North Korea says it won't denuclearize as long as sanctions stay in place and unless
the U.S. can provide a solid guarantee of its security.
That's according to the North's foreign minister, who addressed the UN General Assembly on Saturday.

Speaking at the 73rd UN General Assembly in New York on Saturday, North Korean Foreign
Minister Ri Yong-ho reaffirmed that the regime is willing to denuclearize, but demanded corresponding
measures from the United States.
"Without trust in the U.S, our country cannot be sure of its security.
And under these circumstances there is no way we will denuclearize first."
The U.S. has, for example, canceled military drills this year, but so far there has been
no action that North Korea sees as not easily reversible and the continued sanctions deepen
its mistrust in U.S. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un himself has
said he would work toward denuclearization in exchange for a security guarantee.
The U.S. will have a good chance to respond next month when Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
goes to Pyeongyang for his fourth visit there.
And in the mean time, plans are in the works for a second summit between Kim Jong-un and
President Trump.

so for me we can have two visions of the cheat meal ... If you count your calories in your diet
so for you a cheat meal this will the moment you go over your calories
but not a little, like a surplus that is needed for a bulk
although not obliged to gain muscle but we'll come back later
so if you count your calories in your diet
and that one day you make a surplus of 1000 calories or something like that
or you do not count your calories on a meal and you eat everything you want
that's a cheat meal but what I advice you is to do this
kind of homemade cheat meals like that you also have the nutritional benefits of
foods that you consume although you are in excess of calories
so it's not as good as if you were on a diet and you respected your calories
but it's better than going to eat a pizza hut or a all you can eat buffet or what do I know ...
then there is another way to make a cheat meal
if you do not count your calories
so if you do not count your calories in general and
that you want to pay attention to what you eat you have to eat food
whose index of satiety is high and therefore which are low in calories
so if for one occasion or another you eat a meal in which
you eat foods that are very high in calories,
even if you do not count your calories a day, you will know that you are exceeding your needs
for example : pizza, ice cream, donuts, ...
you know you're in cheat meal even if you do not count your calories

eat well and you will see you will take muscle and suddenly you will accelerate your metabolism
and you can eat more calories without gaining weight and even losing
so personally I started at 1800kcal and then I went to 2000-2200
2400-2600 then 2800-2900 and even 3000 once and finally I accelerated my metabolism
through the bodybuilding ... with 20kg more muscles
you suspect the metabolism is accelerated and you can eat more and that's what I do now
so basically my metabolism is normal
no hypothyroidism, that means who does not spend enough calories in general in your everyday life
to do normal activities no sport
nor a hyperthyroidism that explains that you burn a lot of calories even doing almost nothing
I have neither, I'm really in the middle
but the sport helps to be able to eat more then DO SPORT !!

The authorities in Indonesia say at least 832 people have died after Friday's magnitude
7-point-5 earthquake and tsunami... as aftershocks continue.
Some five hundred people have been injured.
The search continues for those thought to be trapped under debris in Palu, the city
closest to the epicenter.
The tsunami waves are believed to have been as high as six meters there... and they continued
to hit the city even after the tsunami warning was lifted.
The airport in Palu is closed because of damage to the runway.
The South Korean embassy in Indonesia said it's trying to locate one South Korean national
who was in the region.
Finding the unnamed person is proving difficult due to power outages and lack of telecomunications.

Hi guys. Thanks for tuning in to Amy's Crypt. I am very excited to share with you some footage today from a Paranormal Investigation
I did up one of the Most Haunted Pubs in the whole of England - the Golden Fleece Inn of York.
This is a very notorious and supposedly very
Haunted Location that I've been really excited to share on my channel for a long time.
I have put off making this video though because it has actually been really hard to edit
and the reason being was I captured a lot of
strange things on my camera and I had a lot of really weird interference that caused me to lose a lot of my footage.
I'll go over that in a little more detail in just a sec and show you some clips
but first I want to share some of the history and
Ghost Stories of the Golden Fleece Inn just so that you have a better understanding
and some background information on this location before we get started.
The Golden Fleece Inn exists in York England and is often thought to be one of its Most Haunted Places.
The building has been around for quite some time. It was first sighted in records back in 1503,
though it was later rebuilt in the 19th century.
Today, the building continues to function as an inn and
popular pub and even embraces its Ghostly History.
One of the most commonly cited apparitions at the Golden Fleece Inn is thought to be Lady Alice Pickett.
She was married to the mayor of York and actually lived in the building directly next door to the Golden Fleece Inn.
Since her death, many patrons of the Golden Fleece Inn started reporting to sight a female apparition all throughout the pub.
Many people to this day
believe that to be Alice.
Another ghost brought to haunt the Golden Fleece Inn is that of a man who has been
nicknamed One-Eyed Jack. This ghost hangs around the downstairs bar area
which is located at the back of the pub.
He was always sighted in this area wearing red boots, a red jacket
from the 16th century, and he always has a pistol on him. The final and most well-known ghost story of the Golden Fleece Inn
centers on a Canadian airman from World War II.
The story goes that this airman was staying in the room at the very top of the Inn,
fell from its window to the street below, breaking his neck and dying in the process.
It is still a little bit of a mystery whether his death was murder,
accidental, or suicide, though
his Ghost has certainly been rumored to haunt that upper room.
Many people staying here for the night have reported to encounter his Ghost.
So these are the main Ghost Stories about the Golden Fleece Inn, though many believe that there are many more spirits
haunting this pub.
So I'm sure you guys can kind of understand why I was so excited to investigate,
hang out at, and share my experience at the Golden Fleece Inn but unfortunately,
a lot of the footage that I got was broken or corrupt. Upon reviewing it
I found that a lot of it was missing audio completely or missing segments of audio,
which is very strange. A lot more of my footage also had these weird
glitches throughout that I can't explain and I'm not sure why they are there. Whilst I never add
effects into the paranormal investigation segments of my videos, some of you may have noticed that I do add in effects,
specifically glitch effects, when I'm telling ghost stories.
I do this as I think that it adds to the viewer
experience a bit and makes my video is just a little bit extra creepy. This video, though, I'm adding no effects.
I'll now show you a series of glitches that my camera recorded at the Golden Fleece Inn. I am NOT claiming this to be paranormal,
though I know some people believe that spirits can affect electronic devices.
So this thing says here the skull Elizabeth Johnson executed York 1800.

Guys, currently inside one of the most haunted places in York that is the Golden Fleece Inn.
I do think it is strange that my camera acted this way. I have seen it pick up glitched images before yet
It is very rare. So to see it pick up so many glitches in one filming session is strange to me.
I'm also using the same camera, memory card,
computer and editing software that I have always used since I started creating videos and I haven't seen
my camera act this way before this video or since. What do you all think?

Here I am filming a group of people conducting an Ouija Board session.
I noticed a noise off to my left in an empty room and went to investigate. On my way to that room,
I noticed that the shower was dripping quite heavily.
*Chatter*
*Chatter*
Did you hear that? Yeah!
Oh the water is on in the bathroom. Is it?
Yeah, it is dripping. Is there somebody in here? Something is dripping. The Shower.
The shower is on! We asked it to turn the tap on. We did.
Is it stopping now?
Did you ask her to turn the tap on with the group before? Yeah.
Supposedly the group of people that were in that room just before us we're asking the spirits to turn on the tap [faucet].
Do you think that's coincidental or possibly something paranormal? Well, that's it guys.
I am really sorry that I don't have more to share with you from this investigation.
I honestly have no idea what happened to my camera that night.

movie but I don't know what maybe we're gonna
see we're gonna see this one so I'm gonna show you her that right now I
wanted to see a simple favor but I don't think we're seeing that because I love
Anna Kendrick and I really want to see that maybe but I'm guessing because a
lot of kids are walking into the cinema that we're seeing Christopher Robin I
don't know any of the kids movie sit around I'm sorry you then ban no idea
what that movies great right yeah yeah we do being in the cinema yes so he went
in saw a small foot I just made a small mistake and forgot that schools went on
holidays yesterday and so the movie was good but not the children yeah there
were so many kids in the theatre Kara could get kicked in the back yeah and
there were kids talking throughout the movie but then it got better to at the
end because they were all falling asleep I think they didn't really understand
the whole movie deep deep I really enjoyed the movie then

yes the sushi this place looks so good I got the chicken in Avenue Gary Mike we
got one as well and then he got the salmon and avocado sushi paradise yeah
boy okay so we just spent some lunch this time something clear doesn't really
know about and we're going to do shopping challenge to the way that I

they go shopping yes sir it was a big fail yeah I got very stressed about
trying to choose something yeah and I also struggled to choose things it's
just hard and so I called up Michael and I was like help me let's say this is the
thing I bought for Michael it was this screw cheap end squish this up into it I
think it just really like what inflate inflate and so while she was getting
that I went and I got these buzz I know she likes to crop like gold black and
silver glitter and then the other one which is just like nice it has like
stripes pink and polka dots I like my arts and crops she Jenna knows a bit of
Dick Grayson nice Lisa it remind me of the one from Pocahontas you know with
names like Miko or something and I remember when I went yeah I don't like
here watch the movie she likes that character I felt an affinity with it I
was like that's me the next thing I got Michael was where he found me yes I
decided to meet up we muster that we met up because we were struggling so much
and then I found here in the next section and she was looking at something
was I was looking at the bed linen for Michael because he's a little bit one
and a little bit tired and I was like he's not gonna get any for Michelle so
I'm also get some and I was trying to toss up between this pink and purple one
which was a little bit girly but it was pretty cool it was really cool
like water-colored no and then this was the other one which is the one he
decided on it which was the one I was probably going to get it's this galaxy
bed linen I have a single bed Kira has like a double a double
so bottom line smaller at least it's gonna look like it has space that's so
good yeah it's a nice one while we were in that shop I couldn't decide what to
get but here suggested that she needs a new one of these and we've got this
snazzy little beauty from Real Techniques this is supposed to be a
really good one I usually get like three dollar ones but I was like you know what
let's see what all the hype is about so I got just slashed up I smile just like
I splashed I splurged then I went to one of my favorite stores the reject shop
but hackers have so much stuff and it's so cheap
and I got this which is not really for her but it is to her it's toothpaste and
I know she hates it when my breath smells hopefully it doesn't smell this
toothpaste and I saw this also in the rejector I thought that's just perfect
ready
oh so I got that from here I really like it I was just doing this for the rest of
the shopping trip it helps relieve some of the stress that I feeling early but
yeah the last thing I got Michael which he pointed out very obviously to me this
gameis categories it's such a good game I would have never gotten this last B we
went to Toys R Us cuz I had some spare money for Kiera I was really struggling
what to get so she thought what if I get some silly putty of what she wanted and
then I've got this big tub of silly putty and then she saw this little
rainbow table of silly putty in and was like oh no I like that one so much
better a noble thing and I returned the first one that we bought those three
seconds I was like oh I'll if you just bought this but can I can I return it
and get this instead look at the different colors I'm so excited to play
with that oh maybe not here maybe maybe in the kitchen just in case it's messy
to finish off the shopping haul I got this little baby sloth little quickie
fish actually kind of matches the reckoning in a little bit of a way oh
yeah why did she recently bought a plush sloth from Target it feels like wet but
then you take your finger out launch it good luck getting it back in there it'll
fall on the way in though separated I kind of liked it better with all the
different colors mushed yeah that's the end of our shopping poll
that failed but was also quite successful all right the penultimate
event of the day yes Kira gets this one fairly early on when
asking what cleaner clothes she should bring I brought clothes for golfing
figure thing we're not actually going golfing we're just going to the range
Kira what go golfing with me I won't play golf with him so we're going to the
range guarantee for another me missing balls montage see you there now my phone
camera cause my actual camera ran out of battery we've had too much of a fun day
yes but to finish off the fun day we're gonna do some singing I've got the old
Playstation 2 out we're gonna do some high school musical scene stuff alright
she's going here so we're clearly talented performers it was a pretty good
day I thought you did a pretty good job oh they do I didn't like the Gulf she
didn't like the Gulf and you wouldn't like to go but you made me pull ups so I
thought yeah that's funny I could do some stuff that was fun for me I hope

Hi, it's Yosuke.
There are a lot of obstacles in front of me today.
These are the English dictionaries I own.
I'll introduce the one on the left first to you.
This is the Oxford Learner's Pocket Dictionary.
This is the smallest one I have.
This is for learners.
I can't show you what's written inside because of copyright. (Go Amazon to see it.)
The next one is...
Oxford School Dictionary.
This is for children in English-speaking countries.
Writers estimate 10+-year-old students use this.
The website of Oxford Dictionary shows what dictionary suits which age
Using dictionaries like this has the merit of being able to recognize how old our language ability would be if we were native speakers of the language.
However, dictionaries for native speakers usually contain fewer example sentences than learners' dictionaries.
Because native speakers look up words they see in a context (I mean it already as an example sentence when they look up).
Unlike leaners...well..
they don't use dictionaries to find example sentences.
But dictionaries like these are useful to know how good your English is.
The next one.
Little Oxford English Dictionary
It contains about 90,000 words and it's for adult native speakers.
I think I bought this to carry around.
Actually, I don't use this anymore but
this is on of the dictionaries I bought.
Let me put them down on the floor.
The next one is
Oxford English of Current Idiomatic English.
Dictionaries of idioms.
Actually, I got these from somebody else. So let me just skip these.
I haven't used these a lot
because I look up idioms in dictionaries.
Let's move onto the next one.
This is also for students.
The American Heritage Student Dictionary.
The front page clearly shows
this is for students whose grades are 6-9
and ages are 11-15.
So this is for children in these grades.
As the company's name shows, this is mainly for students in America.
However, if most Japanese English learners may find it a little difficult to use this.
because 11-15-year-old native speakers' English is better than that of most learners in Japan.
I found it a little difficult to use this.
And I recognized my English was worse than that of 11-15-year-old-people in English speaking countries.
But because of that I became more motivated.
In the American Heritage dictionaries, most entries usually show example sentences.
I think that was the reason I chose this dictionary.
A small dictionaries like this (OSD) usually don't contain many examples, but
this one contains a lot of examples.
So this tells you your English level and also shows a lot of examples. Has both of the good points we need.
Plus, by using dictionaries for native speakers, I tried to pretend to be a native speaker of English as much as possible.
This is just what I feel, but
I was always saying to myself "I am American!"
OK. The next one is...
a famous one.
Oxford Picture Dictionary.
Pictures show what the words mean.
Surprisingly, this one contains 4,000 words.
For example,
if I say, "Learn English without translating,"
a lot of people say, "It's impossible."
However, everybody can understand if a word is explained by using a picture.
So you can learn the first 4,000 words by using this dictionary. Isn't it amazing?
I recommend this one.
The next ones are
Longman Photo Dictionary and Longman American Photo Dictionary
Words are explained through photos in these books.
Wel...
This one is the British version.
Longman is a company in England.
And this one is the American version of it.
What is good is these books are with audio CDs.
If you need the audio CDs of the Oxford one, you need to buy them separately.
These are really good for English learning beginners.
This is one of the best items for beginners to acquire the basic sounds and the first thousand word.
Actually, I was planning to talk about this in a different vid on this channel later so I'll skip these.
The next one!
The big ones published by Oxford University Press.
Oxford!
This is a dictionary of British English and
You know...University of Oxford is in England, UK.
So id it reads just "English," it means the English used in England.
And if the tiles has the word "American," it is a dictionary of the American English.
Of course the words are spelled in the American way.
These two contains a lot of examples.
Most of the definitions are the same but some of them are different like this.
In addition.
most entries in the English version don't shoe pronunciation symbols.
Only the words that are difficult to pronounce show them.
But in the American version, most words show pronunciation symbols of American pronunciation.
The may also for people in the U.K. who are not sure how to pronounce particular words in the American English.
This is my favorite and the one I think most suitable for me.
Of course, it takes a long time for learners to be able to use a dictionary of this level.
But once you become able to use this,
you may find this useful because of the pronunciation symbols (I need them when I teach English) and the example sentences.
I like this one.
I used to carry this dictionaries around in my backpack ( what a strange person I was) but
this is definitely for use in your house. haha
Using an app is enough if you want to use a dictionary outside of your house.
But this is really great.
This English one is in most of the CASIO electronic dictionaries in addition to Oxford Learner's Dictionary and Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English.
I think these 2 dictionaries look better when they are without the covers.
And the covers are sometimes slippery and make it harder to use them.
They look really cool, don't you think?
The last one is....
Actually, I got this from somebody as well.
Webster's Third New International Dictionary!
I don't think the one I have the latest edition.
The Webster's dictionary is the most famous English dictionary in America.
And this is the biggest edition of the Webster's.
This looks like this.
This contains 476,000 words.
Most words show pronunciation symbols, and
this contains a lot of example sentences.
Sometimes dictionaries for native speakers don't contain many examples but this one does.
If you want to feel you're studying hard or
if you like American English, I recommend this one.
Get the latest on published in 2002.
It was sold at Books Kinokuniya Tokyo (in Shinjuku, Japan). (See the linked vid for more info about the store)
Summary: ⬆For learners ⬇⬅For native speakers (adults) ⬇➡For native speakers (students)
It's OK to use dictionaries for learners first, but
your final goal should be to use dictionaries for native speakers.
It helps you improve your English ability.
When I first bought this, I found it too difficult for me to use it and used an easier one.
But now, I can use this one.
I can use the American one as well (the level is the same as the English one.)
If you have more than 2 unfamiliar words when you look up words in dictionaries, that means they are too difficult for you.
But having 1unfamiliar word is not a big problem. It may even help you improve your vocab.
So I think you should choose dictionaries like that.
So it's like studying abroad.
If you study abroad, there are a lot of people whose language abilities are better than you and to adapt yourself to the environment, you improve your language skill.
These 2 dictionaries had roles like that.
If you learn American English, I really recommend this on (NOAM).
And if you learn British English, I think this one's good for you.
Webster produces smaller dictionaries.
I have an app of one of them (the link's below).
I like the app because it shows a lot of example sentences.
But you don't need to buy several dictionaries like me.
Collecting dictionaries was just my hobby.
Having 1 dictionary that suits your level and goal is enough.
And I recommend you buy a new one once you improve your English and feel the dictionary is easy to use.
You don't need 2 similar dictionaries like these 2.
I bought them because I wanted to compare them.
But you don't need to do it. haha
If you use a learner's dictionary, you'll get used to it and feel it's too easy for you someday.
If you feel so...for example...why don't you buy a little more difficult one like this.
And,
the next time you feel it's easy again, buy a more difficult one.
And finally, try to use to use a dictionary like this,
However, you can use the same dictionary on the Internet for free.
Dictionaries on the Internet even show more example sentences.
So buy a paperback (or hardcover) one if you like it
or if you want to feel you're studying hard by using a paperback (or hardcover) one.

Local scientists find out corn silk helps repair prostate symptoms - Duration: 1:48.
If you're eating corn, you don't generally eat the silks or the husks.
But it turns out, corn silk has health benefits that can help men with prostate problems.
Korean researchers are working on using them in health supplements.
Cho Sung-min reports.
Numerous studies have proven that corn silk is beneficial to our bodies.
The shiny, thread-like fibers that grow as part of ears of corn are rich in an antioxidant
called maysin, which was found to help reduce blood cholesterol levels and heal vascular
conditions, among other health benefits.
Now, thanks to a research recently conducted by local researchers at the Rural Development
Administration, corn silk has been found to also help prevent prostate enlargement, a
condition known as BPH.
BPH is the most commonly occurring prostate problem among men in their fifties and older.
It does not develop into cancer, but it occurs when prostate cells multiply in a way that
adds additional pressure on the urethra.
The process forces out fluid more frequently,... leading to frequent trips to the bathroom
and in worse cases, urinary incontinence.
Researchers say lab rats with enlarged prostates showed a considerable improvement in their
condition after they were administered corn silk extract for six-weeks.
The test also revealed, the rats not only had lesser number of prostate cells, but also
gained properties that prevent BPH.
"We believe corn silk could represent a new resource for new products that could generate
more sales in the agricultural sector."
Researchers are carrying out various tests on corn silk to discover more health benefits
it might have, and are hoping to develop supplements that can be exported in the near future.
