I came to the marina today.

It's a nice place.

The surface of the water is so beautiful.

Hello everyone,

This marina is very nice.

There are a lot of boats here.

Today I will draw the scenery.

I placed a sailing boat in front of the screen.

And I draw a lot of boats in the distance area.

I will start painting.

First, use a brush to put water on the screen.

Today, the sky is a little cloudy.

So paint the clouds with Jaune Brillant, Rose Madder, Yellow.

And paint the blue sky visible from between the clouds with Cobalt Green.

Next is the water surface.

This is an important point.

The white boat in the foreground.

I would like to emphasize white of this boat.

For that part of the boat leaves white of the paper.

That means I do not paint anything there.

I will paint the color around like this so that the white that I left behind will be visible properly.

I'll paint a distant cruiser yacht.

The color of the distant is the color which thinned the Ultramarine.

It would be better to mix Gray there.

By doing so, we can express the distant atmosphere.

To express this cruiser yacht, this dark breakwater is important.

Here I did to scratch this part.

Then, It is a windows.

Not draw too much here.

It is important to simplify draw the details.

I wash out the mast of the boat.

Then, Draw the left area.

Be careful not to make the color too monotonous.

Add a little Red color like this.

If it makes this much darker, the brightness of the water surface stands out.

Well, I will draw a boat.

It tends to be thought that it is easy in this area,

but in fact when you look closely there is a color gradation here.

I will express it without missing it.

And paint the details strongly.

Then, while the paint doesn't dry, I'll scratch it.

The part that covers the top of the boat.

This is a cover.

In fact, the cover is not like this color.

But this part is an eye-catching part the center of the screen,

so I'll paint with mixed color of Crimson Lake and Rose Madder.

Next, this part is reflections of the water.

Reflection is important in expressing water.

Then, I draw the silhouette of the building and the mountain that is seen in the distant.

The atmosphere in the picture has come out considerably, isn't it?

Well, we go back to the left area.

Add the human figure here.

When there is a human figure in the scenery, the atmosphere of the picture changes further.

And by drawing it, I think that the spread of the scenery will appear.

Draw a reflections of the water.

It is very interesting to draw a reflections.

As the sky is monotonous, so I'll add a wooden board.

This item is a creation for painting.

This is a red flag.

This flag doesn't really exist there.

But I think that it is also interesting to add something.

Well, I'll draw the mast.

We can express 3d space and the atmosphere of the harbor by drawing a lot of the mast.

It is gray color overall.

After drawing a distant view, we will go back to the boat in front.

I'll simplistic draw it.

We take a closer look at the scenery and copy it,

but do not copy it exactly the real scenery. For creating your originality.

It may be difficult.

But don't forget that you ENJOY it.

Paint with Cobalt Green.

And with brush strokes with rhythmically,

it expresses the atmosphere in which the water is moving.

In this part, I'll paint it softly with a brush.

In order not to make the water surface monotonous, I'll draw a red fishing-float.

Color is Vermilion.

This part is reflections of the water.

I'll draw it.

And draw a line with one stroke.

It is important to draw this line.

I think that the good or bad of the picture appears in the way of drawing this line.

For beginners, This line might need practice.

I'll draw another line.

Draw from this side, and draw a reflection.

This is a watercolor so failure will not be tolerated.

Please don't be afraid to try it. And that completes this painting.

Today I drew a boats in the harbor.

The key point was a quiet surface of the water.

And the reflections of the boat and scenery.

Also the bright part of this boat.

It is important to leave the white part of the paper.

so in this video I'm going to be talking

about my kpop audition story and how I

got signed to a kpop company in 2012

what's up everybody it

gonna be telling you guys about the

process of how I got signed, how many

companies I auditioned for, all of that

good stuff so I first started getting

into kpop in 2006 at that time I was

already being a songwriter and produced

my first CD and so I never thought in my

life I would ever be doing Korean music

so I went from just wanting to be a

singer to being a songwriter producer

and singer and eventually wanting to be

in the kpop industry and the first time

I tried anything in kpop was back in

2010 when I did Taeyang's I need a boy

cover remix and I got a very positive

response my dad was actually the one

that gave me the idea that I should do a

Korean cover honestly I wanted to keep

kpop to myself like I didn't want to

share kpop at all with anybody and

then my first audition I believe was

2011 but if it was 2010, it was towards

the end because MBC birth of a star I did their season one a little bit of my

video actually was aired on TV in Korea

then I did SBS kpop star that was the first season and I was actually number

one the first person in line to freakin'

do this audition I know the reason why

I didn't pass that one because the song

choice the song that I chose wasn't

showcasing my voice to the best ability

so then 2012 comes I'm doing online

auditions I did email auditions and I

think I did a few online forms and so I

was looking at in my past email box and

I saw that I auditioned online through

email to 14 different companies 14 being

Startrak Entertainment which was the

company that I got signed to

The songs that I sent them I sent one Korean song

and the other four were my own original

songs in English the song that I sent

wasn't even kpop it was a Korean cover

from four men and it's one of my

favorite songs from them it's more of

like an R&B song so you guys should

check it out on my other channel and

I'll give you the link down below where

you can go watch it and just FYI I

actually got signed with this company

before I even won the Big Bang global

cover contest so that had nothing to do

with me getting signed so in the email I

just explained to them like at the time

what I was doing I sent them a link of

my video performance at UC Berkeley's

kpop con and then I just gave them

information about myself and my contact

a little bit of my bio they reply back

to me and they were saying that they

could see that I was passionate about

kpop and at first they weren't even

offering me a deal they were just saying

how with my songs my English ones could

get translated into Korean and they feel

that they could be a success in Korea

and so they were asking me questions

like you know do I plan on traveling to

Korea and they were also saying to that

if I didn't have plans to travel to

Korea to still keep in touch this is the

exact words from the person that emailed

me back it says frankly as a kpop swell

their English wasn't perfect but that's okay

frankly as k-pop's current it is so

difficult for foreigner to success in

music field as a singer so pretty much

they're saying right now currently it's

difficult for a foreigner to be a

success in music as a singer they're

also saying that there hasn't been

success in Korea for a foreign singer

but they said but after we listen to

your songs that you see and made they

have a good idea of how to break the

musical difference between pop and k-pop

so after that message I replied back to

them and asked them a bunch of questions

like you know what I have to move to

Korea would I be having to go back and

forth to Korea things like that they did

have trainees in development and they were

gonna be debuting a project that same

year I'm not sure how many trainees

there were but I can count at least four

or five trainees so with their response

after my reply they made the final

decision that they wanted me to join

their company and of course I was

aesthetic I was happy and everything but

of course I still had to get down to

business like what's that contract gonna be like

you know what I'm saying so after that

you know I just had some more questions

and they asked me more questions and

stuff like that they sent me the

contract in the mail signed it sent it

back they sent an English version and a

Korean version and I signed both versions

May 18th on Taeyang's birthday 2012

I was in Korea and they were like going

to Japan to perform and I remember all

this because like you know I love my Big Bang

You know it's crazy like I haven't

read this email in like hecka years I

didn't even know I still had this email

so this is their words we told you

before it's difficult for foreigner to

success in Korea as a kpop singer

so we consider how you can approach to

Korean finally we made this decision we

powerfully suggest that you develop with

our company if you want to work with us

your song will be legally registered and

what distribute the profit reasonably we

indicated our our position please let us

know your plans and opinion well I told

that I was interested in the plan and

they asked me questions they wanted to

speak with me on the phone

if you want more effectively we think it

is better to stay in Korea of course I

loved that option there were in a very

good location FNC Entertainment was

actually being built at the time that I

was in Korea my billing is right next

door so this is what they said in

response they said that they were

located near SM JYP and Cube and they

think it'll be a good place for me to

experience the Korean culture as soon as

you work with us we will promote you

through lots of ways also we will help

you learn writing songs and vocal every

make a song we will involve your song in

our song owl that will reveal this year

to promote our company and then they

said that they'll see how people respond

to that and they said that they're not a

famous company yet but they're trying to

develop their entertainment company and

also they said too that my hair style is

good for Korea so don't cut or change

What is currently happening Programs, welcome to the Grid VR.

Where I'll be bringing you this weeks news in Virtual Reality.

Its Saturday the 8th of September 2018 and all I can say this week is: Are you copying

me.

We've got Windlands 2 soaring through air, Echolocation intensifying fear, Iron Wolf

submersive warfare, Zero Killed, Witching Tower, Viveport store and much more.

Today I�m going to cover off the main events to keep you in the loop.

So stay locked, enjoy, and welcome, to the Grid VR.

At a time when big names dipping their toes in the VR water were playing it safe as houses

with teleport and snap turn only mechanics, Psytec was like fuuuuck that shit we're all

gonna throw up in our hands as we soar like Spiderman and pass out from low poly head

spins, and we're gonna love every minute of it.

Windlands was an early VR title not to be missed, and scratched the hallucinogenic Tarzan

of the jungle itch I'm assuming that the rest of the VR community was experiencing as well.

Next week, the styalized swingtastic sequel to Windlands titled Windlands 2 will be releasing

on the Oculus Store for all Rift users.

The game has been expanded to include not only single player, but also a new 4 player

co-op mode, there's bow and arrow, expansive areas to navigate, multiple advanced game

modes, timed speed runs, collectables, easter eggs, acheivements and more.

I've actually had a chance to play this one already though I can't show any footage just

yet, but from what I played it was pretty neat.

And with friends, this would be a unique and fun social experience.

People prone to motion sickness definitely need not apply though, as there is no way

in the metaverse you'll be able to play long enough to get value for money.

But those who can handle reasonably intense VR movement on the other hand should at least

give it a go.

Battle epic titans and save the world, Windlands 2 will be released next week on September

12th with a 15% preorder discount on the Oculus store now landing the game at $25.

A release for Steam and PSVR has also been slated for 2019.

Iron Wolf is a single or multiplayer, roomscale, online local or co-op Submarine game from

Ionized studios.

Fire at enemy planes with the flak gun or seige enemy ships with the deck gun as you

attempt to turn the tide of battle.

What's cool about this one is on a single PC, you can interact with the controls, wheels

and levers inside the submarine from inside VR, while your friend does the same thing

on the mouse and keyboard attached to that same PC.

Think of it like bridge crew, but more like barge crew, if that barge were permanently

submerged.

Each compartment fits to the minimum 2 meter by 1.5 meter roomscale boundaries perfectly,

and you can teleport between compartments using physical controls, like opening a door

or hatch leading to the compartment you want to move to.

The game actually hit the Steam store in 2017, but arrived on Oculus Home this week and it's

not something I've mentioned in detail here before, but it is something you should be

aware of.

Iron Wolf is $20 on Steam and the Oculus Store for Rift, Vive and WMR users.

First there was Zero Calibre, then Firewall Zero Hour, now from the team that brought

you VR and AR trainings, and Interactive Installations, comes Zero.

Killed.

In what kind of looks like the Great Giana Sisters to our Mario Brothers, Ignibit are

releasing a PC VR online multiplayer called Zero Killed.

The game will apparently have 10 different characters, multiple classes, a load of different

weapons, various locations and a range of game modes likely what you'd expect from other

veeeery similar online fps games.

It'll support gamepad and motion controllers, and it sounds like there will be no teleport

option available, so smooth locomotion only though the trailer does show a snap turning

feature.

I'm not really sure what to make of the trailer as it's pretty umm yeah, well it's like that.

It could totally be decent as it's very tough to guage from a trailer alone, and the closed

beta starts in a little over a week on September 17th, so I'll guess we'll find out shortly.

The full game will be going live on Steam on September 26th for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive

and likely WMR users.

The devs have also confirmed a PSVR release for 2019 though they will likely have a tough

time in that space specifically because of the success Firewall Zero Hour is having right

now.

While you wait for that.. stay locked for Gunter Struked and Rambo Sucks Sergio.

And briefly, Blind is a psychological VR thriller from Tiny Bull studios that features an almost

unique echolocate feature, if it weren't for Stifled, which I covered in this episode of

the Grid VR in July.

And to some degree Dispatch, which I covered in this episode of The Grid VR back in Jan.

Still, a very cool game mechanic it is, and rather than overload the senses in VR, these

experiences are doing almost the complete opposite of that and using minimalistic visuals

to immerse you in unknown darkness and increase tension alike.

Solve puzzles and escape danger as you try to escape the devious Warden and the mansion

he has entrapped you in.

Blind will be $25, and release on Steam, the Oculus store, and on PSVR in a little over

a week on September 18th, so check all the links in the description below if this is

something you want to keep your eyes on.

Daily Magic Productions are releasing a VR action adventure title called Witching Tower.

Set 6 years after a war of the Undead that did not turn out well for the general population,

you are Anna, a sword, shield, bow and arrow, or book weilding, honestly, who throws a book,

heroine who also has the ability to capture the mind of unsuspecting undead and control

their movements, or whip them in to shape with a maaagical lassooo.

Solve puzzles and explore the labyrinth inside the tower in this single player dark fantasy

fest as you attempt to overthrow the queen of the undead.

The Witching Tower will drop on Steam, Oculus store and Viveport on October the 4th for

Rift, Vive and WMR users though I've got no idea at this stage what the game will cost

or if it will be ported to PSVR, but stay locked here for updates.

At computex last year Intel was first seen showing off a wireless adapter attatched to

an HTC Vive that allowed the headset to operate without being tethered to a PC.

That unit was powered by Intels Wigig technology, operated over the 60Hz band to all but eliminate

wireless inteferance, and utilized Display Ports XR Codec to deliver a near zero latency

wireless VR solution.

And I covered all of that on this episode of the Grid VR in 2017.

Using that same Wigig technology, the Vive wireless adapter is now available for preorder

and will begin shipping on September the 24th.

With a price tag of $300 if you're in the US, or 300 quid if you're in the UK, plus

another $60 if you have a Vive Pro it's not cheap.

A premium price tag no doubt for what is at this stage a premium feature.

Though preorders are not available for Australia "oh get farred" or New Zealand "oh farred

you then".

Feel Three is a motion simulator dish that aims to bring realistic simulator movement

to the home consumer market.

Not to disimilar from the smaller, and more portable Yaw, which I covered in this episode

of The Grid VR on the 4th of Feb this year, the Feel Three option differs in that it provides

what looks to be a more premium offering.

I wasn't a fan of what I saw of the Yaw as it seemed to sit at a price that wasn't low,

but didn't really offer a comfortable solution to home VR sim runs.

Portable demos maybe, but not for power Elite Dangerous sessions.

The Feel Three dish offers 100 degrees of Pitch and roll, and 5 full rotations in Yaw,

has support for over 80 VR games already, is a modular product, weighs 85 kilo all up,

and absolutely smashed it's Kickstarter goal in under 5 hours.

The units started at around $2,500 US, with a standard sim pack landing at a little over

$5,000 US.

Look.

I've got nowhere near that amount of cash to drop on a dish, but if I were heavily invested

in sims or had that kind of cash lying around, then this is the unit I would be eyeballing.

Obviously though, kickstarters beware.

Also, Apollyon has updated the Oculus Tray Tool which is the best free app Oculus Rift

users can pick up to boost the quality of the image they see in the Rift, as well as

a tonne of other things like setup voice commands, arrange your Steam library, setup profiles

and way more.

The best third person VR game I've ever played, Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice is 50% off on

Echo Combat is running another beta weekend at the moment which goes until tomorrow the

9th of September.

It brings a load of bug fixes and a very much requested parties feature, so grab your friends,

and party on Wayne.

Pimax will begin shipping it's 5k and 8k headsets to early kickstarter backers in the next few

weeks, and 5k backers will now instead get a 5k+ model upgrade free of charge that has

improved, visually sharper panels.

Statute Of Limitations Denies Justice To Victims Of Catholic Church Abuse - Duration: 6:26.

Three words that separate the thousands of Pennsylvanians who say they were molested

as children by Roman Catholic priests, from receiving both justice and compensation for

their suffering, those three words are statute of limitation.

That's the reason why just two of the 301 priests named in the grand jury report on

abuse and children by priests have been charged with crimes.

Joining me to talk about this is Mollye Barrows, legal journalist for Trial Lawyer Magazine.

Molly, kids, and Catholics.

I mean, same story, we've done this story but every week we're finding some new edge

to it.

What is your take on this issue?

Statute of limitations, they have things they can do, legislation can take care of this.

To me that's what this is really about because it just keeps coming up of we talked about

before, the Catholic Church is continued to get a barrage of criticism whether it's in

United States, this latest grand jury report in Pennsylvania, even in Ireland apparently

ground zero for a lot of these claims of abuse, going back for decades.

Basically what's going on in Pennsylvania is they've got recommendations for the grand

jury that spent two years looking in to this saying, hey, if we really want to do right

by these victims, find justice for them then we need to make some real changes to our law.

And that includes changing the statute of limitations.

It also means not having these victims sign non-disclosure agreements that keep them from

being able to report this and work with law enforcement.

I feel like we're saying now, is this is the time that they could make some real changes

that would help these victims and they're not.

They're still making it political.

Molly, you've been a reporter many years.

You've covered a lot of stories on this very topic.

One thing that seems so apparent, we're seeing it with the pope.

Don't say anything.

Don't comment on it.

Because what we've seen historically is these kinds of these take place and then the Catholic

Church says as little as possible and sure enough, the media that is so ... you know,

if it's not as shiny thing the media doesn't have the attention span of a fly.

They can't pay attention to it for more than a little bit of time.

So the Catholic Church has used that as part of their playbook, haven't they?

Absolutely.

You see that happening here.

What's you take as far as what your experience covering these stories.

You've covered many of them.

Yes, and it's exact same things you see time and time again.

The system, whether it's apathy of the system or deliberate choices by people within it,

whether it's law enforcement or these priests or people within the community, they had different

allegiances and agendas and none of them were for the victim.

None of them are for doing the right thing.

So many of these victims don't really have a hope of finding any kind of justice because

lawmakers in Pennsylvania are really refusing to take up the matter, if you will, or make

decisions on statute of limitations.

Right now they can only file a civil suit until the age of 30 if you're abused as a

child and file criminal charges all the way up until you're 50, but these are charges

going back decades.

Well, part of this is, and you've seen it in the cases that you've covered, part of

it is cultural.

You have the Catholic Church so strong up there they affect local politics, they affect

the police department, they affect the media.

They affect the whole mindset because they do things like they allowed Catholic schools

and the PR machine that they're bringing out right now is extraordinary.

It's extraordinary.

They have more money than 10 third world countries.

Their whole goal here is to hang on to that money and they've figured out the cheapest

way to do it is to avoid ... Like, you got state rep, what's his ... Mark Rozzi.

Mark Rozzi is saying we need to do something to change the law.

Look at the criticism that Rozzi is already under for saying that.

He's getting it from the media.

He's getting it from every source.

This is part of the playbook though, isn't it?

It is.

Because this is a democrat.

Rozzi, also a sex abuse victim himself by a priest when he was child and he's under

the fire from folks like Senate President Joe Scarnati who is a republican who's basically

saying, "Oh, it's terrible what happened to these kids.

We do need to make some changes, but it sure shouldn't be retroactive," and that's what

folks like Rozzi are pushing for and including the governor as well, of Pennsylvania.

He's saying at the very least we need to raise the statute of limitations to be proactive,

create a window that's two year, gives two years for these older victims to come forward

and file civil suits so that they can receive some kind of justice.

Rozzi also brings up another important point and this is what I think so many victims don't

feel like they really getting justice, is he's saying this is a public safety issue.

Not just statute of limitations like, oh, gosh, golly, I can't point the finger at my

accuser anymore or go after them for some cash.

They can't catch these people who are still doing this.

There's no cure for pedophilia.

Here's what interesting about it.

They can still charge these priests if they want to, you understand?

They can still charge them with crimes.

They can still parade it through as far as it'll go on a trial.

There's a lot of things they can do if they were willing to do it.

And they're not.

But the truth is the Catholic Church has such control.

Go to Boston, they run Boston.

Go to parts of Pennsylvania, they run parts of Pennsylvania.

Any time you have that Catholic stronghold where they're in control of politics, they're

in control of culture, they're in control of the media, this playbook that we're talking

about is so classic.

There's not one thing, there's nothing at this point that prevents them from going ahead

and making some charges, even if the charges, even if there's problems with the charges

down the road, the story can be told and something can be done about this.

A patient who has got high blood sugars, if they happen to have the smallest of

cuts, whether it be, sometimes we usually say

the feet but in sometimes other parts of their body. Bacteria love sugar, and when

there's a lot of it in your body it's a lot easier for bacteria to just latch

onto it and cause a massive infection because again as I said, bacteria love

sugar, and the higher your blood sugars the higher risk you are at an infection

when you have an open area. For somebody who lives in a community where we have a

high high prevalence of diabetes, when in a community also from a cultural

background where there's a high prevalence of diabetes I just I want to

take them and I want to shake them and say to them "no no no no no!" Any scratch,

and I'm I'm on the ceiling with this, any scratch, any blister, anything on your

feet, if you are diabetic you need to seek professional help.

Meaning not a psychiatrist but a medical person who deals with, either deal with

either wounds, your family doctor, but you need to see somebody it's not one of

these things that you look at and you say, "Oh, this will go away." It has

to be seen by somebody sooner than later. Some people listening might say "My

goodness, you're getting excited." I'd rather be excited and go and somebody says, "Oh,

this is not a big deal," than to leave it and by the time patients get to us it's

limb-threatening, which means there's not much that can happen except having that

limb removed.

Bathroom Hygiene: Caring For Your Feet At Home - Duration: 5:42.

If you're diabetic and you are not taking care of your feet, and not only

your feet, but you're not taking care of your blood sugars and making sure

they're managed well, there could be a lot of complications, and one of the

biggest ones is wounds to your feet.

Hi, my name is Jackie Savoie. I'm a wound care

specialist - full disclosure. I love meeting new people I prefer to meet them

on the street than to meet them in the emerge with a limb-threatening wound.

So - listen up. Take care of your feet.

One of the biggest challenges we see is

something that we've coined "bathroom wound care."

Soaking your feet, and a lot of the times I feel like we're contradicting

ourselves, because we're telling you make sure your feet are moist, but at the same

time we're telling you make sure your feet are nice and dry between your toes.

So the reason why it's not something I ever support for diabetic patients to

soak your feet, now just imagine with a lot of our patients the skin is so dry

sometimes they have calluses, sometimes they have what we call fissures in the

heel, which is just cracks in your heel. You're actually just soaking your feet

in a bathtub full of bacteria. That's really all you're doing.

So let's say you happen to have had fungus in your toenails well you've just

now introduced that into a heel wound that you didn't even know that you've

had. Bacteria loves sugar, and when there's a lot of it in your body it's a

lot easier for bacteria to just latch onto it and cause a massive infection.

And the higher your blood sugars, the higher risk you are at an infection when

you have an open area.

So it's funny when you talk about drying between the toes, because we come

out of the showers the last place we think of is drying between our toes, but

again, any moisture between your toes leads to what we call maceration, the

tissues get wet, and the tissues start to break down. Diabetic again breaking down

high blood sugars any breakdown of skin leads to an open wound which can lead to

an infection. So I always say to patients "Always get between your toes," because the

majority of us come out of the shower, dry everywhere else, throw our socks or

whatever on, then we put our shoes on. And we, again, the cup a day sweating,

we're just leading to more moisture.

One of the biggest most common things I find

when we see a patient with a wound, with redness, with swelling on the toe, when I

go in and I see them and I say, "Oh, part of the history, what happened here?"

"Well, my husband was cutting my toes," and I almost want to do one of the 'Home

Alone' screams - "Noooo!" And this is what happens, because people cut it too short,

and if you cut it too short you have now introduced a wound. If you have

neuropathy you can't even say 'ouch!' when that person gets too low because you

have not felt that. And after a while now having this wound open, high blood sugars,

poor footwear, all of the things that go with it, people end up in the emerge with

cellulitis, and sometimes with, people wait, because some people may say "Oh, it's

not so bad, it's only red, I'm gonna put an antibiotic cream on." And not that I'm

slamming antibiotic creams, but this is what I normally hear. Or "I'm gonna put

some alcohol on it." And what ends up happening, without treatment, that wound

continues to deteriorate, deteriorate and by the time you come into the emergency

room it's a very bad wound. And it could be limb threatening or at least it could be

digit threatening, so that toe, the toes fore-

foot, those toes may have to be removed.

When people, again, when I meet them and we've seen the wounds and I often ask"So

what happened here?" And the story's usually, "Well, I had this blister and I

decided that I didn't like this blister here so I took a razor blade,

I took a pen," people have told me some stuff that they've used. Razor blades,

pins, screwdrivers, it depends on what part of the house they're in. And not

only are these things not sterile by any means, they are just not something you

ever want to put near an open wound, especially being diabetic. So I always

say to my patients "Please, oh please, oh please, do not participate in bathtub

wound care."

Any scratch any blister anything on your feet if you are

diabetic you need to seek professional help.

Can A Patient Living With Diabetes Get A Pedicure? - Duration: 1:40.

That's a tough one for me, and I'll be very honest with you, it's not something

I personally support.

Because again if we're talking about bathtubs of bacteria

that other people's feet have been soaking in -and I've been to those places

where they do that, and I know that they do a little spritz in a little spray.

If you're going to get callus removed they don't remove a lot of callus they use

sharp instruments when they do a pedicure. They use very sharp instruments

to pull cuticles back, to scrape at the bottom of calluses, and a lot of these

things too, you can end up getting a very microscopic tear, a very microscopic

scratch and not even realize that you've been injured. So my thoughts are, if you

really have a lot of calluses, your chiropodist, your foot care

professional is the person that needs to help you down that callus. You can always

go and get a nail polish change, but definitely I do not, it's not something I

personally support, it's not something I endorse to myself, to my patients, it's

not something I do myself based on the fact that we don't know whose feet have

been in there.

When I got banned on Twitch, I was like whatever I'm gonna stream on YouTube. It'll be fine

You know last time I was a seven day band

And I was like what everyday I'll just take a break this week

It was 14 days and I wanted to stream, you know, 14 years out streaming is it's a long time

so I was like whatever man I'm she could take the El I'm gonna stream on YouTube and

then I found out that my YouTube was hacked again and

Deleted fully every video the entire channel in the email link to it the the brand account everything just deleted

My YouTube channel is completely gone

So obviously that sucked and you know

I contacted my people and it was a pain in the ass

To get back it took me two weeks when it should have took me a day, you know

but

It's been a struggle man. So

When I knew that like I wasn't gonna get my youtube back like soon and might which was banned

I was like screw it like I had nothing left to do but

to go

Pretty much move out to LA and go hang out with the phase guys and banks and all that meet up with them

I was just like screw it. I just bought a one-way plane ticket to

LAX and I I dipped to LA and I started setting up my set up. I've been I've been grinding like

Usually when I get banned like I like to take a break and just chill, but I don't know this time

We're just been getting stuff done

Aside from streaming yet doing a little bit of self work, you know worried about was like working on myself

I took pictures with everybody and I I was pretty

I was pretty sad and just bored and I kind of depressed when I got banned but

Did pax thing really cheered me up going to pax was just incredible. Just meeting all my fans and just hanging out with people competing

I did end up getting 27 place, which wasn't too great, but I did have a really good game in the qualifiers

It was it was a weird format to play with but I mean, I'm happy to 7th place. It's whatever dude I

5 Dawson two hires isn't isn't a little amount of money. So I'm so I'm stoked that I won $5,000 in packs

Just there are so many good players here. There was just the most axles ever

But I mean this whole this little thing is just like a wake-up call though, like the last bands in the last hacks

I you know, I could just kind of brush it off, but this one was bad dude, like

When I got banned for seven days on Twitch, I was like, all right, this is this is cool

Like I could I could turn it into a positive. But like I don't know this band was just

Sucked dude, it sucks so bad. I streaming for 14 days

It was rough dude. Honestly, I'm just so glad to be back where I'm at

And I got that six stream set up here in LA

Then get back to the grind because I was grinding like 10 12 14 hours a day everyday before I got bad

What Is A Total Contact Cast? - Duration: 2:12.

So a total contact cast is something we use for treating a wound. So a patient

now who comes in and has a wound on the soles of their feet, it's really

difficult to say to somebody who is 56 years old, who's still working, by the way

the only way we can fix this is for you to be on totally off your feet all day,

every day, with the mortgage and kids and all the other activities. So a total

contact cast is something that is totally encased in your feet from the

base of your toes all the way up to below your knee. And the expectation is

that the pressure that has led to this wound based on the neuropathy would be

able to decrease it, because you now have this cast that decreases the pressure

which is what we're looking at. The unfortunate thing is these casts are

very cumbersome. There's some that are made out of fibreglass, there's some that

are, they're meant to be lighter, it changes your gait it makes it very

uncomfortable. When it's 90 degrees in July that's not something that a lot of

people are wearing and we can always tell when patients are not wearing them

because they come in and underneath the cast looks amazing. Somebody who has their

cast on 24 hours of the day with the way they're supposed to wear it when they're

ambulating, you see a worn cast so it's very hard to wear and it's very hard on

your lifestyle and it does not go with any of your clothes. So when you come

into clinic and you've said to me you've worn your cast, I know when you're

cheating because underneath that cast is still brand new with the tag on the bottom.
