's
saying we will eventually know if she's going we will eventually know but it
seems like right now September was the time to you know renew the contract and
he was extended to enough for another three years and I mean I know that this
is new this news will upset alot of the fans because of unfortunately that also
means that the direction of the film's might not change however my problem with
cattle in Canada is that I don't think she shouldn't be I don't think she
should be involved in the creative aspects of Star Wars because I don't
think she understands anything about the lore
you know I mean a proof of that is flying Leia in space you know the fact
that she allowed Rian Johnson a clown to be doing what he did to that movie it's
proved to me enough that she doesn't understand the Lord all they care is
about this agenda but it doesn't work like that you know you want to create
again I think I've said it many many times it's not about strong female
heroes it's about bad characters okay you cannot tell me that Ray is a strong
female hero because what's a strong about the female like we haven't even we
haven't even learned why she's so strong there's no backstory we don't even know
anything about Rey we just know that she's powerful out of nowhere and it's
just that's not how you build a character that's not how you develop a
character but I think the worst mistake of Kathleen Kennedy was destroying
legacy characters that's one of the things that I don't see the fans
forgiving her that's why there's a lot of hate towards her I myself items the
look at Kathleen candy and think I really hate this woman
but I'm definitely disappointed with the direction that she took the elves
because again I didn't think I don't think she should be involved in the
creative aspect I think she should be only involved Andy you know the finance
of spectrum that mostly producers not all producers are involved in the
creative aspect of films but obviously she has a lot of control she has a lot
of power she's the president of Lucasfilm so she has a lot to say so
definitely she should definitely tell the director you have to do this you
have to do that and they have to abide by it but it seems like it seems like
this last you know episode 9 is more in the hands of JJ Abrams I don't even know
if that's a good thing or that's a bad thing because honestly I mean all I care
about is their redeeming legacy characters their Cathleen Kenny has rain
her lightsaber the lead producing architect of Star Wars franchise has
renewed her contract to remain president Lucasfilm for another three years
through 2021 The Hollywood Reporter has learned the move is a vote of confidence
in Kathleen Kane who to command of Lucasfilm after Disney's four billion
acquisition so it's a vote of confidence seriously I mean at this point whatever
you know I feel like the fans are more excited to watch fan films and fan
fiction stuff than watching episode 9 you know I still want to know how
everything is gonna play out but I'm not that excited and I think that has a lot
to do with the way what they did to the the lack of care for the franchise and
those that that's the only way I can put it you know to me this is lack of care
to me again like I said the beginning of the video it's a bunch of is that
executive people sitting there they couldn't care less about characters they
couldn't care less about legacy or they couldn't care less about any of it all
they care about is if something is making money that's all they care about
okay as long as the movies making money it's okay my biggest problem with all of
this is that they're not taking all the criticism serials they keep saying that
always fatigue because it's too many movies man its
quality okay it's not too many movies it's not quantities quality people want
quality films whatever you know I'm not even gonna get upset about this and then
it goes down and keep saying Kenneth positions one of the most
visible and her actions the most highly scrutinized in Hollywood due to the
immense popularity Lucas Films franchise of course it also includes Indiana Jones
oh my god and I'm not even gonna there's another Indiana Jones coming it's all
it's very sad to see your favorite franchise just look you know died but I
don't know hopefully the the next I like I said I like to be positive but I don't
know I don't know what's going to happen but let's continuously so it's notable
that her and we knew follows his summer solo Star Wars the first big-screen box
of disappointment for the franchise grossing only three hundred million and
ninety two you know 392 it's a lot of money but the problem is that the movie
cost a lot but whatever and they just just saying candidly big deals
extinction also follows a polarizing reaction I shall die which is true which
seats that that's 91% fresh on review but it was fathered with unusually angry
fans complain of social media about the keeper choices the media is he free
ating and I have no energy for this crap okay enough with this crap okay people
are already is asking for quality film and respect of legacy characters is that
too much to ask I don't think so okay this was already to be the end of Luke
Skywalker why not be a satisfying end okay nobody went to the movies to see
Luke Skywalker squeezing milk from an alien but whatever they don't seem to
get it so I'll put this article below I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys must
have read already if not you can check the entire article but basically what I
wanted to say is this I don't have a problem with Kathleen Kennedy
okay because first of all if she's only gonna be there for three years and Bob
Iger already said that they're slowing down films they're going to be looking
more it's focusing on TV I mean it doesn't seem like they're gonna be
making a lot of movies with industry years and next year only at the end of
next year the only film that is confirmed is episode 9 and after that I
don't even know if there's will be another movie that will come out when
during Kathleen Kennedy reign you could put it that way
now I don't have any problem with her you know I just wish that she from now
on she would learn from her mistakes okay that Star Wars never had a problem
with diversity to begin with okay it was a world that was very diverse to begin
with I mean the world is about a galaxy far far away different galaxies is not
just I don't know where they're taking all this lack of this lack of that we
already had you know we may not have a lot of female strong characters but the
ones that we had they were actually great characters so I hope that Kathleen
Kennedy learns for her mistake you know so far she's still not she's kind of out
of the loop you know we haven't really seen any interviews with her you know
nothing she's not really talking about the background she's kind of quiet and
her so I mean man whatever I know I just really just have to wait and see what's
gonna happen I just hope that again she learns for her mistake and she's
stopping a stupid agenda okay it's stupid politics in films and just focus
on creating good content and good storytelling focus on the characters
okay focus on telling these characters stories and not about other things that
had nothing to do with Star Wars to begin with so that's my wish for Star
Wars you know I love this franchise I love the movies they're very dear to me
there's also the fact that Brian Johnson oh it's like the crown is all over the
Internet oh my oh my trilogy with whatever dudes no do
your trilogy and obviously Kathleen Canada was the one that promised this
trilogy to him however in three years is not really time to get a whole trilogy
going if there's time to get the trilogy starting and again Bob Iger just
confirmed the writers of Game of Thrones but didn't say anything about RAM Joseph
but obviously if everything is possible you know it's very possible that history
ology will go forward it's very possible but I guess that's it I would love to

MORGAN: Since it's my senior year of college, that was my last time ever having to deal with those clowns.
I posted about them on Facebook and learned that Brother Jed has been going to campuses
for fifty years, in all fifty states.
My friends' parents were like, "Oh yeah, he came to my campus when I was a kid."
So it's just a gift that keeps on giving, I suppose.
These particular people use their religion as a justification to be complete assholes.
They're super racist, they're super homophobic, they hate when women do whatever they wanna do
instead of submitting to their husbands,
and if you look at the Wikipedia page for Brother Jed, apparently he thinks he's some sort of sinless prophet.
So basically, they are complete wackjobs.
And it's been mentioned to me, "Why don't you guys just leave them alone?
If you walk away, they won't have a platform!" But uh, clearly that's not true,
because they've been doing this for so long.
And there are always freshmen who are brand new on campus and are gonna be like,
"Oh, what's this going on?" And they're gonna wander over, and they're gonna get their feelings hurt.
Someone has to be there to make it joyful and ridiculous.
And that's where The Wizard comes in. I just kind of record things.
I don't wanna be an even bigger platform for their hate. I'm just trying to make them look ridiculous.
So instead of talking more about who they are, and their website and mission and all that,

to develop you brain
You can practice it anytime
at any place
Place should be isolated
Isolation for some time
about 15-20 minutes
In room at your office
In corner of a park
On terrace of your home
Very easy method of meditation
also very effective technique of mediation
We at Yoga My Life are working on
this secret technique for many long
I find it a very effective and result oriented
You have to sit in any comfortable
position
Any posture which suits you
perfectly
You can sit on floor mat on floor
You can also sit on green grass of park
You can also sit on chair
After sitting you have to be like statute
be still for some moment
Just like a statute
Become a statute
No movement just still
for some moment
You have to practice this
Now close your eyes slowly
After closing your eyes keep your hands
on your eyes
and press gently on your eyes
By doing this your may see
Glimpse of some light
If you see a light
be with that light
continue with that light
until it vanishes
Now next step
We will practice anulom vilom pranayaam
There are two hemisphere of your brain
Left and right
We will recharge these both hemispheres
with the help of anulom vilom pranayaam
There are two nostrils our nose have
Close one nostril with your finger
and take breathe from second nostril
and now close the second nostril
take birth from first nostril
You have to practice it very slowly
Do not move you body with breathing
Generally we do mistake while doing
this pranayaam
We slightly tilt our body back while inhaling
and slightly tilt forward while exhaling
Second while this pranaaam we take
breathe fast which is very wrong
practice
and there should be no noise while
inhaling and exhaling
Very slowly and very calmly you have to
inhale and exhale
Keep in mind that you should
practice it very slowly
even you should not able to listen
your own breath sound
Inhale very very slowly
and a deep breathe
after taking a deep breath stop for some moments
then start exhaling
exhaling should also be slow
as slow as you can
Repeat this at least 10 times
10 times anulom vilom pranayam
Keep all the point in your mind
inhale slowly
and exhale slowly
be still while inhaling
Be still while exhaling
The whole concentration should be on
breathe only
and deep breathe
So do it at least 10 times
Now after practicing it 10 times
Now bring you attention on upper part of head
You see the red dot on the head part
you have to keep your attention there
You have to move your awareness
in the manner I am moving
cursor on the upper head part
Very slowly you have to
move your attention in a circle
Awareness rotation in a circle
on the head
First clockwise and then anti clockwise
The upper part of the head is
called Crown Chakra
Now on the Crown chakra
You have to rotate your
awareness as shown in the picture
practice as guided
Like your awareness is a torch light
and you are throughing
that torch light on
your crown chakra
and also rotating the awareness
Earlier there was a point
on head which you were
rotating on crown chakra
Now extend of awareness
or projecting of light of
awareness to be increased
Now bring your awareness
between the point between two eyes
A point on your forehead
I have shown that point in red
just put your awareness there
Do not follow any thought
Couple of thought will come
But do not go with any thought
That is enough
Now at end again put your hand on your eyes
Do it for 5 -7 minutes
Total 25-40 minute if possible
At end before closing
Put your hand on your eyes
again gently press your hands
on your eyes and try to see the
light if there is
after than gently open your eyes
Be calm for some moments
What aura you have earned
from this meditation
you have to maintain it in your body
Feel cosmic energy is flowing through crown chakra
Your brain will be recharged with this meditation
Your memory power will be increased
Both hemispheres of brain will be stabilized

"THAT NO FLESH SHOULD GLORY IN HIS PRESENCE."
SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO SERVE GOD
HAVE ALLOWED THE FLESH TO BE A STUMBLING BLOCK
IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM,
RELYING MORE ON THE STRENGTH AND ABILITY OF FLESH
THAN ON THE HOLY SPIRIT.
ZECHARIAH 4:6 SAYS,
"NOT BY MIGHT, NOR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT,
SAITH THE LORD OF HOSTS."
IN TIMES PAST, PEOPLE HAVE THOUGHT THEMSELVES
TO BE SOMETHING SPECIAL IN THE MIDST OF GOD'S PEOPLE
BY THE STRENGTH OF FLESH,
ATTEMPTING TO LIFT THEMSELVES UP BEFORE GOD
AND MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST
WITHOUT EVER REALIZING THAT ONLY THAT WHICH IS ANOINTED
BY THE HOLY SPIRIT IN A PERSON'S LIFE IS GOOD
AND PROFITABLE TO GOD'S KINGDOM.
JESUS SAID IN JOHN 6:63,
"IT IS THE SPIRIT THAT QUICKENETH;
THE FLESH PROFITETH NOTHING."
NOW WEBSTER GIVES THREE DEFINITIONS FOR "QUICKEN,"
AND ALL THREE DEFINITIONS
APPLY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT'S WORK IN A PERSON'S LIFE.
1: TO MAKE ALIVE;
2: TO ENTER INTO A PHASE OF ACTIVE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT;
3: TO SHINE MORE BRIGHTLY.
IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT, NOT THE FLESH,
THAT WILL REVIVE A PERSON AND GIVE THEM LIFE
WHEN THEY ARE TIRED AND WEARY
IN THIS WORLD OF TRIBULATION.
IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT, NOT THE FLESH,
THAT WILL QUICKEN A PERSON'S TALENTS AND ABILITIES,
CAUSING THEM TO GROW AND MULTIPLY.
IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT, NOT THE FLESH,
THAT WILL CAUSE A PERSON'S JESUS LIGHT TO SHINE
BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER IN THIS DARK WORLD OF SIN.
JESUS CAME TO EARTH,
THE WORD OF GOD WRAPPED IN A BODY OF FLESH.
HE DECLARED UNTO THE HUMAN RACE
THE WILL OF THE HEAVENLY FATHER.
HE TAUGHT AND DEMONSTRATED HOW PEOPLE

A PERSON CANNOT PLEASE GOD BY SERVING HIM
IN THE MIGHT AND STRENGTH OF FLESH.
GOD IS ONLY PLEASED AS A PERSON WORSHIPS
AND SERVES HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
THIS MEANS TO LIVE AND WALK IN THE SPIRIT DAILY,
AND TO ABIDE IN TRUTH DAILY.
THE HOLY SPIRIT AND TRUTH GO TOGETHER,
THEY ARE INSEPARABLE;
AND YET FLESH HAS TRIED TO SEPARATE THEM
IN THE CHRISTIAN WORLD AGAIN AND AGAIN,
SEEKING TO ABIDE AND BE SATISFIED
WITH ONE OR THE OTHER, AND NOT BOTH.
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH
SENT INTO THE WORLD BY JESUS
THAT HE MAY LEAD AND GUIDE CHILDREN OF GOD IN TRUTH;
FOR WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT ABIDING WITHIN,
A PERSON WILL NEVER CORRECTLY DISCERN

THEN LATER IN THAT SAME CHAPTER, VERSE 13,

FOR HE SHALL NOT SPEAK OF HIMSELF;
BUT WHATSOEVER HE SHALL HEAR, THAT SHALL HE SPEAK:
AND HE WILL SHOW YOU THINGS TO COME."
BOTH TRUTH AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
MUST BE OPERATING IN A PERSON'S LIFE
IF THAT LIFE IS TO BE PLEASING TO GOD.
NOW IN 1 CORINTHIANS 1:31,
"THAT, ACCORDING AS IT IS WRITTEN,
HE THAT GLORIETH, LET HIM GLORY IN THE LORD."
IN THIS FINAL HOUR BEFORE JESUS RETURNS,
GOD IS SEEKING TO USE HIS CHILDREN,
THE BRIDE OF CHRIST, IN A GREATER WAY.
HIS HOLY SPIRIT WILL QUICKEN THEIR TALENTS,
CAUSING THE TALENTS TO GROW AND MULTIPLY
THAT THEY MAY BLESS PEOPLE
AND INCREASE THE KINGDOM OF GOD WITH SOULS;
HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER,
ALWAYS REMEMBER, EVERY TALENT BELONGS TO GOD.

THE HOLY SPIRIT GAVE ME A COUPLE SIMPLE THOUGHTS
ABOUT EGO TO REVEAL MORE JUST HOW UGLY EGO IS
IN THE EYES OF GOD.
THE FIRST THOUGHT HE GAVE ME:
EGO IS A BAD RECIPE OF THE DEVIL AND FLESH
MIXED TOGETHER;
GOD DESPISES IT,
AND THE HOLY SPIRIT CANNOT WORK WITH IT.
AND THE SECOND THOUGHT HE GAVE ME:
A CHILD OF GOD'S TWO GREATEST ENEMIES IN LIFE
ARE FLESH AND THE DEVIL,
AND BOTH ARE FOUND IN ONE WORD, EGO.
HOW FOOLISH FOR PERSON TO BE LIFTED UP
BY THEIR TALENTS, ABILITIES
OR IN THE WAY GOD USES THEM,
FOR GOD IS THE ONE USING THE PERSON,
AND THESE TALENTS AND ABILITIES
IN OPERATION CAME FROM GOD;
NONE ORIGINATE IN THE FLESH.
GOD GIVES TALENTS AND ABILITIES,
WHETHER AT BIRTH, OR AT A LATER POINT IN A PERSON'S LIFE;
EITHER WAY, THE TALENT CAME FROM GOD.
SO NEVER GLORY IN THE TALENT
OR BE LIFTED UP BY THEIR OPERATION THROUGH YOU,
RATHER, AS THE BIBLE SAYS, GLORY IN GOD,
THE ONE WHO GAVE THE TALENT TO YOU.
GOD LENDS HIS TALENTS TO PEOPLE
THAT THEY MAY BE USED FOR HIS HONOR AND GLORY
TO BLESS GOD, TO BLESS HIS PEOPLE,
AND TO MULTIPLY HIS KINGDOM WITH SOULS.
NOW JESUS SPOKE A PARABLE
IN THE 25TH CHAPTER OF MATTHEW.
IN THIS PARABLE, THE LORD OF THE HOUSEHOLD
WAS ABOUT TO TAKE A JOURNEY INTO A DISTANT LAND.
BEFORE LEAVING HE CALLS ALL OF HIS SERVANTS TOGETHER,
AND HE GIVES EACH SERVANT CERTAIN TALENTS
ACCORDING TO THEIR ABILITY.
AND AS THE LORD OF THE HOUSEHOLD TOOK HIS JOURNEY,
EACH SERVANT WAS RESPONSIBLE TO USE THEIR TALENTS
GIVEN THEM AND INCREASE THEM,
NOT FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT,
BUT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR MASTER.
AND THE BIBLE SAYS UPON THEIR MASTER'S RETURN,
EACH SERVANT WAS REQUIRED TO GIVE AN ACCOUNT
FOR THE TALENTS THAT WERE LENT THEM,
AND THEN THEY WERE TO GIVE
THOSE TALENTS BACK TO THEIR MASTER.
EACH SERVANT THAT USED THE TALENTS
AND INCREASED THEM FOR THEIR LORD WAS REWARDED ACCORDINGLY,
AND THE SERVANT THAT DID NOT USE THE TALENT
GIVEN HIM WAS PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY.
AND HOW MANY TIMES HAS GOD ENTRUSTED PEOPLE
WITH WONDERFUL TALENTS AND ABILITIES,
YET GOD NEVER RECEIVE A RETURN ON THOSE TALENTS.
MAYBE SOME WOULD USE THE TALENTS GOD GAVE THEM
FOR WORLDLY PURPOSES TO PROFIT THEMSELVES ONLY
AND NOT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
OTHERS, IN A SPIRIT OF LAZINESS OR NEGLIGENCE,
REFUSED TO USE THEIR TALENTS,
OR DECIDED WITHIN THEMSELVES
THAT THEY WERE INCAPABLE OF USING THESE TALENTS.
AND YET SOME WOULD START OUT USING THEIR TALENTS FOR GOD
TO BUILD HIS KINGDOM,
BUT THEN WOULD BECOME LIFTED UP IN EGO,
FORCING GOD TO LIFT HIS ANOINTING AND BACK AWAY,
TO WITHDRAW THOSE TALENTS
AND GIVE THOSE TALENTS TO OTHERS THAT HE COULD TRUST.
AND WHAT KIND OF SERVANT CAN THE LORD TRUST
WITH HIS TALENTS AND ABILITIES?
MATTHEW 18:2 & 4,
"AND JESUS CALLED A LITTLE CHILD UNTO HIM,
AND SET HIM IN THE MIDST OF THEM,
WHOSOEVER THEREFORE SHALL HUMBLE HIMSELF AS THIS LITTLE CHILD,
THE SAME IS THE GREATEST IN THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN."
IN THIS FINAL HOUR,
AS YOU LIVE AND WALK IN THE SPIRIT,
HE WILL SEEK TO QUICKEN YOU AND YOUR TALENTS,

MANY CHRISTIANS HAVE STUMBLED AND STRUGGLED ALONG THE WAY,
TRYING IN VAIN TO WALK IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF JESUS.
THEY STRUGGLE BECAUSE THEY SEEK TO WALK
IN THOSE STEPS IN SELF,
WHEN IN FACT, SELF IS TO BE DENIED.
MATTHEW 16:24,
"THEN SAID JESUS UNTO HIS DISCIPLES,
IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME, LET HIM DENY HIMSELF,
AND TAKE UP HIS CROSS, AND FOLLOW ME."
THE FLESH, SELF, IS TOO WEAK AND UNSTABLE
TO CARRY THE CROSS
THAT THE LORD HAS ORDAINED TO BE CARRIED.
IT IS BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

IN THIS LIFE, BEARING YOUR CROSS
AND FOLLOWING JESUS WILL NOT BE EASY;
THERE IS A PRICE TO PAY:
YOU WILL FACE TRIALS, TRIBULATIONS AND PERSECUTION,
YOU WILL BE FOUGHT BY THE WORLD AND SATAN'S KINGDOM.
AND THE FLESH WAS NOT MADE TO ENDURE
SUCH CONFLICT AND SUFFERING;
THE FLESH IS TOO WEAK TO HOLD UP
UNDER THIS KIND OF LOAD.
BUT THANK GOD, JESUS DECLARED IN JOHN 16:33,
"THESE THINGS I HAVE SPOKEN UNTO YOU,
THAT IN ME YE MIGHT HAVE PEACE.
IN THE WORLD YE SHALL HAVE TRIBULATION:
BUT BE OF GOOD CHEER; I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD."
YOU SEE, JESUS COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDS
THE PLIGHT OF THE HUMAN RACE.
HE KNOWS THE HEAVY BURDENS THAT LIFE
CAN FORCE UPON PEOPLE AND MAKE THEM CARRY
BECAUSE HE WITNESSED AND EXPERIENCED THESE THINGS
HIMSELF WALKING THIS EARTH.
HEBREWS 4:15,
"FOR WE HAVE NOT AN HIGH PRIEST
WHICH CANNOT BE TOUCHED
WITH THE FEELING OF OUR INFIRMITIES;
BUT WAS IN ALL POINTS
TEMPTED LIKE AS WE ARE, YET WITHOUT SIN."
JESUS FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE WEAKNESSES
AND THE INABILITIES OF THE FLESH,
AND THIS IS WHY HE GIVES THE HUMAN RACE
THE GREAT INVITATION.

"COME UNTO ME, ALL YE THAT LABOUR
AND ARE HEAVY LADEN,
AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST.
TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU, AND LEARN OF ME;

AND YE SHALL FIND REST UNTO YOUR SOULS.

NOW TO UNDERSTAND THE SIGNIFICANCE
OF THIS INVITATION BY JESUS,
YEARS AGO IN FARMING,
WORK ANIMALS WOULD BE YOKED TOGETHER BY A WOODEN BAR,
A YOKE, TO SHARE THE WORKLOAD.
AND MANY TIMES, A WEAKER ANIMAL WOULD BE YOKED
WITH A LARGER STRONGER ANIMAL THAT WAS MORE CAPABLE
OF BEARING THE GREATER PART OF THE BURDEN.
JESUS IS STRONGER AND MORE EXPERIENCED,
AND THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE INVITED TO YOKE UP WITH HIM,
AND HE WILL CARRY THE HEAVIER LOAD IN THIS LIFE.
IN JESUS, A PERSON CAN FIND REST
FOR THEIR WEARY SOUL.
NOW WITH SUCH A GREAT INVITATION,
PEOPLE MUST STOP TRYING TO WORK OUT THEIR OWN LIFE
AND ALL PROBLEMS ON THEIR OWN.
THEY MUST STOP LEANING TO THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING
AND STRENGTH AND LET GOD WORK.
YOU KNOW, THERE ARE TIMES IN LIFE
GOD ALLOWS HIS CHILDREN TO WALK A DEEP VALLEY
OR FACE A SEVERE TRIAL
THAT THEY MAY SEE THEMSELVES AS GOD SEES THEM
BECAUSE THROUGH SUCH AN EXPERIENCE
IT WILL BE REVEALED JUST HOW MUCH
THEY ARE TRULY TRUSTING IN THE STRENGTH OF FLESH,
AND HOW LITTLE THEY ARE TRUSTING IN DIVINITY.
