49ers vs Chargers Predictions (Week 4, 2018) - Duration: 6:23.

Ayo! It's Bryan here. Today, going to be

talking about the San Francisco 49ers as

always. Going to be predicting the game

against the Los Angeles Chargers in LA.

So yeah. Let's get this video started.

Going to be a little bit different because

whoo, going to be talk about the Chiefs game

just for a little bit. The biggest news I

think all you know is that Garoppolo

will be out for the rest of this season

and I hate to say these three words,

because of an ACL injury. That means he

is not going to be with us for the rest of

the season. Pretty much everything I said

in the offseason is going to be thrown in

the trash. In the dumpster fire because

man, we had so much faith in him. He had a

pretty good game against the Chiefs

actually. He did a really good job of

moving the ball down the field in the

second half. He was struggling a little

bit early on, but he was passing the ball

to everyone like Kendrick Bourne, Marquise

Goodwin, Kyle Juszczyk. He had some

nice plays there and to get injured the

way he did, it was pretty rough to see I

would say and you know, people will try to

fault him for trying to get those extra

yards in a 3rd and goal situation. I

think it was really close.

You know, another yard or two, but I don't

know if I can blame him completely. He

wants to win the game and they had a

chance to win the game. Had you know, the

49ers not had a chance to win the

game, I don't think he'd be doing that

kind of stuff right there. Trying

to get the extra yards and falling

awkwardly. You know, it happens. It's

football. It sucks, but what can you do right? So Garoppolo,

best wishes to you for 2019. Hope you

heal up completely and get ready for

next season. So, that means C. J. Beathard

will be the starting quarterback for the

49ers. Last year, it was a mixed review. He

was a rookie, but at the same time, he

made some mistakes, but the offensive

line was really bad and he took a big

pounding. I think last year, he took about

19 sacks in seven appearances. He got

sacked pretty good for the most part

last season. You know, he's a tough guy.

Hopefully, with a better team I would

say offensively. The offensive line is

ranked top 10 in terms of offensive

lines. The receiving corps better. Matt

Breida's not too bad, although he's

questionable for this game against the

Chargers. I don't know if he's going to be

playing, but we'll see then. Yeah, hopefully

Beathard can keep the ship going and lead

us to some wins because you know... I know

he struggled last year, but he had a full

offseason to learn everything and he

probably didn't know he was going to have

to play very early on in week four since

Garoppolo's out. Best of luck to him.

Hopefully, he can do well for this team

and make the improvements that he did from

last year. Lots of takeaway from the

Chiefs game. That was the biggest

takeaway. Garoppolo being out for the rest

of the season and

I don't know. We'll just have to see when

Beathard hits the field this Sunday to see

how the season will pan out with him as

the quarterback. Anyways, going to get to the

predictions right now. Predictions,

predictions, predictions. Who am I going to

go with? Hmm...

I don't know. Most of you guys are probably going to

say the Chargers and I'll get to that in

a second. The Chargers, they're actually a

pretty good team I would say. They're

1-2, but they played really good

teams. They faced the Chiefs week one, but

then they beat up on the lowly Buffalo

Bills against Nathan Peterman and then

sadly, Josh Allen had to get in the game

and get beat up as well, although he had

a really good game against the Vikings

the next week and surprisingly, beat the

Vikings of all teams the following week,

which was freaking awesome to see, but

yeah. They beat the Bills. They just lost to

the LA Rams, which is not a surprise at

all because the Rams are freaking beast

and we do have to play them

unfortunately. It's going to be a lot

harder now with Garoppolo being out for

the rest of the season. That Sunday night

matchup, I don't know if it's going to be as

good or not, but we got to see how Beathard

and the team does. So, whatever. This is

going to be a tough team. You know, the

Chargers, they're always an injured team

for whatever reason. I don't know what's

going on with them. Them and the Ravens,

they always have so many players on IR.

It's unfortunate. They're the unlucky

team in the NFL. I don't think a lot of

people talk about them. We always talk

about the Browns or the Jets or

something like that, but nobody ever

talks about the Chargers for whatever reason

because last year, they started off

really slow, but then, ended up becoming

really hot near the end of season and

then, they had a very crucial loss

against the Chiefs last year and ended up

missing the playoffs by just a little

bit in Anthony Lynn's first season.

They're a pretty good team in my opinion.

It does suck to have Joey Bosa out for a

couple of games. He will not be playing

this game because the 49ers. So, that's

a big beneficial help for C.J. Beathard

and the very good offense when it can be

a good offense.

Hopefully, that helps, but we'll see. Hmm, who

am I going to go with for this game? Tough

one. Well, not really the toughest

decision now since Garoppolo's not there. So,

if I had to go with the team, I'd probably

go with the... LA Chargers unfortunately.

You know, if Garoppolo was playing, I'd

probably pick the 49ers to win this

game. The way he was playing against the

Chiefs last week against that terrible

Chiefs defense? Still I mean, that's a

really good up, up performance than he

did against the Vikings and he had an

alright performance against the Lions. I

think he could have beat this team,

especially with Bosa being out. That really

changes their team defensively, but

they're still an alright team I guess you

can say. Offensively for the

Chargers, I think they're better than the

49ers defense. Wow, Richard Sherman. I mean,

there's a lot to cover for this video,

but Richard Sherman is out for a couple

of weeks and him being out,

oh my gosh! Who's going to be the starting

other cornerback in place of Richard

Sherman. Is it going to be Jimmie Ward? Oh man!

Please, I rather have no one than Jimmie Ward.

Yeah seriously. Gosh, this is going to be a

very tough day for the 49ers defense,

especially against Philip Rivers, Melvin

Gordon and that offense. Yeah, couple of

reasons right there. That's my biggest

one is the Chargers offense versus the

49ers defense. It's kind of like the

game against the Chiefs, although the

49ers defense did a little bit better

job in the second half, but I mean, having

Richard Sherman out doesn't really help

at all. C.J. Beathard, I don't know. It's

very questionable to see what he can do.

I hope he can perform really well. I

hope he can surprise a lot of people

because a lot of people don't have a lot

of expectations for him. You know, I try

to have a little bit more expectations

just based on the fact that he played in

2017. Got a chance to learn how NFL play

work and then, having a full offseason to

learn the offense even more under Kyle

Shanahan. Hopefully, it turns out well against

the Chargers, but unfortunately, I see the

Chargers winning this game and probably

easily just because of the fact that our

defense sucks. That's the biggest reason

why I have the Chargers maybe blowing

out the 49ers in this game. Call me a

pessimist. I was right against the

Chiefs, although they almost made a nice

comeback until the Garoppolo

injury. I'm picking the Chargers. Final

score for me, I would probably pick

Los Angeles 28, San Francisco

17. I think 28-17 is a legit

prediction. Unfortunately, I do not want

to pick this kind of pick. I want the

49ers to win every time, but with the

circumstances that they've been dealt

with ever since week three, it's hard to

pick the 49ers to win this game and

if they do an upset, then I would be

surprised and I'll be really happy, but

right now, I'm a pessimist and I'm

picking the Chargers to win this game.

That's pretty much it you guys. Please

let me know what your predictions are

for this game against the Chargers. Are

they going to win? Are they going to pull an

upset or the Chargers going to blow them

out? Close game? Please, I'd like to hear

what you guys have to say in the

comments below and if you guys like this,

please "Like" and Subscribe to support my

channel. That will definitely helped me out a lot. I

should have a video out for the three

things you should be looking forward to

for this game. I will still definitely

do that before the game and

what have you. So, be on the lookout for

that. I'll see y'all then. Bye guys. Love y'all!

School concerns spur passions in Wisconsin governor's race - Duration: 7:49.

JUDY WOODRUFF: Next: how education is emerging as a flash point in the midterm elections.

The issue is front and center in the Wisconsin governor's race.

The Republican incumbent, Scott Walker, is squaring off against the state's longtime

superintendent of schools.

Polls indicate the races is too close to call.

Special correspondent Lisa Stark of our partner Education Week went to Wisconsin for our weekly

segment Making the Grade.

LISA STARK: It's a raucous welcome on the first day of school at Maple Tree Elementary

in Milwaukee.

Students cheered on by city and district officials, and Tony Evers, Wisconsin's school chief and

the Democratic candidate for governor.

Twenty miles away, in the city of Waukesha, the current governor, Republican Scott Walker,

is opening the school year at La Casa de Esperanza, a charter school.

Walker, running for his third term, is getting an award from La Casa for expanding school

choice.

Education is a key issue in this race.

Forty percent of voters say it's their first or second most important concern, edged out

only by the economy.

HEATHER DUBOIS BOURENANE, Executive Director, Wisconsin Public Education Network: This is

our message of the year.

I love my public school, and I vote.

LISA STARK: Heather DuBois Bourenane heads the Wisconsin Public Education Network, a

nonpartisan group that advocates for public schools.

HEATHER DUBOIS BOURENANE: It's about making sure that whomever gets elected is held accountable

to the highest possible standard of doing the right things for kids in schools.

LISA STARK: But how best to do the right things for students is what's at stake in this election.

JIM BENDER, School Choice Wisconsin: You couldn't pick a starker difference.

JULIE UNDERWOOD, UW-Madison School of Education: Two entirely different perspectives.

LISA STARK: On one side, Governor Walker, who, soon after taking office, slashed school

spending to balance the state budget.

And he faced tens of thousands of protesters after weakening unions, pushing legislation

known as Act 10 that did away with most bargaining rights for teachers and many other public

employees.

The anger spilled over into a recall attempt, which Walker survived.

Now Walker is campaigning as the education governor, after boosting state money for schools

by $636 million in his most recent budget.

QUESTION: Why are you the education governor?

GOV.

SCOTT WALKER (R), Wisconsin: Again, because we have not only made the largest historic

investment in state history, which is important, but because of Act 10, because of our reforms,

those dollars are overwhelmingly going in the classroom, where they have a real impact

on student success.

On the other side, Eves, who has been the state's schools chief for nine years.

He argues he's the real school champion, calling for a big bump in education spending, an extra

$1.4 billion.

TONY EVERS, Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction: Clearly, my lifelong journey

has been all about public education and being a teacher and an administrator.

And, frankly, I have fought for our schools, instead of bringing them down.

LISA STARK: School funding has been a political flash point in more than half-a-dozen states

this year, including West Virginia, Arizona, Oklahoma, as teachers walked out to demand

higher salaries and more money for schools.

This passion still playing out in many of this year's election races.

In Wisconsin, outside money is pouring into the race from conservative and liberal groups.

Both candidates have taken to the airwaves.

TONY EVERS: And I will never play politics with our kids or their schools.

GOV.

SCOTT WALKER: In Wisconsin, we're rethinking K-12 education.

LISA STARK: One of the big dividing lines, school choice.

Walker has expanded charters and, more significantly, voucher program, which let lower-income parents

use state education dollars to help pay private school tuition, something Evers doesn't support,

says Jim Bender With School Choice Wisconsin.

JIM BENDER: I think Superintendent Evers would be fine and dandy having all the education

reform models be gone and everything just turned back to the same old district school,

that's it, no innovation.

LISA STARK: But education Professor Julie Underwood calls Walker the private school

governor and says traditional public schools are not benefiting from his policies.

JULIE UNDERWOOD: In 2011, we took the largest budget cut we have ever had to public schools.

And that's never really been restored.

We have got schools who are barely staying open.

They're worried about meeting children's needs.

And to quote an old movie, they're mad as hell, and they're not going to take it anymore.

LISA STARK: In a recent poll, 61 percent of voters said it was more important to increase

spending on public schools than to cut property taxes.

What does that say to you?

HEATHER DUBOIS BOURENANE: It says, fund our schools.

People are begging for it.

People are passing referenda, voting to raise taxes on themselves to keep their schools

in business at record rates.

LISA STARK: Governor Walker believes the property tax measures are passing for a different reason.

GOV.

SCOTT WALKER: And we have done such a good job at cutting property taxes, that's no longer

a factor, as much as it once was.

LISA STARK: Candidates are pointing fingers at each other over Wisconsin's achievement

gap, perhaps the worst in the nation.

Black students do not do as well academically as white students.

Evers says he's proposed fixes.

Walker hasn't funded them.

TONY EVERS: We need to continue to work on that issue going forward in the state, and

we will.

But we have to have a properly funded system in order to make that happen.

We can't take money away and expect people to have miracles happen in their classrooms.

LISA STARK: But Mark Morgan, who heads the state Republican Party, blames Evers' leadership.

MARK MORGAN, Executive Director, Republican Party of Wisconsin: Evers has failed to act

multiple times in fixing either failing schools or taking bad teachers out of the classrooms.

LISA STARK: And that controversial Act 10 law, passed seven years ago, it's still creating

waves.

Walker supporters say districts free from union contracts can now reward top teachers.

But opponents, who still gather at the Capitol every workday, argue teacher retirements and

turnover are up, leaving less experience in the classroom.

The race has gotten contentious.

Walker accuses Evers of failing to fire a teacher who viewed pornography at school.

NARRATOR: Tony Evers should have revoked the teacher's license, but he didn't.

WOMAN: Have you seen these false attack ads?

LISA STARK: Evers argues state law at the time didn't allow him to do so.

WOMAN: That's why Tony Evers worked with both parties to change the law.

LISA STARK: Even as this battle heats up, educators are putting their efforts into getting

students settled for the new school year, trying to tune out the political noise says

La Casa school leader Maria Ayala.

MARIA AYALA, La Casa de Esperanza Charter School: We need to get away from all of the

politics and really focus in on the children.

What are their needs?

What can we do for them and for their families?

LISA STARK: A focus that will continue long after Election Day.

For Education Week and the "PBS NewsHour," I'm Lisa Stark in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

JUDY WOODRUFF: It's great having that report from Wisconsin.

Mississauga Real Estate Market Update - Septmeber 2018 - Duration: 4:02.

Hello Mississauga,

I'm Chris Cucoch from Royal LePage Signature Realty,

and, this is your Mississauga Market Report

for September 2018.

Hey guys,

and welcome back to By the Numbers.

I'm your host,

numbers guy Chris Cucoch.

I did take a little break over the summer

and didn't get as many videos out to you as I'd like,

but the fall market is here now,

and, I'm back running full throttle.

So, keep an eye on the channel

cause I've got some great stuff coming for you this fall.

On my channel,

we do things like tips and tricks

on how to sell your home,

community updates,

and market update reports just like this one.

So, if you're new to the channel,

please consider subscribing

and when you do,

don't forget to ring that bell,

because I'm putting out a new video

every single week

and you do not want to miss anything.

In the month of August,

the average sale price on the Toronto Real Estate Board

was about $756,000,

it was about eight percent over August of last year

and up about four percent just this year alone.

The average price of a home in Mississauga however,

was about $684,000,

which was up about six percent

from the same month last year.

And, is up a little over one percent

from the beginning of the year.

There was 710 sales in August.

And, we have 1,433 active listings,

which gives us about two months of inventory

and the average house is on the market

for about 25 days.

In the micro markets,

the average prices of a detached home in Mississauga

was little over a million dollars,

which is down 4.5%

and we have 3.2 months of inventory.

The price of a semi detached was $728,000,

which is down 5.4 percent from last year

and the semi-detached market remains tight

with 1.5 months of inventory.

The average sale price of a townhouse in August

was $578,000,

which is up three percent from last year's numbers,

and we have 1.4 months of inventory.

And, finally, the average price of a condo

was $418,000,

which is up 10% from last year,

and, we have only 1.6 months of inventory.

Over the last 38 years or so,

we have an average home price increase

of about 6.5% in the Toronto area.

Obviously, there's been some significant peaks

and valleys during that time.

But, the average is always trending back to

six and a half percent.

And, now after last year's craziness,

we are trending back to that general

six and a half percent area.

In fact, the average over the last five years

is about eight percent.

So, if in 2019,

if we're able to do even a three percent increase,

that'll take us under seven percent

over the last six years,

which puts us right in that sweet spot

of where we wanna be.

This is great news,

because this correction could easily

have been much more severe than it was.

You probably heard about the new LRT system

that's being installed along Hurontario.

A lot of people are asking me

how this is going to affect property values

in the neighborhood.

They expect to complete construction

sometime in 2022,

and has anybody who drives on Hurontario

as frequently as I do can attest,

it's been a real pain

with lanes being closed all over the place,

while they're preparing the infrastructure.

This is going to be a short-term pain

for long-term gain situation folks.

The LRT is going to bring accessibility

to these areas of Mississauga

and, as an added bonus,

it should lessen the load of cars on the road.

This new accessibility

should bring more people to the area

and, when that happens,

prices can only go up.

Hang in there Mississauga,

this is all going to be worth it in the end.

If you'd like to get a 100% free,

no obligation evaluation of your home,

just click the link I've supplied below

in the comments.

that's completed by a real person,

not an algorithm.

This is the best

and most accurate home evaluation system

on the market right now.

So, get yours today.

The question of the day is,

what do you think is the biggest issue

facing homeowners in Mississauga right now?

Let me know in the comments below

and I'll address it in next month's update.

That's all for today guys.

12 Steps to Buying a Home | Bergen County Real Estate Show #13 - Duration: 9:37.

Hi this is Ryan Gibbons of exp Realty and I am here with episode 13 of the

Bergen County real estate show. I'm going to go through 12 steps to the buying

process. Welcome to the Bergen County Real Estate

Show where the Gibbons Team presents all you need to know to be an educated buyer

or seller here in Bergen County. Be sure to subscribe so you can keep up with

future episodes. Thanks for watching this episode of

the Bergen County Real Estate Show where we're going to give you 12 of the steps to

buying a home. Step one is getting an agreed-upon contract, it's finding the

house that you want, negotiating with the seller and actually getting a signed

contract. It's about a 14 page document that's put together by the purchaser's

real estate agent and it is signed by both sides. It enters us into step 2,

which is attorney review. In the northern part of the state of New Jersey we use

attorneys during the buying process. Each side will hire a real estate

attorney. It's very important to hire a real estate attorney not a divorce

attorney not a criminal attorney, someone who does this every day. Those

attorneys are going to send back what's called riders. It's basically

addendums to the contract. They never like all of the wording in the contract.

They're going to make changes that they see fit to protect their clients.

Once those riders are agreed upon by both sides they are signed and then we

are under contract. At this point you're basically committed to purchasing the

property unless you don't get a mortgage unless there are major inspection issues

unless the house doesn't appraise for what you're purchasing for. You're

basically committed to moving forward and purchasing this house much as the

seller is committed to selling it to you. So when we're under contract there are a

few steps that are going to happen. This process will it basically extend

from the day that you are under contract all the way until closing. Hopefully

there are no issues during this time and you're able to actually get to the

closing table. Now we're going go through what steps are going to happen

while you're under contract. The next step in the buying process

is having an inspection done of the property. You're going to hire a

licensed inspector who's going to go through the house and look through the

major systems, heating, plumbing, electric. He's going to look at the foundation, the

roof, the overall condition of the home to give you a good understanding of what

you're purchasing. As the inspector goes through the home you're

going to want to go through and ask questions because it's also a great

opportunity to learn about what you will need to do to maintain your home

properly especially if you're a first-time buyer. Go through ask a lot of

question that is what they're there for to give you information on being a

homeowner and give you the overall condition of the home. The next step in

the process is sitting down and filling out your formal mortgage application.

When you first got your pre-approval the bank did ask for information. They might

have asked for tax returns, credit report, bank statements. They might have asked

for that information but now it's a lot more in-depth. They really want to get

into your overall financial situation to understand if you are credit worthy and

if you are able to get this loan and more importantly to actually make the

payments. You're going to sit down with your lender go over all of this. In a few

days you're going to get a good faith estimate of what you're going to need to

close. That amount that you're going to need to bring to the closing table,

what your payment is going to be and what all of the fees from the lender are

going to be. So it's a very important step to get through to purchasing

a home. After we have the mortgage application complete your lender will

order an appraisal. An appraisal, the intent of an appraisal is to let the

bank know that you're paying fair market value for the home. They will send an

appraiser to the home. They're going to take measurements and pictures and look

at the general condition of the home and then they're going to compare those

measurements and that information to comparable homes that have sold in your

neighborhood in the last three to six months. So the bank knows that you're

paying the right price for the home and God forbid that you were to be foreclosed

on or whatever the bank will be able to sell that home and get their money back.

After your inspection is complete you're going to get your inspection

report. And you're going to have to deal with inspection issues that

may have arisen from that inspection. so what you're going to get is a very

detailed report that will go over all of the findings that the inspector found.

Now some of those things are going to be minor drainage things and minor crack or

things that you're going to want to take care of in the home. But some of those

things could be major they could change the value of the home. That could be

things that need to be addressed before moving forward to the transaction.

If these things do arise and you do find that there are things that need to be

addressed you'll talk to your real estate agent and your attorney to

determine what needs to be addressed. Your attorney will send a letter to the

sellers addressing the things that you want to take care of. You have a few

options to request. You can ask for repairs to be done, you can ask for a

credit at closing to cover those costs so you can do the work after

closing, you can ask for a price reduction or if it really is bad you can

walk away from the transaction. Those are your options in dealing with

inspection issues. Now we've got all of the paperwork in, we've done our

inspection, we've gotten past our inspection reports and all of those

issues and now it's time to get your mortgage commitment. So the bank has

looked through all of your documents and it's deemed you credit worthy and able

to purchase the home. Now there may be a few qualifications on there that they

want you to handle. They might want to get a new bank statement. They may want

to just reconfirm your employment, a few minor things that do occasionally come

up on those mortgage commitments. But if you've gotten your mortgage commitment

congratulations you're just about at the goal line! After you get your mortgage

commitment and it's about three days prior to closing you're going to get

your closing disclosure. And what this is is it lays out everything, all of the

fees and all of the numbers associated with the transaction. You're your final

offer price, taxes that might be due back to the seller or to you, all the numbers

that go in, all of the fees are all laid out so you can understand what is going

into the purchase of this home. It will also tell you exactly the

number that you need to bring to closing to finish your down payment. So if there

are any issues at this point you will have about three days until closing so

look over the numbers make sure that they're right. If there are any issues

talk to your lender talk to your attorney and make sure they're right and

make sure you understand them before you get to the closing table. Now it's

closing day. The last step that we want to do before a closing day is a final

walkthrough. Typically it's done the morning of the closing or the night

before because we want to make sure that the sellers are out and have cleaned the

property. The intent of a final walkthrough is to make sure that the

property is in the same condition that it was at inspection. If anything worked

at inspection it should work on final walkthrough. If there were any issues

that you asked to be addressed and were agreed upon then those things should be

fixed at the final walkthrough. Go through make sure the heat works, the air

condition and the lights. All of the things that should be working in the

house should be working at the final

walkthrough. So go through with your realtor take a look around make sure

everything looks right. And you're just about ready to close. Now you've gotten

through everything else and its closing day there's still unfortunately a lot of

work to do. There's a stack of papers that you're going to need to be signing.

From closing documents to your actual mortgage to lots of disclaimers and lots

of forms basically that the lawyers put together to cover everyone. So there's

going to be a stack of papers, it's all going to depend on the particular lender

how thick that packet of information is. But your lawyer and your

title company will be there to go over everything if you have any questions.

Feel free to ask now before you sign but after you sign all the paperwork.

Information will be sent to the lender and the funds will be cleared to

disperse. At that point you've closed, you get the keys, and the house is yours.

Congratulations! The only last step to do is to actually get to the house and

start moving in. And this the happiest part of the transaction.

So those are our 12 steps to purchasing a home. I hope you enjoyed this Cliff

Notes version of how these things work. Obviously it's never an exact perfect

science to get from a contract to actually moving into your home. There are

The Benefits of Eating Organic Food - Duration: 2:25.

Hi, I'm Sharon from Bon Vie Weight Loss and Nutritional Wellness

Today let's review the benefits of organic eating – and also focus on some of the risks

of eating non organic foods.

First of all, produce and processed foods labeled as "organic" means that they were

grown without the use of artificial pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically

modified organisms (GMO), or ionizing radiation.

Animal products that are labeled organic, means they were raised without the use of

antibiotics or growth hormones.

In organic not only do you get the micronutrients essential for optimal body function - but

organic also means more flavor and taste.

Conventionally grown products on the other hand present real concerns.

Like Pesticides.

These chemicals are great in destroying insects and plant disease, but they can also be destructive

to our health.

And for the pesticides which are absorbed through the skin of some fruits and vegetables,

there's no washing them away.

How about GMO's?

These engineered genes can come from anywhere – viruses, insects, animals, or even humans,

and even though your conventionally grown produce may look normal, it may be the result

of a bad science experiment.

In this country the FDA does Not require labelling so it's really hard to tell which of our

foods have been Genetically Modified.

Speaking of Contamination - conventionally raised animals grown for meat eggs, and dairy

are often mass produced and fed as inexpensively as possible in inhumane conditions.

Unless they have been grass fed, you can bet they were eating GMO-grown crops including

everything from corn and soy to other animal parts.

They likely have ingested hormones, antibiotics, and drugs which we eventually consume.

And when we eat organic we are also supporting our farmers and responsible farming practices.

So, with all these benefits why is eating Organic still the exception not the norm?

Well its usually the cost and availability.

But now with higher demand and more farming efficiencies, the price of organic really

has decreased.

And with so many distributors like Costco now offering tons of organic options the price

difference is just nominal.

And really, aren't your health and vitality worth every penny?

Now click on this link to learn more about those frightful GMO's.
