MAKKELIJKE METHODE VOOR EFFECTIEF TRAINEN - DRIEHOEKJES | Driebanden/3cushion Billiards - Duration: 4:01.Hey guys, thanks for watching gj billiards!
Today we are going to do a practise
This time a 3cushion practise to get better at
playing somewhat easier triangle-shots
those shots are never easy,
but they are still the most doable 3cushion shots on the table
And today we are going to do a practise
you can do yourself
to make this shots more frequently
What you need for this practise are two things:
1: a white pencil, 2: a tea dish
This is what we're going to do
You are going to place
a triangle-shot you want to practise
Let's say this shot
We want from white to yellow
1, 2, 3 cushions, and then red
That's the objective and we want to repeat that shot to get better
Then what we're doing..
We turn around the tea dish
We place it on the red ball spot
Red on top, and we draw a cricle around the tea dish
When we remove the dish, we have a nice circle
Same thing goed for white and yellow
We have put away the pencil and tea dish,
And we remain with 3 circles on the table
then we return the balls to the circles, in a random spot
You don't have to put them in the middle
You can place them wherever you want,
As long as they are in the circle
Now we are going to play the shot, and hopefully score
Everytime we return to the position,
but,
again randomly in the circle
This way you have basically the same shot,
But never exactly the same figure
The practise is complete when you have scored 5 times in a row
So it's not important where you place the balls in the circle
completely random
I advise it cause it's part of the practise
And you try to score
if you scored,
you randomly return the balls to the circles
and you shoot again
Only when you score 5 times in a row,
you erase the circles
With a cloth or something
And you continue with the next triangle
You also could do this practise with a beer mats
but then I notice
that the circles get quite small
and you basically shoot the same shot al the time
There is some difference though.
But i advise a tea dish so the circles are bigger
So you get different shots from the same triangle
So this was the lesson,
a method to get better at triangle-shots
to make them more frequently in matches
I also train this method
Also with big triangle-shot over the table
It's a very usefull practise, and it will make you a better player!

How to Write More Every Day - Duration: 4:00.[Music]
Hey Youtube, it's me, Briana.
I'm the author of the young adult horror novel Blood and Water, the young adult urban fantasy novel Reflections, and the
one-act play Touch—all of which are available for purchase on Amazon.
Most of you know that I like to think of myself as a productive and organized person.
I love setting goals and checking off tasks as I go, and
to me, the idea of a perfect day is a day in which I accomplish everything on my to-do list.
At the same time, I'm always working to improve my
productivity when it comes to writing and getting books out. If you, like me, are looking for ways to get more writing done every day,
keep on watching. First of all, and I've mentioned this before, you should remove distractions from your phone. In a previous video,
I covered how to avoid distractions while writing, so I won't go too much into it,
but basically, if you have any games or time-sucking apps on your phone, you should go ahead and get rid of them
now. Now, I know you may love playing Candy Crush Soda Saga, or you might love—I don't know,
wasting hours and hours watching YouTube videos—
but at the end of the day, those apps are not going to help you get any writing done. And if deleting these time-sucking
distractions is not enough, go ahead and put your phone on Do Not Disturb or airplane mode while you're working so that you won't be
tempted to get on Twitter or check your email for the hundredth time.
Second of all, if you want to write every day, use any and all spare time that you can. A lot of people are under
the impression that you can't be a real writer unless you can dedicate long chunks of writing to marathon sessions.
For example, if you can't write for an hour or two a day, a lot of people will say, "Don't write at all,
what's the use?" This is not how books get done. For those people who attend school full-time, have a full-time job, or just have a
full-time life, marathon writing sessions are just not practical. Instead,
what I recommend is chunking your writing sessions into bite-sized pieces and spreading them out throughout the day.
For example, let's say you go to the dentist, and you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment.
Now, you could spend that 20 minutes paging through the latest edition of Vogue,
or you could whip out your phone or a
notebook and actually spend a few minutes working on your novel. If you get to work before it's time to clock in, work on your
novel. Lunch break ended early? You guessed it—work on your novel.
There are so many little periods of time throughout the day that we often don't notice or take advantage of to their full potential. If you
want to write a little bit every day, you need to make the most of these little moments
and steal time where you can. Last but certainly not least, if you want to write every day,
you need to set the bar low—I'm talking
ridiculously low. A common mentality in the writing community is that you have to write at least
1,000 to 2,000 words a day if you want to get a novel finished, and that's simply not true.
While it is good to have a high word count
If you're planning to a write first draft say, in a month, like for NaNoWriMo in November,
there's really no other reason to set the word count
so high. Unless you're writing to a deadline, which only typically applies to traditionally published authors,
there is no reason to set yourself up for failure like that.
If you're struggling to sit down and just get the writing done, what I recommend is to set the bar very low
say, way under a thousand words. I would recommend starting with 10
if you're really, really struggling. Even on my worst days I can manage a sentence.
Ideally, this would mean that over time you, will build endurance and increase your daily word count, but for now
let's just keep it simple,
shall we? Remember, your goal is to make a habit of writing,
not to burn yourself out trying to write a book as fast as you can.
Plus, if you try to write a book as fast as you can, it WILL be shitty,
I promise you. One final one note before I go and that is this: If you don't write every day, you are not a failure.
That's right. You can still be a writer and not write every day.
Hell, I don't even write every day. I sure try to, but some days writing just can't be a priority, and that's okay. If you do any
writing guess what? You're a writer. That's all the time I have for today.

Hannibal Buress - Jaywalking Is a Fantasy Crime - Duration: 8:02.- I GOT A JAYWALKING TICKET IN MONTREAL.
I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.
I'VE JAYWALKED SO MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE.
IT'S SUCH AN EASY THING TO TIME OUT.
IS THERE A CAR COMING? NO?
LET ME GET ACROSS THEN.
I'VE DONE IT THOUSANDS OF TIMES.
BUT THIS TIME IT WAS ME AND THIS OLD LADY.
WE WERE JAYWALKING TOGETHER.
WE WEREN'T TOGETHER LIKE THAT,
BUT IF WE WERE, SO WHAT?
MIND YOUR BUSINESS.
I JUST MET Y'ALL.
SO ME AND THIS OLD LADY, WE GET ACROSS THE STREET,
THEN A MONTREAL COP APPROACHES US,
SPEAKING IN FRENCH.
[imitating French]
FRENCH.
[laughter]
I SAID, "HEY, MAN, I DON'T TALK LIKE THAT.
"THAT'S NOT HOW I TALK.
CAN YOU TALK TO ME HOW I TALK?"
THAT PROBABLY WASN'T THE BEST WAY
TO START OFF OUR INTERACTION,
BY MOCKING HIS NATIVE LANGUAGE, BUT WHO CARES?
I TAKE RISKS IN LIFE.
AND HE SAYS, "YOU WERE JAYWALKING!"
AND I SAID, "SORRY ABOUT THAT."
AND I TRIED TO KEEP GOING ABOUT MY DAY.
'CAUSE I THOUGHT THAT'S HOW JAYWALKING WAS HANDLED
AS A CRIME--
"YOU WERE JAYWALKING!" "MY BAD.
"WE'RE DONE HERE, RIGHT? THAT'S IT.
"I ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I JAYWALKED, I APOLOGIZED
"NOT FOR THE ACT OF JAYWALKING,
"BUT HOW MY JAYWALKING MADE YOU FEEL.
"I'LL TRY NOT TO JAYWALK IN THE FUTURE WHILE YOU'RE WATCHING,
"BUT TRUST I'M GONNA DO IT THE REST OF MY LIFE.
IT'S THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT BEING A PEDESTRIAN."
[laughter]
AND HE SAYS, "NO, I HAVE TO GIVE YOU A TICKET.
GIVE ME YOUR I.D."
I SAID, "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND.
"I ONLY GIVE PEOPLE MY I.D. FOR REAL STUFF.
"THIS IS NOT REAL. THIS IS A FANTASY CRIME
"THAT YOU'RE ENFORCING TO COVER UP THE FACT
"THAT YOUR CITY IS HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW.
"THIS CITY IS BROKE, AND THEY PUT YOU OUT HERE
"WITH A QUOTA, AND THAT'S FINE.
"I WILL DONATE 60 OF YOUR COLORFUL-ASS DOLLARS
"TO YOUR BROKE-ASS CITY.
BUT LET'S JUST DO IT LIKE THAT. NO PAPERWORK, AND IT'S GOOD."
GUESS WHAT. TWO MORE COPS SHOW UP.
NOW WE HAVE THREE MONTREAL POLICE OFFICERS
WORKING THIS HIGH-PROFILE JAYWALKING CASE.
THREE COPS FOR ME AND JAYWALKING.
FAIR ENOUGH.
I DECIDED DURING THE TIME I WAS JUST GONNA TALK TRASH
TO THE COP STANDING CLOSEST TO ME 'CAUSE I DON'T LIKE HIM
OR WHAT HE REPRESENTS.
SO I JUST WANTED TO MESS WITH HIM
AND SAY WHATEVER I COULD SAY TO MESS WITH HIM,
'CAUSE HE'S WASTING MY TIME, SO I SAY,
"HEY, MAN, HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU MAKE A YEAR?"
WHICH IS A DOUCHEY THING TO DO, I'M AWARE.
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE IS DOUCHEY?
TO HAVE THREE COPS WORKING A JAYWALKING TICKET.
THAT'S OVERKILL. I ONLY HAVE TWO LEGS.
THAT'S A COP AND A HALF PER LEG.
THAT'S A WASTE OF CITY FUNDS.
THAT'S WHY THEIR CITY IS BROKE NOW.
AND HE TOLD ME HOW MUCH HE MADE.
I DON'T KNOW WHY HE TOLD ME.
HE DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL ME.
THEN HE SAID, "HOW MUCH DO YOU MAKE?"
AND I TOLD HIM. AND HE GOT UPSET.
AND HE SAID, "WHAT DO YOU SELL? DRUGS?"
I SAID, "NO, I DON'T SELL DRUGS.
THAT WAS KIND OF RACIST." "WHAT DO YOU SELL? CARS?"
[laughter]
"WAIT, WHY ARE THOSE YOUR TWO FIRST GUESSES?"
"HEY, THIS DUDE IS DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL,
"OR PEOPLE LOVE BUYING SUBARUS FROM HIM.
"HE'S A CHARISMATIC GUY. SELL THE HELL OUT OF A CAR.
"THOSE ARE THE ONLY TWO JOBS I KNOW BESIDES POLICE OFFICER.
I'M A DUMB GUY. MY WORLD VIEW IS LIMITED."
THEN I SAY, "HEY, MAN, YOUR COLLEAGUE HERE IS 50 YEARS OLD
"AND HE'S WRITING JAYWALKING TICKETS FOR A LIVING.
"IS HE CONSIDERED A FAILURE AS A POLICE OFFICER?
'CAUSE THAT SEEMS LIKE SOME STUFF THAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING."
HE WAS A YOUNGER GUY.
HE WAS UPSET ABOUT THAT.
HE WAS TRYING TO HOLD IN HE WAS UPSET,
BUT I COULD TELL HE WAS UPSET, BECAUSE THE NEXT THING
HE SAID WAS, "OH, YOU A COOL GUY, HUH?"
I SAID, "NO, I'M NOT A COOL GUY. ARE YOU A COOL GUY?"
HE SAID, "YEAH, I'M A COOL GUY JUST DOING COOL STUFF,
TRYING TO BE COOL."
I SAID, "MAN, COOL PEOPLE NEVER SAY SHIT LIKE THAT."
[laughter]
THEY GAVE ME A $37 TICKET FOR JAYWALKING
AND A $444 TICKET JUST FOR BEING AN ASS[bleep].
THAT'S HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO BE AN ASS[bleep]
TO MONTREAL POLICE, JUST IN CASE YOU'RE PRICING IT OUT
FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION.
BUT DON'T WORRY-- DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME.
I'M NOT PAYING EITHER OF THEM. IT'S IN CANADA.
IT DOESN'T COUNT TO ME. IT'S NOT REAL.
I WAS AT THE AIRPORT, THERE WAS THIS KID,
FOUR OR FIVE YEARS OLD,
WALKING WITH HIS MOMMY, FIXED HIS FINGERS IN A FAKE GUN,
AND THEN TOOK A SHOT AT ME.
NOW I'M LOOKING AT THE WALL TO SEE IF THERE'S SOMETHING
ON THE WALL HE COULD HAVE BEEN SHOOTING AT,
'CAUSE I'M IN DENIAL.
I LOOK BACK AT HIM, HE LOOKS ME IN MY EYES,
AND TAKES TWO MORE SHOTS.
NOW I'M HIT THREE TIMES.
THAT WAS AN ACT OF AGGRESSION.
I HAVE TO DEFEND MYSELF.
I'M A MAN BEFORE ANYTHING.
I WILL POINT-BLANK FAKE-SHOOT THIS KID RIGHT HERE.
"HEY, DIE, BITCH, LITTLE KID.
"DIE. WHAT NOW?
"NOW WHAT? WHAT YOU LOOKING AT, MOM?
"CONTROL YOUR KID AND SHIT LIKE THIS
"WON'T HAPPEN IN THE AIRPORT.
"NOW EVERYBODY'S GETTING FAKE-SHOT.
"WHAT'S EVERYBODY ELSE LOOKING AT?
"THIS HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.
"AMERICAN AIRLINES LADY, GET DOWN RIGHT NOW.
I'LL SHOOT UP YOU AND YOUR BANKRUPT-ASS COMPANY."
MY OTHER AIRPORT NEMESIS IS AIRPORT SECURITY.
I DON'T LIKE THEM AT ALL. THEY SEEM SO DEDICATED
TO KEEPING BOTTLED WATER OUT OF THE SKY.
THAT'S THE MAIN THING. IT'S PROBABLY EASIER
TO GET COCAINE ON A PLANE THAN A BOTTLE OF WATER.
PROBABLY ONLY WAY YOU COULDN'T GET COCAINE
ON A PLANE IF THEY LOOKED AT IT AND SAID, "WHAT IS THIS?
POWDERED WATER?"
"NO, IT'S COCAINE."
"GO RIGHT AHEAD. ENJOY YOUR FLIGHT."
BECAUSE A TERRORIST TRIED A LIQUID BOMB THING,
NOW NOBODY CAN BRING LIQUIDS ON A PLANE.
ONE PERSON MESSED IT UP FOR EVERYBODY.
BUT I FEEL LIKE THAT'S BEING REACTIVE INSTEAD OF PROACTIVE,
BECAUSE TERRORISTS ARE ALWAYS TRYING NEW STUFF.
SO NEXT TIME IT'S GONNA BE SOME TYPE OF SNICKERS BOMB,
AND AFTER THAT HAPPENS, YOU CAN'T BRING FULL-SIZED SNICKERS
ON THE PLANE ANYMORE.
YOU CAN ONLY BRING MINIATURE SNICKERS
'CAUSE ONE PERSON MESSED IT UP FOR EVERYBODY.
NOW YOU HAVE SECURITY TRYING TO NEGOTIATE
YOUR SNICKERS SITUATION.
"HEY, IS IT ALL RIGHT IF I BRING FOUR MINIATURE SNICKERS?
THAT'S ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS A FULL-SIZED SNICKER."
SECURITY SAY, "DON'T PLAY WITH ME.
"THIS IS NOT A GAME!
"WE ARE SAVING THE WORLD ONE SNICKERS BAR AT A TIME
FOR YOUR FREEDOM IN AMERICA!"
"RELAX, MAN, I'M JUST HUNGRY. STOP YELLING AT ME."
"YOU CAN'T BRING THE BOTTLED WATER, SIR."
"WHY NOT? IT'S NOT BOMB WATER.
WHAT IF I SIP THE WATER TO SHOW YOU THAT IT'S NOT BOMB WATER?"
"BUT WHAT IF IT'S SIPPABLE BOMB WATER?"
"THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS SIPPABLE BOMB WATER.
"YOU'RE BEING SILLY RIGHT NOW, MAN.
THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS BOMB WATER."
ONE DAY, THEY STOPPED ME FOR ADDITIONAL SCREENING,
BUT THE ONLY SCREENING THEY DID,
THEY RUBBED THE CLOTH ON MY HANDS,
AND THEN THEY WENT AND TESTED IT, THEY CAME BACK
AND SAID, "ALL RIGHT, YOU'RE GOOD."
"OKAY, COOL, GOOD THING I DIDN'T HAVE BOMB JUICE ON MY HANDS.
WAS THAT THE BOMB JUICE TEST?"
WHAT IF I DID HAVE BOMB JUICE ON MY HANDS?
WHAT IF ONE OF MY FRIENDS-- "HEY, HANNIBAL,
"BEFORE YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT,
YOU WANT TO HOLD A BOMB REAL QUICK?"
[laughter]
AND I SAY, "YOU KNOW WHAT, I NEVER HELD A BOMB BEFORE,
I'M OPEN TO NEW EXPERIENCES, LET ME..."
[laughter]
"THAT'S PRETTY COOL. THANKS, MAN.
THAT WAS REAL COOL."
THEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT, THEY TEST MY HANDS,
THEY SAY, "YOU HAVE BOMB JUICE ON YOUR HANDS.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE TO TELL US?"
"YEAH, ONE OF MY FRIENDS, HE GOT A BUNCH OF BOMBS.
"AND HE SAID, 'YOU WANT TO HOLD A BOMB REAL QUICK
"BEFORE YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT?'
"AND I NEVER HELD A BOMB BEFORE,
"SO I THOUGHT IT'D BE SOMETHING COOL TO DO.
"I MADE SURE NOT TO BRING THE BOMB WITH ME,
'CAUSE I KNOW Y'ALL HATE THAT."
[laughter]
"SO I WANT TO JUST HOLD A BOMB REAL QUICK.
"I THINK YOU NEED TO CHILL OUT
"AND STOP BEING JEALOUS 'CAUSE I GOT ALL TYPES OF FRIENDS.
"SOME OF MY FRIENDS OWN BOMBS AND LET ME HOLD THEM.
"YOU NEED TO OPEN UP YOUR SOCIAL CIRCLE
AND MEET SOME NEW PEOPLE."
I HATE WHEN THEY TRY TO MAKE CONVERSATION WITH ME.
"ARE YOU GOING TO NEW YORK FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE?"
"I'M GOING TO NEW YORK TO TALK
"ABOUT YOU IN FRONT OF STRANGERS.
SO I GUESS BOTH."

Trump snubs Trudeau | 22 Minutes - Duration: 2:43.Justin Trudeau came to me and he was all "You're a tremendous president who's accomplished
so many bigly things" He really did, his words not mine
And I was all "Oh no you don't I don't care if you are the queen of Narnia
I'll shake Kim Jong-un's hand but Justin Trudeau is where I draw the line, it really is"
Because Canada is doing tremendously bad things
to us aren't they?
They really are 300% tariff on milk, can you believe that?
Old MacDonald had a farm, had - past tense How'd he lose the farm?
Justin Trudeau E-I-E-I-Oh Canada, they're tremendously bad
That's affecting all of our farmers no matter where they live
Be it in the United States, in the USA, or those that live in America, all of them
Farmers can't get their milk to market and their cows are just bursting with milk
Their udders are so very, very full Their teets just screaming out to be tugged on
But the farmers can't tug the teets
because there's no one to drink the milk They're telling me, they're telling me, they really are
That they can't sleep at night because they're
worried their cows are going to explode
It's true, untugged teets, exploding cows, it's a mess
The Canadians are saying they don't want our milk
they say they have their own cows but come on
have you guys seen a Canadian cow?
They're disgusting, they're brown with big antlers
I wouldn't drink milk from Canadian cows Would you?
Would you?
Of course not, it's disgusting And I don't like their negotiators either
Just the other day Justin Bieber announced that he
is becoming an American citizen, and that's a step too far
I said to Chrystia Freeland "Justin Bieber?
Don't you dare try to threaten me with Bieber.
We've already taken in Celine Dion.
No more Canadian refugees.
The free ride is over, it really is"
We don't need Canada to trade, you know why?
Because we're getting great trade with everyone else
Tremendous countries like Mexico, China, Puerto Rico
I am the best trader, and that's what everyone says about me
I am the biggest trader ever Everywhere I go they shout
"Traitor!
Donald Trump you're a Traitor!
You're a traitor to this country" There's never been a president who's a bigger
trader than me So let's hear it
"Traitor, traitor, traitor, traitor, traitor...."

Affiliate Marketing For Dummies - STEP by STEP for beginners! - Duration: 11:32.what is going on guys welcome back to the channel if you're new to the channel
then this channel is all about affiliate marketing SEO building sites making
money if you're into that type of thing then you may want to consider
subscribing I'm Leon if you haven't met me before
like I said we're gonna get straight into it now this video is gonna be all
about affiliate marketing for dummies I hate that word but obviously that's what
it is and that's what gets the views it so that's why I titled it that but
anyway in this video they're all about what affiliate marketing is how you can
get started with it and all the different avenues that you can go down
to actually start making money with it today okay so by the end of this video
you're gonna know exactly what affiliate marketing is how you can do it and where
to get started enough of that side let's take this to
the office glad you made it here guys so inside of this video I'm gonna break it
down into five easy steps that you can get started with to make money with
affiliate marketing it's a really simple business model simple but not easy I
would say because you really have to give a lot of value out to people before
they'll give you money in exchange but they're not gonna obviously pay you
direct the way it works is that you have to go and sign up to different companies
and then that way you can market those companies products to a potential
audience that you may potentially be able to reach out to so great example of
this is Amazon everyone uses Amazon so you can go on to Amazon you can get an
affiliate link if you join their program a market affiliate products on Amazon so
you know a lot of people obviously shop on Amazon and you know that obviously
you could send that to someone and potentially you know recommend something
that they might buy and then if they do buy you get a commission so there's also
something called a cookie which stores on a computer not like the ones we eat a
cookie which is something that stores all the data of that unique person on
that actual website so say for example if someone goes onto Amazon and then
they don't buy something but they went through your link that way even if they
go back the day later and they haven't gone back through your link again it's
still registered that came through you that initial time so
you still get the Commission now different companies will give you
different cookie periods for Amazon specifically that ones only one day long
but you get other companies that you can sign up to your wit can last for up to
one whole year so that means if someone goes on to the site through your link
and it doesn't even go back through your link but they go back almost around ten
months or twelve months later you still get the sale you know so a great way of
actually making money with affiliate marketing is to start an e-book or
something that you can give away for free of where you can then insert links
inside of it whilst giving people value so a great example of this is if you are
into fashion for example and you wanted to make a fashion book you could create
that book and then you could cut all different information in there on all
the different latest jackets trainers all the different drug in bottoms or
jeans or anything like that you could put that all together inside of a book
and then go and find the audience that would potentially want that book so a
great wait wait sorry or place to find people who are into fashion would be
like forums or fashion fashion online websites blogs and things like that so
if you see a lot of people obviously in one place I could just say for example a
forum then you might go there and actually start engaging with people of
where you then get them to get your free ebook so inside of that ebook you just
have a link to your affiliate link which could be a product that you're promoting
so you would have went to like all different sites and signed up to the
affiliate program and then inside of that obviously you know you've got those
links inside of your book so a great way of doing that is for example you could
sign up to one like a sauce that's a big company at the moment and they've got an
affiliate program you know or Zara or anything like that so if used to put a
link inside of the e-book then you give the e-book away for free when people go
in they're gonna click on your link to go on to those clothing sites so that's
a great way of actually doing it without a website now one of the best ways to do
it if not the best is to just build a site if you already come
we're building a site then that would be a brilliant way to start making money
with affiliate marketing if you build a whole comprehensive website you can then
try and rank that site on Google or you could just pay for advertising and drive
leads through to your website by paying for the traffic but if you just don't
want to spend any money and you want to just make money first of all then you
can also do that and that's what's so great about video marketing so if you
wanted to just simply build a site a big huge site and keep adding articles if it
was a blog or an authority site or something like that then you could do
that drive loads of traffic if you're doing it through free methods such as
social media or SEO which is search engine optimization
that's just like ranking your site on Google if you wanted to do that there's
plenty of information on YouTube on that or I can do a video on it if you want
but there's lots of information on that as well out there and you can rank your
website to get lots of traffic that people are searching for on Google
that's a great way because you can put lots of affiliate links inside of your
site of where you're recommending and referring different products and
programs that people can go and sign up to now a great other way is actually to
do email marketing now this is so so underrated on the internet altogether
because when you actually build up an email list of people you've got them on
your context just like when you're on whatsapp or something like that and
you've got a list of people you can message just like that on the spot
that's exactly how email marketing works you build a whole list of people and
over time you build up a relationship with them so you keep emailing them good
information valuable information if you have something on your mind or something
that you find like a little tip that you want to share with everyone you could do
that with your email list and over time you can recommend different products
that you think will be useful to them so for example if you've gotten to my email
list I know that you you know you want to learn about a3 of marketing so I'm at
message you about a free ebook I'm giving away so I might put the e-book
inside of an email or I might be giving away some type of information like a
free an YouTube video that I'm doing specific
for you guys in inside of that video there's a video at links or for example
I could be talking about a new course that I just took and it's really helping
me to get results so I might potentially obviously inside of that email so hey
guys you know how you do and hope you're well but I just come across this course
recently I took it and it took my business for making this much per month
- this much per month I think it's really useful it's really really helped
me and I think it would be really good to you here's the link if you want to
check it out if you do check it out then I might make a sorry I make a small
Commission but that's purely just to support obviously me and and and the
business of what I'm doing or whatever you know that's kind of a disclaimer
it's up to you if you want to put that in but definitely you know I would
really go down the route of email marketing even if you're doing that the
e-book or you're doing a website or whatever you always want to build a list
of people so you can remark it to those people again and again and again now a
great other way is actually to build a one-page website now what is that well
that's basically used using a page builder so these things that are called
page builders which are things like you could use it on the email marketing
platform that I use get response that has one built into it or you could use
something like leadpages you know these are all type of website builders that
basically build a one page site which is called a landing page an affiliate
market so all that is is you know when you see adverts on on say for example
Facebook and you click the ad and then you go on to a page and on that page
it's trying to prepare you to make a purchase that's exactly what a landing
page is now a lot of people give away some type of freebie on the front end to
bait people just like a fish to catch them into the sales funnel so you might
give away a free ebook all about just say use the example from earlier but
fashion you might give away a free ebook on fashion and then when you give away
that book you obviously you know put your landing page in a position of where
when people come in to get the e-book they have to give you the email
so they can receive the book in the email that way you can retarget them on
emails and you can also try and make front-end sell to them as well
so after they click the link to subscribe to the email to receive the
book you can then forward that link them so the button will redirect on to your
affiliate product that you're trying to promote this is an absolute great way of
promoting and this is really in a nutshell the way that people do cpa
marketing and and paid advertising in the grand scheme of things this is how
big marketers are doing it and you know this is just a basic three step process
that I've actually explained you can get more technical with it all but I'll keep
it really simple if you're just getting inside because you want to get some
results and then obviously you can move into the more advanced stuff the last
way that I'm gonna tell you is through social media so things like YouTube
Instagram and probably I'd say about those two because Facebook's not as
great anymore so YouTube and Instagram and you'd be using the exact same method
that I explained earlier so you'd obviously build up a landing page like a
one-page website or a whole website you can go and even build a site on Wix I've
left a link below to that if you want to check out Wix it's a brilliant website
builder and it's really begin and friendly now on that you could obviously
place like a link to go get like a training or something like that
something that you're giving away you have to really think in affiliate
marketing of what you're actually creative with so if you're like sort of
knowledgeable sorry in one area then it would be really good to share that
information with a certain type of audience online so you really want to
think like if you're a marketer where are those people hanging out are they
what platform are they on are they on snapchat
are they on Instagram are they on Facebook and they on Twitter or are they
on all of them are they informed you really need to identify exactly what
type of person you're trying to target and then figure out where they're going
to be because you need to be in the same place on the other end trying to
obviously market to them and get them to come into your sales process and then
obviously build a relation remove them of where you can remark it
to them in future okay so that is it guys I hope you enjoyed this video it's

APPLE AIRPODS 2 Rumors, Features and Release Date! - Duration: 4:49.What's up everyone, my name is Ben and today we'll be talking about the brand new Apple
Airpods 2, there has been a lot of a lot of talk about the new potential Airpods version
2.0 and in my opinion they will be released in a couple of weeks or maybe a month at the
annual October iPad Apple event where they also announce the new iPads, MacBooks and
Apple accessories.
So today we'll be looking at some of the known leaks, concepts and both predicted features
that we will see on the brand new Apple Airpods 2.0, so without a further ado let's jump straight
into the video.
First off is probably what we are all most excited about or expecting.
So you guys know we recently got the brand new iPhones, the iPhones XR which are available
in about six colors I believe and therefore my guess is that with the new Apple Airpods
2 we will see the same colors that we did, with the iPhones XR, that well basically we
will also get all the new Airpods in those colors.
There has been a lot of companies earning big money, just because they are customizing
the official Apple Airpods with colors, skins and so on and therefore I'm guessing that
Apple will take their offer up or we'll just do the coloring themselves, which is what
I'm guessing will happen with the release of Airpods 2.
With the release of Airpods 2.0 I also expect a lot a lot of features as you know now with
Apple Airpods with the current edition, you need to double tap to activate the voice assistant
and with the new ones I bet that you will be able to activate the voice assistant by
just saying the phrase that we usually say to activate it.
We will also get wireless charging with a case, with the possible feature of wireless
charging from your phone which basically means you will be able to put Apple Airpods 2 when
they're in their case on your iPhone and they will start charging, as well as being able
to charge them on a wireless dock.
They will also supposedly be water resistant, which means that you will be able to dunk
them with the case into the water I'm not too sure about that one, as it seems kind
of sketchy, but we will see.
We will also see new technology, so currently we are using the tech called W1 and supposedly
the Airpods 2 will use the W2 tech, which basically means that the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth
will be about 75 to 80 percent more efficient as well with the power, so the power will
also be up to about 50 percent more efficient, which means that if we don't have a battery
increase in the case, we'll be able to get about 50 percent more, out of the current
battery life which is about 8 hours I would say and that is, of course, keeping in mind
what I'm currently getting with my Apple Airpods which is about 4 to 5 hours with all the charges
that are stored in the battery case.
In my opinion we will also see a small redesign just to make these stand out more, because
Apple always does the redesign, because other people around us need to know that we have
the latest and greatest Apple product therefore along the colors, the new colors I'm also
guessing we will see a small redesign.
So at the moment the Apple Airpods cost around 160 dollars, 180 euros here in Europe, but
I'm guessing did that with the new Apple Airpods - they will make them either cheaper or the
same price as the last ones, just because most of us use the current Airpods and well
it just makes sense, to keep the price right around the same, as I said with the release
date they are most likely to be released in October this year and if we don't get in this
year possibly in spring of next year.
So this was basically a quick little video talking about the leaks, possible features
that were we'll be getting with the new Apple Airpods 2 - please let me know in the comments
below if you're excited and if you currently own the Apple Airpods, drop this video a like
if you enjoyed it and I'll see you all next time.

Red Bull 400 Race Vlog & Recipe - Duration: 21:09.hands are getting sweaty I'm actually getting kind of nervous because this is
cray I make it that's all I can think about right now this is what you say was
the highest 100-meter deepest deepest 400 meters in the world Utah yay back
again
just like in grub time and I go try to find something to eat
Wow this is the waffle soup this is the Chicot with chorizo huzzah I'd like a
Southwest peppery taste and mine's me a lot of like chili
okay yeah you got three minutes do you and offer to share at all we just look
up oh I guess Jesse's doing his meal because he enjoyed it
shoot now I'm excited but this that run look at that
hands are getting sweaty I'm actually getting kind of nervous because it's
more like this I didn't know it was just straight up and down
wait till you see this ski Joe what I just saw from the window it looks like
dinner I don't know what I'm gonna do I'm breathing hard walking from the
parking lot so I'm not officially scared or whatnot
but it is a little bit different than I expected let me show you this is crazy
you could see just like my legs right now there's so much pressure on them
already I'm not even what ten meters in and it's already like this and I'm
breathing hard and I pray I make it that's all I can think about right now
it just got real for me like literally it just got rid of it
we're gonna try to just walk up here just it's so steep oh my god are you
kidding me where is Jay Jay's sofa look at that a
walk of shame or what does a walk of shame that this is not even into the
race we just feel bad another like hundred meters to go and that one's
pretty steep but it's just gonna be upstairs you can't even see the hill
more team know 10 minutes I'm a question not as daunting right I mean it's still
donkeys throw out of breath and took off some of the pressure though doing it
I wouldn't trying to be that doing a tube and then get up and go in the food
I max a creature if I have it though so since I found a good spot already public
and I just go there I'm dead just because I hate being disappointed I go
to places nine times out of ten I'm pretty sure how they're gonna go in the
same spot we'll find out just check out this view this is like Utah is always
postcard ready
day - lets go I'm just gonna drive you guys tell me
we're five seas bro unless you is the chia pudding and whoo put it out
goodness never ever seen out what kind of person looks that good XR to eat and
french candies from Australia definitely oh my god it's like rosewater
he's like rosewater thank you very much I really love how thoughtful you are to
the presentation of the food it means a whole lot
listen that's how it came to strong
so I'd look towns like this because you kind of get lost and I'd like like these
different stores that everything is different but where's that sock store I
want to go in the sock store hey all right
Sauk City oh my gosh they've got the football teams too we're going to have
college you know the Longhorns intellectually that highest-grossing
brand in the nation that's a these I definitely need right here to punch okay
crush I definitely want to get the Brock Obama today is through Queen to
recognize Oh headed back out to the Olympic Park right now we're meeting up
with this exactly the name is Dylan Bowman he's a Red Bull athlete and I
just an introduced to this sport it's called ultra running so you've heard of
marathon with rid of that ultra running his leg I think it's 50 miles or more
they run at one yeah this guy has been doing it for the
past couple of years if he acts he holds a record of none of the races in
California where you weren't on the coast I saw the video online I was at a
super inspired he was running in a whole bunch of rain and statement was freezing
cold and he got up at like 2:00 a.m. at 3 a.m. to start the race it was around
the world I mean there's a whole circuit forest all the ultra running and they
just do that every time I use the treadmill that call to ultra running
it's the ultimate for me just to do two times my old truck anyway he's doing the
race tomorrow so I'm probably not gonna come in first place just because you
know he's ready but I may come in a really close second right right yo
thanks JD today I got one thing I got one person to believe in me in no
comment from Jesse better say nothing at all oh you're such a hater man you know
what I want you to line up one by one and I will accept your apologies
tomorrow I want you to line up and say Kevin I was wrong
talk about the fitment could I apologize in the back of the see you man thanks
for coming out it was beautiful beautiful place I bet
you see it you know like statistic all the time right and whenever you're
running and doing these different trails and races yes unfortunately that is true
this is my home environment and Scopus had a small spot upstairs on this roof
so we can overlook all the city I also got us some food we have a better
conversation when food is involved in my feet I'm just saying sir I'm biased I
know that you're a vegetarian ish so here's a grain bowl and here is this
awesome green juice thank you sir Thank You max gray and I appreciate you coming
out here and meeting with me this is the first time I've actually heard of
ultrarunning is this is a brand new sport or
something or what is it no it's not but I'm glad I got to introduce it to you
know sports been around for you know 30 40 years it started back in I think it
was 1977 California named Gordie Ainsley had signed up for a hundred-mile horse
ride his horse came out lame and so he decided to do the race on two feet and
he successfully did it and the next year two people did and they cuddle
and then it continued to grow and snowball from there the the sports sort
of came into my life eight or nine years ago and changed everything for me a sub
ignorant question but have to ask is the race all at one time do you split it up
and do like 20 on this day and then the rest of the next day or it's one shot
you know and obviously the the goal is to go as fast as you can right so you
minimizes your stopping you know to the best of your abilities right so most of
the races I do are between fifty and a hundred miles so but like a fast 50 mile
race would be like six hours and like a fast hundred mile er would be like
fifteen sixteen hours and then there's races that are much more mountainous so
slower course it can take 24 plus takes a lot of red ball it takes a whole ever
been erased that you've done where it's mile at 13 mile 12 very early on that
you're thinking well I kind of want to stop what did you tell yourself to keep
going that's something that happens fairly often right it's sort of the
worst case scenario especially when you have such a far distance to go because
inevitably that's what you're thinking about usually it's one of a few issues
that you have to address in order to feel better right it's either you're low
on calories you're low on fluids you're low on electrolytes right you just have
to problem-solve identify the correct problem and mitigate it before it gets
too late what do you tell yourself in those moments where you feel like you
want to stop yeah I think the thing that I rely on or that I lean on for
motivation is knowing how many people are out there rooting for me right and
so just knowing that you have that support system behind you and wanting to
not let them down when you start a race you know it's gonna be hard at some
point right yeah and if you quit because it's hard and what's some point of even
showing up top power foods for your diet grains and greens right so yeah just
like this this is something that my wife will make at home like three times a
week right so oftentimes we have big salads with rice
and nuts and good olive oils that's a very typical dinner for us for breakfast
I'll usually have you know a piece of toast and I get this really good bread
from back home in Marin County and have you know just almond butter and banana
something like that it'll be sort of my pre-workout fuel and then after workout
usually have a smoothie of some kind so that's definitely on the power food list
you know there's some guys who sort of err more on the side of the high fat low
carb I've never been able to it's never worked for me right and part of figuring
out how to perform at your best is to figure out the nutrition that helps you
do so in fact that's probably the hardest thing to figure out as an
athlete and my sport is is how to eat appropriately to fuel your your
competition and for me that means you know pretty heavily carb diet party last
words for me for this event that could be I guess maybe the the catalyst for
something else yeah have you ever heard of the idea of type 2 fun no it's fun
that's only fun in retrospect right so type 1 fun is what we're doing right now
like we're eating food we're talking this is fun in the moment right tomorrow
is gonna be fun but only in retrospect right so
embracing that mentality and knowing it's gonna be hard but it's gonna be so
worth it and by the time you get to the top you're gonna be so so psyched on
your effort that is brilliant I love that I love that you know I feel that
that's I pretty much have type to fund every time I step into the gym getting
my butt kicked by trainers somebody it's not it's it's fun but it's not really
fun in that moment you know and then afterwards are you thinking like well I
really the results are there I feel better you know so yeah so tomorrow's
gonna be type 2 fun tomorrow some type to fun and I appreciate you thanks so
much thank you tomorrow morning see alright men so that was fun
surprisingly I'll gonna do one actually got me a little bit more calm for the
race two things that helped me out so far walk in the course yesterday
and talking the Dylan today type to fun type to fun tomorrow I'm going to
anticipate enjoying it much later enjoying the memory of doing the race so
night before the race so I'm gonna go in here to this grocery store and get a
couple things I've got a sweet so I can put stuff in the fridge the main thing
I'm worried about is just cramping because it feels so steep so objective
is to neck cramp so I'm gonna grab a couple of bananas so whenever you start
cramping up people try to give you a banana technically so we're not gonna
help out once you already cramping but it can help to prevent cramping with
these two you get the healthy fats my this right here is my favorite water I
don't even know why but it tastes much better than this crazy cuz I don't even
know that water good water really has a taste but it's essential water it tastes
really good next time I'll get a basket from Pine
bars marks bars man I've been loving these recently and semi central water
look it is 5:30 getting up to eat this banana and this isn't nuts a seat bar
and start drinking some water the water is gonna really help out with the
altitude today so that's the most important thing that's one of the most
important things just the breathing and the water really helps out with that so
making sure that I'm really hydrated of course the potassium hearing in the
banana so I don't like to be super full would I do anything when I get up in the
morning and work out high to work out an empty stomach I just perform better that
way I just hate feeling bloated and full and heavy with our jig so I'm eating
well enough in advance so make sure that can digest but also loading up with the
whole bunch of potassium and electrolytes a goal is to down this
entire 50 50 ounces before we leave for the race which is around like 7:30 we're
gonna get up and leave and drive out there to the race put on my shirt I got
just got suited and booted about to go downstairs and meet the guys first off
I'm really nervous like I'm actually really nervous not scared about the
course per se but I just really want to do well this is the same feeling that I
had when I first started doing like a lot of cooking shows and morning shows
and TV work it's just I get like this nut in my stomach because I just I just
want to do well putting this on today putting this shirt on I actually feel
like a little kid because I'm reliving like childhood memories you know when
you think about like you want to be like this athlete and have like a brand on
your back or you want to be like for a certain team this right now is this
moment for me so I legit feel like a legit athlete like you so gotta give me
some confidence cuz uh I'm ready let's go it's race day baby race day hey I'm
grateful for everything that you've done but if you could just add my name to the
back of this shirt next time I'd be a little great I'm actually really happy
I'm really excited yeah it's gonna be a good day it's gonna
one day so I don't have to run alone thankfully I'm a boy Mattia from Dallas
with me visit here right now but he saw that I was out here and said well I said
what are you doing in town on your job or what I said
he said come up and do this 400 something but we are reliable my most
reliable form I hear ya so he's actually tried to get people to actually do this
race with them play over a year right yeah every single person bags out they
saw this hill this is what you say it was the highest 100 meter deep its
steepest 400 meters in the world ways yeah
any parting words last time to fun I loved it I'm taking that with me I'm
stealing their hard
all right here we go let's go
this is the first qualify for the MS
I don't do that ever again ever I got it under seven minutes right now
I've already apologized I feel like it's not gonna be type tool until maybe like
after lunch right email on Monday to see how that type to benefit did
okay Lucia we're gonna hold our breath on them when I go to the office but uh I
appreciate you man that was a huge channel for myself for doing this and
thanks for your words carry that with me too fun guys yeah and y'all wouldn't
want it don't don't walk away now y'all wouldn't want in the car laughing that
cocaine I even though I was on life support at the great haha
I was on my last breath we thought we were gonna have it I say this without
exaggerating that was the work that they were felt in my entire life and the fact
that Dillon was just hey so how wasn't it yeah it was good you know I got a lot
looking the tank it's just you know it's good fun rate really so just like that
the race is over it's a crazy that I actually spent time training for this
for what like seven and a half minutes and it might feel like recipes right
like you'll then an hour in the kitchen two hours in the kitchen with your meal
prep or something but you're gonna eat in about five minutes but you do it all
over again and again and again and because I love it and I'm passing over I
thought the type to foam was gonna be kicking in maybe tomorrow but I'm having
typed to go in right now in this enjoying it is that right there I just
did that
all right just like that we are out happened to be going back home back to
my country attacks
alright guys so just now getting settled back in here to Dallas and it was an
incredible trip one thing that I'd love to do after any trip though is a lot of
people right some people go and exercise they hit the gym I do all those things
but I also like to get back into my own kitchen this is where I feel safe this
is where I feel free and creative and I like to take a little bit of what I
enjoyed the most on my trips and try to recreate it that's what I think is the
beauty of travel and the whole purpose of travel we want as much variety as
possible to enrich our wellness journey so that's always my take away whenever I
come back from a trip like what did I learn and how can I apply it to my life
thinking about what Dylan said about having a high carb energy diet largely
plant dominant and then the amazing food spray that I have at five seeds I know
what I want to make and that's the greens and grains Bowl even with your
normal diet your regular diet that you had that's healthy part of the journey
and becoming an athlete and being physically active is finding out what
works for you even though I know I'm gonna be sore in a few days I'm still
incredibly proud of myself because in the back of my mind when I was running
that race I just heard this boy say don't stop don't stop moving your feet
and it reminded me of what Dylan said just like in any race it's gonna be
tough and challenging and if you quit and what's the point of even doing the
race and I just heard that so clearly and it resonated with me that like Kevin
you can't stop moving your feet and what a metaphor for like - and no matter what
happens in our life the most important thing is if there will be setbacks it
will be challenging you will you will get up to your own Red Bull 400 Hill but
whatever you do no matter how hard it is don't stop moving your feet
