Waching daily Sep 27 2018

hello James Greaney here from internetbizuni.com and in this video I will

be doing a review of this event that I was at in London yesterday and the day

before was a two-day event garyvee was the headline speaker at the event it was

called the success resources business squared business hustlers 2.0 garyvee

was the main speaker there was a few other speakers and in this video I will

be giving you a rundown off it you know I thought some parts of it was

absolutely terrible and I would advise you to not go to this type of event on

the back of that but then there were some parents that were good so I'm going

to go into both in this video so first off I'm gonna start with what was good

so as you probably know if you follow my youtube channel I put out a video

explaining that I will be going to this event and anyone interested in going to

join our meetup group and I will put the details in there and we would meet up at

the event and yeah it was great I got to meet a good few people who actually

follow the YouTube channel and watched my videos in the past so that was really

good at you know to get to meet people who have watched my videos and you know

just been interested in what I put out you know it was really kind of humbling

to to actually meet people that you know were who came to kind of see me and came

to meet me that was probably the best part about the entire event

the second best part was seeing Gary Vee speak he's an amazing speaker and you

know as always just speaks 100% the truth whether it's what people want to

hear or not and he just came out and done his usual his usual talk but blew

the crowd away everyone in the crowd loved him and you know it was really it

was really good to see it was the first time I've ever seen Gary Vee speak live

I've gone to a good few of these type of events before in the past but never one

that Gary Vee was speaking at so that was the

two main good points from us and then the rest of us was filled off with other

speakers so it's a to Dave and wasn't sure when exactly Gary Vee was going to

be odd because the event didn't even have a schedule they wouldn't tell you

when each speaker was on they gave you a booklet which explained a bit about each

of the speakers but they didn't tell you what days or what times any of the

speakers were on so you're kind of just going in hoping to see the speakers you

wanted to see and hoping not to see the speakers that you didn't want to see and

that kind of brings me to the next point the point that wasn't so good about the

event and that was a lot of the speakers that were speaking at the event wore in

my view gave absolutely zero value all they don't was speak about themselves

and how great they were and actually didn't give any tips one guy came on he

was calling himself a billionaire crypto investor and he admitted even up on the

stage that he didn't even know what blockchain was couldn't even describe

briefly about blockchain or what it was or anything like that but he was calling

himself the billionaire crypto investor so yeah it was it was an all all in it

was an awful lot of that stuff like it was literally just them giving himself

credibility but again I don't want to tarnish tomorrow so I'll go through a

few of the different speakers there was a guy called sandy Grif probably saying

his name wrong and he was okay sandy was okay and gave a few tips about kind of

world markets and different things that he kind of foreseen and yeah it was it

was good it was good solid pitch at the end he was selling his two grand course

again but yeah all in all he gave bill better

value away sold his course at the end of us then was guy Paulo mani he was my

next favorite speaker a parrot from Gary B

he's from Limerick in Ireland so maybe that has something to do with it I

thought I could rush Nate and laugh with what he was talking about he was just a

regular guy back in I think was 2007 when he quit his job quit his corporate

job started to make money online and yeah now he's like over a million

followers across social media and Europe makes it makes a lot of money and just

doing that got around talking to events just on the back of kind of the follow

what he's built on social media but again came across very honest and yeah

his talk was was good and I would look out for future talks appears his name

was Palo Manny I haven't checked him online but I will be checking on my line

because I thought he was good and won't be interested in hearing more from him

then the next one we move on to was a guy called JT Fox I don't know if any be

know this guy but he in my view was absolutely a joke the whole time he came

out all he was doing was trying to pick himself up telling everyone how great he

was what he owned who we knew who he met basically what I got from his talk he

goes around meeting celebrities taking pictures with them posing with them and

trying to get them to come to his event and then he uses them celebrities to

show people how famous he is he's actually the guy that was called as a

billionaire crypto investor and again he was coming across saying he had no

interest in money whatsoever he is enough money to do how many lifetimes

but yet he's really pushing his course hired at the end he's two or three grand

course at the end and just gave absolutely zero value from what I got

out of it anyway really didn't like his talk was very uncomfortable sitting

there through it all because he was just talking up here shoddy to be honest and

yeah would definitely advise you not to go and see him if you were going to

event and you wanted to learn a few things unless you wanted to learn how to

fake it until you make it then I definitely wouldn't go and see

JT Fox then there was keen Wong Kim Wong was actually good he was talking about a

facebook video the power of Facebook videos and they produce a lot of high

quality videos their number one producer on Facebook they showed some stats which

Facebook shows the number one publisher of videos on Facebook and they were

ranked number one and yet he just gave a few tips along the lines I've produced a

video but again it was more just telling you that you should be producing video

you should be uploading it to Facebook she'll be running ads against it and

that's the attention on Facebook is very underpriced at the moment and videos are

performing very well so yeah he went into that and then the next guy was guy

called Jason James is his name and a parrot from JT Fox he was probably the

most followship person I've ever heard in my life he was really just digging

himself up the whole time given zero value whatsoever really pushed his

course extremely hard he don't make one of the most slimy moves I've ever seen

he asked the audience anyone interested in getting mentored by him to stand up

to put the hand up first then he goes don't stand up and then he was like no

come up to the stage and he was kind of not telling what he was getting them up

for so of course a lot of people that are totally new to this didn't know what

was gonna happen next someone who has been to a few different

events like this in the past would know these kind of tactics that they use to

sell whatever systems they're selling and but yeah he got everyone to come up

on stage that was interested and then when they were up on stage he first off

showed a picture of himself in Louis Vuitton and said you know the first 20

to buy I'm gonna give you the opportunity to buy my system the first

20 I'm gonna bring you to Louie Vuitton with me kick you out in gear give you

500 pounds spend the money and yeah just get you looking and dress

and like success and basically brought them up on stage and and then kind of

told them all you know about his system and looked so many people that was the

crazy part I was like who's gonna go up on stage for this sad and looked and

there was I'd say there was a hundred people up on the stage and yeah then he

just obviously talked about his system and and told people to go to the back of

the room to purchase his system from the table if they were interested and anyone

he seen sitting down he was like running after them because he obviously knew

they were interested in his mentoring because they came up on stage so then he

knew if they wouldn't buy his course or his system or whatever it was I don't

even know totally what I was selling those it was basically just a whole big

hyped up thing about himself his whole speech was just about how great he is

and then he was selling whatever whatever was involved in his system yeah

he was just running after people like tell them not to sit down that if they

sit down they're gonna regret it that's why their stock that's why they

haven't got to where they want to go because they're quitters and like he was

just longing after people like telling them no go over to the table by in am I

on my team and then one of the girls that was over at the table one of the

objections she went on with she was like so if I sign up now do I get the louis

vuitton thing and i overheard him say to her he was like know what we do is he

didn't say no he said what we do is we pick worn out at the first 20 people

that signing up so yeah if you if you buy now you'll have a chance to win it

but basically when he was up on stage he was saying 20 the first people to sign

up will get this five hundred euro purchase our flew Eva town on him and

get to go out shopping with hinton our live it was actually comical to see in

an action but on the other hand it was quite sad because you'd see a lot of

people who are there who are keen you two events that really want to just

change their life really want to do better with their life by him in to this

sort of thing because this guy looks like he's successful and sounds that you

know the way he was talking about himself and people he's met and the

pictures of his lovely Karen just just everything like that he was just really

portraying the image that he's a really successful person and you know people

who are desperate to become success a lot of them bought into that I really

could not believe how many people were buying in to this kind of bulk that some

of these were shouting about but definitely yeah Jess and James and JT

fucks are two people that I will definitely not be going to see and if I

see them on an event I probably avoid the event and the future of the cars

it'll kind of tell me a lot about the event and that was one of the big

Downers about this entire event I'm used to going to events I get it 100% you

have to sell your stuff you're not gonna no one's gonna go and try to you know

just simply not make more money but I just didn't like the kind of tactics

that they were pullin on it like some of them were very slimy with the way they

were were selling their product and really just selling himself not not

given any value given any content would any real value at all but yeah that's it

that was my review offer this is my notebook don't have a whole lot of notes

taken from us a few of them again Paula Matheny and gave some good content the

course was amazing shot a video put it on the YouTube video I put out my

youtube channel when a life turned his talk so a lot of you could see us and

again with clarity you just know what you're gonna get you know he does speak

about a lot of the same stuff repeats it over and over but it's one country sent

the truth and it's what you need to hear a lot of the time and that's kind of why

he has so much respect in the Americas and that's why you know so many people

just constantly like to listen to what he says but yeah that's pretty much it

hope that you have enjoyed this video leave a comment below again I like the

Stars Who Went To Extreme Lengths For A Role - Duration: 6:21.

It's part of an actor's job to squeeze seamlessly into a role, but sometimes that job also requires

squeezing into a tight pair of shorts - after gaining 40 pounds.

Whether they were gaining weight, losing it, or just wreaking havoc on their bodies, these

actors and actresses went to some pretty extreme lengths to bring their characters to life.

Matt Damon

When Matt Damon signed on for The Informant!, he literally bit off more than he could chew.

The movie told the story of Mark Whitacre, a whistle-blower with some secrets of his

own.

While Whitacre was informing the FBI about his boss' price-fixing schemes, he was simultaneously

embezzling millions of dollars from the company.

To achieve the proper look, Damon gained 30 pounds, and he did so the old fashioned way

- by eating everything in sight.

The actor specifically name-dropped Doritos, McDonald's, and beer while doing press for

the movie.

When filming wrapped, Damon struggled to shed the weight because, apparently, even actors

are human.

He eventually took up boxing to rediscover that classic Matt Damon action hero look.

Christian Bale

Christian Bale loves pushing his body to the limit for his roles.

When he did The Machinist, he dropped 60 pounds and looked like a human skeleton.

He followed that by packing on the muscle for Batman Begins.

For his role in American Hustle, Bale gained 43 pounds and gave himself a comb-over.

He's not actually bald, so he purposefully shaved parts of his head to help sell his

aged hairstyle.

He basically transformed himself from a badass superhero to a sleazy con artist.

"I'm like the Vietcong, man.

I'm in and I'm out, I was there the whole time, you don't know it."

Charlize Theron

Charlize Theron is a stunningly beautiful actress, but when she was cast to play Aileen

Wuornos, those model looks were not going to cut it.

The movie, Monster, portrayed the story of Wuornos' killing spree between 1989 and 1990.

Theron was unrecognizable in her Oscar-winning role, gaining 30 pounds and shaving her eyebrows.

She reportedly gained the weight with a steady diet of donuts and potato chips.

"So basically you ate potato chips all the time?"

"Basically, everywhere.

I had a bag in my car, a bag in the bathroom, a bag in the kitchen."

That might sound like a once-in-a-lifetime commitment, but she did it again in 2018,

gaining almost 50 pounds for her role in Tully.

Rob McElhenney

It can be hard to keep a comedy feeling fresh after several seasons, but Rob McElhenney

came up with a unique solution.

For the seventh season of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the actor purposely gained

50 pounds.

"Mack, you have gained, I mean, 50 pounds of fat."

"Mass."

"Fat!"

"Muscle."

"Let's be clear: fat!"

A lot of comedies will have actors donning fat suits for an episode or two to get some

cheap laughs out of it, but that wasn't the motivation behind this stunt.

McElhenney said the inspiration for the "fat Mac" story arc was that it was the opposite

of what typically happens on sitcoms.

"As a man who works very hard to maintain a certain level of physical excellence, I

find shortcuts insulting.

Now give me a piece of the ham, now!"

Since It's Always Sunny is supposed to be a deconstruction of typical sitcoms, Mac decided

to look less like the stereotypical movie star as the years went by.

McElhenney eventually lost the weight, but Fat Mac will live in our hearts forever.

"Uh, yeah, no one ever really knows what's going on with Mac.

He's fat, he's skinny, he's muscular.

It's really a cry for help and attention I think."

Ryan Gosling

While most actors who put on weight for a role get rewarded for their effort, things

didn't work out that way for Ryan Gosling.

In 2009, Peter Jackson released The Lovely Bones, a supernatural story about a murdered

young girl.

The story focuses on her ghost, and is split between her entrance into the afterlife and

her family trying to deal with her death.

The movie stars Mark Wahlberg as the girl's father, but Ryan Gosling was originally cast

in the role.

When Gosling was hired, he reportedly decided the father should be overweight, so he gained

a whopping 60 pounds for the role.

Unfortunately, he never ran this idea by Jackson, who didn't take to the inflated Gosling and

dropped him from the film.

"I just showed up on set, and I'd gotten it wrong.

And then I was fat and unemployed."

Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway's portrayal of poverty-stricken prostitute Fantinein the 2012 adaptation of

the novel Les Misérables may have earned her an Academy Award, but it also took a huge

toll on her health.

The actress had previously described her regimen in the run up to shooting the musical as,

quote, "starvation."

She finally elaborated on the extent of her dramatic weight loss in an interview, admitting

that she had to shed 25 pounds to be convincing as her character.

Mila Kunis

Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky decided that Mila Kunis would be the perfect frenemy

for leading lady Natalie Portman after seeing Kunis in the rom-com Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

In order to fit the bill of tiny dancer Lily, Kunis had to slim down to the size of your

average ballerina, and that started with three months of solid training.

When that wasn't enough to reach her size-zero target, the actress took to some unhealthy

methods.

She told Howard Stern's SiriusXM show:

"I had to look skinny in order to look like a ballerina.

You fake it.

So, the best way to fake it is to unfortunately look like it…

And I'll tell you this, I'm not promoting this at all, but I used to be a smoker, and

so I smoked a lot of cigarettes and I ate a limited amount of calories."

Kunis revealed that she kept her intake at a shocking 1200 calories per day, and by the

end of the shoot, she tipped the scale at just 95 pounds, describing herself as "crazy

thin."

Natalie Portman

Kunis' transformation for Black Swan was indeed a shocking one, though it wasn't quite as

shocking as the weight loss her co-star went through for the movie.

Count Natalie Portman among the actresses awarded with an Oscar for abusing their bodies

in the name of art.

Portman called her training for the psychological thriller the hardest thing she has ever experienced,

revealing that she was working 16 hour days while barely eating.

She said: "I was almost method acting without intending to.

I do wonder now how people can do this kind of role when they have a family."

Portman's frail figure started to become a concern for director Darren Aronofsky, who

later told Access Hollywood about the moment he had to say enough was enough.

"At a certain point I looked at [Portman's] back and she was so skinny and so cut.

I was like, 'Natalie, start eating!'

I made sure she had a bunch of food in her trailer."

Portman managed to maintain her frighteningly thin frame for the duration of the shoot,

though the second it was over her first thoughts were "pasta, pasta, pasta!"

Πώς να διαλέξεις Φθινοπωρινά ρούχα - Duration: 4:46.

Welcome to another Men of Style video.

I am Themis and today we will talk about maintaining a wardrobe

that will fulfil your autumn needs.

Autumn is a difficult period to dress properly,

because it succeeds summer which is characterized by high temperature

and suddenly one night this temperature can drop suddenly

finding you getting cold if you haven't prepared

appropriately by wearing the necessary clothes.

Since we are talking about clothes and autumn

which is a transitional period, do not imagine you will need to start

a wardrobe from the beginning, only for this season.

But there are clothes you can buy and wear them during

autumn and combine them with your winter outfits as well.

So nothing goes wasted.

So, pay attention to because the clothes I will suggest, are not something

that special.

We talk about timeless, classic clothes that a man must have

in his wardrobe.

But before we start out for clothes, what you need to do is

selecting the appropriate thinking.

First, vanish your summer clothes.

That is, corduroys, t-shirts that are

too light, that is, they have very lightweight fabric to help your

body breathe.

You need to get them out of the wardrobe to prevent you from hindering

when you open your wardrobe and you want to decide what you to wear.

What you can do is keep some summer clothes,

such as torn jeans pants.

You can still wear it in the autumn. But you have to understand you'll get cold.

If you are determined to do this, you can do it, but let it go for now

because our subject is autumn and not winter.

The first thing you need to have in your mind is that you should

put away your summer clothes and should not bring all your winter clothes.

That is, do not wear too warm clothes, in the autumn

but somewhere in the middle.

The second thing you need to have in your mind to get dressed properly

in the autumn, is to add some clothes.

Even if it's some thin fabric, if you add two, three layers of

light clothes, this immediately will create the right conditions

and the necessary temperature needed in your body.

Now, which clothes are needed in the autumn,

and remember that whatever clothes you have, you can wear them

during winter combined with some thicker, of course.

The first thing is a thin sweater with the round neck.

A long-sleeved, delicate sweater will save you and you'll wear it around 6-7

months during the whole year.

The next thing you can wear and will add a very nice style

in your autumn look, is a long-sleeved Henley.

Imagine it's like a T-shirt with long sleeves, has three buttons

here in front and it's very nice.

You can also wear T-shirts in autumn, if you have

a nice light jacket on top.

The best jacket you can wear is a light bomber.

And I say light bomber because there are bomber jackets that are

too thick and there are also bomber jacket for autumn.

So, you have to choose what you will invest in.

If you get a bomber jacket for autumn, it's very nice,

but you know you can't wear in the winter.

The next jacket I suggest is leather.

We can finally start wearing it.

The time has passed when is was unbearable to wear it and now is

the right time to wear a leather jacket.

Also, if you want to choose something special and fashionable

in recent years, you can try a military type jacket.

You can choose something like that, but be careful cause it shouldn't look too old

and worn.

It can be a little vintage all-around but it needs caution.

A garment that is necessary to have during autumn,

is a nice jean jacket and when I say jean, I'm talking about a

medium tone one.

You may have light-colored jeans for summer, and the darkest

for winter.

You can also wear a darker one in the autumn,

but the proper jeans has a medium blue tone.

Of course, if you got a dark color jean jacket, as I said before

it is acceptable and you can wear it.

Since we are talking about a jean jacket which needs a good investment

you should know you can wear it all year long.

In this video you saw how to think when it comes to

dressing in autumn.

You saw what the appropriate clothes you have to have in your wardrobe are.

And if you want to add color, now is the time.

That is, if your outfit is a little monotonous, you can start

adding colors.

Do not make crazy combinations! One, two things

will make a huge difference.

For example, if you chose brown boots instead of the usual

black ones,

it will look quite different from the monotonous previous outfit.

That was Themis, from Men of Style and in this video you saw how

to maintain an autumn wardrobe and that it's not that hard.

Until the next time... Take care!

Lessons Learned from Tony Robbins - Duration: 15:15.

So recently I attended an amazing event by Tony Robbins in Sydney called

Unleash the Power Within and here are my three key takeaways from that inspiring

and transformative event. So first off I want to give you a little behind the

scenes, the kind of stuff that went on at Unleash the Power within like this.

We also did a lot of this.

So you can see when you put 8,000 people in an arena who are all there to improve

their lives and become their best selves that you get some powerful energy, you

get some amazing juju going on in that event helped obviously by the Tony

Robbins who's like six foot seven and just inspired. This guy lives and

breathes energy, love and personal growth. He has been doing this for 41 years and

by this, I mean he is the number one personal growth coach in the world. He

can charge up to a million dollars for one coaching client for three hours of

his time and he supposedly has a 24 month waitlist. So assuming that you

can't work with Tony 1 on 1 just yet, you could go to one of his events like

Unleash the Power Within and Tony is one of those incredible people who has just

given his all. As I said 41 years of speaking from the stage, writing

incredible books, putting out his audio sets, putting out a number of different

programs and really just giving his all so that we can all live amazing lives

and as he says, there's always room in your life for thinking bigger, pushing limits

and imagining the impossible. So what did I personally learn from this four days

which covered a lot by the way so if I read it off here, day one was all around

the elements of practical psychology, going into the six core human needs and

really looking further into yourself and what makes you tick and also around why

we think the way we think. The second day was all around neuro associative

conditioning which to me was really really fascinating, much more about the

psychology of how our brain works and also figuring out the three steps to

momentum, the five keys to thriving.

Puppy just made a little appearance and we also looked at closing the gap

between where you are now and where you want to be which is why I cover off in

my free video series that is out right now about how to develop a growth

mindset not a fixed mindset but a growth mindset and also how to create more of

your perfect days because it just baffles me that more of us don't

consider exactly how we want to spend our time with who, where and doing

whatever lights us up. So please check that out because I've popped the link

below this vlog in the description and while you here just thumbs up if you're

enjoying this. Okay day three was fascinating because that was called

transformation day and once again we were in there for 12 hours and Tony took

us through this really powerful exercise, first on the wheel of life and where

we're kind of in balance or out of balance, relationships, health, career,

growth, family, you name it we went through it and then we actually went

through a limiting belief exercise which was called the Dickens process and what

it was was that you had to come up with three for now, limiting beliefs that you

held and then for three and a half hours we stood with our eyes shut with music

and all sorts and Tony guiding us through as we took one of those limiting

beliefs and we took it to its worst possible state. So imagine if this

limiting belief continued to be with you until you were 70 or 80, how would that

affect not only you but your family, your friendships, your relationships every

aspect of your life. Now the thing about this is and I'm not gonna lie there are

a lot of people with a lot of pain and hurt and disappointment in that room and

part of the process was to take yourself to the depths of that and beyond

there were people crying, shrieking, yelling, screaming and I personally found

it hard to progress past a certain point because I usually have a really positive

outlook and frame on life. I can see perspectives. I can see solutions so to

just have this one dire path of how badly a couple of my limiting beliefs

could affect my life and other people felt like it came to a natural stop at

one point. I was like really this probably wouldn't happen but then I

decided to just release and keep going and

take it through and really take myself to this hopeless place of despair having

hurt people, having lost money because my limiting belief was around my capacity

to earn an impact and then I was kind of putting ceilings on what I was capable

of earning and how much impact I could make and so it got to this point where I

was and I'm gonna share this with you that I took mine right up to the other

side where I was actually crying and apologizing because in my belief at

it's worst, I was homeless. I'd lost money for myself, for my family, for my friends.

I had no friends and no family really that cared for me anymore and I was homeless

and just feeling like a complete failure. Now that may sound really freaking harsh

but taking myself out the back door and imagining what was the worst possible

scenario of me not truly living up to my capabilities and really going for it in

life and really pushing my boundaries and knowing that I'm enough and then I'm

worth it and then I can do this and then I'm capable of achieving whatever I want

was really powerful for me and then he doesn't just leave you there by that

stage everybody was so like I don't want this belief anymore. I don't even believe

it. This sucks. This is terrible. This is holding me back. You go through this

reframing process and you replace it with a new positive belief, an empowering

belief and then you actually repeat this and repeat this and repeat this until

you're truly actually putting it into your physiology and believing in. If this

all sounds completely weird and we wu wu to you all I can say is please just go

to either Unleash the Power Within or Date with Destiny and see this neuro

conditioning process and the Dickens process in action. Go through it with an

open mind. Do it for yourself if you want to create real change. So that was a

really, really powerful day and then the fourth day was all about pure energy and

how do we live with more energy, what do we need to eat, how do we need to perform

to be at our best and seeing these people up on stage for 12-hour days who

were in their 50s and 60s with tons of energy and leading us through these

crazy dances. Let's cut to that video one more time.

It was just astounding to so many of us and they're clearly living and breathing

what they speak and preach and teach so that I loved that day because I'm all

about how do we perform at our optimum, how do we live an optimal life and how

everything that we put into our body and everything that we think obviously

translates into how we perform, act, behave and grow. Lots of work to do on

all these fronts I'm not gonna lie. So my three key takeaways from this entire

event was one invest in yourself. Go to more events where you are expanding your

mind, your body and your soul and has been a long time since I've been to an

event that was purely about mind growth and around learning a ton and it made me

realize how important that is and how important it is to do right. So one of

the things that Tony talked about during the weekend was going to the best of the

best if you want to learn. Now granted he works with presidents, coaches,

celebrities and so he can probably approach the best of the best and pretty

much about any area and say hey teach me how to be the best but it also

highlighted to me that let's say right now I'm actually in the process of

getting a tennis coach and improving my game so much so that I could actually

play at masters level for New Zealand and maybe beyond. Now this has come about

more recently, I've always loved tennis, I love playing the game but I've often

thought where did I not give my all to tennis? Could I have actually played on a

professional stage? I love competing. I love sport and I particularly love about

tennis as it's so much about your mindset. It's 90 percent mindset 10

percent physical and it's one of those sports that's always captured my

imagination and I love watching it. I've been to every single Grand Slam and I

followed it since I was a kid and I've been playing since I was 10 and I was

like what would it take for me to be the best of the best at this age right now

and who could I learn from and throw myself into their training around

nutrition, form, skills, fitness and just how far could I go? And I immediately

thought, I'll get a local coach and you know start out that way but I'll say if

I was Tony I would find the best coach in New Zealand or maybe even Australia

or maybe in the world and I'm going to approach them and see what was

possible and if I couldn't learn from them I'd learn from the next best or the

next best but the point is, you wouldn't just go for anybody right? And the same

applies when you're getting a business coach or a fitness coach or anybody that

you are looking to learn off. You need to go to the best of the best and you need

to model and emulate the best of the best and then along with that you need

to repeat what you've learned. You need to teach it to others. It's the fastest

way to learn. You need to be persistent and determined and repetitive about your

learning and that's why I left after this event, they gave you a ten day

challenge to embark on so that you wouldn't just stop, you wouldn't just

take this book with all these amazing learnings and then go, "Oh I'm changed for

life." You need to be a master of your own life and you need to keep learning and

being curious and growing and becoming your very best self.

That was lesson one and it was in two parts the first part is that you must

invest in yourself to continue to learn and you must attend events, retreats,

workshops, courses or offerings that really are targeting exactly what you

want to learn and the second part that was learned from the best of the best

and never give up learning and applying. The second thing that I took away from

it was as I mentioned the limiting beliefs exercise. Super powerful and how

important it is for us to be constantly working on our mindset. Just the things

that we tell ourselves, the stories that we tell ourselves that are so old and so

often not true and certainly not serving us that was, that was just a massive

eye opener and I think intrinsically we know this stuff right? But how often do

we just keep saying the same old stories, the same prejudice, the same judgments,

the same truths that aren't truths anymore to ourselves about what we're

not capable of, what we can't do, how this is somebody else's fault, how we've

only managed to do this, how we'll never achieve that and replace it with what

we're entirely capable of, what is entirely possible and really stretch

ourselves. So the whole limiting beliefs and continuing to work on conditioning

this because what we think is what becomes our reality but the mind doesn't

know the difference between real and imaginary. So you might as well feed it

exactly the story that you want to actually

make to come true. Does that make sense? My favorite quote from the whole weekend

was where focus goes, energy flows and that has been such a truism in my life

is that when I'm focused on the thing that I want to achieve, all my energy

goes into that and when I fully focus on it and all my energy is focused on it

it's incredible what you can achieve but when you're half-hearted about stuff and

your energies split up between so many different to-do's and tasks and

different things going on your life, guess what happens? Your life is chaotic

and sporadic and you're not really achieving or excelling or doing well in

any of the areas that you're trying to focus on and the third part for me was

around getting your power team together. So I talked about having your dream team

in fact it's in my free video series in the third video where I talk about

delegating your dislike so you can focus on doing what you love and for me it is

absolutely imperative that you start hiring talented people to help you to

stay true to what your super strengths are and to allow them to do the work

that they can do even better than you can so that you can focus on what you do

best and I have a great dream team at the moment. Constant shift though right?

Like you need to bring people in, you need to move people on, you need to grow,

they need to grow with you but have you ever thought about your own personal

advisory board, mentors, coaches and peers who can teach you, who can stretch you who

can challenge you, who can push you, who can inspire you to be the best and this

is something and I have not often had around me. I've often been a business

strategist and coach to thousands of others but I haven't had that for myself.

I've never actually had a coach. I have had very, very few mentors and I

definitely haven't had advisors or even investors in my business and it's

something that I want and will make happen more than anything in the next

six months I kid you not. So that was one of the most powerful things that came

out of it for me is who can I learn from that's the best

of the best and emulating what I want to achieve in my next phase of growth both

personally and professionally, what mentors can I work with and talk to

at least once a month who are experts in they're different areas and also which

peers do I want to surround myself with because you are the some of the five

people you hang out with most. So who do I really love, admire and want to hang

out with who will make me into the best version of myself simply being in their

company. So just recapping, one invest in yourself for learning mastery, go to the

best of the best, learn from them, master it, implement it, repetition is key.

Second thing, work on your limiting beliefs, constantly been working on this,

beautiful thing that commands so much of your life you might as well have the

best possible mindset there is so you can lead the best possible life. Don't

let this rule your life. You master your own mindset and the third thing is build

your dream advisory team around you. Surround yourself with awesome people.

Surround yourself with those people who know how amazing you can be and you will

absolutely go in that direction. I'm excited I'm excited. Say yes! Say yes! Say

yes! You can tell I was up Tony Robbins UPW can't you? And one more time let's

just have Tony doing that.

10 Questions to Ask BEFORE Planning Your Disney Vacation - Duration: 11:24.

hey how are you welcome back to my channel for those of you who are new my

name is coral and I own a travel agency that specializes in Disney vacations and

that's why I share my love and passion and tips and tricks for Disney on this

channel every week for people just like you who love all things Disney or are

curious about Disney vacations so happy to have you here I hope you enjoy

today's video in today's video I'm going to be talking about ten questions you

should ask yourself before planning a Walt Disney World vacation the first

question you should ask yourself is when should we travel to Walt Disney World

when is the best time there are you know twelve months out of the year and some

months are quieter than other months at the Disney parks summer months being the

most busy holidays of being very busy spring breaks for schools being very

busy know when you can go and what to expect when you can go so if it's gonna

be a quiet time know that in advance if it's going to be a busy time know that

in advance don't let the time that you can go dissuade you from going whether

it's busy or not I've been there at all times of the year just know what to

expect when you are there and there's no right or wrong time to go go when it's

best for you the second question to ask yourself is who is going is it just

going to be you is it going to be two people is it going to be a family it's

important to know this because well and you'll figure that out right because

this is your trip but it's important to think about that because most of the

rims that are at Disney property rooms hold for people some only hold two if

it's just a king-sized bed but if you are a family of five or more your Disney

Resort Hotel options are a little bit more limited so it's important to know

in the beginning who is going to be going so you can help determine what

resort property you want to stay at number three you really want to think

about how long you want to stay are you going for a long weekend are you going

for a full week are you going for more than a week if you're coming from abroad

and you really have about two weeks for your holiday know that in advance this

can help you make a good plan and find the perfect property for you and your

family number four we have to talk about this and we have to think about this you

need to know your budget if you know your budget you're not going to be

disappointed right if you can only afford a certain amount less than $2,000

you need to know that you'll be staying most likely at a value resort is there a

problem this absolutely not if you have a budget between two and four thousand

dollars maybe you'd want to focus on a moderate resort or you'd want to go to a

value resort and add the Disney Dining Plan those could be your options if you

have a budget of three to five plus you might want to stay at a moderate resort

and get the Disney Dining Plan or you may choose to stay at a Deluxe resort

with some more amenities know your budget and stick to your budget it

doesn't matter what your budget is if you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel

for your vacation you get the same benefits as anyone else staying on

property whether you're staying at a value resort a moderate resort or a

deluxe resort you get them all you get the free magical Express you get the

free disney transportation you get this so know your budget and stick to it

number five you really do want to ask yourself I've been talking about staying

on Disney property you need to ask yourself what's most important are you

going to stay on Disney property at one of these hotels or are you going to stay

off property think about that before you start planning this trip number six you

want to think about along those same lines where do we want to stay where do

I want to stay you need to ask yourself that because there are some different

locations if your family wants to stay close to Magic Kingdom because you have

young children and you really feel like the majority of the

time you'll want to be there you may want to consider staying at one of the

deluxe monorail resorts because it is right there right outside of Magic

Kingdom if you love Epcot and you might be going during the food and wine

festival in the fall and you want to be able to walk into Epcot or you want to

walk to Hollywood studios you may want to consider the boardwalk area the yacht

or Beach Club the boardwalk Resort these are some things you want to think about

know the parks that you love and see which resorts are close to that park

that'll help you determine where you want to stay and the budget will play a

factor into that too so pay attention to the budget along those same lines number

seven know what parks you want to visit do you just want to visit Magic Kingdom

and Epcot again that's very important to know do you want to visit all four of

the theme parks do you want to be able to go in and out of as many theme parks

as you can during the day know that in advance

make a plan around it and this will help you determine what the best options are

for your family number eight number eight is think about the type of ticket

package you really want for your family or for you if this is your solo trip

think about the type of tickets so there are based Achatz which allow you to go

in and out of one theme park per day and there are park hopper tickets and those

tickets allow you to go in and out of any of the four theme parks at Walt

Disney World has during the same day and then there's park hopper plus that also

gives you access to the water parks someone's mowing outside sorry about

that that's just the reality so think about

how you want to go about your day what makes best sense for you you have to

determine that yourself if you have a long trip maybe you just want a base

ticket if you have a long trip maybe you actually want a park hopper tickets so

you can have the flexibility that those park hopper tickets give you if

you have a short trip you know you might find it easiest for you to get a park

hopper ticket to visit as many parks as you want or again you may just want to

visit one park and you could visit that day every single day of your trip it is

all up to you and what is best for you so just give some time to reflect

during this planning process the ninth question you should ask yourself when

before you are planning or while you are planning your Walt Disney World vacation

is how am I going to get to Walt Disney World am I going to drive do I have the

ability to drive am I going to fly do I have that ability am I going to take a

train probably not a train I mean maybe you'll take a train partway depending on

where you are um I doubt well I was gonna say I doubt you rent a car but you

probably would just drive instead of renting a car anyway you know to me

think about think about how you're going to get there because plane tickets do

add an extra cost right to your Walt Disney World vacation as does now

parking at a Disney Resort Hotel there is a charge to park per night depending

on where you are staying on a Disney Resort Hotel property so know that in

advance - there's pros and cons to flying or driving but just determine

what makes best sense for you the 10th question in the last question to ask

yourself is do I want the Disney Dining Plan most of you might hear about what's

the Disney Dining Plan do I want the Disney Dining Plan does it make sense

for me to get the Disney Dining Plan the answer is it all depends on a lot of

things how you want to eat while you're at Walt Disney World if you want to eat

it a lot of character meals these are very expensive and you can actually save

money if you get the Disney Dining Plan if you eat at a lot of these restaurants

some people just like the fact that it's kind of like an all-inclusive vacation

if they have the Disney Dining Plan added to their package the only thing I

ditional you would have to pay while you were at Disney would be the gratuities

for the sit-down meals so knowing that your meals are paid for in advance

yes is kind of a nice thing for a lot of people and it gives them comfort so it

really just depends what you find is most important for you

take some time to think about it reflect on it and that will be really helpful

for you while you're planning your next Walt Disney World vacation guys we made

it through this was pretty fast I hope this information was helpful for you if

it was give this video a thumbs up and let's help some other Disney friends in

the process if you have a friend who's going to Walt Disney World and this will

be their first time or they haven't been in many years consider sharing this

video to them I hope this information will be helpful for them as well and

just to let you know coral joy travel the agency that I own specializes in

Disney vacations basically 95% of our business is for Disney direct so we

really do specialize I will leave a link to our website below we have agents on

Tekno Knikmops KM130 Articulated Loader by Cranes Etc TV - Duration: 4:23.

This is a model of a small machine which in real life weighs under one and a half

tonnes. It's a small articulated loader and it's made by the Belgian company Knikmops.

This model is by Tekno and it's in 1:32 scale. Straight out of the

branded box we find some plastic formers and it's in two parts so if we take

off the top part we get access to two pieces and these are optional parts for

displaying the model. There's no assembly to do on a Knikmops itself because it

is complete out of the box.

Looking underneath and it's all fairly simple

modelling but the tyres are very nice with their intricate tread pattern. At

the back we see a nicely formed grille and there is other detailing including a work

light. One nice touch is the metal wheels which look very good. The side panels are

painted and there are nice sharp graphics. A very detailed part is the operator's

controls and some of the really tiny graphics give an authentic look.

There are more small graphics around the loader arm and the connection rivets are

nice and small. One simpler area is the ram jackets where the colour match is

slightly off, and there are no hydraulic hoses. The bucket is also simple.

We will begin with an upside-down Knikmops and while the rear wheels spin together the

front wheels spin independently. Steering across the pivot point achieves

an angle of about 45 degrees but what we really want to see is an upright Knikmops

and here it is rolling around nicely and

eager to get to work. If we set the steering to maximum it corners very

well. In its out-of-the-box configuration it's got a bucket so let's see how the

loader arm performs and it seems to raise up to a reasonable height and with

careful manipulation we can obtain a good tipping angle.

The real machine is small and it's used for landscaping and small roadworks so

it's not one that's going to be doing any bulk earthworks, but we can take a

look and see how it tips some stones into a circular garden feature. Yes, only

on Cranes Etc can you see realism like this. If the weather's nice and you don't

want a canopy over the top you can remove it but we still need something to

protect the driver if he rolls the machine over so we can fit the provided

rollover bar. Another option if you don't want to do

some shoveling about is to fit some forks and do some forking around. The

attachment mechanism for the tools works OK, but it's a little bit fiddly to

attach and detach them, and you just need to be careful that you don't push too

hard and break the plastic connector. With the forks on let's find a load we

can carry and what could be better than a giant pocket coffee!

It's unusual to see a model from Tekno which is not a truck but they've made a

good job of the Knikmops KM130. It is a small and fairly simple model but it's got some nice detailing

and reasonable functionality. So if you want a small machine in 1:32

scale, this one is good.
