Peel the carrot

You can use a knife or a vegetable peeler

Rub carrots on a grater for Korean carrots

If the zucchini peel is thick, cut it. If the peel is thin, just grate zucchini on a grater

Cut the sweet pepper in half

Take out the seeds

Slice into thin strips

Put carrots, zucchini and peppers into a salad bowl, add salt

it's starting to get dark earlier as I

first weigh in session on my bulking

series and so basically I've gained

probably about two pounds

um I obviously I didn't start I didn't

really weigh myself when I first started

I want I saw like weigh myself after I'm

usually hitting myself around I don't

even see me actually we I'm usually

hitting around the twelve stone mark all

the time I don't usually go up or dad

well I do but I don't know as you go up

loads I can I can put on two or three

pounds quite easy and I can put up and

then I could just like take them off

straightaway as well but obviously this

been a month and I've been less active I

think that is why I've put on about two

pounds and it's almost 3 pounds so I'm

now hitting 171 pounds right 77.2

whatever it was six kg and that's -

that's twelve stone at 2.2 pounds so I

have gained I always go onto stone I'm

old-fashioned like that pounds is

American kg is like weig kgs more like

weights stone is more for

body weight I always I've always learned

by stone so because obviously you get

the pounds in the stone so I'm now going

to the gym I've had a massive meal

before I die oh my god I had so much

chicken I was in like a food coma I had

to go upstairs lay down I couldn't move

I like pasta when I want to cook something quick and tasty.

I'm sure you like pasta too.

Today I will show you my bacon creamy pasta recipe.

For this recipe I will use spaghetti

you can use any pasta you want.

You will need 200 ml of cooking cream,

parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top,

onion,

100 grams of bacon

salt, chili powder and black pepper.

Put some oil in a pan, the fat from the bacon will not be enough.

Add the bacon and fry it.

It smeels amazing. I use smoked thin slices of bacon.

It's time to add the onion.

Add the cooking cream.

Add the spices.

When the sauce gets thicker, add the pasta and cook it for 1 more minute.

The bacon creamy pasta is ready.

It looks amazing, parmesan cheese on top of it.

Some fresh basil, it's optional, but it's great.

It has a smokey flavour from the bacon. I already tried the pasta.

It's a rich and creamy recipe.

at least like three times a week if

you're getting behind camera and talking

you should be uploading at least once

per week and it's not that hard I take

college classes AP classes I do sports I

do all kinds of things that completely

stuff my schedule pool

yeah I've been able to get a video out

every single Sunday so far and we're in

August of 2018 and I've

getting out a video every single Sunday

since 2018 started in fact I think that

if you have free time and you don't have

lots of heart classes or you don't have

a job or anything I believe you should

be uploading more than once a week and

as I've been able to have more free time

throughout the summer even though I've

still had to do a lot of stuff with

college and everything I'm still making

sure to get out at least two videos a

week I've had one coming out on Sundays

which is the regular YouTube tutorial

video and then I created a kind master

video editing series that I've been

putting out on Wednesdays and then I've

been doing a couple of tech reviews on

Fridays sometime so I'm able to get out

a lot more videos when I have free time

on my hands and everyone should be able

to get out at least one video per week

no matter what your schedule is so first

we need to talk about why we need to be

doing this in the first place I've been

talking about how important it is but

not why we need to do it well it's

simply because the YouTube algorithm

requires it and it's because you have

like around a one-week time set to

upload a video every single week to

where YouTube's able to evaluate how

that video did how many views it got

within that time span and the more you

upload the more videos it can evaluate

and the more watch time you can be able

to accumulate and just the more videos

you have out there the faster you can

grow because people are going to be able

to see your videos more discover you

more subscribe more and all kinds of

things like that so it's extremely

important to make sure you're uploading

at least once a week so more eyes are on

your channel and you can grow a lot

faster but shout out to em kmw who

commented saying I know what I'm talking

about and they're trying to follow my

advice to grow their channel and if you

want to be just like em kmw and get a

shout out all you have to do is

subscribe to the channel go down in the

comments tell me what you liked about

the video and that you subscribed and

I'll shout you out in a video just keep

in mind commenting multiple times asking

for a shout-out or trying to say that

you've subscribed multiple times will

eliminate you from being shouted out but
