Hello.
It has been long since my last Korean video.
I have been investing lots of time on making travel videos.
It seems that my editing skill has not improved much.
So I really think that all the travelers
creating travel contents while traveling are truly amazing.
I really respect them.
It has been two months staying in Goa.
We have had wonderful time housesitting for two months here.
Jordi and I really love cats so with them
we had time to do some stuff that we had been missing while traveling.
For example, watching movies or cooking.
It was really good opportunity to recharge our energy.
Before leaving Goa,
I would like to introduce 4 best Goan dishes.
When we were staying in Goa, it rained a lot since it was during monsoon season.
So we did not explore that much but I think we tried almost all the must-try dishes here.

First one is Fish Thali.
Thali is like a set meal.
It is served on a silver plate (banana leaves in South India) and comes with 3 or 4 curries,
seasoned vegetables,
pickles and even dessert. Goa is famous for its seafood
so Fish Thali is popular as well. When you order Fish Thali, you will have fried fish in the middle and
fish curries, well, I think it depends on the restaurants.
Once it came with crab curry and
that was really nice. So you will have seafood curries and
the Goan Curried Clam which we love so much.
It is so delicious. I searched on the internet to check how to make it and
They use coconut. Coconut, hot chily and other spices.
So good. If you come to Goa, we must try it.
Second must-try Goan dish is Chorizo Pulao.
It is like fried rice with sausage. Actually I am not a fan of sausage.
But we heard Goan sausage is very popular
so we gave it a shot. It was so good.
Just one bite satisfied me with full of aromas from the spices and the chewy texture of the sausage
and it is spicy. I really love spicy food.
It is amazing.
Oh my god.
The third dish is
Ak
Ak
Ak
Chicken Cafreal. It is very very very very very very delicious.
The sauce is amazing. The color of the sauce is dark green so
It did not appeal to me much at the beginning. (my personal opinion)
But it is so addictive. It is made of lots of coriander and
other spices.
We just fell in love with it first time we ate it and we bought the sauce package at the supermarket
and cooked it by ourselves. You can easily cook it at home with the sauce.
When you order Chicken Cafreal in the restaurant, it comes with lemon.
Squeeze the lemon and spread over the dish. It tastes much better.
The forth must-try Goan dish is Chicken Xacuti.
This is also one of Goan specialties.
The Xacuti sauce is also made of coconut.
Shredded coconut and masala sauce. The combination of sweetness and spiciness is
so amazing.

I highly recommend this dish.
You will regret if you do not try this.
