Waching daily Sep 7 2018

Om Shanti !

Today's Murli Date Is 8th September 2018

( Sweet Sweet Baapdada is teaching us a wonderful divine knowledge to make us dieties from human beings. )

(Baba is also make us work hard through the love that he showers on us. However the hard work is not felt at all)

( Lets hear what sweet sweet Baapdada has to say today in Murli )

Essence: Sweet children, in order to claim your inheritance from the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge,

definitely study with the full force of 20 nails.

It is only by studying that you will claim the kingdom and receive the status of liberation-in-life.

Question: Who can constantly follow the path of knowledge? What is the basis of a high status?

Answer: Those who have no interest in anything other than the study

and who have a mature stage of knowledge are the ones who can constantly follow this path of knowledge

There is no benefit in wanting to go into trance or having visions or playing games.

Maya interferes even more and then you let go of the Father's hand and stop studying.

In order to claim a high status, you have to pay full attention to this study.

Song: You are the Mother and Father.

Essence for dharna: 1. Show courage to come in the rosary of victory.

In order to become worthy of being remembered, give everyone happiness.

2. Be a worthy student and glorify the name of the Father and Teacher.

Never perform wrong actions by being influenced by the evil spirits of lust or anger.

Blessing: May you be an all-round server and remain constantly content by being full of all spiritual treasures. ( treasures like divine - knowledge, virtues, powers etc)

"An all-round server", means a master bestower of happiness, a master bestower of peace and a master bestower of knowledge.

A bestower is always an image that is full. As is the self, so he would make others.

"A spiritual server", means one who is ever ready and all-rounder. Only those who are full can become all-rounders.

Those who are full will be content and make everyone content.

A lack of any kind will create discontentment.

The way to be content and make others content is to be full and a bestower.

Slogan: Keep the golden gift of good wishes and pure feelings with you and you will be able to transform any soul.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Om Shanti !

You eat more seaweed than you think! | Seaweed Part 2 - Duration: 6:36.

Welcome to The Abyss.

I'm Jaclyn and this is the second part in our seaweed series.

In this video we're discussing the many ways you're eating and consuming seaweed,

some of which you probably didn't even realize.

Let's dive in.

Many people think of seaweed as the gross slimy stuff

that touches your feet when you're swimming.

While this is true, seaweed is also incredibly important, not just in the ecological sense,

but also commercially.

It is estimated that the seaweed industry is worth over 6 billion US dollars, and it

is an industry that is continually growing.

Of the seaweeds that are grown and harvested commercially it is mainly different species

of red and brown algae.

The production of seaweed can range from small harvesting of wild seaweeds to large industrial

aquaculture operations.

Mainly seaweed is produced is produced through aquaculture.

Seaweed is mainly produced for use in the food industry.

Seaweed has been part of the human diet for thousands of years all over the world.

It is a traditional food in many Eastern Asian countries such as Japan, China and Korea.

Around 80% of seaweed production is for direct human consumption.

It is eaten for both its nutritional value as well as used as flavour.

One nutritional benefit of seaweed is that it is high in vitamins, especially vitamins A, B and E.

Another nutritional benefit is that it is high in minerals, which can

account for about a third of its total dry weight.

They accumulate these minerals from the surrounding seawater.

In particular, seaweed is a great source of iodine, compared to plants.

Nori is by far the largest seaweed product and the one most people are familiar with.

It is mainly eaten as dry roasted sheets, as well used in the making of sushi.

Although you'd never know it by looking at nori, but it is actually a red seaweed.

It is the thallus of species in the genus Poprhyra.

The process of drying and roasting the nori results in it losing its red colour and giving

it the dark green, black colour we are all familiar with.

It is made by shredding and drying out pieces of seaweed and then forming them into sheets.

This process is actually really similar to how paper is made.

Nutritionally similar to all seaweeds nori has high levels of vitamins and minerals.

In particular nori has a high level of protein which makes up about a third of its dry weight.

It also has a really high level of vitamin C, with about one and a half times the amount

of vitamin C of an orange.

Another commonly eaten seaweed is wakame, which is a brown algae.

It is the species undaria pinnatifida.

It is most commonly eaten and produced in Korea, Japan and China.

In its most popular form it is boiled and salted.

This causes it to be green in appearance instead of brown.

It is then used in seaweed salads, soups and noodle dishes.

Much smaller in production and consumption than nori and wakame is dulse.

It is another species of seaweed that is commonly eaten whole as food.

Dulse is the species palmaria palmata, which is a red seaweed.

It is found in the northern Atlantic, and is therefore more commonly eaten in western

countries such as Iceland and here in Eastern Canada.

The whole thallus is dried out and is eaten as a snack.

Besides eating the seaweeds themselves, chemicals extracted from the seaweeds are also widely

used in the food industry as well as the industrial, cosmetic and medical industries.

Heat is used to extract the chemicals, called phycocolloids from the seaweeds.

The seaweeds go through extensive processing to extract the final product.

This processing depends on the particular product, but can include filtration and purification steps.

Carageenan and agar are the phycocolloids extracted from red algae, while alginates

are extracted from brown.

Carageenan, agar and alginate all have similar uses as food additives.

One of their most common uses is as a gelling agent where they help to thicken food and

give it a smooth consistency.

Because of these properties they are found in a wide range of foods such as puddings,

pastry and pie fillings and even this ready-made cheesecake.

Another use for agar, carragennan, and alginates is as an emulsifier.

Emulsifiers are important in helping to stabilize food and keep them from separating.

This is useful in many products such as chocolate milk, and coffee creamer.

Emulsifiers are also incredibly important in ice cream, without them the water and fat

would separate, and result in ice crystals.

Agar in particular is able to form a stable gel in a variety of conditions,

such as varying temperatures and humidities.

This makes it ideal for a variety of applications and why it is commonly used as a media in Petri dishes.

Consequentially agar is the most expensive of the phyccolloids.

With that I hope you have a new found appreciation for seaweed, cause without it you could end

up with ice crystals in your ice cream.

Let me know your favourite food containing seaweed down below.

Mine is definitely ice cream, but I'm pretty excited to eat all of these foods.

Make sure to subscribe to stay current on our videos and until next tide I will sea you later.

Nat Reviews: OutKast's Hey Ya - Duration: 9:28.

Hello once again everyone and welcome back to Nat Reviews, the series where I take a

look at a piece of music or a work of music and give my thoughts on it and this week

I am going to be reviewing something from the last decade, it's from 2004 and man that

makes me feel older just saying how long ago that was now.

But yes, this week we're taking a look into a song that was pretty

enormous in my childhood, that being the smash hit by OutKast, 'Hey Ya'.

Let's begin.

Alright, so you may be wondering why out of the blue I pop up and begin talking about

what seems to be a random song.

Well, I wasn't originally thinking about this song until

recently when I was in a voice chat on Discord with a friend and he talked about Hey Ya and

the meanings he got out of it and some related stuff.

Since then I been thinking more into the song after not hearing it myself in over a year.

I remember growing up and in 2004 hearing this song pretty much everywhere.

One detail in particular, I always associated it with Mountain Dew and the snowboard in

SSX 3.

One day I even remember in a bit of detail, family was going down to Big Lots and this

song was playing on the radio and we were singing along to the chorus.

My mind as a child seemed to remember the music video for it's

green-ness and always associated it with those two things I mentioned prior, oddly enough.

But yes, that is the extent of how much I feel I am gonna talk about personal memories

of this song.

But yes, why don't we move on from personal memories and move on to the reviewing nature

of it all, shall we?

Alright, so now we shall dive on in.

The song was made by OutKast on their very successful dual album Speakerboxxx/The Love

Below.

Which was released in September 2003 This album itself is actually a bit interesting

in the history behind it and how it all came together.

But for the sake of time, I shall give a brief and very simplistic

explanation.

The albums are only by OutKast in name, they are actually two separate solo albums by the

duo.

Speakerboxxx being Big Boi's solo album that keeps with the rap

genre that OutKast had been doing beforehand while The Love Below was Andre 3000's solo

album, which was much different from the other, it was funk and pop influenced among

other things.

We will focus on The Love Below for this song's review as it's the one Hey Ya appears on.

Throughout The Love Below, Andre 3000 splits from rapping, instead he sings on this album.

It was also produced differently than Speakerboxxx was but that's all a long story

and I did promise to keep this brief.

Now, I will try to move on to the song and review it on it's own from here on, but I

felt some backstory would be helpful in understanding this song and all.

Now, with the backstory out of the way, what was the song like?

The song begins with a count of '1...

2...

3... uh!' which then brings in the beat and the song begins.

The beat is one that carries through most the entire song and it's an

upbeat one at that.

The song is a dance track musically.

It's a blend of a handful of genres and is extremely catchy in it's simplicity.

Lyrically the song is about modern love and tries to give some deep insights into experiences

into love but it's all disguised underneath a dance track.

It's a clever covering there and one I didn't even notice until this

year when I listened in more thanks to my friend's suggestion.

There is likely many reasons for why the message is hidden under as it is, the cleverness being

one and one of my ideas being that America at the time, especially in pop music

was in a bit of a dancing mood.

So even though the song tries to give a interpretation on modern love, Andre has to cover that in

a way by making it a dance track.

The message still gets across but it you were like many at the time, most listened to it

and the hook/chorus kept them dancing with little thought on the deep intricacies of

modern love.

It also can hint to the fact some people just want to keep to an illusion of things instead

of listen to a deeper message in a song, it's sneakily hidden until

you would look in to it more.

But that's just my opinion of course, there could be many more reasons and likely are

multiple reasons for it, not just the one.

Anyway, the catchiness of the melody is well, catchy.

The song is a very smooth listen and one that flows with a positive nature that is sorely

missing in much of the current pop music of today.

That is another can of worms though for another time, but yes, I do in a way miss the happier

sounding music of the 2000s.

Even the deep and meaningful music still had a bigger sound than the minimalistic

sound many songs have today.

Alright, so let's try to quickly talk about the music video, one that is extremely iconic

to many who were around at the time for sure, it was pretty much everywhere in my

area.

The video almost entirely features Andre 3000 playing all the members of the band 'The Love

Below' They are set to perform on a show and it's very reminiscent of The

Beatles first performance on The Ed Sullivan Show in the 60s.

A side note, it also reminds me of a later video by Sia for Cheap Thrills.

The performances all done by Andre 3000 are actually very impressive as it took 23 takes

to get all the footage of him and the editing is so smooth to me.

It took a lot of work to do for sure.

By the end he got all tired out that his last role had him sitting down in the video.

Lots of interesting stuff went on there for the production and I'll

leave that for you all to discover.

But yes, the video is actually one of the most rememberable ones for me over all of

time and I quite enjoy it.

It's a very well made video and it definitely is iconic by now.

Definitely check it out if you haven't already.

It also links in with Big Boi's OutKast single, 'I Like The Way You Move' as both this

and that song were co-lead singles, yet another intertesting whole story to that.

There is one more thing I wanna mention before moving on to my thoughts on the song.

I wonder how many people remember the Grammy Awards performance of Hey Ya back in 2004.

It was a mess, Andre for one was struggling in singing the song as could be very well

heard but that was far from the biggest issue.

Now we enter the side of controversy.

I am unsure how big it was at the time but nowadays what happened certainly wouldnt go

over well.

It wouldn't back then for sure but today with social media, it'd be ripped

to shreds as it happened.

But yes, Navajo chanting begins after a video message to open the performance but what comes

next is perhaps one of the worst Grammy performances I can remember.

The dancers all come out of a tipi and begin dancing to Hey Ya.

The performance definitely does hold on to stereotypes from the feathers to the outfits

to the tipi and everything.

I did look into it some that I found CBS apologised for the performance for the backlash it got

from Natives.

But yes, that is a HUGE story for another time.

I found it interesting and felt like sharing, it surprised me something like that performance

could happen in 2004 of all times, it definitely wasn't good in many senses of the

word and for sure it definitely wouldn't fly today.

But yes, that happened and wow did it ever haha.

But yes, with all that wrapped up, that was the song and the video that went with it.

Now time to move on to what my thoughts on this all is.

Well, considering how much this song was massive in my childhood and the impact it made as

I clearly still remember lots about it, then I am sure you can tell I enjoy this

song itself.

I was actually caught offguard once I learned of the undermeaning of the catchy beat.

It's a bit of a timeless song even if some elements of the video in the

fashion of the time show a dating on it.

Speaking of things of the time, hip hop and more so the cleaned up side of it really hit

it big in the mid-2000s and this song, though pop in nature, is one of the lasting signs

of that trend.

Lots of Southern hop hop acts went big around the time as I remember, but eh, that's another

whole topic for another time yet again.

But yes, I very much enjoy the song, I am sure you have likely heard it a million times

by now if you grew up around the time or were just around in general.

But yes, if you haven't, do check it out and it's video too.

Speaking of, the links to both will be in the description below.

As for if I look forward to more from the artist, as is usual I ask in this part of

my reviews, I must say I probably did back in the day, but as for nowadays I am not too

certain on that.

I know OutKast got back together but I am not sure they'll try something like this album

again, it was a lightning in the bottle sort of event.

Plus I don't believe they have any plans on releasing new albums as a duo at least for

the time being.

Maybe Big Boi will release some more, not sure of Andre.

But this is a question pertaining to OutKast as a duo,

not the solo works of either, even though as you know that's complicated already just

by the history of this album.

But yes, OutKast-wise, I am unsure if they will make new things, but if they did release

something as a duo, I may give it a listen.

Alright!

So it looks like we've reached the end of this week's review.

I most certainly hope you enjoyed it!

Thank you very much for watching and I had a great time re-exploring

this childhood classic, always fun going back and seeing what you didn't pick up on.

But yes, this is the end of the review, so you know what time it is.

If you liked the video, yknow what to do, same with subscribing, commenting, all that

lovely stuff.

This has been Nattie and don't shake that Polaroid, it ruins the photo!

Being Trans in Vietnam - an LGBT+ International Interview - Duration: 11:01.

Hello and welcome back to non-compete,

I'm American Johnson and today's episode

is a little bit special. As many of you

know I live in Vietnam and I have a lot

of questions from my viewers about what

life is like living here, especially from

some of my trans viewers. I have a pretty

significant trans audience - a lot more

than the zero percent that YouTube

reports - but a lot of trans people are

curious about what their experiences

might be like, were they to come and

travel in Vietnam. I'm cisgendered myself

so I thought the best way to answer this

question might be to talk to a

Vietnamese local who is transgendered,

and my friend Ha MInh is a trans woman

living here in Hanoi, Vietnam, and she's

agreed to come on the show today and

share her experiences of what it's like

to be trans in Vietnam. So, take it away Ha MInh!

I didn't even know that trans

people existed until I read this article

on the newspaper. I remember clearly

that it was as K-pop singer and I was

like, wow, this is mind-blowing! How was it

even possible to change someone's gender?

It's not really like a clear point when

I'm like, okay, this is who I am and I'm gonna be that person.

I only came out to my brother first

and he's like my best friend

and he wasn't accepting at first

which is okay because then I know he's honest

and once he accepted it then

I also know it was like his totally honest feeling

and now he's like the most accepting

supportive person ever!

It was a journey to come to terms with my own identity

but once a I found out it was like the

happiest

I felt invincible I could do anything so

I sold everything that I own and then

booked a round-trip ticket to Bangkok

and we're going to see it after they

didn't tell my parents and just like my

stuff in gold this the first time I

travel all by myself oh my god it was so

much fun and partly because I I felt

good about myself and I was looking like

so much doing and my hair was so short

but I felt really pretty and I packed a

lot of like dressy dresses even though

you know I'm gonna like stay in a hostel

and live in a dorm a bitch thing like

Naomi Campbell or something I've really

all my life and wouldn't did my parents

to see me as a daughter and unstated I

realized they have a totally different

expectations for me

I saw boy they wanted me to be like a

doctor or a scientist or study economics

and make a lot of money and support them

when they're old and get married and

make babies Soudan and as a woman now

like my mama's are so concerned about my

hair and my look and really want me to

check out the surgery and I think part

of it is because she wants me to get

married like oh I'm still a person first

I have other priorities I don't know if

I should be happy or sad about this in a

way I'm like I'm so happy

PFF girl on the other hand I'm like I

can do things I can do anything a boy to

do when I transition I felt like oh my

god this is so much better than Eagle

man and if you like people like me more

but probably because they like to mess

up more Vietnam is definitely behind the

states for sure it's hotter but it's

also easier I don't think there's been

any case where someone got murdered or

brutally assault in a way people are

just ignorant because they'd already

know or understand what transgender

means so they're just saying trans

people like a people I feel like that

hurts more and you know because I don't

want to be called a man but usually it's

more like curiosity and jokingly laugh

in a point that's the person and call

other people too you know hey guys look

at that person but I need to educate

people more about this issue in terms of

legal we don't really have any laws or

trans people yet they're not a proof of

it but they're also not against it we

cannot change our genders on official

documents yep and they're actually

making the laws now so there's a huge

debate going on between the transgender

community with the government and they

they have they do have meetings and

trans people want to be able to change

their name and genders and the

government say okay maybe you can do

this but only after you have the

reassignment surgery we don't really

have health care for trans people we

have to order hormones from Tallinn and

we don't really have doctors where we

can go to and get tested to see what the

health condition is we can go to like

normal doctors to test the hormone

balance but then they don't specialize

in trans so a lot of people just taking

hormones self-prescribed just have an

injection once a week or something not

even knowing if this is a little bit

less or a little bit more than enough

because there's no law but just like not

against it we're not approved of it so

it's just so confusing because there are

doctors who who have studied about

transgender and doctors who even study

the reassignment surgery in get Nam and

think they do research on it but they

don't want to perform it they don't want

to think and they cannot because there's

no law about it they don't know what

this bleep oh they don't say that is

illegal but it's also not vehicle either

it's so hard

really there's a much bigger community

in saikhan people there are more open

and not just in terms of transgender

people but just open to express their

identity we're not gonna stop and stare

and be serious about it and then there

are tons of like gay lesbian trans

people's like on most of the trans so

they're pretty living in Saipan but from

this community in Hanoi

we need a trans community here to

already have but it's still very small

and we could do more international

friends we have a long long history of

not exactly trans and performing but

like gender-fluid perform performances

in our culture there's a medium : dome

and it's basically like singing dancing

it'd probably like a temple or something

and we have an audience

we'll get a spirit of other people

inside him and then for her and then he

or she can talk like that spirit and

then hand out my meat for everyone and

so basically the spirit can be a guy or

girl so I say a guy can play you know

girl roles and perform as a girl once he

has the spirit inside him not

necessarily all people who do that kind

of performances are trans but maybe

trans people use an opportunity to

express themselves because you know when

two men perform they have a heavy makeup

on and look really pretty and really

shiny beautiful outfit very elaborate

and in a way maybe trans people back

then didn't have uniform to express

themselves at all it's such a restricted

Society maybe they use this form this

medium to express themselves

nowadays there are a lot of trans people

in the entertainment industry by doing

drop show or be singers or actresses

actors and it makes me feel like I want

representation in other fields I don't

want my trans gender and my sexuality to

define the person that I am you know I

want to see representation as a doctor

lawyer an artist that's some sort

honestly if I see a trans sister right

now or someone who just started they'e

transitioning process and I would tell

that person how beautiful she is and

that is gonna be a great journey people

that have a lot of fun I'm very fond of

them we need more people like you I'd

like to extend a warm thank you to ha

mean for agreeing to come on the program

today and share her thoughts with all of

us I'm actually not gonna have the last

word today humming had a special message

she wanted to share with you the viewer

directly so let me just thank you for

watching invite you to subscribe if you

enjoyed this video I'll see you next

time but now let me reintroduce Tommy hi

my fellow sisters if you're thinking

about going to my beautiful country and

you should as funny

it was surprise you and sometimes it was

the beautiful moment

and people here are actually very

friendly generally and and I think

you're gonna have a blast yeah

Pump Up Your Chest | Steven Cao's Fuller Chest Workout - Duration: 6:05.

Steven Coa here IFBB Pro today I'll be

training some chest so I'm

excited to show you guys my workout

our first workout we're gonna be doing

is the incline dumbbell press I usually

do about two or three warm-up sets and

then I get into our working sets

all right now I'm trying to focus on my

upper chest I feel like for me in my

physique my upper chest is always you know it's

something I can work on I think the majority of

your chest is your upper chest so if you

have a big upper chest your chest will

just naturally look a lot bigger so for

me I always do incline as like my first

workout

we're gonna do this incline machine

press it works more of my upper chest

like I said before I feel like my upper

chest is a lacking part in my physique

going to shoot for six to ten reps on

this and do four working sets

and I don't really have it planned like

the full workout I'll just go by how I

feel and then you know I always get a

good workout but it's not really

scheduled with what I'm doing

unless I'm hitting legs I mean obviously

I'm gonna do squats and leg press but I

just try to go by how I feel

yeah for this I'm just focusing on like

the squeeze so while I do the fly I

try to stretch and keep my arms pretty

closely I'm not pulling extending like

this can I keep it close he's kind of

like squeeze it a little bit when I'm here

do about eight to twelve reps and then

right away jump into dips am when Im doing dips

kind of lean over and then

especially on the negative current kind

of like contract my chest and then

squeeze all the way up shoot for about

eight to ten reps on

I think the machine dude my chest-pump

is insane right now

going to do a superset with uh push-ups

kinda like training when it's hot like this

because it keeps your body feel kind of

warm I remember way back of jersey it would

always be cold and be forever just get a

pump well right now this is workouts

phenomenal

I hope you guys enjoyed that chest

workout Steven Cao here thank you for

watching and please be sure to subscribe

Sunny Again Tomorrow | 내일도 맑음 - Ep.79 [SUB : ENG,CHN,IND / 2018.09.07] - Duration: 34:11.

(Episode 79) You were like a cold to me,

a severe cold that I got over.

As of today, I will give up on you.

I like you too.

I love you.

What do I do? I'm so stupid.

Why am I always one step behind?

I got a date from the fortuneteller Ms. Oh recommended.

They say good tidings do not end

for people who get their wedding dates from her.

Already?

Why does it have to be so rushed?

There isn't a more fortuitous date for years.

Why did you bother?

It will just be a small family gathering.

You don't want a proper wedding,

so at least do it on a fortuitous day.

Or how about looking for a wedding hall?

Won't it be a letdown

to just exchange rings

in front of family?

It's in bad taste to have a big ceremony

at Jinhui's age.

But welcoming a new family member is a big deal.

Are you going to work?

Yes.

Have a nice day.

Seonhui,

regarding Ji-eun and Dogyeong, couldn't you...

Jinhui, forget about it.

They're young.

They fall out of love as quickly as they fall in love.

So don't worry about Ji-eun anymore.

I'll handle it.

Yes. It's for the best.

Once you get married,

Ji-eun will quickly move on.

Do we need to remodel the house

for Mr. Park to move in?

There's no need.

I'm moving into Jinguk's house.

A-Are you nuts?

Why would you go live there?

Does that hoodlum, I mean, Jinguk, want you

to move into his tiny house?

It's not that.

I want to do it.

I'd feel bad if he had to leave Dogyeong all alone.

Dogyeong will be family now,

so I want to do right by him.

Be that as it may,

you have a big house here.

It's ridiculous to move into their tiny place.

How about looking for an apartment or a villa?

Jinguk's house is good enough.

I'm going to get ready for work.

Hangang Wool will be signing with us.

They want you to be their merchandising director.

Me?

You've always been famous for your stellar performance,

and you led the unknown Hanui Apparel

to a sold-out show,

so everyone's clamoring to work with you.

I have Hanui Apparel

and other vendors I've been working with.

Ji-eun can work with Hanui Apparel.

Why doesn't Ji-eun work with Hangang?

The higher-ups assigned you to Hangang.

I don't have a say in this.

Leave Hanui Apparel to me.

I'll do a good job.

You asked me here,

so why aren't you saying anything?

Are you still not feeling well?

You can do well without me, right?

Of course. Don't worry.

But you're being strange.

You make it sound like this is our last day.

This is my last day working with Hanui Apparel.

Ji-eun will be your merchandising director.

You can't suddenly do that.

I was put in charge of a different project

because Hanui Apparel doesn't need me.

Who says

we don't need you?

As you know, Ji-eun is a seasoned veteran,

so she'll do a good job.

That was our last meeting.

Keep doing as you've done.

Then many will see the value of Hanui Apparel.

Is this what you meant by letting me go?

You will just refuse to see me?

I don't bring personal matters into work decisions.

This is no exception.

I mean it.

I'll root for you from afar.

You know what?

Today I was going to...

I'll get going.

Dongseok is in the guard room.

Go find him there.

I'm here today to talk to you.

Why?

What false accusation do you have for me today?

You know my sister is marrying Mr. Park, right?

I heard.

It seems it upset both families.

Congratulations though.

Save your congratulations.

My sister will be moving into Mr. Park's house.

So?

I don't want us running into your family there.

So are you telling us to move away?

Don't worry about finding a new place.

I'll help you out with that.

How does it concern us that they're getting married

and your sister is moving in?

Do you really not know?

Our family will visit often if Jinhui lives there,

which means my husband will keep running into you.

Do you still think Dongseok and I are having an affair?

Hasn't Dongseok told you?

We're just hometown friends. That's it.

I'll believe you if you move away.

Why are you being unreasonable?

Do your daughters know

that you seduced a married man?

Are you kidding me?

Are you done?

Do you think you can say anything you please?

I don't want to sully my mouth anymore either,

so move out when I'm still being nice.

Otherwise, I will tell your daughters what their mother

is up to.

You have until the end of the month.

Give this realtor my name, and she'll find you

a much better place than your current residence.

Here. Don't lose this.

Take it easy.

Dongseok, tell me the truth.

What did you tell your wife about me?

It's not like you

to look so menacing.

Just answer me first.

What did you say to her

that she's threatening me to move away?

What? Move away?

She said I unless I moved out right away,

she'll tell my daughters I seduced

a married man.

I've done nothing shameful

as a mother.

So why must I suffer

from such a vulgar misunderstanding because of you?

You see...

Eunae. Eunae, wait.

I'll make sure my wife never comes back here.

Whatever.

Eunae.

Hey, Ms. Im, I'd like a glass of rice punch.

Is something wrong?

Why the long face?

You see...

I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

Okay. See you this evening.

Jinhui, the factory sent us a quote.

Can you look it over?

Never mind that. Have a seat.

Huh?

Did you tell Kang Hanui's family to move away?

Huh?

How did you know?

Jinguk just called.

That woman is no good.

She told on me to Mr. Park already?

And Mr. Park called you

as soon as he heard?

How is that important?

Why did you do it?

Once you get married,

our family will be visiting often.

I didn't want to see Dongseok and Kang Hanui's mother

seeing more of each other.

You said nothing was going on between them.

One never knows between a man and a woman.

Frequent contact may lead to greater affection.

So what did Mr. Park say?

He won't kick them out because we're getting married.

And I agreed with him.

They are like family to him.

I'll be seeing a lot of them,

so I don't want to cause any strife.

I want your cooperation.

I would like to cooperate.

But you know how Mom is.

She's still suspicious of Dongseok.

I'm just worried she'll get the wrong idea

when she sees Dongseok with Ms. Im.

I'll talk to Mom again about Dongseok.

You're fine otherwise, right?

Get back to work.

The problem is that Kang Hanui lives there.

Did you really make all this by yourself?

I did half of the work.

Some of the side dishes are from Ms. Im's store.

This stew and bulgogi were made by yours truly,

so I can't promise they're any good.

I'm worried.

Why?

I can't cook.

I just can't get the hang of it.

I can cook.

Don't worry about that.

Just enjoy.

But I'm good at washing dishes.

I'll be doing the dishes.

Are you sure you'll be okay

with me living here?

And...

We broke up because we realized we were incompatible.

And I'm all for you moving in.

You really don't have to worry about us.

We are young.

There are opportunities for us to meet new people,

and our relationship wasn't that serious.

I'm sorry.

Dad, don't be.

This is a happy occasion.

Dad made this.

The broth is amazing.

Please try it.

I gave her a talking to as I was worried,

but Mr. Park had to tattle on me,

so I got an earful from Jinhui.

Shouldn't a man be more discreet?

Is he out to drive a wedge between two sisters?

Your sister must be enjoying her dinner.

Probably.

Mom, will you really let her move in there?

Your sister's stubbornness has defeated me.

Mom, think about it.

She hasn't dated Mr. Park for even a year.

How can we trust her short-term boyfriend?

She may be so smitten

that she's lost her sense of judgment.

Like I don't know that?

Mr. Park might start lusting after her money.

This is a big, huge if,

but what if Jinhui passes away.

Who will end up with all her money?

Don't be ridiculous.

Mom, I'm saying that

you can't just sit back with your arms folded.

Then what am I supposed to do?

We won't know whether Mr. Park

is good or bad unless we watch him closely.

You need to go see him

and put your foot down.

Otherwise, Jinhui will do whatever he says.

Look at what happened today.

Mr. Park refused to kick that family out,

and Jinhui agreed with him right away.

It's so nice and cozy here.

It's an old house, so it may not look great,

but my lifelong dream came true when I got this house.

Every nook and cranny bears my hard work.

I can't wait to move in here.

Are you sure it won't be uncomfortable?

It's much smaller than your house.

It's nice and cozy.

I'll do my best

so that Dogyeong doesn't feel lonely

and you don't suffer any more heartache.

Let's have a great life together.

Hello.

It's been a while.

I saw the show.

Congratulations.

Thank you.

I heard you were getting married.

Congratulations.

Yes. I'm self-conscious about it, but thank you.

I look forward to seeing more of you.

You two can talk again later.

It's late, so let's get going.

Okay. Bye then.

Good night.

- Hanui, go on up. / - Okay.

It seems your love cannot come to fruition,

so I hope you don't hang on to the past.

You decide what you will do with it.

It ain't over 'til it's over.

Hello?

It's me, Kang Hanui.

I know.

Son.

Have some fruit.

Ms. Kang, I'll call you back.

Oh, my. Are you on the phone with Hanui?

Let me talk to her.

She took care of you,

so I should invite her over for dinner.

Hanui!

Stop it, Mom.

Geez...

I just want to talk to your girlfriend.

Does that upset you that much?

Ms. Kang is no longer my girlfriend.

We broke up.

So don't pester her

if you run into her.

Ms. Kang, you heard that, right?

Yes.

I'm sorry to put you on the spot.

This won't happen anymore.

I should go.

He should've controlled his temper and calmed her.

How will he find a girl like her again?

What are you talking about?

Hangyeol.

He and his girlfriend broke up.

They broke up?

Why?

How should I know?

I liked her for being positive and upbeat.

Me too.

What a shame.

How will he find a woman who owns her own business?

Are you upset because she was a business owner

or because Hangyeol's relationship is over?

What kind of question is that?

Of course both.

Good grief.

Go ask Hangyeol what happened.

Me?

He gets testy when I ask him anything.

Go upstairs and see if he talks.

It's late. I'll ask tomorrow...

Fine.

You're working.

Are you busy?

No, I'm fine.

You are?

Then how about a drink with your old man?

- Drink. / - Okay.

I heard things aren't going well with your girlfriend.

Did Mom tell you?

You guys broke up, right?

Yes.

I liked her as she was upbeat and charming.

Forget everything else.

Your mom is not an easy woman to please.

But even she was in love with Hanui.

She's very upset that you two broke up.

Hanui dropped her work and came right over

when I told her you were sick,

so she must like you a lot.

Did you two fight?

Love seems to be tough.

There were set methods and answers

to school and baseball, so I wasn't this lost.

But love is very tough.

Right. It's not easy.

Being in a relationship may seem nice and sweet,

but you have disagreements

and end up fighting to the point of breaking up.

But if you regret it the next day and apologize,

it becomes nice and sweet as it was before.

There is no room for pride in love.

A man should not be petty.

I guess I'm petty then.

But I have no pride left anyway.

Did she dump you?

Yes.

But you still love her?

No. I'm throwing in the towel.

Actually, I already have.

Excuse me, Dad. I'm sorry.

He still has feelings for her.

Why does love have to be so hard?

I really don't know either.

It's tough.

President Choi, it's me.

Are you inside?

President Choi.

My goodness. Is this really President Choi's office?

Of course it is.

You've been here.

But what happened here?

He has already fled.

Are you victims too?

Victims? What do you mean?

What brings you here?

You gave the money for your supplier to Choi?

Yes. He served as a middleman between our company

and our supplier.

He really did you in.

Choi is nasty as it gets.

He preyed on fledgling businesses and made off

with a fortune.

Sir, so what happens now?

You can catch him, right?

Our home shopping show is next week.

We will do the best we can,

but if he's on a ship, we have no recourse.

I beg you.

Our company's survival depends on it.

Sir, you must take pity on me.

I went bankrupt once already.

If this venture goes south,

I will jump off a bridge.

Please save me.

I invited you for dinner

before you officially become part of the family.

Thank you, Mother.

Dinner is delicious.

You're a good cook.

Our housekeeper made everything, but enjoy.

Park,

take good care of my Jinhui.

Mom.

I am in my twilight years.

I thought I'd live out the rest of my life with Jinhui,

so I don't know how I'll manage here alone.

You're not alone.

You have Seonhui and Dongseok.

And I won't be far away.

I'll visit often.

You know how Seonhui is.

She only humors me when she needs me.

She never puts me first.

As for Hwang,

he can't even take care of himself.

Mother, Jinhui and I will visit often.

No. Don't visit.

I'm a useless old hag.

I must die so I don't burden anyone.

Mom, how can you say that?

You're too young to know.

You have no idea how it feels

to live every day like it might be my last.

Mom.

Mother,

what would you like us to do?

Couldn't you move in here?

But what man would want to live his mother-in-law?

Forget what I said.

Why won't the heavens take me?

My goodness.

Jinhui, Mother is very distressed.

Why don't we reconsider our living arrangement?

No.

Jinhui.

Mom, I want to have my own happy family this time.

I want to do my best

as Jinguk's wife and Dogyeong's mother.

Please let me have my way on this.

What are you doing here?

I'm not here to see you.

I was put in charge of Hanui Apparel.

I see.

Would you like coffee?

Can you bear to have coffee with me?

Don't look at me like that.

You're the one who hurt me.

I hope you suffer as much as I have.

No. I hope you suffer more.

Oh? Hello, Ms. Hwang.

What brings you here?

I'm here as Hanui Apparel's merchandising director.

Why? Is that not allowed?

Sure it is. Of course.

Everything's on track for the show next week, right?

The changeover was sudden,

but I don't want a blemish on my career.

We'll make sure that doesn't happen.

We have enough blouses for the show, right?

Pardon?

Yes, yes. We will have enough.

I'd like to inspect the warehouse tomorrow.

The warehouse?

I don't want

anyone saying I'm not thorough.

Okay.

I'm back.

Come sit down.

I don't have much time left on earth.

Yet you can't grant the wish

of your aging mother?

What's so hard about him living here with us?

I can't make him leave his son.

Please be understanding.

What's the problem?

His son is an adult, not a little kid.

Mom, I really want a happy life.

And I must keep Jinguk's family intact.

I had no choice but to give you my blessing,

but I don't trust that hoodlum.

How do I know whether he likes you or your money?

Mom, Jinguk isn't like that.

One never truly knows another.

I must keep an eye on him

to keep him from getting funny ideas.

I'm telling you he's not like that.

Why must you

think the worst of your son-in-law-to-be?

You let me down whenever you get like this.

Forget marrying him then.

Mom.

I told you I didn't give you

my blessing because I like that hoodlum.

I made a major concession,

so you must do the same.

Am I doing this for my sake?

It's for your best interest,

yet I let you down?

Fine! You let me down too.

Forget the wedding! Call it off!

No, I can't do that.

E-Excuse me?

What will do you?

I'll leave this house.

You're really going to leave?

Yes.

No matter how opposed you are,

I'll do what I want this time.

Our love was hard-fought.

I don't want to hide my feelings.

My goodness.

He has you under his spell.

You don't care if this kills me, right?

That's not what I'm saying.

Please, Mom. Stop being unreasonable.

What? Unreasonable?

Fine. Go.

I don't need a daughter who is blinded by a man

and won't heed my words.

Get out right away!

Oh, my. Oh, my. Oh, my. Oh, my.

My goodness...

Jinhui.

Leo, chin up.

You can just quit.

It's not your company, so why do you care?

It's our company.

It's called being loyal.

What is it?

There's a problem at Leo's workplace.

Problem?

A broker took off with the money for the supplier.

What?

The show is next week,

but the blouses haven't been paid for?

You know President Choi,

our intermediary, right?

That scoundrel took off with our money.

The manufacturer won't give us the blouses

until we pay them.

There's always a problem with Hanui Apparel.

A couple of mistakes

can be tolerated, but this is incompetence.

I'm sorry.

If you give us a few days,

we'll raise the money somehow

and make sure the show goes as planned.

Can you guarantee that?

I don't know how it was with Hangyeol,

but I'm not him.

I have no reason to take on such a huge risk.

Seungmi, at this rate, we won't have a show.

There's still some time.

We'll do whatever it takes...

To me, Hanui Apparel is a company

that teeters over a single missed payment

and gets into trouble due to a negligent CEO.

Just this incident alone

proves it was Hangyeol alone

who did all the work.

Nevertheless, if you give us another chance...

No, I can't do that.

Ms. Hwang, do you mean...

We're canceling Hanui Apparel's show.

Ms. Hwang.

Could you give me your number?

You're finally showing your true colors.

Pardon?

I would like a business loan.

Your credit rating is too low.

You're a foreigner, so we can't offer you a loan.

Mom, you're really not going to Jinhui's wedding?

Shouldn't we at least go?

Just go to work today.

What about Aunt Jinhui's wedding?
