So many women pregnant or not pregnant, have huge issues with in the upper part

of their spine. So something I hear every single day is, "I have tightness in my neck and I

get headaches." All of this is usually because people don't know how to breathe.

So why is this important? Well obviously you need to know how to breathe. We're

going to go over some things today that you can do to help make that better. So the

first thing you've got to think about breathing with your diaphragm

instead of actually up here. What we see a lot of time is people are breathing up

at the top of their lungs and they're actually not moving the bottom portion

at all. When you take a breath in your diaphragm will drop, your pelvic floor

will drop and you're going to have more air within your belly. So as that's happening

you should see your belly rise. As you breathe out your pelvic floor comes up

and engages your diaphragm which also comes up and your belly should lower. The easiest

way to tell if you're breathing properly or improperly is just to look at

someone's belly and when you start to see that these muscles are super tight

we know that you're doing it wrong. So easy way to practice is just to

lie on your back, put your hands on your stomach and lace them like this. As you

take that breath in, what you'll see is that your fingers should come apart and

that's telling us that your belly is actually rising. As you breathe out they

come back together. So let me show you what that looks like...

So now that you've seen what this looks like you want to aim for at least five

minutes a day. The easiest time is first thing in the morning or right before

you're going to bed. It can be also very meditative and relaxing to really focus

on what's going on in your body. Now, like I said this is good for anyone

men, women, pregnant or not pregnant but especially when you're pregnant you want

to make sure that you have those proper mechanics because breath becomes so

important when you're going through contractions and the pushing phase of

TSCHEPPASCHLUCHT - EUROPEAN HIKING EXPERIENCE I - Duration: 7:40.

today, I am inviting you to the state Carinthia in Austria

we will hike through the canyon Tscheppaschlucht

the Tscheppaschlucht is in the very south of Austria

you will need about 3,5 hours by car ..

and 6 hours by bus or train to come here from the capital of Austria, Vienna

from the parking lot, it will take you 30 minutes to walk to the entrance

I am walking through the forest beside a small river

the water is very cold, it's coming directly from the mountains

the water has drinking quality, it's pure and clean

nobody here is making the water dirty

now we have reached the entrance

on this map, you can see the various routes through the canyon

you will walk on wooden paths

the canyon was carved by this small river (explaining in Malayalam)

if you look up to the rock face, you can see that the canyon is very deep

the water is running 30 to 40 meters below the bridges

the canyon was carved by the water over millions of years

it's really amazing

it's a very dangerous narrow valley

you should take care of your step to avoid accidents

it's slippery here, if you fall down, you will tumble directly into the canyon

it's dangerous, but also very exciting

you should always mind your step here

#Beers4Bears Cute bears get help from caring humans - Duration: 2:37.

NHNZ has been producing content inspired by the natural world for over

40 years, over that time we've seen first hand the damage and degradation of

the natural environment

we feel compelled to help tell the stories that

will help save those species and save those natural environments and the

communities that rely upon them

because we don't have the tools to rehabilitate sun bears, they're basically

left to a life in captivity

The BOS Foundation have a larger sanctuary

at Samboja Lestari in East Kalimantan that Sun Bear Outreach has been helping retrofit

It has a huge outdoor enclosures that are prepped specifically for the Sun Bears

so we started off with the fundraising ideas and the idea started flying around

all over the email, what we were really hoping for is that we'd figure out

something that could be longer running, something that would be more than a

one-off. I had a bit of a flippant comment, it was just like hey why don't

we just talk to the brewery across the street and see if they'll maybe make a

Sun Bear beer.

I got an email from Tom which outlined a project he was working on

something very close to the hearts of the people at NHNZ

so after a brief discussion, I took it to Ian and we decided

immediately, that we'd love to do a beer to help his Sun Bears.

New New New is a very agile young company that has the ability to move very quickly and adjust and be

very creative without a lot of restraints

We have an identity this global especially Australasian. I think it's really easy to forget what your backyard

can really be here in New Zealand often times being part more of the

European community we might forget that Asia is actually much closer to us geographically

We want to remind people the decisions we make here,

have an impact over there
