Waching daily Sep 8 2018

all day we wait

just to go back to the places that we know

light grey, day breaks

over my head and pouring down my throat

ooh, oooh

howlin' out here for the morning light I can't sing no more

ooh, oooh

coming on the dark we can lose our sight what I gotta do this for?

same bar, set high burning it up like whisky to a fire

I'd close my eyes

but I ain't going out like this tonight

I ain't going out like this tonight

ooh, oooh

howlin' out here for the morning light I can't sing no more

ooh, oooh

coming on the dark we can lose our sight what I gotta do this for?

running me down to the last round running me down til the well runs out [x6]

ooh, oooh

howlin' out here for the morning light I can't sing no more

ooh, oooh

coming on the dark we can lose our sight what I gotta do this for?

ooh, oooh

howlin' out here for the morning light I can't sing no more

5 Skins Players Want BANNED In Esports - Explained

We all love skins.

You dont need them - youre really just paying for pixels on a screen but man, they look

so good.

Im ashamed to admit how many times Ive types in my card number to buy a new skin of my

favourite character in a game just because, I dunno, hes dressed as a snowman for Christmas.

Sigh.

Theyre cool and they help fund a lot of free to play games - but some say that certain

skins shouldnt be allowed in professional play.

Now why would that be?

Well, it depends, sometimes its a bug, sometimes its an advantage, sometimes they say skins

give you a disadvantage - if thats true, I really hope you havent bought any of those

ones.

Im not saying that these skins should be banned but over the years, some players have called

for exactly that.

Do you agree with them?

I want to hear everyones opinions and experiences in the comments section - Im Danny Burke,

lets take a look at these controversial skins from 5 different games … First off we have

Arclight Varus.

This is a skin from League of Legends that is pretty flashy looking, it sold really well

when it came out in December 2012 but in the years since then, some people feel the pros

shouldnt be allowed it.

The reason for this is that despite how flashy the skin is, the particle effects are a lot

more difficult to see compared to his default skin.

His ultimate, Chain of Corruption, is a lot smaller than the default skin.

This makes it harder for the enemy player to see and thus dodge.

For the average player, this might not affect much - the difference is between registering

the two moves is gonna be milliseconds.

For the pros though, this could be the difference between a won or lost teamfight, which could

decide the game in a series that wins them the League of Legends world finals.

In light, or in arclight of this, many have called for it to be banned … Moving over

to Overwatch now, were talking about Hanzo and Genji.

These guys are brother in the games Canon - they may not look too alike in their default

skins, having taken very different paths in life - but then Blizzard released two skins

for them - Young Genji and Young Hanzo.

Now they looked a lot more similar.

Blizzard have done a very good job with their characters of making them very unique - youre

never gonna mistake Tracer for Winston.

With Young Genji and Young Hanzo though - it could happen - and it has.

Many players have talked about mistaking the two in the heat of battle, even though theyre

on separate teams, simply because of their similar look and size.

Do any of our Overwatch fans think that they should be banned from competitive?

Im on the fence about this one, Ive only played Overwatch a handful of times and I think its

clear to see the huge amount of work thats gone into differentiating characters now matter

how crazy things get.

Moving on now to Fortnite, I know weve already talked about how Fortnite is not an Esport

yet, check out that video if you havent but while its still up for debate, lets look at

a skin that players think will give an unfair advantage.

In this case, its actually an unfair disadvantage - its the Nutcracker Skin.

It was released around Christmas 2017 for 2000 V Bucks and quickly a popular legendary

skin.

Then, players quickly began to realise that the ridiculously big head is actually a bit

of a disadvantage.

They say it makes hiding in bushes or peaking over the edge of forts a lot more difficult

because the enemy will see you slightly quicker than they would with the default skin.

Add to that the fact that some players say the extra head space is actually part of the

model for a headshot and you can see where theyre coming from.

Does that mean it should be banned in competitive play though?

The counter argument is that most top players dont spend their time hiding anyway.

It would be crazy if a pro game came down to one sniper shot on a hiding Nutcracker

though.

Nuts.

Were heading back to Overwatch now to take a look at McCree - hes gunslinger who like

to dispense justice with his peacekeeper revolver.

Its an iconic part of his kit and fans were only too happy to buy his Van Helsing skin

when it was released in October 2017.

Some observant players noticed that when they used the skin, something just didnt feel quite

right.

It turns out that the skin made the gun bigger which for some reason made the gun fire slower.

Thats right, players who used this skin were actually shooting slower than the default

skin.

There was a lot of debate about this at the time with other players saying it wasnt true

but either way - there have been calls for this to be banned from competitive play.

Something like this may not affect the first or second shot, but if youre firing that Peacekeeper

all game, that slowness is really gonna add up.

Moving on now we have Rainbow Six Siege and the Twitch Drone Skin.

This was a reskin released in mid 2017.

A number of players felt that this skin gave a tactical advantage to players.

They complained that the colouring of the drone meant that on some maps such as Border,

the drone is nearly impossible to see unless you get hit by her first.

There was frustration that you cant hear it or see it.

Some felt that this was an advantage locked behind a paywall since its falls under the

category of Elite Skin.

Overall though, the people who claimed this were a vocal minority.

Most people in the RSS community said that the drone was still an easy one shot, it was

still silent with the default skin - and ultimately, it wasnt any more difficult to spot than the

default skin.

Do we have any fans of the game who think that a small detail like this might affect

pro play?

Im interested to hear your thoughts …

That was fun - I love talking about skins - heres how much I love skins - even talking

about ones that people arent happy with, I cant help but think how cool they look - and

then I want them.

Even negativity around a skin works as an advertisement for it.

Amazing.

Whats your thoughts on skins in competitive play?

I know some games work really hard to make sure that there is consistency when it comes

to in game cosmetics.

Particles or clothing on a character might be different, but not enough to give any noticeable

advantage or disadvantage - but I also know people who say that at the professional level,

everything should be done to create an even playing field and skins that wander too far

from their defaults could seriously affect that.

What are your thoughts?

Also which of those 5 games have you played the most?

You should see a poll appearing around the screen now.

Dont forget to subscribe as the old saying goes, let me know what topic we should explore

next, thanks for watching, my name is Danny Burke and youve been watching esports1, the

one for esports.

BURN FAT W/ NAT + JIM | Ep. 3 - Carb Cycling For Fat Loss - Duration: 10:10.

(dubstep music)

- What's up guys, welcome back to my channel,

it's your girl Nattie Boss, registered dietitian,

fitness coach, and lifestyle coach of bodybyboss.com.

Today we are wrapping up our three part series

for fat loss with my friend Jim and I,

and we are going to talk about carb cycling.

- I don't know Natalie, this might be

my favorite thing literally of all time,

so I'm really glad that we're ending on this note.

- Oh this is exciting, this is awesome

because I'm such a fan of carb cycling

so to hear your take on it, and how it's helped you,

I get carb cycling questions all the time

and I'm so curious to hear your point on it

so why don't we just dive right into it,

and why don't you start there.

- Carb cycling is pretty much my go-to strategy

when I'm getting ready for a show.

I compete as a natural body builder,

I've done so for many, many years now,

you have high carb--

I mean, I'm not sure, maybe we set it up the same way,

I'm not sure.

We do a lot of things the same, and we learned that

the first two videos, so I'll have to see,

but high carbs, medium carbs, low carbs,

and then you kinda keep your protein and your fat the same

on the high, medium, or low days.

Is that how you structure yours?

- I actually structure mine a little different,

I don't necessarily,

sometimes for my clients I add a medium day in there,

but for me I like the drastic change,

- Ah!

- So I usually stick to the low and the high because

I really find that I really feel the difference in my body

so I like to really just shock it that way.

So I like to tend to do more lower carb,

and then I go right into a high carb day.

However when it comes to protein,

I do keep protein the same across the board

because that is essential for maintaining muscle

while you're trying to lose fat,

is keeping that protein intake up.

But, what I found was decreasing the fat

on days where I have higher carb,

helps to kind of keep my body in that fat burning mode,

because when carbs and fat are together in the body

they actually, they're both anabolic as far as

they tend to promote fat storage, right.

So fat's gonna promote fat storing in the body,

carbs, excess carbs in the body turn to fat in the body,

so their natural inclination is to

store fat when there's too much of it.

So, sometimes when you have fat and carbs both high

it might hinder your fat loss progress,

but that's not the case for every single person.

Again, that's why customized one-to-one training

and nutrition is super important because you have to

take into account just, genetics, body types,

and how people respond, because some people might

be able to lose fat while increasing them

but I've found for me personally,

on days where I'm higher carb, I need to be lower fat.

And then when I do low, let's see,

low carb I'm high fat.

And my protein stays the same.

- I think there's a lot of wisdom in what you just said,

I really do.

And it's interesting because you're right,

if you're higher carb and higher fat,

because, remember, fat is nine calories per gram

so you run the risk of easily spilling

into a really high excess of calories,

and then all of a sudden your body

doesn't know what to do with all those nutrients

and it has to start storing fat.

- Yeah.

- And so I try to keep my fat pretty constant

across all three days but I just know that,

I mean it's a mental thing, right?

Like when I'm on a high carb day,

I'm so excited about eating,

I know a lot of times I will end up having,

I don't usually go crazy,

but I will end up having a little extra fat,

and so I have to kind of work that down on the other days.

And so I kind of naturally fall into a situation where,

'cause I have those medium days,

where medium days are kind of like middle road

across the board, but the higher days

are really high carb, a little bit higher fat,

the low carb days are really low carb,

and a little bit lower fat, so it all kinda balances out.

- It's about switching the energy systems, right?

We're going from the keto to the burning of the glucose,

so I feel that it works best when,

if I'm solely gonna burn the glucose,

I have to make sure the glucose is the main thing

in my system.

And again, I feel when people generally try to combine that

they don't take into account necessarily the fat,

then the fat and the carbs, it's very easy to eat carbs

and fat together, right?

Like french fries.

- Yeah, or pizza, right, yeah.

- Or pizza, you know what I mean.

- Right.

- But it's very, it's very hard when you have to focus

on high carb with low fat, and then all of a sudden

you're like "what do I eat?"

but then that's when the fat loss, I think, really thrives

because you focus on whole foods, and you focus on

just natural carb sources.

So it's lots of sweet potato, it's fruit,

it's things that have natural sugar,

but there's just no fat involved.

So and you kinda reap the benefits

of just getting that whole food and those vitamins

and minerals because you end up,

there is no other option for you to eat,

you can't eat a bag of chips because it has too much fat,

you know what I mean?

- That's exactly right, and you left out my favorite food

of all time which is oatmeal.

And so oatmeal is kinda the same thing.

- Oh, oatmeal.

- Right, yeah.

That's so true, I mean, it's so easy

to eat high carb and high fat.

It just, it's so easy for all the reasons you said.

When you're trying to eat high carb and keep your fat modest

that actually takes some work, and you're exactly right.

- When people start to stall, a lot of the times

it's by athletes with this mindset

that they know low carb will make them lose weight,

but when they're dieting for weeks and months

out of the year for tournament after tournament

after tournament, they don't realize they need those carbs

to reset, to replenish, aid in recovery.

I feel that that's a big issue in my community,

and how's that with yours?

- I think there's a lot of overlap actually,

maybe more than you remember or realize.

I think that the carb phobia is very real.

And I mean, I work with athletes and I also work with

general population people, and within

the general population circles,

it's very, very rampant, where people just feel like

"Oh my gosh, I can't have any carbs,

"because if I do, I'm just gonna ruin all the progress

I'm trying to make."

And I love what you said about needing that high carb day

to kinda replenish your glycogen stores,

kinda get your hormones back to where they should be.

I think think if somebody's watching

and they're interested in this

and starting out for the first time,

I think when you are a little bit lower carb,

bumping up those fats a little bit

to replace some of that energy,

I think that's a really, really smart move.

And start doing that as kind of your baseline carb cycling.

- When I know that I have to start carb cycling,

which is usually cutting for a tournament,

I usually generally start with just cycling out my carbs,

usually at maintenance calories,

but that's only for about a week,

and then after a week I'll cut my calories

with how I like to structure, with the lower carb, high fat,

high fat, low carb.

Only when I get to the very, basically,

a week or two out of my competition and if it's something,

if I didn't already make the weight,

that's when I usually do the low carb, low fat.

Decreasing that fat helps my body, me specifically,

really dip into fat storage, and I find that

but I can't do it that far out,

because like you say, it's way too much on your mental game.

So it really has to be strategic,

and I feel that it works best for me

when I can do it maybe a week or two weeks max

out to the competition date, because that's about

as much as my brain can handle low fat and low carb (laugh)

- I'm just curious if, so when you're getting really close

to a competition, and you're weighing yourself everyday,

which I weigh myself everyday too,

and so, when you're carb cycling,

did you find it to become very predictable in that

after your low days, your body weight would almost always

dip the following morning?

- Oh yeah, yeah.

- I wanted to bring that up because again,

for people out there that this might be brand new to them

that is a very, very, very powerful thing.

When a lot of times if people are dieting,

or trying to lose fat or whatever,

one of the biggest sources of frustration

is people wondering if what they're doing is going to work.

- Yeah.

- And the thing about carb cycling is

once you get your maintenance calories figured out,

which takes some time, but then you set up your carb cycle

your body starts to become so efficient

at turning over that glycogen and just,

you start to get into these predictable patterns,

and again that's very, very powerful

from a mental standpoint.

- You really wanna dial in on specific fat loss.

I'm a huge fan of actually calculating the macros.

- So for the average person,

I love Monday through Friday you're in a routine

and then you kinda relax a little bit on the weekend,

and that becomes your carb cycling.

- Yeah.

- But the second thing is, and I totally agree with you,

I think every single person would benefit

from tracking their macros for at least one or two months.

You will learn so much about nutrition.

If you don't wanna do it for the rest of your life,

I understand that.

But take a month or two and do it,

and you will learn so much that

your eyes will really be open.

- Yes, I love that.

Why We Haven't Been Posting - Duration: 16:55.

What's going on ladies and gentlemen?

Welcome back to the channel.

It's Alex and Marko, the Vagabrothers.

It's been a little while since you've seen our faces.

And we wanted to address the fact that

we have not been posting as much lately,

and let you know why.

There's been a lot going on behind the scenes,

both in the business and in our personal lives...

both good, both bad, and we wanted to give you an update

and also let you know about some exciting things

that are happening very, very soon.

Without further ado, this is why we haven't been posting lately.

As most of you know we spent the bulk of the summer filming

our new TV show, Budget Versus Baller,

which is going to premier on YouTube TV

on the Tastemade Channel this Fall.

It was pretty intense.

It was forty-five days on the road of production nonstop.

We did episodes in North America, in Europe, and in Asia.

We learned quite a lot, both about ourselves,

about television, about production, and about life in general.

It was definitely very different than filming for YouTube.

We have done stretches where we filmed

for like two weeks to a month.

Back in the day we did six months straight

when we first got started when we won the BBB contest.

The Biggest Baddest Bucket List

Not BVB.... BBB. It's different.

Confusing, but this is definitely

the biggest stretch of travel.. six weeks straight

that we've done in a very long time.

And also it happened right in the middle of summer, which is usually

when we're trying to publish as much content as we can for you guys.

For that we sincerely apologize.

We wanted to try to deliver more content to you

over this summer, but life happens

and the situation we found ourselves in

was one where we could not produce as much content

as we wanted to publish over the summer.

But good things are coming.

I think that TV is different than YouTube in many ways.

On one side you're doing less.

We were just only focusing on hosting.

However, it's also very taxing, very tiring

You were traveling around a lot.

You have multiple cameras on you at once.

You start, stop, move, change locations all the time.

Call times, early call times, late wrap times.

I think what we should just clarify when

Mark says, " All we have to do is host"

When we make YouTube videos for you,

when we go out and shoot series,

we're not only being in front of the camera,

we're often times, almost always, operating the cameras.

We are getting the shots; we are talking with businesses

to allow us to film there.

We're getting from A to B

We're essentially doing the jobs of many people.

When we hosted the show, Budget Versus Baller,

our only responsibilities were hosting the show.

Everything else, all of the different aspects of production,

which don't get talked about a lot here on YouTube

were handled by other people, by the production team.

The production team was really cool.

The director and cinematographer was Christian.

His second camera guy was Tyler

Nathan was A.C., assistant camera.

Katie was the producer, and we picked up a

local sound, audio engineer and a local fixer and

driver in every location where we went.

There were four people that were very much constant fixtures on the trip.

And then we had another three or four that were constantly cycling out.

It was quite the adventure.

We became very tight with everyone on set

as we traveled through out these different destinations.

We went to Europe first. We did Lyon, Nice, Genoa

and the Italian Riviera, and then Geneva in Switzerland..

After that we flew back to the United States;

We shoot an episode in LA.

We were here for a weekend in Los Angeles to catch up with family and friends.

We also shot the pilot in Austin, Texas.

which is the second episode from North America.

Then we flew to Asia and we shot an episode in Taiwan

in Lao..in Okinawa, Japan

and finally in Hong Kong.

Essentially, a week looked like this:

three days of filming, Day 1, Day2, Day 3 filming

travel day, Day1 , Day 2, Day 3 filming next destination

Rest day.

And then repeat.

It was like that for about six weeks, which

in the beginning it was very manageable

and actually taught me personally a lot about wellness and rest.

I became very focused on doing Yin Yoga

and meditation in my time off

to balance out the yang-ish energy of being a TV host.

I took the opposite approach to it.

I just finished reading a really good book

by a guy named Jaco Williams who is an ex US Navy Seal

and his whole philosophy was just...

grab life by the huevos and never compromise on yourself

I was trying to wake up at 4:30 in the morning

and get a workout in before a 6AM call-time.

And that lasted a couple of weeks,

but towards the end of it, I was in the same mentality of

Oh my gosh I really need to conserve energy to finish strong and complete this job.

That was a long time for production

and constant travel, constant being in front of the camera,

it can be very taxing.

But I think it also taught us some lessons in the sense that

when you have such a large time obligation,

it teaches you to focus on the essential stuff

for what our business is.

Sometime if you're self employed,

you can easily get distracted doing this, this, this, this,

especially if you're a Youtube and you combine your own business with FOMO

where you always feel there's something else you should be doing

some other place you could be.

It can be a recipe for burnout, and a lot of

creators on youtube have been dropping out from burnout,

from just trying to be everywhere at all times....

to be on all platforms.

All platforms at all times, constantly posting,

constantly updating, constantly working and uploading and editing and shooting .

It takes a toll on you, and when you do that for years at a time with no break,

you are setting yourself up for burnout and for failure.

a lot of the last few months for us has been re calibrating

and just trying to find equilibrium.

Part of the reason we weren't publishing over the last few weeks and

not publishing as much over the last few months

is we have been juggling lots of different responsibilities

and we have been very aware and cognizant of the fact

that burnout is real, and we're just trying to avoid that

so that we can continue creating content for all of you.

On a side note, we will be doing a premier for Budget Versus Baller

here is Los Angeles.

If you live in the area, stay tuned and follow us on Instagram

for updates about the specific time and dates.

Should be late October.

That's where we're going to be making the announcement once we figure out

and finalise dates for the premier

If you want to come, watch an episode of Budget Versus Baller with us in person

then make sure you are connected with us on Instagram

so you don't miss the announcement.

On the personal front, we have had a lot of people pass away in our lives, recently.

Not only like everybody, Anthony Bourdain

passed away right before we started the TV show

and he was a huge inspiration to us.

Halfway through production, Ryker, Alexi and his girlfriend Mindi, our friends from

High On Life crew also passed away from a tragic accident in British Columbia

and when we were coming home on our last day

of production, we got news that our grandfather

who's super close with us was on his deathbed.

We cut short a trip that was planned to go to the Philippines to do some vlogs

and we flew straight home to Los Angeles to be with our grandpa.

It was really, really difficult.

At the end of forty-five days on set,

after a fourteen hour flight across the Pacific from Hong Kong to LAX,

we got off the plane and went straight to our grandparents' house

and spent the next week or so

with our family watching our grandfather slowly pass away

That was not easy by any means.

But I think that having that happen was natural.

He was 92 years old.

He lived a full life. He was surrounded by his wife, his loving wife of over 60 years,

his children, his grand children

I was just glad we were able to make it back in time

to be there to support the rest of our family

H, that's what we called him. His name was Halford.

He was an amazing individual.

He was an optimist, a member of the Optimist Club

I will continually and always try to live to the standards that he set

for being positive and being cheerful

and trying to encourage everyone to live their best life.

It was kind of a shock.

It was kind of a a rough homecoming, for sure

after a very exhausting summer.

But I think that we knew that he loved us

He knew that we loved him.

And it was just time.

That's life and that's death.

H, if you're up there watching, I love you.

And you're always going to be in here.

It's worth mentioning that we were super close to our grandpa.

We grew up in San Diego, and he lived here in LA

I went to school in LA and I was able to go visit him during finals.

I'd come there to study

But most importantly, when we got started with Vagabrothers,

we won this contest to go six months around the world making videos,

we came to California and didn't really have a place to stay.

We knew we had to be in Los Angeles

to be near the YouTube space to try to pitch

and try to pitch ourselves as TV host,

and our grandparents took us in.

Our grandma, Jeannie, and our grandpa, H

took us in , and we stayed in basically our old

mom's, aunts' and uncle's rooms just crashing out.

It was great; it was a really symbiotic relationship because

we brought a little bit of youth and energy into their house.

They gave us a place to stay and a lot of support

and wisdom....and wisdom, and our grandpa would come in...

We turned their living room into our production studio,

This is four years ago.... 2014

And our grandpa would walk into the living room

when we were there working, and he'd always say the samething..

"At it again. At it again!"

He is always impressed by how long we are working.

He'd be like, " A and E. That's all I want to see,"

which is short for asses and elbows

because he grew up on a farm in Kansas

and he would always that when you were working,

you were like in the ground planting seeds.

So all you should be able to see if someone is working hard is asses and elbows.

He also had another great saying that we loved

which is ,"Onwards and Upwards," "Excelsior" in Latin.

And that is what we're going to try to live

and internalize because life is a journey

and you point your compass upwards,

and you continue to march onwards,

then good things are going to happen.

And it's a good phrase to use when

something goes bad.

He passed away, and the first thing I thought

was onwards and upwards.

Every single time something bad happens to you in life,

you have to just look forward and go,

onwards and upwards.

That is his philosophy.

That's something that really helped us get through some difficult moments.

I'm very happy knowing that we had the chance to speak with him so much.

I've always tried to live to make him proud,

to make my grandmother proud, and I know

that we achieved that.

They were both very, very proud of us.

My grandpa's favorite movie was our film

East of Eden,

which in a way was about the dialogue we had with him.

We had very different values and political views,

but that film was really about bridging the gap between

urban and rural, and our grandfather who

grew up on a farm in Kansas and is a bit more traditional

I think he really appreciated that film.

He would always watch it on loop(??).

I think about 1000 views of that video are from him alone.

Also with the passing of Ryker, Alexey, and Mindy

We were not super close with them, but they were definitely our peers.

When I heard the news, it really shook me to the core.

We were on set in Geneva,

and we both just starting crying.

It just really makes you realize how

that could have easily been us.

It could have been Alex going after Carrie

and me going after my brother,

and all of us meeting our ends.

There's been a lot of people passing in our lives recently.

It's been a reminder that life is short,

and you can't really just say we'll do this next year,

we'll do this later.

If something's worth doing,

it's worth doing it right now.

I think that what we're going to dedicate ourselves to

is really checking off some of the big goals we have in life.

And yes, a lot of that is narrative travel and story telling.

We appreciate you guys have been so patient with us

as we've been through this period and we haven't been posting as much

We're going to do our best to make some content in the meantime,

and we're going to dedicate ourselves into making

really, really high quality travel cinema for you to enjoy over the next couple months.

On a positive note...moving onwards and upwards,

we just want to let you all know that

good things are coming, that we are

dedicated to delivering the highest quality travel content

on YouTube for all of you Vagabuddies out there,

and we have some really cool exciting new destinations

which are coming up very, very soon.

At the end of this month, we are going to be heading to Sri Lanka.

We'll be shooting a large vlog series there,

and we are estatic about it.

We can't wait to go explore this island.

We really think all of you out there are seriously going to enjoy it,

and afterwards probably going to book a ticket there.

When we started this channel, I was super into documentary making expeditions.

And I think that as we move forward,

those types of journeys, those types of trips,

we want to start incorporating back into our content.

Not only are we going to give you guys travel tips,

and the city guides and the top tens, and the travel vlog series,

but we want to start planning at least once

or maybe twice a year, one large expedition to a new place

that's off the grid where we're going to have to go into the back country

and explore nature and culture and adventure

and try to get back to that wild, free feeling in places that we've never been before.

If you're interested in that type of content,

if you want to see us do more nature, or backpacking

or back country content, then please share

your tips on the places that you think we should go

or places that you've been that you think would make great vlog series.

Please let us know because that's also on the agenda for the end of this year and 2019.

In sum, thank you for your patience.

Thank you for watching this far in the video and taking an interest

on where we are personally, emotionally, and professionally.

We promise to be making great content for you in the coming months.

Again, stay tuned on Instagram for updates about when we're doing the live premier

here in Los Angeles and either way Budget Versus Baller

will be available in the Fall on Tastemade's channel on YouTube TV

As always, stay curious, keep exploring,

and we will see you on the road very soon

with new fresh content coming at you.

Thanks guys. Peace.

Chloe's Baby Shower Drama | Unexpected - Duration: 1:46.

WELL, I'M THE DAD,

SO I THINK I SHOULD GO.

Jessica: AND, I GUESS, IN MY RIGHT MIND,

I DON'T KNOW WHAT 18-YEAR-OLD BOY

REALLY WANTS TO GO TO A BABY SHOWER.

LET CHLOE HAVE HER OWN TIME SOMETIMES.

AND THAT'S KIND OF WHAT I'M TRYING TO GIVE HER.

I JUST WANT TO SEE THE PRESENTS.

LIKE, IT'S LIKE CHRISTMAS.

LIKE, THIS IS MY OPINION.

I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT GO,

BECAUSE I WANT MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE A GOOD TIME.

I MEAN, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO, THAT'S FINE.

MAYBE HE'LL SAY HE DOESN'T WANT TO.

MAYBE HE'LL SAY HE DOES.

OH, HE WANTS TO. EXACTLY.

BECAUSE, WHENEVER MOM TOLD HIM, SHE WAS LIKE,

"NO, WE DON'T WANT YOU THERE," HE WAS LIKE, "OH, DANG.

LIKE, OKAY."

LIKE, HE GOT UPSET.

BECAUSE HE HAS TO BE EVERYWHERE.

HE HAS TO BE INVOLVED IN EVERY LITTLE ASPECT.

IT'S LIKE, "OH, MY GOODNESS, HEAVEN FORBID

YOU SEE THE PRESENTS AFTER THEY'RE OPENED.

OH, MY GOSH."

HOW DARE HE BE INVOLVED IN HIS CHILD'S LIFE.

IT'S A BABY SHOWER FOR A MOTHER.

SORRY, THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.

IT'S BEEN AN ONGOING FIGHT, I GUESS --

BATTLE, IN THAT SENSE.

I ABSOLUTELY GET WHY SHE WANTS HIM THERE.

SHE SAW THAT ME AND NATE HAD A CO-ED BABY SHOWER,

AND SHE REMEMBERS HOW FUN THAT WAS.

AND THERE WAS GUYS AND GIRLS, AND IT WAS JUST --

IT WAS HUGE.

BUT WE WERE MARRIED, YOU KNOW,

AND WE WERE OLDER,

AND THIS WASN'T MY FIRST, YOU KNOW, RODEO.

I -- THIS IS MY THIRD BABY SHOWER,

AND I'M KIND OF, LIKE, AT THAT POINT, LIKE, OKAY.

YOU KNOW, I THINK THE FIRST ONE

JUST NEEDED TO BE SPECIAL, FOCUSED ON HER.

OKAY, WELL, I'M GOING TO SLEEP, SO, BYE.

YOU'RE GONNA CRY OVER THIS?

SERIOUSLY, CHLOE?

YOU'RE CRYING OVER A BABY SHOWER.

THAT'S NOT WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO

IS FIGHT WITH YOU OVER THAT.

I SAID, THAT'S FINE.

YOU GUYS ARE SO FRUSTRATING.

Don't Trash Talk New York - Duration: 4:32.

- Temecula sounds so fun.

I'm from Philly.

- Aw that's great.

Brennan where are you from?

- I'm from New York.

- Ugh, that awful place.

- Helltown for bastard people.

(laughing)

Patrick what about you?

- Oh, I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio.

- I bet that's nice.

- Why do you bet that's nice?

- It's his hometown.

I was just trying to be polite.

- You weren't polite about where I'm from.

You called it a helltown for bastard people.

- Yeah Brennan, you're from New York.

It's okay to be rude when you're talking

about New York.

- I mean it is a rotten tattered asshole

full of wretched horrors.

- I went there once on a four hour field trip

and it wasn't what I liked.

- I went there once and there was a trash on the ground.

- A whole trash?

- A whole trash on the ground.

- Okay, what about the subway?

- [Ally] The subway.

- [Patrick] Don't get me started on the subway.

- Brennan are you listening?

We're making fun of the place where your family lives

and the place that made you who you are

because it has the subway, which we don't like.

- Interesting.

Rekha, how does Philly handle its 24-hour

public transit system?

- Oh, well we don't have 24-hour public trans-

- Oh you don't have that?

Fascinating, you don't have that.

See in New York, we have a public transit system

that transports millions of passengers everyday,

seven days a week,

365 days a year.

Patrick, what about the one horse russ-bucket

piece of shit you crawled out of?

They got covered wagons there yet?

- Hey man, that's my hometown you're talking about.

- Exactly.

I've got a hometown too,

but you know what I have to do?

I have to listen to every gap-toothed yokel

with a ticket for the Circle Line

talk about their disappointing trip to M&Ms world.

Meanwhile, I say word one about whatever strip mall

you hay seeds you tumbled out of and I'm the asshole.

- Hay seeds?

We're all from cit-

- Don't you dare say cities.

I've had more people up the crack of my ass

in a goddamn elevator ride than you bumpkins

have got in your quaint little hamlets put together.

- Hamlet? Cincinnati is not a hamlet.

We have several museums.

- Several museums?

Well, several museums, you don't say?

Buddy, I got museums on my block like you've

got Cracker Barrel's on your interstate.

You read me?

- Yes.

- New York is crowded.

- Yeah, 'cause you looky-loos keep coming.

Stay home and it'll be less crowded.

- New Yorkers never smile.

- Why would we?

You're there.

- Yeah, but everyone's so drunk and angry.

- That's true, but those people aren't New Yorkers,

they're from Long Island.

- Well, then why is everyone always talking shit

about New York?

Nobody ever talks shit about Cincinnati.

- That's actually a great point.

You never hear people talk shit about Mudville either.

- Mudville?

- Precisely.

You wanna know the real reason you guys all talk

shit about New York?

(lullaby music)

You wanna know why?

Because deep down, you wanted to love it,

but you couldn't.

Because you weren't strong enough.

Oh, my apartment's so small.

It's not comfy enough.

There's not little trees on my little block.

Oh, I'm scared because I saw a little rat lay

a little egg inside a little vagrant's open knife-wound.

- Brennan, isn't this kind of proving our point?

- Of course it is.

(suspenseful music)

Of course it's proving your point.

You think I don't know my own hometown?

You think I don't know what it's like?

I have seen crust punks suck each other off

in the open guitar case of a weeping busker.

I have stepped in puddles so deep,

and so cold, that I was barely the same person

by the time I stepped out.

And one time, I accidentally went outside

during SantaCon.

And I loved every second of it.

You don't like New York?

Fine.

Good.

More for me.

It's not for you anyway.

But just because you saw my hometown in your

favorite movie doesn't give you the right

to talk shit about it right to my face.

Be decent.

I don't want to have to come for whatever mid-range

zip code spawned your country mouse ass

after I look up how to roast it in the encyclopedia

of places nobody gives a shit about.

(slurping)

- Okay, well Brennan, if you love New York so much,

why are you in L.A.?

- I mean I had to get out of there.

- I mean, can I just say it?

The grind.

Amateur Vs. Professional: Party Planning Challenge - Duration: 8:00.

- [Clark] 20 minutes isn't that much time.

(Amber exclaiming)

- Wait, how do you use a glue gun?

- Don't run with scissors.

- There's just not any hope.

(upbeat music)

- Hey, I am here with DIY extraordinaire,

amazing Amber from NBC's Making It.

- How did you start crafting?

- I was working full-time as a clinical psychologist.

Now, this is what I do.

- That's awesome. - I know, right?

(upbeat music)

- And Clark.

- That's my title.

- Today we're gonna do a little competition.

We're gonna throw some parties.

We've got a whole bunch of goodies over there for you guys.

Each of you are gonna get a theme for your party.

You're gonna pick it out of these bowls.

You're gonna run over there.

You're gonna grab as many things as you can.

Build this party; it's gonna be awesome.

You're gonna have 20 minutes to assemble your party.

And at the end, we're gonna invite some guests

to come check out your space.

And they're gonna decide which party they like better.

- The pressure. - Wow, man.

- Are you guys ready for this?

- I'm ready; can't wait to kick the craft outta ya.

(counter dings) (Amber laughing and whooping)

- All right.

Pick your themes from your bowls.

(paper shuffling)

- I feel like this party's gonna be lit.

- Oh, what'd you get?

- Under the sea.

- Carnival.

- Let's get this party started?

(counter dings) - Yes.

One, two, three, go!

- Okay, carnival, carnival, carnival.

- Under the sea (screams).

- Oh, this is good for a carnival.

- Look at this; this is good.

- Oh, that's cute.

- Okay. - Oh, man.

Oh man, Clark's already back at the table.

If you feed people, they'll like your party.

All right, a white tablecloth; a good place to start.

- [Clark] 20 minutes isn't that much time.

I feel like I'm not doing well already.

- This is pressure.

This is harder than Making It.

- I'm going with a very obvious blue for the sea.

(balloon rubber stretching)

- I would not have worn hot pink lipstick

if I'd known I'd be blowing up balloons.

(lips flapping) (balloon rubber stretching)

Oh my gosh.

I'm gonna pass out.

- This marker is not good.

I do not like it.

- I wonder if this glue gun will glue these together

without popping them.

(upbeat music)

- [Host] Tell me what you're doin' over here.

- Okay, so the plan right now?

Well, what am I doing?

I don't know. - (giggling) Great.

- But okay, here we go.

I'm gonna make a balloon garland centerpiece.

- Fun. - For the center of the table.

(groans) So you can just hot glue them together.

And then kind of arrange them down the center

of the table.

- [Host] Clark, what are you doin' over here?

- Well, tell me.

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?

- SpongeBob SquarePants! - So, we're goin'

with a SpongeBob theme.

- I love it. - I'm gonna have

pineapple cups.

I'm makin' Squidward's house right now.

- All right, I'm just gonna leave you be.

This is amazing.

(balloon rubber stretching)

- I do not like these cups.

- Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?

(lips screeching)

- Wait, how do you use a glue gun?

- Well, that's good when your opponent says that.

- Hey, we're all just tryin' to make it.

(counter dings) - Oh my goodness.

- I'm feelin' inspired and sweaty.

This is what pineapples look like, right?

- I had pom-poms, pom-poms.

Where'd the pom-poms go?

- Look, it's Patrick.

- There is something enduring

about what you're doing over there.

- Thanks. - No problem, any time.

- I'm glad you see my vision. (counter dings)

- Oh my goodness.

(fast-paced music)

- Wait, how did yours get to cute so fast?

(Amber laughing) - Gosh dang it.

- [Host] 10 minutes remaining.

(clock ticking) - No.

- [Amber] Make this a candy carnival.

The candy carnival, yes.

- Aw, man.

What food do you eat in the ocean?

You're not supposed to eat and swim.

(gasps) These look like SpongeBob.

- Geez.

Okay, okay.

- Now that there's food I feel a bit better

about my vision.

- Really get your hands all up in their food.

- [Clark] I will not touch the glue this time.

- We've got drinks too.

If you give people liquor, or some sort of alcohol,

they will also, oh, well.

The alcohol's falling apart, okay.

- (signs) Every time I look over,

I'm just amazed by how much you have.

- I'm kind of amazed myself.

(shells clinking)

- [Clark] You've just got pretty stuff

in the middle of your table.

Mine has nothing.

I'm feelin' insecure.

I mean, what else could I even use?

- [Host] You guys have five minutes left.

(clock ticking) - Okay.

- F word! (Amber laughing)

(funky music)

There's just not even any hope.

- I need to write on this thing somehow.

Oh, there's paint; there's paint.

- She has time to do paint?

- Let's

party?

What do you say at a carnival?

- I can't help you here, homie.

- Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

Maybe I'll have enough time to make a pinwheel.

Don't run with scissors.

- [Host] Two-minute warning.

(clock ticking) (both screaming)

- Schnikes!

(funky music)

Wine; let's drink.

Let's get wasted!

- Pink, obviously.

- Yellow because it looks like pineapple pinot.

(Hums in approval) That's a nice blend.

- [Host] One-minute warning.

(clock ticking) - How'd you open that?

- [Clark] With my hand.

Ah-ha, somebody's gotta find a corkscrew.

- Yeah, you've beat me.

I have no clue.

It's a serve-yourself type of an affair.

It's fine. (clock ticking)

- 25 seconds. - Yeah, I guess you don't go

to a party where the drinks are pre-poured.

No!

Why do you know everything, Amber?

Oh, frick, I didn't (groans).

- [Host] 10, 9, - No, No!

- [Host] Eight,

seven,

six,

five,

four,

three,

two, one, you're done.

- Under the sea. - Whoo!

- Aw, man. - Good job, you guys.

- Yours has so much flair.

- Oh my gosh.

I am sweaty (chuckling) - This is actually.

This is really impressive. - I know.

(funky music)

- You did an awesome job. - I'm very proud of myself.

- [Amber] You did a great job.

- It's cohesive. - I love these pineapples.

They kinda look like boobs a little bit.

- Cool. - Who's this?

- [Clark] This is Squidward,

and SpongeBob and Patrick.

- [Amber] That is a good pineapple.

(funky music)

- So here we have

SpongeBob CakePants.

They're pineapple Bundt cakes.

We have some pineapple pinot.

And here, we got some sweet sea kelp.

- Well, what I would do differently, Clark.

- Yeah, critique me, Amber,

the master crafter.

- Do you wanna know all the things,

or just a couple?

- Tell me all the ways. - I would go for a focal point

down the middle of the table. - Okay.

Rather than the corner situation you have here.

- Okay. - I kind of am into this

circle of plates.

I wouldn't have done it,

but I don't hate it.

- Okay, you know what Clark?

I'm gonna try one of these little pineapple.

- Oh, thank you, yes. - Pineapple cakes.

- There you go. - But are they lemon

instead of pineapple? (Clark laughing)

Did you lie to me?

- I'm sorry, I thought y'all would be drunker at this point.

- As good as this is, I'm so sorry.

I'm a sucker for pink

and for pops of color.

I think this table has it right here.

(scoreboard dings) - I do.

- I think the under the sea one wins most improved.

But the carnival's

plater of the day. (scoreboard dings)

- I think I'm gonna go

with Clark's party. (scoreboard dings)

(crowd cheering) (Clark exclaiming)

- Yeah!

- The carnival. (scoreboard dings)

- [Clark] Oh, no.

- Amber, you're the winner.

(Amber whooping)

- Awesome. - Bravo.

- That is a wrap on our competition.

Be sure to check out Amber on her blog,

Damask Love, where she has all sorts

of DIY crafts, and projects, and inspirational ideas.

And definitely follow her story and root for her

along the way on NBC's Making It.

Moscow City Day: Putin Speaks at Opening of Zaryadye Concert Hall - Duration: 5:13.

Good afternoon, dear friends,

Dear Sergey Sobyanin,

I am very glad to greet everyone in the Zaryadye Moscow Concert Hall.

Today it opens with a performance of stars of world art and the Symphony Orchestra of the Mariinsky Theater.

This is a real gift to the residents and guests of our capital on City Day.

This hall is intended to become the heart and soul of a unique park in the very center of our capital, to multiply the unique image of our Moscow and all of Russia,

embodies the historical pride of our people and at the same time its desire to create a new one, of course, only to go forward.

The name Zariadye is a very beautiful and very ancient name, an ancient word.

Near the Red Square, great monuments of the past and spiritual relics, inspiring our famous compatriots, our outstanding composers.

Modest Petrovich Mussorgsky devoted Zaryadye's amazing beauty overture "Breaking Dawn on the Moscow River," a work reflecting the rise and development, the flowering of Russia.

Today, as far as I know, it will sound in this wonderful hall, built using the most advanced technological, technical, architectural achievements.

Zaryadye - in the full sense of the word the musical complex of the future.

All who participated in the implementation of this remarkable project, worked for the benefit of Muscovites, for the connoisseurs of musical art in Russia, and throughout the world.

They are builders, architects, engineers, representatives of high-tech industries and, of course, the inspirers of the project: maestro Gergiev and the government of Moscow.

I want to thank you with all my heart for the creation of this magnificent concert hall.

I am convinced that he will play a significant, significant role in securing for Moscow the status of one of the leading musical capitals of our planet.

The Zaryadye Hall has already become part of Moscow's single cultural, creative, enlightenment space.

This platform is designed to acquaint Muscovites and guests of our capital with outstanding performers and works of art, discover new names and new talents that Russia is so famous and so proud of, is called to be the center of attraction for children, youth, people of all ages.

It is important that bright, interesting festivals and concerts are visited by people from all corners of our country and, of course, from abroad.

We will always welcome our guests, so that the music will help the guests of the capital to better understand Russia.

Of course, such a world-class concert complex could be created only in a city that is constantly developing, with each passing year it becomes more comfortable and convenient for people.

This big, hard work, of course, is not limited to the construction of individual, large, such outstanding buildings.

It goes everywhere: in every yard and entrance, in the streets and squares, in polyclinics and schools, at new metro stations and advanced technology parks, our whole capital, all of Moscow, is being improved and beautified.

Everywhere you can feel the boiling and versatility of life, the special metropolitan scope, the indefatigability of those who adorn the capital.

We see how these people embody the ideas and aspirations of Muscovites in real, useful affairs.

These new projects are created by the residents of the city, by the Muscovites themselves and precisely for them, for the residents of the city, and for the guests of our Moscow.

I sincerely wish that the music that will sound in this beautiful hall, unite people, fill them with moral energy, inspire good intentions, deeds and accomplishments.

I want to congratulate Muscovites on the City Day.

I wish you success!

I wish prosperity to our beloved capital and, of course, to all of Russia!

Thank you for your attention.
