voy a comentar es aplicable a cualquier

sector la digitalización a día de hoy de

las bodegas españolas podríamos

catalogar la como extremadamente pobre y

estamos hablando de que existen algo más

de 4.000 bodegas de vino este dato es la

conclusión del reciente estudio sobre el

comportamiento digital de las bodegas en

españa' realizado por la agencia de

marketing rock una de las conclusiones

que ha obtenido este estudio es que sólo

el 20 por ciento de las bodegas

españolas llegan a 10 mil visitas al mes

dentro de su página web un dato que es

totalmente ridículo cuando analizas el

volumen de búsquedas en internet que se

realizan con términos relacionados con

el mundo del vino lo que pone de

manifiesto la gran oportunidad que

tienen a día de hoy las bodegas para

adelantar a su competencia si son

capaces de establecer un efectivo plan

digitalización de su bodega es más sigo

sin entender cómo la mayor parte de

ellas no se han preocupado de ello

todavía supongo que las razones por qué

desconocen la cantidad de ventas que les

está haciendo perder su falta de

digitalización y por lo tanto no el

impacto que están teniendo en su cuenta

de resultados tal y como dice el informe

con el cual estoy totalmente de acuerdo

la razón de esta baja digitalización se

basa en que una gran parte de las

bodegas son empresas familiares las

cuales mantienen una elevada posición de

gestión de negocio tradicional lo que

les lleva al límite es tan sumamente

escandalosos como que muchas de ellas

que facturan millones de euros al año ni

siquiera tienen un crm esto me lo

comentaba hace muy pocos meses una de

las dueñas de una gran bodega española

con la que estuvo hablando y que me

mostraba su preocupación por digitalizar

su empresa pero que no toda su familia

estaba en la misma línea otra de las

razones que ha hecho que no se

digitalicen es que una gran parte de su

negocio se basa en la exportación y no

en la venta al cliente final directo no

aspecto que personalmente creo que les

ha llevado a un error no porque les hace

mantenerse en una situación

y les ha hecho no tenerse que preocupar

por los nuevos consumidores de vino los

cuales sí valoran la creación de marca

este aspecto se vuelve hoy en día

especialmente importante dado el bajo

consumo de vino entre los menores de 35

años que apuestan por el consumo de otro

tipo de bebidas lo cual puede poner en

una situación de riesgo en próximos años

a muchos negocios del vino si lo

comparamos con otro sector que puede ser

su competencia como es el sector de la

cerveza esto se entendieron ya hace

muchos años la importancia de integrar

el mundo digital en su estrategia de

negocio para mantener y hacer crecer su

cuota de mercado pero no todo va a ser

negativo hay ciertas bodegas en españa'

que trabaja muy bien su presencia

digital entre las que podría destacar

por ejemplo poder las torres o ramón

bilbao pero son sólo un pequeño punto en

el negocio de las bodegas del vino

entonces a lo mejor ese es un sitio

donde podrías empezar de alguna manera

incluso trabajando gratis y yo siempre

digo trabaja esto es algo que entiende

en tu caso que entre comillas creo que

te lo puedes permitir en cierta manera

es por lo que me dicen no es lo mismo

que yo joder es que

ingresa para pagarme un alquiler

etcétera pero trabajar gratis te va a

dar acceso a cosas que te pueden dar

dinero posteriormente y eso yo lo he

hecho mucho y había funcionado lo hice

en el pasado vale y te digo por ejemplo

el último caso yo estoy lanzando en un

nuevo proyecto y hace tres meses una

persona un diseñador gráfico me contactó

por twitter inicio juan quiero trabajar

gratis para ti y para jo para el diseño

de juande en tus tal y cual igual y le

dije no yo tengo personas pero voy a

lanzar un proyecto que se encarga de

hacer la imagen digital y está el tío lo

empezó a hacer es buenísimo y ahora le

contratado ya para la empresa que voy a

lanzar el psoe buena pregunta

al final

no pero mira por ejemplo el tema de los

abogados los abogados que cobran tú

quieres hacer una consulta en un abogado

y no te va a cobrar menos de setenta

ochenta euros por una consulta hace dos

años lanzaron una plataforma en españa'

que te permite hacer consultas a

abogados de todo el mundo por cinco

euros

entonces al final creo que cada vez todo

tiende a ser más barato entonces muchas

veces por ejemplo

en tema fiscal mira no no no no el tema

fiscal te voy diciendo cosas que me

surgen sobre la marcha e pero pero por

ejemplo cuál es cuál es el mayor

problema de los negocios tradicionales

que no bajan de precio porque tiene unos

costes fijos enormes y no pueden bajar y

no pueden competir porque tienen

oficinas con gente ahí anclada con unos

sueldos y si es de un coste fijo enorme

si tú te quitas esos costes fijos él

busca cómo quitar de esos costes fijos y

ahí puedes empezar desde quitarte una

oficina que hay que pagar un mogollón

quitarte gente con una jornada completa

y resulta que ellos no pueden bajar su

precio 50 pero a mejor turbo es poner a

20 y aún así ganas dinero

sacaría una segunda marca es decir

fíjate cuando cuando hablamos de

disrupción es decir vale te cuenta que

un poco como enfoco yo el tema de

disrupción empresarial las empresas

tradicionales está en un momento que se

pueden estar planas pero vaya un momento

que van a ir cayendo esto no hay ninguna

duda es decir la asesoría de tu tío como

otras asesorías no sé si en 5 10 ó 20

años irá para abajo esto es una realidad

porque saldrán nuevos competidores como

evitas eso te derrumbes pero con una

marca nueva nunca desde dentro que

quiere decir que si tú montas un modelo

de negocio nuevo dentro de la empresa

nunca va a funcionar porque los

procedimientos y la gente tiene otra

mentalidad y se lo van a cargar ahora

saco una marca paralela que utilice

recursos que tienen para poder

aprovecharlos y que sea más barata pero

lanzada como independiente a un target

diferente y todo diferente una segunda

marca quiero conocer tu opinión por lo

Disney Lego Brickheadz Mickey & Minnie Mouse + Little Mermaid!!! + Mickey Mashems Blind Bag - Duration: 14:28.

Hey guys, welcome back to the Disney cupcake channel today

I'm gonna be talking about the new brick heads as well as the new Mickey Mouse blind bags. So let's get started

So I'm just going to get right into it today as you guys know

Mickey's 90th birthday is coming up very very soon and they're releasing so much cool merchandise for it and

One of the things that they're releasing are these adorable

Squishies and I found these at Walmart and Target

I have two to open and these are the Mickey the true original

90th anniversary

Series and these are just different variations of Mickey Mouse

There is a Minnie Mouse one

And I did get one of those and I opened it already because I didn't know what they were gonna look like

So here it is. It's just a little retro Minnie Mouse. She's super

squishy

And a little slow rising, which is really really cool

So I'm excited to see what these Mickey Mouse ones look like as well. Here we go

There's no checklist on the back or anything. I don't even know how many there are or anything like that

So here's just the classic Mickey Mouse as I said before very very squishy

This one is not very slow rising but is super soft. They're so soft. They're a great little handheld size and

This is like I said just a classic Mickey. He has his red pants on although he does not have his yellow shoes

So this one also might be slightly older. They have such a cute little face. I love it. Let's open

The last little blind back here and get into those Legos

We got another Mickey

now let's get into the real reason why you guys are watching this video is for these brick heads and this is a

series that Lego has released and they're just giant little versions of

giant little versions of your favorite characters

They have them for a bunch of different brands and especially Disney. So I do have the Beauty and the Beast ones

Those are the only two that I have and I just got that Mickey Mouse

91 the Minnie Mouse one and the little duo pack with Ariel and Ursula. So we're gonna be building all these today

I'm going to show them to you guys in detail what they're like, so let's continue our theme with Mickey Mouse

It says brick heads by Lego and it is for ages 10 and up

This is number 41 62 4 and this is Mickey Mouse. There's a hundred and nine pieces

This is number 66 and it has the Mickey the true original logo

All of the Mickey 90 stuff has this logo on it?

This is just what they're going by so, you know, that's what it's for

We have all of them like warning information on the side and then on the back

It kind of gives you another little diagram of Mickey and also shows you that you can get Minnie Mouse as well

and then there's just a little picture of Mickey as well and

There is this little finger spot to open it up. It comes with the base out of the body and

then two

Bangs and then of course, we have the instruction booklet

So here is me Mickey Mouse this one is absolutely

Adorable. I love it. So

So much

I love the detail that Lego puts into all of their sets and everything like this was so

Well made and it's so cute and it's so fun to build it and be able to display it use it play with it

Whatever you would like to do with it

I am so excited that I was able to get them and I'm really really excited to put them on display

But I am also really excited to build the next ones I have over there but looking into Mickey

He's just so cool-looking

I love the look of Mickey

Super super cute. It has great great detail and every little piece

Creates the character. It is super cool. And I love how the little tail is even on the back as well

And definitely a great little way to celebrate Mickey's 90th birthday

But it's time to move on to our next character, which is number

67 this is the brick heads Lego a Minnie Mouse and it has the polka dots in the background for Minnie

This is also for ages 10 and up. And this one is number four one six two five

So it has Minnie Mouse here on the side. It has her little

description on the back as well as Mickey to show you that they are a set and

that shows the piece size Mickey also showed that one as well and

This one also does have the easy little open tab here

instructions booklet for Minnie Mouse Mickey was

37 steps if that

We will find out how many Minnie is after I complete it but let's get the time-lapse started

So here is Minnie Mouse all complete

She looks really really similar to Mickey same style but super super cute

I really like her bow. Although you can see some of the black through it bother than that

She looks adorable and they are such a cute little pair

I love how many also has the eyelashes as well and her dress is perfect

Minnie was 39 steps because of the bow and the dress detail and she does have a lot of extra pieces compared to Mickey

but we still have one more set to build and this is the 2-pack this is

Number 64 and 65 Ariel and Ursula. This is for ages 10 and up

this is set number four one six, two three and there are

361 pieces

And it has both of their little profile pictures here on the sign there

Little details on the back and just some other information all around

So when you open this off

Number one bag number two

And

There are two books one for Ariel

And one for Ursula, so it is the same setup as both of these just came in a pack together

So both of the bag ones are for Ariel

So I'm going to build Ariel first and then save Ursula for last

So both of the number two bags are first level. The number one bags are from Ariel. I

Can just tell by the colors for that, right? So I'm going to start the time lapse for Ariel

I'm sorry if it kind of glitches around a little bit

My camera's signing one it wants to record them when it does not

So if you guys see me in kind of like it make it will make it look like I skip a few steps

But I'm just really having family shoes right now. So let's start making Ariel

So here is the completed aerial this one took the longest so far

Her hair is very very detailed. And there are a lot of little pieces that go into her hair

She is super super cute though. I love the style of these brick heads. They're super cool and

Again, I love the detail and this one had 60 total steps a bunch of leftover pieces

But we have one more character to make for this video

So here is Ursula she was 49 steps and

This one was also a little bit easier than I thought

But same thing with Ariel, I like the hair like the way that the instructions show it is kind of confusing

So definitely take your time with that. You guys may have thought the beaming of the time-lapse that I had to go back and redo

Some parts and you guys may have also not seen the end of the time-lapse for Ursula

because

My camera decided that they didn't want to record anymore and overheat

So I apologize you guys think it to see the rest of that, but I did complete it

I really really liked all of them, but taking a quick look back at Ursula

I love how she has all of her little tentacles everywhere. I also got to mentioned. I love their arms her so cute

She even has her earrings in the necklace on and her eyeshadow

Which I thought was really cool and they also have the gray highlights in her hair

Which I thought was just really really neat all the little details that really add up

Episode 2 - The Making-of: CARO - Costume & Stage - Efteling - Duration: 4:15.

You could actually write down the whole story on only one piece of paper

because there are no dialogues.

It's a story about a person

that is introduced to us as a child, and who's story ends as an elderly.

In a early stage we already had a rough idea for the stage design.

We already knew the story that were telling.

In the end it was quite a search to find the perfect props and decor pieces.

The challenge was to make all these decisions before actually building the decor.

You don't want to end up with pieces you end up not using at all.

Robert-Jaap was the person that really helped us

in translating the initial briefing to what it would eventually look like.

Joris is the one that really put in his own personal style.

If I look at what Joris eventually made, it really makes me

think that I am entering a Jules Verne type of adventure.

When I was asked to design the decor of the stage

I had a lot of conversations with

Robert-Jaap (creative director) and Carla (head of costume design)

and of course I also asked myself

what my most vivid memories were of my first trips to the Efteling.

Because you also use your own personal experience

and visual elements of the Efteling that stand out for me

and translate these little memories

into the designs for CARO.

When you enter the carousel in the Efteling, you see these particular curls.

They come in all sizes and shapes.

We used that curl as the main inspiration for CARO.

It's a happy and frivolous shape, and we translated it into the decor and costumes for CARO.

To find that particular Efteling 'curl', I went to the Efteling archives,

where I asked for all the curls Anton Pieck once drew.

What is really fun, is that if you would visit the Efteling

for maybe one or two days, you are able to recognize some visual elements

from the Efteling in the show itself. Because we translated them all

one way or the other into the designs.

It requires a lot of work to incorporate the curls into the costumes.

It is a huge collaboration with the stage designer, because we have to complement each other.

It must fit together very well

because it has consequences for each other.

Fortunately, Joris is also costume kind-of-guy who understands really well

how to incorporate it into a dance, when it comes to using props or changing it up again.

It's really great to work with Joris

because he is really considerate of the challenges we face during

the design and the production stage.

The curls are almost everywhere:

in the costumes, the stage

the props, and also a lot of details.

It all comes together to portray that carousel on stage.

For the first time we are going for the full 360 experience.

so the audience sits all around the stage just like in a circus.

Everyone gets to experience the spectacle from up close.

When I was working on the scale model

I found out that I was looking at it from one position too much.

That's when you learn to always ask: is it just as fun from the other side?

I had to change a lot because I found out it

wasn't just as fun from the other side.

We are actually building a live performance attraction

I think that the scene in which we are going on a round trip will be very magical.

When we get everything right:

the lighting.

the special effects,

the music,

if we truly get it all right

there will be goosebumps all over the place.

It is something that I expect to happen

and also really hope to happen.

If you see the transformation that is currently happening in the Theatre

You hardly recognize it anymore. They are working

day and night to get it right.

In the end, all pieces come together.

And I am very much looking forward to it.

Maggie Gyllenhaal Watched '70s Porn Films for The Deuce - Duration: 6:41.

-This show is about the birth of the porn industry

in New York in the '70s.

The last season ended in the early '70s.

-Yeah. -There is a time jump here.

-Yep, yep. We ended in '72, and we pick up again in '77.

So, there's, like, a little punk.

There's -- everyone is a little freer, a little more --

-There's new wardrobe.

That was a very 1977 wardrobe choice

in the clip there. -Yeah.

You didn't get to see the whole thing.

The pant suit. There was a fur coat.

It was a whole -- yeah. -And you -- your character

is now -- toward the end of the first season,

we saw you becoming -- going from being a sex worker

to making porn films,

and now we're five years in the future,

and you are directing porn films.

Is it fun to play a character where you get to sort of

jump ahead five years and be changed

in the arc of your character like that?

-Yeah. I know, I had never done anything like this before.

I had never done a show that came, you know --

I had never done this. -Yeah.

-I've never done the same character twice.

-That's right. 'Cause you've never done

a second season of a television show.

-No. I did "Dawn of a Woman," but that was just one.

-Yeah. -So it was wild.

Yeah, I was like, "Oh, I know completely who this is.

I, like, love Candy."

And I just sort of flip a switch

[ New York accent ] and I can talk like her

and, like, I'm Candy, you know?

[ Normal voice ] There was an ease to it,

and I knew everybody,

and she's a director, and she's --

I remember this woman who -- who helps me with wardrobe.

She is not the designer,

but she was like on set with me every day.

There is one day I had this great white fedora,

and I was like, "is this too much, Carmia?"

And she was like, "No, no. Candy is a boss lady."

[ Laughter ]

I was like, "Yeah, yeah. Okay, I'm going to wear it."

-This is a show from David Simon, George Pelecanos

who did "The Wire." And much like "The Wire,"

this show has a lot of the same things in it.

It's a very diverse cast, and -- you know, again,

it looks at an industry that I think we all

feel as though we know a lot about and it shows us

the side of it we've never seen before.

Have people in the sex industry,

have people in the porn industry reached out to you to talk about

how they thought first season was?

Did it influence what you would try to do in the second season?

-Yeah, I think it did. I think --

I think one thing that's been really important to me,

and I think also to a lot of people on the show,

is that, you know, we're making a show about

a group of people who really, truly have been judged

and marginalized.

And we want to give them respect and humanity.

And I think that at least

some of the people who do this work respond to that,

and some of them also said, "You know, yes, it is hard work.

And some of it is really brutal.

But it's also got pleasure and humor in it."

And I think we responded to that the second season.

There is a lot more humor.

It's still got brutality because that's a part of this world.

But there is humor, too,

and I think that's what helps make the medicine go down.

If you're talking about misogyny,

if you're talking about imbalance of power,

if you're talking about sex and commerce

and the entertainment industry,

which like all of us are talking about every day,

it helps when there is just a little bit of humor

to help that go down, as I'm sure you know.

-Yes. We try to get a little bit every night.

Just a little bit, but -- [ Laughter ]

I assume -- Did you ever go back?

Do you watch -- because again, it's so specific to the era.

Have you watched '70s porn films?

Have you -- -Yes, I have.

-Yeah. -Have you?

[ Laughter ] -I have.

You know, the funny thing is, you know, you're playing

a director who is trying to -- you're bringing

a sort of feminine perspective to the film making in the show.

-Yeah. -And it was a time

where porn films are trying to be certainly more cinematic --

Than I feel like they ended up being.

-Yeah. -And so is that --

When you watch them, like, what were you --

Now, it seems creepier.

I'm trying to ask this question without being like,

[ Gruff voice ] "Do you have -- Do you still have the tapes?"

-Yeah. What is the question, though?

I'm not getting the question. -Like, what did you watch --

I don't know. It's like -- [ Laughter ]

-You want a couple of recommendations?

I mean, that is what "The Deuce" was like.

I mean, I'm not kidding. There were dildos everywhere.

You walk into this set, and it was like, there's,

you know, I mean, yes.

There was one funny thing.

There was a day we were shooting a scene where, like,

someone from the straight world

comes on to one of Candy's movie sets,

and the point was that this person had to be,

like, immediately shocked by what she saw.

And, so, we were adding a line,

me and a couple of the writers were trying to figure out

what would the line be that would shock

this sort of woman who walks in.

And we came up with something, and I wrote it on

a little piece of paper and put it in my pocket.

Because I was like, afraid I might forget it,

and we did the scene, fine.

Two weeks later, I'm in the same jacket,

and they just, like, reach my hand into the jacket,

and I was like, "Oh, there is something in there.

Maybe it's a receipt or something."

And I open it up and it says,

"I want to see her [bleep] glisten, like really glisten."

[ Laughter ]

So that's life on "The Deuce."

-Just be so happy

you were the one who put the jacket on the second time.

[ Laughter ]

You have a film coming out on Netflix called --

is it "Kindergarten Teacher?"

-Yeah, "The Kindergarten Teacher."

-A complete change -- a complete change.

[ Laughter ] -That's right.

-I mean this really speaks to your range as an actor.

-From porn director to kindergarten teacher.

-This seems like a really interesting project as well.

You -- Is it that you have -- There's a kindergartner

that you think is a genius poet?

-Yeah, I mean, it's --

it's not the kindergarten teacher version.

It's the one I would make. -Okay, got it.

So it's a little bit darker than "Kindergarten Cop."

-Yeah, it is. It's a psychological thriller.

You know,

there are some movies I think that are made to, like,

make you feel comfortable and good

about the state of the world right now,

and then there are some that are made to make you want to,

like, get up out of your seat and make sure things,

like, change immediately.

And that's what "The Kindergarten Teacher" is.

[ Laughter ]

-That is a good -- I mean if somebody said,

"Hey, there's this movie called 'The Kindergarten Teacher,'"

you'd be like "Oh, that sounds fun."

It's like, "it's got Maggie Gyllenhaal."

You're like, "Oh, that sounds scary."

into the inner city streets of the United States of America.

He was a real goofball.
