Hello everyone! It was another flight.

Today YMB bros will fly to Danang to shot vlog.

Long Ethan, Hoang Ha, Huy Do took an earlier flight.

It has nice color combination of black, purple, orange and gold

The god ability is the same as God Valkyrie which is "Bound Attack"

But with Strike God Chip installed, it would be more powerful and can burst other beyblade easily

Next the Mugen driver

It's quite heavy and will magnetize itself in the center

The Mugen driver only works with Right spin layers

Drain Fafnir and Legend Spriggan left spin mode etc. cannot be used

The stickers [1,2,3] on it states its level.

The higher the level, the harder to burst

At level 3, it's called Jashin Mode where Jashin means "evil god" refering to the purple black color of the layer

Strike God Chip can only be detached and attached by the included Metal God Chip tool.

First you attach the chip to the layer

Using the tool, spin the lock until you hear the click sound

Here you can see the level and choose which level you want

This part is the electronic part at the center where it automatically spin the beyblade

The On/Off switch. It require 3 AA batteries

It has two modes, Mugen Beyblade mode and Tornado mode

Currently the black plate is the Mugen mode

To change the plate, push here

Next we put the yellow plate for Tornado mode

In Tornado mode, allows Beyblades that goes into the center getting aggressively rotated by tornado plate

Mugen Beyblade mode, by using the black plate it allows the stadium to use the mugen driver

which magnetize itself in the center and spin until it is defeated by over finish and burst finish

Lastly, the stadium

It's quite big compared to the standard stadium

The first one is called Mao Shan Wang Cafe by Four Seasons Durian.

This is actually the first durian cafe in Singapore.

So we're at Mao Shan Wang Cafe.

This is the first dish, it is the Mao Shan Wang Delight.

So this is actually $15.80,

and like, damn big sia!

It's Mao Shan Wang durian soft serve

On top they have

mini marshmellow,

almond flakes,

and this is almond crispies.

There are brownies below also.

Actually, I'm curious as to how brownies will taste with durian.

I haven't tried brownies with durian before.

I really like the presentation.

When they first brought it out, there was so much dry ice!

Ok, let's go!

Mmmm!

It's so nice!

You can tell it's made from actual durian and not flavouring.

And it's really really creamy.

The almond crispy goes very well with the durian also.

This is damn nice, it tastes like a strudel.

We managed to get to the chocolate brownie,

so we're going to try the ice-cream with chocolate now.

They use dark chocolate

because the ice-cream is quite sweet

when you eat it with the chocolate brownie

it's a bit bitter.

I think it goes quite well together.

I feel, you won't get sian (bored) of it.

Not too jelak.

And it's not too over powering also.

Yeah!

This is the first dish, but I can safely say

if I come here again, I'll order this again.

Okay, so next we have the Durian Charcoal Pizza, this is $23.80.

It's on a charcoal base, and they put 100% Mao Shan Wang on top.

Oh my God!

The smell is damn intense!

It looks super good!

On our recent Taste Testers episode, we also tried durian pizza that was from Tinos.

This is slightly, from what I see, thinner.

I'm quite excited to try because it smells super good!

I want a piece with the most cheese.

The best way to eat pizza is to fold it.

So that your hands don't get dirty, and you can hold it like this.

Oh my God, so good!

The durian topping is really really creamy.

It's very very flavorful, it really packs a punch when you take your first bite.

Until now I still can't wrap my head around how durian and cheese goes well together.

It's so good! It's like a salty and sweet combination.

I have followed your method.

I think if you share with friends, it's very worth the money.

Yeah!

At most you'll eat 2 or 3 pieces of it.

This one I can imagine it can get quite jelak after a while.

When I think of a durian cafe, right.

I'll just think of maybe durian pizza, or the durian ice-cream.

But I wouldn't think of so many other varieties.

There's even french fries with durian sauce!

There's quite a good variety, I think you can honestly have a meal here.

Okay, we're at our second stop now, we're at Double Durian.

Not single, but double!

Double D's!

Good joke.

Double Durian is the actually first F&B place to be selling baked and grilled durian.

This is the same baked and grilled durian that went viral online

and we actually tried it on the previous episode of Taste Testers.

So today we're going to be trying their other durian based dishes as well.

They actually sell a lot of other western food items on the menu

They do have a lot of durian desserts and drinks as well so we're going to try it out.

For our first dish we have Durian Sticky rice.

This is $8.80

It looks very very worth it, the portion is very decent.

It sounds like a very natural combination.

Like, why wouldn't you try durian with sticky rice?

I feel it wouldn't taste weird at all.

I love the presentation.

It's on this durian shaped wooden plank.

10 out of 10 for aesthetics.

Wow! The sticky rice really xiao sticky!

So, basically what they did was they shaped the sticky rice first.

Then after that, each mound of sticky rice has an entire seed of durian

but they remove the seed for you, so that you don't have to get your hands dirty.

Okay, let's try!

It's quite good.

It's really good!

I really like this.

The durian is not overly sweet

because the rice is sweet on its own already.

So it's very important to use the right type of durian for this dish.

They're essentially using Mao Shan Wang Durian.

And I really like the rice, they actually said they bake it

for 5-10 mins.

The outside is a little bit crispy and the inside is still sticky.

Overall, everything goes together very very well.

So, next up we have the Double Durian Bomb and it's $7.80.

It's the first drink of the day.

How they make it is, it's quite interesting.

They put crushed ice,

then they put their own home made durian ice-cream,

followed by another table spoon of fresh durian meat.

So it's durian on durian and then they put a Pocky on top.

So cute.

And a mint leaf.

Actually, I'm quite impressed about how they serve all their food.

It looks super aesthetic.

Wow, shiok (delicious)!

Wow!

Very interesting because based on how it's made,

you would think that the flavour would be a bit too much.

But it's very refreshing.

There's not too much durian.

Do want something stronger?

Yes.

So this!

Is actually the normal version.

So it's actually much sweeter and stronger tasting.

You want to try it as compare to the one we're having now.

I feel like this one is

you really really love durian

and you haven't had durian for a very long time.

This would be the one for you!

I like that they give you the option.

Let's eat the flesh!

Oh, yeah.

There's actually a lot of flesh!

I feel like this is one whole seed.

This durian is good!

It tastes a bit sweeter than the one we had with the sticky rice.

After eating the flesh and you go back to drinking the smoothie itself

the smoothie is even lighter and even more refreshing.

I think I will buy this again

because even though there is ice, ice-cream and durian

It's still really easy to drink

and I think it's super refreshing.

So, actually for $7.80

to me this is super worth it!

You're getting the durian ice-cream and additional durian meat.

Okay, for the last dish for today we are back at dessert.

We're going to be trying the durian crepe cake.

So this is $7.20 per piece.

If you get the whole cake it's $78, that's 12 pieces.

Actually, I have never eaten crepe cakes before.

Oh, really?

I'm not a big fan of cakes because they always stuff it with a lot of cream.

Crepe cakes are quite different because it's a lot more dense

because it's just layer after layer of crepes.

So you won't have that full of cream taste that you usually get with sponge cake.

I can see that

with every layer there's always a thin layer of cream

followed by durian and then the crepe.

I'm quite curious to try what a durian crepe cake will taste like

because I never had a durian crepe cake before.

Actually, it's very satisfying to see all the layers.

I'm excited!

For someone who doesn't like cake,

I think this is really easy to eat!

It doesn't have that much cream and the durian taste is pretty light.

It's no too heavy on the palate.

What do you think?

Crepe cakes are quite hard to make,

I feel, because it can not be too nua (easy),

but at the same time it cannot be hard and dry.

So it's quite a hard balance to achieve.

So this one is leaning towards

the nua nua (easy) kind of texture, which I don't really like.

I guess if you want something more light, and not so heavy,

then you can give this a go.

But if you're looking for something that's really strong in durian flavour

really has a texture to it, then I would not recommend this.

But props to them, I think the idea of a durian crepe cake

is quite spot on.

Because I actually think that the durian flavor will go better with

crepe texture

than a sponge cake texture.

But it's ok, I'll eat it.

So today we went to Mao Shan Wang Cafe and Double Durian,

what was your favorite dish actually, Ali?

I think my favorite dish would be the Double Durian Smoothie from Double Durian.

It was so good!

I actually really like the Mao Shan Wang Delight from Mao Shan Wang Cafe.

Because to me the quality of the soft serve, right,

it is

easily on par with the kind of soft serve you can get in Japan.

Actually today I'm quite surprised that there are so many

varieties of durian dishes you can get.

It's quite surprising because you would think that

with something with such a strong flavor

like durian

that it cannot go with a lot of things,

but then today

really proved that theory wrong.

I think you all should just go and try the different dishes

because today we just touched on a few.
