all right how's it going this is Kolrolf and welcome back to Rimworld
beta 19 so we're still recovering from the braids and everything that happened
last episode as you can see we're still powers going out because we haven't
filled all the generators and things are still kind of trying to get back
together but we'll get there let's see I guess the plans for this episode I want
to get some pots in people's rooms and just help pretty them up also want to
hit people to focus on getting the flooring done in the hospital and also
wanted to look at boxing in the farm area just in case we get an event that
negatively impacts our farming area like a volcanic winter or toxic fallout or
something we don't at the moment have the capability of powering now what is
it Sun Sun lamps but if we wall it in we
can at least you know kind of be prepared for that you know and always
put down well we're gonna put down more power generation soon as well is the
plan yeah so and I guess eventually Stevie know he's just had some more
alcohol it'll have to we'll have to start
weaning him off alcohol and get rid of his addiction to that was we're not
we're not making any so eventually it's gonna get he's gonna run out of his
stash that he has let's see I did also reassign everyone's priorities so it
looks a little different at least to me anyways because I
stare at this pretty regularly just to kind of fine-tune everyone's tasks so
we'll see how this goes it's um it's a little thinner because
I'm trying to prioritize tasks to just one or two people yeah I find once you
get a big colony that works out really well because he can assign something
like construction or whatnot or crafting and things like that and there's you
know one or two people are dedicated doing it so they'll focus on it and get
it done a hundred Linux ranged weapon Susumu why oh yeah you don't have open
right now okay well let's let's well we'll let you
bury that person but um mm-hmm there should be there is your pump pump
shotgun I guess you dropped it probably when you fell unconscious last time so
I'll just gonna keep an eye on this when this goes away there we go
let's equip that first before you do that and let's also just go through and
make sure everyone's got a weapon that can fight whoops okay
Lindsey yeah I don't think we really had you shooting Harry is melee and some
house dropped his weapon again so let's see let's give you let's give you a
steel club that's half decent and it's actually quite a few guys seems like
it's best it's just Harry where are you here you are let's do that Leslie I
don't think oh no you can okay you can a little bit of combat ability let's give
you there are not many good options for ranged weapons there's options but
there's not any good ones well we'll just go with that
and chin pistols sure eel you are more melee that's yeah still not many good
options quip that one please Lexie is not violent okay
Trev are wimp we will not give you a melee weapon because I have no idea how
you ever got twelve and a burning passion for it considering that any
little thing will just you'll just you know easy epitome of the you kind of you
bump them it'll just curl up like Steve Urkel and and cry on the ground and
that'll be the end of them uh well let's just give you let's just give you a
weapon and Stevie is a melee guy who is having a tantrum serious pain
mmm oh wow your scratch scars really do this my right shoulder you see a whole
ton of pain where is he what see smashing up wall knocked out the power
conduit good you're no longer having a tantrum thank you
well luckily we've got the blueprint in vanilla in the villa vanilla game now so
yeah well let's see so serious pain yeah hmm that's yeah right shoulder it's
not much we can do about that I mean I guess we can give you a bionic
arm eventually but we're not they're greedy for impressive bedroom slept on
cold ate with a table ready that decent Derek yeah well if someone would just
build this we'll move you to a better room disturbed sleep mm-hmm okay okay
well it looks like the flooring in the hospital is getting Stevie has this be a
little good reminder to everyone don't drink alcohol to excess because now his
liver is damaged oh okay due to his alcohol addiction and constant drinking
okay not much we can do about that I guess just if he gets sick we'll have to
keep an eye on that cuz doesn't have as good blood filtration anymore that's
what's going on right now it's thanks seem to be doing okay in terms of
getting jobs done not seeing too much crafting
getting done so I'm gonna have to take a look at that but it's good to see
construction getting done because this should get done soon then I'm gonna try
and not give them too many more tasks tattered apparel I'll have a look at
that to see exactly what everyone is needing and then um it's um worked asks
queued up for that as per usual I'll pull you back in when things get a
little interesting or if there's a an update of some sort
there isn't a rescue request oh ok she's very buddy three enemies hmm herded by
the white mantis interesting okay it's a little ways away but Epson close that
too quickly what what else did it say ah man oh it's being held captive rescue
her and she will join nineteen days okay well um we've got a little bit of time
also let's see exactly how far away you are day and a half basically ups okay
well um yeah make note of that we'll see if we can rescue you but the moment
we'll keep letting everyone recover and and he'll I think we're we're actually
we're actually all healed up but still yeah we'll give it a little bit more
time just to kind of make sure there's a bunch of construction jobs that want to
get done even once these bedrooms are done no like we need more storage space
or to expand this would be good I kind of had that set up as a thought for a
long time now
yeah be good to get some better recruitment for rooms over here that's
we're gonna set those up and then we can get rid of those and yeah and eventually
well when we research sterile tiles we'll get rid of these and a switch or
time what is this oh one of the turkeys that we shot rotted so when we came back
it just got dropped on the floor and now it's just sitting there
okay well let's um I'll set up a dumping zone get someone to whoops dumping
stockpile you know just need a really tiny one one group of travelers is
passing by well nope chunks corpses not mechanoid yeah we'll
leave it like that and we'll make it really really tiny that way we don't
have corpses from all over those animal corpses from all the map showing up
there no not another grizzly bear uh
okay everyone get up here save our zoo mazie ranged weapons please and not not
may like do to do to do sure okay everyone get up here quickly
quickly quickly we just know this is our female alpaca we did just buy a male all
paka from from passing bulk trader they didn't know oh oh and now it's dead oh
oh okay let's get this bear everyone come on up here
and once we're there yeah grizzly bear revenge no doubt but that
is that ah or all pakka everyone off no uh wasn't wasn't ever
name but I think we've had that alpaca for uh oh it's been a long time now
mmm I think that traitor had another alpaca maybe let's stop they moved on
okay ah sad back down to one alpaca huh okay yeah um he's looking around called
me a little bit we're almost done shaving off this mountain it's just left
to overhead mountains so we're just gonna trim this off and then we're gonna
replace it mad turkey okay
let's just set this guy to be hunted it's gonna swing around here not really
worried about Turkey let's get nope let's get you guys over here it should
run this way or is it melt over there is it just
gonna run around here yeah I guess so okay well let's come over here we'll get
it when it moves a little ways away from the colony and then pop through the door
and take care of it okay it should be good enough
there we go we're eco oh hey come on now you're going the other way
sure yeah I'll meet you over there
here comes now we're in melee with a turkey okay we got it
Thomas are you actually heard ya actually scratched a little okay well
I'm sure he will go and get himself tended or get food first um not that I
really not that it's a big concern but when he gets over I will have so many
people now I keep forgetting who Lexie is our best doctor never got a heatwave
okay well Thomas once you finish your meal you'll have Lexie tend to you
and a heatwave okay Steve he's got the major breaker
yeah okay he's in a lot of pain and he's going through alcohol withdrawal so he
may be a little bit of trouble for the next little while but one thing we
should do I was looking at our two prisoners and I was thinking they both
really have good stats here we are green shooting crafting medical cooking
instruction you know all around a good could be a good colonists and Ochopee
also a good colonists not maybe not quite as good but her recruitment
difficulty is 99 percent so I think what we're gonna do is we're gonna release
her and we're going to recruit a green eye her recruitment difficulties a
little bit lower so this will you know improve relations with them and also
potentially eventually get us a new recruit so a caravan and brother of
warrior okay a brother of warrior borba so they are here it looks like they've
got a panther and some boom elopes really glad you brought the boom Lopes
into the colony thank you yeah anyways um sure we'll have live ego and trade
with them see where they were see what they have okay well they will buy a
bunch of our junk weapons that is good
some of the I'll keep some of them cuz you know they will be useful steel club
let's see I'll go through this awful it's a lot of garbage weapons from all
these raids we've been half and that have been happening
I think anything that's poor or worse we'll get rid of some of these things we
can actually smelt down eventually the steel ones maybe you should hold on to
some of them for an awful yeah maybe we'll hold onto the steel ones let's see
that it gives them any steel yeah that one these two steel Wow
okay um let's see no we don't want your Panther or your bull the Lopes we've had
lots of horrible medicine okay well I think that is it yeah that's fine
and then this is all their clothes stuff and we don't really worry that that's
fine all right thank you good to see you guys yes like this job's getting it done
there I'll turn those into walls so they'll be the outside walls of some of
our colony here Oh outside to some interior of rooms I guess now must get
other way they trying to build and this way we won't have any exposed overhead
mountains so we won't have to worry as much about I'm creating insect
infestations which is a whole lot worse than what it sounds like if you're not
sure what those are
oh good relations improved now that we're at minus 16 with them so almost at
neutral that would be good to get finally at neutral standing with them so
they'd stop attacking us but I know that you know animal disease flu oh dear I
guess it'll get tended to maybe I should set up some animal sleeping spots
somewhere he'll needs treatment oh yeah so he'll will constantly need treatment
because of her asthma so the way the game works
asthma needs you know medicine to treat it which I'm gonna think about we bought
some herbal well we got some some real meds
mert whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa Steve has flown into a murderous rage and he's
gonna kill crikey ah no because of his alcohol withdrawal holy smokes
yeah hmm he's only had 8% well we're not gonna let him do that so we're gonna
have to hmm we're gonna have to grab him because otherwise he's gonna kill crikey
okay it would be best to do this probably a couple of them
let's grab some people that have
okay Harry yeah some people that have I don't try say melee weapons as opposed
to guns so that view resists we're not don't really want to kill you know just
want to stop him from killing cracka

Harry try to arrest and try to oh you can only have one person arresting at a
time okay interesting done this too much oh he arrested him
without incident and he is no longer in a murderous rage

Stevie we won't imprison you but please don't do that again
well that's um let oh wow it's a bunch of people that I've forgotten to set

yeah let's let's do that for you hopefully that will raise your mood and
actually let's get everyone will just shave off um compulsory sleep so this
way everyone should go to bed at about 2200 hours sleep for at least 4 hours
and then they've got another 4 hours - if you're still tired keep sleeping
if not you can wake up a group of visitors ok cool
trade pact is leaving in the morning we'll take a look at the visitors and
say hello well it's just these two Valkyrie and
Clarke all right uh oh they don't have anything to trade
or anything so ok that's fine welcome to our little colony here ah
let's see let's see let's get some plant pots and they could have a sandstone
because we've got a little bit of that I'll set these around to help raid
beautify the colony a little bit do that now before you forget because now
there's a raid a group of tribes people are back they will prepare and then
attack ok where are they over here 6 ok looks like two ranged
weapons looks like great bowls or something with that whatever those bowls
are called these days alright well we can set up here I think that'll be the
best spot and
let's just slow down time a little bit will let people do their thing until
them until we hear that they're attacking they're far enough away we
should be able to sleep a little bit more before we wake up and get ready so
if we can avoid the disturb sleep debuff that would be good
okay they're starting their assault just haas and getting everyone ready Lexi
doesn't need to be recruited you need to set up a better way of telling who's who
nope nope and then Maisie Thomas and so slow I know that you can fight yeah here
they come I'm actually heading up a little bit I'm hoping they meet us here
not move over a bit more it was probably someone coming that's why okay um I
think if one or two of them engages over here this is your leaving yep that's
fine okay that should drag their attention down here okay a couple of
them are going around but yeah got one down
I mean no one seems to be getting the melee fight oh there we go and they're
gonna run down and past us Oh
one of the tacking our a where is some of our melee fighters stuff that and
else Harry I'm flying in here and fight this one there you go stop fighting are
you're supposed to be running away or muffle oh it's pregnant even leave it
alone okay well well fight that oh and there we go okay everyone can get off
combat looks like I thought there was one person here that Stevie you're slow
oh yeah I guess it's the alcohol withdrawal um there's someone here that
was okay for a moment but I guess they passed away in the middle of the combat
and probably just had it a very short amount of time
oh good and Lexi is tending to her poor pregnant mullah here why they pull
through okay and nothing bad happens because of that
all right well survived yet another raid I don't even know I'm not gonna bother
counting we're just gonna set up a whole bunch more there that way we've got
space yep yay I think the one thing that I said
I'd do this time was make these pots and that counts right they're starting to be
made still picking these bedrooms and uh all right well we'll leave it there for
now peace talks we'll take a look at the peace talks when we come back never
actually be good because that may push this over so they stopped fighting us
anyways alright I'll leave it there for now and we'll
