After this, you need to write your valid email id
or email address,
So, it is important to enter your valid email id here.
Now you have to put
one password here which is 8 characters long and alpha numeric.
This means it should contain numbers as well as Letters.
So create one password that has 8 characters
with numbers and letters
and write this password again below.
The way we give security questions while creating email id
in the same manner we have to give security question here.
In case you forget your password,
this security question will be helpful
to recover your password.
So enter this carefully, as it will be helpful in future.
Now click on Register Button,
as soon as you finish the password creation process.
Now you can see your Login id and Password here.
After this print my login to save

Save your Registration Id
Now we will click on "Click to Login" button

After this you have to enter your login id and Password.
and Password to Signin.

We will go on Personal Information
and fill our Personal Information
First we entered our Name, etc
Now, we will fill our rest of the Personal Information.
Father's name, Mother's name
and Date of Birth
Enter your Father's name, Mother's name
and enter your Date of Birth
After entering this you have to write your
Martial Status, either your are married or unmarried.
Enter all this information carefully.
After this
you have to mention your Nationality
and Area (which means Urban or Rural)
you have to enter this information as well.
As soon as you try to put your Aadhar Number, then you will get
list of Instructions. After reading this
put your Aadhar Number.
Write your Aadhar Number carefully and correctly.
After this, you have to write about Visible Identity Mark on your body.

After this fill in the mobile number
and then click on Save and Proceed.
Now you have to write your Address
Here you have to give your
House Address properly.
Keep this thing in mind

do not mention about your City and District

Are you a Domicile of Harayana, mark yes or no option carefully.
Whether you had Hindi/Sanskrit, you have to mention this.
Which means whether you
learnt Hindi/Sanskrit till your 10th Standard.
Then, fill your category - General/OBC/
SC/ST. After this fill in your Caste and Religion.
After proceeding further
Mention about Physical Handicap, Ex-servicemen,
or from sports category,
you have to fill all this carefully.
After this you have to mention about Social Economic Criteria.
Fill the Socio Economic Criteria carefully.
Mark the Yes or No section.
Read the Disclaimer carefully
tick mark there and
and click on Save and Proceed button.
As you go on Education Qualification
you have to enter your Education Qualification correctly.
If you are 10th Class Pass
then add in front of 10th.
If you are Graduate, then you can click in front of this.
We are adding in front of 10th Class Pass.
You have to mention from where you have completed your 10th Standard.
Like India, State,
what is the specialization
what is the Certifying body, school name,
what is the medium of school.
Then, you have to
give the Matriculation number of 10th Standard.
You have to enter this as well.
Also mention your marks or
grades or percentage in the 10th Standard.
Sit with your 10th Standard marksheet and
carefully fill all the information.
You have to enter the month and year of Passing here.
Day, month and year
of passing on the Matriculation Certificate
read it carefully
sit with your Matriculation certificate while filling this form.
Now, click on Save
Scroll down and click on Save
Other than 10th Standard, If you are Graduate
or 12th Standard Pass
then you have to fill this information as well.
Do not only fill 10th Standard pass information
if you are Graduate or 12th Standard Passed
then you have to fill all this data as well in the same manner as 10th Standard.
This is similar to the above
the way you sat with 10th Standard marksheet
in the same manner sit with 12th Standard Marksheet
and Graduation Marksheet
and enter the data from this carefully
and proceed further.
Now you have entered your data about qaulifcation
Go further and click on Save and Proceed further
Now comes the Photograph and Signature upload part.
So you have to upload your Photograph and Signature
Keep in mind the size of Photograph
should be 100 kb
and Signature size should be 50 kb.
You will get the exact dimensions of Photograph and Signature on the site itself.
Carefully upload your Photograph and Signature.
Now, comes the turn of uploading documents
or your files
Your 10th Standard mark-sheet, 12th Standard mark-sheet,
and your caste certificates or
category certificates
or reservation certificates
or if you belong from sports category
then you have to upload the necessary documents.
Please check this carefully
which all documents you have to upload.
After this, click on declaration and
then click on Proceed.
Now we will arrive on the next step.
We have created our Profile
we have filled all of our personal details
Go on view Profile
Print Declaration
and will take a print out of declaration form
and upload the same.
First Download the declaration form
Fill it and upload it
Now we have to click on Apply to Post
for which post we are applying
we have to mark that post.
Now we will proceed towards Post
Read the instructions carefully
Post Preference Order you will get on Official Notifiation
you have to fill according to
the post preference order. As you can see
you are getting here the Post Preference Order
Post and Category
details are all mentioned in the PDF.
Go on the PDF
fill in the category as per your preference.
Do remember that this selection is based on
Merit and Preference Basis
So, if you have not given your preference and you are selected on merit basis
you will any Post.
So, do remember to fill the preference order properly.
Fill in the Preference order carefully.
You have to give preference order
for minimum of 15 posts
After selection
choose your Post Preference
accordingly.
Place it first and then keep the last one as your 15th Preference
You have to fill in minimum 15 preferences
and also type your password again.
Do Remember your Password as you need to fill in again.
Once done, Save and Lock your Preference.
Now, we will mark the Department Preference

Now we will fill in the Department Preference

You have to fill in 15 Department Preferences
The first Preference must be at the top of the list
and the least one at the bottom of the list.
Fill in this section carefully.
Just few more steps are remaining
which we have to fill in. After this our form would be submitted.
Some few last steps about the Department Preference
we have to fill in, after this
we need to pay the Application Fees, and finally our form will be submitted.
So fill in the Departments and Posts Carefully.
Do some research
as to which Department and Posts you want to give
Preference.
Now, again you have to give
your login and password.
Save and Lock your Department Preference
Now, let's proceed further
towards Make Payment
Payment fees is Rs. 100/-
So, we will proceed to make payment
and select your payment medium
Online or Challan mode. We will fill through Online mode
You are given with Payment Gateways
So you need to pay your fees online
As soon as you are done with your online payment.
Click on Proceed
and your form will be completed.
