um I'm writing an op-ed A what? an op-ed

what's that an op-ed is like an opinion

that you put in a newspaper and it's

usually opposite so op for opposite short

for opposite and then the editorial page

so Ed so I op-ed. This is my opinion that

I'm writing

what are you with okay what opinion are

you reading about okay so you know Aunt Diane

she just been so bossy and I just don't

want to go face-to-face to her so I just

want to write my op-ed and then she

could read about it and it would be

anonymous so she won't know I did it

and she can get the message but why I

mean isn't there going to be

too much drama? No because then I

would not be saying it to her face to

face if I was to say to her face to face

then that would be drama but I gotta

think about the family It's for

the good of the family first. She's going

to see this and try to track down

whoever it is oh she's not gonna know

she she's not gonna know whether it's me

Cathy Or Sue she's not gonna know and

besides it could be anybody in

the family so that's why I'm gonna make

it anonymous right so she won't know and

I just I just don't feel like I'm being

petty at all

I really don't it's not like um you know

she has her own agenda and you know it's

just she's just crazy she just does her

own thing and I just don't feel like I

want to frustrate her agenda but we need

to let her know so it's just gonna give

me a cold comfort to know to let her

know that you know it's not okay cuz

things were fine and then Diane comes in

and the house is all messed up we're

about to lose the house

oh really yes Grandma and Grandpa's house yes because she's

chaotic about it and she's just there's

no reasoning with her so we could lose

the house so this is the only way I

don't want if I don't want to never I

don't want to confront her hmm frustrate

her she has this deep sense of paranoia

that I just don't wanna I don't want to

confront her

i'll confront her myself. No wait what

are you doing?

let her know but she is just too erratic

this is the best way for us to let her

know bottom line but don't call her

disown me I may not be part of the

family can't we can't have that no no no

I want her to know what she's doing but I

don't want her to know that I'm saying

coward basically I don't think I'm gutless

less just because I want to come out no

but I think that she needs to know what

she's doing she's putting the family in

jeopardy right now and she needs to know

so I don't think I'm a coward okay what

are you doing

go ahead and do that that's we're gonna

do but I hope there's like you know

Which Build Is Better? - Best Karrie Build | Mobile Legends - Duration: 11:16.

Hey guys it's betosky here with another mobile legends video,

So Karrie has been getting quite popular lately and there's this new meta build going around,

which the main objective it's to prioritize maximize cooldown reduction so you can spam

her second skill.

Now, I like the idea of spamming her second skill but going to the extreme with the cooldown

reduction item I think it's a bit pointless.

Now let me explain.

Her second skill at max level only has 2 seconds cooldown and the difference between 20% or

40% of a 2 second skill it's really not that noticeable.

Now the other part that you have to understand about Karrie.

Her main source of damage it's actually from her passive, which the more you attack

the same target the more damage you will deal over item, kind of like having a passive demon

hunter sword.

But now if you can double that passive by actually building her demon hunter sword and

make it three times more efficient with golden staff, oh boi, we are talking about massive

burst damage output in a short time.

Of course I am not talking about the right build or the wrong build, it's really up

to the player playstyle, so if you doubt deciding on her build, I would highly suggest you to

try both and see which one works for you.

So I am going to leave you guys with this gameplay which I am using the golden staff

build and the demon hunter sword.

today i'm going to make a different and stylish indoor hanging basket planter

now

Palmyra baskets and Polythene bag

first

inserting the polythene bag into the basket

just pull out a little bit polythene through hole at the bottom basket

then

cut the polythene to make a water drainage

next

putting the soil

the soil mixture is coco peat 50%, sand 30% and compost 20%

and you can use peat moss instead of coco peat

then

place the plant in center of the basket

add remaining soil and completely cover the roots with soil

after that

cut the excess polythene

finally

put some peat moss or stones or fresh moss on the top layer of the soil

pour water thoroughly

pour water every two days

keep this planter in indoor or shady and indirect sunlight areas

Trump thanks Kim Jong-un for his faith in him, says they'll work together to denuclearize - Duration: 2:00.

The on-and-off "bromance" between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

is back on again... with Trump having thanked Kim after he made some respectful remarks

about the U.S. president.

But Trump's top diplomat remains cautious... saying a lot of work remains to be done.

Park Hee-jun has the details.

U.S. President Donald Trump has thanked North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for his "unwavering

faith" in him.

Tweeting a 'thank you' to Kim on Thursday,...

President Trump said that, despite bumps in the road,... they will (quote) "get it done

together",... signaling there could be further negotiations between the two sides.

The tweet came after the North Korean leader reaffirmed his commitment to completely denuclearize

the Korean Peninsula.

South Korean National Security Advisor Chung Eui-yong revealed after meeting Kim in Pyongyang,...

that Kim expressed unchanged faith in the U.S. President,... and that he planned to

denuclearize within Trump's first term in office, which ends in January 2021.

But while President Trump praised Kim,... his Secretary of State took a harder line.

During his trip to India,...

Mike Pompeo emphasized there's still a lot of work to be done.

"It is the case that there is still an enormous amount of work to do.

We haven't had any nuclear tests, we haven't had any missile tests, which we consider a

good thing.

But the work of convincing Chairman Kim to make this strategic shift that we've talked

about, for a brighter future for the people of North Korea, continues."

Pointing out that North Korea is the only country with commitments under UN Security

Council resolutions,... Pompeo added the U.S. will continue efforts to enforce them to ensure

North Korea delivers on the promises it made at the Singapore summit in June.

Attention now turns to how the indirect dialogue will affect the denuclearization process,...

and whether there will be a breakthrough in the apparently stalled negotiations, after

President Trump cancelled Pompeo's trip to Pyongyang last month.

Bilateral talks between the S.Korean and Japanese foreign ministers on the 11th - Duration: 0:31.

The foreign ministers of South Korea and Japan will hold bilateral talks next Tuesday in

the Vietnamese city of Hanoi.

According to Seoul's Foreign Ministry,... the ministers will meet on the sidelines of

the World Economic Forum on ASEAN which takes place in Hanoi from September 11th to the

13th.

During the meeting,.... Seoul's foreign minister Kang Kyung-hwa is likely to share the results

of the South Korean special delegation's recent visit to Pyongyang, and discuss ways to cooperate

with Japan to pursue North Korea's denuclearization.

Korea VR Festival shows future of virtual reality - Duration: 2:18.

With its potential for application in everything from computer games, TV and movies,... virtual

reality is a key technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

An event displaying the latest VR trends, is giving visitors a glimpse of what's to

come.

Our Lee Min-Sun takes us to the Korea VR Festival.

Seoul might seem like a place where it's impossible to experience skydiving, but not so for visitors

at the five-day Korea VR festival.

Under the theme "Experience the 4th Industrial Revolution through Virtual Reality," the

festival kicked off its third edition Wednesday in the Sangam-dong area.

In virtual reality, visitors can try all kinds of shooting, sports and musical games.

"I tried this VR game and it felt real and natural.

It was fun to play."

If you're worn out on activities, you can sit back in massage chair and have a relaxing

time in a virtual reality forest… or test your nerves by walking on the edge of a tall

building.

"It was really scary… it felt so real that I cried."

You can even check out the meeting room where the historic inter-Korean summit was held

in April.

"Not only can visitors enjoy various VR games and experiences, but they can also get

a glimpse into the future of VR technology."

Scores of companies are showcasing a range of VR products and services that will be used

in military training, machine maintenance, education and medical surgery.

The medical sector, in fact, is one of the most promising industries looking to adopt

the technology.

Patients can simply put on the VR gear to get psychological consultation and therapy.

And doctors can polish up on their surgery skills with the VR training program.

The Internet of Things, AI and 5G are the basic technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

It is expected that many kinds of services will combined with VR and AR devices.

And 5G will be commercialized next year."

Although the VR is not fully ready for customers yet, experts hope commercialization will speed

up as the accompanying technologies improve.

Good afternoon.

The rain clouds have moved out from the Korean peninsula.

The sun will come out from behind the clouds.

This latest round of showers brought down the morning lows to below twenty degrees Celsius...

and we'll have breezier mornings from now on.

Let's check on this afternoon's highs, readings will be a couple of notches lower than yesterday,

with nice weather for the afternoon... getting up to 27 degrees in most parts of the country.

We can say autumn is here when the daily highs drop to below 25 degrees Celsius but it's

very likely we'll have afternoons that feel like late summer for another week or so.

I see, and with this escalating trade war, what about Korea?

How has it been affected and what should the government do?

Well, China and the U.S. are Korea's top two trading partners, accounting for more than

a third of its exports.

This trade war has long been cited as a major downside risk to Korea's economy, given how

it is closely tied to the global value chain.

So far, according to the Bank of Korea, Korea's exports in the second quarter posted zero-point-four

percent growth, slowing down from 4-point-four percent second-quarter growth last year....as

semiconductor exports increased but home appliances, ships and autos fell sharply.

Korea mainly ships intermediary goods to China, which would be affected by the tariffs when

finished goods are exported to the U.S.

Also, the slow down in the Chinese economy and global market jitters could hurt Korean

exports."

And there are a lot of variables to watch closely.

After declaring a truce in the trade war with Europe in July, the U.S. has just renegotiated

its trade deal with Mexico and it is now negotiating with Canada...which could change the terms

on agriculture and autos.

For instance, the U.S. and Mexico agreed that 75 percent of the value of vehicles exported

to the U.S. would have to come from North American-made parts...which could lead to

higher tariffs on auto imports from countries outside of North America.

Korea has hedged trade uncertainties by amending the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement, getting

an exemption on steel quotas, agreeing on a 25 percent tariff rate on Korean pickup

trucks and doubling South Korea's import cap on U.S. vehicles... but it's not 100 percent

certain that it will stay like this as President Trump renegotiates trade deals with other

countries and further isolates China.

Experts say, the Korean government and autos and steel exporters should continue their

outreach efforts to negotiate with U.S. counterparts to secure Korea's footing.

14 deaths and 26 missing from Hokkaido earthquake - Duration: 0:44.

At least 14 people have died so far in Hokkaido, Japan.... where a powerful 6-point-7 magnitude

earthquake hit Thursday.

Twenty-six people are missing and over 3-hundred are injured.

And with rain in the forecast,... there could be more damage in areas where the ground has

been weakened.

Power has been restored to 40 percent of the households on Hokkaido after the earthquake

knocked out electricity to the whole island.

But it could take at least a week to fully restore power to all households, and even

the local airport has closed.

The South Korean Ministry of Foreign affairs is taking care of South Korean nationals stranded

in the area by providing food and shelter.

And starting from today, the ministry willl try to get them home safely.

Another new phase in the U.S.-China trade war.

Public hearing deadline on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese imports is due in less than

an hour from now..

What it means and what could happen after the deadline, we have our business correspondent

Kim Hyesung with us for more details.

Hi Hyesung, Hi Ji-yoon.

Hyesung, so can ou tell us more on what could unfold frm now?

Are we going to see Trump impose tariffs on all 200 billion dollars of goods?

Right, this is the deadline for American businesses to submit written comments on the U.S. Trade

Representative's proposal of imposing tariffs on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese imports

announced in July.

Now, President Trump is expected to make the next move, be it imposing tariffs in different

phases or a lump sum.

As a recap, The Trump Administration slapped 25 percent tariffs on 34 billion dollars of

Chinese imports in July and another 16 billion last month.

Beijing has retaliated each step of the way.

It's also threatened to respond to the newest round of tariffs, if implemented.

(Chinese) September 6, 2018 "If the U.S. ignores most companies' opposition

in the hearings, acts arbitrarily and imposes any new tariffs, China will have to take necessary

countermeasures.

"

Tech companies like Cisco Systems and a coalition of the National Retail Federation and 150

organizations submitted letters, urging the USTR to avoid imposing more tariffs.

They said it would raise costs to consumers and the tariffs imposed so far haven't led

to any meaningful concessions.

But for now, the tit-fot-tat trade war is likely to escalate further at least until

the November mid-term elections in the U.S. as both high level and low level talks between

Washington and BEijing were unable to reach an agreement.
