Las declaraciones del gobernador Alejandro Murat sobre los grandes avances en la reconstrucción de viviendas, escuelas e infraestructura de salud en Oaxaca no corresponden a la realidad
Al contrario, su gobierno enfrenta bloqueos de carreteras, retenciones de funcionarios y denuncias de legisladores de oposición por no atender las necesidades de la población afectada
Peor aún, Murat negó la existencia del fondo para la reconstrucción aprobado en el Congreso local y publicado por su propio gobierno en el periódico del estado
JUCHITÁN, Oax. (Proceso).- El terremoto del 7 de septiembre de 2017 dejó a Juchitán sumido en un duelo colectivo y exhibió a las autoridades, ya que hasta la fecha los pueblos del Istmo de Tehuantepec siguen devastados, la gente vive entre escombros, bajo lonas y a merced de las promesas no cumplidas de reconstruir sus viviendas
A casi un año de la tragedia, las cifras optimistas de los gobiernos federal, estatal y municipal contrastan con la realidad, lo que ha llevado a protestas en las cuales los pobladores bloquean carreteras, retienen a funcionarios y toman la tribuna del Congreso local
El 23 de agosto pasado, el gobernador Alejandro Murat Hinojosa afirmó que más de 4 mil millones de pesos se canalizaron en tarjetas Bansefi para la reconstrucción de 60 mil viviendas afectadas por los sismos del 7, 19 y 23 de septiembre de 2017, que originaron más de 6 mil réplicas
Detalló que el saldo total asciende a 82 muertos y "de 180 mil a 250 mil familias afectadas", así como daños en 600 edificios catalogados por el Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia, 6 mil escuelas y 12 mercados
"Dividimos el caso en tres etapas –explicó el mandatario–: la primera fue la crisis humanitaria para asegurar vidas, porque tenemos un mes para mover escombros y asegurar a la gente en un albergue y su alimentación
Se entregaron 2.2 millones de despensas y 2.2 millones de litros de agua sólo en la etapa de crisis
Salían más de 108 camiones todas las mañanas del aeropuerto militar de Ixtepec y 80 vuelos diarios"
Destacó que el presidente Enrique Peña Nieto ordenó a su gabinete trasladarse al Istmo de Tehuantepec, por lo que "llegaron más de 10 mil funcionarios del gobierno federal, 5 mil de Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional y 5 mil de las diferentes áreas de gobierno"
La siguiente fase se concentró en atender a 600 mil habitantes de los 41 municipios afectados
A decir de Murat, "la segunda etapa tiene que ver con la reconstrucción. Se hizo un censo en una semana; había 63 mil viviendas afectadas
Una tercera parte de las viviendas que tiene ubicadas el Inegi fueron afectadas: más de 20 mil con daño total y de 180 mil a 240 mil familias afectadas"
Después las autoridades distribuyeron "apoyos de entre 30 mil y 130 mil pesos, (dependiendo) si era pérdida parcial o total, y se entregaron 4 mil millones de pesos con tarjetas de Bansefi con nombre y apellido", puntualizó el gobernador
Además informó que se canalizaron 600 millones de pesos al hospital de Juchitán, en tanto que "tuvimos 6 mil escuelas fracturadas
Ya el universo está en 800, que ya tienen financiamiento y esperamos que en tres o cuatro meses tengamos la totalidad
