9 Wonderful Health Benefits of Black Pepper.

Black pepper contains many nutrients and has diverse health benefits.

It has antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties.

It promotes digestion. It might help fight germs. It relieves coughs and cold.

It contributes to clear skin. It might have the ability to fight cancer.

Piperine in black pepper acts as antidepressant.

Piperine in black pepper treats rheumatic diseases.

Although it helps stimulate appetite, it also helps to lose weight at the same time.

Piperine in black pepper stimulates rapid absorption of food nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract.

Even though black pepper has a long shelf life, always use it before expiration date,

because it will start to lose effectiveness over time and will not flavor food as intended.

It is better to use a grinder as the whole black peppercorn holds the flavor for a longer time and is more effective.

To retain flavor, store in a tight container in a cool dark cupboard.

Hela Set To RETURN REVEALED? SHOCK Revenge On Thanos In Avengers 4! Hela Scene Explained - Duration: 6:48.

what I mean you know you never actually

saw her die

you just saw her go down in a giant ball

of flames yes look there was good Forks

pretty dead

that looks pretty dead he's a way back

there's always way back but I'm sure

there's always a way forward who knows I

just want to see you wear that hat again

that was badass yeah I never say no to

anything figure the costume we could you

could splice together between those two

you never know though the kid that bit

of the two evils might turn out to be a

kind just as a rebellion you know and I

mean that's this this Chris Kyle

McLaughlin plays it like a terrifying

baddie bad warlock in this and it's all

about how magic can be used for good or

for evil and when someone is you know

hasn't processed their pain they they're

good magic can very quickly turn turn

evil well I said maybe brother maybe

Helen could at Helens Pella

Helen the the baddie Helen is not a

great it's not a great name for a band

Helen Helen hello but hello could maybe

I'd maybe turn you nice

what is good youtube Warstu here with a

video on Avengers 4 so during an

interview with Cate Blanchett and Jack

Black when they were talking about the

house with the clock on its walls which

debuted its world premiere in London

last week I believe it was it was a very

interesting interview with fandom and

obviously Heller played by Cate

Blanchett when they asked her about

Heller now I played the video clip

before this and it's interesting because

they said well you never actually saw

her die you just saw her go into a giant

ball of flame then Blanchett said that

Heller looks pretty dead but is open to

a resurrection of sorts she added

there's always a way back but I'm pretty

sure there's a way forward who knows

sure I never say no to anything

so it's interesting so she said she

would actually return which is very

interesting and very good because Heller

was such a cool character in obviously

Thor 3 that didn't really get explored

that much she was kind of there and

disappeared so if your news channel guys

make sure subscribe I do Marvel videos

all week long so about a week ago I made

a theory saying that Heller is going to

be in hell and Thor is going to go down

there to ask her to help resurrect Loki

if Loki's in there to help him get him

out of hell because they need Loki's

helps take out panels so this is kind of

backs up the theory that she could

actually return and we don't know if she

actually did shoot extensive scenes that

didn't actually get put into infinity

war or Avengers 4 because they can

secretly film anything whilst they are

filming these movies so what's

interesting is most people seem to get

confused and think that Heller is the

MCS version of death now I don't really

think this is gonna happen because if

this was gonna happen it would have

happened already so I don't think that's

the route they are going to go down but

the fact that we are going to have

time-travel in this movie via the kind

of quantum realm and time vortex I could

see there could be a way how she does

return the most interesting way for me

would be the theories true that Thor

goes down to hell and she's obviously if

there

and that is how she returns but what's

more interesting is she'd ass asked a

question asked if she would like to team

up with fan oz who falls in love with

the goddess of death in the comics

balancer said certainly didn't say no

she said that would be good whoever she

teased it would not be nice for the

Avengers of course one possibility is

that Blanchett is playing coy and hella

will return in Avengers 4 so obviously

if she's contracted to be in the movie

she could actually be attending the

reshoot in Atlanta we don't know she's

obviously not allowed to say anything so

I think we could see her in Avengers 4

realistically I hope it happens because

she's so cool I think it's a character

they could explore because comic book

logic says if you didn't see a dead body

you didn't see a dead body we just seen

as God blow up and that was it obviously

did she teleport no most likely not but

we didn't see a body we've seen all

those dead bodies floating in space just

outside whereas God was but we didn't

actually get to see a dead body

did we so comic book logic says she's

still alive I would love to see an

Avengers war would you guys want to see

a town team up with Thanos and she could

be like the MTU version of death but I

really hope they just keep us hella

because the heritage of the story that

we were learnt in in Thor 3 was kind of

interesting that Odin bassy chapter in

hell and as long as Odin was alive he

couldn't actually come out but it would

be interesting to see her come out and

help thought resurrect Loki and take out

funest

but Cena forgot people like Captain

Marvel etc I can't really see hella

being key to defeating planus but maybe

she can manipulate phallus into thinking

that they are going to be together or

have a coy spin on the death storyline I

mean there's been certain hint they're

in here in the MCU but I don't think

death will be a character that is

explored at the moment especially not

with the hella character so guys let me

know in the comments down below

do you think he'll is gonna return to

help resurrect Loki the fan favorite

because it is true Tom Hiddleston pretty

much is everyone's a fan favorite for

the MTU he's a villain but everyone

thinks he's an antihero everyone loves

him it would be cool if we could get

more Heller and Loki scenes I mean they

look like they're related they walk they

look more related than Thor and

obviously Loki do I mean there's lots of

memes on Instagram comparing how hella

and obviously Loki look like they're

related and thought and Loki don't look

anything it like anyway guys let me know

in the comment on below would you love

to see Cate Blanchett's version of hello

reappear in the MTU if not and Avengers

fought at some time in phase 4 that

could be interesting if they did in

another if they did another Thor movie

like Thor 4 she could like just being

hell because if either going to comic

book accuracy she would go to hell in

theory so guys let me know everything

you think down below and I will catch

you in another video very soon catch ya

later

And I will try to give you my best.

My best triggers.

All my love.

And I want to start by

Touching your face and your ears.

If you don't mind. If I will touch you by my fingers.

And I want

caress

your

your left

I want to just be very, very close to your ear.

Also I really like your smell.

I love your perfume.

Let me also touch your right ear.

If you don't mind, let me smell your perfume.

Behind your ear.

I know you apply it in your ears.

I want to go to your left ear.

closer and closer, and closer..

And on that side.

And here.

If you don't mind, just..

okay

I took my windscreens.

I call them Мохнатки (Mohnatki) in Russian.

Мохнатки (Mohnatki)

And it's so

So gentle. I really like it.

And I hope maybe you will enjoy it.

I will put it on my hand.

Like gloves.

Now it's like..

They're like kitty.

Nevermind

I will just touch your face.

Like this.

Like this.

And of course I need to test your ears.

And I will touch.

Touch your right ear.

And a little bit inside.

Here if you don't mind.

okay

So let's continue with that ear.

And a little bit inside again.

Come to me.

Come to me please.

I know you love her.

And she loves you too.

Big Mama!

Knows how to relax you.

And today she will help me.

Give you some pleasure.

To give you some pleasure.

Of course we will

caress your face.

Your face.

And

And your ears.

Of course your ears.

okay

On the top.

On the top.

And on that side.

You have so pretty ears.

I really love it.

I don't want to make you shy too much.

I know you're already shy.

Perfect

Actually I don't know.

Do you love my massager?

Or not?

But I already bought it so..

We will use it in asmr.

I'm sorry.

But I love sometimes.

To massage

My face like this.

So maybe you will enjoy it too tonight.

At least, let's try.

So just let me massage your forehead.

Yes

Like this.

Your cheeks.

Your cheeks.

Your jaw.

And your soft neck.

It's very gentle massager.

So it's lotion time.

Of course today I have to apply lotion.

On your face.

And maybe not only on your face.

Let's start.

Just let me apply it between my hands.

Perfect

Apply some lotion on your pretty face.

This side too.

You have so pretty face.

I really love it.

Love

Love

I hope today you had pleasure with me.

And of course. I want to see you again and again and again.

More and more, and more.

So I hope you enjoyed that experience.

I hope to see you again very soon.

Please don't leave me.

Never!

So thank you for being with me.

I love you <3

ROME - Luxury Travel Guide by Alux.com - Duration: 5:47.

Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world

and that's why it's filled with tourists..

..a lot of them!

This is our take on a short trip to Rome.

Waking up early you have the entire city for yourself

so you can take it all in

You get to enjoy everything with none of the downside of being a tourist

It's like you're part of a Select Club

where for a couple of hours

you have the entire city of Rome as your personal playground.

By the time your average tourist wakes up

you're already having coffee with a front-row seat

to any of the famous landmarks

Don't worry about paying a premium on whatever you're getting..

enjoying your cappuccino in Piazza Navona is worth every Euro

Once the city gets overtaken by tourists

we choose to escape it.

20 minutes outside of Rome

there's the little town of Frascati

I'm here to drink some wine

eat some food and talk about life

with someone who's passionate about what they do

Meet Alfredo!

a 9th generation winemaker

We try to give an additional, special note, to the tradition

We want people to come here and relax.

It's good for people coming to enjoy the wine and enjoy the traditional tastes of our land

After tour of the winery, we met the chef

after cooking for 10 years in France

most notably for the last two presidents

Chef Luigi decided it was time to get back to his origins

so he came back to his hometown

we're joined by their childhood friend

Eduardo, who just so happens to be a maestro pianist

We drink wine

we talk about the past we talk about the future

and how life has a way of bringing people together

Italy is about its heritage as much as it is about its people

we encourage you to get to know both!

It's time to get back to Rome

the great folks at RomeToursConnections.com

provided us with a brand new 2018 Mercedes S-Class

they have an entire fleet of luxury cars and experiences

lined up for those looking for that extra touch

we also got to know our driver, Marco

who shared stories about racing Ferraris when he was younger

if you have one day in Rome

forget about the emails and just live

Because life happens to you while you're looking down at the screen!

so make the most of it!

Rome's the type of city that is overcrowded with opportunity

it's like a living museum combined with an amusement park for your senses

Yes, go to the main attractions, but don't be scared to go outside your comfort zone

You'll be amazed by the trasures you'll find and the people you'll meet!

by the way, this is the most popular ice-cream joint in Rome

because it's such an international City,

it's roaming with events

I mean.. who wouldn't want to see jay-z and Beyonce perform live

so we did that!

Before we leave we gotta do one last thing:

there's no way I'm living Rome without eating some PIZZA

we're going to my favorite spot in the city: Baffetto's

it's not high-end

it doesn't look fancy

but they make one hell of a roman pizza

Rome is not something you're gonna check off a list

You're not supposed to ''visit'' Rome

You have to experience it!

..to learn its story and make it part of your own!

as an outro, here's a pigeon on a statue!

Top 10 Famous Child Celebrities Who Went To Prison - Duration: 5:56.

How's it going all of you most amazing top teners?

I'm your host Landon Dowlatsingh and welcome back to another most amazing video.

Before we get started I want to know, what is your biggest regret in life?

Let me know your answers down in the comment box.

It almost seems inevitable, that if you become famous, you will most likely have a run in

with the law.

It's hard growing up in the limelight with paparazzi always following you or having to

deal with the pressures of growing up in front of the camera.

So here are the top 10 famous child celebrities who went to prison.

Staring us off in at number 10 with Gary Coleman.

He played on the television show Different strokes as Arnold Jackson.

He made this phrase extremely popular.

Well after his childhood acting career, he struggled a lot with money and his relationships.

In 1998 he was charged with assault and then in 2010 he was arrested on a warrant for domestic

violence.

Shia LaBeouf creeps into number 9.

He became very popular with the younger audiences for his role as Louis Stevens in the popular

Disney channel series, Even Stevens.

Since then, Shia LaBeouf has become increasingly more famous and successful when he moved on

to working in the film industry.

However, fame took its toll on this young actor because now he has quite a rap sheet.

In July 2008, he was arrested for drinking and driving, in 2015 he was arrested for public

intoxication and one time he tried to stab his neighbor and he had to spend two days

in jail.

In at number 8 we have Jake Lloyd.

He is known for playing young Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and for playing

Jamie Langston in Jingle All the Way.

He decided to retire from acting in 2001 due to extreme bullying at school and as a result,

he got rid of all of his memorabilia associated with Star Wars.

Fast forward a few years to July 2015 when Jake Lloyd got arrested for reckless driving,

driving without a license and resisting arrest.

What would Turbo Man think about your mistakes?

He was moved from jail into a psychiatric facility after he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Brian Bonsall sneaks into number 7.

He starred in the Disney movie Blank Check, Family Ties and Star Trek: The next Generation.

But he hasn't acted since 1994 because he has had some run ins with the law.

Brian was arrested in 2001 and 2004 for driving while under the influence and he was charged

for second-degree assault against his girlfriend in 2007.

Sounds like Brian might need an intervention.

Mitchel Musso makes an appearance in at number 6.

He is an American actor, musician and singer but he is best known for his role as Oliver

in Hannah Montana.

Well he found himself in trouble with the law back in October 2011 when he was charged

with a DUI suspicion.

He failed a breathalyzer test and a field sobriety exam.

His bail was set at $5000 but he was released because he didn't have any other outstanding

warrants.

Because of his run in with the law, many of his upcoming projects were cancelled or he

was written out of the script.

Number 5 brings us to Haley Joel Osment.

He rose to fame after he appeared in the thriller The Sixth Sense.

After that, Haley landed a bunch of leading roles in successful films such as A.I Artificial

Intelligence and Pay It Forward.

However, back in 2006 he was charged with drinking and driving as well as marijuana

possession.

Instead of seeing dead people, he probably saw double of everything while he was driving

drunk.

Dustin Diamond comes into number 4.

Remember him?

He played Samuel Screech Powers from Saved By The Bell.

I think ever since that show got cancelled, his life has been in a downward spiral.

In 2006, he directed and released his own sex tape titled Screeched- Saved by the Smell.

And no, I'm not making this up.

And in December 2014, he was arrested for possession of a switchblade knife which he

pulled out during a bar fight where a man was stabbed.

Because of this, he was sentenced to four months in prison where he only served three

and was released on probation.

Orlando Brown makes it into number 3.

Eddie from "That's So Raven" was arrested for drug possession and a DUI in 2008.

He got another DUI in 2011 and he was arrested again in 2012.

More recently, in 2016 he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor, domestic battery,

obstruction of justice, drug possession with intent to sell and having contraband in jail.

It seems like he has more criminal charges on his record than acting jobs.

In at number 2 we have Lindsay Lohan.

When she was young, she became famous and successful very quickly.

But she also spiraled out of control because her fame got to her head.

She was arrested a few times from 2007-2012 for multiple DUIs and violating her probation.

She spent some time in a few different rehab centers and now she's trying to get her

life back on track.

Finally in at number 1 is Macaulay Culkin.

He became insanely famous for his role as Kevin McCallister in the Christmas movie,

Home Alone.

He was once known as the most successful child actor since Shirley Temple but I guess all

of the fame got to him because on September 17, 2004, he was arrested in Oklahoma City

for possession of marijuana and two controlled substances.

He was briefly jailed and then released on a $4000 bail.

Well there you guys have it

MAKE PASTA 🍝 easy, tasty, quick. - Duration: 1:17.

Do you like pasta? Well, if you do,

then here's a summer pasta recipe for you!

Boil some water in a frying pan and add the pasta to it when it's boiling.

Give it a minute to boil again and add some salt to it.

When the pasta is done, drain it and pour it all out into a deep plate.

Get some hummus and scoop some of it onto the pasta. Stir it up!

Add some freshly chopped purple onions, cucumber,

tomatoes and basil to it.

Then add some soy sauce and ground-up flax seeds,

and some wholesome olive oil

and top it all off with some peanuts and presto.

Enjoy my friends!

Como Aprender Inglês De Sozinho E De Graça - Duration: 16:51.

Hello! Today's video is gonna be in English and I'm gonna teach you how you can learn English by yourself.

So,

To tell you how you can learn English by yourself

I'm first gonna tell you how I learned English. And why am I gonna tell you how I learned English?

Because I've learned

Most of what I know about English by myself.

I had no other teacher teaching me for a very long period of my life.

So I started learning English when I was like 11 or 12. I'm 31 now, so it's been a while and

I've started by translating Alanis Morissette's songs

because I was a

Super fan of hers. And as you have seen I'm old and

By being old, the internet was and what the internet is today, you know, so what happened?

I've started translating the songs because I couldn't find any

reliable translation and I really wanted to know what the songs were talking about. And

By doing that I've learned

lots of English, I mean lots!

Because after that, I got into a school and

I got into the upper intermediate stage already

So it was pretty awesome for me, because I've saved my my father some bucks, you know

Other than that, like, I mean, I saved time and etc. And then I went on and became a teacher when I was 17.

So it's

been a, been a very nice while that I know, and speak, and

learn, and teach English

and

What can I tell you by my experience on how you can learn English better by yourself without

Spending lots and lots and lots and lots of money?

So, first step is: you need to be

Virtually surrounded by English. What do I mean by being virtually surrounded by English? The more

Contact you have with English the better. And why is that? Because this way your brain gets used

To English, to the sounds of English, and all this kind of stuff. That is very

important, like, I mean, very

important for you to learn.

So

How do you surround yourself with English? First of all, you

Change your cell phone to English, change your computer to English if you can, change

like every interface possible to English, like for real and

When you have fun, have fun in English: watch movies in English, watch

Series in English, watch

YouTube in English

I don't know if you know but down there. There is a CC button that I hope you have clicked here

Because if you're learning English, you're pretty I - I don't think you you can understand what I'm saying

Like maybe one word here one word there, but not really the whole idea

So, if you haven't turned to closed captions on please do it now, because the captions are in Portuguese

So, and you can do that to pretty much

any video in English that there is on YouTube and

Why is that?

Why is that important? Why is that interesting?

Because what happens: YouTube has this

amazing feature that

Like, I don't know what magic Google did there, you know?

But they like - the audio input

something gets whatever people say in their videos and

they transform it into text and it's

Getting better and better, you know, like a couple of years ago it wasn't so good. But now it's like amazing

so you have the whole YouTube as

Material for you to study and how do you study? You check the captions,

You check the audio, you check the words you don't know on the dictionary,

you know, you do all this kind of stuff and the more

Contact you have the better.

Always!

Nowadays, your life is easier than mine was because I had to be keeping

Translating songs forever and ever. I mean like there wasn't

any other

Thing. I mean probably there was but I was young, and I didn't know so there you know

There wasn't as much material as there is now because the internet got this, you know,

Like, got huge and got amazing. And nowadays you can learn using your cell phone

I've lost my cell phone and on my cell phone is here

You can learn using your cell phone. Probably the device you're watching this video right now

You can study using your your cell phone and

You can study using YouTube. Another amazing thing for you to learn English is TED

I don't know if you know TED, but if you don't you should because TED is amazing. TED is this

Amazing conference. I don't know if I can call it a conference, but it's something like that

where many people go there and they talk about their fields so

There are people talking about engineering. There are people talking about science. There are people talking about

Medical stuff, you know, like, there

Probably is

Something you like in there. And why is it important to be something you like?

because if it's not something you like you're going to be bored and

learning and

Boredom don't match. I mean they do because teachers make it boring

But it doesn't need to be. This is my point. When you study a language

if you do that with

some

Subject that you already like, that you already have interest

It's going to be so much fun!

I mean for real, it's going to be super fun because you're not going to be learning only one thing

You know, you're not going to learn only English. You're going to learn English and

whatever that thing is that you're studying

So it's amazing because, like, you get the time to study one thing and your study two! And you know

It's great! I

Still really like to study with music. So for, example nowadays,

I keep my English, my conversational English,

By talking to people of course, but also by singing along with the songs, you know

Because it helps the motor part of my mouth

To be in contact with those movements that I need to make. So it's really, really nice.

Another thing that you can do is

Use apps on your cell phone. What kind of apps? You've probably heard about Duolingo, Duolingo

Is this really nice app that will teach you the basics of lots of languages, but this is the problem about Duolingo

it's the basics and

their

Microphone thingy to - So you can study the pronunciation and

you can practice the pronunciation is not that good

I mean because you need to speak exactly what they want and

You've been listening to my English for quite some time now and my pronunciation is okay, right? So

Even with my pronunciation being okay

I've tried Duolingo, and many times Duolingo didn't get my

Pronunciation. Even though I knew what I was saying was right. So the thing is

It's nice

You can keep in contact with the language, you can learn new things about the language

But it's not

Everything that you need. Another really nice app

that is very similar to Duolingo is Memrise. Memrise is

Usually free, but if you want some extra features, you can buy it like for five dollars a month

it's not that expensive but

The idea is to do it for free. So let's keep on the free side

Memrise is a little better than Duolingo in my experience

And why do I say that? because I've started taking Swedish in Memrise

And Swedish is a very interesting language

But at the same time it's very complicated to actually learn without a teacher. So

Memrise has helped me a little, but it doesn't really have, I don't know for English,

but for Swedish it didn't have so much grammar explanation and

explanations are important for you to understand why one thing is one way and not the other way and

Yeah, so it's kind of bad

But at the same time it's okay because when you've learned your language,

whatever language you speak, you didn't

Really

learn

With somebody saying "hey, so this happens because of this"

I mean you've got that when you went to school

but I don't know here in Brazil we go like we start learning how to write and to read

when we're six or seven and

Like, but up to then you spoke Portuguese, right? And nobody told you

"Oh, This is a verb you need to use this verb this way" the problem by doing things by yourself is

Like you are gonna need more time

why because what is the role of a teacher? The teacher should

Guide you. Tell you "hey, go this way, go that way", you know?

Because I

have made mistakes and

I can help you not to make the same mistakes that I made, you know?

So this is the thing about having a teacher: you save time.

but teachers cost money because you know, they have their time, their expertise, their

They've studied a lot to become teachers. actually some of them because yeah, you know what I'm talking about.

So,

it's like

You're gonna need to understand some concepts of grammar because English is not only Portuguese

Translated to some new words, you know? Like, it's not it's not the same structure,

it's not the same thinking, everything is different when you learn a new language and

so

The apps won't help you with the grammar. What will?

Great, there are lots and lots of websites with grammar and stuff. But there is one that I want to tell you about.

It's

BBC Learning English. It's from BBC the

network from England and

they have a pretty decent course about

English there, with expressions, grammar and all this kind of thing that is very important. So

let's review: we have

songs, movies,

Series, etc

We have TED, TED is awesome. So if you want to study by TED, don't use the

channel that they have here on YouTube. Go to their website because there they have

lots of features and lots of

tools that will help you, like, that really will help you to

Understand pronunciation, to understand linking sounds and all this kind of things

so

The

You can have all of this there, just for you to grab

but you will not learn if you don't do one thing. And this thing is very, very,

Very important. I can not stress

How Important this is. It's important

To

keep

frequency

What? Keep frequency what is that?

So, it's important for you to be in contact with the language as long as you can

It doesn't matter what you do, try to do the thing in English, you know?

Some people say like, "oh you can, you know,

Label the stuff in your house. So whoa, this is a mug. This is a monitor. This is a

Mouse" Like yeah, you can, but I don't know. It doesn't work for me, if it works for you great! Do that.

It's enough. It's a very nice way to learn vocabulary

But for me

it doesn't work because I stopped looking at the things, you know? I stop looking at what's written so I

Just don't

Get the word anymore

Another really nice way for you to learn how to speak a language is to actually talk to

Native, you know talk to a foreigner talk, to somebody who isn't Brazilian or Portuguese and why?

Because

Talking is important because it's a language you don't write you speak a language,

right?

Every language has started by speaking, not by writing and

Speaking is actually the most important thing about a language in my opinion.

Okay. So in my opinion we'll have speaking

listening and

Reading and writing. Like, this order. and why this order?

Because with writing you always, you know,

Like nowadays who writes on a paper? I don't even have papers in my house, you know, so

Every time that I write in English other than when I'm teaching I have

spellcheck

So I don't need to care about the spelling of words. And you're gonna have spellcheck everywhere

You can have a special keyboard on your phone that has

spellcheck in two different languages at the same time

That's what I use. If you don't know that and if you want to know which keyboard I use leave a comment below

Asking me that I'll answer you. Okay?

So, other than having everything in English, you can talk to foreigners and "oh,

but, Jo,

I don't know any foreigners for me to talk with! How am I gonna talk to foreigners, if I don't know foreigners?"

So, I thought you might say that and

I

Got some really nice website for you to try out

It's called Hellolingo, all the links of everything that I'm saying is gonna be down there on the description,

And on Hellolingo, it's, like, free, you can talk to foreigners who want to learn Portuguese

and that's really nice, because, you know,

They can help you and you can help them. One person helps another person. Everybody gets happy. Yay!

So this is the idea, you know

Like the more contact you have with the language,

The more contact you have with anything that you want to learn,

The better it will be for you

Like it's simple as that. To be a good speaker, to be a good listener to be a good

Whatever, you need to have contact with whatever that is that you want to learn. So, how did I become

Such a nice English speaker?

Well, by practicing.

there's really no other way and I've practiced the most I could and I still

Do. This is the thing

practice, practice, practice.

Contact, contact, contact.

The more contact you have, the more practice

you have, the better your English will be. So don't forget to like, subscribe and

Comment if you have any doubt or if you want to know the keyboard that I told you about.

See ya!

A DAY WITH A TATTOO ARTIST - And My First Tattoo - Duration: 8:04.

Alrighty, ready? Yeah!

Doing it.

Hey, what's up guys! So we are at Stacy's house.

We are going to have a small interview with her.

And then we will go to her shop.

Let's go see, let's go meet her

Was it always a dream to be a tattoo artist

or did you want it to be something else when you were a kid?

Um I mean I always wanted to be an artist but tattooing didn't really...

that wasn't popular yet when I was younger.

To think oh that's something that people do.

So it happened probably later on

when it became kind of more of the cool

thing in like in the 2000s when people were getting tribal and piercings.

Why did you decide to become a tattoo artist?

Um I was always interested once

tattooing kind of came to the forefront

I was always getting the magazines and everything

I kind of fell into it really because when I was thinking about it

you know in my 20s I was already

working full time and paying bills and stuff

and it wasn't common for females

and I heard some horror stories about

trying to start off as a female so it

was kind of in my 30s offered to me by

my boss because he knew I was an artist

and needed reliable people so I kind of

just became a reality

So how do you become a tattoo artist

because I'm sure you don't start right

away to draw on people? No you have an

apprenticeship and that's pretty much

based off of what you know your mentor

decides how long. A lot of people will

spend at least two years in a shop kind

of just watching learning cross-contamination and cleaning up

after your mentors and before you even

pick up a machine a lot of drawing over and over and over again

How is it like the first time that your

mentor is telling you hey you are going to do

your first tatto today? It's scary

a lot of times you know your first

tattoos on yourself however I lucked out

and did my first tattoo on my husband

who is already covered. So it was like if it looks like crap you can just cover it with the othe ones

It took forever to do the smallest little outline on him

Do you ever feel pressured

when you do a tattoo on somebody like if you

missed it or something like that

I have never had like a full-on oops moment on

anybody but you're always your own

worst critic so no matter what if you

ask you know a tattooist for their

honest opinions on how they felt like a

certain piece a lot of times they'll be

like well I really like it but I could

have done this but you know other people

don't notice that.

What is the most surprising element you discover working with people

as a tattoo artist

they'll tell you anything.

I've had complete strangers telling me the

strangest things about themselves

because I don't know if they think it

helps the tattoo when it has nothing to

do with their tattoos oh yeah it's weird

I think it's because of those TV shows

where they feel like they have to tell

you their story because otherwise it

would be a boring show but the rest of

us are like awkward

What would you say is the most important thing

for other inspiring tattoo artists to know?

I think there's two things that are

kind of completely different the main

thing is it is a lot of work like I said

draw you have to draw it's not tracing

like some people think it is and now

with internet and Google and Pinterest

people see other things and come up with

their own ideas it used to be when and

you pick something off of a wall some

people still do that but it's less

common so it's not just taking something

from a book and tracing it it's a lot of

extra work beyond that so drawing a lot

and it's gonna be a lot of work a lot of

self-promotion the other thing is don't

buy a kit off of Amazon and just start

tattooing your friends and bring them

into the shop and be like look what I

can do because it's not good it's not a

good thing it just go to a shop

ask questions you know start in a shop

As a customer what should I look for what

should I ask to make sure that I choose

the correct tattoo artist for me?

The main thing is if they're something like you

know a specialty you're looking for is

to search for the type of images for

things like text you just

want to know that the person

doing it for a while you know feel free

to ask about sterilization techniques

how long people have been doing it how

long the shops been there it's also best

to ask other people that have a lot of

tattoos where they go to a lot because

obviously you can see how they look

later and healed and stuff yeah the main

things you want to know is you know are

they trained and cross-contamination

sterilization techniques that they

change things out and between tattoos I

had a girl be like it's kind of a stupid

question but I've heard of people

recycling in the ink and we all were

like no

Thank you Stacy. I think we are good

My tolerance to pain is super low!

Good thing they have short names.

yeah I would think about it for the

third one out like three letters max

I get the tip and then I get a percentage of the total.

You get the bigger percentage

Slightly bigger yes

As opposed to doing like Booth fee

it's either booth rental or percentage

It works out either way.

Awesome!

Thank you so much! No problem! Thank you

nice meeting you bye bye!

A Story in the Making - August's Journey - Duration: 2:23.

So, a little bit about August,

he was born May 1st, 2014.

He's a little four year old adventurer that we have

he's a really good, sweet kid, he takes the better sides

of the both of his parents and kind of

just make this little lovable kid.

He was having some tummy aches at first and it

escalated to some leg pain.

He didn't want to sit up by himself or lay down by

himself we had to pretty much do

everything or walk and the high fever

just never went away.

We made an appointment to have him come in to Arkansas Children's Hospital

to get some more tests done and

whatnot, they drew blood, did a scan,

all kinds of stuff

And then by then end of the day

they told us he was showing signs and symptoms of having a

type of leukemia which they later on

diagnosed as ALL-B Type.

It all just kind of came at us real quick, but the

staff and Arkansas Children's and us, we were

ready to run with it like immediately.

They did a very good job of helping us

like quickly transition into treatment

but also in a manner to where we could

kind of keep up with what was going on.

We started some with treatments being

put in through his port on his chest

after he had it surgically implanted

oral medicine, some shot, recently, they

call it a road map it's changed every

month or two you know and it's anywhere

from just getting treatment here or

going home and getting treatment.

Our experience here has been phenomenal

the doctors are so informative and

knowledgeable, the nurse staff and

they've been so great with him and just

with us and asking us how we're doing

and you know like they really care about

their patients and the well-being of the

family as well.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

and it gives you a time to reflect

what it really means to be a family, what

it really means to be there for each other

and what it means to support each other

and it's it's a battle that will

definitely bring you closer and make you

look at things differently, put things in perspective.

He's gonna have a great story to tell when he gets older

you know when he really understands

what's what's been going on these few

years after he gets done with treatment

he's gonna have a story to tell and I'll

tell him "Hey, you did a lot more for us than you think."
